| Thanks, John Shannon. | |
| Hour two, Sean Hannity Show, toll-free. | |
| It's 800-941-Sean. | |
| If you want to be a part of the program, 136 days until Election Day, only 87 days until early voting begins in the first state of Pennsylvania, then rolling out across the country. | |
| And, of course, we're only six days away from CNN's, I'm sure, one-sided three-on-one debate, which we've been talking about and we'll continue to talk about. | |
| Yesterday in New York City, President Trump's attorneys filed a motion to have Judge Ngorons recused from that sham civil fraud case. | |
| That was the case based on valuations and the idea that Donald Trump and the Trump organization gave false valuations, even though they had a complete disclaimer saying don't trust our valuations in every contract they had, whether it be for insurance or loan purposes. | |
| There is no company on the face of the earth that is going to loan hundreds of millions of dollars or insure hundreds of millions of dollars worth of property or collateral of any kind unless they do their own valuations. | |
| And it was presided over by a judge that had a valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, which is obscene and absurd. | |
| And I've shown it on TV many times. | |
| You're talking about a 22-acre property, pristine condition. | |
| It is a historical property. | |
| It's got two clubs associated with it. | |
| It's on the ocean. | |
| It's on the inner coastal with more amenities than I could ever mention, including 54 bedrooms and bathrooms, et cetera, et cetera. | |
| And that's what the judge's appraisal is. | |
| Anybody with half a brain would buy that. | |
| Now, if you're looking for an acre and a half of property that has a street between the ocean and the house or the lot of land, it's basically just dirt. | |
| Well, that's $150 million. | |
| You can buy it in Palm Beach right now. | |
| You can buy another two-acre lot on the ocean only, not the intercoastal. | |
| That would be $200 billion. | |
| The lowest price you can get is about $88 million for a small oceanfront plot of land, which is nothing but dirt. | |
| So the valuation, the worst valuation of all came from Judge Ngoron. | |
| But of course, this case was brought by the New York Attorney General, Letitia James. | |
| And we all know, and we've played it many times. | |
| She ran on a Get Trump platform. | |
| Alan Dershowitz wrote an entire book about it. | |
| But in this case, now the president's attorneys have accused Judge Ngoron of engaging in actions fundamentally incompatible with the responsibilities attendant to donning the black robe and sitting in judgment. | |
| And while the left continues to spend time and resources waging endless lawfare against Trump in New York, well, the city, of course, is reeling from war crime. | |
| You know, according to this filing, you have this New York real estate attorney. | |
| His name is Adam Liepman Bailey. | |
| He told ABC in an interview that he tried to advise Ngoron weeks before the judge's decision. | |
| Alina Haba, President Trump's legal spokesperson, was on TV last night and said this guy alone had brought six legal actions against Donald Trump. | |
| Not exactly an objective individual. | |
| Anyway, apparently this all is rooted in conversations that Judge Ngoron had with this guy, Bailey, regarding the merits of the case and the consequences of the court's decision on business in the state, all before the judge had rendered a verdict in the case. | |
| Although it was a summary judgment on the judge's part, he could have brought it to a jury, but of course that would be too fair. | |
| Anyway, Alina Haba joins us now. | |
| She is President Trump's legal spokesperson. | |
| All right, let's talk about this move now to get Judge Ngoron recused in this case. | |
| Sure, Sean, thanks for having me. | |
| Well, unfortunately, when you think it just can't get any worse, we do. | |
| We have a lawyer in the state of New York who went on NBC and bragged about his conversations with Judge Ngoran while our case was pending and trial was active. | |
| And he said, you know, I saw Judge Ngorn in the hall. | |
| I was with a client. | |
| I stopped and I said, no, no, I got to go talk to Ngoran to make sure he gets this right, to make sure he gets this right. | |
| And what does that mean? | |
| This is an anti-Trump guy who sued him several times, calls himself a real estate expert. | |
| He's been suspended from practicing law in New York before. | |
| And now he goes on national television and tells everybody what we suspected was happening, but was dumb enough to state it to the public. | |
