Here is our toll-free telephone number this Friday.
It is 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, we'll give have full, full uh complete legal analysis.
Judge Janine Pierrot and we'll check in with Greg Jarrett.
Laura Trump will be with us today.
We got a lot going on.
We'll get your calls in.
800-941 if you want to be a part of the program.
We're going to play later in the program.
And as the extended version of Donald Trump's remarks from uh from earlier today.
And I think you you really heard a lot right there of the heart of this and then the tone and the pitch and the cadence and the message I felt was dead on and went on for about 35 or so minutes at Trump Tower today.
And it really is amazing the reactions I'm getting from people.
I don't think I've seen people this worked up, this angry, this frustrated, that this infuriated as as I have here.
And and I and I take that actually in many ways as a good thing.
I think the American people in general have good hearts.
I really believe we are a good people with a lot of bad people in life.
Obviously, we have to deal with good it's always good, you know, good versus evil in some senses.
There are people that would kill you for you know a dollar fifty if you had it in your pocket, but the Americans generally are good people, and they also sense injustice, and they also sense fundamental unfairness, and they also see politics when it's at its worst, and that's what that's what they see here.
And they're not wrong in what they're seeing.
And I I thought the most powerful, you know, part of Donald Trump, what he said today, he went into he's honored to be able to do this knowing what may have may be in his future.
You know, it's it's it's very important.
We played part of it just at the start of the program.
It is in part important way beyond me.
This can't be allowed to happen to other presidents.
It should never be allowed to happen in the future.
This is far beyond me, he said.
This is bigger than Trump.
This is bigger than me.
This is bigger than my presidency.
Although he did point out that the Daily Mail points out that he, you know, they did a snap poll.
He's up six points overnight.
And I I think that's only the beginning.
Anecdotally, I think you see a lot of things happening.
And I will tell you, it is you've got to witness the worst of America's corrupted system of justice, weaponized system of justice.
You got to see the worst of what is a dual justice system.
We have spent a lot of time on this program outlining all of this for you, but now you get to see it in its in its reality in full form.
In many instances, we saw, for example, a lack of of punishment for others.
You know, look at the double standard we saw in the document case.
You know, Donald Trump, Mar-a-Lago rated, you know, with the standard form.
Okay, it's the standard language, uh, the right to use deadly force.
Well, it's not exactly your standard case.
And when you have the Secret Service on location, that would have gladly coordinated with the FBI if they wanted to go to Mar-a-Lago, that could have easily been handled differently, and they they had already had access to Mar-a-Lago that was given voluntarily.
They were in the room where, quote, the documents were.
They called back days later, asked for a padlock to be put on that door.
They complied with what the FBI requested.
Why wouldn't they just walk back in and give them notice?
We're gonna come in and we want to take a look around the property, it would have been granted.
Give them a you know, ten minutes notice.
We're outside.
Want to give you a heads up.
We'd like to come in.
And I don't even think they would have needed a search warrant.
But that's not how it worked.
And then you think about the case of of Joe Biden.
He had top secret classified documents for separate locations, but then eight locations in total because they were spread out all over the place.
At two of his homes, the UPenn Biden Center, uh, University of Delaware, I believe, uh as well.
And nothing happens.
There's no raid.
Well, he did so voluntarily.
Why didn't you give the same option to Donald Trump?
Because you don't have equal justice under the law, equal application of our laws.
I mean, it really comes down to something that basic, that fundamental, and that simple.
Hillary Clinton, top secret, classified information all over her servers.
You know, what was what was the July infamous press conference of James Comey?
No reasonable prosecutor will ever prosecute.
You know, I love the statements of Biden today.
No one is above the law, above the law of the law.
Okay, yeah, except if you're Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, Eric Holder, James Comey, Barack Obama, Hunter Biden, and every illegal immigrant that Joe is aiding and abetting and allowing into the country.
The double standard cannot be any more on display than it is right now.
And this New York City jury, and I'm going to be very honest, I don't blame the jury.
So much that they were allowed to hear that they never should have been able to hear so much of what they didn't hear that they needed to hear.
