Do you think that Hunter Biden will be found guilty in Delaware? It seems that a fair trial is based on the judge's political views and the venue that the trial takes place in. That's the reality of our justice system today.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Thank you, Scott Channel, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here is our toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
It's 800-941 Sean, if you would like to join us.
We have a lot of ground to cover.
Biden's, you know, election year conversion border flip-flop, which we're going to get into detail.
Uh Merrick Garland gets the living crap beaten out of him on Capitol Hill.
We have more fallout from uh Fauci's appearance.
We have Rand Paul's going to weigh in on that.
Uh and and the latest on Law Fair, Hunter's trial.
I mean, we just we're loaded up to get this all in is going to be hard.
Well, we will do our best, that I can promise you.
Um, before we get to the new news, let's go back to last Thursday, the conviction of Trump 34 counts.
Um, results of polls taken after this this guilty verdict have rolled in, and it looks like the Democrats desperate lawfare hail marry pass to get Donald Trump oh branded convicted felon.
Now, let me pause here.
I don't spend time online.
I don't have access to my accounts.
It was taken away years ago.
And if I want to post something, I have to go through an army led by Linda, you know, and track people down on Saturdays and Sundays to get something posted, which I did this weekend, which I rarely do.
I like to leave them alone on weekends.
And anyways, except I send them material, but that's separate and apart.
But anyway, the on May 30th, the day of Trump's conviction, he led Biden by in a one-on-one matchup, 0.9% real clear politics polling average.
Since then, polling data from Tip Morning Consult, Harris X, Reuters has become public, revealing that you know, Trump's lead is basically the same.
The Harris X survey notably found 51% of respondents viewed the myriad of prosecutions of Trump as political in nature.
You think, and the race is within the margin of error.
By the way, I expected the first week, two weeks, three weeks, that probably Trump would take a hit, and it's not happening.
Morning consult survey released last night shows Trump leading Biden 4443.
That poll taken May 31st to June 2nd when respondents were all aware of the verdict.
New poll shows Donald Trump leading Biden by 12 points in North Carolina.
By the way, that was a state Trump won by just 1.3%.
Latest poll, Trump's now ahead in North Carolina by double digits, and is leading by 12 points there among you know choices expected to be available November 5th.
Uh so you know, with all this talk about what impact Lawfare would have.
Now, will it will he will there be another hit probably with the sentencing?
Yeah, probably.
You know, maybe maybe Democrats will double and triple down on stupid because stupid has been every time that they arrest him, every time they charge him, every time they overreach, every time they weaponize the Justice Department, it backfires and it boomerangs back against them.
You know, you even have committed Fox News, you know, uh never Trumper saying Trump's sham trial may change his vote.
And talking about Guy Benson said that he he will vote for Trump despite claiming that he voted against Trump in the past twice.
And he says he believes this recent conviction was based on a rigged political trial that was a major abuse of our criminal justice system.
And, you know, it it's not his favorite choice, but everybody sees the damage of Biden too.
Uh without going into great specificity now, I'll get to it later, but wow, it got explosive today.
Prosecutors use multiple explicit excerpts from Hunter Biden's audio book during this gun trial uh Tuesday to show evidence of his drug addiction during the period in which he purchased a gun.
Now, let me manage your expectations here as it relates to Hunter Biden in Delaware in a venue where everybody acknowledged that everybody knows everybody else and that this is the Biden's hometown.
He's the family favorite, blah, blah, blah.
And then a jury, and I'm sympathetic to this.
Is there anybody that doesn't know a family member, a friend, people in their lives that have suffered from the difficulties and the tragedy of addiction?
Linda, is there I can't think of anybody that doesn't know somebody, right?
Uncle Joe, grandpa, you know, whoever, mom, dad, sledding into the United States every single day.
How could you not?
How could everybody knows?
And to see people in the throes of addiction.
You ever watch the show intervention?
It's horrible to watch that show.
You know, you don't need to watch the show intervention.
You just need to go outside.
It's terrible now.
You can't go in the park.
Can't take a kids out.
Can't walk your talk.