| So now there's obviously judicial codes of ethics. | |
| And for the American people that aren't lawyers, it's very simple. | |
| A judge sitting, a fair judge, Sean, sitting on the bench during a trial with any trial, let alone a trial with a former president and leading candidate for the Republican Party, has no business having ex parte communications with an attorney who has a get Trump background or any background, frankly, even if it's pro-Trump. | |
| So he made this mistake. | |
| He came out and then, you know, we heard in an article yesterday from NBC that the guy actually wrote NBC and said, please don't write this article. | |
| You're going to ruin my relationship with the judge. | |
| Well, guess what, buddy? | |
| Maybe your judgment was a little flawed, and so is Judge Ngoran. | |
| So right now we're moving again to have him recuse himself because he has no business monitoring and overseeing the monitor for the Trump organization. | |
| Frankly, he had no business being on this case to start with. | |
| You filed this case with the New York Supreme Court. | |
| Do we know if they're going to take this case up? | |
| If they are going to take it up, how quickly would they do it? | |
| Yeah, we've been in the appellate division nonstop as soon as, as recent as Monday, we were in the appellate division. | |
| By the way, my understanding is the appellate court five times has overturned Ngoron in favor of President Trump. | |
| That's right. | |
| And, you know, Judge Ngoran did taunt us while we were in trial and actually said in the beginning, you know, I haven't been reversed and I don't plan on it. | |
| Well, sorry, buddy. | |
| Five times he's been reversed. | |
| We had a great hearing on Monday. | |
| They were very fair to us. | |
| I've had several successful hearings in front of the appellate division. | |
| And the truth is, and I've been asked this numerous times, once you exhaust the state level, you can also move to go up to federal. | |
| We hope it doesn't come to that. | |
| But we've already had this judgment immediately lowered to 175 from 475. | |
| That was within weeks, Sean, of this judge's order. | |
| He had no jury. | |
| We requested one. | |
| He decided there shouldn't be one. | |
| He is an incredibly politically motivated person. | |
| And we've seen this time and time again with these AGs, DAs, and New York State in particular. | |
| And it's time to clean house, frankly, and we're just going to keep pushing. | |
| This is what the weaponization of justice means in America. | |
| This is what it looks like. | |
| You know, let me play President Trump on Judge Ngoron. | |
| Here's what he said. | |
| Thank you very much. | |
| Judge Edgoran has done a terrible disservice to the state of New York. | |
| What he's done is terrible. | |
| Business is aflame. | |
| You see that? | |
| You just released a statement on food. | |
| Business is aflame and crime is flourishing all over the state. | |
| And what he's done is such a disservice and should never be allowed to happen again. | |
| New York State is being battered by his decision. | |
| So I greatly respect the decision of the appellate division and I'll post either $175 million in cash or bonds or security or whatever is necessary very quickly within the 10 days. | |
| And I thank the appellate division for acting quickly. | |
| But Judge Edgoran is a disgrace to this country and this should not be allowed to happen. | |
| Thank you very much. | |
| It shouldn't be allowed to happen. | |
| I think you know a thing or two. | |
| I'm sure you've been down on Palm Beach and I know it's kind of unimaginable for people to think that there's a property in Palm Beach, Florida that could be worth a billion dollars, but that's about what it's worth. | |
| And I know it sounds crazy, but all you really need to do is go on Zillow or any realtor website and you're going to find out, wow, prices down there, especially if you're on the ocean and intercoastal, that's what it goes for, especially if you have 22 acres. | |
| That's right. | |
| And we had an expert in real estate who specifically practices in Palm Beach, knows the market, gave examples of other properties that are worth that. | |
| Look at who's bought down there, Ken Griffin. | |
| If you look and do a little bit of research, Ken Griffin bought five lots years ago. | |
| I think he paid over $100 million for each of them and knocked them all down. | |
| And it'll be more than a billion-dollar property for him when it's all said and done. | |
| 100%. | |
| And this judge, who frankly we invited to come down to Palm Beach and see Mar-a-Lago, to actually walk the ground, see what kind of property it is. | |
