Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, you know, think back to when Donald Trump came down the escalator at Trump Tower and gave his speech that he was entering the political world.
And think of the reaction about his comments on immigration about rape and murder and so on and so forth.
And think of all of the headlines that we have had in the last number of weeks.
This 14-year-old girl, you know, murdered and killed and dumped in a river in Texas.
Uh this girl that was raped in broad daylight in New York City.
Uh, another girl being human trafficked, and and on and on and on.
We're talking about 12, 13, 14-year-old girls.
And then you think of the the this poor mother of five that is Rachel Moore and her death.
And and when is Joe ever gonna mention her name?
Last week he announced Amnesty and says again, like he'd been saying for three years, he just expands the lie that I secured the border on my own.
He didn't secure anything.
That stupid bipartisan deal was nothing other than Joe Biden uh basically saying, Oh, okay, we'll start securing the border after 5,000 people enter, but only if I feel like it, because I have full discretion whether to do so or not do so.
I mean, pretty pretty crazy, if you ask me.
Um anyway, over the weekend, because Biden's disastrous border policies, this this rape in broad daylight of this 13-year-old girl at a Queen's Park, and now a week after his daughter was was raped by this illegal immigrant from Ecuador, the father said, This is what happens when undocumented migrants are allowed to flood into the country unchecked.
This man's life, just like Rachel Moran's mother, who I interviewed, you know, this family, these families will never be the same.
Lakin Riley's family, not Lincoln, Joe, Lakin.
Their family will never be the same.
Anyway, the father of this 13-year-old goes on to say the open border policy of I've never agreed with, because that just invites a lot of things we don't need.
He's 70 years old, his name is withheld to protect his daughter's identity, and look what came in.
Look what happened to my daughter.
I mean, and I can go on and on and on.
How many more victims will there be?
I've said it before, I'll say it again.
Joe Biden has blood on his hands.
Never mind the 180 countries that illegals are coming from so far this fiscal year, 30,000 Chinese nationals, tens of tens of thousands from China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Egypt, Afghanistan.
I mean, when does this end?
I mean, you know, one of the two Venezuelan illegals accused of killing a 12-year-old girl, you know, is is due in Harris uh criminal court in downtown Houston this morning.
Alexis Dungarey is the mother of Jocelyn Nungary.
She talks about her slain daughter.
Imagine this is you.
Um to make notice a national notice for my daughter.
Um she was amazing.
Um I still see her face in the back of my head every day, all day.
Um keep getting little signs about her throughout the days, and it's um this has been a very, very hard time for me and my family.
But the amount of support I've been getting from everybody is very um it's from the bottom of my heart, so appreciated.
I hear her sayings replaying over and over on in a loop in my brain.
Her her dorkiness, her her quirkiness, she um she definitely made people laugh.
She's um I'm always gonna remember those memories because um she was just she had such a bright future ahead of her, and I knew she was gonna go very far.
And um you know, these these monsters took that opportunity from her from our family of watching her, and um I just want people to remember I know this is very high profile um case, but um she was still my firstborn.
I was a teen mom.
I fought for her fifteenth, so twenty-seven now.
I'm still fighting for her, and um just remember it she was a very special little girl that deserves her justice, and I know she's gonna make a difference in this world for all children, and now it's my job to make sure it continues to happen.
So I just want to say thank you.
I mean, does your heart not break for this poor woman?
Mark Morgan, acting commissioner of CB uh P and visiting fellow with the Heritage Foundation, Mark Bernovich, former attorney general from the great state of Arizona.
Welcome both of you to the program.
Mark Morgan.
Uh gee, I remember somebody by the name of Donald Trump being you know viciously criticized for saying that this very thing would happen.
I mean, a thirteen year old girl raped in broad daylight.
You have a mother of five Rachel Morin murdered by an illegal immigrant, Lakin Riley, you know, we know her situation.
You know, uh you have this this young girl, Jocelyn Nungray, we just heard from a mother.
I mean, everything that Donald Trump said would happen, and I'll add to this eleven million unvetted illegal immigrants from countries with terror ties and our top geopolitical foes, 9-11 2.0 or worse is coming.
It's not if, it's when.
The FBI is all but saying it's it's gonna happen.
Sean Lord, I couldn't agree with some more on everything you just said, I I was actually sitting there taking notes, you know.
So so one of your questions or one of your statements, Sean, I couldn't agree more with this.
How many more uh victims do we have to endure?
President Trump remember, he was vilified every time he said that criminals, that murderers, rapists, pedophiles, gang members were entering the country, he was right.
When he referred to MS 13 as animals coming across uh taking American lives, he was right.
And you mentioned the the children j just in the past two weeks that have been savagely raped and murdered.
