Just plain weird.
You know who's playing weird?
She's playing weird.
She's a weird person.
Look at her past.
Look at what she does.
And yeah, I am radical.
I do believe that we need to get radical about what we are doing and take it seriously.
T minus 96 days until election day.
Yeah, we are coming to your city.

Toll free, our number is 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, uh we are literally the world is on pins and needles monitoring the situation abroad.
Uh we now have Iran, the number one state sponsor of terror, their Supreme Leader vowing to retaliate against Israel over the fact that they took out the number one leader of Hamas.
Remember Hamas, the terror group supported by Iran.
Iran was helping their cuts forces, the Irani Iranian Revolutionary Guard plot, plan and scheme, what they did on October the seventh, which would be the equivalent of losing 40,000 Americans in a day.
And you know, why the left in this country, why Kamala Harris and Joe Biden surrendered in the war on terror and did not support Israel's right to win that war is inexplicable and absolutely, you know, so dangerous for the world.
And you know, while I do give them credit, they did help when Iran was firing missiles into Israel.
They did help defend Israel.
But then they said you can't retaliate.
If you do, you are on your own.
Well, that is a complete surrender as far as I'm concerned against in the war against radical Islamic terrorists.
If you think about how great Israel's military is, when they did strike back without any support from the United States, look at the map and how deeply.
I mean, Iran is a big country.
A lot of landmass.
And if you take a look at the strikes when they responded alone, because Joe and Kamala had to give in to the radical wing in their party.
They went deep.
They penetrated deep inside of Iran.
And I didn't know that they had that capability.
But obviously that they do.
But here's the situation we find ourselves in.
And that is Israel is now battling Hamas out of Gaza in the south, Hezbollah, a Lebanon in the north.
They're facing war missile attacks from Iran, the soccer field attack that killed these young children.
Well, that attack actually happened uh with an Iranian missile.
Now, add to that the other news of the day, which is this Wall Street Journal reporter.
I'm not gonna say his name right, Evan Gersukovich.
Uh I know it's been he was sentenced to sixteen years in prison, and it ends up being a much bigger deal than we initially knew, but it involves twenty-four prisoners, six countries, and apparently months of tough negotiations.
Now remember the Biden administration made a deal with Iran, they were gonna give them another six billion dollars for the release of Americans that are being held hostage in Iran, which only makes Iran richer.
And of course, they turned a blind eye to the sanctions that were put in place by Donald Trump, allowed them to you know, take in hundreds of billions of dollars selling oil on the world market, granted waivers to the sanctions to allow Iraq to pay them ten billion dollars.
I mean, what is this money being used for to foment terror?
And all of this, it turns out, and believe me, I'm happy that any American prisoner is released.
I really am.
But at what price?
Now we welcome back to the program, Alan Dershowitz.
He himself uh defended, I don't know if you remember the the case of Sharansky back in the day, um, but he helped negotiate his freedom, uh, which frankly was an incredible feat at the time.
I know a lot of people may agree or disagree with whether or not you negotiate with terrorist states in terms of releasing, but he was involved in the Russian prisoner exchange of Anatoly uh Sharansky, and anyway, it's great to have you back, Professor.
How are you?
Thanks, I re really remember very clearly um Thanksgiving Day of nineteen eighty-five.
I didn't spend it uh having Turkey with my family.
I spent it negotiating with Wolfgang Vogel, the head trader of the East Germans on behalf of the Soviet Union.
If you saw the film Bridge of Spies, he was the central character in the Bridge of Spies, trading Powell, the American uh aviator who was shot down.
So I spent Thanksgiving Day negotiating the release of uh Anatoly Sharansky tried to negotiate the release as well of uh uh Mandela, but uh uh AFC the Mandela people didn't want to have him part of a uh spy exchange, and so he stayed in prison.
But uh the negotiations over Sharansky were very fraught and very difficult, and I'll never forget the day early in nineteen uh eighty-six when I watched him cross the Glenicki Bridge uh in East Germany and walked to freedom, and he threw his arms around me when I uh first literally laid eyes on him, and he whispered in my ear the Hebrew blessing, Baruch Matir Asurim, blessed are those who free thee in prison.
And um uh when his wife asked me to defend him, she said she had one wish only, and that is that I get him out in time for her to have children.
