This uh just breaking Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fonny Willis has been ordered to pay more than 54 grand for violating the state's open record laws in relation to the prosecution of President Trump.
The county's uh Superior Court judge formalized her ruling Friday, ordered Willis to pay the money and attorney's fees, litigation cost after intentionally failing to provide records requested uh by uh one attorney who filed the motion to disqualify Willis from prosecuting Trump on charges of allegedly interfering with the 2020 election.
Whoopsie Daisy, sorry about her.
Um we have a lot happening uh today, and uh we we do expect I don't know if you saw the video of the docking that took place uh over the weekend.
It was really a beautiful sight to see, and this is the uh SpaceX rocket that made it to the International Space uh station successfully, and then the astronauts that were on board the flight meeting the astronauts that have been lost in space and abandoned for quite a long period of time.
Um it was pretty cool to watch, I've got to admit.
And I just pray for their safe return.
It may be as early as tomorrow.
We don't know for sure yet.
They're working on a time for all of that.
Um we do have a lot of news today.
Let me uh let me get right to it.
On the immigration front, um, this is getting more bizarre by the day.
And what have I been saying about the Democratic Party?
I've been saying that they now are the party that are, and we saw this in the Senate last week, that are championing the rights of men to play women's sports.
They are the party that is putting the rights of illegal immigrants, now even trend aragua gang members over the safety and security of you, the American people.
They are the party that is calling it a constitutional crisis that Doge has identified over 105 billion dollars in waste fraud abuse and and corruption, and they've only gotten started, and that number I expect to go much, much higher.
It will be in the hundreds of billions of dollars.
And that is that is what this party is now become.
And now they they have gone even as far as you know, now be championing and and uh i it's almost hard to believe, to be honest with you, but they're now championing the right uh of even gang members like Trend Aragua gang members to stay in the country.
And uh this is what I've told you about the left for a long time.
What they can't win at the ballot box electorally, what they can't do legislatively when they have power, they use liberal courts to get their agenda passed.
And that's why these liberal activist judges are so dangerous to the country.
They don't care about the Constitution.
Uh, but President Trump has deported nearly 300 gang members from Trend Aragua under what's called the Alien Enemies Act.
I'll go into more specificity in that in a second.
The judge in the case, that order came on Saturday after Trump issued a proclamation that he has signed the day before targeting Trend Aragua members for immediate deportation under law that has been used on numerous occasions uh during the War of 1812, World War I, World War II, recent examples, Tarry Truman is one.
And anyway, it allows for the deportation without a hearing of anyone from the designated enemy country.
Now, the president was asked about this and said, well, you know, well, this isn't a war.
He said, Well, actually it is.
And it's an invasion of our country.
And we have known terrorists, gang members, cartel members, drug dealers in our country.
We have people that are known murderers, rapists, and other violent criminals in our country.
And the president wants to rightly get rid of them.
On Saturday, this Obama appointed federal judge halted the deportation flights carrying these Venezuelan gang members already ordering actually the Jets carrying them to turn around in mid-flight.
Now, they had already left, so that was not a possibility, but shortly after the judge's temporary order was issued, uh, Congressman Brandon Gill announced plans to file articles of impeachment against the judge.
That drew praise from Elon Musk.
Um, and obviously, this judge is putting, like the Democrats are, the rights of illegals over the safety of the American people.
Now, the president on the other side of this did thank the El Salvadorian president on Sunday after the country's president shared dramatic video of hundreds of alleged migrant criminals landing in Central America in El Salvador after being deported from the U.S. Uh by the president.
The rap sheet for those removed include kidnapping, sexual abuse of a child, aggravated assault, prostitution, robbery, aggravated assault of a police officer.
And so it's true.
Then the good news is we're at a 15 year low of illegal immigrants coming into the country.
And that would be making our towns and our cities more safe and more secure.
So as a means of getting these people out of here as we identify them quicker and quicker.
Saturday was 261 Biden Harris illegals, you know, with really violent serious criminal records deported.
Uh and at least some people are cooperating.
And then you've got the radical left, and by the way, the Democrats are in complete disarray.
They've all turned on each other.
