This is an iHeart Podcast.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Here's our toll-free telephone number if you want to be a part of the program.
It's 800-941 Sean, if you want to join us.
Well, I've been warning Democrats are up to no good in Pennsylvania.
You have Republican Dave McCormick up over incumbent Bob Casey by over 30,000.
Mathematically, I am just telling you there's no way that this guy's ever going to catch up.
But they do have a mandatory recount at 0.5% of the vote, and that's where it is.
Uh anyway, and they have until November the 26th.
Here's the problem.
And this was written by the Washington Examiner.
Election commissioners in Bucks County in Pennsylvania have voted to count ballots lacking proper signatures, which violated a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling from earlier this year.
I mean, it's unfathomable to me.
Laws don't matter, I guess, if you're a liberal Democrat and you want to win a race.
The three-member board voted two to one to count the illegal ballots in the Senate race recount.
And I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this county, and people violate laws anytime they want, according to one commissioner.
So for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.
Well, the court did pay attention to it, and the court ruled on it.
There are approximately 124 ballot ballots that would not count because of missing signatures.
That is what the law is.
That's what that's that's what the court decided.
And their legal team suggested the commissioners reject the ballots because the Pennsylvania Supreme Court had given clear guidance about signatures being required for votes.
And I'm I mean, you just can't make this up.
I mean, so now we have a recount, legal fight, and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did reiterate their stance that undated, misdated mail ballots should be rejected.
There's no ambiguity.
It was stated forthright, and it is the law as ruled by the court if you believe in coequal branches of government.
Four counties now have voted to include thousands of undated, misdated mail ballots, despite the Supreme Court ruling.
And not one Democrat, of course, is upset about it because they're trying to get what they want.
Anyway, joining us is our friend Jeff Bartos, 2022 U.S. Senate candidate, 2018 Republican nominee for Lieutenant Governor, and Michael Watley, RNC chair.
I've got to applaud both of them for their hard work in this election.
Thank God they they everything they promised that they would do in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and Michigan and Georgia and North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada, they were able to pull off.
I've not had an opportunity to speak to you, Jeff, since election day and Michael Watley, God bless you, and Laura Trump and the job that you did.
We really appreciate it.
I feel relieved and grateful to the American people for giving us a chance to get this country back on track.
Well, I tell you, sir, I think it's uh it's great to see a national election integrity program, you know, that we put in place absolutely work, and it is stunning to me in Pennsylvania that we are seeing Democrats uh led by Bob Casey.
You know, Bob Casey uh understanding that uh he's gonna lose this uh election.
He's gonna lose this recount, would not waive the um would not waive it.
You know, he he had the opportunity to say we don't need to recount.
I'll concede he did not do that.
We're gonna waste millions of dollars of taxpayer money to go to a recount that has zero chance of absolutely flipping uh over this election cycle in a typical recount statewide.
Less than 500 ballots would be flipped.
We're talking 25 to 30,000 vote differential between uh Bob Casey and Dave McCormick, who's already in Washington, D.C. performing as a senator elect.
And then on top of that, you see this Bucks County travesty uh where they're openly admitting on the record in a public meeting, we're going to violate the law because we want to.
Now I assume that this is going before the the Pennsylvania Supreme Court again, and I would imagine the justices on that court are not gonna be particularly happy considering they just ruled on the issue.
Yeah, we filed a a suit in Bucks County as well as a suit with the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Uh we are going to continue to fight all the way through the tape and make sure uh that this is uh the canvas is completed, the recount is completed, and the Dave McCormick and Donald Trump are going to be certified as the winners in Pennsylvania.
And what's your take Jeff Bartos?
Yeah, well, first of all, Chairman Watley's leadership was absolutely paramount here in making sure that on election day, Sean, as you and I talked, I was in the war room with uh Chairman Tabis and Ted Christian and all of our friends there in Pennsylvania are great lawyers.
So we were on it.
Every problem we had that day, we were on it.
What's going on here?
And again, thank you, Chairman, for your leadership and your continued uh leadership on this important issue.
What's going on?
The Democrats are trying to make bad law.
