Oh, it's time It's time All right, Leonard Skinner's simple man, and that can only mean one thing on this radio program, that's self-proclaimed simple man, Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly at Bill O'Reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, sir, how are you?
I'm a little drowsy this morning.
I don't know why.
Can I buy you a cup of coffee?
Maybe have starbucks.
You know, Bill O'Reilly, one thing I said in 2007 that I never had any idea how right I was then.
Uh I think I've I've been proven right over and over it and over again.
And I said that journalism in America is dead.
And I think it is dead.
Now, I want to get into this issue of the the uttered complete dishonesty over Donald Trump and the use of the term blood bath.
Uh you heard what President Trump was saying.
You know the context.
You know he was talking about the automobile industry, correct?
Sure.
And I also saw your montage on television where you used uh a number of Democrats using the word bloodbath as well.
Okay.
Now I played uh because you you saw that, I played one other montage.
And I was going to play that one for you, but thank you for watching the show.
We could use as many people as possible.
Then I played another montage, and that is democratic rhetoric about violence against Donald Trump.
I want to play it for you.
And everyone beware, because they're not gonna stop.
It is gonna they're not gonna stop before election day in November, and they're not gonna stop after election day.
There needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives, and unfortunately, there's plenty to go around.
I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
Yes!
I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
When was the last time an actor assassinated a president?
I'll clarify, I'm not an actor.
I lie for a living.
However, it's been a while.
Um maybe it's time.
How dare he say the things he does?
Of course I want to punch him in the face.
If you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd.
And you push back on them.
And you bail them, they're not welcome.
So Michelle Wood says that you know, when they go low, we know about it.
They go low, we kick I'll put Mr. Burgess up against uh Sean Hannity.
He'll tear him up.
The press always asked me, don't I wish I were debating him?
No, I wish you're in high school, I could take it behind the gym.
That's what I wish.
I want to tell you, Gorzaj.
I want to tell you, Kavanaugh.
You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.
Well, by the way, if Joe took Trump behind the gym, uh I I hope it's not a windy day, because he'd be blown over.
But on a serious note, Bill, they feign this fake phony moral outrage by taking something that Donald Trump said out of context, and they run with it.
And here's the problem.
It's every Democrat and it's pretty much every media outlet with a few rare exceptions that will tell the truth and uh about Donald Trump's comments.
That's a big problem for the country, Bill.
That's an information crisis for the country of my mind.
Yeah, I mean, there's no doubt it that we are living in an age where the free flow of information is tainted.
And it's easy to do because of the internet and social media, um, and all kinds of controversies uh you know arise from that.
But the rhetoric that you just played, um, that's been going back to uh John Adams versus Thomas Jefferson.
There's always been violent rec rhetoric in our election process, always.
Now, the media today, the difference is that it was independent people that were doing it back then.
Now it's corporate media, which is extremely powerful.
So when you and I started uh on Fox News back in nineteen ninety-six, can you remember that far back, Hannity?
I can Bill, I'm younger than you.
Don't forget.
Uh yes, I remember that far back, Bill.
I'm the I'm now the longest running primetime cable news host in the history of cable news, Mr. O'Reilly.
I mean, who would have thunk who would have thunked that back in nineteen ninety six?
Sure, nobody will ever break your record.
Um but anyway, when you and I started in ninety-six, there were two other cable news operations, CNN, which had been there forever, and MSNBC, which started up four months before we did.
NBC News controlled MSNBC back then, and it was a quasi news network.
It leaned left, but it wasn't what it is now, which is a house of propaganda.
But over the years that's changed, everybody knows it's changed.
But back then, the point is there were standards of behavior.
I mean, you had to back up what you said.
You just couldn't go on and threaten somebody or make up stuff or take the word bloodbath out of context.
You just couldn't do it.
You would be called in to what we call the second floor, where the management of Fox News existed, and you would be called in and sanctioned, or you would discuss it, or you'd be yelled at or humiliated, whatever it may be.
That's gone.
That's gone everywhere.
It doesn't happen anymore.
And because of the lack of standards, that you have more of this kind of garbage pouring out every day.
The second factor, and I don't want to seem supercilious here, word of the day, is that the people that are hired now in the news agencies, many of them are dumb because they don't pay a lot of money anymore.
And the newspapers don't care because the reporters don't even write the stories anymore.
The reporters go out to the border for the associated press.