You walk in New New York City, New York where you are, and New York, and you know, you can't walk down the street without smelling weed everywhere.
It's disgusting.
I can't take it.
It smells like, you know, skunk.
I gotta be honest with you, boss.
That's a lot worse than weed.
I mean, people are just out on the street shooting up.
It's a real thing.
Anyway, so they played excerpts of this.
Now, I want to just I told you before the Trump trial, he can't get a fair trial in New York City.
And he didn't get a fair trial in New York City.
And he didn't get a fair civil trial in New York City.
Mar-a-Lago's worth 18 million.
Okay, they're still sticking by that insane valuation on a case about valuations.
So it was very predictable the outcome, the extent of the judge's bias and the fact that the judge was compromised and the fact that the judge should have recused himself.
I mean, I went into great, great specificity and in detail, all the avenues of appeal that are that are open, in my view to the defense as a result, you know, there's just very simple stuff.
Nothing, you know, for example, Bob Costello mentioning he spent an hour and a half in a Zoom call pointing out all the exculpatory evidence to Alvin Bragg's team prior to the grand jury indicting Donald Trump.
He had a legal obligation to share that with that grand jury, which he did not do.
You know, was Biden donor judge Mershawn obligated to recuse himself based on him being a Biden donor and and the fact his daughter, another case in point, were Donald Trump's Sixth Amendment rights violated by not telling him the crime that he was even being charged with.
I mean, that was the most amazing part.
Day in and day out, the smartest legal analyst in the country, you know, all saying the same thing, even on even on liberal cable stations.
They don't know what he's being charged with.
You know, did the judge allow prejudicial information?
Like the judge allowed in closing statements over and over and over dozens and dozens of times, unchallenged statements about this being a campaign finance violation, which is it was not.
And the judge allowed it.
You know, did New York New York even have jurisdiction over federal election law?
What would be in New York City of misdemeanor, you know, that was upcharged to a felony whose statute of limitations on the misdemeanor part of you know run out.
You know, did the judge violate not one but two Supreme Court decisions when he gave jury instructions that clearly uh would have mandated unanimity of the jury on all issues, the 444 theory of his.
No, unconstitutional.
Latest case is the Ramos vs.
Louisiana case in 2020.
I mean, it was so blatant in terms of the law fair in this case.
Uh now, as I predicted, he couldn't get a fair trial.
Trump couldn't get a fair trial in New York.
He can't get one in D.C., can't get one in Fulton County, Georgia.
Just can't.
Not going to happen.
Expect convictions and every one of those trials come to come to fruition.
And I'll just say this.
In Delaware, I'm telling you right now, don't expect a guilty verdict with Hunter Biden.
If it happens, it happens.
But it'll, you know, the evidence is overwhelming.
It's incontrovertible.
He does Have a great attorney.
Abby Lowell's the real deal, but I'm just telling you and warning you right now.
This is friendly territory.
Ari Fleischer saying last night on Hannity, what a sad state of affairs.
He wants to believe that we have equal justice application of our laws.
And it seems in America today that uh whether or not you are going to get a fair trial is going to be based on the venue in which your trial takes place, the judge in the trial and their political bias, the prosecution, whether or not a case will be called.
And in this case, this couldn't be friendlier territory for anybody with the last name Biden and that being in the state of Delaware.
And then you look at the jury, I mean, almost everybody on that jury, yeah, we we've had to deal with addiction.
Yeah, we feel terrible.
It's horrible to watch.
We know this person, that person.
And this is the defense is gonna, you know, try and create a massive sympathy card.
I can feel sympathetic towards Hunter Biden about his addiction, but that does not negate whether or not a crime might have been committed here.
And if you lie on a gun application, it's kind of clear cut.
By the way, Hunter Biden's wife launched into this profanity laced tirade, according to the Daily Beast.
Fireworks erupting outside the federal courthouse earlier today.
You have no right to be here, you Nazi piece of beep, Adam Schiff.
You know, Melissa Cohn Biden told former Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler that he tried to enter the courtroom during the brief morning break.
Ziegler didn't respond as Cohn Biden walked away, but later told NBC that the insult was sad because he'd not approached anyone at the trial.
