Why doesn't he stop it?
Now, you wouldn't think you'd ever have to ask that question of a president of our country, but you know what?
Here's the sad thing.
You have the Lebanese immigrant caught in El Paso, Juarez at the border there, admitted that he was a member of the terrorist group Hezbollah and ended with plans to build a bomb in New York.
Are we paying attention?
I think I might be, at least on any of the cable channels, the only person that says over and over again, are we paying attention?
Where are these illegal immigrants coming from?
You know, over 30,000 plus from China, 15,000 plus Russia.
You've got thousands coming from Egypt, home of the Muslim Brotherhood and Afghanistan, now the home of Al-Qaeda, which has now begun their training camps.
They've started building up their training camp capability again.
And at some point, you say, well, why would they ever allow this to happen?
Why is there no vetting of people entering our country illegally?
Why are they being rewarded with free transportation and free education and free health care?
Because none of it makes any sense at all.
I can't understand why the Supreme Court, this was Justice Alito, extending an order barring Texas officials from detaining and jailing illegal immigrants suspected of crossing our southern border without the authorization under a new state immigration bill and the Biden administration again taking Texas to court, saying it's unconstitutional.
And as this all plays out in the courts, you know, you have tens and tens of thousands more illegal immigrants coming in.
We're now over the 10 million mark of Joe Biden unvetted illegal immigrants in the country.
Then you ask Karine Jean-Pierre about a letter sent to Biden regarding the illegal immigrant on the terror watch list arrested in North Carolina, which we're going to get to in a second.
And she has absolutely no clue what's going on here.
You can't even make any of this stuff up.
Now, Mark Robinson, Lieutenant Governor, the great state of North Carolina, now running for governor in that state, issued a direct message to Biden after the arrest of the terrorist suspect that crossed the border.
Listen to what he said.
Reports indicate that Haggos came into the United States from Haiti, but is originally from an area near Yemen, a known hotbed of terrorist activity.
My office sent a letter to President Biden.
I called on President Biden to give immediate answers.
In the letter, I raised questions such as, how did Hagos enter the United States?
How did Hagos get to North Carolina?
Did he travel by air, interstate, or rail?
Are there others?
Are there other places that he's been in our state that he's traveled to or through?
And should those areas be on heightened alert?
Is he alone?
Are there others we should be watching for?
Why is Hagos on the terrorist watch list?
What organizations does he have ties to?
What is his motive and his training?
Mr. Haggos reportedly applied for and was denied citizenship.
Why?
President Biden, when Hagos was denied citizenship, who was alerted of his presence?
Did the federal government report this to the state?
Did the federal government report any of his activity to local law enforcement?
Are there more illegal immigrants on the terrorist watch list here in North Carolina?
We deserve answers to these questions.

Well, you know, I just consider it a blessing to be able to be in a position to be able to stand up and fight for what I believe in and stand up and fight for the people of North Carolina and fight for what's right, quite frankly, Sean.
I take a look back at our history and I see what people have sacrificed for me and for my freedoms.
And I consider it to be an honor now to be able to stand on the front lines to stand up for our freedoms and to stand up for the things that made America great.

You yesterday pressing the Biden administration for answers following news of the arrest of this potential terrorist, suspect by the Gates County, North Carolina Sheriff's Department.
By the way, a tip of the hat to all of them.
No response so far from the White House.
I just played for you, a very clueless White House press secretary.
You know, arrest who?
Say that one more time.
I'm like, you got to be kidding me.
Well, it's systemic with the Biden administration.
Right here in North Carolina, we have a migrant facility right here in North Carolina in Greensboro, my hometown, where our congressional delegation, our federal delegation, can't even get answers as to who's being housed there, can't get admission into the facility.
It's online.
It's open now.
And we have no idea who is being housed there.
They tell us it's 13 to 17 year olds, but we have no idea where they're from, no idea where they're going to go once they leave the facility.
The silence from the Biden administration is deafening, and it's dangerous for our country.
And it is coming to every state in the union.
All states now are border states because of this flood of illegals who are coming into our country, many of whom are, we'll have to admit, many of whom are absolutely normal people who are coming here for the right reasons, but there are also those who are coming for nefarious reasons.
And given the fact that we had a ton of weapons left in Afghanistan in the hands of potential terrorists, there's no telling where those weapons are, and there's no telling where the folks who are coming here for those nefarious purposes are plopping down to ply their wares.
And the Biden administration definitely needs to change course because right now they're setting us up for disaster.
I mentioned China, Russia.
I mentioned Egypt, Afghanistan.
I didn't mention the number one state sponsor of terror, but we now know of hundreds and hundreds of Iranians that have come to our southern border and hundreds of hundreds of Syrians coming to our southern border.
I mean, this is now, we now know terrorists have crossed the border.
That's not in dispute anymore.
We know what their plans are.
One has just actually expressed it.
They wanted to build a bomb and blow it up in New York.
Okay, so we know that our borders are wide open.
It is beyond inexplicable.
And frankly, if any terror attack happens as a result of Joe Biden's open borders and him aiding and abetting in the law breaking that has gone on here now for the full term of his administration, frankly, I will argue that any American that loses their lives has that they will have the blood on their hands.
They will be accountable for that.