Like the former FEC chair, Bradley Smith on the issue of the FECs, the former chair of the FEC and the law involved in this case.
It was nothing from start to finish but a political hit job.
And I guess they succeeded in their mission, and this is not the rule of law, and then that's why America is reacting that way.
Anecdotally, we're seeing a lot of a lot of a lot of anecdotal information about how the Americans are reacting to this.
You know, most Americans are saying that this is not going to be this'll have no impact on this election in November.
If anything, I'm gonna I'm actually going out and go out on a limb and tell you it's probably gonna be a net Trump plus for Trump.
Why?
Because uh because of the this massive injustice, which really break this down to what it is.
A hundred and thirty thousand dollar non-disclosure agreement from eight years ago that was negotiated by the personal attorney for Donald Trump who said on the stand that he did it without Trump's knowledge, forget about that part, and that that I guarantee you, if we could get the records to Bragg's office and the Manhattan D'ZA's office, I wonder how many NDAs they've been involved in.
I got I could I would bet everything I have they've been they've they've done NDAs in in their past.
It is a common practice, to be very honest with you.
Now, the you know, Trump campaign, he came out swinging today.
Buckle up.
Guess what?
He's not stuck in a courtroom right now.
Now, that does not mean on July 11th, four days before the Republican National Convention, that Judge Mershawn, who I think is probably the most corrupt judge I've ever seen in my lifetime, certainly Alan Dershuit said it after you know 60 years of plus of practicing law and Greg Jarrett 44 years of practicing law.
But but clearly, you know, let's see what the polls, you know, how they play out in the next few weeks.
Not the snap polls necessarily the next few days.
Let's see what happens as you watch and ask yourself in 157 days.
Do you think any Americans going to be thinking about this case?
Uh, an eight-year-old non-disclosure agreement and and all of the corruption surrounding it.
And you think people don't understand that a Biden donor judge shouldn't have presided over this case, whose daughter, you know, is a politically active and could benefit into her work financially in this case, a DA that ran on a platform to get this one guy,
you know, a DA that we're told by Bob Costello he spent an hour and a half in a Zoom call giving exculpatory information to Bragg and his team about before they went to the grand jury to indict, and he would have a legal obligation to present that exculpatory evidence and didn't do so.
You know, look at what happened after the gutting of Michael Cone.
Michael Cole now thinks he's a star.
I guess he's gonna benefit as he said on the stand from Trump's conviction.
You know, I guess he'll be selling more Trump merchandise and writing more books and doing more I hate Trump podcasts.
Good luck to him.
But then the judge wouldn't allow the FEC chair to explain the law, the judge's action.
Once he was gutted, the judge had to step in.
And at that point, you know, every objection of the defense was pretty much overruled.
And, you know, meanwhile, the latitude that was given the prosecution in this case to go so afar from what was actually relevant and material in this case, and then even going further by allowing them to, you know, constantly put out there things that happened that were not true.
They allowed the prosecution in closing to say how many dozens and dozens of times that the payments were campaign violations, which they were not.
How could they come to any other conclusion?
Mark Lauder, who used to work with Mike Pence, put out a next post, you know, watch Democrats who have no problem threatening Supreme Court justice and the legitimacy of the court now suddenly attack anyone that disagrees with the court.
You really can't make a lot of this up.
You know, we'll now I will let's see what happens on the 11th.
I put nothing past this judge after his conduct in his case.
After his jury instructions that go against not one but two specific Supreme Court rulings on the issue of unanimity and the importance of unanimity.
You don't get to go 4-4 and 4.
Well, we think he's guilty, fourth thing for this reason, fourth thing for option B, fourth thing for option C. Oh, we'll count that as a guilty verdict.
No, that would go against both the 2020 Ramos versus Louisiana case that was heard by the Supreme Court.
They were very clear, or Andres versus the U.S. I won't go into all the details now.
But anecdotally, in the Trump campaign, he's back on the campaign trail.
And Trump, you know, is now fired up donors.
