So maybe one of the best exchanges, if not the best exchange, with the now former uh Secret Service Director, uh Kim Cheadle yesterday on Capitol Hill, uh, was with Congressman uh Pat Fallon.
And uh anyway, he he just he just tore it up.
I mean, this was a great exchange about the failure to protect President Trump and you know, go back to guarding Doritos.
Listen.
We have satellite images from the Butler Fairgrounds.
Have you visited the site?
No, I have not.
Nine days and you have not visited the site.
You should have been there that night.
So you said, do you remember in an ABC interview you did that you didn't have people on the roof of the AGR building because you were worried about safety because of the slope?
I recall that statement.
Does the Secret Service have written policy you can share with us about slope roofs?
No.
So why'd you act like there was one?
Because is it your practice to comment on enormous uh uh events of nor enormous national implications when you're ignorant of the facts?
That's rhetorical.
So here's this thing with the slopes.
You go all the way up to like 1812, you can go to a 112, which is about as flat as you can get without it being completely flat.
And you're saying that there was a danger uh safety concern there, but the problem is, Director, you put your counter snipers on a 312 roof, which is steeper than the 112.
And by the way, the 112 is ADA compliant.
You can build a ramp for a wheelchair on a 112 roof.
So these are nothing but pathetic excuses, and they make no sense, and they're a bunch of cow dung.
All the law enforcement I've spoken with over the last nine days are amazed that the AGR rooftop was not secure.
And you want to know why?
Because it's dangerous.
I have never had any long gun training in my life.
I own an AR-15, and I last time I shot it, I shot it one time my whole life.
It was six years ago.
That is until Saturday, where we recreated the events in Savoy, Texas.
We recreated what happened to Butler.
I was lying prone on a slope roof at 130 yards at 6.30 at night.
And I knew that he had a scope I didn't know what kind, red dot, or magnified.
So I shot eight rounds from both.
You know what the result was?
15 out of 16 kill shots.
And the one I missed would have hit the president's ear.
That's a 94% success rate.
And that shooter was a better shot than me.
It is a miracle President Trump wasn't killed.
Corey, compared to compared Tory's life is over because that damn shooter made it on the roof.
And it wasn't the roof that was dangerous, it was a nut job on top of the roof.
You know what else is dangerous?
I believe your horrifying inaptitude and your lack of skilled leadership is a disgrace.
Your obfuscating today is shameful, and you should be fired immediately and go back to Garden Doritos.
Mr. Chairman, I yield back.
Couldn't be any better.
Uh, Congressman Pat Fallon joins us now.
Uh well, I think you made your point.
Um, Congressman, it's a point I've made.
It earlier in my life, I actually did construction.
I actually had the great honor of falling off a roof, you know, almost three stories.
And uh it wasn't a pleasant experience, except that was a real slope roof.
You actually put up a picture while you were making your presentation.
I mean You're right.
I mean, uh you could bring a wheelchair on that roof and not worry about it rolling backwards for for crying out loud.
Um that was a phony ruse from the beginning, and yeah, they did have agents on a on a roof that was sloped a lot more than the roof that you're talking about here, and it's only 130 yards away.
You're not an expert marksman.
I mean, that's a layup for anybody.
It's a one-inch punt for if you want to use golf terms, and she they allowed this to go unguarded.
There's this is I I don't even know what to I don't I I I don't have words for for how absolutely you know what a disaster this was and what a miracle it is that Donald Trump is even alive today.
Sean, uh you you hit it to nail on the head.
I mean, it's completely nonsensical for her to say that.
It made no sense at the time, and then when we researched it, it confirmed that that was nothing but gobbledygook.
And then that's why I specifically asked her, she didn't go to the site, she should have been there that night, and then we had the satellite image of other than the four buildings that really you were using for counter sniper um your counter sniper teams.
What's the next closest building to President Trump?
What was the next most dangerous location and structure?
And that was the AGR building.
How in the world did you farm that out to locals who are not trained on the proper way to secure a building?