| Look, he doesn't know anything about real estate. | |
| In fact, he was just recently overturned on a big landlord-tenant case in New York. | |
| Again, this is a judge who's putting, and we've seen this, politics first. | |
| Politics have no place with law and fact. | |
| That's it. | |
| And he didn't want to hear the facts. | |
| He made them up on the fly. | |
| He's completely made up valuations himself, acted like an expert. | |
| And frankly, Sean, this shouldn't have even been in that division. | |
| It should have been in the commercial division where 6312 cases like this, which also have never been used like this, should have been. | |
| When I tell you, laws are made up to get Trump. | |
| We have Adult Survivors Act from Governor Hochul made up to get Trump. | |
| For one year, the law stood in place and then it's gone. | |
| If I went through the unimaginable things I have seen in the last three years working with the president, it's just mind-blowing and it really needs to change. | |
| If we don't get President Trump back in November, we're in deep trouble. | |
| All right, quick break. | |
| We'll come back more with Alina Haba, legal spokeswoman for President Trump. | |
| As we continue, we'll get to your calls coming up as well. | |
| 800-941-Shawn. | |
| Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm. | |
| And I'm Carol Markowitz. | |
| We've been in political media for a long time. | |
| Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane. | |
| That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity. | |
| We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor. | |
| We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously. | |
| So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass. | |
| You're our kind of people. | |
| Catch new episodes of Normally every Tuesday and Thursday. | |
| On the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen. | |

| We continue with Donald Trump's legal spokesperson, Charlie Kirk, and your call's coming up, 800-941-Sean, as we continue. | |
| Let's talk about the New York Code of Judicial Conduct, and let's talk specifically about how it references the issues in this case and the code of conduct directly involved in his talking about the case and asking questions about how he should handle it with somebody that has a history of not liking Donald Trump. | |
| Right. | |
| The judicial code is very strict. | |
| Effectively, you cannot have any ex parte communications, even with an expert. | |
| Let's say the judge is not familiar with a case that he's sitting on the bench for, and that we don't proffer an expert and the other side doesn't. | |
| And he wants to ask and educate himself. | |
| Well, he has an obligation to let the parties know of that. | |
| This was not the case, even under that. | |
| This guy came up to a judge in the hallway, had been in front of this judge, had a prior relationship, which, by the way, we're subpoenaing all their communications. | |
| He had a prior relationship with the judge, said, hey, I want him to get this right. | |
| Went up to him and said, oh, it's not a big deal because summary judgment was already decided before the trial came. | |
| Well, I've got some news for you. | |
| That summary judgment decision was modified when he ended this trial. | |
| So it does matter. | |
| And influence matters. | |
| And the whole point of judicial conduct is to have things like no political donations, no appearance of impropriety to make sure that both sides feel they are getting a fair trial. | |
| It's something called due process that, frankly, the Constitution and Americans really need to have put back in place. | |
| And this is a clear violation of that. | |
| The fact that this guy went on TV shows just how poor of judgment he has, let alone speaking to a judge sitting on the bench. | |
| But more importantly, Judge Ngorn never told us. | |
| He never disclosed it. | |
| He had these communications about our case. | |
| When the guy was asked on TV, they said, were you talking about Donald Trump? | |
| His answer was, well, we most certainly weren't talking about the mess. | |
| I mean, you can't make it up, Sean. | |
| Every time I think I have another story for you that's just worse and worse, the next week I have something else. | |
| It's crazy. | |
| They can't see straight with their law affair. | |
| They really can't. | |
| Well, they can't. | |
| And, you know, one of the, I'm sure this is going to be an issue that comes up in this fake news CNN interview. | |
| Now that we know that the laptop of Hunter is very real as it was introduced into evidence in the Hunter Biden case, we do know that Hunter implicates his own father, doesn't he? | |