Um, they're making bad law to help in future elections.
I mean, the chairman's right.
Senator Alec McCormick has won this, and he's won it by a lot.
Uh, but what they're trying to do is create bad law that will eventually, you know, in a close election, Sean, you remember the 2022 primary where MEM lost uh I'm sorry, Mend won by 900 votes.
That um they're trying to make bad law in a close election, they can steal it.
That's what they're doing here.
They have Mark Elias of Russia Gate and the Steel dossier.
He's out there trying to do what he does, which is to create chaos.
This will go to this Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
I'm confident that our lawyers will prevail.
I think we have to ask the question too, where is the Department of Justice?
The Department of Justice weighed in to try to count six, hundred uh registrations in Virginia uh of non-citizens when Governor Youncan and his team threw them off the rolls and they sued.
The Justice Department sued.
Here you have a Bucks County Commissioner openly flouting the law, openly flouting the law, saying she's gonna violate it and daring people to do something about it.
I will say this as someone who raises money for our Republican Party and loves our Republican Party here in Pennsylvania.
She made my job much easier.
Because I'm gonna start raising money now for our county commissioner races that are coming down the pike here uh in the next year or two years.
Uh so we're gonna raise money on this, we're gonna get rid of these folks.
I also think that uh our prosecutors here in Pennsylvania as well as the Department of Justice need to look into this outrageous behavior, but it all starts with Mark Elias, who uh I don't need to talk anymore about.
He is uh he is a problem and uh he's trying to make bad law here to hurt the people of Pennsylvania.
It really is sad.
I I I can't imagine under any circumstances that the Supreme Court is gonna go back on their own recent ruling, which makes no sense at all.
And yet while why is Bob Casey doing this to the people in the Commonwealth, uh Michael Watley?
Well, he's torching his own legacy is what he's doing.
You have every major media outlet, you have the unions who are basically saying, Thank you for your service, it's time to step aside, and you're off on this crusade to try and flip a couple of hundred votes at the beck and call of a DC swamp lawyer.
Uh it really is a tragedy uh that uh you know is avoidable because like I said, he didn't need to go down the road.
He could have waived this uh recount and Jeff's conceded, um, and instead he's putting the entire state of Pennsylvania through it uh on a very quixotic approach uh to try and change these outcomes.
Yeah, if you're on the ground like our good friend Selena Zito every day and you're talking to people in the Commonwealth, and uh by the way, I need to thank everybody in Pennsylvania.
Uh it was so imperative that Donald Trump win the state, and the fact that uh Dave McCormick won is is a huge victory in my view.
And it's it how are the people reacting to Bob Casey's behavior here?
And how are they reacting to Bucks County here?
And do they feel like if they're going to put aside a Supreme Court ruling in the state that they are disenfranchising legal votes?
Yeah, so let's start with the practical.
The the millions of dollars that are being wasted here could go to fix the crumbling schools that the Democrats have uh ignored for too long in places like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and many, my hometown of Reading.
So they're wasting tax precious, precious resources, but also people are looking around and saying this is an embarrassment for Senator Casey.
Sean, he's sending out and the DMC are sending out predatory fundraising emails with lies in them.
Like we just gotta get Bob Casey back, kick chick chip in $25 and help Senator Casey return to Washington.
He's lost.
So these are predatory emails.
They're out there raising money, maybe to pay off uh Oprah or Beyonce or whoever else they need to pay off from the Harris campaign who blew blew through their billion dollars and and and were twenty million dollars um in the red.
Uh we don't know Senator Casey has campaign debt uh from his campaign that he's trying to pay off.
But think about like what they're doing to the hardworking people of Pennsylvania, preying on hopes that have no no no prayer of actually coming true.
Uh as the chairman said, Dave's won this race by 25 to 30,000 votes.
So these fundraising emails are shameful.
It's an embarrassment to a legacy that goes back thirty years for Senator Casey and another twenty or so years for his father before him.
So you have fifty years of the Casey name that is uh going out in the most shameful embarrassing way, and uh I guess he just doesn't care.
Now that Donald Trump has won, now that we have control of the House and Senate, uh what can they do on the federal level, or does all of this have to happen on the state level?