It made absolutely no sense.
And President Trump, he had about a you well, I just I think we proved it, less than a five percent chance to to survive, and thank the Lord he did.
What can happen now?
Who do we hold accountable here?
Um, because I looked at the other Secret Service agents around the president, and they they did their job that day, Congressman.
They they jumped on the president.
There were bullets still being fired, and they were willing to take a bullet and risk their life doing it.
I I I can't be critical of them in any way, but who are the people that are supposed to prevent, you know, any you know they uh she mentioned in that hearing yesterday the perimeter because the perimeter would be any distance of which you could you could fire a rifle and hit a target.
Yeah, Sean, the perimeter was not as large as it should have been, and they certainly didn't secure the structure.
Well, the perimeter would be the distance that any rifle can reach a primary.
Amen.
You're absolutely right.
So yeah, the the from a tactical standpoint, the agents that cover the president did their job, and they their training uh, you know, that they it worked.
The fact of the matter is there's somebody that approved that security plan, and that person needs to help be helped to be held to account.
They didn't give us any names.
They provided anything.
And also, quite frankly, Sean, the most of the information that we've gotten is from our own whistleblowers and personal contacts.
So Alejandra Majorcus, Doc again needs to be held accountable.
We've already impeached him.
I'm willing to impeach the SOB again because he's the one that didn't step in and even fire her.
And he I bet you he hasn't visited this site either.
Well, I know somebody that did because I interviewed him, and that's Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, and Josh Hawley was thrown off the property.
Did you know that?
Yes, I heard that because we've all we also requested immediately after the shooting, we requested access from by the Secret Service and the FBI, and they denied that to us and said it was an act of crime scene.
Now my you know, my good friend Chairman Mark Green gained access finally yesterday because the locals now have control.
But that's absolutely absurd not to allow chairman of committees and members of Congress to that have a responsibility to find out what happened, and we have oversight not to allow it.
How is it possible when we have these school shootings that usually within an hour, two hours, within hours, certainly within you know, eight hours, we know pretty much everything you'd want to know about the individual involved in the shooting.
You know, here we are ten days later, and we know next to nothing about the shooter.
I mean, I have no reason to believe that there's a conspiracy involved here, but uh we do know that Iran uh we had uh human intelligence telling us that they were plotting a an assassination attempt against Donald Trump, uh, which which should have heightened security uh for Donald Trump.
That didn't happen.
I know for a fact that there's gonna be uh ev uh there's gonna be a paper trail of evidence that proves that the the Trump people were asking for extra secret service on numerous occasions and they were denied every single time.
Uh I know is there any chance that anybody else might have been involved in this shooting?
The shooter's dead.
We're not gonna get any information from him, obviously.
So, you know, how do we find out if there were others involved in this?
Are we to say that this is a lone wolf and just walk away?
Just like after a long, arduous 10-day investigation into cocaine being in the White House, the Secret Service determined they're never going to get to the truth, so they gave up the investigation.
Well, Sean, I don't think we can.
I think we have to be.
And by the way, you can be transparent and open and still protect the integrity of an ongoing investigation.
They're not mutually exclusive, but they didn't do that.
They just stonewalled.
And their stonewalling and their lack of transparency is really fathering conspiracy theories, which isn't good for anybody.
We need to understand.
And incidentally also, Sean, see, I asked her if she was aware of the threat that Iran posed President Trump.
There was credible info about that.
She said she was.
I also asked her if she had the authority to surge protection on any of their protectees.
She said she did, but she didn't do it for President Trump.
She finally admitted that.
So why didn't you?
Because that's very telling, and that's very chilling.
Well, the fact that she's she's now resigned to me does not remove culpability on her part.
Um, I mean, uh at some point here, there's there's gotta be the the people, the the the people responsible for allowing this have got to be held responsible.
Certainly she's at the top of the list.
The buck she even said stops with her.
But the the lack of curiosity in terms of what actually happened, who this individual is.
How did this individual get a ladder in?
