This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, Leonard Skinner, Simple Man.
That can only mean one thing on this radio program.
That's self-proclaimed simple man.
That means all things Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly, at billo'reilly.com.
You know, you were such a good guest last week, although you did take a couple of cheap shots that I had to push back on, which I will forgive you for.
It was holy week, so I was in a forgiving mood, that we kept you for the hour, Mr. O'Reilly.
That rarely happens, just so you know.
All right, I want you to explain something to me that anybody will be able to understand.
It's kind of a hard thing for me to understand.
We have 10 million illegal-plus unvetted Joe Biden immigrants in the country.
We're now discovering hundreds of thousands are actually being flown direct from their country of origin into our country in the dark of night as something that looks like revenge.
The majority seem to be dropped off in the state of Florida and the state of Texas.
That sounds like retribution to me.
And then, for example, you've heard about this case in the Bronx in New York, the state that you, for whatever reason, still live in.
Eight gun-toting, drug-dealing migrant squatters busted last week.
They were all cut loose without bail.
Right.
In El Paso, all those guys that ran over the Texas National Guard, they all got let loose too, Bill.
And now we have a squatting phenomenon around the country.
And I want to get your take on all of it.
Okay.
So I'm coming off an emotional weekend.
We're at the funeral on Saturday for Detective Jonathan Diller.
I was one of the few journalists inside the church.
And I got a good look at the family and thousands of traditional-minded Long Islanders who line the streets and about 7,000 police officers from all around the country.
And I was there, ooh, got to be close to five hours.
And I took it all in.
And then I started to think about, because the funeral was held at St. Rose of Lima Church in Massapequa, which is about 15, 12 miles from where I grew up in Levittown.
And I started to think about how I was raised on Long Island.
And the people that primarily attended the funeral, both inside and outside, are being raised the same way I was and you were in Franklin Square.
It's a traditional upbringing where there is a right and a wrong.
And if you are wrong, you are held to account by either stopping the behavior or being punished for it.
That is disappearing in America under progressive leadership.
And that's what we have in New York State.
So that you have a gang, literal gang in the Bronx, that are terrorizing the neighborhood.
All the neighbors say it.
They're armed.
They're selling hard narcotics, heroin fentanyl, and they don't even keep them overnight in the precinct after the police bust them.
That's beyond the pale.
You can't justify it.
Nobody can justify it.
But it is happening every single day.
Now, I think all of this is happening for a reason, Hannity.
I think that this country is in such bad shape and going in the wrong direction that this is almost shock core stuff.
And that the independents that supported Biden last time around are not going to support him again.
That's the only thing I can see why this insanity is happening.
That he's so bad.
And Biden is the leader of the country.
Now, even if he's defeated by Trump, New York, California, Illinois, Oregon, Washington State, they're not going to change until the voters there throw these scoundrels out.
And I think it could happen, but boy, oh boy, it's nasty now.
It is my lifetime.
This is the lowest point in America we are at right now.
Let me, I'm glad that you did go to the funeral of Officer Diller.
By the way, how amazing was this man's wife in the eulogy that she gave?
And how sad is it that he leaves behind a one-year-old son that I know she will be an amazing mother just based on watching her on Saturday?
And I'm glad you went there.
And I'm sure it meant a lot to people, Bill, because you're right.
We grew up exactly the same way, probably the exact same style house, a Levitt-style house on a 50 by 100 lot in my case, and three older sisters in one bathroom.
But there is a respect.
There is a large contingency, a large community of firemen and policemen and first responders.
And when I saw it over the weekend, and I was in awe.
I was so proud of the people of Massapiquewood, Long Island that showed up.
And you saw the brotherhood of men on the job as well.
That's what gives me hope.
So I'm here in New York for the time being, and I'm going to fight the good fight.
I posted a picture of one-year-old Ryan Diller on billorilly.com.
Though if you have not seen that picture of this one-year-old baby, I hope you go to my website and look at this boy who will never know his father.
Now, the widow was very courageous in breaking away from her description of her husband, her late husband, and scolding, which is what she did, the leadership of New York State.
And she didn't belabor it.
She was very matter of fact in looking, and sitting right before her was Letitia James, the Attorney General, the mayor of New York City.