Well, it certainly needs to be implemented by the states, but the federal government does have the ability uh to weigh in and kind of tell the states what are some basic guidelines that they need to do.
You know, the main four reforms that we were pushing for in every state uh were that uh the states need to enforce the law that only American citizens can vote.
Voter ID needs to be put in place.
States have got to clean up their voter roles, and where you have mail and balloting, and there's a lot of states that do the mail and validat, we need basic protections there, like a signature requirement, a witness requirement.
It needs to be dated and returned before election day, and we want them in mailboxes, not in drop boxes.
And if we can get those basic sets of principles enshrined, then we're gonna be very far along the way towards national election integrity.
When we got those rules implemented in most uh of all of the battleground states, uh it really made a tremendous difference, along with us putting 6,500 attorneys and 230,000 grassroots volunteers in every room where votes were being counted and cast.
Uh so we really think that that the eyes uh in the room was a tremendously important part of it.
But there's a lot to be done, and uh if the federal government is able to step up and provide that guidance to the states, that would be a huge step forward.
I I think that's all gotta happen.
I will take a quick break, we'll come back.
We'll continue more with Jeff Bartos and Michael Watley as Democratic shenanigans going on in in Pennsylvania in the recount there that will not at all help Bob Casey, the incumbent.
He's lost that race, and Dave McCormick will be the new senator from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as we continue.
All right, we continue now with Jeff Bartos and Michael Watley, and we're discussing you know this unbelievable maneuverings by the Democrats and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania just outright defying a uh Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision and counting ballots that the court had said emphatically they shouldn't be counting.
In the Commonwealth, is there an appetite to implement those changes?
And would Governor Shapiro, for example, go along with it, Jeff Bartos.
The the Democrats now right now control the House by one vote, just one vote.
Uh we expanded our uh majority, we Republicans expanded our majority in the state Senate, and of course there's Governor Shapiro.
Uh I think I think there is some uh horse trading and some forward momentum that can happen here.
I do feel that way in the Commonwealth.
I don't think I know Josh a long time, I have no sense that he wants chaos.
Uh he doesn't want to run for his reelection on chaos and whatever else he may think about in the future.
Uh if he can't run your elections, how can you run anything else?
I think it's a very powerful uh not that we may have already thought about that, but that's a very powerful uh retort to anything he may try to do in the future.
So I do think there is uh some interest.
There's a model, as the chairman says, uh there is a model out that we can follow.
I would just say in Florida, uh with 23 million people, they count all of their ballots uh and they're done two hours and forty-five minutes after the polls close.
Uh here in Pennsylvania we can do a lot better.
But I do want to stress again, I was in that war room and I watched everything the chairman just said in real time and it worked.
And between Chairman Wadley and Large.
Well, I know that's true because I was annoying the the hell out of you all day and night.
You were, but it was my honor and pleasure to provide you uh with as much information as I could, you know, get to you.
But it really worked.
And the chairman, aren't you glad I went to Jeff and not you?
Well, I tell you what, we were we were dealing with all of those issues all across the country, and it really was very important for us to have that uh operation put together in every state so that we could make sure uh that uh no matter where there were issues that were going to pop up, we were in a position to address them.
Well, we're gonna we're gonna continue to monitor this very, very closely.
If you need to come on this program and or on Hannity the TV show and give updates to people, uh we're not gonna let them defy what is a clear Supreme Court order in the Commonwealth.
Uh the people of Pennsylvania deserve a lot better than this.
Uh Bob Casey clearly uh is desperate and willing to, you know, corrupt the system.
Uh if this was Republicans doing it right now, they'd be wanting to arrest them in like ten seconds.
Uh it's pretty unbelievable to me.
But anyway, thank you both.
Jeff Bartos, Mike Watley, and I want to thank you both again for all you did to help make this such a great election year for the Republican Party and in the hopes of getting our country back on track.
I appreciate the efforts of both of you.
Thank you, Sean.
Have a great weekend.
Thank you, Chairman.
Yeah, thank you, and thanks for covering this.
