Look, confronting the president's out September 10th, I wanted to get you one of the first copies so you read it and tell me, because you'll tell me the truth, whether it's good or boring or what.
So that's what you got to do.

Here's how I know it's going to be good because you're too excited about it.
And I'm just warning you ahead of time.
If you think you're coming on this program when you launch that book and you're getting a cupcake interview, that is not happening.
I'm just warning you right now, O'Reilly.
If you have disagreements on who the worst president of all time is, we're going at it.
I'm just, you know, prepare for battle, Mr. O'Reilly.

So here's what puzzles me, because you are a smart guy, a great analyst.
You know the issues.
And you said something.
I don't know.
Maybe you said it on air somewhere.
I read it.
I don't recall where.
And I just want to make sure I got it right that you said that there's no evidence at all that Joe Biden is involved in any of these nefarious activities involving the Hunter-Biden, quote, family business.
Do you actually believe there's no evidence?
No, that's not what I said.
I said there's overwhelming evidence that Joe Biden sold his office of the vice presidency so that his son and brother could make money.
That's number one.
Okay, so you so why did the headline, you know which headline I'm talking about.
Said something else.
So Comer, the congressman, came on and said, oh, Joe Biden committed all of these crimes.
We know he committed crimes.
Well, if you know, Congressman, then you need to pass that along to me and the American people and Sean Hannity.
Because right now, Biden is guilty of ethical violations, no question.
But federal crimes, the evidence has not been put forth yet.
That was analysis.
Let me go over some issues and see if I might not be able to change your mind.
Because the big takeaway for me from this whole trial with Hunter, this drug issue to me was the low-hanging fruit.
The tax issue, another low-hanging fruit issue.
The big tax years, the barrel years.
This guy, David Weiss, who just dragged his feet, I would argue, on purpose because he didn't want to charge Hunter with anything.
Then he offered the sweetheart deal and he was only forced to do this because of a judge in Delaware.
And that was bring this this case.
The evidence when you look at Hunter, the big issues involving Hunter all are on the laptop.
But the big takeaway from this trial is that the government introduced into evidence that laptop is being very, very real and not tampered with.
No disagreement from you, correct?
Correct.
All right.
Joe Biden told this nation over and over and over again, did he not, Mr. O'Reilly, that not one time did he ever talk to his son Hunter or brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings?
Did he say that?
He said it, but it's not.
Look, as all politicians do, he's but wait, wait a minute.
That's a very definitive statement.
If you like, I'll play you a montage of it.
But he's dancing.
So he'll say, yeah, I got on the phone with them and, yeah, I chatted with them.
But it wasn't about direct dealings with my son and brother.
Bill, he's dancing.
I never once spoke to my son, my brother or anybody, for that matter, about their foreign business deals at all.
OK, now, did he or did he not meet with one of those foreign business partners, for example?
Pulling there.
there were others Elena Batarina the former first lady of Moscow Russian oligarch at the cafe Milano that's an established fact at a laptop and and elsewhere you agree with that yes but he can say that he was talking about Putin with Elena he can say that he was giving Elena a verbal tour of Washington D.C.
The crux of the matter here is this, and it's very simple because I'm a simple man, as you know and Leonard Skinner knows.
If Joe Biden derived personal benefit from helping his son and his brother, that is a crime.
That is a crime.
Now let's look at the evidence.
You're actually tracking with me.
I'm giving you an A-plus for being a cooperative guest today.
Right.
Because now that the government established the laptop as being very real and untampered with, and you look at the laptop, who is the person that implicates Joe Biden the most as it relates to the very heart of the issue that you just brought up of whether or not Joe Biden himself benefited.
Well, that would be Hunter Biden, because Hunter Biden complains bitterly that half his income has to go to Pops.
He complains, they talk about 10% for the big guy.
He complains and works with the head of finance for his company, Eric Sherwin is his name, on which account they're going to pay for Pops's home repairs.
And apparently it was extensive, and Pops was basically draining his Wells Fargo account.
Okay.
Let me stop you there because you don't want to get too much.
Let's let the folks digest.
I'm trying to keep it simple, Bill.
I know.
Let's let the folks digest what you said.
That was on the laptop.
That's a fact.
But you have to show Comer has to show because the Justice Department, Merrick Garland, will never investigate, which is a real scandal.
That's a real scandal.
Where you have the FBI and the Justice Department.
It's even deeper, Bill, because for four years they've known the laptop as real.
Okay.
Four years.
That's a huge, huge scandal.
There's evidence, anecdotal evidence, that money passed from Jim and Hunter Biden to Joe Biden.
But it's anecdotal, all right?
So a lawyer in a defense position could tear it apart.
He could say, hey, the guy.
