| Years earlier, we'd done a show from, it was down by the Rio Grande with then Governor Rick Perry, and we had former President Donald Trump. | |
| We had Texas Governor Greg Abbott. | |
| Ted Cruz was going to join us, but Chuck Schumer put on the calendar, laid on the calendar some votes. | |
| He had to stay back in D.C. and handle that. | |
| We would have loved to have had him. | |
| And I learned so much when I am down there. | |
| And I talked to, in this case, I was talking to Texas National Guard and some Border Patrol agents. | |
| And they just lay it out the way it is. | |
| There's no hiding it. | |
| It's never been this bad. | |
| They are overwhelmed. | |
| It's everything that we have been showing you for three years and worse. | |
| And all of them are fairly disgusted. | |
| They don't hide their disdain for what has been allowed to happen. | |
| And the lying that has gone on associated with this. | |

| And for the interview last night, I wanted to compile a list of all the crimes, violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants since Joe Biden became president. | |

| They don't keep records. | |

| I've got everybody working on this. | |
| So now, what we are now having to do is try to search the examples because they don't have the numbers, the statistics. | |
| I wonder why they don't do that, considering that, you know, look at what happened to this Athens, this UGA student, a 22-year-old nursing student, and Lake and Riley is her name. | |
| And she was barbarically brutalized and attacked and murdered. | |
| That's what happened to her. | |
| And I told you the way, oh, the AP, well, there's a problem for young women that are out jogging. | |
| I'm like, no, that's not the problem. | |
| The problem is nearly 10 million illegal, unvetted Joe Biden immigrants that he's aided and abetted in a law breaking to come into this country illegally. | |
| And they have defended this. | |
| They've lied about their policies the entire time in spite of what our eyes show us. | |
| And I'm sick and tired of the lie. | |
| And every American should be disgusted by this. | |
| Now, more and more Americans are beginning to realize how bad this is. | |
| Now, just imagine for a second. | |
| I know it's hard. | |
| I mean, try to put yourself in the mindset of a family, a mother, a father, a sister, a brother, I don't know, an aunt, an uncle, grandparent, and your loved one is murdered by somebody that didn't respect our laws, our borders, our sovereignty, was allowed into the country, even though he was stopped at the time. | |
| They should have returned him to the country of origin, then commits a crime in New York. | |
| But of course, New York, the sanctuary city that it is, lets this guy go free. | |
| And the net result is that your loved one is murdered. | |
| It was a report out on FoxNews.com that former President Trump that he did take the time to speak with the parents of Lake and Riley. | |
| And the parents, according to like any, like you would expect, they are devastated. | |
| I know people that have lost their children. | |
| And I can tell you there's something about that happening with maybe a couple of exceptions of people that have just a deep and deep abiding faith that I just marvel at. | |
| But for most people, they're never the same people for the rest of their lives. | |
| They don't recover from that fully. | |
| I'm not saying that they don't get up every day and live their lives and take care of their other children and go about their business. | |
| I'm not saying that. | |
| But there is a light within them darkens, and they just, it is with them forever. | |
| You can't take that away. | |
| And this is what now this family of Lake and Riley are now going through. | |
| You know, and one of the things that President Trump is reported to have saying that he's not going to forget her. | |
| He said the parents are devastated. | |
| And they're incredible people, he said. | |
| And when the FBI warned us that this is an invasion, it is an invasion that Joe Biden has aided and abetted in. | |
| A Biden invasion, President Trump called it. | |
| President Trump said a beautiful 20-year-old nursing student from Georgia was barbarically attacked. | |
| She was on a morning run, beautiful young woman. | |
| He said he spoke to her parents. | |
| They're incredible people. | |
| They are devastated beyond belief. | |
| Just think for a moment. | |
| Just try to put yourself in a position. | |
| This is somebody you know. | |
| This is your son, your daughter, your granddaughter, your grandson, whoever it happens to be. | |
| Relate what you went to school with this person. | |
| UGA, I could not believe the video that I saw yesterday of the thousands of students that showed up outraged and disgusted that this happened to this young woman. | |
| She had nothing but her whole life ahead of her. | |
| It's beyond any, I can't even, we all go through hard times in life. | |
| Everybody, you know, life's not easy for anybody. | |
| Life's tough. | |
| There's the road less traveled says life's difficult. | |
| It's a paradox. | |
| Once you accept that it's going to be hard, it becomes a little easier. | |
| But it is, you know, this woman brutally assaulted, horrifically beaten, kidnapped, and savagely murdered. | |
| The monster charged into this death, an illegal immigrant, part of the 10 million unvetted Joe Biden illegal immigrants. | |
| It just is sad. | |
| And here's the worst part, knowing that it's all preventable. | |
| You have a Democratic congressman claiming it was racist to suggest that the illegal immigrant that was responsible for the death, according to the allegations, of Lake and Riley as he accompanied President Biden ahead of his event. | |
| Isn't it nice that Joe Biden decided to show up the day that Donald Trump was going back to the border? | |
| He's been there before. | |
| And he's actually put the policies in place. | |
| I played this last night. | |
| They were bragging. | |
| I mean, you had Alejandro Mayorkas bragging. | |
| Oh, we rescinded so many of Trump's policies that I can't even list them all. | |
| So we have rescinded so many Trump immigration policies. | |
| It would take so much time to list them. | |
| We rescinded the Remain in Mexico policy. | |
| We rescinded, of course, the public charge rule that deprived vulnerable migrants from accessing certain critical life benefits. | |
| We have restored the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, the DACA program. | |
| We have rescinded so many and have restored so many that he really dismantled. | |
| And then you have people like, you know, Robert Garcia, Representative Robert Garcia, in a press call organized by the president's, quote, reelection campaign, according to the Washington Examiner. | |
| You know, it's not true, he insisted, that the immigrant crime narrative is racist. | |
| Donald Trump is out there saying we're poisoning the blood of the country. | |
| Those facts don't bear out. | |
| Why are we allowing people, remember all the other incidents that have occurred? | |
| We're trying to get a comprehensive list. | |
| It is a heavy lift because they purposely don't keep the numbers. | |
| They don't want the people to know. | |
| They don't want you, the American people, to know. | |