I agree wholeheartedly.
What's going on right now in this nation is egregious.
The fact that we have a federal government that's refusing to stand up to its number one mission, which is to protect the sovereignty of this nation and its people.
The Biden administration is not only an effort.
It's dangerous.
It's out of touch.
And they're doing the exact opposite of what they're supposed to be doing.
Here in North Carolina, we're doing everything we can to be proactive in action with law enforcement to protect the citizens of North Carolina.
We need cooperation from the federal government.
We need transparency from the federal government.
We don't need a federal government that's working against our safety and security.
And that's exactly what's happening with the Biden administration.
It's exactly what's happening.
Now, I got to give you props, too, and a lot of credit because I know that earlier this year, you were very, very supportive.
You stepped out and applauded Texas Governor Abbott for acting to secure the border.
I don't know if you saw the show, but I was down there recently with Governor Abbott and with former President Trump.
We were in Eagles Pass at Shelby Park and where they had put up all this razor wire.
They were able to stop 99% of the illegal activity that was going on there.
But every time Gabbitt turns around, he's being sued by the Biden administration.
They've created, and on top of everything else, you know, I've yet to mention fentanyl, opioids, human trafficking, or the humanitarian crisis that they've created as a result of these open border policies also.
And I really haven't been able to delve into the high cost.
that this is, you know, the burden that is being put on every city and town now in America because every city and town is a border town, and that's for services that, you know, housing and food and shelter and health care and education and the pressure it's putting on our school systems and places like, especially places like New York and Chicago and elsewhere.
Absolutely.
The amount of money that it's costing us, this crisis has causing us, is staggering, but it pales in comparison with the number of lives that are actually being lost due to violence and things like fentanyl.
This is really a catastrophe of the worst sort.
And unfortunately, if we do not change course and if we do not provide the security on our borders that's necessary, I think it's possible that we've only seen the beginning.
We have got to band together as states to push back against this federal government.
We have got to stand with Governor Abbott down in Texas.
If the federal government refuses to do what it needs to do to protect American citizens, but instead chooses to sue to allow a course of action that would bring destruction to America, then it's going to be up to folks like Abbott and myself to stand up and be proactive in protecting the citizens of our state.
And I believe that's exactly what we have to do.

Well, I can tell you this, my prospective opponent, the current general Attorney General Josh Stein, he's close friends with our governor who refuses to help Governor Abbott.
And they're both very close to Joe Biden.
So that's all we need to know about them to tell the folks who they are.
Folks are very dissatisfied with the Biden administration, and they're very dissatisfied with their allies, quite frankly.
When we get out and make the stark difference, that we're standing against those things, that we're standing up for the people of North Carolina, standing up for the things that made America great, the choice between the two of us is going to be clear.
And I believe they're going to choose red, and this state's going to go red, and we're going to be able to do great things in November and beyond.
I could see that the Democratic propaganda machine is coming out full force against you.
We're going to follow North Carolina very closely.
It is a must-win state for Donald Trump.
It is a must-win state for Republicans in general.