They send the story back to New York, where the editors write it.
And they write it in an ideological way almost all the time.
People don't know that.
They think that when they see a reporter in the field or a byline on an article, that the reporter actually wrote it.
No.
All the articles of the New York Times are written by their editors.
So therefore it's easy to control the slant of the article.
On television, that's harder because you have the actual person appearing in front of the camera.
But believe me when I tell you, many of these people don't understand Gaza Israel.
They have no blanket clue on the origins of that or the history of that.
They don't know that there's not a two party state.
You I mean you there's no two sides because there's only one side.
There's only Israel.
There's no other side.
The other ones are run by gangsters, terrorists.
There's no government there.
So can how can you have a two-state solution, Charles Schumer?
And Schumer knows that, but he doesn't care.
Well, I I I think Schumer's comments are directly related to the primary vote in the state of uh Michigan, where Joe Biden had 18.9% of Democrats and the Democratic primary voting not for him.
Listen.
I think that that's directly related to that.
This bloodbath comment wasn't even a close call.
It was obvious.
You know, a lot of times Trump will wander into the land of uh oblivion, but he didn't wander here.
He was making a point to the voters of Michigan that Mexico and China are building the cars, and that's gonna come back and whack you right in the head.
That's what he was saying.
But it didn't matter because there are no standards.
All right, quick break.
We'll come right back.
More with all things simple man, Bill O'Reilly, All Things O'Reilly at Bill O'Reilly.com.
We'll get to your calls after the half hour, 800-941 Sean, as we continue this Wednesday.
All right, more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, All Things O'Reilly, Bill O'Reilly.com.
Let me ask you about this judgment in New York.
I think there's a very interesting argument that can be made.
And I know people like uh Professor Dershowitz and Greg uh Jarrett and former Attorney General Matthew Whitaker are advising.
I I saw this uh either in an article or on uh on X, I'm not sure where, that they they appeal this in a federal court on the Eighth Amendment grounds, which is excessive bail shall not be required or required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishment inflicted.
The federal court would then need to move swiftly to grant a stay, um, which I think could then put Donald Trump in a better position.
Most people may not know, even though he's a billionaire, there's not many billionaires out there that have a half a billion dollars just laying around in cash, and all of it in the case of Donald Trump is likely invested, or the vast majority of it invested in real estate.
And there's no bonding company that can go up to a half a billion dollars or that would even consider going up to a half a billion dollars in a case like this.
And it is now created, I think an insane burden that you basically either fork over half a billion dollars, or we're gonna take your property over a case that was about valuations, and the worst valuation in the entire case came from the judge that valued Mar a Lago at $18 million when you and I both know that an empty lot uh with no building on it of two acres on the ocean in Palm Beach goes for
two hundred million dollars, let alone the twenty-two acres that is Mar-a-Lago on the intercoastal and on the ocean.
You're lucky I'm smart, Hannity, and I can follow these questions.
Trump Bill, Trump, this is what I love about you.
You follow the question perfectly.
Go ahead.
The Trump lawyers are making a mistake.
And I don't know why they're making the mistake.
What they should be doing is going out to the press on shows like yours or Levin, or you know, where they know they're gonna get a fair hearing, okay, and they should say, we have just appealed the situation in New York City to this court, this federal court, and we expect them to hear the case and render a judgment by this date.
Because people don't even know if the Trump appeal is in play.
They don't even know that.
So this is you're right in the sense that this violates the Eighth Amendment.
And there's no question about that.
Turley said that on your show last night.
And Turley is the smartest of them all, by the way.
I discovered him.
Uh, you know, he was a liberal when I first put him on uh the arrival.
Oh my god.
All right, can we stop with the braggadocia here?
All right, but another word of the day.
I have one more question for you.
All right, because I I think you're right on on every point you're making on this.
There's a New York City homeowner that was arrested.
This is your state of New York, Bill, after a standoff with squatters.
Right.
That uh they legally took over a one million dollar property.
Right.
And okay.
Now, add that to a Michael Goodwin piece in the New York Post today that they I think was brilliantly done, along with a poll that came out.
Only 30% of respondents rate the quality of life is excellent or good in your home state of New York.
And I ask you again, Mr. O'Reilly, why do you stay?
Well, I have to say for family and business reasons, uh, but you know, it's getting pretty tense here.
