Sean Kennedy is on.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour 800 941 Shauna's on number.
If you want to be a part of the program, we'll get to your calls at the bottom of the half hour.
I mean, it's almost comical to watch the mob, the media that referred to often Kamala Harris as the border czar, and now saying, oh no, uh no, no, she was never really the border czar.
Um her work was uh, you know, to work on the root causes of illegal immigration.
Uh and you know, the uh the Harris's border confusion haunts her new campaign, and she really wasn't a border czar.
And you've got, of course, the media mob, the same people that covered up and lied about Joe's cognitive state for four plus years, the same people that lied about Russia Russia and the Russia collusion hoax, the same people that didn't care about the dirty Russian disinformation dossier used to secure four Pfizer warrants to spy on a presidential candidate and a president.
Uh, the same people that had no problem with Hillary Clinton destroying 33,000 subpoenaed emails uh and deleting them with bleach bit and destroying devices with hammers, and of course, they didn't care about top secret classified information on her servers.
They didn't raid her Chappaqua home or her office.
They didn't care about Joe Biden's top secret classified information at four separate locations, no raid there either.
Uh, they didn't care about a phony valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million.
They didn't care about uh a misdemeanor whose statute of limitations had long passed uh and what was a legal non-disclosure agreement from eight years ago, uh, that was upgraded to 34 felony charges.
It's it's always about getting Donald Trump.
That's all it's ever been about.
And now Axios, by the way, is hit with a community note after claiming, well, Harris was never the border czar, despite being put in charge of the border crisis when she took office.
Harris was tasked early on with addressing the root cause of illegal immigration.
That was part of her portfolio.
They never pushed back until now that she is their presidential candidate.
Now that we have over eleven million unvetted Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, illegal immigrants from over a hundred and eighty countries, again, unvetted.
We have many terrorists that have entered this country.
Murderers and rapists have gotten into this country, cartel members, drug dealers, all into this country.
They both have blood on their hands.
I repeat it every day.
We I have no doubt have terror cells in this country.
We learned also that federal agents were instructed to clear streets of illegal immigrants to put on a show for the border czar on that only one trip to El Paso where she didn't go where all the illegal activity was happening at the time.
You know, we have another illegal immigrant accused of killing two Louisiana teens in a drunk driving crash.
You know, why didn't they pick up a phone and call the mother of this 13-year-old girl that was raped in broad daylight in a park in Queens, New York?
Why didn't they call the mother of this this 12-year-old girl who was brutalized for two hours in Texas before she was murdered?
Twelve-year-old girl, she fought back.
She bit the bit the perpetrators, of course, all unvetted Joe Biden illegal immigrants.
Or this mother of five that was Rachel Moran that was killed, or Lakin Riley.
I've talked to their families.
Joe and Kamala never talked to their families.
And how is it they never mentioned their names?
So this is now they know a huge area of vulnerability.
And if you think they have blood on their hands now, and I pray to God I'm wrong.
When the next 9-11 happens because they let it all these unvetted illegals in the country, including people that come from countries with terror ties, and something happens, the blood will also be on their hands.
And it's it seems to me to be I'm a hundred percent certain it's gonna happen.
But I still hold out some hope I might be wrong.
I don't think so.
You know, you have 25,000 Biden illegals set to arrive in Chicago just in time for the Democratic Convention.
Border officials were ordered to remove Biden's illegals for Kamala's border Visit.
We find that out.
Axios is now saying, oh, they were wrong when they said in 2021 that Kamala Harris was Joe's uh uh border czar.
I mean, you just can't make this up.
That's how corrupt your media is.
They're that corrupt.
Is Corinne Jean Pierre saying, oh no, no, she was she was just put in charge of finding root causes.
She wasn't the border czar.
Well, why didn't they push back sooner?
Because she was the border czar that did nothing.
Listen.
As a partner, though, she's been in charge of root causes of migration for years.
She's never spoken to the border patrol chief Jason Owens or the Border Patrol Chief before him, Raul Ortiz.
What should that tell us about her leadership style?
She was supposed to be doing root causes dealing with diplomacy.
Diplomacy.
Wait, diplomacy.
That's what her job was supposed to be.
Dipl diplomatic.