How did this individual get get an AR-15 in there?
How did this how was it that the crowd was able to, you know, see what was going on and tried to warn law enforcement and that law enforcement, you know, was not quick enough to act uh to stop the threat.
How was it that they knew they had a suspect on the grounds they lost sight of the suspect and they still allowed Donald Trump to take to the stage?
I like I I I don't have answers to any of these questions.
You know what?
The reason you have an investigation like this is you have to find out, like you just said, the how and the why, so then you can prevent it from ever happening again, then you can get them to never.
But we don't know right now, specifically.
We know it was an Air 15, but we don't know specifically the type of gun, the scope, the case how many casings were on the roof.
How did he act?
Well, why why don't we know?
That's rudimentary.
We would know that if it was a school shooting at this point.
That's not gonna compromise the investigation in any way.
Because we've got we don't have the adults in the room running the agency.
That's why.
And they don't fear, unfortunately, uh congressional oversight.
They should.
And that's why we need Donald Trump back in the White House, and we need the Senate to be held in Republican hands because we wouldn't put up with this.
The House well Republicans are doing everything we can, but they stonewall us.
Very, very frustrating.
They've been doing it the entire time.
Joe has weaponized his own DOJ, etc.
All right, quick break, right back more with Congressman Pat Fallon of Texas.
Then your call's coming up 800-941 Sean as we continue.

All right, we continue now.
Congressman Pat Fallon of Texas, who probably had the best moment yesterday before the head of the Secret Service, Kim Cheadle, who has now since resigned.
Let me get your thoughts on Kamala Harris and the great lie, the great cover-up.
Obviously, she knew and everybody else knew that Joe was in a steep cognitive decline.
They all protected him.
That includes the state-run media mob that includes every Democrat that ever had contact with him.
That really includes anybody with any eyes to see that watched uh Joe Biden in action.
And yet it seems to me the only reason they replaced him is that apparently there was a uh a coup behind the scenes, and they threatened to uh invoke the twenty-fifth amendment if he didn't step aside, so he was forced to do so by Washington elites and Hollywood elites and Nantucket elites like the Obamas.
So, you know, I mean, is is that how politics now in America works?
We've become a full on banana republic.
Well, at least on the Democratic side of the ledger.
I mean, this is the greatest political cover-up in American history.
And Kamala Harris was a co-conspirator in it.
She very well knew.
We knew you've been doing it, saying this on your radio and TV shows for years.
And anybody with eyes and a half a brain could see it.
But you're right.
The elite by the way, you know how much crap I took for pointing this out years ago?
Do you know how much criticism I took?
I know.
That's what you because you're a brave, great American that can you put the country first.
And we need more people to do that.
And do you know what?
I call it the anti-democratic party.
There were 14 million people that voted in their primary, and how many you're gonna, a handful of people just decided he was going to be their nominee.
Think about that.
Oh, yeah.
You want to talk about democracy imperil.
Well, it sounds like they didn't give a damn about one single democratic primary voter.
They had no problem disenfranchising any of them.
And and this is now where we find ourselves.
How does this play out in your view in terms of the election?
I think they still lose.
She's wildly unpopular.
You have to remember when she ran for president in 2020, how poorly she did.
She doesn't connect with people.
She's uh I think she's a complete phony.
She, but she not to say that we take her lightly.
I think Biden would have been a layup now with uh eight-foot jumper.
We still need to sink it.
And but President Trump resonates, and he's got that great ace in the hole, which is he simply needs to ask people, are you better off now than when you're four years ago?
Are you better off now when I was president or when Biden and Harris were running the show?
And that's an obvious.
She owns every failed policy of the Biden Harris administration.
She didn't do a thing, she didn't lift a finger when it comes to uh securing the border.
She went along with these insane economic policies.
Her stated policies are even more extreme than Joe.
Uh I don't think world leaders will have any respect at all for her.
She's gone with the radical, you know, wing of the party.