The fact that the rest of the media is being completely silent on it uh is really a disgrace.
And I think that uh what you're doing here is really important.
Amen.
I appreciate it.
It is important, very important.

Um let me go to the mob, state-run media mob, legacy media mob that is officially dead and buried.
Uh based on this election, the American people paid no mind to them.
They have lost all trust in them.
With all they've thrown at Donald Trump, they don't care what the legacy media says anymore.
And it seems the legacy media hasn't learned a thing.
As they go out there attacking, you know, one Trump nominee after another, after another, it's not going to have an impact because it's all it's all sort of it's it's lumped together into, oh, of course, Donald Trump avoiding somebody, we hate them.
And that's what they do.
Well, it's a reported uh he just announced uh the head of health and human services is going to be RFK Jr.
That means that uh that Donald Trump wants to bring back polio and the measles.
I'm not making it up.
The question that we all have to ask with respect to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and others, is this America's very best?
Is this the best that America has to offer to safeguard the health and well-being of the American people?
Of course it's not.
And we right now we're seeing termites unleashed on everything.
And this is a termite appointment.
Uh we know for sure that Bobby Kennedy uh is a vaccine denier.
Uh he's a vaccine denier denier.
He denies being a denier.
But I mean, we would be talking about going back to the what 1700?
Yeah, eighteen hundred.
I mean, this is serious.
If you live in a rural area and there's not a hospital very close to you, but there is a community center closer to you, it could be decimated under Robert F. Kennedy.
Of all the horrible picks, um, there probably could not be a worse one for the country and for for families in this one.
You're talking about a person that is literally a tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist.
I can't tell you how irresponsible, shameful and disgusting this pick is.
And it is something that we should come to expect from Donald Trump, but one that we must furiously oppose.
This can't be real.
Someone must have gotten this wrong.
This can't be possible.
And now the second underlying change, there's some silver linings.
The second thought I had is he can't get confirmed, can he?
Well, America, I hope you like measles.
I mean, you can't, they're still in this this I hate Donald Trump campaign mode.
They can't they can't help themselves.
Then we have the the state-run legacy media mob reacting to the Trump Biden meeting, which to me was somewhat humorous because Joe Biden, who was calling Trump supporters uh MAGA extremists and garbage and you know, had no problem, you know, letting every Democrat refer to Donald Trump as a fascist and a Nazi and compare him to Hitler and Stalin and Mussolini and a racist.
Oh, he was he he just couldn't have been happier.
And as I'm watching this, I'm wondering, I wonder if this guy is glad that Kamala lost and feels vindicated against all of those people involved in the coup, like Nancy Pelosi and Schumer and Obama and George Clooney to get rid of them.
Because their plan didn't work.
But not only did legacy media die, so did celebrity media influence die as well.
Nobody cared what George Clooney, the idiot that he is, thinks.
Nobody cared that he was telling the bros you can act like you're voting for Trump, but secretly you can vote for Kamala Harris, and nobody will know.
Uh, or Julia Roberts saying you can tell your husband, oh yes, sweetheart, I voted the right way.
I voted for Donald Trump, but really I voted for Kamala Harris.
What kind of friendship is that?
What kind of marriage is that?
But anyway, here's the media reaction to the Trump Biden meeting in the Oval Office this week.
It was the underpinning of the Democratic campaign.
I'm glad it's happening.
But it what it tells me and what it ought to tell Democrats is they didn't mean any of it.
It was all campaign rhetoric.
And I think to me, if you really meant any of it, this wouldn't be happening.
So I'm glad it's happening, but to me, it totally blows up the way they ran this campaign at the end of the campaign.
I just don't understand the White House did that.
Now, granted, you know, I'm glad it's a peaceful transition of power, but what happened to the threat of democracy talk?
What happened to the fascist talk?
By the way, I know I've said those things about Trump as well, but I'm not talking about me.
I'm talking about his political opponents like President Biden.
When they say it, it holds way more weight than me.
I'm just trying to figure out how do you go from he's an extension extensional threat to democracy.
So welcome back.
You really can't make it up.