Uh Jasmine Crockett, who's now emerged as one of the leading voices of the Democratic Party attacking the president over the weekend for deporting members of Trend Aragua, which is now a designated terrorist organization.
She made the remarks after the president invoked the aliens, uh the alien enemies act, and the gang is obviously associated with a lot of crime, human trafficking, drug dealing, uh, including in your state of of Texas, she was asked, and do you agree with this?
And if not, what what is your problem with using any tool at our disposal as a country to remove undocumented violent people?
And Crockett responds by claiming that the law did not need to be used because we already have tools that are available.
No, they're not.
Those tools keep these people in this country for unprecedented amounts of times.
It's unbelievable.
U.S. Customs and Border Patrol has awarded a construction company now $70 million to extend the border wall that he began in his first term.
The president also has deployed on the U.S. Mexico border, the USS Graible Gravely, I think I'm not sure how you pronounce it, is on a mission to strengthen security at the border.
One sanctuary city lawyer.
There now is a group of them actually that are plotting and planning to help illegal immigrants evade IC.
Well, now that they put out this Minnesota email shows an effort to push back against the Trump administration's crackdown, and even their attorney general Keith Ellison issued a former legal opinion that the state law prohibits state and local law enforcement agencies from holding someone based on immigration detainer if the person would otherwise be released from custody.
No, actually, um that dominion would be with the federal government.
Nice try.
But they're moving forward with it anyway.
So what has emerged here is a controversy that really shouldn't be a controversy, but it is how the left acts in today's day and age, and that is they resort to the courts as a means of stopping the Trump agenda.
There's now been 15 injunctions against President Trump's executive actions and orders, and the left has gone to court some 50 times.
And these judges, you know, eventually do I think Trump is going to win?
Yeah, I do.
The Attorney General Pam Bondy criticized this federal judge that blocked the deportations of these gang members.
The White House blasted them.
There's no lawful basis for this.
And this is this is radicalism on display.
And if you look at the law, the federal judge that ruled the Alien Enemies Act, it is allowed for deportation numerous times, as recently as, you know, I think Harry Truman was the last president to use it.
So it's not like even though it's an older law, it has been used by presidents in the past.
And I think the president is using it appropriately here in this case as well.
But you're looking at a Democratic Party that doesn't have an identity anymore.
And they've lost their identity completely.
They don't know what to do.
They don't know how to deal with any of this.
And their poll numbers are showing it because they're falling apart and Donald Trump's numbers keep going up.
The Democratic Party, now we have three polls in a row that have their favorability at record lows in the 20 percentile range.
Maybe if they they weren't so petulant and didn't throw temper tantrums, maybe if they'd have the decency to stand for the first lady of our country and the president of our country, maybe if they had the decency, if they're not going to stand for them, maybe they could stand for mothers that lost their children that were being honored at a joint session of Congress.
Maybe they could stand for a young man that beat his battle with cancer that has a dream of being a law enforcement or uh a woman that lost her hero husband in law enforcement or a young man that lost his father that was told he he got into West Point.
Uh but if you look at these polls, it's an unmitigated disaster.
You have, you know, the NBC poll, for example, just 25% of registered voters say they have a positive view of their party.
These are Democrats saying this about their own party.
And that is a record low.
If you want to go back historically, it's the lowest number that they've had since 1990, believe it or not.
The lowest positive approval rating since 1990.
Uh and you know, that's bad.
Now, here's the worst part for them.
And this is what I've been telling you.
Remember, I used to say that Nancy Pelosi was speaker in name only, and I would suggest that AOC was the real speaker.
Well, when Democrats were asked to consider an open-ended question, the Democratic leader they feel best reflects their core values.
The winner was AOC herself, followed by Kamala Harris, followed by Bernie Sanders, followed by Hakeem Jeffries, with only 4% naming Obama, President Obama, and Texas uh Representative Jasmine Crockett.
Now she's coming up there tied with Obama and Schumer and a handful of others at just two percent.
No wonder our friend Stephen A. Smith is favor is doing so well in the polls.
But AOC stock in the party.
So that now we have a huge after Friday in the continuing resolution mess.