Now, the donor site for the Trump campaign literally crashed for a couple of hours yesterday because it was inundated, and they apparently sent a massive record because of the injustice of this.
It's interesting, billionaire billionaire Bill Ackman is expected to back Donald Trump, formally supporting Nikki Haley.
Finally, a lot of people have just absolutely had it.
New York Post, their editorial today, prostituting justice.
The DA brag, Judge Mershawn got their way, maneuvering a jury, former President Trump's peers, supposedly, really, into finding him guilty of something.
Most people can't tell you even what it is.
You know, we'll find out exactly what that is since Mershawn told jurors that they didn't even have to agree and what they what Trump did wrong.
They could individually choose any of these vague theories and all of you know all of the explosive terms that he allowed in closing arguments and throughout the trial were just I mean, I kept saying putting cinder blocks on the scales of justice.
You know, you can see why jurors didn't realize that the only testimony indicating criminal intent, you know, in this case came from Michael Cona confessed, admitted, serial, convicted, liar, and you know, that admitted he had a personal vendetta and would benefit from from Trump's guilt from a guilty verdict of Trump.
You know, but Biden calls out the reckless irresponsible Trump for claiming the trial was rigged.
Well, what would you call it, Joe?
Interesting, his son is going on uh trial next week, but that's in Delaware.
I doubt they're gonna get the same type of treatment that Donald Trump get in this case.
You know, and uh, you know, what what else is he supposed to say?
Let me just give you.
We do know this.
Democrats, be careful what you wish for.
I understand there's a report today that the Biden campaign headquarters broke into cheers as the verdict was read.
Well, the Daily Mail snap poll shows that Trump's approval rating jumps six points since the guilty verdict.
Be careful what you wish for.
All the money flooding into the Trump campaign because people are disgusted and repulsed by what happened in this courtroom.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. even warning that Trump's conviction is going to backfire on Biden.
What have I always said?
Trump defies conventional political gravity.
He does.
You know, you arrest him, his poll numbers go up.
Now you convict him.
Let's see if his poll numbers go up.
Take a bug shot off of him, his poll numbers went up.
Elon Musk saying that Trump's guilty verdict, great damage was done to America's legal system.
He couldn't be more right.
Give you more details about this later.
You know, one wealthy Democratic donor now pledging to cut a massive trick check for Trump's campaign as a result of what happened in this courtroom.
Democratic donor donated to Clinton in 2016.
Sequoia Capital Partner and former Democratic donor Sean McGuire announcing a massive $300,000 donation of former President Trump's campaign following the announcement of this conviction.
You know, I can tell you one thing, and I I did speak with the former president.
I won't, you know, I don't reveal what sources say, but I was given permission to say that I spoke to him.
This guy's solid as a rock.
He saw that on display today.
I'm sure he's tired.
I didn't sleep half the week.
I doubt he did.
JD Vance wants the Senate to subpoena.
Biden donor judge Juan Mershawn.
Well, that can happen.
But I but I really do have a message that I want to want to send to all of you that are angry, that are obvious for good reason, that are infuriated, frustrated, that feel a sense of of the that see this injustice for what it is, that you know, are wondering what the hell is happening to your country because you have an opportunity to actually render the final verdict.
And that's the best news that I can give you today.
And that verdict will be rendered in full.
It starts with early voting, but that will be in 157 days.
All the information about early voting and registering and all that is on Hannity.com as a public service.
If you want to be a part of the program here, uh, we've got a lot that we're gonna get to.
Anecdotally, you think about this.
The fact that people are so angry, so so frustrated, so annoyed at this injustice, and and that it motivated him to crash the site to donate to Donald Trump.
Now, I'm just gonna give you the headline and I'll give you more detail after the news at the bottom of the hour.
However, you're feeling today, and what you see that has gone so wrong in our country in terms of lawfare, weaponization of our Justice Department.
Hang on to that feeling.
I'll tell you why next.
Hey there.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Toll free our numbers 800-941-SEAN if you want to join us.
We have Judge Nanina Piero, we have Laura Trump, we have Greg Jarrett all coming up.