Number one, I hope you followed my advice and get a Trump lawyer on to define what the appeal process is in the New York situation, because I think your viewership would really want to know that in a specific way.
Number two, this whole squatter thing started in Holland.
Did you know that?
So Holland had a terrible problem with drug addicts moving into houses where nobody was and then taking them over, and then the owner would come back after a vacation in Barcelona and say, What are you doing in my house?
And the officials of the Netherlands wouldn't boot him out.
Well, the socialists in New York picked that up and passed these arcane laws that basically hurt property owners.
So somebody can invade your house and then you have to spend hundred thousand dollars to get them out.
It's insane, Bill.
This is the definition of we're losing the country.
Elon Musk was right.
If if these radicals stay in power four more years, I have no I have no idea how the country recovers.
Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly of BillO'Reilly.com.
Sir, thank you for being with us and uh we'll talk to you next week.
Thanks for having me.
All right, let's get to our uh busy, busy telephones.
Barry is in the free state of Florida.
Barry, hi, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Hi, Sean, God bless you for all you do.
And yes, it is the free state of Florida.
I want to get directly into I know you've had Peter Schweitzer on your show, and I've uh I've watched him and and read from his uh previous books, The Eagle Empire and Blood on their hands and blood money and all that.
But uh TikTok, he's he's warned uh us about TikTok, and so has Marco Rubio, our wonderful senator here.
And I'm quoting uh what you have to understand is that the algorithm that TikTok uses is not only a company secret, the communist Chinese have desiccated designating it a state secret.
And this is the key connection I would like to leave with you.
Meanwhile, Bydance collaborates with Chinese national security and is engaged in joint research on artificial intelligence, said Schweitzer.
AI, which by the way, uh Sean, two days ago I found uh uh on my computer, which is a PC, which is Microsoft, which is Windows.
I I had on the bottom right-hand side, address bar on the very bottom side, co-pilot, which is AI from Microsoft.
So we have Microsoft, and we have Google doing their dance with Biden again and with the communist Chinese to corrupt our communication systems and everything that we open.
I will not open it.
My computer uh consultants have said, do not even delete it.
If you delete it, you will bring them into your computer.
Look, I can only tell you that all uh look, this is not my wheelhouse.
I've said this, I've been very open about it.
However, even I I had Senator Marco Rubio on, I've had people like Senator Josh Hawley on and many, many others.
Uh Senator Ted Cruz has weighed in hard on it.
And I can tell you that all I know is people that would know a lot more than I do.
They have determined that this is a spying app.
The and and it gets into more technical terms in terms of the applications and the algorithms and and things that that are working behind the scenes, make it a spy mechanism.
That should concern every American.
They are a hundred percent convinced, and they've seen information that is not available to the public that that is the case.
I've never ever, you know, I don't even have control of any social media.
I don't have an email account anymore.
And I can just tell you that uh I'm going to take them at their word.
I don't think they're making this up.
Uh certainly I think that if uh you know somebody that was loyal to this country could take it over and change the algorithms and take out any risk at all that this would ever be used in any way to to spy on Americans, it's got to be taken out.
So anyway, uh I appreciate the call, my friend.
800-941 Shauna, if you want to be a part of the program.
Thank you, Barry.
Uh let's say hi to Debbie.
She's in North Carolina today.
Debbie, hi, how are you?
What's going on?
Hi.
I'm I'm just broken hearted, really.
Uh isn't it time for some mega money to be raised in a GoFundMe type fashion for this wonderful president, President Trump, who put his life on the line, really, for us, the American people.
Sort of maybe are we the people can be his bond company?
And really, who the heck keeps uh a half a billion?
I don't care how rich you are.
Nobody's got a half a billion in the bank.
And uh just to add to it, I I'm so undone by the rabid behavior of the justice system.
They've betrayed our trust and they've lost their minds.
So how can we find that rich and powerful influencer that benefited from Trump's presidency that can put together the right people to help us that would love to help participate in a little giving some back that was given to us, raise money for Trump.
Be his bond company.
I could see that uh potentially happening.
I don't know uh the uh I don't run in billionaire circles.
Uh I I have met uh a couple of billionaires in my life, and I have found them to be the most interesting, fascinating people when you ask questions.
How did you how'd you pull that off?
Uh they all have a unique story.
Many of them started with nothing, which I find even more you know intriguing.