And I always kind of enjoy the opportunity to slam the mob, the media, and the media mindset.
And the media started freaking out.
I'm not going to play Donald Trump's context in full again because there's no point.
It was obvious.
There's no ambiguity at all whatsoever, unless you are part of the media mob or a Democratic radical extremist, that you would take those words out of context.
And it's going to be a bloodbath.
He said if he doesn't win the election, that's not what he was talking about.
He's talking about the automobile industry.
And anyway, the mob, the media, they freak out and purposely distort what he was saying.

If you look at the way he said this, it's going to be a bloodbath for the whole.
Then he stops.

Obviously, he's talking about a bloodbath for America.
It's laid out in the terms of it.

But as Politico.com reports tonight on the quote bloodbath at the RNC.
Coming out of Iowa, they were promising that this was effectively going to be a bloodbath.
Not only is it going to be a bloodbath, but after they leave New Hampshire, it's a bloodbath on her home turf.
That's really tough.
Trump has left a lot of corpses in his wake.
The thing I fear most is if he doesn't run, there's going to be a bloodbath of the Democratic Party because the battle is already on.
Donald Trump is going to win this nomination, and we need to be ready for that.
Look, it is a long fight ahead.
I'm not going to sugarcoat it for anybody.
People who don't think this election is going to be a bloodbath are mistaken.
As the administration braces itself for a bloodbath in 2018 and a wave of staff departures.
We're going to begin now right off the bat with some breaking news in our money lead and what's being described as a market bloodbath that's like we're doing just great in Georgia and, you know, Ohio.
Good God, was that a bloodbath the other night?
Florida is going to be a political bloodbath for Bernie Sanders.
Everything that they're saying is predicated on their idiotic, you know, narrative because they can't run on, are you better off than you were four years ago?
But Donald Trump is inciting violence.
Well, how interesting it was that we learned that, well, according to the Secret Service driver on January 6th, that in spite of the narrative and this January 6th committee knew this, but they withheld this exculpatory evidence and they went with a hearsay witness.
And it turns out not to be true because the driver of then an SUV, it wasn't the beast that day, said, no, Donald Trump never once tried to commandeer the car.
Not one bit.
Didn't happen.
But anyway, let's just remind you of Democratic violent rhetoric, if you will.
And everyone beware because they're not going to stop.
They're not going to stop before Election Day in November and they're not going to stop after Election Day.
There needs to be unrest in the streets for as long as there's unrest in our lives.
And unfortunately, there's way to go around.
I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all over the country.
Maybe there will be.
The press always asks me, don't I wish I were debating him?

Look, this is, you could just, you know, brush this off and say this is politics, but it's not just politics, Leo.
This is the mob, the media, purposely lying.
They are the number one donors, in my view, to the Democratic Party and the Joe Biden reelection campaign.
And they're so dishonest about it that they stand in unison with their lies.
Sean, they've been lying on President Trump for nine years, and they are going to continue.
And this year, they're going to do it every day around the clock, 24-7.
Why?
Because they will do anything to distract away from Joe Biden's horrible, horrible record as the worst president in the country, ever in my lifetime.
Biden is the worst.
So they have no other choice.
And they have the cooperation.
The Democrat Party has the cooperation of about 90% of the media.
I saw, I watched your program, and I saw the repetitive use of the word bloodbath by the Democrats, but they don't care.
And the scary part about this whole ordeal, Sean, is that the absentee voter, the ones who don't pay attention, they might believe this nonsense.
And so this is critical to get the message out that the Democrats are lying.
They're trying to deflect everyone's attention away from Joe Biden's horrific record as president.
And they're trying to do the same playbook that they've used on Trump since 2016.
It's not going to work.
Trump is going to win.

I just, it's sort of like when your kids get in trouble, Greg, you don't usually mind what they do.
I mean, my kids, you know, they did everything wrong that every other kid does wrong, right?
But then when they look you in the eye and they flat out lie to you, that's when I start getting pissed off.

So I have no idea.