Cohn Biden did not comment to NBC about the outburst.
And for the record, I'm not a Nazi.
I'm a believer in the U.S. Constitution.
I haven't said one thing to them, adding that he was at the trial because it's prudent for me to be here.
They returned to the courtroom minutes later looking at Ziegler before taking her seat next to the first lady, Jill Biden.
By the way, the sugar brother, you know, this guy we keep talking about, Kevin Morris, is anyway.
Apparently the daughter uh is saying that, according to the New York Post that Hunter's taken advantage of her millionaire Hollywood lawyer father.
Anyway, that he's a Hollywood entertainment lawyer, Democratic donor began paying Hunter's debts weeks after meeting him at a fundraiser, and then candidate Joe Biden in Brentwood, California, 2019.
While the first son's family rallied around him, Morris's family have attacked both Hunter and Morris himself.
Anyway, the daughter wants Hunter Biden to stop taking advantage of her father.
His entire family has abandoned him because they were living when they found out he was bankrolling everything.
The daughter even confronted Hunter Biden recently, telling them to stop taking advantage of my father.
Last month, Politico reported Morris had told his legal associates he has run out of cash to help Biden's defense.
Wow.
It's unclear how much Morris has spent on Biden, but a January letter to the House Oversight Committee, you know, from one of Morris's attorneys suggests the figure is at six more than six point five million, including a 2.6 million dollar loan.
By the way, did he pay did he pay interest on this?
Most of the loans carry a 5% interest rate.
How much of the 6.5 was actually a loan?
Anyway, because if you're looking at, you know, for example, what the laws are, Morris's, you know, beach house was paying $17,500 a month, according to transcripts.
Anyway, Trump fans were purged from Biden's uh jury.
Imagine if Biden voters had been excluded from the New York City jury that convicted Donald Trump on 34 counts of non-crimes.
You know, I'm sure you would have had a very different verdict, and the media would have, you know, been howling out.
They've been rabid, you know, losing their mind.
But anyway, multiple jurors were dumped from the jury of Hunter Biden in this gun charge trial for expressions of sympathy or approval for former President Donald Trump.
Why didn't that happen in New York?
One man excused from the jury pool after saying that Donald Trump's trial in New York made him think prosecutors charged based on politics.
Another woman excluded from serving on the jury after saying she had a negative view uh of the Biden family.
What is your opinion?
It's not a good one, she said.
Sorry.
Hunter Biden's lawyers signal they'll strike from the jury pool.
Twenty-three-year-old retired veteran of the Wilmington police department who thinks Trump, uh not Democrats is a victim of political uh prosecution.
He said Trump's New York trial and the dossier, referring to the dirty misinformation Russian dossier, made him believe prosecutors pursue cases for political reasons.
Abby Lowell asked the potential juror if the Democrats are ever plagued by this, but the juror said he wasn't aware of it happening.
Lowell later told the juror that he'd use one of his strikes against that man.
Another juror excused from the jury pool after he said he couldn't promise to judge the case fairly.
The juror was a Fox News viewer, and both, you know, and anyway, covered a lot of these issues over time.
The judge thanked the man for being honest about his bias.
On another case, a woman in the jury pool told the judge she's a bartender and has periodically served Hunter's uncle at the bar.
She's still currently eligible to serve on the panel.
We'll see.
Anyway, opening statements were delayed when five jurors didn't show up.
Wow.
You imagine if any of this happened in New York City?
No, that's not going to happen there.
Uh we've got a lot of tape.
Merrick Garland's beatdown on Capitol Hill today.
It was a beat, it was a fierce beatdown.
We'll get to that.
We have the latest on Fauci with Rand Paul.
Uh Biden's uh 153-day uh border security conversion, which you know is just a bunch of crap, uh, just to try and change people's minds.
I don't think people are that gullible and stupid to buy it.

Biden now is a finally with a hundred and fifty, what, four days to go.
I'm sorry, 153 days to go until election day.
He's now finally admitted his open borders policy has been a national security nightmare.
It's been an economic catastrophe, and it now is threatening to doom his re-election chances.