That's the job.
And it I I understand that you're asking these questions, but we should also look at Congressional Republicans who got in the way.
Literally got in the way of everything that this president was trying to do to deal with the border.
They got in the way.
They would say one thing and then they would change their mind.
They would say, We want border patrol, we want uh uh you know, we want a deal on on what's happening at the border, and then they would walk away from it.
Yeah, well, here's the problem that deal wouldn't even kick into uh uh wouldn't go into effect until five thousand illegals enter the country on any given day.
And then it was discretionary, meaning Biden, Harris, Mayorcus, they didn't have to lift a finger, and it basically would codify their illegal immigrant policies into law.
It was just a joke.
Now uh at the time, then Attorney General of Arizona, uh Mark Bernovich, I mean, he was speaking out about it.
He kept writing the Border Tsar, and I don't care whether they say it's true or not, she was the Border Tsar, and he got no support at all.
And by the way, NBC, Martha Raditz, I guess is she, ABC and NBC News, and Dasha Burns talked to immigrants, they all said they came to America.
You know why?
Because Biden told them to come.
Listen.
This father who asked that we not show his face, traveled to Mexico from Brazil with his wife and three young kids before crossing the border.
Would you have tried to do this when Donald Trump was president?
Definitely not.
Definitely.
We have a chance, you know, the same violence there's going on today or wasn't there last year.
We used to watch the the news and uh I definitely won't won't do this.
So did you come here because Joe Biden was elected president?
Basically.
Basically.
Uh the main thing was the violence in my country.
And the second thing uh I think was Joe Biden.
Uh, you know, uh he's like a letter not my hope.
You know what I mean?
Some say the new president gave them hope for a life in America.
Both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris not only didn't enforce the laws, they were aiding and abetting in the law breaking.
I have a letter from Mark Bernovich, then Attorney General of Arizona, April 2nd, 2021, inviting Kamala Harris to follow through on a statement she made.
You have to see and smell and feel the circumstances of people to really understand them and invite her to down to the border to see for herself what was truly going on.
Of course, that never happened.
Anyway, uh Mark Burnovich, former attorney general of Arizona, is with us.
I mean, I I don't know what to say.
If I if I were to go down to the border the way the the this administration is act, and I would put people in the back of my car and say, Well, you know, what city would you like to go to and then transport those people?
They're not here legally.
Would I not be guilty of human trafficking?
You would indeed be guilty of a crime.
Thank you for having me on, Sean.
And as you know, as you alluded to, it wasn't just that one letter.
We sent letters to Kamala Harris multiple times to President Biden asking for her to be removed as the border czar.
Just a few months later, we used that term border czar uh because she wasn't doing her job.
So she at the time was going, you recall to Central American countries, literally handing out tens of millions of dollars American taxpayer dollars.
And I said at the time that the border crisis will not be solved as long as Kamala Harris cares more about Central America than Middle America.
And when you and I were talking about this back in 2021 in 2020, we said every state will become a border state, and it was unprecedented and unconstitutional what was going on, and now everyone is paying the price in this country, not only financially, but as a result of the cartel seizing operational control of our border, people are dying every day in America.
Kids are being poisoned.
We know the people are being trafficked, young women, 14, 15 years old, and we know that there's a cost in human lives, unfortunately, because people are coming in here illegally, these gang members, these degenerates, and they're literally raping and killing people.
Well, I mean, nobody's been held accountable.
I I've noticed they had no problem with her being called the Border Tsar until now that she's running for president and they're running as far away from it as possible that you can't run away from the policies that they allowed and uh you know that to create this this national security uh disaster, which I don't know if we're ever going to be able to undo.
I uh do you agree with my assessment that it's not a matter of if it's a matter of when this country is attacked because of you know where these people have been coming from and that they're not vetted coming into the country?
Absolutely, Sean.
As you know, it's not just the millions of people that have illegally entered our entered our country.
There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of gotta ways.
If you know in the clip you just played, where people can literally come, and I've seen this, the people can just come across the border, they have carry-on luggage.
I mean, you'll get more of a hassle going through the airport than they do coming across the border legally, and they're just basically processed and allowed to just enter this country.