She's not even going to be there for Prime Minister uh Benjamin Netanyahu's speech, I'm sure, because she doesn't want to alienate, you know, the the pro-Hamas squad that represents the radicals in her her party.
Why else would she not be there?
Uh and of course, Joe surrendered in the war on terror uh by not supporting Israel's right to win their war against radical Islamic terrorists, which to me is unconscionable.
John, the borders are didn't go to the border.
And then when she finally went one time to El Paso, where the problems aren't there.
So in three and a half years, your borders are goes to the border one.
And we've never we have never had a month over the last 25 years where we had 200,000 illegal crossings.
Under Kamala Harris, we had it 28 times.
38 months in a row of over 150,000 crossings.
And FI20 with the F by 2017, we had 300,000 illegal crossings the entire year when President Trump was at the helm.
They have 300,000 in one month in December of 23.
That's who Kamala Harris is.
An abysmal failure.
Well, we'll see what happens for sure.
Uh great job yesterday, Congressman.
Uh, you made us proud.
Uh, Congressman Pat Fallon, great state of Texas.
God bless uh Texas, sir.
Appreciate you being with us.
Thank you, Sean.
God bless you.

Hannity to 872 right now.
Uh look, I'm I'm sticking with what I've been saying all day.
Right now it's a sugar high.
The media is giddy.
The mob is giddy.
The Democrats are giddy.
The vetting of Kamala is only just begun.
And this is our wheelhouse.
We do it better than anybody.
I already have been prepared for this now for a long time.
We have a whole segment on Hannity tonight.
Who is Kamala Harris?
And we will we will be laying out in the days and the weeks and the months ahead, who she is, and to make sure that the entire country understands how radical Kamala Harris is.
Here's a small montage.
So again, back to the United States Congress.
Here's my Point.
If they fail to act as president of the United States, I am prepared to get rid of the filibuster to pass a Green New Deal.
We have to have a secure border.
But I am in favor of saying that we're not going to treat people who are undocumented across the border as criminals.
That's correct.
That is correct.
Will you commit to implementing a federal ban on fracking your first day in office?
Adding the United States the list of countries who have banned this devastating practice.
There's no question I'm in favor of banning fracking.
But would you support changing the dietary guidelines?
Yes, you know, the food pyramid.
But people reduce red meat specifically.
Yes, I would.
Plastic straws are a big thing right now.
Yeah.
Do you ban plastic straws?
I think we should.
Can the administration actually increase access to medication abortion?
I think we're pretty clear that to the extent that we can, we will.
There's no question about that.
You support giving universal health care and Medicare for all to people who are in this country illegally.
Let me just be very clear about this.
I am opposed to any policy that wouldn't deny in our country any human being from access to public safety, public education, or public health, period.
People who are in convicted in prison, like the Boston Marathon bomber on death row, people who are convicted of sexual assault, they should be able to vote.
I think we should have that conversation.
Listen, I think there's no question that we've got to critically re-examine ICE and its role and the way that it is being administered and the work it is doing, and we need to probably think about starting from scratch.
Wow.
Does that sound radical enough to you?
Now I think one of the worst things about Kamala Harris is like the media mob, state-run media, and just like the Democratic Party, they all acted surprised that Joe had a bad debate cognitively speaking.
And yet we have chronicled this since before the 2020 election.
And she has gone on TV and she has repeatedly lied about Joe's cognitive state, just like the team around him, which we've been playing.
He has more energy, he gets more done in an hour than the average person does get stone in a whole day.
I'm like, really?
I have a hard time keeping up with them, circle back Genzaki once famously said.
No, none of that is true.
And she is perpetrated the biggest lie cover-up in the history of the country.
And of course, the media will cover up for her cover-up and are lying because they were complicit.
Listen.
We have a very bold and vibrant president in Joe Biden.
The way that the president's demeanor in that report was characterized, could not be more wrong on the facts and clearly politically motivated.
Gratuitous.
He is um an extraordinary leader, and I wish that people could see what I see because Joe Biden is very much alive and running for re-election.