I mean, Nancy Pelosi, who coordinated and plotted and schemed and planned Joe Biden's demise uh with Schumer, even she turned against Schumer and House Democrats are urging AOC now to go out in primary Schumer after funding the government, something that he said he'd do for years.
Even MSDNC is melting down.
He had one of their liberal hosts, Simone Sanders Townsend tell, you know, her fellow panelists on, I guess some show, whatever show she's on, that uh blasting Chuck Schumer and saying she's leaving the Democratic Party.
Charlemagne, the God calls for Democratic leaders to step down because they dared to vote to pass the funding bill to avoid the shutdown.
What's the point of voting for them?
Well, the point is Charlemagne may or may not know this, but for decades they've been the party that says you can never have shutdowns.
I'm not one of those people, by the way.
I'm not afraid of government shutdowns.
But they've just been unleashing hell on you know the liberal talking head and punditry class.
And I would say that officially the Chuck Schumer, you know, is on cancellation watch as we speak.
You watched over the weekend, Senator Chris Murphy tiptoeing around a direct question about whether he's interested in taking over as minority leader.
You know, on uh, you know, he said, Oh, he has a very difficult job, I don't envy the job.
And the question is really for members of the Democratic caucus, meaning I'm open to it.
Sure.
One Democrat on fake news CNN threatening to bail on the party over their leadership.
Uh this is getting pretty interesting.
One liberal group flat out calling for Schumer to step down.
Uh this is this is all the Trump effect, if you really want to know what this is.
This is the force of Trump.
He has he has left this party, the Democratic Party in shambles.
He has destroyed them.
Because the only thing they've been living on, their manna from heaven has been hating him.
The American people heard them loudly, they watched the law fair, they watch the abuse of power, they watch the corruption, they listen to them champion the rights for men and women's sports, they listen to the lies about Joe's cognitive state, they listen to the lies about the economy, they listen to the lies about open borders, and they decided to move away from that party, and Donald Trump even won the popular vote.
Even Van Jones, Chuck Schumer's in a blast radius of a volcanic volcanic eruption of anger from Democrats.
The only one that sounds a little bit reasonable is John Fetterman, and the only other one that sounds reasonable isn't there anymore.
Kristen Cinema, you know, who actually took on AOC and the Democrats mocking their change of heart because they've always been against shutting down the government.
And this is something I guess maybe they forgot.
But for Nancy Pelosi to defy her comrade in arms Schumer and ask Democratic senators to defy Schumer on the CR, pretty interesting.
She doesn't really care about having any friends at the end of this run.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hammond.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

It is not a small deal.
I believe this is a tremendous mistake.
AOC.
And just to go back, Democrats now, three separate polls hitting their all-time low.
Fake news comparing AOC's rise as the Democrat mentioned the most, which kind of surprised me a little bit in a poll uh that came out.
AOC in an open-ended question, who best reflects the core values of their party.
She came in number one.
Chuck Schumer's down at the bottom.
But, you know, comparing AOC's rise, you know, she best represents Democratic voters.
Jasmine Crockett is even higher than Chucky Schumer.
We will win.
We will win.
I mean, Chuck Schumer is now in a fight for his life.
It would not shock or surprise me if there is an effort to remove Chuck Schumer as the Senate minority leader.
That would not shock me.
Especially with these new poll numbers.
I mean, remember, I mean, they can blame members all they want for their bingo cards and not standing at the joint session of Congress for even mothers that lost their children and a and a young man that lost, you know, that won his battle against cancer.
But at the end of the day, uh, they're the ones that signed off on this.
This they did not Act alone.
They were not told, you know, it was well telegraphed in advance that they were going to carry on like a bunch of idiots.
And yet they allowed that to continue and allowed that to take place.
And the media, by the way, is playing along as well.
And I love the fact Caroline Levitt, she'll be on Hannity tonight with the Hannity White House briefing.
She's she's not she's not going to the White House correspondence dinner.
Why should she?
Uh I am proud of the fact in all my years, 35 years in radio, 29 years on the Fox News Channel.
I've never been to a single White House correspondence dinner.
And I used to get a lot of pressure to go.
I have no desire to go because I don't really like them or respect what they do.
Let me be blunt.
And they probably don't like or respect what I do because I'm right usually and they end up being wrong.