Um, and I guess at some point that's gonna become an option, but the idea I think Mark Cuban was right.
Let me play for you what Kevin O'Leary.
Uh I think he was on I don't know, fake news CNN and an anchor attacked him for what he was saying about this judgment.
Listen to this.
There are no half a billion dollar bonds.
Never been done before.
Never.
This law has never been applied.
Forget about Trump.
Nothing to do with Trump.
Everything to do about America and the New York brand.
I love this state.
My children live here.
A horrible message to everybody around the world watching this.
Absolutely horrific.
Well, wait, Kevin, Kevin, but hold on a second.
Kevin, hopefully.
This attorney said we'll be gone one day.
And this has a wonderful voice and it won't be talked over.
Kevin O'Leary.
I would like to hear you have to say America.
What are you doing?
I think it's not America, but it is the Laura Coates live show, and I am speaking.
Wow.
Um look, I I'm just seeing this for what it is, and and I think that you're gonna see a lot of people.
Uh one thing I've learned about people that are self-made and and wealthy is they're usually not dumb.
I mean, they might be eccentric, they might be a little different, but usually they're also pretty smart.
I don't I I've never met a rich person that got rich by just pure luck and hitting the lottery.
You know, they worked hard.
That was that's one consistent character's uh character uh trait that they have.
Another one is is that they are innovative and they are brilliant.
But uh, you know, we can see what happens over time, Debbie.
I I know what you're feeling.
I don't know what's going on behind the scenes.
I would imagine it's gonna have to be rectified in some way.
Uh if we're gonna watch New York come in and try to fire sale his properties, uh one has to ask in light of all the facts that we know about this case that the most agreement egregious misvaluation in this case, or but the mo the the one valuation that was most egregious, put it that way, would be that of the judge.
And the judge claiming that Mar-a-Lago was what, worth $18 million when it's worth closer to a billion.
Anyway, we'll see what happens.
We got a few more days, and but uh you can sense that the Democrats left that they sense blood in the water.
And this is what they want.
This is the America they want to live in.
Anyway, uh appreciate the call.
Thank you so much, Debbie.
Uh let us say hi to Dale, South Dakota, next Sean Hannity show.
What's up?
How are you?
Sean, it's an incredible honor to talk to you.
Hey, Trump didn't need this.
He was coasting along in life doing just fine, but he saw an injustice going on in his country.
He's risking His fortune, everything he's ever worked for, his family and possibly even his life.
The Democrats are calling for people to hurt him, okay.
I want to know where's our fighters.
We've we we probably got about thirty fighters that we can talk about on our side of the aisle.
But I want to know what the rest of them are doing.
Uh we've got Thune, Johnson, Rounds, and we've got Christy Gnome showing them how to do it.
And our guys need to get with the program and fight, and the the rest of the rhinos or people that are sitting there on their hands letting Trump carry all the water, they need to get with the program and fight because us Americans, we are sick of it.
We've had enough.
We're tired of it.
We're not going to put up with it anymore.
Our people that don't fight, they don't get in the strap.
And I'm not Sean, I'm not calling for violence.
I'm talking No, I don't hear you doing that at all.
You're calling for Republicans to stand on principle, and the two issues that I think that are most imperative in in the moment, especially we'll have Mike Lee on the program later today, and and Mike Lee was very is very clear that they're gonna ram this omnibus down people's throat, but nobody's read it yet.
They want to do it by Friday, today's Wednesday, and it's very frustrating that Republicans can't unite on the issues of the border and and border security and the issue of our budget.
And this budgetary madness that they have just continues.
It's crazy.
I want them to scrap, spar, and when they're lying, which is most of the time, call them out, call them out as liars, call them liars.
You know, we got to win this fight.
Yeah, I I would tend to agree with you.
We gotta win this fight.
How come Hunter is being brought in on contempt of Congress charges?
Where's he at?
You mean after Peter Navarro, who didn't uh who believed uh that he did not by law have to testify before the January 6th committee uh uh because of executive privilege, yeah.
They they put him in jail.
Hunter Biden didn't respond to the first subpoena.
Why Republicans gave him a second chance, I don't know.
I did ask why they limited the questioning to only three hours, I don't know.
Uh sometimes I wish Republicans would fight the way Democrats fight, because they fight well, they fight dirty.
They have to, or they're gonna lose, and they don't have to fight dirty.