They were all there.
And she says, you promised that this would stop and this was changed.
It is not stopping and it is not changing.
That's all she had to say.
But Newsday, the newspaper of Long Island did not even print her remarks.
So the newspaper of record doesn't print it.
And NBC News, almost a total blackout of it.
Of the whole thing, the whole story, not just those remarks.
So when you reach a point where the media, which is designed to be the watchdog when politicians get out of control, which they certainly are.
The country and the world is in deep trouble right now.
And the picture you posted, by the way, of this little boy is amazing.
And it had My Daddy's Life Matters and a straight blue line, a thin blue line.
And this kid has beautiful blue eyes.
I mean, this is like a Gerber baby.
He's like the perfect baby, beautiful young one-year-old boy.
And he'll never see his father.
He'll never grow up with his father.
And that's the consequences.
And that then leads to the question I asked initially, but I am glad that you talked about going to the funeral.
You bet.
The man who murdered detective, he was promoted posthumously, Detective Diller, was arrested one year ago, 2023, April, possessing an illegal loaded firearm.
He had two felony convictions where he spent time in upstate prisons.
He had 19 other charges against him that were either thrown out or busted down.
21 total, nine felonies total.
Gun charge has not even been adjudicated after a year.
He's been out on the street for a year after he was arrested for having a gun.
He's a convicted felon.
That should put him away for 15 to 20 years.
That's third offense.
He has not even been called to a hearing on it.
So then you see Biden and all the others, Hochl, the governor of the state, the mayor, Adams, going, gun crimes, gun crimes, gun crimes.
Well, what the deuce are you doing about it?
Nothing.
When a convicted felon gets arrested for a loaded, illegal firearm and the case isn't even heard in one year allowing him to go out and murder a New York City police officer, you know the entire justice system has collapsed.
All right, we'll take a quick break.
We'll come back more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, allthingsO'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com.
We'll get to your calls coming up this hour as well at 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We continue now with All Things Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, allthingsO'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com.
The entire justice system has collapsed.
Law and order is collapsing.
No bail laws like they have in New York and defund and dismantle and reimagine the police.
They are now having real life consequences.
This is but a case in point.
Then you go back to six of the eight illegal squatters that were busted in the Bronx.
They were all let loose.
Then you go to El Paso and all the people that charged through and pushed through the Texas National Guard and then started celebrating that they were able to do it.
They too were let loose, Bill.
They're not vetting people and they're coming from the number one state sponsor of terror Iran.
They're coming from Syria.
They're coming from Egypt.
They're coming from Afghanistan.
They're coming from China in the tens of thousands.
They're coming from Russia.
They're not coming here for a better life, Bill.
And we will have another 9-11 or worse, and the blood will be on Joe Biden's hands.
And I would argue there's already blood on the hands of those people that feel they can pick and choose which laws they will enforce and which laws they won't enforce.
And those people that are aiding and abetting in the law breaking.
Like, for example, you know, don't pass go, but you'll still collect 200.
We'll fly you directly from whatever country you're coming from into the United States so it doesn't look so bad when hundreds of thousands of people show up at the border.
If you're a squatter, you have more rights than homeowners in many states, like your state, Bill, of New York.
It's no longer my state.
I now live in the free state of Florida.
But I'm sure New York officials will be going over my taxes with a fine-tooth comb.
And I follow the law, Bill.
I pay my taxes.
And I'm just saying, this is now the worst I've ever seen it.
I've never had a sense of urgency like I have today about the economy, about open borders, about national security, what is a clear and present danger to every American.
Law and order is gone, and now the criminals are running the asylum.
It's dangerous, Bill.
Well, there's a whole bunch of subtexts that are interesting to the national audience that listens to you.
So Trump went to visit the Diller family.
Everybody knows that.
But they called ahead of time, and the Diller family welcomed them, welcomed him in, and he spent about a half an hour with them.
And by all accounts, the family was very happy that happened.
Wasn't any dissension.
Biden, 30 miles away with Obama and Clinton, couldn't call the family and ask if it would be okay for him to talk to the widow.
Didn't do it, just like he didn't do it with Lake and Riley.
Same thing.
Can't be bothered to do it.
What does that tell you about Joe Biden as a human being?