A group of media and political elites in Washington took a shot at President Trump by bucking a hundred and forty-year-long tradition during a white tie closed door DC dinner.
Multiple reports detail the events Sunday.
I bet you I bet you 98% of you don't even know what I'm talking about.
They had the gridiron dinner.
It's an event that goes back to the 19th century.
The quote, heavy hitters in the Washington media and political elite class, and they gather and engage and take friendly jabs at one another.
Trump has not been at the dinner since 2018.
I'm sure he's got better things to do.
According to one account of the proceedings, the attendees swiped a Trump breaking tradition that dates back to their founding in 1885, and those in attendance did not toast the president for the first time in the dinner's history.
Do they actually think I mean this is the first time that's ever happened in 140 years?
Does that do they think that their symbolism actually means anything to anybody in the country?
No, it doesn't.
Getting rid of illegal immigrants does.
Getting rid of uh known terrorists, murderers, rapists, cartel members, gang members, yeah, that that matters.
And and you know, they're just like the Democrats with their bingo cards, because they basically are one over at that hard-hitting news show, The View, and then I notice Sunny Houston is claiming she is stuck in racist America and she wants to leave.
He feels he would like to move out of the country, but she can't.
He says we're pretty racist.
It's a pretty young democracy that doesn't seem to be working right now.
Oh, because she didn't get her way, and she the election didn't go her way.
So I don't, it doesn't seem to be working for everyone, and I think Rosie O'Donnell's, you know, it's her prerogative.
It doesn't work for her and her family, and she's just one of the few people that can pick up her life and move it somewhere.
Most of us are stuck here.
I don't think most people feel that they're stuck in America.
Uh Bill Maher actually, you know, trying to instill a little common sense into his party.
Anyway, he had a segment on Friday, and he said that the environment our environmental money spent by the Biden administration in their final days was just funneling money to people who are not solving problems.
He's right.
And then he actually questioned why do we need a department of education?
I talked about this last week.
It was a big front page story on the New York Post about how they spend 40 some odd, you know, billion dollars on education for kids in New York City, and that the kids in New York City that the population of students is down what 18% from just a few years ago, and they're asking for more money this year.
The truancy rate is up 35%.
Proficiency in math and science are in the 20%, 20 to 30 percentile range for fourth graders, and the same for eighth graders.
These kids are not getting an education.
Why do we need a department of education that fails at that level?
What's the point of it?
Imagine.
I I'll go back to the example I used last week.
You have 10 families.
Let's say you gave them $30,000 in New York City each.
Okay, and they get to spend the money on their kids' education, and you have standards that have to be met, and you have the expectancy that they're going to learn.
And let's say those ten parents that they pool their money together.
That's $300,000.
They can hire two teachers at a nice six-figure salary with benefits, health care and retirement, and take good care of the teachers.
Each teacher would be would be tutoring five students.
Now, what who do you think's going to do better on standardized testing?
Those kids or the kids that are stuck in these private schools that are failing.
The Daily Mail offered a few of the 6100 Americans, rich and famous elites who fled the U.S. and applied for UK citizenship, terrified of the ghost stories they told themselves about President Trump.
I love how they write those up.
A 26% jump from 2023 and a record high in two decades.
And if you look at the people that are leaving, I'm like, if if you don't like it here, then go.
If Rosie O'Donnell, a villain degenerate, if they don't like it here, they can go.
Gavin Newsom is likely thrilled to be terming out next year, so he can put it some distance between this.
He's now doing his big podcast, trying to put on as many conservatives as he can.
His biggest problem is he has a track record.
And he's on tape.
You know, he's been what?
The mayor of San Francisco.
He's been the lieutenant governor for eight years, and he'll have been the governor for eight years.
It's not like as he can run from that record.
I don't think that's possible.
But that's the state of the modern Democratic Party.
The president this weekend had used air strikes that took out many multiple leaders of the Yemen Iranian-backed Hooti rebels, according to National Security Advisor and according to Donald Trump,
the strikes, which are expected to continue as part of the U.S. military's largest operation so far under President Trump's second term are meant to serve as a direct warning to Iran and to clear and a clear escalation from where we have been under Biden, which was, oh, okay, you you can stop our ships from from sailing in international waterways.