So if you know you can do that, why are hundreds of thousands of young males, 18 to 35, wearing camouflage or all black clothing, risking 120 degree deserts in Texas and Arizona trying to sneak across our border.
It's not because they want to come here and get jobs, it's because they have ill purposes and illegal purposes.
And literally, when Kamala Harris was the border czar, the toughest question being asked of people breaking the law was she was asking if they wanted the king suite or two doubles and you know, and in the bed, because we were providing the Biden administration, they decriminalized it and they incentivized it.
And I literally went to the Supreme Court and argued against the Biden administration because they were trying to give welfare government benefits to people that were breaking the law in the country illegally.
So ultimately, the next administration, I've said this before, under Title VIII of the USC Code, there was a case last year called Hansen of the U.S. that upheld the ability to prosecute people that aid and abet illegal immigration.
So if you're the mayor of New York City or you're the governor of Newsom of California, and you're giving health care or welfare other benefits to people that are broken the law, isn't that aiding and embedded uh uh illegal immigration?
And yeah, they should they should be prosecuted.
The next president should say, you know what?
Anybody that helped create this crisis that is literally it's a ticking time bomb, not only with terrorists, but with these violent gang members that have come into our country, people will die.
And as a result of that, someone needs to be held accountable.
And if we aren't gonna hold people like Kamala Harris and Joe Biden accountable via the impeachment process or the electoral process, someone, these mayors, governors, other elected officials need to be criminally prosecuted by the next president and his department of justice.
All right, quick break more with former Arizona Attorney General Mark Burnovich, and then we'll get to your calls 800 941 Sean as we roll along today.
We continue with Arizona former Arizona Attorney General Mark Bernovich is with us.
Kamala Harris wants free health care and education for illegal immigrants.
Uh she doesn't want them arrested.
Uh she asked the acting ICE director if he's aware that some perceive ICE or like the KKK have played that cut.
Uh she supported decriminalizing illegal border crossings.
Uh I mean, and I could just go on and on and on.
It just never stops with her.
Sean, her very first action as the presidential nominee was to do what?
To literally go to a sorority party.
That tells you how serious she is about what is going on in our country.
This election is going to come down to security, economic security and border security.
And the reality is the Biden administration and Kamala Harris and the Democrats have failed miserably.
And as I said, it's because they care more about Central America than they do about the United States of America.
Let me ask you about what we keep hearing about Arizona Senator Mark Kelly being on Kamala Harris's short list.
What can you tell us about him?
Well, I used to call him Cartel Kelly, because remember, It's not only Joe Biden and Kamala Harris that created this crisis.
People like Mark Kelly did absolutely nothing.
Because they were so loyal to the Democratic Party, they refused to criticize or call out any of these policies.
So they enabled.
They helped enabled and participated in this border crisis that affects not only Arizona, but every state now in this country.
And I know there was a time, you know, I don't know what the re most recent data is, but there was a time not that long ago where Mark Kelly was voting more with Joe Biden than Bernie Sanders was.
Now think about that.
So Mark Kelly is not some mainstream, you know, moder or whatever.
He he's a he's a guy that caught a break by running against two inferior candidates when he was running for office, and you know, maybe that's the Republicans part who they put up.
But the reality is he's got a huge ego, um, and he's, you know, very blah, and he wants to be in charge.
And I think you think he could help Kamala Harris win back Arizona, which they're losing.
That's what I think the left thinks.
But I think the reality is is that the border is the number one issue here.
We've seen it firsthand.
We have been the canary in the coal mine in Arizona, and because Mark Kelly helped enabled and encouraged all this illegal immigration.
I think Arizona voters are gonna be like, you know what?
You had your chance, you didn't do your job, so why would we why would we reward you with the promotion?
I mean, that's what they do in Washington, DC, right?
People are incompetent and they get any promoted or more salary or whatever.
But Arizona, we don't take that too well to that.
I mean, at the end of the day, I mean, I he he was registered to vote in Texas less than ten years ago.
I mean, I don't think he's a real Arizona, and maybe that's why he doesn't care about what happened on the border.
So ultimately.
The left may think he helps, but he won't.
All right, former Attorney General Mark Burnovich, thank you, sir.
Appreciate the update.