| He says half my income goes to Pops. | |
| He talks to his financial guy about which account they ought to be paying for Pops' home repairs. | |
| Then, of course, 10% set aside for the big guy, Tony Bobolinski, described who the big guy was. | |
| Devin Archer's testimony that in spite of Joe Biden saying he never once spoke to his son, his brother, or anybody about their foreign business deals, was on the phone 20-plus times during these business meetings and meeting foreign business partners like the former First Lady of Moscow, a Russian oligarch at the Cafe Milano. | |
| Does that mean that Joe, when he leaves the White House, will now be facing charges? | |
| Yes. | |
| Well, I'm sure his legal team will ask for presidential immunity because that's what he'll do. | |
| And he doesn't realize that the decisions he's making, the dual system of justice, the violations that he's doing against President Trump, and frankly, it's not against President Trump, it's against Americans, is going to backfire on all presidents, on all Americans, because he doesn't care. | |
| They can't see straight right now. | |
| They're petrified of losing because the corruption is so deep, they don't want us to take a look in November. | |
| And they've got to make sure Trump doesn't win. | |
| So this is all come down to one thing, election interference, because at the end of the day, if it was Don Jr., Sean, if it was Eric Trump or Ivanka, there is no. | |
| OK. | |
| Imagine I'm friends with a judge and it's a case about the Bidens and I go to the judge. | |
| Oh, I need to talk to him and make sure he gets this case right. | |
| How do you think that would go over? | |
| Not well. | |
| Yeah, not well. | |
| Me going up to the Trump judge, me and Judge Cannon, have a little chit-chat in the hallway. | |
| How would that go over? | |
| Not well. | |
| But this is the point. | |
| Nobody is holding their feet to the fire. | |
| And don't get it wrong, that federal counts that he was guilty of, Hunter Biden, there's a reason he was smiling when he was walking out because his father's going to take care of him right before he leaves office. | |
| And we all know it. | |
| This was totally a play to make it look like the system is fair. | |
| And it's not. | |
| They need to go after all the cases, all the things that they've done, the money laundering that's effectively happened through this administration, through the family. | |
| I have to go, but the FBI has known about this since 2016. | |
| John Solomon was on this program yesterday describing in detail all that they knew and when they knew it. | |
| Alina, we do appreciate your time. | |
| I know it's heading into the weekend for you. | |
| We appreciate you as always being with us. | |
| Thank you. | |
| Thank you, Sean. | |
| 800-941-SEAN is our number if you want to be a part of the program. | |
| Didn't the IRS scandal and the NSA atrocities convince you? | |
| You need a watchdog on Washington with insider sources. | |
| You need Hannity every day. | |
| All right, 25 to the top of the hour this Friday. | |
| 800-941-SEAN if you want to be a part of the program. | |
| At the top of the next hour, we will debate what I think is a pretty interesting story about Governor Landry, Jeff Landry of Louisiana, signing into law this week a requirement that every classroom that gets public funding, including colleges and universities, display a translation of the Ten Commandments. | |
| Anyway, it's become a big legal issue. | |
| We'll get to that and much, much more straight ahead. | |
| Look, there's a lot of talk, especially with Joe Biden being president, about brain clarity. | |
| Most of you that know me, you know that I'm into health and wellness and fitness and nutrition. | |
| And Linda makes fun of me, but it's okay. | |
| I've been doing mixed martial arts training. | |
| What, I'm in my 13th, 14th, I don't know. | |
| I've been doing it forever. | |
| And I do it every day. | |
| And I've been able to keep my weight in check just through a lot of discipline. | |
| And I find between martial arts and not overeating and not over-drinking that, you know what, you get more brain clarity to be very, in other words, and not watching that, you know what, you get better. | |
| That's a big difference. | |
| you don't like Joe Biden on an average day, not jacked up, Joe, of course, or hypercaffeinated Joe, but the regular Joe. | |
| We all want brain clarity. | |
| I've been trying something new. | |
| It's called Strong Cell. | |
| Now, it's an easy to use. | |
| It's a liquid drink supplement, and it utilizes ingredients such as NADH and CoQ10. | |