Well, if there was a problem.
I'm not lying.
But I'm telling you a fact.
But if there ever is a problem, do you think that you could go tell the American public?
Do you think in your role that you're that you're in a position to do that?
Of course, if necessary, but there's no need for that.
If he's not strong enough to run, how is he strong enough to be president?
Anyone want to answer that question on the on the Democratic side?
Anyway, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh let us go to Rick in Illinois.
Rick next, Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Hi, Sean.
Thanks for having me on.
Um, I think we've been watching for a couple weeks now.
You know, the effort to really uh drop this news on Sunday after the RNC, when you know, most of the Sunday shows were hosting Republicans talking about the tremendous unity coming out of the RNC for Trump.
By the end of the day, they're all talking about Joe Biden, 81 billion dollars raised, the sugar high you're talking about.
I honestly think it's dangerous to, you know, kind of sugarcoat this or try to force this into a narrative of like, you know, oh, Joe's so Joe's so done, and he should resign.
The guy hit his marks perfectly for three weeks and completely rope a dope Donald Trump after the convention.
By the time you got to the end of Sunday, David Muir is doing like a three-hour special on what's gonna happen next with the Democrats.
Completely sucked all the oxygen out of the room.
I mean, you could say that the elites planned it, but Joe had to hit his marks, and I think like this is everything that Trump said was going to happen.
He said they're going to replace Joe by the by the convention and they did it.
And they timed it perfectly.
Bagged 82 million dollars in the process.
Let me ask you a question because I know the answer.
Do you think the Trump team has been prepared for this for a while now?
I'm not sure.
I don't usually read The Atlantic, but like a couple weeks ago there was that article with Susie Wiles and Crystal Civita talking about how important it was to Joe Biden be the nominee because that's the campaign that they had designed very carefully because of the.
I I have sources all over the campaign.
Do you think that we would you trust me if I gave you the real answer?
I mean, uh Sean, I'd be happy to hear about it.
I think this is riveting political theater all the way around.
So yeah.
It definitely is.
I am telling you, and that includes Susie Wiles and Chris La Savita.
They all knew the possibility was very high that Joe was going to get replaced.
They have been prepared for this moment the entire time.
That's I could, I, I, I'm, I don't know why you would doubt me, but I'm just, I'm just telling the truth.
I don't lie to my audience.
I'm not like the mob in the media.
I'm not lying about Joe's cognitive state.
I'm telling you the truth.
That's fine.
I can understand that they would be prepared for it.
I mean, Donald Trump's been talking about it.
People have been talking about how, oh, the Democrats are going to switch their nominee.
We know there is for they have they are for a real long time.
And do you do you remember the day after, or maybe it was two days after Donald Trump was playing golf with his son Baron, and somebody picked him up on a on a video camera, which I don't think should have been released, but it was, and he said, Yeah, I just knocked him out.
He's gone.
They're gonna replace him with her, and she's worse than him.
I mean, there's a tape of it.
So he they they have known the entire time that Joe might not make it.
You know, how many months ago was I saying Joe's but one fall away from being replaced.
Everybody's known it.
It's just that the only difference is there are those of us that told you the truth about it and those that lied and covered up about it.
And that's but listen, let not your heart be troubled.
The uh he won the news cycle on it very clearly.
Joe Biden won the news cycle on it with 81 million dollars dropping out, and it was perpetuated for weeks, you know.
He's so defiant.
Will he will he Well, they was I mean, they were so depressed over the debate, they just thought there was no chance he could win.
This is you know, this for them is a Hail Mary.
The Trump people are prepared.
And um, but uh you know, I'll tell you what some good that's gonna come out of this.
You want to know what the good part is?
Is if any Republican, any conservative thought that this was you know a done deal, uh hopefully they now re-evaluate and and you've got to look at this like you're in the fight for your life, and that every vote is gonna matter, and that means your vote may decide the election.