You talked about the the death of of Rachel Moore.
Well, before Rachel, there was Ruby Garcia.
And then before Lake and Riley, there was Molly Tippetts, there was Liz Metina, there was Caitlyn Hamilton.
There's too many to mention.
But yet the liberal media actually is trying to convince American people of these are just one off, suggesting that we're fear-mongering to talk about it.
Yet when you look at the facts, ICE in the first three years of the Biden administration, ICE arrested a hundred and sixty-three thousand criminal illegal aliens, including four thousand seven hundred murderers, eight thousand gang members.
Board of Troll alone during the same time period, Sean, have apprehended forty-eight thousand criminals trying to illegally enter the border, including murderers, rapists, pedophiles, uh, gang members, and aggravated felons.
Texas DPS, they've arrested over four hundred thousand criminal illegal aliens and charged them with over five hundred thousand crimes.
Sean, you're right.
How many more have to die before we say enough is enough?
You know, if you look at the you know, the countries like Iran and Syria and and countries with known terror ties that are showing up at our southern border, in just the last year and a half, nearly sixty thousand Chinese nationals showing up at our southern border.
Uh they're buying up thousands of uh acres of ranch land and and farmland and land near military installations.
Then you got, you know, the tens of thousands from Russia, China, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Egypt, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, you name it, they're coming.
And they're all unvetted, and it's over eleven million.
And and at this point, I think it it the ship is pass sailed.
I believe we have terror cells in our country, and they're plotting and planning and scheming a horrible attack on our country, and Joe Biden has blood on his hands.
And there's no other way to put it.
Absolutely, Sean.
As you and I have discussed over the last several years, a record amount of people are illegally entering this country.
They're unvetted, they're undocumented, and quite frankly, we have seen a record amount of people on the terror watch list coming in.
So we know that as a nation, hundreds of thousands of people are dying as a result of the cartel seizing southern control of our border.
And now we know that people from countries that mean us harm, people that want to hurt this country have come into our country have come into this country illegally and unvetted, and we don't know who they are or where they are.
I think what is most troubling, and what everyone should take away from this is the Biden administration was warned.
They were warned by people like you, by people like me when I was still attorney general that this would happen, that innocent Americans would die, that a tragedy is coming, that another 9-11 is coming.
They are endangering American citizens, and yet they are willing, willing to have innocent Americans as collateral damage to advance their radical agenda.
And that's what is so heartbreaking about this, that Joe Biden cares more about radicalizing this country and winning the next election than he does about keeping America secure.
And frankly, you cannot simultaneously reward people for breaking the law and then expect them to come here and respect it.
And that's ultimately what is happening here all over this country now as a result of the failure of the Biden administration.
All right, quick break.
We'll come right back.
We'll continue with Mark Morgan and former Attorney General uh Mark Bernovich on the other side.
Then your calls are coming up.
We continue.
Joe's disaster at the border is getting worse and worse.
Parents that have lost their loved ones or have had their loved ones raped are now speaking out.
You can't blame them.
Uh we continue with Mark Morgan and with former attorney general Mark Bernovich.
Sixty-two percent of Americans, Mark Morgan, would like to deport those that jumped the line, didn't respect our laws, our borders, our sovereignty.
Even fifty-three percent of Hispanic Americans support that.
Uh how can you do that?
How difficult would that be to do logistically not knowing where all of these people are?
Look, there's no doubt that it would be a challenge.
But here's what I say, and it's a little bit tongue-in-cheek, but I'm serious.
Uh first of all, how do you do it?
You start one at a time.
Sean, the reason why I say that is because we we can't just roll over.
We can't have a defeatist attitude and say, oh, because the magnitude is so big, so we're just not going to do anything, and we're just gonna roll over and let's just get an amnesty to millions of people.
That's not the answer.
We already have the foundation in place.
It's called ERO, enforcement and removal operations, a subcomponent of ICE.
I think they're the best in the world of going out there and identifying illegal aliens that are in this country.
What we need to do is just support their efforts.
We need to give them additional resources.
We need to utilize a whole of government approach.
And you're right.
Great generals, I mean, good generals talk about uh um, you know, uh tactics and operations, great generals talk about logistics.
There's a significant logistical chain that's gonna have to be associated with this.
That's why we're gonna have to pull in the Department of Defense.
Now, I'm not saying the Department of Defense is going to be patrolling the streets, but we are going to need the resources for transportation, pay maybe for detention uh capabilities, etc.
But here's the last thing I'll say about this.
One of the most important things we're gonna need that's been lacking for decade after decade is we're gonna need conservatives on Capitol Hill to show the political courage, strength, and resolve to actually support President Trump when he uh actually tries that this this massive removal operation that's needed right now.