| I mean, we've compiled a pretty comprehensive list, but it's nowhere near complete. | |
| You have federal immigration authorities arresting three Portuguese women living in the U.S. illegally, charged in connection with the death of a Rhode Island infant. | |
| Agents with the U.S. Immigration Customs Enforcement arrested the woman, 32, 25, 22. | |
| Initially arrested February 11th. | |
| Pawtucket Police Department, suspicion of the death of a one-year-old boy, which happened under their care. | |
| Women charged with child endangerment. | |
| Posted bail following the arraignment released by the 6th Division District Court of Rhode Island. | |
| Pawtucket police arrested the boy's alleged 25-year-old father who's being held at the Adult Correction Institution, Cranston, Rhode Island. | |
| Charged with manslaughter, three counts of second-degree child abuse, child endangerment. | |
| How many more Lake and Rileys must date before the country realizes that borders work? | |
| One of the things that I saw with my own eyes yesterday is even though Joe Biden has been aiding and abetting, now the Rio Grande, the sector where we were yesterday, had been 5,000-plus illegal immigrants a day on average, and during the surges, way higher. | |
| So they decided, in spite of Joe Biden, taking them to court, and we actually walk along the Rio Grande, which we'll show you tonight. | |
| We didn't show that last night with Governor Abbott and with President Trump. | |
| And in some cases, they got three layers of wires. | |
| In other cases, they've got containers and wires. | |
| I mean, because the illegal immigrants come and they're able to actually cut the razor wire, but they still make it very, very difficult. | |
| They've had a 99.99% reduction. | |
| And now people seem to be moving on to Arizona and California. | |
| Gavin Newsom wants them. | |
| He can have them. | |
| Sanctuary State, okay. | |
| Now, the Democratic district attorney in charge of prosecuting the person that is alleged to have killed Lake and Riley has stepped down amid criticism that she failed to secure a single guilty verdict on her own in a criminal case. | |
| Athens-Clark County DA Deborah Gonzalez has announced she'll appoint a special prosecutor, veteran lawyer, to handle the murder case against this 22-year-old nursing students murder. | |
| Governor Brian Kemp, as well as lawmakers and lawyers, have raised concerns that Gonzalez would be unable to handle a high-profile case. | |
| Gonzalez has failed to achieve one guilty verdict in a jury trial involving any type of criminal case. | |
| Yeah, I'd say it's probably time. | |
| Maybe it's time for Fannie Willis now to get out of the way, too. | |
| Maybe we should stop and move on to how about keeping young people alive in this country. | |
| It's outrageous. | |
| Just put yourself in the shoes of her family today. | |

| What words are there that you can offer to provide comfort to these parents in this case? | |

| Just offer your prayers, your support. | |
| Pray that God will somehow comfort their troubled hearts, their broken hearts, their devastated lives. | |

| And people, you know, they vote with their dollars. | |
| Now they're going to go after the largest producer of beef over the company's emissions and greenwashing, they call it, for allegedly misleading the public about their environmental impact. | |
| James noted that the beef production at the largest greenhouse gas footprint of any major food commodity in the animal agricultural accounts for 14.5% of global greenhouse gas emissions. | |
| What do you think the result of this lawsuit is going to be? | |
| These companies want to stay in business. | |
| Now they have to go out and hire very expensive attorneys to defend their right to do business. | |
| And what do you think that means for you, the consumer? | |

| You're going to hire a top-notch law firm with, you know, God only knows, you know, how much they charge per hour. | |
| You know, having to hire attorneys myself so I can stay in business with all the people that want me off the air. | |
| I can tell you it's not cheap. | |
| As one of my lawyers reminds me often, Hannity, cost of doing business. | |
| What do you want me to do? | |
| And in that sense, they're right. | |