800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, 25 now till the top of the hour, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I mean, terrible article in Bloomberg today.
Cost of living crisis hits sales of food, cars, and luxury goods.
From food producers to airlines, automakers to luxury houses.
Evidence of the impact is is piling up.
A global consumer backtrack from the post-pandemic revenge spending is starting to hit companies, top and bottom lines, whether it's U.S. grocery shoppers tapped out after a period of punishing inflation or wealthy Chinese customers postponing their next splurge.
The effects are rippling across corp the corporate landscape.
You know, Nestle, the world's biggest food company, cut their revenue outlook for the year just uh today, while, you know, other big companies are doing the same thing.
You know, a day before Whirlpool, the appliance maker, lowered their earnings forecast.
Uh thanks a lot, Joe and Kamala.
By the way, the number of cities with million dollar starter homes has nearly tripled since Donald Trump left office.
The number of cities where a starter home, starter home, is worth a million dollars or more, has grown from eighty-four just a few years ago to two hundred and thirty-seven today.
Two hundred and thirty-seven cities.
Nearly half of those cities with million dollar starter homes are in California.
Yeah, great job, Gavin.
Unbelievable.
Uh anyway, that that means a lot of you are suffering under the Biden Kamala Harris economy, and you're not making ends meet.

And LS182334 and Less Consumer Access.org.
I had to take a shot at uh Stephen Colbert.
Have you ever watched Stephen Colbert's show, Linda?
I know you probably don't watch it much, right?
I mean, I ha his n new show, like the one he does at night or when he was funny.
I never thought he was funny when he did the old show.
I thought it was a good one.
Yeah, but the old show, he was like, it was a character.
You know what I mean?
So it was funny.
Oh, so he was funnier as a character.
I mean, I think that was designed to be like Bill O'Reilly or a Bill O'Reilly-like character.
It was just, you know, he was supposed to be a news anchor.
He was giving the news, and he was it was very tongue-in-cheek, and it was funny.
It was actually funny.
I disagree.
I never thought that show was funny.
I never I never got it.
Now, I do think John Stewart is a lot smarter and a lot funnier.
And if CBS had a brain, they would have chosen John Stewart over Stephen Colbert.
Look, John Stewart takes shots at me all the time, but a lot of times when he takes the shot, I laugh.
And if you make me laugh.
Yeah, he's more he's definitely more funny.
He's more even-handed.
Yeah, I mean, he's he's not been shy about like Bill Maher's not been shy.
Again, neither one of these none of these people are fans of mine, and I don't really give a flying rip.
But if you're gonna make fun of me and you're funny, I don't care.
But Stephen Colbert's not funny.
And it's evidenced by his failing ratings.
And I don't know, so he he did this montage.
I saw it on Media IT when I got up this morning and I looked at it, and I just said, it's not funny.
I mean, I'm so sick of it.
It's no wonder nobody watches any of these guys.
Nobody watches Fallon, nobody watches Colbert, nobody watches Kimmel.
I mean, their ratings absolutely suck.
So I I sent you the article, and I because I have no access to my social media because you're a control freak and you took it from me and you have no faith in me.
You're welcome.
I mean, go you're welcome.
But so I've I said, you know what?
Um I want you to X this out and post this for me.
And it's I just said Colbert destroyed CBS late night.
And the problem is he's never funny.
The show sucks.
I said the show's unwatchable, and his ratings indicated his ratings suck, and he's nothing but an ignorant left-wing political hack.
And once you give up being funny, I mean, this is what I loved about Leno.
Leno was in it for kicks and giggles.
He had no he didn't give a rip, you know, who he was going after.
David Letterman, especially in the early years, was funny as hell.
Then he got two political as far as I was concerned.
Nobody will ever top Johnny Carson and Johnny Carson, if anything, was more conservative, but he had everybody on.
Everybody did his show.
And the numbers reflected a really good show that he put on.
I love that Greg Guttfeld is is beating all of these late-night guys and kicking their ass.
And I said, Colbert, you need to go back, watch Leno, Letterman, and Carson.
You're clearly not ready for prime time.
Somebody said, Well, prime time, Hannity, prime time is not a late night TV.
I'm like, all right, are you really stats stupid?