What does that tell you?
He can't be bothered to do it, and he's 30 miles away in Radio City Music Hall, and his staff could set it up.
Now, maybe the family didn't want to talk to him.
I can tell you, and I know you've done this, and I've done this.
I don't know why it means something when, and I have reached out to many victims' families, not for interviews, Bill, just to let them know that I care and we're thinking about them and praying for them.
And I know you've done the same.
It means a lot to families, a lot.
And frankly, those people that you mentioned that were there that put these policies in place, you know, when are they going to look in a mirror?
When are they going to look at their policies that are causing this?
Listen, I'm glad you went.
If you have any more contact with the family, please know that this entire audience, nearly 750 stations, Bill, every single person, I can speak for all of them.
They feel the way we do about this, and they care about that family, and they're heartbroken over the loss of that officer and the loss of any human life.
Mr. O'Reilly, we appreciate you being with us.
Thank you.
Thanks for having me in, Sean.
All thingsO'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com.
Top of the hour, here's our toll-free number.
It's 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We talk so often on so many topics about law and order and safety and security and crime and defund and dismantle police departments, reimagine them, no bail laws.
You know, we were talking with O'Reilly about Officer Jonathan Diller.
Do you have a safety and security plan?
I'm asking all of you listening to me now.
Do you have a safety and security plan for you and your family or you and your employees?
Because if you don't, please get one.
Now, one of the things you can get that is a non-lethal alternative is called a burner, and it can safeguard you.
And in the right situation, you don't have to use lethal force.
I like having the option.
I've always believed in the Second Amendment.
Anyway, Burner, it's a non-lethal alternative that can protect you, your family, your employees, your business.
It's legal in all 50 states.
No permits or background checks needed.
Anybody can use it, and it fires powerful deterrents like tear gas, kinetic rounds, and it can incapacitate any perpetrator for 30 to 40 minutes, giving you time to escape and bring in the police and get to safety.
I told you about Damon, a pastor, Oregon, at his local grocery store.
A guy comes up to him, pulls out a knife, tries to rob him.
Anyway, he pulled out his burner.
The person ran off.
He finds out later that there was another robbery in that same parking lot by that guy with the knife.
Now, he says that Burner saved his life that night.
Now, I use it as part of my overall safety and personal security strategy.
Please look at the videos.
If they don't blow you away like they blow me away and Linda away and everybody else, then you don't have to get one.
But I like the option, the non-lethal and lethal option.
I have both.
And if you're somebody that has nothing, will you please take a look at this?
You need a plan.
Go to their website.
It's burner, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Hannity, or just go to Hannity.com to look at the videos.
We'll link to it.
B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Hannity.
And if you like it as much as I do, I think I'm their best customer.
Linda, we need to ask Brian if I'm his best customer.
I mean, Brian already told me I am because, you know, I just be out there.
Okay, I don't think you bought anywhere near the number of burners that I have purchased over the years.
I have bought quite a bit.
I even bought one for my awesome pastor and one for his wife.
You know, with the pastor that you want.
The church, you know, it's good.
The pastor you won't ever let me talk to, that guy.
Pastor Tim, my man.
I love that guy.
The one that you refused to let me talk to, that guy.
That's right.
Just making sure it's the same one.
And, okay, I will, how about we have a contest?
Well, ask Brian who has purchased more burners, me or you.
Okay.
And, okay.
And the winner gets a mission for burner rifle, which I love.
Now, are you going to go order like a thousand of them today?
No, I don't have to because I've been buying them up in droves.
I'm like, Brian, I need this.
Brian, I need this.
I have two.
I have two.
You know, because people ask me, and I'm like, what am I going to do?
I just like to give things to people.
I'm in a position I can afford it.
I'm glad to do it.
And I bought myself one of the old glories, which is beautiful.
So if you haven't seen that, go to burner.com forward slash Hannity.
B-Y-R-N-A.com forward slash Hannity and check it out.
It has the American flag on it.
It's pretty cool.
It is pretty cool.
Linda likes the pink, the orange, the camo, and the yellow.
I just like the plain old.
I do like old glory, too.
We're on the same page there.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Let's say hi to Dan.
He's in the Live Free or Die State, which would be a great title for a book.
Just saying.