One day you're you're garbage, a fascist, racist, Nazi, and the next day it's so great to see you.
How are you?
You look awesome.
Linda, I mean, isn't that a great relationship?
Do you have any of your friends that would lie to their husbands about who they're voting for?
And if you have that kind of relationship that you have to lie to your your significant other, well, what does that say about that relationship?
Or if you're if you're lying to your best friends, I mean, doesn't seem like a particularly deep relationship to me.
Listen, I think a lot of people are married for the wrong reasons to the wrong people at the wrong time with the wrong things, all wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong.
However, oh my gosh, that I did I did I did I open up a Pandora's box here.
That's not what I'm saying.
Good grief.
Where did that come from?
I'm just caveating.
I'm caveating.
But if you're in the right marriage with the right person, they shouldn't be your best friend, and you should be on the same page.
As far as I'm concerned, I feel pretty strongly about this.
You should not be married to somebody who has a different political ideology.
People who do that to me are it's I just think it's complete insanity.
I could never marry a liberal.
Like never in a million years.
I can be friends and see them once in a while and talk about everything but politics.
But like married, forget about it.
It's not a thing.
You mean you mean Anthony's not a liberal?
Oh my God, forget it.
Anthony was a poll observer on election day.
He was fighting the Democrats.
He was amazing.
He called into this program.
I mean, that ought to tell everybody a lot.
Uh all right, let's get to our phones.
We have uh a great group of people that have been standing by patiently.
Gary of Minnesota, Gary, well, you got your governor back.
I bet you're feeling good about that.
I am actually thanks for taking my call.
And uh you know you want him back because you want them back, or you want him back because you didn't want him to be vice president.
I want him back because I wanted uh sense of hope, and and that's how I felt after I seen that he won.
And then I hear you talk about these women that are shaving their heads and and taking away the sex and getting divorced and all of this and that.
And you know stockpiling abortion pills.
Yeah, it's just absolutely insane.
I told my wife about it, and we talked about it, and she says uh she was she was furious and shocked, first of all, and she looked at me and says, What would you do?
And I told her, I said uh I said, Sean Hannity is walking on threads because he wants to handle it right, but he's not really saying how he would do it.
But I told her, I said, I would shave your head for you, I'd pack your bag for you on your way out.
Uh I I I don't want to be in a relationship with somebody that I can't be honest with.
Lynn Linda, I think is right.
I think that your significant other has to be your best friend.
And your significant other needs to be completely honest with you.
However, if you have such both think the same.
If you have such major differences on issues, I mean, can it work?
I mean, James Carville and Mary Matlin have worked for years, and you know, I know I've known them both for years, and they've raised great kids great kids, their great parents, and they just kind of agree to disagree on politics, and they go about their business fighting, you know, in their own ways, and for years they were on tour together, and it was one of the best shows you'd ever see.
It was entertaining as hell.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
But, you know, I don't I don't think that's gonna work for most people though.
But anyway, you know, uh divorced, get it divorced because you didn't get look, uh just to put people's hearts at rest here.
There have been many elections I fought hard for, and I didn't didn't come out on the winning end of.
And it is it's not the best feeling in the world.
But I I I I you have to resign yourself that you're not gonna win every race.
The best things that repu the job Donald Trump and Republicans can do now is fulfill their promises.
And if they do that, that's good politics.
And that will ensure the people, you know, trust them enough to give them more time in office.
But it has to be earned.
Anyway, my friend, appreciate it.
Want to get as many calls in as we uh possibly can.
Uh let us say hi to Dan in North Carolina.
Thank you to all our friends in North Carolina.
I know so many of you impacted by Hurricane Holeen and uh still went out to vote.
It was critical that you did, and during your troubled times, I'm so sorry you're suffering.
And I hope our government, when Donald Trump gets in, he will not forget you, and I will make sure I ask him about making sure that uh North Carolina gets the help it needs.
Absolutely, son.
Um I took three people with me to vote.
Um long time listener, first time caller.
Um we do appreciate the conservative voice you give to the blue collar that's been uh long time forgotten.
And um I guess Well, by the way, I'm blue-collar, so you're talking to a blue-collar blue-collar blue-collar guy.
