Remember when President Biden released key strategic oil reserves ahead of the November mid-terms? He promised, then, that he'd refill the emergency reserves ASAP. Two years later, nothing. This oil reserve was NEVER meant to win elections; it was always a matter of strategic national security. We're failing... again. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
If you want to be a part of the program, 215 days till the single most important election in our lifetime, uh, an inflection point, tipping point for the country.
I hope you're paying attention.
I hope you're engaged, and uh I hope you participate.
And we'll talk a lot more about that as time goes on.
Here we are, 215 days out.
And Wall Street Journal poll has Trump leading Biden in six out of seven swing states.
Uh Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
They found Trump was leading his likely opponent in all of them except Wisconsin, where the pair are tied dead even.
If you add uh Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to the mix, then Trump does even a little bit better.
But again, we're 215 days away.
I'd feel a lot better if today was election day.
Um we are watching all of this very, very closely.
And uh, you know, I I could see what's happening now.
You just watch where the Democrats, the Democrats now are desperate to shore up their base.
This is what James Carvel was saying yesterday, how horrifying numbers are looking for Democrats, especially with with their coalition base of support, especially younger people, African American, Hispanic American, uh, and and they're just losing all across the board.
Well, I mean, again, Whoopi Goldberg, well, people have bad memories.
Why would they ask such a stupid question?
Are you better off than you were four years ago?
No, that would be the relevant question.
It's a rare, rare presidential election where you actually have two guys that both have records that you could examine side by side.
The chat one of the biggest challenges for the Republicans and Donald Trump in this election cycle is to make this election about issues.
The mob, the media, and Democrats are gonna want to focus on any and everything other than issues because they don't have a record to run on.
No wonder Whoopi Goldberg doesn't like the question.
Are you better off than you were four years ago?
That is the relevant question.
You know, how how how do you think things are looking at the border under Joe Biden's immigration policies, which is basically aiding and embedding nothing but lawlessness, over 10 million illegal immigrants unvetted by Joe Biden and tens of thousands coming from our top geopolitical foes?
How stupid is that?
It is a clear and present danger to the country.
It's costing towns and states a fortune.
Now they're flying in hundreds of thousands of illegals, and they're just going straight to the country of origin with your taxpayer-funded private jet, and they're flying them straight into the U.S. and they get to choose what location they want to go to.
This is madness.
This is, you know, what why do you think tens of thousands of communist Chinese are showing up at the southern border?
You think they want a better life for themselves and their families?
Why are they buying up thousands of acres of farmland, ranch land, and land near military installations?
Why are we allowing them?
You know, how is that possible?
But this is this is Joe Biden's policies.
And anyway, they'll want a demagogue d abortion.
They'll lie about that.
Left, right, and sideways.
That's not what the Dobbs decision said.
It's up to the states to decide.
And ultimately, it's going to be the people in the states that decide because they're going to elect the politicians that that share their view.
It it is it is not a matter of federal law at this point, nor frankly, should it be.
So you then they'll they will talk about January 6th.
They will beat that into your head.
They'll never discuss the 574 riots in the summer of 2020.
They'll never discuss Kamala Harris supporting insurrection with her tweet for a bail fund uh after the precinct in in Minneapolis was burned to the ground, or her proclamation on Colbert that they're not going to stop, meaning the rioters, they shouldn't stop.
We're not going to stop.
They're not going to stop before the election.
They're not going to stop after the election.
Whoopsie Daisy.
Where's Liz Cheney when you need her?
Good grief.
They're never going to tell you the real truth, the things that they withheld from the American people during this Hollywood presentation of the January 6th committee, including exculpatory information, for example, that came from a Secret Service agent named Ornado that was actually driving the car that a hearsay witness claimed that Donald Trump tried to commandeer because, quote, they had heard it from somebody else.
Well, they had the actual testimony from the actual driver who said not one word of that is true.
Does that not change your view of what the January 6th committee was saying?