We'll get we'll get to your calls today.
I know a lot of you want to vent, and uh we're gonna get them in as well.
You have every right to be angry, which is kind of what I want to talk to everybody about right now.
Um it's justifiable.
For all the reasons that we have outlined for you.
And I don't want to be redundant, but I think at times a little redundancy is necessary.
Biden donor judge, the issue with the daughter, GA get Trump platform, uh, just like Mar-a-Lago's worth $18 million.
Good luck, uh, good good luck finding that deal.
Uh, just it's closer to a billion.
I know it sounds insane to most everybody that doesn't know Florida coastal property.
It sounds nuts.
It sounds absolutely insane.
But you could go look online for empty lots in in on the ocean uh in Florida.
Now, Mar-a-Lago's got twenty-two acres.
You can get an acre and a half or a hundred and fifty million dollars, but there's a road between the ocean and whatever house you eventually build there.
150 million.
Two acre lot, two hundred million.
You have one that's very small for like eighty-eight million.
That's the deal.
But it's gonna be, you know, pretty tiny house you're gonna live in for that amount of money.
Um, the amount is insane.
Yeah, what's what's his name?
Ken Griffin, the billionaire guy.
I think he he bought five mansions next to each other, you know, paid a hundred million dollars for each lot.
That was years ago.
Knocked down all the mansions that were there.
And he's building two mansions on on what is five lots on the ocean.
It's gonna be a billion dollar property.
Mar-a-Lago 22 acres.
Christine property, pristine condition, fifty-five bedrooms.
Okay, but the judge was able to say it's it worth 18 million in a case that involved the issue of valuations.
I said it, I was not wrong.
Trump can't get, didn't get a fair trial in New York.
The judge, after the gutting of cone, had to step in.
That's why you didn't hear from FEC chair Bradley Smith about the law.
That's why the judge had a complete meltdown over Bob Costello has a uh, you know, impeccable reputation.
You know, that's why the DOJ, the FEC, the SDNY, Bragg's predecessor, Bragg himself initially didn't want any part of this case.
The ideal the judge allowed this novel legal theory, you know, to that nobody knew what the charges were, complete violation of one's constitutional rights, Sixth Amendment, Seventh Amendment.
You name it.
I mean, it's pretty unbelievable.
A misdemeanor, statute of limitations long past, novel le legal theory.
Oh, okay.
We'll charge him under federal election law where they have no jurisdiction, federal tax law, no jurisdiction.
A star witness convicted, admitted liar, felon, thief.
NDAs are not illegal.
How much did the jury not hear?
How much did the jury hear that they shouldn't have heard?
And in that sense, you really can't blame the jury in this case.
Although I think probably being a New York jury, and you know how leftist and radical Marxist that city's become.
I mean, I don't think anybody, any conservative Republican, and certainly not anybody with the last name Trump is gonna get a fair trial.
You know, the way that the judge allowed irrelevant immaterial information, the salacious innuendo of Stormy Daniels talking to dead people, Stormy Daniels.
You know, it's it's just unbelievable.
The greatest liar of all time.
Well, maybe that could be the copy, the title of his new book.
And, you know, now he's a big TV star that admits he's gonna benefit from all of this.
I don't know.
I like to sleep at night, personally.
But you have a corrupt judge, a rigged system.
This was set from the beginning.
And once it went off the rails, the judge went in for the save.
And the judge has a lot of power.
And the judge did.
You know, this is uh this is literally now a battle over the issue of our constitution about the rule of law.
Even one CNN fake news CNN analyst, I gotta give this guy credit.
He's been pretty good.
I don't know who he is.
Eli Honig published an article in New York magazine pointing out all the procedural flaws behind the prosecution of Trump.
Among the many problems he noted that no state prosecutor had ever tried to enforce federal election laws ever before.
Many legal observers said that the Manhattan DA had no authority, no jurisdiction to do so.
The judge donates money, but in plain violation of a rule prohibiting New York judges from making political donations of any kind to a pro-Biden anti Trump political operation, including Funds that the judge earmarked for resisting the Republican Party and Donald Trump's radical right wing legacy?