| You also have marine collagen, and that helps boost our body's cellular function. | |
| And I'm seeing results. | |
| The longer I've been using it, the more I like it. | |
| Because you may not know, every one of us has 30 trillion cells in our body. | |
| That's a lot of cells. | |
| Healthy cells, that equals a healthier body. | |
| Taking strong cell every day leads to better memory, better brain clarity, an overall boost in daily energy. | |
| And I feel it and I see the results myself, which is why I love this product. | |
| Anyway, you can learn more about it and how you can lead a more fulfilling life with tons of natural energy, have the sharpest mind possible, a terrific memory. | |
| Just log on to their website. | |
| It's strongsell.com forward slash Hannity. | |
| You'll get 10% off. | |
| And, you know, start living your best life. | |
| You know, the better care you take of yourself, the better you're going to be in the long run. | |
| Anyway, go to their website. | |
| It's very simple. | |
| It's strongsell.com forward slash Hannity, and you get 10% off, and you'll have more brain clarity than your president. | |
| It's that simple. | |
| All right, let's get to our busy phones. | |
| 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, K-Dawn Radio, Vegas, Bruce, next Sean Hannity show. | |
| Bruce, how are you? | |
| What's going on in Vegas, sir? | |
| Hi, Sean. | |
| Thanks for helping save democracy by reporting things that the other networks don't. | |
| Oh, I'm trying. | |
| By the way, how cool is it for the service industry out in Vegas? | |
| And I spent 10 years in the restaurant business. | |
| How cool is it that Donald Trump said, you know what? | |
| Can we stop taxing tips that hardworking Americans get for great service? | |
| I mean, can we stop doing that? | |
| Because the government has been going after that with a vengeance since the years that I worked in restaurants. | |
| And it's like that's how they make their living. | |
| People don't know oftentimes that if you work in an industry, like if you're a waiter or a waitress or a bartender, you don't even get paid the minimum wage because they assume you get the tips. | |
| And then the government wants a full accounting of every night you work and how much money you make in tips. | |
| And then if they don't think your estimate is high enough, they're going to estimate higher. | |
| And then you have to fight the IRS. | |
| I know because I know people that have been through this process. | |
| It's unbelievable. | |
| I've got to imagine service workers that historically have been pressured by their unions to vote Democratic in your state are going to be pretty open to Donald Trump's ideas. | |
| Well, actually, my wife works for a hotel. | |
| She's in housekeeping, so her tips are in cash. | |
| But most of her friends, like the bartenders and the casino workers, if they're a waitress, their tips are on the credit card. | |
| So they're the ones that are really getting hurt. | |
| By the way, for people, I've always found that housekeepers at hotels are like the nicest people and the hardest working people and the most humble people. | |
| And a long time ago, I just got in the habit when I'm leaving a hotel for the day. | |
| You know, I always have cash on me. | |
| I'll take out a 20 and I put it on the pillow. | |
| And it's just my way of saying thank you. | |
| And I appreciate all the hard work you do. | |
| I mean, do a lot of people tip your wife like that or at least something? | |
| Well, actually, she gets a lot of gifts. | |
| Where she works, there's a lot of people from Hawaii, and she gets a lot of Hawaiian candy that they need for her. | |
| Isn't that really nice when people just appreciate the hard work that goes into keeping a room clean? | |
| By the way, in my case, it's a little especially hard because I'm not the cleanest person on earth. | |
| Well, I have a question I want to ask you about the upcoming presidential debate. | |
| And yeah, I agree with you that Joe Biden is going to be jacked up and maybe they should do drug testing. | |
| But in 2016, Anderson Cooper of CNN was one of the moderators on the second debate. | |
| And then later, Donna Brazil admitted giving Hillary Clinton the debate questions in advance. | |
| Now, can you on your TV show challenge fake Tapper to sign a sworn statement that CNN will not provide debate questions to the White House? | |
| Because it wouldn't surprise me at all if CNN is going to give the White House the questions in advance. | |
| You've got to understand the backstory here because the backstory is that they have basically taken all of Joe Biden's guidance and they've given the Trump team next to no room to negotiate. | |