At the end of the day, that's what we're gonna need.
Let's get your take, uh former attorney general Bernovich.
Yeah.
The Biden administration incentivized, decriminalized, and monetized people breaking the law illegally and coming here illegally.
So one of the things that I did when I argued at the U.S. Supreme Court to defend Donald Trump's public charge rule.
Remember, the Biden administration literally withdrew a rule that the Trump administration put in place that limited public benefits.
So one of the things you can do is stop giving benefits to people that have broken the law and come here illegally and basically have the taxpayer subsidized.
You mean like you mean like California giving free health care and sanctuary status, too?
Well, I'm glad you asked me that, because one of the things the next attorney general of the United States should do is use eight USC 1324.
Last year was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court that says anyone facilitating aiding or abetting illegal immigration can be criminally prosecuted by the federal government.
So why aren't people like Gavin Newsom or the mayor of Chicago or the mayor of New York being prosecuted for giving literally not only health care benefits, but free visa cards, four and five-star hotels to people that have broken the law legally.
So I think that there's a way that you can not only do what Mark Morgan was just talking about on the enforcement end, but I also think there's a way to go after people that are providing financial incentives for people to break the law and try to dry up those public safety nets that are here for hardworking American taxpayers instead of giving them to people that have broken the law and entered the country illegally.
It is the biggest national security threat that has ever been created by a U.S. president, and it is costing the American people hundreds of billions of dollars, Mark Morgan.
You get the last word.
First of all, what with the AG just said, I couldn't agree more.
If you if you remove those incentives, what we're gonna see, we've seen it in history before, right, Eisenhower, is that when you actually seriously perception is that we're serious about removing people in the country illegally, and we deincentivize it, you're gonna see some people that are actually gonna leave on their own.
That's very important from a substantive as well as perception.
And the last thing I'll say is let's not forget, we have to physically secure the border, and we have to stop the host.
We have to turn off the fire hydrant from people continuing to be released in this country if we're actually going to be totally successful, and we have to do it all, and we have to go after the cartels as well.
Mark Morgan, Mark Bernovich, thank you both.
Appreciate your time.
800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Hey there.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

You use some high-minded language.
I'm just gonna say it like it is.
That was a show.
The president took it to a new low.
There was one part in particular, which it's hard to pick out because there were a lot of lows that was really unbelievable, which is when Joe Biden was talking about his son who died, who he was incredibly close to, but talking about him in the context of being a war hero and somebody who was in the military.
And what did the president do?
He shot at him about his son who is living as a drug addict.
What we just saw and heard from the president of the United States was propaganda.
There's really no other way to say it.
It was propaganda, plain and simple.
So many of these press conferences have turned into campaign rallies in the White House briefing room.
But that was a prime example of that part of it.
Insults, invective, and outright lies.
That's what we heard from Donald Trump in Iowa this weekend.
He held four events in the state ahead of the caucuses.
Wolfett has also been a time of extreme divisions.
Many of the divisions caused and exacerbated by President Trump himself.
It's been a time of several significant and utterly avoidable failures, most tragically, of course, the unwillingness to respect facts and science and do everything that could be done to save lives during a pandemic.
It has been a time where truth and fact were treated with disdain.
It is a time of cruelty where official inhumanity, such as child separation, became the official shameful policy of the United States.
But now the Trump presidency is coming to an end.
To an end.
With so many squandered opportunities and ruined potential, but also an era of just plain meanness.
It must be said to paraphrase President Ford.
For tens of millions of our fellow Americans, their long national nightmare is over.
So that's what Donald Trump can expect on Thursday.
The only question mark is it jacked up hypercaffeinated Joe, or is it going to be cognitively impaired regular Joe?
Anyway, let's get to our busy phones.
Uh let us say hi to Moses in New Jersey.
Moses, it's been a while.
How are you?
Glad you called.
Doing great, Sean, doing great.
It's an always an honor, my friend.
So I wanted to talk to you real quick, you know, like some points that I would love to hear the uh President Trump make.
You know, this is actually some of the stuff I debate about at my firehouse kitchen table.
And it gets pretty crazy there.
And here's the thing I would love to hear from uh the former president is that he trusts the American people, and I would love to hear him say a lot, which I hope he does, is I reject the premise of the question.
Because you know what?
Like when it comes to abortion, for example, right?
It's not about restrictions or bans.
It's about the fact that in states like New York, an abusive husband can push his wife down the stairs, and a state prosecutor cannot charge manslaughter at the very least for the death of that unborn child if that unborn child is in the ninth month.
And that's the focus is to be it's about life.
It's about identifying and having each state decide on its own when life is.
I hope that's reframed in that sense.
And when it comes to the Well, President Trump gave me a good answer in that my last interview.