So he's not doing it after 10 plus million unvetted Joe Biden illegals have come from our top geopolitical foes, tens and tens of thousands, China, Russia, Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Yemen, Kazakhstan, and I can go on.
Unvetted.
And we saw what happened this week.
These police officers, you know, shot by the Biden illegal immigrants.
We know about Lake and Riley.
You know, how many times do things like this have to happen?
And by the way, Merrick Garland got grilled on all of this today by Chip Roy.
We'll get to that later in the program when he joins us.
So what was Biden doing?
He said, Well, I don't have the ability to fix this myself.
That was always a lie.
And I kept saying it was always a lie.
Remember, he was the one through the stroke of a pen that undid all of the Trump border policies that were working.
The state of Mexico policy, for example, building the wall.
They stopped building the wall.
And they did and Biden invited people to come.
And then the floodgates opened.
And they didn't enforce the laws, and even worse, they aided in a betting, abetted in the law breaking.
Again, this came up with Merrick Garland today.
And after nothing but, you know, three years of lies that the borders closed and the borders secure.
Lies told by Biden.
Lies told by uh Mayorcus, lies told by Vice President Harris, lies told by circle back Gensaki, lies told by Karin Jean-Pierre, and then of course the big lie, well, this is you know, we're trying to fix it, but the Republicans won't let us.
That was a lie, too.
And now all of a sudden, they see the poll numbers.
They watched, you know, it took them a long time to figure it out.
It's been a long time since the primary started at the beginning of the year, and the top issue for most voters had to do with Joe Biden's open borders.
So now after three years of an unmitigated disaster, which will result in a 9-11 or worse, I can guarantee it.
I pray I'm wrong, but I know I'm right.
I wish I I prayed that I'm proven wrong.
But I'm not going to be proven wrong.
These are really bad people in Venezuela, another country.
Anyway, this now taps the same tools the President Trump used to fix the border, and the ones that he tossed in the early months of an in office that he and Mayorcus were bragging about.
So he's now issued a proclamation suspending the entry of illegal immigrants that cross the southern border unlawfully and home and if it's unlawful, why did you allow it to happen for all these years?
And now the Homeland, you the Department of Homeland Security, Justice Department are issuing new rules limiting those illegal immigrants' ability to claim asylum.
The result will be faster deportations.
Now we just learned this week that they basically offered amnesty to 350,000 of them.
The results will be faster deportations, fewer people attempting to come in the first place.
And by the way, I'll explain in a minute why this is a crock of Adam Schiff.
The goal here is to secure the border, preserve our legal immigration, consistent with our values, blah, blah, blah.
And Ted Cruz pointed out this is election year politics.
It's called an election year conversion.
Create a crisis a couple of months before the election, do something very mild and say, see, we solved the problem.
Like the lie that the borders closed and the borders secure.
Here's the big problem, though.
You know, this pre-election, you know, conversion of his and shutdown of his isn't a shutdown at all.
Because it's like the weak legislation that he said Republicans wouldn't support my legislation.
He said in January, there's nothing I can do.
I have no no no build, no power here.
And now he's doing it on his own, like everybody told him he had the power to do, and he knew he had the power to do, but he wanted to play politics and blame Republicans.
But the policy actually allows up to 2,500 Joe Biden unvetted illegals to cross the border every day.
Well, excuse me, how is that solving the problem?
That adds up to 75,000 illegal immigrants a month or a million illegal immigrants a year.
You know, definitely a reduction, but it's nowhere near the successful Trump policies.
That planned inflow of illegal adds up to one illegal immigrant for every four American births, and is in addition to the inflow of nearly a million legal immigrants and the 750,000 temporary workers that are already allowed into the country annually.
You know, but that's what they're saying.
Anyway, by the way, Biden warned a Time magazine reporter that he could beat him up.
Okay.
Joe Biden, you know, I I I don't have the the medical background to call him, you know, senile or say that he has Alzheimer's.
Let's just say his cognitive decline is uh so bad that you know uh everybody notices it.
He sat down with Time magazine.
