| I don't know how many of you have been following this news about P. Diddy. | |
| And I mean, it is astonishing what we are learning about him and the circle of celebrity friends and what they're calling these freak off sex parties and drugs and, you know, talk of trafficking and racketeering. | |
| I mean, it's it reminds me these charges remind me of of Jeffrey Epstein in terms of the level of just utter depravity, including young people and underage people. | |
| But he's been charged with racketeering, sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution. | |
| And anyway, he's fled, not guilty. | |
| He's tied to what they call these freak offs where they're coercing sex acts, videotaping sex acts. | |
| And apparently, you know, P. Diddy allegedly orchestrating and recording all of this, according to the federal indictment. | |
| He has a wave of lawsuits. | |
| We saw the video of him beating the living crap out of a woman in a hotel lobby and I'm pulling her by the hair back into the room. | |
| He did apologize for that incident, but he had denied it for a long, long time when it first happened. | |
| And then, you know, these these were now learning, you know, a lot more about what's happening now. | |
| It does bring up the larger question of sex trafficking in general. | |
| And let me play for you a cut of Damian Williams, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, announcing these indictments against, you know, Sean P. Diddy Combs. | |
| Charging Sean Combs with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, interstate transportation for prostitution. | |
| The indictment alleges that between at least 2008 and the present, Combs abused, threatened and coerced victims to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct. | |
| As a legend, the indictment to carry out this conduct, Sean Combs led and participated in a racketeering conspiracy that used the business empire he controlled to carry out criminal activity, including sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and the obstruction of justice. | |
| Let me say a little bit more about the charges. | |
| The indictment alleges that Combs abused and exploited women and other people for years and in a variety of ways. | |
| As alleged, Combs used force, threats. | |
| of force and coercion to cause victims to engage in extended sexual performances with male commercial sex workers some of whom he transported or caused to be transported over state lines Combs allegedly planned and controlled the sex performances, which he called freakoffs. | |
| And he often electronically recorded them. | |
| The freakoffs sometimes lasted days at a time, involved multiple commercial sex workers, and often involved a variety of narcotics such as ketamine, ecstasy, and GHB, which Combs distributed to the victims to keep them obedient and compliant. | |
| I mean, how chilling and insane is that? | |
| Now, here's Damien Williams revealing that what was found in his home during the search warrant. | |
| In March of this year, special agents from HSI executed search warrants at Combs' residences in Miami and Los Angeles. | |
| They also executed a warrant for Combs' electronic devices. | |
| During those searches, agents seize evidence of the crimes charged in this indictment. | |
| They seize firearms and ammunition, including three defaced AR-15s and a large capacity drum magazine. | |
| They also seize evidence of the freakoffs, electronic devices that contain images and videos of the freakoffs with multiple victims. | |
| And they seize cases and cases of the kinds of personal lubricant and baby oil that Combs' staff allegedly used to stock hotel rooms for the freakoffs. | |
| More than 1,000 bottles altogether. | |
| I mean, this is so sick and so depraved. | |
| It's just, it's mind-numbing to most people, but it's real. | |
| We have had enough people on this program. | |
| For example, young girls trafficked into our country from foreign countries across our wide open southern borders, their lives completely upended and destroyed. | |
| I can't think of any greater evil, to be very honest, to ruin the life of children this way and to be involved in trafficking this way. | |

| You know, we, as the master I follow, Jesus says, I leave 99 to go for one. | |
| We focus on each human being individually, each child. | |
| But this particular case is very personal because it's literally how Ilanka, my sister, was trafficked by a record label executive. | |
| And it is, rinse and repeat, it is so widespread in our country, Sean, that we are on the brink of a moral crisis in America and not really understanding the general public how this really works. | |
| This case is getting the attention it deserves. | |
| I think something very interesting to highlight in this case that did not happen in the Epstein case, which we were involved with, the Harvey Weinstein case, the Ghillane Maxwell case, this time Damian Williams actually took the definition of human trafficking and put it in the indictment. | |
| Ghillaine Maxwell was not tried as a sex trafficker. | |
| Even Epstein, it wasn't direct sex trafficking charges. | |
| This time, they put force, fraud, and coercion in the indictment, which means there's not going to be any wriggle room for a district attorney or some corrupt judge, as we see in our country, or lawyers to wiggle out of these charges. | |
| That's a victory by itself. | |
| I'm glad that HSI took its time, did a thorough investigation. | |
| We'll have to see if the video will be evidence in court. | |
| It should be. | |
| I doubt that they show the American public that, but it should absolutely be admissible. | |
| Why wouldn't we see it? | |
| And what are the odds that powerful, famous people are on those videotapes, considering most of these incidents were being recorded, according to reports? | |
| Yeah, the odds are very high, Sean. | |
| It's 15 years of exploitation. | |
| There's numerous. | |
| If we truly get not just lists of names, Sean, we need individuals to sit in a court of law in front of a jury and be examined under oath and cross-examined. | |
| This bleeds into professional sport, politics, Wall Street, Hollywood. | |
| Just the Sean Combs situation by itself is so widespread. | |
| I do believe this time people are going to be implicated. | |
| Sean is known to be loose-lipped in the industry. | |
| I do believe the case is mounting against him here. | |
| We know, allegedly, minors have attended these parties. | |
| How long have you known about these activities of that world being alleged against P. Diddy? | |

| Look, we knew Epstein by 2001 when I immigrated, when we rescued my sister, this is our 30th year combating sex trafficking of children, Sean. | |

| We've got a massive disaster in our country. | |
| Do you know, Sean, that 25 to 47 percent of all domestic trafficking in the U.S., American children, we'll talk about an open border in a minute, but 25 to 47 percent of all domestic trafficking is at the hands of a familial figure. | |
| It's families, coaches, or individuals like a Sean Combs that promises a girl from Brooklyn, New York that's raised without a father, you're now my boo, you're my girl. | |
| He puts her in the studio. | |
| He delivers on his promise. | |

| In this case, I do believe that Damien Williams, who seems to be cut from a different cloth in New York, is going to subpoena these things. | |
| And at least the court would see it. | |
| I'd like for the American public to see it. | |

| And so we'll see what the judge does here. | |
| But Sean, I believe the case is mounting to him 30 to life. | |
| If a minor was at a party, which we allegedly they were, and that case is brought, you're looking at life, I believe this guy will sing. | |
| I believe he will ask for a deal. | |
| Elaine Maxwell was certain that Wall Street would protect her, that she would be protected. | |

| This time, they have to be brought in. | |
| We're not saying that the names you just mentioned enacted upon sex trafficking, but if you were at the party, and the word on the street is at the stroke of midnight, all women get naked. | |

| It's a sickness. | |

| This open border that you say is so humane is literally ruining young women, young girls, little boys coming across this border because they are trafficked and they are sold and they are left for dead. | |