| Donald Trump's team had no say in who to pick as the moderator. | |
| Joe Biden picked the four networks and the only four networks that he would agree to go on. | |
| I think he probably, there were conversations with CNN, I would suspect, long before the announcement. | |
| And so the whole thing has been stacked against Donald Trump from the beginning. | |
| I think fake Jake Tapper, we have chronicled him often on this program, doesn't like Donald Trump. | |
| And I'm going to go over this in great specificity and detail tonight on Hannity on the Vox News channel. | |
| Same with Dana Bash. | |
| They have a format that I think just favors Joe Biden. | |
| I mean, they have this silly 2-1-1, you know, 2-1-1 format, two minutes to answer a question, one minute to respond, one minute to respond. | |
| Moderators have the discretion what they want to do with the next one minute of that block. | |
| You know, the worst part of it is the debate question is going to be a truncated version that they'll put on the screen. | |
| Donald Trump commits insurrection. | |
| Donald Trump's reaction to insurrection. | |
| Donald Trump's call for retribution. | |
| It's going to be corrupt and abusively biased, but it's going to be three-on-one. | |
| And, you know, there's no guarantee that there's going to be, I would say half this debate is going to be about Donald Trump, January 6th, retribution, insurrection, election denial. | |
| I mean, they're not going to bring up all the other election deniers in 2000 and 2004. | |
| I'll scroll these names tonight on Hannity on the Fox News channel. | |
| A lot of Democrats support, you know, a lot of election deniers in the Democratic Party, and they all get a pass starting with Hillary Clinton, you know, claiming the election was stolen from her and that he's an illegitimate president. | |
| All of these things took place. | |
| And, you know, you just got to see this for what it is and understand it. | |
| But Trump's doing it anyway. | |
| And I think it's all going to be on how he handles it. | |
| And I think he's going to be ready for it. | |
| I really do. | |
| What if President Trump just doesn't answer the question and says, you know, starts talking about what he wants to talk about? | |
| I think CNN will try to interrupt him. | |
| And I have an answer that I would give, but, you know, Donald Trump will come up with his own answer. | |
| I think he's pretty good at it. | |
| Well, he should ask Joe Biden, you know, can you just tell us what day it is and see what he says. | |
| I love that. | |
| I appreciate you being with us, my friend. | |
| 800-941-Sean is our number. | |
| If you want to be a part of the program, let us say hi to Alejandro who's in New Jersey. | |
| Alejandro, how are you? | |
| Glad you called. | |
| Yes. | |
| Hi, Sean. | |
| How are you? | |
| I'm good, sir. | |
| Good. | |
| Quick question. | |
| I've been thinking seriously about Trump, vice president nominee. | |
| And I kind of don't agree with what's been put out there in the media. | |
| I understand the reasons why we have the candidates that have been profiled, but I think that Trump needs to bring someone that's going to help him in one of the states that's in question. | |
| And I'm thinking particularly Virginia, Governor Glenn Young. | |
| Why? | |
| Because Virginia is a tight race, number one. | |
| It's a key race, number two. | |
| Yunkin is really, really good at what he does. | |
| He's a conservative. | |
| I think he's liked by both moderates and most people on the right in Virginia. | |
| So he can deliver for Trump as opposed to, you know, Tim Scott, for example, South Carolina. | |
| He already has that in the back. | |
| I think it's South Carolina. | |
| Well, I think people look at demographics, too. | |
| I mean, for example, would an African-American bring more African-American voters over to the Republican side? | |
| Would a Hispanic American, Marco Rubio, bring more Hispanics over to Trump's side? | |
| Would a woman, a vice presidential candidate, bring more suburban women to vote for Trump? | |
| I mean, all of these things are considerations, certain state issues. | |
| You know, you pick somebody from a swing state, Pennsylvania. | |
| Good point. | |
| All of these things definitely come into play for sure. | |
| Yeah, but I think those demographics have already decided. | |
| I think the black vote is there for Trump. | |
| It's not going to sway much whether or not he has a black vice president candidate. | |
| Same thing with the Hispanics. | |
| What he needs is to win the election, to get over. | |