And uh he got out when she was about thirty-eight or thirty-nine years old, and they had two children.
So it was uh it was a really uh a memorable, probably for me the most satisfying case in my long, long, long career of defending mostly bad guys.
It's a pleasure occasionally to defend a good guy like uh like Natan Trick.
Yeah, you do have a track record of defending, you know, some really notoriously bad people, but we won't go into all that today.
Look, I I I I understand the the pride that you rightly take in that, and I'm I'm torn, Professor, and we've been friends a long time, and I know Anatola uh Anatoly Saransky uh Sharansky is a great man.
I understand that completely.
And I wanted this Wall Street Journal uh reporter and this U.S. Marine freed as well.
Uh part of the deal, though, is Putin wanted this guy Krasokov.
He's a convicted murderer that Putin had been pushing to have freed since 2021.
Former intelligence officer, veteran of the Soviet Afghan war, had shot and killed the rebel leader in Bur of Berlim Park, was serving a life sentence.
Now a lot of countries had to sign off on this.
I I just don't know if this encourages at the end of the day more hostage taking.
I want y you know, you have to ask these questions, right?
What do you think?
And it does encourage more hostage taking.
I have no doubt about it.
It's a difficult trade off.
Look, if I had my way, if if if B. V. Nathanov had his way, he wrote a book about it, and I wrote a book about it, saying never ever, ever trade for hostages.
Never negotiate with terrorism.
If the world had accepted that, there would be less hostages taking and less terrorism.
But the world has never accepted that.
Look what happened in the Olympics in eighteen seventy two.
They arrested those bastards who had uh killed the eleven Israeli athletes.
And what happened?
The French freedom.
The Germans freed them immediately, and they went on and did other things.
And of course Golden Mayor then announced she was going to put a price on the head of every single one of the eleven people who had killed uh Israelis, and they got uh all but one of them.
And I think that's And by the by the way, Professor, did you see the chanting during the Israeli national anthem?
I think it was before a soccer match, if I'm not mistaken, of Hall Hitler.
Did you see that?
I did see that.
And you know, speaking of that, there's a real test now for uh Vice President Harris.
Today's Times and other articles have said there is tremendous, tremendous pressure on Harris not to name a Jew as her vice president.
And and we're talking about Josh Shapiro.
You could like him, you can hate him.
If his name were John Smith, with the same views he has, because he has exactly the same views in Israel as uh all the other candidates for vice president, but the hard left, the progressives, the wokes are all saying don't pick a Jew.
Don't pick a Jew.
This is blatant anti-Semitism.
And if Harris decides not to pick him because he's a Jew, that disqualifies her uh from any.
Well, let me ask you, because how does Josh Shapiro reconcile uh her positions on Israel, her support of the squad, and frankly, she's the leader of it, and this pro Hamas and and anti-Semitic wing that does exist in the Democratic Party.
And if you don't agree with me, tell me, because I think it it's very clear.
I mean, uh Michael Moore said, well, he was critical of the s the students that were taking over buildings and is against this, you know, what do you call it, BDS movement.
Yeah, look, there's no doubt that there is a group and a very large and growing group of anti-Semites, Jew haters within the Democratic Party, and they're all coming out now saying no Josh Shapiro, even though his views are the same as other non-Jews.
So it's critical that the Democrats marginalize these anti-Semites.
Instead, they seem to be adopting many of their views.
And if Hama Harris gives in to that and says, I I he she's not gonna say this overtly, I'm not gonna nominate a man for vice president who's Jewish, but if that's what it turns out to be, she is disqualified as a person of morality and decency.
You can't do that.
You can't disqualify.
If she does that, would you vote for Trump?
I would certainly vote for her.
I would certainly not vote for her.
If I came to the conclusion that she disqualified somebody because the squad said he's Jewish and we don't want a Jew as vice president, I could not bring myself to vote for her.
Look, I have no longer I've I am no longer a member of the Democratic Party.
Um I'm Ronald Reagan when it comes to that.
I haven't left the Democrats, the Democrats have left me.
Uh that doesn't mean I don't vote for a Democrat from time to time.
I'm always going to pick the candidate who is either best or least worse.