Meaning he's not ready to host a late night program, you idiot.
You know, I'll give you an example.
All these years we've been making fun of Joe Biden and his cognitive decline.
Initially, I was making fun of it until I began to realize this is way more serious than I thought.
And that's when I remember I was doing Sippy Cup.
I should sell those sippy cups.
I think they'd be classics.
I think I'd sell like hot cakes.
They'd be great.
And Joe, night night stories and warm milky before he goes to bed, and if he's a really good boy, he's gonna get ice cream, and you know, I used to make fun of it, and then I realized this isn't funny.
This is the president of the United States and our you know top geopolitical foes are watching this idiot, and it's a danger to our country and a danger to the world, and I was not wrong.
And I stopped doing it.
A number of years ago I stopped doing it, but I didn't stop making people aware what a cognitive mess he was, which just you know is it it's so insulting that the media mob act shocked after the debate with Donald Trump that uh Joe had cognitive issues because they all knew they all lied, they all covered it up.
And the fact that these late night comedians had all of that material to work with, and they wouldn't do it, just shows why their shows are failures.
Greg Gutfeld plays this stuff all the time and he does it's funny as hell.
You know, when we do it, I do a more serious news show than him with more opinion, but I mean Gutfeld is willing to go there.
And they're not willing to go there.
Now there are a couple of exceptions.
You know, Stewart eventually got there and and Bill Marr got there.
You know, I kind of like that Stewart had on Bill O'Reilly.
I mean, I thought it was a a good exchange.
And I just I I'm not wasting my time with any of these people.
I think they're a waste of time.
And I think me showing up only helps them.
Do you agree with that?
I think you're a very difficult person to interview because in the few interviews I have seen you do, you end up doing the interviewing to the person who was supposed to be interviewing you.
So I do give an exception to like Fox and Friends, because there are four hosts on the show, and I know they all want to ask the question.
You're always the one.
Like whenever I get requests for you, I'm like, listen.
I we really appreciate the ask.
Have you have you heard the show?
Yeah, you you're not getting a word in.
He's gonna dominate, like, just like.
Oh, I get one question and I I I don't sh I don't stop.
I just keep going.
But that's what I do for a living.
I mean, I I I make my living doing that.
I am and there's no question that they're gonna ask me that is gonna be better than what I'm already planning on answering.
I mean, listen, but that's that sounds really that sounds really arrogant.
Doesn't that sound so I didn't mean it the way it came out.
I would actually really like to see you and John Stewart sit down because John Stewart has done really amazing things for our 911 survivors, and I think you and he's been really good on that.
He really has to be able to do that.
You guys would find some serious common ground there.
Just I I he would not be able to stand it.
Actually, he met with at the time Roger Ells and Bill Schein at Fox, and I remember I got a call from Bill Schein after, and he goes, Um, whatever you do, don't ever go back on the Daily Show.
That I had been on the Daily Show once with Alan Combs.
It was actually a pretty funny bit.
So we go on there, he asks Alan the first question, and that those two are going on and on and on, and I try to interject something.
Do you ever let him talk?
Like he he had a pretty good prepared line.
And I thought it was funny because he hates you.
I mean, he hates you.
And remember what he did, you know, on CNN, he just sandbagged the guys at CNN and it resulted in the cancellation of Crossfire.
I mean, if you're gonna come out with an agenda, you know, at least be honest about it ahead of time.
I thought it was kind of a sandbag job, but whatever.
Comedians are the hardest people to debate, and here's why.
Because they c they can flip the switch.
You can make the best political point ever.
You could just have them dead to rights, and they'll just you know, pop out a one liner and it just diffuses the great point that you make.
So it's it's kind of like a w it could be it can be a waste of time.
I don't know.
Him and O'Reilly have a relationship that goes back a long time.
I've never asked O'Reilly about it, but they they they they just seem to get along.
They've debated before, they bet on each other's shows before.
I don't have that relationship, nor do I seek it.
But at least what he makes fun of me, a lot of times he's been really funny about it.
And if I laugh and you're making fun of me, I don't care if you make fun of me.
Make fun of me all day long, but just be funny about it.
That's what's lost.
I mean, the funniest thing he did, and we don't have to play it, but the funniest thing he did on his show was the the stay Hannity stay thing.