You know, uh the left is okay with this, and Biden's, you know, it's it's wrong.
It's it's so wrong for Trump to say it's reckless, it's irresponsible to say it was rigged.
Well, when you have a judge doing all this, it's kind of rigged.
Would folks, you know, would Democrats be fine if this was happening to them?
You know, you compare and you contrast the the documents case with Hillary and with Joe Biden.
Does that sound like equal justice and application of our laws?
No, it's because it doesn't because it's not.
You know, f would would people have been fine with a judge staying on the case if he donated, you know, money to re-elect Trump, MAGA forever?
No, I think Honig is right.
Bragg ran, you know, in this overly democratic county touting his anti Trump, you know, and Trump hunting prowess, boasting on the campaign trail.
I I have sued Trump over a hundred times.
Wow.
Unbelievable.
Charges against Trump were obscure.
I don't think anybody to this day really knows.
Nearly entirely unprecedented.
No state prosecutor.
And that brings us to where we are.
And what does this mean for you?
And what does it mean for the country?
It's not good for the country.
You know, we have the greatest constitutional republic ever made by man.
What did Ben Franklin say?
Is it a is it a is it a republic or a monarchy?
Or a republic if you can keep it.
We're not keeping it right now.
This system can't stand.
It cannot continue.
If you weaponize your justice system, you shred your constitution.
And that has happened in this case.
And that is where the great danger is.
You know, you gotta be careful when Democrats make up a crime, conduct a show trial, you know, have a judge that is gonna put cinder blocks on the scales of justice, a hand picked Biden donating judge, regardless of what the evidence was going to be in this case, wouldn't it when he was needed, he stepped up big time.
The former president running for a second term, convicted of all 34 counts.
But here's the beauty in this.
The American people, you know, think about this.
They can't even identify the felonies.
There is a natural anger outrage in people that, you know, obviously comes up when some injustice like this happens.
A conviction without a crime against Joe Biden's chief political rival, his third highest ranking DOJ official leading the way, the only so-called evidence, uncorrobored or corroborated testimony from the serial liar and thief.
You know, may have been caught lying in this case.
By the way, was he going to be prosecuted for stealing from the Trump organization?
If they say and can prove he lied under oath in this case, will he be prosecuted for that?
Will the will the judge in this case for all of his violations?
Is he going to be investigated?
Not with Joe Biden in the White House.
You know, look, Biden's campaign headquarters broke into cheers when this news came out.
They're cheering the end of equal justice and application of our laws and celebrating a dual justice system and the weaponization of justice in America.
That makes it a sad day for our country and a dangerous time for our country.
Our justice system is the foundation of all constitutional order.
This is a constitutional republic.
And it's withering on the vine and dying before our very eyes.
And lawfare is now, you know, ruling the day.
You have a former president, you know, being railroaded like this.
Let me tell you, if that can happen, this unjustice can happen.
It can happen to you too.
It should send a chill down the spine of anybody if you're in New York, you know, you're crazy to stay there at this point.
I in my view.
But anyway, that's that's a personal decision.
I know I had to stay much longer than I wanted.
But we've gone through all of this.
How is it that Juan Mershawn, the Biden donor judge was even selected?
How is it he got on every Trump case?
How come they didn't have the usual lottery system?
Because they wanted him where he was.
Mershawn's daughter, democratic political operative, all the reports say may well profit from the verdict in this trial.
No one in New York's fake justice system saw this as a conflict.
No, they don't they just wanted the outcome.
All these liberal commentators, they wanted the outcome.
They've been trying to get Trump for years.
They've been peddling lies and conspiracy theories for years.
The judge didn't even try to hide his bias for crying out loud.
Merchant, you know, coddled the prosecution, allowing rampant speculation, irrelevant smears, you know, declarations about laws broken that had not been proven.
All but encouraging the prosecution to mislead the jury, and they they took full advantage of it.
I didn't know that this was a sport for the prosecution.