So I'm not ready to make a decision about who I'm going to vote for, but I can tell you I could never vote for a candidate who uh used religion as a basis for deciding who to be vice president.
You know, that used to be well, it's pretty obvious it's gonna be him.
And here's the indicators.
The first event with Kamala and our vice presidential pick is gonna be in Philly on Tuesday, I believe at next week.
Yeah.
And it just broke uh uh that that Josh Shapiro canceled his fundraising events this weekend in New York and in the Hamptons.
Uh it sounds like that decision has been made.
You and you and I are old enough to remember when you could not be nominated as president because you're a Catholic, right?
And Irish Catholic need not apply, uh Professor.
Believe me, I know that when I first came to Harvard, the only restriction we had at Harvard, Irish Catholics need not apply to be students or to be faculty members.
We had the greatest bias against Irish and Italian Catholics, because Boston is a city of Irish and Italian Catholics.
And so there was massive discrimination, and I fought against it.
I fought against that kind of discrimination more than I fought against the Jewish discrimination, because at Harvard in 1964, the anti-Catholic discrimination was much, much worse.
And you can't tolerate it for anybody.
And you cannot say that we're not going to nominate somebody because just because they're Jewish, and that will definitely affect my vote.
quick break right back more with professor alan dershowitz on the other side all right we continue now with this deal on ksm and kamala harris not wanting to use And you have to show the courage not to use the word radical Islamic terrorism and this prisoner swap, uh, as we continue with the news of the day with Professor Alan Dershowitz.
I just wonder how how does Josh Shapiro reconcile with Kamala's views?
Uh why didn't she show up for Prime Minister Netanyahu's speech?
Why why won't she support Israel's right to win their war against radical Islamic terrorism?
Uh, why is she against using the phrase radical Islamic terrorism saying that we need to courage not to use that word?
What I mean, who attacked us on nine eleven?
Who killed the equivalent of 40,000 Americans on October the seventh, Professor?
Right.
She's wrong about all of those things, and those are factors.
Um, but I think somebody like Josh Shapiro would say, look, I can create a little bit of a balance and maybe, maybe push the ticket a little bit toward the center.
I'm not gonna try to psychoanalyze Josh Shapiro, but all the candidates, Jewish or not Jewish, have the same problem.
If you're pro-Israel, you have to ask yourself a question uh can I really work together with Kamala Harris?
Well, we'll see.
She's made some good statements about Israel.
Recently the statement she made for Hezbollah is good.
She's made some very bad statements when she left the meeting with uh Nathanio.
And so I I have an open mind.
You know, Trump said the other day.
He said, people like Alan Dershowitz, who are Democrats and Jewish, you have to be out of your mind uh to to vote uh to vote Democrat.
And uh I and I responded by saying, if you look into my mind, you'll see an open mind.
I'm I'm waiting to see who earns my.
No, I don't think there was ever a more pro-Israeli uh president of this country than Donald Trump.
You're absolutely right.
You're absolutely right.
And I work closely with him on recognizing Jerusalem, on recognizing the Golan Heights.
I work closely with the West Bank and moving the embassy uh out of Tel Aviv to its rightful home in Jerusalem.
I was there when that happened.
And um I work very closely with Jared Kushner with the others, and uh that's a tremendous plus uh uh for me.
And uh um, you know, we'll we'll see.
Uh people people may be surprised who I vote for in the end, but uh um uh for me, one of the litmus tests is you cannot be an anti-Semite, a bigot.
You cannot be somebody who says I'm gonna I agree with you, but I'm gonna say one last thing, and I have to run.
Yeah.
Let me tell you something.
By surrendering in the war on terror, I argue Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have blood on their hands.
By allowing eleven million unvetted illegal immigrants into this country that have been murdering and raping innocent Americans, that's on them.
If another nine eleven happens, that blood will be on their hands too.
Am I wrong?
Is that too harsh?
I just hope that we never have another nine eleven, and I think we have to fight back.
We have to stand united, united against terrorism.
And I want to be proud.
Oh, you're not allowed to say the words, Professor.
You can't.
You have to have the courage.
Islamic terrorists.
I want to say it over.
No, no, you're not you're not being courageous.
You need to not say those words, Professor.
You're breaking the law.
You're breaking the rule.