He's in New Hampshire.
Dan, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean, thanks for taking the time and taking my call.
So this whole thing with the squatting, so it just seems to me like this came out of nowhere.
It's been happening for a while, but now with all the, you know, with the open border and you've got illegal immigrants posting to their friends and Facebook and, hey, let's go squat and all this stuff.
It just, I don't know, maybe I don't understand it because it's kind of a new but building topic that it doesn't seem like it's that difficult.
If you are a legal homeowner and you're on vacation or it's a second home and somebody breaks into your house and squats, isn't that breaking and entering?
And I just don't understand squatters' rights.
How can somebody who illegally entered a home that they don't own have any rights?
You are asking me to answer a question that on the surface, any person with common sense would say this is insane.
Correct.
They shouldn't have any rights.
You don't own the home.
You are violating people's privacy.
You're invading their house.
That's breaking and entering.
And I never thought when I started in radio way back when that this would ever be a topic on our on my show because this is simple, basic, fundamental, 101 common sense.
However, common sense is not that common, especially among the left in this country.
And the idea, I know somebody.
In New York, it took four and a half years and a fortune to finally get squatters out of the house that they wanted to sell desperately, but they couldn't sell because nobody wanted to buy it with squatters in it.
Now, that is their home, their money, and the government is now arresting homeowners for daring to try to remove the squatters that are in their home illegally.
Now, every state has to go through the process of putting forth squatter laws.
We've done it down here in Florida, and you're from New Hampshire.
I got to imagine Governor Sununu agrees with us on this, and you can get the legislature.
I'm sure they're going to agree with us on this, and they're going to have to put laws in place to prevent it from happening.
But is it going to happen anytime soon in New York?
They just got these squatters living in the basement of a Bronx house armed to the teeth, and they were just released with no bail.
Now, I don't think New York's going to get it or California is going to get it, but that's why I don't want to live in those states because it's insane.
It is pure insanity.
And anyone out there who even seeing this, if they can't use common sense and say this is absolutely insane.
And as far as New Hampshire goes, that was, I have one last thing.
So live for your die state, right?
So I'm a veteran, 24 years active duty.
My wife and I, I retired.
We escaped Maryland and moved back to New Hampshire because, hey, live for your die.
My wife's from here.
My goodness, this state has changed so dramatically.
Just as an example, even with all this stuff going on and you think there'd be common sense, I'm telling you, this state is more blue now than it ever has.
And recently, the Republicans, they actually had a really strong campaign, mailers, social media, trying to shoot down the go back to paper ballots.
And I know you're a fan of paper ballots.
Almost every county, it failed to pass.
So we're stuck with machines again, except for like two or three counties.
I just cannot believe it.
The only reason you would want machines is because you like the loopholes and you like the opportunity for machine failure.
We're looking, we're doing a deep dive now.
I want to get every fact straight, dot every iron cross, every T about states that are registering people that are not, that have no ID.
There is no ID requirement to be registered.
I mean, that's insane to me.
If you want elections that don't have integrity where people will have confidence in the outcome, then why wouldn't you insist on voter ID?
Why did Democrats, why are they so reluctant?
Why are they resistant?
Why did they fight against voter ID?
I need a voter ID to get a jewel pod if I want a jewel vapod.
You need it to buy beer, spirits, wine.
You need it for crying out loud.
You want to smoke a pack of cigarettes?
I don't recommend it.
But if you want to buy one, I believe in freedom, but you have to show an ID for that, too.
It's unbelievable.
And I'll tell you, part of your problem is, and it is your problem, is too many people from Massachusetts wanted lower taxes and they moved to New Hampshire.
And the only problem with them is they're voting the same way they voted in Massachusetts.
And they'll ultimately end up with the same policies that they had in Massachusetts because they'll ruin that state, which it sounds to me from your perspective, if it's already happening.
Anyway, I appreciate your call, my friend.
Glad you checked in.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Nancy is in Georgia.
Nancy, how are you?
How's my old stomping grounds?
Where in Georgia are you?
I'm actually from Atlanta, Georgia, but I moved down to Temper, Georgia, I guess about eight, nine years ago.
Oh, okay.
Beautiful state.
Great people.
Loved my time there.