At one point, Biden was asked if he could still do the job as an 85-year-old man who will be considered too old to lead by many Americans if he wins a second term.
I can do it better than anybody, you know.
You're looking at me, I can take you too.
Really?
He's a real tough guy.
Wanted to take, you know, I wish I could take him behind the gym.
Uh this is a guy who claims staff claimed that he got blown over by the wind three times when he tripped going up the big boy stairs of Air Force One.
That's what he said.
I could take You too.
Anyway, I guess he was in his head joking.
He can he said he never considered not running again because of his age.
And he said, you know, when asked about people worried about, watch me.
Watch me.
Watch me.
That's his catchphrase.
Don't watch me.
Don't watch me.
You know, name me a president that's gotten as much done as I've gotten done in my first three and a half years.
No, you mean done as much damage.
This guy does not deserve to be president.
You know, and then he goes on to say that Trump doesn't deserve to be president, whether or not I'm running.
What does that mean?
It's it's pretty unbelievable.
Biden's Justice Department admits the special counsel transcript of Biden interviews is inaccurate, according to Judicial Watch.
No wonder why Merrick Garland was so defensive today.
Anyway, Biden's bizarre attempt to shame Trump and win black voters on Tic Tac.
That is that is, you know, whatever.
He's now taken to calling Trump a convicted and felon.
What I love on the internet is people are embracing it.
I'm supporting the convicted felon.
I'm supporting Trump.
And they're embracing it.
They don't care.
And I don't think anybody's going to care 153 days from now.
The Atlanta Fed, if you're interested in economic news, is now saying the Biden economy is declining rapidly.
Projections of U.S. economic growth in the second quarter have declined rapidly over the past month.
A worrying sign for the health of the economy.
Remember, gross domestic product projected to total just 1.8% in the second quarter of 24, down from the earlier 4.2 estimate made a month earlier.
And anyway, the report contributed by the Atlanta Fed, they've often been right.
I mean, we're just, it's a disaster, and everybody knows it.
If you're a home buyer, you need to earn 47,000 more dollars than you did in 2020.
You need to make more than 16,000 to comfortably afford a home.
80% more than in January of 2020.
Housing costs have soared over the past four years, in large part because of his inflation, and then the way to deal with it, that means you know, higher interest rates for everybody.
Purchasing power, most Americans are making 400,000 now, more than the before the pandemic.
And, you know, many more Americans are making it, but many voters are still feeling down on the president's economy.
A majority of middle class Americans say they are struggling financially.
I've been telling you this 60% of the American people now say, and rightly say that they can't make it.
And they're going now, they're dipping into their credit cards for bare necessities.
It's a disaster.
It's no good.
Really isn't.
All right, let's get to the beatdown.
I'll give you some of the highlights.
We'll go over it in great detail later in the program with Chip Roy, but Merrick Garland got his ass handed to him today by I mean, by a cadre of great congressman Chip Roy, Matt Gates, Jim Jordan, Dan Bishop.
You know, he testified that he's not going to provide the audio recordings of the Biden Her interview.
Now, why wouldn't he provide that?
Why?
What is he doing?
He's protecting.
In this case, he's protecting Joe Biden and his re-election chances.
It's unbelievable.
Now, by the way, Matt Gates, this is 13, testified that he had nothing to do with Matthew Colangelo working on the Hush Money case.
Uh really?
You take the third highest ranking official in your DOJ and you send him to New York to argue the case against Trump, but you had nothing to do with it.
Oh, really?
Listen.
That is why we have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that the committee gets responses to its legitimate request for information.
That is why I have provided the committee with special counsel her's report.
Why the special counsel testified for more than five hours, and why we have gone beyond precedent to provide the committee with the transcripts of the special counsel's interview with the president.
But we have made clear that we will not provide audio recordings from which the transcripts that you already have were created.
Releasing the audio would chill cooperation with the department in future investigations.
and it could influence witnesses'answers if they thought the audio of their law enforcement interviews would be broadcast to Congress and the public.
In response, certain members of this committee and the oversight committee are seeking contempt as a means of obtaining for no legitimate purpose sensitive law enforcement information that could harm the integrity of future investigations.