Yeah, you know, she might tell me I can't use the wrong pronouns, but I'm gonna say Islamic terrorists when they are terrorists.
I'm not gonna call it everybody who is a Moslem, a terrorist, of course not.
There are very word radical distinguishes the religion from those that have perverted it.
But I gotta run.
Uh Professor Alan Dershowitz, uh, appreciate you being with us, my friend.
Thank you.

If you want to be a part of the program, want to remind you about ways you can save money in this horrible Biden Kamala Harris economy and this record inflation you've been dealing with.
And one way you can do it without sacrificing service is to switch to my cell phone company and provider.
It's a veteran-owned company.
They support great causes.
And the best part is you're gonna get the exact same cell towers, the exact same ones, the exact same 5G network, the exact same service that you get from Verizon ATT and T Mobile, and you're gonna get it at half the price.
Average family saving close to a thousand dollars a year.
Now, these big carriers, they want you to believe that unlimited data, you know, is necessary, and then they overcharge you.
But the fact is you're buying way more data than you ever gonna need.
For example, Pure Talk.
They only charge you for the data that you're going to need for 25 bucks a month to get unlimited talk, unlimited text, five gigs of data, mobile hotspot, roaming in over 50 countries, and you probably don't know what five gigs of data represents.
Let me tell you what it means for a month.
It means you can browse the internet for 135 hours, stream a thousand songs, watch 10 hours of video.
Do you really need more than that?
If you do, they have a plan for you.
Stop overpaying, make the switch.
It's simple, it's fast, it's easy, it's risk-free, no contract, no activation fee.
You simply dial Pound 250, say the keyword, save now, do it now.
You save an additional 50% off your first month.
Pound 250, keyword, save now from our friends at Pure Talk.
You know, Kamala Harris, I played it earlier in the program.
I won't play it now.
You know, she will proudly put our uh immigration record up against Donald Trump's.
Really?
Because it's been a disaster.
And she's lied to us about it.
Well, let's just take a trip down memory lane, because I think the most effective way to deal with Kamala Harris on any of these issues is to play her in our own words.
Something we couldn't do, for example, with Barack Obama.
He's like a blank slate.
Nobody knew much about him.
But here's Kamala telling Chuck Chad, Todd, along with Mayorcus and Biden for three years.
Oh no, though, the border's closed and the borders secure.
Here's what she said.
What you call the border secure?
I think that there is no question that we have to do what the president and I asked Congress to do is the first request we make.
Pass a bill to create a pathway to citizenship.
The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system.
We're gonna have two million people cross this border for the first time ever.
You're confident this border's secure.
We have a secure border in that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration.
But there are still a lot of problems that we are trying to fix.
And then we have Kamala Harris in a clip with Casey Hunt saying, Oh, we've got to reexamine ICE and its role, which she's now flip-flopping on and saying, Oh, uh, we need to fund them more.
But that was not her position when she was running for president leading into 2020.
Here's what she said.
A lot of the signs at the rally you just held were people standing there saying abolish ice.
Yeah.
Is that a position that you agree with?
Listen, I think there's no question that we've got to critically reexamine ice and its role and the way that it is being administered and the work it is doing, and we need to probably think about starting from scratch, because um there's a lot that is wrong with the way that is conducting itself, and we need to deal with that.
And maybe my one of my favorites of all time is that Kamala Harris, you know, said it's not criminal to enter the country illegally, and she would say that you know, she she went on to say that she supports Medicare for all,
free health care, courtesy of your tax dollars to people that didn't respect our laws, our borders, and our sovereignty, and free health care and education to illegal immigrants, on top of her stating that you know, she thinks we should, and I won't play that one, you know, we should stop saying the words radical Islamic terrorism and stop saying the word illegal alien, but that we need the courage to do that.
Anyway, here's Kamala supporting a bill for free health care and free education to illegal immigrants.
The bill also says, quote, every individual who is a resident of the United States is entitled to benefits for health care services under this act.
Not every individual who's a citizen, but every individual who's a resident.
So you support giving universal health care, Medicare for all to people who are in this country illegally?
Let me just be very clear about this.
I'm opposed to any policy that would deny in our country any human being from access to public safety, public education or public health, period.