And and probably the best thing in my life is I worked 20 years in doing real jobs in restaurants and in construction.
Best thing that my belief in God saved my life.
Good deal, yeah.
Um you think that, you know, I mean, things have been going way too smooth, I feel like.
I mean, they went from throwing everything at him but the kitchen sink, and uh, it just feels uh smell a rat, man.
Do you expect the kitchen sink anytime soon?
But that's all they've done for nine years.
I mean, you know, if he announces, as we discussed earlier in the program, RFK Jr., you know, remember remember Donald Trump will make the final decision if he has a disagreement on a particular issue with RFK Jr., and I know he does on some.
Uh it's going to be Trump.
He's the president.
He gets to decide.
Uh however, uh, in terms of making our food healthier, in terms of giving people it information so they can make better choices as it relates to medicines, as it relates to vaccines, etc.
etc.
He's giving everybody the choice.
He's not taking away your right to do anything.
I thought liberals were all pro-choice.
They're all pro-choice only when it works in their favor.
Yeah, yeah, I understand that.
Well, I think you're missing it.
What I'm talking about is do you think they have anything in the tank for Trump?
I mean, because they put him through, you know what I'm saying.
Oh, you mean do they have plans to destroy him, further plans to destroy him?
Of course they do.
Exactly.
But if they could have done it, they would have done it before the election.
All right, my friend, appreciate it.
God bless you.
Uh let's go to Dorothy is in Louisiana.
Hey, Dorothy, how are you?
Hi, Brother Sean.
Thanks for taking my call.
Thank you for calling.
What's on your mind this Friday?
Well, I got a couple of items.
Um, we're very happy in this household that President Trump won election.
And I know you've got a good relationship with uh President Trump.
And what has crossed my mind more than once is maybe you could put a flea in his ear about something that I'm fixing to say.
You know, in the prior administration, he was constantly on the TV doing press conferences, doing interviews with the media mob, and all they did was rehash and twist his words.
Maybe you could tell him to just kind of lay off of that and not waste the time and instead, you know, work on what he promised to do for us, which I think would be a better use of his time.
And it would listen, I I I I think all look at the record breaking speed at which he is making his appointments.
I mean, compared to 2016, and I was there at the time.
I mean, it's this is at a lightning pace.
And I I can only tell you that that's that uh obviously he's learned a lot from the last time, and I know a lot of people they get horrified and shocked, and they you know that we go back to the same Trump derangement syndrome every time he says anything.
But that America knew what they voted for when they voted for Donald Trump, and they know what his agenda is, and they know that he means what he says.
And I'm just telling you, just watch the results.
That's where America's gonna be happy.
And you know, with all the noise, just just put the noise out of your head.
It doesn't matter what they say.
They don't have any influence anymore.
America rejected their hate Trump narrative and obsession.
Dorothy, God bless you.
You have a great weekend.

Sean Hannity and the breaking news you might have missed today.
With Sean's insider information.
Good.
Sean Hannity.
So last week it is a transformative election.
Once again, the alliance between Israel and the United States will be as strong as ever.
There's never been a president more committed to the state of Israel than Donald J. Trump.
Nobody's ever done more for the State of Israel than Donald J. Trump.
And trust me, the Iranian mullahs are taking note.
Uh, but still, Israel right now does not have the support it deserves from the U.S. I mean, they've even been withholding weapons systems.
I mean, it's unbelievable what Harris and Biden are doing, but they've been fighting a forefront war.
The Iranians firing ballistic missiles into Israel, the Houthi rebels, Hamas Hezbollah Islamic Jihad, all at war with Israel.
And unfortunately, the Israeli people are caught in the middle of this, and you have tens and tens and tens of thousands of people that are in need for bare necessities.
We are proudly partnered with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, and they've been on the ground from day one helping all these vulnerable people and providing security and bare necessities and meeting security needs for people in need, especially the elderly and the sick, providing medicines, shelter, food, water, you name it, but they can only do it with your help.
And they really, the need is really desperate.
They got tens and tens of thousands of people that need help right now.