And I got my first home in Roswell, Georgia.
Loved it there.
Oh, wow.
I actually lived in Camelton, and I worked downtown Atlanta.
But the reason why I called was I wanted to commend Laura Trump and the other gentleman that has taken over the RNC.
And they're, so to speak, cleaning house, getting some of the Republicans that are not really Republicans out.
And I think we have the same problem in the House and the Senate.
And I think that if we all voted better and actually showed up to vote, I think we could get better candidates in there.
But then again, also, the RNC campaign people need to back them.
I got to give props.
They had a big announcement there hauled financially.
They have $93 million cash on hand.
I think it was a $65 million month of March, which is massive.
Every penny is going to be needed.
The Democrats will have no shortage of money.
There'll be no shortage of crazy billionaires willing to prop up Joe Biden and stop Trump no matter what the price tag.
They don't care.
And I will tell you that we saw this recently in the House.
And I know that a lot of you, like me, are frustrated.
But Republicans in the House, they have such a tiny majority.
And among that tiny majority are rhino-Republicans that won't even force the issue of secure borders or balancing our budget.
And that's frustrating beyond belief to me.
And that's why we've got to have a much bigger majority for the House to be effective.
I know that people want to point fingers and blame this person and that person.
It's kind of hard when you have 40 or 50 rhino Republicans that are going to gum up the works and that are threatening that they'd go work with the Democrats and elect Hakeem Jeffries.
What do you do then?
Then everybody's held hostage by the rhinos.
And that's the situation that we're currently facing.
First time they mention those words, I think they need to be expelled, ridiculed, outed.
Whatever you want to call it, they don't need to be in the House of Republicans because they're not a true Republican if you threaten that.
We need term limits.
Term limits, I've always thought was a bad idea whose time has now come.
I wish that people were more informed.
I wish they were more active and involved.
But if you send people there, maybe one term in the U.S. Senate and they're done, or two or three terms in the House and they're done, then I think they're not going to be so fixated and focused on the next election and building up power and becoming heads of committees.
They're going to focus on doing what's right for the people in the country.
And there'll be less incentive for them to be focused on themselves.
A lot of people get addicted to being called congressman, senator, governor.
You know, I don't know why their egos need that validation, but they apparently do.
I'd be happy if people call me Sean or Hannity or, you know, it's better than Jackass and the other names that the left calls me.
So, well, anyway, Nancy, I hope people are hearing you.
You're right on the money.
All right, quick break right back to the phones, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
Up next, our final roundup and information overload hour.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
CJ, North Carolina, next, Sean Hannity Show.
Glad you called.
Yes, sir, Sean.
Thank you for what you do to help all of us.
I'm a private business guy, and in my life, I'm 66 years old.
My life has been affected by Democrats twice really badly.
Under Barack Obama, I almost went out of business.
I'm in the industrial fitting business.
I sell fittings all over North America and beyond.
And I had warehouses all over the U.S. and Canada chasing oil.
When he cut off oil and gas and coal mining, he almost put me out of business.
And I was told to file bankruptcy, which I refused to do.
I kept everybody employed until they could find a real job in 2014 or 15.
So from 9 to then, I spent every dime I had keeping other people employed of my money, which was fine because they helped me get where I'm at.
And then right now I'm down to two warehouses, and Joe Biden comes into office and he does the same thing, cuts off oil, gas, like you call the lifeline of America.
And it has affected me so badly, I'm backed up financially.
And I have been rich and I've been poor.
And I pray to God to keep me going and he keeps me going.
And I have never seen our country being destroyed like it is today.
And I know a lot of private business people like me that are in trouble.
And it's all because of this government.
And it's very sad.
And, you know, I really appreciate your time.
And I don't understand why they want to talk about impeachment when they should go after him for treason and the Democratic Party.
And thank you for your time.
Well, thank you for what you do.
I mean, you're providing a valuable service, working your tail off.
You sound like every great American that I know, the people that get up, work hard, play by the rules, pay their taxes, obey the laws, raise their families, go to church on Sunday and pass out after they feed their kids and help them study and get ready for the next day.
That's what you sound like to me.
You are what makes the country great.
Anyway, thank you, my friend.
Appreciate it.
CJ from North Carolina, 800-941.