If Americans know this record and hear her in her own words, Donald Trump will win this election.
I've been saying it all day because I believe it.
Anyway, joining us now is New York Congresswoman uh Claudia Tunning is with us to discuss this news on Harris.
Um, you know, you actually sent out an ex post.
Uh we had this recent case out of Loudoun County, and I have a whole list that I scroll on television of all of the unvetted Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, illegal immigrants that have killed people and that have been involved in rapes of even children.
And I scroll all these victims' names and names we never heard before.
They neither Harris nor Joe Biden have ever bothered to call these families or apologize that their policies cause this.
Uh they bragged about getting rid of the Trump policies that worked.
In this case, you have a gentleman by the name of Jose Aguar Martinez, no fixed address, you know, recently residing in Sterling, you know, bet him charged with carjacking of a felony's being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on no bond, and anyway, initially transported to the hospital following his arrest.
And, you know, here we go again.
The illegal immigrant ends up killing this woman in Sterling, Virginia.
Now are they gonna apologize that their policies cause this?
Are they gonna bear responsibility?
Are they gonna continue to lie to us and say that the border is secure and the borders closed?
Are they gonna call the families?
They never call Lake and Riley's family or Rachel Moran's family or Jocelyn Nungary's family or any of the other victims' families.
Anyway, Congresswoman, welcome back.
Your your thoughts on all of us.
Thank you.
Well, Sean, you're doing exactly what we need to do.
We need to continue to go scorched earth on Kamala Harris's record in her own words, which are more devastating than anything, and that's what Americans will see.
Their record has caused So many unnecessary deaths, and they are unapologetic because they don't care.
They don't care about the American people.
And you can come to New York and see our northern border.
Eighty-five percent of the people on the terror watch list come across it, where New York welcomes illegal immigrants.
We we tax our our residents to death, as you know, you left a state because of the the taxes and the lack and the inability of the Democrats to keep us safe.
And uh Lake and Riley would be alive today if not for the Greenlight Law in New York, where we give out driver's licenses.
We refuse to allow our police to work together.
And I'll tell you who is a one of my residents in my district in upstate New York, Tom Homan, former ICE Director.
And uh he is a champion of what we need to do to secure this border.
And people need to understand it's deadly and it's costly.
It's both.
And these people are bringing down this country.
I am very, very worried.
But we've got to talk about Kamala's record.
Just talk about her record, because I think you made an excellent point.
Who knew what Obama stood for?
He voted president on everything.
Now we've got someone who actually embraced all of these left wing uh uh nut job type of ideas.
AOC.
Anything AOC or Bernie Sanders put out, she did she was grasping and and taking that as her own.
Uh I think that's really important that we continue to do that.
Uh I agree, but it's on every issue.
Now she's trying to make a U-turn and she's kind of flipping and flopping and flailing.
I want to get your reaction.
I mean, this is a woman that we know was, you know, for against any fracking or any drilling, but now apparently she's saying she's for it.
Uh she supported a mandatory gun buyback program.
I would call it confiscation.
Uh Medicare for all, including free health care and education and housing for illegal immigrants.
Uh now she's saying that her border policy, she'll put it up against Donald Trump's any day.
And you know, I play all these cuts and I'm like, it doesn't it's not rooted in reality.
We do have a problem though, Congresswoman, and that is the media mob, state run media, they don't want to vet her.
They're not playing the clips that we're playing.
I mean, there's a treasure trove of information about how radicalized she is.
I mean, I saw what was it, Senator Kennedy of Louisiana was having a uh battle with Neil Cavuto on on Fox News, you know, and he said, you know, she's a loon and she's basically AOC without the bartending experience, you know, in his very humorous way.
And but it makes a point.
I think she's to the left of AOC because she's to the left of Bernie Sanders.
She co-sponsored the the the Green New Deal in the U.S. Senate.
She co-sponsored Medicare for all that would eliminate health insurance, private health insurance for Americans.
I think you're right, Sean, but remember something.
The Democrats undermined their own democratic process back in 2020 when it looked like Bernie Sanders, an independent communist, self-proclaimed communist, embracing that, could have been and would likely have been their nominee.
They forced Pete Buttig and Amy Klobuchar out in one day, tearfully crying about how they put their support behind Joe Biden.