Yeah, the mainstream media is either so profoundly stupid and incompetent that they didn't bother to consider the context of Trump's bloodbath remark, or they knew that Trump was referring to lost jobs in the auto industry, but the media deliberately chose to misrepresent it, to smear him.
And I suspect it's the latter because the context, Sean, is so obvious.
But this is a pattern by the media.
They long ago decided that they're allowed to lie to the public.
Why?
Because they see Donald Trump as this evil person.
And the press rationalizes their deceptions, exaggerations, fabrications, contortions.
The invention of wholesale fictions.
And reporters in their twisted mind thinks, oh, it's all justified because they're convinced that Trump is a national emergency and existential threat to America.
So the press have anointed themselves as the saviors of the republic.
And of course, that's the height of arrogance that infects today's journalism.
Fairness, objectivity, those are quaint, archaic notions in the age of Trump.
These media figures think they're entitled to be the Pied Piper of anti-Trump rage.
They've willingly shredded all ethical standards.
The good news is it's backfiring on them.
Americans are smart.
They see the media mob for what they clearly are, crooked, corrupt, and dishonest.

Let me ask you both.
I saw this morning on Fox and Friends that Jonathan Turley was on, and he was weighing in on these Democratic-dominated courts.
And I've said from the beginning, Donald Trump cannot get a fair hearing or trial in a venue like New York.
He can't.
That will never happen.
Or D.C., I think, is the worst, or Fulton County, Georgia.
But Jonathan Turley, now we're at a point where in a case, a civil case that has to do with no victim at all whatsoever, and led by an attorney general who pledged to go after one man, one family, and one organization and come up with $500 million in payment and given 30 days to get a bond together.
And the president's lawyer is saying it's not that easy.
None of these bond companies, we've been to nine of them, want to give it to us.
And Jonathan Turley this morning basically said, in order for you to be able to appeal this and what I've done to you, the same judge and Goron that valued Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, which is a joke.
I mean, he was more guilty of false valuations than anything Donald Trump has even accused of.
Well, to get your appeal, you're going to have to come up with a half a billion dollars just to appeal this.
It's like saying, well, I'm going to take your house away, but you're going to appeal my decision.
But you'll have to sell your house in order to do it.
And at this point, one has to wonder.
You know, he called it mob justice.
What would you call it, Leo?
Well, I'll tell you right now, I call it not only mob justice, I call it political lawfare.
Sean, let me tell you right now, I've been practicing law for over 34 years.
I've never seen the legal system hijacked by a party.
The Democrats have hijacked the legal process.
And that's what makes our country so unique.
We have a system of justice.
It's injustice in New York City.
It's injustice in the state of New York.
That's why you have this going on.
And I'll tell you right now, you know, I am blessed.
This whole country is blessed that the founding fathers came up with this independent judiciary called the Supreme Court.
Because I'll tell you right now, this outrageous, victimless crime of over a half a billion dollars is excessive.
It violates the Eighth Amendment.
And I guarantee you, Sean, as a civil rights lawyer, this case, Trump will get justice eventually unless the New York Court of Appeals do the right thing in the Supreme Court because this fine is excessive and it violates the Eighth Amendment.
But imagine you had testimony, Greg, even from the lenders and others.
He had a disclaimer as part of all of these contracts.
Don't go by our valuations.
Nobody claimed any harm or felt they got hurt in any way.
And the Deutsche Bank executive that testified said, no, valuations are, you know, they're subjective.
They have a fiduciary responsibility to do their own valuations.
You're not going to give somebody hundreds of millions of dollars in a loan or an insurance policy without your due diligence.
That's on them.
And the judge got away with valuing Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, never backed off in spite of all the evidence to the contrary.
You know, in my judgment, Ngoron is a disgrace to the black robe.
He shouldn't be on the bench.
His outrageous draconian fine bears no reasonable relation to the nature of the offense or the harm, which the law requires.
Here, there was no harm shown at trial, not a single dollar lost by anybody.
In fact, the banks that loaned Trump money made enormous profits.
And then the judge said, well, Trump, you committed fraud, ignoring the fact that all of the bank executives who testified said they were never defrauded.
And Letitia James consorted this consumer protection statute where no consumers were injured.
The statute has never before been used this way.
It's unprecedented.
She was simply fulfilling a campaign promise to get Trump exercising this personal political vendetta that has no place in the law.
Ngoran made this judgment so astronomically high that it's impossible to obtain a bond.
That was Ngoran's intent.
His intent was to ruin Trump financially and leaving him penniless.
Well, it won't leave him penniless, but what most people don't understand is even though he's a billionaire, it's not like he has a half a billion dollars laying around.
No good investor would ever have that much cash on hand.
So you're right.
I mean, they're tied their hands in so many different ways.