But can they tear it apart when they follow the money?
In other words, if the money went for the home repairs, which it did, if the money went to the big guy, which it did, if the money went there, then would you not acknowledge that even one check for one home repair shows that Joe benefited from these financial dealings and that Hunter Biden,
who admits he had no experience, for example, in oil or energy or gas or Ukraine or China, and he made millions and millions of dollars, then the WhatsApp message, I'm sitting here with my father, and why didn't you fulfill your obligation?
And between everybody he knows and my ability to hold a grudge, you're going to regret it.
And a few days later, $5 million end up in one of Hunter's accounts.
Isn't that a little bit more than anecdotal, Bill?
It's not enough to bring the charge.
So Comer has to produce a check to a construction company for work done on a Joe Biden property.
We have not.
That's what the committee, in my interviews with Comer, said that they've already been able to identify.
He said, you don't have it.
I don't have it.
Where is it?
I don't know when they're going to release it, but that's what he says he has.
Okay, show it.
Because Sherwin, remember, the back and forth between Hunter and Sherwin, who's the money guy, you know, which account are we going to take this from?
There's a track record of that, Bill.
And those are the records that Comer has referred to often in interviews.
Has he shown it to everybody?
No, he has not.
No, he has not.
But, all right, so either he's lying or the money was paid for Pops' home repairs.
It's one or the other.
And I would assume that Comer wouldn't risk his reputation and lied.
That seems rather odd to me, don't you think?
What I think is he hasn't produced any physical evidence.
But remember, there's also one other thing.
There are criminal referrals going on.
I'm not sure he has the ability to release that.
He can certainly release it to the public.
He can give it to you.
Let me ask you this.
Let me ask you this.
Joe Biden is on tape.
He was at the Council of Foreign Relations.
Okay.
In October, as reported by John Solomon, October of 2015, interagency agreement that Ukraine had made enough progress on the issue of corruption.
Therefore, a billion loan guarantees were going to be given to Ukraine.
Joe Biden was in charge of Ukraine.
That's October 2015.
Fast forward to December of 2015.
And five or six days before Joe makes the trip to Ukraine, he's on the phone, again, according to reports, with Hunter Biden, who's in Dubai with Burisma executives.
Again, Hunter's being paid millions, and he has no experience, and he's addicted to drugs, hard drugs at the time.
Okay.
The five days later, when he goes to the Ukraine, he brags in his own words, you're not getting the billion unless you fire the prosecutor who is investigating the oil and gas giant Burisma that is paying his son.
As a direct result of his actions that were against Obama administration official policy, his son directly benefited financially from his actions.
Now, if you look at the bribery statute, Bill O'Reilly, one doesn't need to benefit themselves.
It would also include those around them, loved ones, family members, or people they know.
That would seem to fit into that category directly, wouldn't it?
You can make a case that Bill, you're hedging.
I can't believe you're hedging.
I'm not hedging.
I'm telling you why it hasn't been brought, okay?
I can tell you why it hasn't been brought.
Republicans don't have enough of a majority to bring it.
And Merrick Garland's not going to bring it.
Trying this in the court of public opinion.
Okay, it hasn't been brought, and you could bring it on a conspiracy basis.
You can't because Merrick Garland has to be the one to charge it.
Remember, this happened during the Trump administration, which is why Trump was impeached, because he called Zelensky and said, hey, if you've got anything that shows that Vice President Biden was benefiting and his son was benefiting, I want to see it.
That was the whole thing.
But back up a second.
You're asking, why hasn't Comer done anything?
Number one, they have a two-vote majority now.
They were down to one vote majority.
So the impeachment inquiry now has become a series of referrals.
They just referred both Hunter and Jim Biden to the Department of Justice for lying to Congress.
Now, for the issue of whether or not this was a real quid pro quo, which it appears to be, and Joe fired this guy, and as a result of firing a prosecutor in Ukraine against Obama administration policy, that his son Hunter benefited even though he had no experience and was addicted to drugs.
He can't bring that charge.
He can only refer that charge, which, by the way, according to reports, they're planning to do.
He said that this week.
He doesn't have to bring the charge himself to congressional.
No, he has to refer it.
And then Merrick Garland would have to bring it.
He can refer all day long, but tomorrow he can come out and say, here's the physical evidence.
Here are the banking records.
Here's the check.
Here's how Joe Biden benefited.
And if Attorney General Merrick Garland won't prosecute it, we're going to impeach him.
Okay, and they don't have the votes to impeach him.
They're wasting their time.
None of that.
If you have physical evidence that Joe Biden benefited financially from all of this grift.
But, Bill, you're defying all logic and common sense.
Why would a vice president?
Oh, I'll tell you what.