You know what I mean?
But my God, that was which was really funny, you know.
But I mean so funny.
They put so much work into that.
I'm like, I'm not even worthy of all this.
They had the Jersey boys in it, you know, they had Nathan Lane leading the pack, they had, you know, and at the end they got nasty.
Oh, it was hilarious.
But it was funny.
There's not I mean, if you watch The View in the Morning, it's all vitriol.
If you watch any of MSNEC, it's all vitrio.
It's just, you know, it's all HP.
But the late but these late night shows have become unwatchable.
The show does simply suck.
He, you know, I don't watch it.
I don't watch any late night television.
I don't watch it.
I I it's uh it's unwatchable.
That's the problem.
You know, I used to love late night television.
I used to like Johnny Carson.
I never like it.
I wrote you like two o'clock in the morning last night.
Do you have so and so's number?
I know.
I was actually one of the few times you didn't write me back.
I'm like, well, should I ping her again and wake her up or just let her sleep?
I commuted yesterday and uh it took seven hours round trip and it just crushed me.
So I'm I'm sorry I didn't answer you.
No, I was up when you answered me at six thirty AM.
I was still up.
I know.
Um, but um if I really needed you, I could have just rang your phone, and but uh you know you do deserve a little bit of sleep.
I mean, I just is nothing funny about this guy.
No, nothing.
And people are saying, why are you wasting your time with us?
I'm like, because I can't take it anymore.
I just can't.
I'm like, why would CBS I wasn't kidding?
He's destroyed late night.
I don't think.
You know what would be great television since we're talking about great television.
I would love to see you be the person that gets to ask questions, Dakota.
Look, I mean, say what you will.
I mean, there were a lot of people wanting to criticize me for the DeSantis Newsome debate that I moderated.
And at the end of the day, I did not get attacked.
Why did I not get attacked?
Because every question was fact-based.
I told both sides, there's no trick questions here.
All it is, it's gonna be the obvious questions that impact people's lives.
That was the only thing I told both sides.
Nothing more, nothing less.
And all I did is here's California, here's Florida.
Let's talk about it.
And I let them go at it.
I tried to let the debate breathe a little bit where they could, you know, have an exchange.
Uh I didn't have to jump in that often and say, all right, guys, one at a time.
Occasionally I did.
You know, I did have to press Gavin for an answer on abortion, which pissed him off, but I'm like, you're not answering the question.
Do you do you have any restrictions for late-term abortion, month seventh, eighth, and ninth, and his final answer, he kind of was pissed off when he gave it was it's between a doctor, a woman, and their conscience.
And meaning there's no restrictions.
I mean, if that's your position, why are you so afraid to give it?
Yeah, he's I mean, he is like the worst of the worst.
He is the quintessential politician.
Everything about him from his tie to his hair to his teeth to the way that is, you know, for for thee and not for me, and now even with the homeless encampments, he's got the no parental rights with regard to uh transgender and and I mean, I'm like, bro, what is happening in California?
I mean, people are leaving in droves.
Even Elon Musk saying, I'm out taking everything out.
If he had better people, I don't know if it's him and his own personal beliefs.
If you if you meet Gavin, and I know people hate when I say this, he's actually a nice guy.
When you meet him one-on-one.
Nope.
Well, no, you have to judge a person by their actions and not by their smiles and their words.
But periods political instincts are horrible.
And if he ever had political ambition for higher office, he has done more to hurt himself than anybody could ever do to hurt him.
And it just is bewildering because he's not a dumb guy.
I just think he's an ideological guy.
I mean, you know, all of this, you know, the coup was working behind the scenes.
They they had no problem throwing Gavin out there to the wolves to defend the indefensible Joe Biden.
And, you know, in the end, I think he might have learned a lesson.
They didn't care about what happened to him.
The coup was going on.
They didn't let him in on it, and they let him go out there and lead with his chin.
And I think he damaged himself in the process.
I don't know.
Expect to get off on this whole thing.
But, you know, by the way, Colbert needs to call Jimmy Kimmel.
If he keeps this up, this is not gonna end well for him, is it, Linda?
I think it's already ending pretty poorly, but that's just my opinion.