And if you don't like the dirty tricks and the lying and the deception and the cover-up, you know, hopefully that motivates more conservatives and Republicans to get their act together and show up and vote, embrace voting early, and embrace voting by mail and participate more than maybe they originally planned on doing.
So I think the good that comes out of this is that Republicans now uh you know realize that the Democrats will do anything to cling on to power.
And so better we know now.
We have plenty of time.
104 days is honestly it's a short period of time, but it's an eternity in in the political world, and that gives us a lot of time to get out there and and then to get their message out to let the American people know who Kamala Harris is.
I mean, you do understand the Trump campaign had ads ready to go the second this happened.
They were ready.
They were this did not catch anybody by surprise, I promise you.
But I gotta run, I gotta move on and get some other calls in here.
Andrea Tech Texas next on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Well, how hello there, how are you?
I'm good.
How are you?
God bless Texas.
What's going on?
Yes, absolutely.
God bless Texas.
I am very blessed.
Um I am calling with uh I'll make this as succinct as possible.
I have a comment and a question.
The comment is regarding Biden and COVID.
I don't think he had it.
The doctor just said he had it.
The people just assumed that the doctor is right.
And they just went through it to there.
If you look at all of the pictures when he's getting on the plane, when he's doing anything, nobody ever wore a mask.
There has been no outside physician with a verification that he had COVID.
I think it was a ploy to get him out of there because something else is going on.
I don't know what it is, but he's not doing well.
And they're using this, and everybody just assumed, well, he's had it before, so they just well, okay.
And then they're not they're not even it's just one of those things that they're just they're just accepting on face value instead of digging deeper.
And I and then also I'm thinking that look, we do let me just help you out here.
We don't have any evidence to back that up.
I don't know whether he had it or didn't have it.
I'm assuming that they're not lying about that particular part.
COVID would not knock him out of it.
He's already back in DC.
He didn't get out because of COVID.
He got out because of his horrific cognitive state, and Democrats, according to the New York Post, threatened to invoke the 25th Amendment.
So they put basically politically speaking, put a gun to his head and just said, either do it our way or you're we're we'll take you out.
And frankly, if he's not strong enough to run for president, he should be taking the 25th Amendment should be invoked anyway.
Uh Andrew got a roll.
Jake in New Jersey.
Less than a minute, Jake.
It's all yours, sir.
Hey, Sean, what's up?
What's up, sir?
What's going on?
Two two things.
Number one, I think all the Republicans have to hold their horses about beating Kamala because she's gonna get all the votes of the college students that they don't want to vote for for Joe because he was officially pro-Israel, even though he wasn't, and she'll probably get a lot of suburban women.
So I just want to know what you have to think about that.
Also, I wonder why you think early voting Republicans should do early voting.
If the people that are gonna vote early voting, are gonna vote the day of the election anyways.
What's the point in doing the early voting?
Well, I can tell you if you had look at the runoff in my former district in New York when I lived there, and they had a runoff for George Soros' uh seat, and uh the Democrats they embraced early voting, and then the day of the vote, uh it was sleeting and snowing, and a lot of people couldn't get to the polls, uh, and Democrats won by a bigger margin than they would have otherwise won.
Uh that's a perfect case in point.
And you can't start out hundreds of thousands of votes behind uh in elections uh and and let it be fair.
I am saying it works well in Florida.
In my state, it wor early voting, voting by mail, they've they perfected it down here.
It's not perfected everywhere, it's not the system I want.
I've explained the system I want.
Even Kamala Harris agrees paper ballots are more fair.
Uh and the the Russians can't influence it, but I'm just telling you if you reject early voting, voting by mail, we're making a mistake.
And I think that everybody has got to get engaged, get engaged now.
Early voting starts in just a mere fifty-four days, and we better be ready.
Eight hundred nine four-one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I know some people get mad at me for saying it's not the system I want.
I wouldn't have designed that system.
I want a system with integrity and proof of citizenship and voter ID and signature verification.
I've gone over this a million times.
That's gonna wrap things up for today.