| By the way, what were members of the U.S. Congressional Progressive Caucus doing in Havana? | |

| I don't know. | |
| Or congressional staff from the office of Barbara Lee were there, according to sources that know. | |
| I don't have any interest in Cuba. | |
| You know, Castro came to power by destroying and killing innocent people. | |

| All right, the deposition is out as it relates to Hunter Biden, and I see a lot of inconsistencies in this. | |
| You know, the infamous WhatsApp message. | |
| Now, this is just one case in point. | |
| Now, I did talk to a number of people that were in the room, and we had an opportunity to interview James Comer and Jim Jordan and Jason Smith, and we played that interview for you yesterday. | |
| And here's what's very interesting about this. | |
| When it was most convenient, Hunter Biden would say, I was a crack addict. | |
| I was out of my mind. | |
| I don't remember. | |
| I'll give you one example. | |
| The two biggest examples of this syndicate and how it worked. | |
| And then, of course, the testimony of Devin Archer. | |
| Joe Biden was the brand confirmed by Tony Bobolinski and others. | |
| Of course, it was the brand. | |
| Then, of course, the October 15th, Obama policy changes towards Ukraine. | |
| Yeah, they've made enough progress with corruption. | |
| We're going to give them a billion in loan guarantees. | |
| Joe's in charge. | |
| And five days before he heads to Ukraine, in December of 2015, he is on the phone with, according to Comer and the committee, on the phone with Hunter and Burisma executives. | |
| Well, what happened to? | |
| I never spoke to my son, my brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business deals. | |
| What happened to, well, why were you at the Cafe Milano with Elena Battarina? | |
| $3.5 million to one of their companies. | |
| And then, of course, $100 plus million, according to Devin Archer, invested in a real estate venture. | |
| Wow. | |
| And by the way, all these people that say, well, Hannity, did you not know the DOJ arrested the guy that Christopher Ray described as one of the most trusted and best sources that has resulted in many prosecutions that have been working for the FBI from 2010, this guy Alexei Smirnoff? | |
| Yeah, I'm pissed off at the FBI for putting, you know, for telling us that and Director Ray for telling us that. | |
| As much as I'm pissed off that they told us that Christopher Steele was credible to another FBI paid informant. | |
| What the hell's going on at that bureau? | |
| Used to be the world's premier law enforcement agency. | |
| They still have good people, but they also have people that I don't trust. | |
| And I think they're part of this politicizing of the Justice Department and weaponizing a justice. | |
| If you're Clinton, you get one set of justice. | |
| If you're, you know, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. | |
| If you're Joe Biden, you get the same system. | |
| If you're Donald Trump, you get raided. | |
| That simple. | |
| But the WhatsApp message, it was very articulately written. | |
| I'm sitting here with my father. | |
| You didn't keep your commitment. | |
| Based on everyone he knows and my ability to hold a grudge, you're going to regret your decision. | |

| Days later, millions of dollars make it into the Biden family coffers. | |
| So he's asked about this. | |
| What about the WhatsApp message? | |
| My addiction is not an excuse, but I can tell you, this is from Hunter, I am more embarrassed of this text message if it actually did come from me. | |
| Well, is there any evidence that you have provided that the FBI that, in fact, affirmed the authenticity of the laptop that this was messed with? | |
| If you have that evidence, you need to present it because they never have. | |
| But that's what he says. | |
| You know, if I ever said it. | |
| Factor of the matter is there's no other text messages that you have, which I say anything remotely to this. | |
| Now, we have confirmed that Hunter at that time was actually in his father's house. | |
| I believe it was at the Delaware house. | |
| He said, I can tell you this, my father was not sitting next to me. | |
| My father had no awareness. | |
| But he also says in the same answer, I was out of my mind. | |
| My father had no awareness of the business that I was doing. | |
| My father never benefited from any of the business I was doing. | |
| I take full responsibility for being an absolute ass and idiot when I sent this message. | |
| And then he tries to say he didn't send it to the right guy. | |
| Well, then how come the money showed up days later? | |
| And how is it that you're citing your addiction as a reason and as an excuse and saying you were so out of your mind, either drunk or high on drugs? | |
| How do you then not remember sending it, but remember for sure that your father wasn't there when you sent it? | |
| That's pretty interesting to me. | |
| Nor can anybody answer the question, what services were provided in exchange for the tens of millions of dollars this company put together? | |

| What about the Farrer laws that, for example, put people like Paul Manafort in, what, solitary confinement for almost a year? | |

| Adamant, this was about protecting dad, protecting the enterprise, protecting the brand, if you will. | |

| That was the nickname Hunter used in the laptop emails. | |
| And anyway, he affirmed this and referenced in an email with a business deal going on with China, Chinese state-linked energy firm. | |
| And by the way, and the president was never penciled in for a 10% stake. | |