I'll play the real highlights of uh Gates and uh Chip Roy and Jim Jordan later, but let me play Dan Bishop pushing Garland on the issue of the Biden Hur audio.
Listen.
The decider of whether or not those tapes will be provided to this Congress at the instance at the subpoena of its committee to investigate the president.
Constitution requires me to protect the separation of powers and our ability to do investigations in the future.
It requires me, and the court law court proceedings make that clear to weigh whatever interests you have against the interests of law enforcement.
Uh the president has asserted executive privilege, and I've not heard a legitimate legislative reason why the audio is insufficient for any purpose, the legitimate purpose.
You know what you know what demeanor evidence is, don't you, sir?
I'm sorry.
Demeanor evidence.
You know what that is.
Sat on the bench for decades.
You know what I mean?
You know what?
I know what demeanor evidence is.
Okay.
I know what demeanor evidence is, and I've not been shown any reason why audio evidence of demeanor would make a difference in any legislative purpose.
That's exactly what demeanor evidence is, sir.
Witnessing an uh uh observing a witness as they testify.
And what can be done by this committee is to observe the audio recording of the president testifying to see whether it comports with the transcript or whether it reveals things about his capacity or his veracity or anything else that comes from the his demeanor as he as he uh is interviewed.
Well, none of the things that you just mentioned are legislative purpose.
I don't have uh yet to suggest any law that you intend to pass or thinking about in which the audio would make a difference over the transcript.
This is what a weaponized system of justice politicized DOJ looks like.
Then Bishop asked Garland if he should be prosecuted himself for defying a congressional subpoena.
In other words, what they did to Peter Navarro and did to Steve Bannon.
Listen.
Mr. Navarro is in prison.
Uh, what will happen to you if your sole determination uh that you're not going to cooperate with this committee subpoena is um with respect to the two people you asked, the court made clear they did not comply in any way, did not even appear, and second, there was no executive privilege.
Neither of those is true in my case.
If a future Department of Justice follows the facts and the law, as you're fond of reciting, even to the point of prosecuting former president, then if your decision is baseless, you should be prosecuted, right?
If a future, and I hope it will be the case, a future Justice Department follows the law and uh and the uh decisions of the Office of Legal Counsel since the Reagan administration when there is an assertion of executive privilege to the contempt statute is inapplicable.
That's been the rule through every administration, including um um the uh Reagan administration.
It even reached back to the Eisenhower administration.
Uh, Mr. Attorney General May will follow the law.
Yeah, here's the problem.
It's not going to apply to him.
It got very, very heated.
We'll play a lot more of that coming up when we check in with Congressman Chip Roy.
We're gonna go back to yesterday's testimony before Congress with Anthony Fauci, Rand Paul will weigh in, and and he's the one that wrote the defining book on Fauci and COVID called Deception, the Great COVID cover-up.
Uh, and you know, the things that they said that were lies about the origins of COVID, about the vaccine.
We're gonna get into all of those details uh as we continue today.
800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
I've been telling you that this veteran-owned company, my cell phone company, Pure Talk, and I tell you all about their campaign with America's Warrior Partnership.
And that's to prevent veteran suicide.
I want to share a story about Air Force veteran Jessica Gehrig, homeless vet, took shelter in an RV, massive winter storm.
Well, that caused her furnace and her water system to break, and she had no heat, no running water.
She was desperate for help.
Well, the AWP stepped in and was able to get her placed in an apartment.
Thankfully, you know, that's a life save because of the great work of America's Warrior Partnership and their ability to provide basic services to our vets most in need.
Now you too can impact a veteran's life.
And when you make the switch to Pure Talk, you're going to be helping support America's Warrior Partnership.
Remember, Pure Talk offers the same cell towers, same 5G network as the big carriers, ATT, Verizon, and T Mobile, the same exact service, and for half the price.
Just dial pound 250, say the keyword, save now, pound 250, keywords save now.
You save on your cell service up to close to $1,000 a month and you're helping veterans.
All right, when we come back, Senator Rand Paul, and we'll check in with Chip Royce right ahead.