You know, this this began.
Central Command confirmed the large-scale military bombardment across Yemen.
Apparently they've taken out a lot of high-level leaders.
Anyway, the carrier was seen in the Red Sea and sent there to protect global commerce.
The Pentagon estimates that the Hooties have attacked U.S. warships a whopping 174 times, commercial vehicles 145 times under Joe Biden since 2023.
And the Hooti attacks on American ships and aircraft and our troops are not going to be tolerated.
And by the way, nor will it be tolerated what Iran is doing.
And the president went right after Iran as well.
He threatened today, direct military action against Iran after military forces spent the weekend bombing the Hooti rebels.
Now, the only reason the Hoodis are even involved in this fight against Israel and against commerce and threatening international waterways is because they have the military backing of Iran, just like Hamas does, just like Hezbollah does, just like Islamic Jihad does.
And that and Iran is the head of the snake, and they've been fomenting terror throughout the entire region.
Anyway, MBC reported that the U.S. killed 53 combatants.
A Hootie rebel leader told the network that U.S. strikes would only serve to inspire other attacks on ships.
Okay, if they're passing through the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden, go right ahead with that and see how that's gonna end up for you.
Anyway, the president took to truth social and he is viewing, he said, let nobody be fooled.
The hundreds of attacks being made by the Houthis, the sinister mobsters and thugs based in Yemen, who are hated by the Yemeni people, all emanate and are created by Iran.
Any attacks, further attacks, retaliation by the Houthis will be met with great force, and there is no guarantee that force will stop there.
Iran has played the innocent victim of rogue terrorists from which They've lost control, but they haven't lost control.
They're dictating every move, giving them the weapons, supplying them with money and highly sophisticated military equipment, and even in so-called intelligence.
Every shot fired by the Hooties will be looked upon from this point forward as being a shot fired from the weapons and the leadership of Iran.
And Iran will be held responsible and suffer the consequences, and those consequences will be dire.
Now, the world is faced with a moment of truth, and we're getting closer and closer to it.
And that is, according to the IAEA, not exactly the most reliable organization, uh, the International Atomic Energy Group.
Um the Iranians are within like uh uh uh a needle, you know, threading a needle to get nuclear weapons.
They're that close.
The world cannot afford allowing the Iranians to get nuclear weapons.
Number one, it'll create a nuclear arms race, the likes of which nobody ever dreamed of in the Middle East.
Then Saudis will be next, and then every other country will follow.
So that's bad news for the world, too.
I mean, that now we're risking a nuclear holocaust in our lifetime.
But more importantly, they're their twisted sick ideology of convert or die, and their willingness to use even ballistic missiles against Israel, their threats to wipe Israel off the map and wipe America off the map, have to be taken seriously.
And if we don't take it seriously and we wait too long, then I think it'll go down as one of the biggest mistakes ever.
Now, all of this happened under Joe Biden, and we better understand that part of this equation as well.
He helped the Iranians get rich, he put a blind eye towards their sanctions, and he even gave special approval for payments from Iraq and elsewhere and gave them billions of dollars so they can foment terror.
They were going bankrupt when Donald Trump left office because Donald Trump's sanctions were actually working.
So it's getting interesting.
But there's two targets that the U.S. and Israel have to look at.
Take out the source of their funding, which would be their refineries.
That would be target number one if I was in charge.
Target number two, take out their nuclear sites.
Now, the Israelis have already proven they can get past their air defenses.
This has to be done before they build them back up again.
Number one, and number two, these facilities, according to all the intelligence that is in the public domain, are deeply buried underground.
That likely means they'll need bunker buster bombs, and they'll need some American support.
But I don't think we have much time.
By the way, a new controversy has emerged uh while the president was on Air Force One last night.
He was asked whether the executive orders and pardons uh that were allegedly signed by Biden via an auto pen are void.
He says, I think so.
It's not my decision.
That's going to be up to a court.
He said the pardoning documents were not explained to or approved by Biden.
They knew nothing about them, and the people that did that may have committed a crime.
I mean, when did a president start using an auto pen?
I mean, is it that much work to take a pen to paper?
Good grief.
I do it every day.