Do you have time to stick around?
Because this is too important.
Show it.

And we're talking about the issue involving Hunter now that the government has fully, completely acknowledged that the laptop is real.
Now, before I get to the main crux of the question where we were at, how angry are you?
Are you as angry as me that Joe Biden lied about it, the laptop being real?
Hunter lied about it.
We know the media mob, they always lie about it, just like they lied about Russia collusion for three years.
All because I would argue they were all in bed.
All they cared about was electing Joe Biden.
On a scale of 1 to 1,000, Bill, how bad is that in terms of election interference and the people that just flat out lied to us about it?
Well, I think we live in the most corrupt time in the United States history now.
And yes, am I as angry as you?
No, because I take a different tact on this.
If you're on a battlefield, which the country is, you want to win the battle.
If you get angry while you're fighting, you're going to lose.
So what I want, and I want you to give me 60 seconds and then you can take a look at.
I have righteous anger.
Okay.
There's a difference.
There's nothing wrong with that.
But from my perch and the analysis that I bring, here's what I see.
You got to get Joe Biden out of this.
Now, he may explode in the debate, and that'll be the end of him.
The eight Tajiks who were caught yesterday attached to ISIS plotting some terrorist activity in the United States, it's a big story.
It's being suppressed by the corrupt media.
But if there is a terror attack, that Biden will be done.
He won't be able to run.
But say that doesn't happen.
Say there's no terror attack and say that he gets through the debate.
Biden does.
So now you want to knock him out.
I want to knock him out.
All right.
I don't want him on the ticket in November.
By the way, Bill is not talking about physically knocking out the president for you woke lunatics out there that would not interpret that comment properly.
Go ahead.
But lunatics don't listen to Hannity.
But I get your drift because it'll go on the internet and then there's a lunatics there.
So Comer and other Republicans, obviously, they're partisans.
They want to win the election.
They want more power in Congress and all of that.
The way to do that, Hannity, is the court of public opinion.
And my analysis is, if you know, all right, that Joe Biden, as vice president or afterward, okay, derived money from his brother or his son, money or construction or anything that helped him and Jill, you have it.
You can prove it.
You need to show it and you need to show it now.
I think that's very good advice.
Now, I think it's sad because the Republicans have a small majority and a lot of Republicans are weak and all they think about is their reelection and they're just as pathetic as Democrats.
And frankly, there's only a handful of people in Washington that I really have deep respect for.
However, let me go back to where we left off.
And that is we now know that Hunter Biden, I don't care if it's with the CEFC and the money that was handed over and the WhatsApp message that we have talked at length about.
But now that we know that the laptop is real and that WhatsApp message that said, I'm sitting here with my father and would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
I will be certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
A few days later, $5 million was wired to a bank account associated with Hunter, again, according to the committee.
Now, let's go to this part two of this.
Now, Hunter admits on Good Morning America, no experience in energy, oil, gas, or Ukraine or China.
Okay.
Now, let's go to Joe Biden.
Joe Biden admits when he speaks to the Council of Foreign Relations that I told him you're not getting a billion dollars.
You got six hours unless you fire the prosecutor.
Son of a B, they fired the prosecutor.
What was the result of that action?
Hunter, no experience, addicted to drugs, got paid millions because of Joe's direct actions that went against Obama administration policy at the time.
So here's my question.
And I know it's long-winded, but stay with me.
Why would a vice president of our country ever do what he just did and then have his own son benefit?
None of this is in dispute, Bill, because we know that Hunter got paid the money.
They're not even disputing it.
They're justifying it.
And Joe Biden, he's bragging about the fact that he took the action to fire the prosecutor.
And my question is, you know, we have an attorney general that won't do anything with it.
So I guess you kind of gave me the answer.
Your answer is just bring it to the court of public opinion.
But we've kind of been talking about this for years, and now it's only been confirmed that the laptop is real, and it takes on a little bit more urgency, and it's reality now.
It's not conjecture as some had suggested.
People believe what they want to believe, Hannity.
And the hate Trumpers want to believe that Joe Biden didn't do anything wrong.
But if you prove beyond a reasonable doubt in the court of public opinion that he did, then Biden is finished.
So if I'm a defense attorney, I say this.
Yeah, Hunter Biden said to the Chinese guy, my father's sitting next to me, but Hunter Biden was lying.
His father wasn't there.
Okay?
So you can destroy that anecdotal hearsay evidence.
What you cannot destroy is if Comer and Jordan and the rest of the Republicans heading the committees in the House have evidence that shows Joe Biden benefited financially himself.
That is the end.
Okay, Mr. O'Reilly, I think your strategy is sound.
I think they tried the impeachment route.
They didn't have enough Republicans to support them.