Or the fact that that five people, four to me personally, in the room with Donald Trump authorizing 10,000 National Guard's troops, but in writing, the DC mayor that who by law had to request them, refused to request them in writing.
Yeah, that adds context too.
For somebody that wanted to start an insurrection, why would you be bringing in the National Guard based on intelligence information that even Lester Hope eventually reported on?
It's pretty unbelievable.
Anyway, so yeah, this is good news on the polling front for today.
And, you know, it's it's it's important.
This is, you know, where we stand.
It is a moment in time.
It is a picture.
But we'll see.
Usually as we get closer to election day, well, things tend to tighten up, although that can absolutely change.
But are you better off?
You like Joe's border policies?
How do you feel about defund, dismantle, reimagine police departments and no bail laws?
How's that working out?
How do you feel about Joe Biden's high energy prices?
How do you feel about Joe Biden and his administration shoving electric vehicles into your garage whether you want them or not?
And trying to force truckers into rigs that are electric and every bus is going to be electric.
Nobody nobody wants them.
These companies are going bankrupt as they try to meet this mandate that's being shoved down their throat.
Unbelievable.
Now I do have a picture I got.
This is apparently on Fox News.com of photo posted yesterday of Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan District Attorney.
He's smiling.
And he's shaking hands.
He's given a congratulatory handshake to a quote, criminal justice reform activist, unquote.
The photo, not dated, but it's certainly when Bragg was serving as Manhattan D.A. at the time.
The activist that Bragg was congratulating.
Oh, look, EC.
Let's see here, has now been charged with murder after he allegedly shot one of his rivals to death, and then he chopped up the guy's remains in his kitchen sink.
That's the kind of guy, what, Alvin Bragg was celebrating as he works overtime to put Donald Trump behind bars?
Do you know in New York that six of the New York City migrant squatter crew were set loose without bail after all the guns were found, drugs were found, everything that they saw there.
You know, they they all faced the same charges of criminal possessions of weapons, criminal possessions of control substances, acting in a manner that is injurious to a child.
Uh, the owner of the property, the neighbors in the area very concerned.
I thought I thought New York cares about gun crime.
Apparently not.
If you if you're a Democrat, you get off scot-free.
This is the United States of America under wokeism, the radical left, and it is now a cancer that is spreading across the country.
Anyway, in this particular case, the ex-con claimed to be a criminal justice reform activist, paled around with VIPs like Alvin Bragg, pled not guilty to murder in a Bronx courtroom yesterday before the judge ordered him held without bail.
What a shock.
Forty-eight-year-old became an outspoken advocate for criminal justice reform.
Now he's accused of gunning down a 44-year-old rival in a Bronx apartment, chopping up his remains, hiding them in multiple locations, including a storage bin and a freezer.
Responding officers at first found only the guy's headless torso.
Then they discovered his disimbodied feet beneath it in a plastic bag at the scene in this guy's apartment in Harlem.
police then found the guy's head, legs, and arms stuffed into a freezer.
Anyone ask D.A. Bragg what he has to say about his old pal.
Grief.
This is this everything is upside down, inside out.
You know, we we we talked about the death of the pol the shooting death of this police officer, the amazing eulogy his wife gave, the fact that he has a one-year-old child, Jonathan Diller.
Uh now President Trump has called for mandatory death sentences for convicted cop killers.
Okay, well, if you look at the state of New York, where NYPD hero Jonathan Diller was killed by a career criminal, a guy arrested 21 times, nine times for felonies.
Donald Trump now wants to make the death penalty mandatory for convicted cop killers.
Anyway, he was speaking yesterday in Wisconsin in Green Bay.
I'll ask Congress to send a bill to my desk ensuring that anyone that murders a police officer will receive immediately the death penalty.
And he's got a standing ovation for it.
Most people that oppose the death penalty for cop killers probably believe that they end up serving life sentences without any chance of parole.
Let me disabuse you of that lie and that notion.
In the last six years alone, New York State parole boards appointed by governors Andrew Cuomo and Kathy Hokel.
They have set free no fewer than 37 convicted cop killers.