Putting people in jail is a sport.
Why, because you get invited into New York society and you get invited to the right parties, which I'm sure they're all be stars now, Michael Cohn and Alvin Bragg and Juan Mershawn.
They're going to be loved in New York.
By the time I left New York, I could barely walk in a restaurant without, you know, the daggers coming out of people's eyes at the very sight of me.
Unbelievable.
It doesn't need to be in a unanimous verdict.
All of this happens here.
You know, we've gone over, I'm not going to go over the Supreme Court cases again.
You know, but all civil liberties were ignored during his instructions to the jurors.
And it's likely, you know, it's just sad.
But I'll tell you what what matters here.
This case is going to be appealed.
Trump is going to be vindicated.
I've never been more sure that a verdict like this is going to be overturned.
And it happens all the time.
I mentioned Bob McDonald, Ollie North, I mentioned these cases in the past.
And Trump will be vindicated.
I just don't know if it'll happen before the election.
And people have been asking me, all right, Hannity, what do we do?
I just urge all of you to kind of absorb the feelings that you have, the sadness, the anger, the outrage, absorb what what a grave injustice this has been, that the media, you know, colluding the biggest donors to the Biden campaign.
Just absorb it all.
You know, in life, life's difficult.
And you got to take, you know, your wins and your losses and your hits.
That's just the way life is.
Tell this to my kids all the time.
Life leans all sunshine and rainbows.
Nothing's going to hit harder than life itself.
It's not a matter of how hard you get hit, it's a matter of how hard you get hit and keep moving forward.
And that's what Donald Trump's doing today.
That's what he said today.
He said it's his honor to continue to fight for our country and our constitution.
He didn't have to do this.
He could be on the golf course, billionaire living out the rest of his life, you know, traveling the world, doing whatever is on his bucket list.
What's on his bucket list is fighting for our country.
That's what is that's his bucket list.
But if you want things to continue as they are, if you like a dual justice system, then you gotta vote for Joe Biden.
If you're sick of it, you have an option.
You have an opportunity.
You know, what can I do?
What can I do?
If you want lawfare to continue, vote for Biden.
If you want wide open borders and a president aiding and abetting in the law breaking, and people coming from China and Russia and Venezuela and all over the world, Iran and Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Yemen, vote for Joe Biden.
They won't they won't even be vetted.
If you think your town and city, if you like defund, dismantle, no bail laws, vote for Biden.
If you're happy with the Biden economy and Biden inflation, elect the guy that caused it.
If you're happy with the wars and the carnage overseas and that our enemies don't respect us at all, they see a weak, frail cognitive mess is our president with no strength and are taking full advantage of it, vote for Biden.
If you want our allies in a state of disarray and panic because we don't have a strong America, and We even have an America that surrendered under Biden in the war against radical Islamic terrorism.
Vote for Biden.
But you get to deliver the final verdict.
That's my message to you.
If you're rightly outraged by this by what happened in this courtroom, take away one thing.
In 157 days, you get to render the final verdict in this case.
Whatever you're feeling yesterday and today, channel that into action for the election that's upcoming.
Otherwise, this will be the America that we will be we will be the first generation that hands off a country in far worse condition than we inherited it from the greatest generation.
People like my father and my mother, a father that fought in World War II for four years in the Pacific.
That'll be that'll be our legacy.
That'll be on us.
But you have so you do have an opportunity to fix all of it.
They can celebrate a Biden campaign headquarters.
Uh they can ignore the snap poll showing it increased Trump's ratings by six points.
They can ignore even RFK Jr.
As leftist as he is, he's warning this conviction's gonna backfire.
He's not wrong.
Elon Musk, great damage was done to America's legal system.
He's not wrong here either.
Look at how Americans have responded.
They they literally shut down Trump's donation site.
You know, and this verdict didn't rattle Trump.
Telling you.
Didn't even phase him.
By the way, even Mitch McConnell is blasting the verdict and saying these charges should never have been brought, and he expected it to be overturned.
Dennis Quaid says the trial has turned him into a major Trump supporter.