| And that's critical. | |
| And initially, I was thinking someone that can be a good future president like DeSantis. | |
| But he's going to polarize a lot of people. | |
| So he's not ready for that, in my opinion. | |
| I used to like Christy Noam a lot, and I still do, but she put her foot in her mouth with this silly, silly situation with the dog. | |
| Too bad, because I thought she was very smart, very good at her policies, and so forth. | |
| However, I think Glenn Young is a viable candidate that is not too extreme, not too liberal. | |
| Would appeal to the middle class, I would say, to the middle of the spectrum. | |
| Yeah, listen, I can tell you that there are a lot of good people out there. | |
| All these reports about me and my involvement in this are laughable. | |
| If I was involved, I wouldn't tell anybody anywhere. | |
| Anyway. | |
| So, you know, there's certain things. | |
| You know, if you have sources or you have conversations with people, and believe it or not, I'm in the media. | |
| I'm a member of the press. | |
| And guess what? | |
| I do have opinions. | |
| And conversations I have with people off the record are off the record. | |
| And I don't break that. | |
| I don't break that rule at all. | |
| And I keep those conversations private. | |
| And I've purposely, publicly stayed out of this because it's got to be the right decision for President Trump. | |
| I mean, he's the first the first criteria for any vice presidential pick is do no harm. | |
| I think any of the names being mentioned probably fit that category. | |
| Yeah. | |
| You know, from there, you can make arguments on a lot of different fronts. | |
| It seems like the final candidates are JD Vance, Marco Rubio, Doug Bergham of North Dakota, and who else did I forget? | |
| Oh, Tim Scott. | |
| Right. | |
| Tim Scott. | |
| Well, do you think Trump is going to announce it during a debate? | |
| Maybe. | |
| I could see him doing that for sure. | |
| That'll be a good one. | |
| It'll be a good one. | |
| All right. | |
| Appreciate the call, my friend. | |
| We'll see. | |
| All right. | |
| Quick break right back. | |
| We'll continue. | |
| We'll get tomorrow. | |
| Your calls coming up. | |

| Gas prices through the ceiling. | |
| It's ridiculous. | |
| Food shortages. | |
| And a world in crisis. | |
| The world is saying to Russia, stop these attacks immediately. | |
| And Joe can't form a sentence. | |
| Chocolate chalk chip. | |
| We got all the latest news and updates for you right here on the Sean Hannity Show. | |

| All right, let's hit the phones. | |
| Back to our busy phones. | |
| 800-941-Sean is on number as we say hi to Mark in Texas, the free state of Texas. | |
| What's up, Mark? | |
| How are you, my friend? | |
| Hello, Sean. | |
| How are you? | |
| I'm good. | |
| Hey, I've got a question. | |
| There's a lot of speculation about the DNC replacing Biden as a candidate for the presidency. | |
| And my question is, the candidates have to qualify for the ballot on all the states, and they have to qualify for the debates that's coming up. | |
| So my question is, what rules or regulations do they have to replace a candidate two-thirds into the presidential race? | |
| There really are no rules at some point. | |
| I mean, at that point, once you get to a certain point, it won't be the voters that decide. | |
| It will be the Democratic National Committee, and that is the radical establishment that is the Democratic National Committee. | |
| And at that point, all bets would be off. | |
| You know, Van Jones, I think, has raised the bar very, very high for Joe Biden, inasmuch as him saying that if he doesn't have a good debate, it's over. | |
| And I think that's his way of saying that to the Biden people, you better get your act together and he better show up. | |
| And we better get a good performance out of him or else he's going to be gone. | |
| I think you've been hearing very loudly from him and Axelrod and James Carville. | |
| I don't think it's any accident that those people are so public in their criticism of Joe Biden because I think they want him off the ticket. | |
| So, you know, time will tell. | |
| We'll see. | |
| If I had to guess, Kamala Harris would be first in line behind her. | |
| You got to look at, you know, Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsome, and I don't know who else they got. | |
| Nobody in particularly stands out to me. | |
| They're all pretty leftist and radical and not my cup of tea anyway. | |
| Appreciate the call, my friend. | |
| 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program. | |
| You want smart political talk without the meltdowns? | |