A convicted murderer, fatally shot an off-duty NYPD officer.
This is in 2023 during a robbery in Brooklyn, New York, nearly 40 years ago, he was released.
The 37th cop killer in the state granted their freedom in only six years.
Great job, New York.
Great job.
No wonder why people are leaving and they are leaving in droves.
Later I'm gonna address the does anybody that supports that is considers themselves conservative.
Do you really know Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s position on issues?
Because I don't think most people know.
Now, when I did do a town hall with him, I'll I will say personally, uh I don't really dislike anybody.
I'm I'm kind of past that point in my life.
You know, rivalries with with uh, you know, people that are in my business, they're they're pretty much long dead, although it's always fun to make fun of fake Jake and let's see, Liberal Joe and Looney Larry and you know, conspiracy theorist Maddow.
But just that we do that for kicks and giggles because they can't they they literally melt like alcohol seltzer and water.
It's unbelievable.
Now, if we're talking about crime, look at this.
There were four pro-life Christians convicted on Tuesday, and they're gonna be going, they're being sent to jail over a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility.
Now, by the way, compare that to the summer of 2020, and all the people we have on videotape that were burning down cities, billions of dollars in property damage, dozens of dead Americans, thousands of injured cops.
No, but they're gonna put peaceful pro-life people behind jail up to a year.
I'm shocked this is Tennessee.
This is Tennessee.
But that's where it's happening.
Four pro-life Christians convicted of face act violations after they were charged by the Biden administration over a peaceful protest at a Tennessee abortion facility.
So, you know, this is Joe Biden's America.
Everybody else gets a get out of jail free card, unless if you're pro-life or you're one of those domestic terrorist uh moms and dads speaking at school board meetings.
How did the uh president respond to all of this?
Anyway, you know, the president has now taken the side almost fully and completely of you know being anti-Israel.
The fact that this country and our leadership has turned on Israel in their moment to save their country from radical terrorists that invaded them and killed them and then killed their hostages and took many others and haven't released them.
You know, how do things get that upside down in this country?
How is that even possible?
Anyway, 800-941 Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
We got a lot of ground to cover.
All things simple man Bill O'Reilly.
That's coming up in the course of the program.
The threat that is China in the wake of the Taiwan earthquake.
We'll get into that later as well.
We'll get to a lot of your calls today.
800-941 Sean.
All right, glad you're with us 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program.
You know, I'm not going to belabor this point.
There's a guy, hedge fund guys loaded.
His name is uh Ken Griffin.
I don't know.
I don't know Ken Griffin for a hole in the wall.
I know.
He's the head of Citadel, a headfunge founder and and CEO.
Pretty smart guy.
And he is basically saying and warning, like many other successful, highly successful business people at the highest levels of the economy, that the surging U.S. public debt is a growing concern that cannot be overlooked.
He goes on to say we must stop borrowing at the expense of future generations.
And we're now at the point where we're paying a trillion dollars on interest payments every year.
That's more than we're spending on national defense.
This is this is a formula for a disaster.
And then Biden wants what?
He wants us to change our stoves, refrigerators, freezers, and you know, the truck now truckers, American truckers are blasting their horns because of the mandate and the push for 18 wheelers to go all electric.
They can't afford it.
Kevin O'Leary said, you know, this new green big rig standard is going to bankrupt small trucking companies and big companies alike.
He's not wrong.
So back to this billionaire, this guy, Citadel hedge fund founder, guy by the name of Ken Griffin.
By the way, I've never met billionaires or really wealthy people.
I never met one that was born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
Not one.
And then to hear their life story is incredible.
You know, I remember meeting Steve Wynne once many, many years ago.
Um he had been on my show a number of times, and I was staying at the Wynn Hotel.
We had some event we were doing out there, maybe a freedom concert.
I don't remember.
Linda, remember the story?
And I just mentioned when I went in that I was in his hotel and that if he had a minute, I wanted to say hello and thank him for coming on the show, because he didn't have to come on my show.
I he didn't know who I was for a hole in the wall.