That put him above uh above Bernie Sanders, and he was forced to get out.
And now guess what we have?
Someone worse, more far left, more feckless, uh, and actually I wouldn't even put her in the same category as Bernie Sanders.
She's so much worse than Bernie Sanders because she stands for nothing.
And that's what the problem is.
She will grasp any uh horrible ideology, whether it's communism, the Green New Deal, anti-fracking.
But what is she going to say when she goes to California?
Is she gonna say she's anti, you know, she's back for fracking after she just said in Pennsylvania, uh, where you know fracking is uh you know, giving people a chance to flourish and to prosper and in the state of Pennsylvania.
I mean, look at us from New York.
We look at Pennsylvania as the free state of Pennsylvania compared to New York, and they're hardly a free state.
That's a democratic state that we hopefully can win this year.
But I'm just saying, by the way, they're stealing all of your natural gas because they allow fracking in Pennsylvania.
I mean, the odds on favorite right now is Josh Shapiro, the governor of Pennsylvania, uh, how he's going you know, how how they're going to reconcile their uh differing views on Israel, the Middle East on fracking is gonna be interesting to watch.
I think you're right, though.
I think that we have got to talk about her issues.
Let's not talk about her personality or cackling or whatever it is.
Let's talk about her issues because that's the rule No, you you can't ignore the giggling part of her.
You can't, because it's it just shows how not serious she is.
Well, that is true, but her record is so bad.
It's literally the worst.
She's the most far left, the most communist member, first time ever to run, I think, and in a national major party in our country.
And she will make it if people think they're suffering now under the disastrous policies under Joe Biden, it's going to get worse.
It's going to be more expensive and our world is going to be more dangerous.
And we will.
I don't know if the United States, as we know, at the freedom that we were given and granted by our founders, that's so hard to preserve.
I don't know if it's reversible if this woman would be would be elected as the president of the United States.
Congresswoman, I left the state of New York.
And when I left, I was kind of surprised it made as much news as it did, or when I sold my house that it was such a big deal to people.
It was ridiculous to me.
However, I mean, I left.
I I I've been back very few days, no work days this year.
Uh, and I have nothing to do with the state of New York anymore.
And I will argue that the last two governors, including the current governor, basically said, if you're conservative, get the hell out of here.
Get on a bus, go down to Florida, where you belong.
Lee Zeldon, conservatives, you know, or Andrew Cuomo's uh saying, uh you know these conservatives.
They are pro-life.
They are pro uh assault weapon.
They are anti-gay, and I'm not anti-gay.
Um, they have no place in New York.
They're not New Yorkers.
I mean, I I they took the hints, Congresswoman.
I really am not wanted there.
What's happened, Sean?
I I would advise you not to come back.
Remember Rush Limbaugh, the late great Rush Limbaugh.
He didn't like to come back to New York because he thought they might prosecute him, with as lawless and as despicable prosecutor as we have, the Attorney General Letitia James, who should be disbarred, removed from office immediately for malicious prosecution, engaging in law fair, not just against Trump, but everyone across the state under siege after our fire departments, after everyone that she can get.
Don't dare come across the border into New York because she's gonna find a way to attach some kind of lawsuit against you.
And I think what New Yorkers are.
I'm I'm not going back.
And that's the that that's the thing.
I I went back for my sister's birthday party on a weekend and turned around and went right home.
That's about it.
I don't know.
People they're out of control.
And I I'm I'm sitting here with a bunch of fire departments worried about being under siege by Letisa James and our federal government.
I don't I don't see you see, I even said this to Lee Zeldon.
I said, if if if you would have run in a different year, I think you could win.
I mean, if you would have run ten years ago, I think Lee Zeldon ran a good enough campaign that he could have been governor.
I think I don't know if there's a tipping point for California or New York.
I think New Jersey's more likely to be in play than either one of those states, but I don't know if you I mean this is what they want to do to the country.
They've ruined these states, and now they want to implement these policies nationwide, which will ruin the country.
But I gotta run.
Congressman Claudia Tenney, we're gonna be watching your race as well.
Uh, you've been doing a great job for the people in New York.
I still love my friends there, and they all want to come down here.
Almost all of them.
Uh, appreciate you being with us.