I think they're doing the criminal referral route, which they should do.
And the last option is the only option, which is to bring it to the American people, lay out the case.
And I'm going to tell you the problem they're going to run into.
I'll cover it.
You all cover it.
And a few others will cover it.
And the rest of the mob will absolutely ignore it.
And then you'll get the intel types that will go out there and say it's all BS and they'll muddy the waters.
That's what's going to happen, Bill.
And this is the sad part of it because what should happen is that the Attorney General of this country should not have a politicized and weaponized office where he is protecting the Biden family.
And that is the real tragedy of what will prevent it from going as viral as I think you think this might go.
No.
Because this has been out there for a long time, Bill.
Real quick, the Republican Party is going to have a billion dollars to run Trump until now to November.
That's a lot of TV ads.
That's what you do.
You don't depend on it.
I don't think it's a bad.
Listen, I think it's the only best option they have, but it's a sad option for the country.
Well, because we're living in a time where the rule of law doesn't exist.
You run those ads on the network shows, this is what we have.
Okay, that blows all up.
And that's what the Republicans have to do.
I hope you're right.
I'm not sure it'll work.
I think the most sad part is this is clearly an investigation for the Attorney General.
The Attorney General's known this laptop is real for four years.
The FBI's known it for four years, and they haven't done a thing, Bill.
And that tells me that we have a weaponized and politicized DOJ.
Do you agree with that statement?
Sure.
I mean, the Department of Justice under Merrick Garland is extremely corrupt.
And what frustrates me is that Trump could have been more aggressive when he was in because he knew Trump knew that Biden was corrupt as vice president.
And, you know, I know that Trump was obsessed with the election and all of that, and his attention was diverted.
I know that.
But he had a window of two and a half months.
And that's when it could have all happened.
Bill, the laptop didn't break until in the New York Post until just a few weeks before the election.
Didn't need the laptop.
He could have assigned special counsels to look into all of this.
And when Biden came in, Biden could not fire those special counsels.
Well, it's, you know, I guess at this point, maybe you have more faith in the ability to bypass a very corrupt media establishment, as we saw in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election.
They were able to suppress a story that absolutely would have swayed the election.
You do agree with that.
And it was a disgrace.
But now the Republicans have the momentum.
Biden is a failed president.
Most people think he's corrupt.
I think he's corrupt.
Just nail it down.

Okay, the laptop now has been authenticated along with the information on it, and they used it to convict Hunter.
Now, my question is, what happens with the chain of custody with the laptop?
Does it go to the DOJ for possible prosecution of the Biden crime family?
Does it miraculously disappear, or does it wind up on Joe's garage floor next to the Corvette?
I think with this weaponized, politicized DOJ, I think the answer is very, very obvious.
And that is nothing is going to happen under Merrick Carla.
Not as it relates to the Biden.
Not at all.
And that's the sad reality.
I wish I could give you better news, but I can't.
And that was the whole point of the debate with O'Reilly.
I mean, he thinks, well, okay, it's not going to happen.
You know, put out ads.
I know what the Democrats will say.
Well, okay, ads are great, but he hasn't been indicted.
Why should we believe it?

America doesn't see any justice.
We only see a party of corruption.

So, and it's about the Hunter-Biden gun trial.
So I hope people see that, you know, responsible gun owners, they aren't doing, they aren't doing this.
They're not lying on forms, and they're definitely not throwing their gun away, you know.
And then you have Joe Biden's response, like I said as a senator, you know, ban all assault weapons.
Well, that's not the problem.
You know, gun control isn't the problem here.
It's people being irresponsible like Hunter.
And do you think that Joe Biden saying that is just a way to buy votes, basically?
Yeah, look, I think that Joe Biden has successfully, with the help of all the people that we've mentioned, his Department of Justice weaponized, the FBI weaponized, you know, the Intel agency, you know, heads and former leaders weaponized, the media mob in their pocket, big tech, you know, not on not on Republican side.
It's just, you got a lot of powerful institutions and forces here that are working hard to get Joe Biden re-elected, and they seem to be willing to do anything to stop Trump.
And if they could keep him in a courtroom or a jail cell every day for the next 145 days, they'd do it.
I mean, that's how bad things have gotten.
Very scary scenario for our country, don't you think?
Oh, absolutely.
I think it's horrible what they've done to Donald Trump.
I mean, and then you have the Biden family that can seem to get away with whatever they want.
They got away with it in 2020 only with the help of the FBI pre-bunking, the 51 Intel officials, the media mob, and big tech, which they had, you know, prepared for such a story and wouldn't tell the truth to.
Sad.
I mean, this is the United States of America, and it's run like a banana republic.
How pathetic.