And I ended up spending hours with the guy.
And he told me his story about how he got into the casino business.
Frank Sinatra got this guy into the casino business.
How amazing is that story?
And he was just willing to share, and I just sat there and absorbed it all, and I learned a lot from the guy.
Uh I could tell you the same story about Sheldon Adelson, who recently passed away, and and his success story.
I mean, equally compelling and unbelievable.
And these are brilliant, brilliant people.
I know we're we're conditioned almost to quote, hate the rich, hate the rich, hate the rich.
I don't hate the rich.
I never got a job when I needed a job from a poor person.
Not once.
You know, when I was a contractor, nobody would hire me if you couldn't afford a contractor.
When I was in the restaurant business, people that don't have money don't go to restaurants to eat because they were obvious reasons that I don't need to spell out here.
Uh so when he's talking about how dangerous this debt is, why don't we why don't we do what Reagan did?
Reagan back in the day, put together a commission of the best, greatest, brightest minds in business.
It was called the Grace Commission.
And they came up with ways to run government more like a business.
In other words, how they would fix it if it was their business.
And a lot of it had to do with spending, clearly.
And of all the recommendations that were made by the Grace Commission, Linda, take a guess.
And there were a lot of them.
How many do you think government adopted?
Oh my God.
I don't know.
I would not even, I would not even hazard a guess at how many the government would take from the Grace Commission.
You won't hazard a guess, but you'll immediately understand the answer.
Not one.
Zero.
The best brightest business minds in the country, and we don't listen to them.
When Joe Biden drained the strategic petroleum reserves so that, you know, in the lead up to the 2022 midterms, he promised he'd replenish them.
That was two years ago.
Guess what?
He hasn't kept his promise.
As a matter of fact, he canceled the plan to return some of the oil that he took because Biden's inflation has made oil too expensive to buy back.
Department of Energy decided against purchasing up to three million barrels to replenish the strategic petroleum reserves.
Now, when you talk about reserves and strategic, uh, it does not i i it was not designed to help people win elections and drive down the price of gasoline artificially before elections.
That would be for national security reasons.
Oil prices still over 85 bucks a barrel as of yesterday, last time I looked, you know, which means that, you know, gas prices are on their way up.
Yep, once again, what a shock.
There was a uh an ESPN, former ESPN anchored.
You know, Sage Steele, Linda, revealing that her interview with Joe Biden after he took office in March of 21 was, quote, scripted by executives at the Disney owned network, ESPN.
She was sidelined by ESPN later that year after she criticized the company's COVID-19 vaccine mandate, made controversial comments about former President Barack Obama, and told Fox News she was beholden to a conduct structure uh con uh conduct.
I'm sorry, she was beholden to ESPN on how she should conduct her interview, and it had to be in a structured way.
It was very much, she said, quote, this is what you will ask, this is how you will say it, no follow-ups, no follow-ups.
Next question.
And she literally adding that each question was gone over dozens of times by editors and executives.
Well, I can tell you one thing in my radio and TV career, nothing at all resembling that has ever happened to me.
But anyway, you know, look at these policies.
Now truckers have to spend their time and money fighting back against the Biden administration and their climate alarmist religious cultism and this mandate push for electric big rigs.
They don't want them.
They can't afford them.
They're also pointing out that electric heavy-duty vehicle technology is not nearly advanced to replace the nation's existing diesel-powered fleets.
And by the way, those fleets, they hold on to them for years.
And I know because I know friends in the trucking business.
And what they do is after, you know, they put X number of miles on them, they bring them in, they throw on new tires, new brakes, they put in a new engine, and they're good to go again.
Like a brand new truck.
And that is a lot cheaper than buying a brand new truck.
It's unreal.
This could bankrupt Kevin O'Leary said this could bankrupt so many trucking companies.
He's not wrong.
But Mayor Pete rejects the critics of the EV future.
Like people in in 2000 saying we could have landlines forever.
I don't remember every anyone ever saying we could have landlines forever.