I'm not sure if you saw it, but since then the Supreme Court had ruled on the widespread availability of the abortion pill.
That was a nine-zero decision.
And that basically covers the b the first trimester.
About sixty plus percent of abortions now take place with that pill.
And that's first trimester.
I think the country is at first trimester to 15 weeks.
And I think Donald Trump supports that and has been pretty clear about it.
But I think it's going to be much harder now for Democrats to demagogue it like they did in 2022 because of that decision.
But we'll see.
They're going to try to demagogue it, but I don't think it'll be as effective as it was.
Of course.
But you know what?
It should be identifying when life begins.
Like, you know, as far as like the government perspective.
It's hard to determine.
I I know people that have had premies that were born it didn't even fully make six months that and and they turned into you know beautiful, perfectly healthy, you know, babies.
And, you know, as science advances, I think that that period of gestation, if you will, is gonna be lower and lower over time.
And then what do you do?
What?
Yeah.
And you know what?
When it comes to immigration, Sean, I would love to hear someone ask a Democrat this question, right?
Is how much crime, considering that there's no country that has no criminals, is how much crime should any country tolerate from a population of people that have no constitutional rights to be there and got into the country illegally.
And I would love to hear the Democrats' dance.
Moses, always great to hear from you, my friend.
Moses in New Jersey.
Bill, South Carolina, next Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Hi, Shannon.
Uh Sean, uh first-time caller, excuse me, first-time caller, a long time listener.
Thank you.
Like you're welcome.
I have three uh really quick uh little points I'd like to make.
Uh not point uh anyway.
Uh the first is um, you know, Trump is well known for doing and making uh decisions that nobody expects.
Uh number two, Nikki Haley was uh a very good uh UN ambassador, And um she's well known and respected by many of the world leaders, which makes a very good point for a VP.
And three, uh her ideas on abortion were very popular with women.
That's why she came in, I think, number two behind Trump.
And I think if she and Trump got together and made those points, it would take uh abortion out of the hands of the Democrats and leave them there with uh little or nothing to run on.
And that's about it.
Listen, I think it's an all hands-on-deck moment.
Uh what I like to see everybody in the Republican Party unite uh behind Donald Trump to stop the disaster that that is Joe Biden's presidency.
I would.
That's gonna be between them.
Um I don't I don't ask politicians what to do.
I know she's now come out and endorsed Trump.
Um I think she could, you know, I I think she has a lot to offer, and that's gonna be up to her.
And we'll just see what she decides to do over time.
Anyway, uh Cheryl is in California.
Cheryl's apparently a professor.
Hey, Cheryl, how are you?
Hi, Sean.
Uh, first of all, lots of love to you and Linda from my mom, who is a 97 almost uh Holocaust survivor.
She's been having a from all of the anti-Semitism and and the back and forth that Joe is playing with, you know, not giving Israel the ammunition that was already uh allocated to them by Congress, and yesterday in Los Angeles at Adas Torah synagogue on Pico and uh Robertson Boulevard, there were people out there.
They were vandalizing the synagogue, beating up on Jewish people, um, you know, I mean, just coming like hordes and attacking people.
We're seeing this all over the United States and the world.
And you know, I thought Joe got into the race because he was so worried about the chaos and he was so worried about the anti-Semitism.
So where is he now when he basically does everything he can to unseek crime minister Nitanyahoo, and he's done everything to hurt Israel and to hurt the Jewish community.
And by the way, the LAPD said that they were told to stand down by elected officials.
Those elected officials to everybody out there are Democrats in Los Angeles, and for President Trump to get everything accomplished that he needs, he needs all the way down the ballot, Republicans in there.
We need to take back the Senate, and we need people, you know, more uh bigger majority in the House.
Um, and when you said what kind of Joe is gonna show up, I think it's gonna be the same lying, phony snake, like the snake that President Trump reads about.
And I just hope he doesn't let them push his buttons because he's intelligent and he's got the best policies, and he's the best for Israel, for the Jewish people, for all people of faith.
Well, I will tell you this.
It may be the lowest point of Joe's presidency, that in immigration and his economy, you put it all together.
But Joe literally surrendering in the war against radical Islamic terrorism and not not supporting our i our our ally and our friend Israel.
That supported us after 9-11.
It fully support their their efforts to win their war against those that attack them.
That is a low point for this country and the lowest point ever.
But with that said, Israel's going to win this war with that with or without Joe Biden's help.
By the way, our love to you, 97-year-old mom.
God, you know, uh never again, sadly is happening right now.
And uh, I'm sure it's breaking her heart.
It's certainly breaking mine.
Uh, my best to your family.
I mean that with all my heart.
And that's gonna wrap things up for today.