And by the way, I don't even want the I was just gonna say I don't want them to fight dirty.
I just want them to fight hard on principle.
Fight hard and fight with integrity, or we're we're gonna lose this thing.
Well said.
Uh 800-941 Sean is our number.
Uh let's say hi to Tony in Rhode Island.
Tony, how are you?
Glad uh you checked in with us.
Happy Wednesday.
Hey, Sean, twice in as many years I got through to you.
Thank you so much.
Hey, listen, uh, when I when I listen to your show, it it's amazing.
Uh I agree totally.
And quite frankly, you know, you're preaching to the choir here, quite frankly.
And what what concerns me today is all these young people that can make a difference in the in this election, unfortunately, a lot of them just aren't getting the news from you and from other conservative stations.
They're getting this this news from social uh influencers, they're getting them from Hollywood elites, and they're not getting the message.
And I don't know what can be done, if anything, for the Republican Party to put like mass billboards all across the country on major roadways, basically just calling the Democrats out.
Let me let me let me tell you how I think people can reach.
Okay.
We're on nearly 750 great radio stations.
We're on satellite, we're on podcasts, we're on Fox News, we have a pretty big audience.
If everybody that hears my voice right now, with only two hundred and twenty-nine days until election day, if if you go out and talk to everybody you know about how bad things are, and and why this election is important,
and why this is a tipping and inflection point for the country, and probably the most consequential election that we'll have in our lifetime, and that everything is on the line here, and you talk about borders and you talk about etc.
Uh, All the failures of the Biden administration, his economy, foreign policy, law and order doesn't exist in many towns and many cities, the high cost of illegal immigrants on every town and every city, the danger to national security with open borders, uh, America's absence at abdicating its role on the world stage and the impact that that's having.
I think you can convince people it's a pretty compelling case.
Anyway, good question.
Appreciate it.
I got to roll 800-941-SHAWN.
America with the absolute truth.
How has the left's agenda worked out for you?
john hannity is on right now Hey, if you're a landowner looking to protect against varmints trying to threaten your property and your livelihood, well, you're going to need a reliable solution that you can trust, and you could do no better than a rifle or a shotgun.
Uh, they also have revolvers that I love.
But anyway, ones made by Henry repeating arms.
Now, Henry offers several options to protect what is yours, including their varmint Express 17 HMR.
They also have their classic lever action 22 Mag, which I have.
They have their small game rifles and carbines, and all you have to do is you can go to their website, literally type in the word varment, V-A-R-M-I-N-T in the search box to see all the options.
Now, these models are powerful, they're reliable, right out of the box.
You're gonna love them.
They're easy to use, and more importantly, they're gonna get the job done.
Every single Henry firearm, they're handcrafted right here in the U.S. with U.S. parts, the finest materials, old world craftsmanship, and they're backed by a lifetime warranty and the best customer service in the business.
Now, make it simple for yourself.
Go to their website.
It's Henry USA.com.
That's Henry USA.com.
Get their free catalog.
They'll send free decals and a list of dealers where you are.
That's Henry USA.com, Henry USA.com, free catalog, free decals, list of dealers where you are.
You're gonna love this family-owned company.
You're gonna love their firearms like I do.
All right, when we come back, now this is a really important topic.
I I know people's eyes glaze over sometimes.
You're talking about the budget.
If you go back, every appropriations bill, there's 12 of them.
They should have been finished in October of last year.
They didn't get them finished on time.
So continuing resolution, continuing resolution, continuing resolution.
Well, then it usually culminates in what's called an omnibus bill.
And an omnibus bill always spends way too much money, and there's usually no time for anybody to ever look or read uh the bill.
It's unbelievable.
And that's about to happen again because the House and the Senate are planning to vote on a massive omnibus uh this coming Friday, if you can believe it.
Now there's no bill produced that'll be over a thousand pages.
You may want to pick up the phone, be polite, call your elected representatives, your congressmen, your congresswomen, your senators, 202-224-3121.
Mike Lee has proposed an extension just for about three weeks into April, so that we can actually read the bill and not pass it and then find out what's in the bill.
Anyway, we'll talk with the Senator from Utah when we come back.
Again, if you want to call your elected officials in Washington, it's 202-224-3121.
When we come back again, we're going to check in with the Senator from Utah, the great state of Utah, Senator Mike Lee joins us, then we'll get to the phones 800-941 Shaw.