As a matter of fact, I think you could still have a landline if you want one.
I haven't had one in forever, but maybe I should get one.
Maybe they won't maybe they won't spy on me as much, Linda, right?
Well, that they just they just get my text messages.
Uh and by the way, the federal court did strike down Biden's climate rules for states.
His tax hike, according to uh Fox News.com and a piece they put out today, higher taxes on wealthy Americans, corporations will hinder the U.S. economy.
The president's pitching an array of tax hikes targeting corporations, wealthy Americans, but the steeper taxes could weigh in on an already flat fragile U.S. economy, according to the Tax Foundation.
You know, this is all about wealth distribution.
By the way, in spite of a Supreme Court decision, Biden did cancel yet another six billion in student loans.
That means you and your family will pay for that.
How does that make you feel?
Um, I guess what's it, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and and his run.
He he now has well Seemingly pulled back from his remarks yesterday that I guess he made on fake news CNN regarding the bigger threat to democracy and that being, of course, uh that being, of course, Joe Biden is what he said.
Now he's kind of walking that back.
Anyway, because Tuesday, Kennedy appeared, I guess on some show, blame CNN Digital for framing his statement inaccurately.
What I said was that I can't make this argument, and I didn't say definitively whether I believe one or the other was more dangerous to democracy.
Let me say this, and and I'm gonna say this through the prism of I met Robert Robert Kennedy Jr.
I kind of like the guy personally.
Um he's got a pretty good sense of humor, seems like a nice guy.
Uh and the conservatives out there that are supporting him, they they basically the majority are seem to come down to the fact it comes down to the fact his position on vaccines and immunizations.
And I'm like, well, what else do you know about the guy?
Because we've done our research.
I know a lot about the guy.
You know, he has literally, you know, he wants to shift agricultural subsidies, you know, because he wants regener regenerative practices.
You know, he wants to transition industry to zero waste cycles and clean energy sources.
Ask yourself how much of this about Robert F. Kennedy do you know?
He wants to protect lands from further development, curbing mining, logging, oil drilling, and suburban sprawl.
His words, not mine.
Going back to 2012, taking you all the way up to 2019, he has called for an elimination of fracking.
He has also said that he endorses Bernie Sanders' climate plan to curb U.S. fossil fuel extraction.
Keep it in the ground.
Hashtag keep it in the ground.
He applauded Obama's decision to cancel a fossil fuel auction.
Keep hashtag keep it in the ground.
Twenty sixteen.
He highlighted San Francisco's decision to ban fossil fuel extraction.
Also in 2016, the only safe fracking regulation is a ban on fracking.
He celebrated Maryland's ban on fracking.
He called the ban on new fossil fuel infrastructure in New York.
He called for a ban there.
He wants to divest from all fossil fuels and impose a tax on carbon emissions and eliminate subsidies.
He opposed the Keystone XL pipeline.
He believes climate change is the cost we're paying for our longtime deadly addiction to coal and oil.
Conservatives, really?
He's a huge supporter of the Paris Climate Accords.
You know, of course, China and India are characterized as developing nations, and we pay the freight for all of that.
The NRA, he once said, is a terror group.
How many of you know that?
He supports affirmative action.
He said the effects of racist policies going back centuries is now self-perpetuating, you know, and the context needs to be put in place with affirmative action.
And he said the use of race race-based policies to undo the effects of racist policies.
He supports, and he said color blind admissions tend to favor those who are already in this circle of privilege.
Well, that would be the entire Kennedy plan.
Beyond that, I'm not sure if this is reparations or not, but he he wants programs to complement and direct redress payments or tax credits to the descendants of victims of Jim Crow and other victims of persecution.
On the issue, he wanted to eliminate the war on drugs in this country and grant amnesty to all nonviolent drug offenders and transition away.
This is like reimagining the police to rehabilitation rehabilitation paradigms versus prison time.
And he wants to, quote, transform the police and not make unnecessary re arrests and train police officers in de-escalation and mediation skills and partner with neighborhood organizations.
It sounds like we want you know social workers instead of policemen.
Twenty fifteen RFK said he was asked by noted anti-semite racist Lewis Farrakhan, who he called a truly great partner to address the issue of vaccines and African American and vaccine safety.
Wants to raise the minimum wage to fifteen bucks an hour, wants to expand free child care, wants tax-free three three percent government backed mortgage bonds.
You know, he went on to say the very wealthy ought to be paying more in taxes in corporations.
Great.
They'll pass all the taxes on to we the consumers.
He has supported Al Gore and his presidential candidate, did a spot for him in 20, what it by in the year 2000.
He supported John Kerry in 2004, claimed the 2004 election was stolen.
He's been a life a lifetime Democratic donor, including supporting Obama in 07, Hillary Clinton for the Senate, but going back to 2000.
He endorsed Hillary Clinton for president in 2007.
Oddly though, a week before he donated to Obama, and he's a guy that repeatedly is on record praising Bernie Sanders.
Now, how do you feel about RFK Jr. on the issues?
I don't dislike the guy.
But if he's gonna if he's gonna run for president, and I'm hearing some conservatives say they're interested in him.
Well, you've got to know where he stands on issues.
Maybe you agree with him on immunization, vaccination, COVID vaccine.
That's fine.
He doesn't he actually is conservative, doesn't want biological men playing women's sports.
I'll tip my hat to him on that.
But that's where his conservatism ends.
Now, he has every right in my view to be angry.
Republicans don't have a war room to be after RFK.
No.
RFK Jr., that would be the Democrats that have set that up.
They're the ones intimidated by him.
They're the ones, you know, that look at his track record as a Democrat, and they know all about these policies that most people don't know that I just told you.
But I'll tell you one of the most repulsive things that he should be angry at Biden about.
Forget about the war room to smear and slander and besmirch him just like they do Republicans.
I'll tell you the worst thing they did is they've not given this man secret service protection.
His father and uncle were assassinated.
I think it warrants that he gets secret service protection.
And I've said over and over again on this program, consistently, I don't care if you're a Democrat, Republican, liberal, conservative, we have got to protect our elected officials.
End of sentence.
That's it.
And he certainly deserves that protection, and Biden and the administration will not provide that to him and his family.
I think that's wrong.
You agree with me, Linda?
Uh, yeah, I feel pretty strongly about RFK now, having uh seen who his VP pick is.
That was it for me, and I think that was it for a lot of people.
Uh in vitro fertilization, she was dead set against it.
They're trying to spin out of it.
It's not worth it.
Not even that.
Just her donations to every single left-wing lunatic there is.
Give me a break.
Linda does have an announcement about preborn.
Uh apparently last year, because of your generosity and 4D ultrasound.
Well, guess what?
Uh, over 58,000 babies they believe they saved, and women didn't have abortions.
What's the latest?
And this is the thing.
So, because of this amazing audience, and they are amazing, over 200 lives every single day.
So, Mother's Day is around the corner, and we are doing something really cool.
We're going to sponsor ultrasounds, and we're going to call it the Hannity Baby Shower.

You had me up to that point.
Anyway, pre-born dot com.
Reborn.com slash Sean S E A M. When we come back, all things simple man, Bill O'Reilly.
John Hannity.
All right, when we come back, all things simple man Bill O'Reilly.
Uh the issue with Taiwan, the earthquake, possible tsunami war.
there is a tsunami warning in Okinawa, Japan.
We'll update you on that.
And the uh China aggression continues.
We'll explain.
Let's face facts.
America is not the same country we once knew.
Violent crime is spiking at an alarming rate, but the media they don't want to tell you about it.
Now, in the wake of the defund dismantled police movement, old departments are underfunded.
Officers are leaving the force.
New recruits are nowhere to be found.
And meanwhile, emergency response times have doubled across the country.
Now, the unsettling truth is that you and your family are increasingly on your own.
Now, luckily, the former head of training for the FBI and the USCCA, they have partnered to bring you something I wish I had years ago.
