This is an iHeart podcast.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Our toll-free number is 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, for years on my television in America's biggest cities like Chicago, you know, if you actually break down and extrapolate out numbers, it gets pretty scary.
You know, that if you go to some of the top cities and if you were to wipe out their crime statistics, America would be a low-crime country, but it's big cities where this happens again and again and again, where cops now can get the hellbeat out of them.
And then, of course, there's no bail laws in New York, and then the people responsible for beating up the cops get out of prison and they flip everybody the bird.
Then they get on a bus and they head on out to California.
I guess they were arrested in and around Arizona someplace.
And all of this crime associated with a lack of policing, no bail laws, defund, dismantle the police, reimagine the police.
It has resulted in more crime, more chaos than ever before.
You know, Denny's, after 54 years, is now closing in Oakland on top of Trader Joe's, on top of In-N-Out Burger.
I mean, these are institutions, but they can no longer stay in business.
You know, this whole story about Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, you know, watching people stealing something out of a target.
And the cashier says, well, yeah, that's because of your policies.
And then what is Gavin Newsom's response to yell at the manager about the employee rather than recognize this has been happening all over his state, but it's happening all over the country.
He says, sir, you dropped this.
And he comes back, picks it up, and keeps walking out.
As we're checking out, the woman says, oh, he's just walking out.
He didn't pay for that.
I said, well, why are you stopping him?
She goes, oh, the governor.
I swear to God, true story.
And my mom's great.
The governor lowered the threshold.
There's no accountability.
I said, it's just not true.
I said, we have the 10th toughest, $950, the 10th toughest in America.
She doesn't even know what I was talking about.
By the way, it's the 10th toughest in America.
Look it up.
No one gives a damn about it.
And I said, it's just not true.
There's still a stop.
You said, well, we don't stop them because of the government.
And then she goes, she looks at me twice, and then she freaks out.
She calls everyone over, wants to take photos.
I'm like, no, I'm not taking a photo.
We're having a conversation with your manager.
Are you blaming the governor?
And it was, you know, $380 later.
And I was like, why am I spending $380?
Everyone can walk the hell right out.
It's been 2009 when I first started scrolling names of people shot and shot and killed in Chicago.
Names you never hear of, names you've never heard of.
And their stories go unreported and nobody seems to really give a rip.
And it's just a shame because if every life is God-given and all that potential is destroyed and nobody cares unless, of course, you can politicize it.
Now, the George Floyd case was an obvious case where, yeah, what happened was wrong.
You can't have a handcuffed suspect and forcefully put your knee on that suspect's neck and force his face and his neck into the pavement.
I mean, you do that for nine, 10 minutes.
Anybody's going to die.
But what about the people that are hit every single weekend in all of these big cities that are victims of crime whose names we never hear about?
Why is that?
You know, we scroll these names.
You've never heard of them.
Anyway, Bishop E.W. Jackson is the founder and president of STAN and America's Forgotten Children Project, who believes we need to believe in America, in God and our future.
He's a pastor, a Marine Corp vet, Harvard Law grad.
And anyway, he and his group have been trying to call attention to what we've been trying to call attention to as well.
And a friend of mine made me aware of his good work, and I wanted to invite him on the program.
Bishop E.W. Jackson, sir, how are you?
Welcome to the program.
Well, Sean, thank you very much for having me, and I really appreciate you calling attention to this plague that is happening in our country right now.
So thank you.
Well, I've been doing it since 2009, and I would like to think I might have had some impact, but I've had none.
And that is on any given weekend, Bishop, I could probably predict with a certain amount of accuracy how many people will be shot, how many will be shot and killed in Chicago and other big cities in our country.
And politicians don't lift a finger.
They don't fix anything.
They don't protect basic law and order and safety and security is non-existent in these cities.
Well, Sean, as a way of trying to call people's attention to just how bad this is, as you know, America's Forgotten Children has focused on the children that are dying.
And Sean, I don't mind saying, you know, Black Lives Matter is one of the biggest cons that was ever perpetrated against the American people, perhaps in the history of our country, because it claimed to be concerned about black lives.
And instead, what's happened is black folks and particularly these children in inner cities across the country have been dying in record numbers ever since this defund the police, dismantle the police movement started.
And so we're trying to call attention to that to say, we don't need less police.
We need more police.
We need better law enforcement in our communities in order to save the lives of innocent, law-abiding citizens, and particularly the youngest.
I mean, you probably remember this.
Legend Talia Farrell, four years old, shot to death, sleeping in his bedroom after this shortly after George Floyd, when all this mayhem was unleashed.
And then there have been child after child after child after child since then.
Sean, we have a website, America's ForgottenChildren.com.
606 children so far, Sean.
And we're not including gangbangers or criminal types.
These are innocent kids that we're chronicling.
And you are the only person I know in America who's giving attention to it.
Well, if you believe as I believe as a Christian that, you know, every life was created by God and within every person is unique talents and abilities with their own special fingerprint to boot, you believe that this is, you know, we're not protecting the most innocent among us.
And, you know, they basically have turned a blind eye to all of this, and they're not doing basic police enforcement.
And, you know, follow that up with, you know, defund, dismantle, no-bail laws.
I mean, look at these five guys that just beat the hell out of these two cops in Times Square.
You know, within hours they're released.
There's no bell.
And they flip the bird to New York and then they head to California.
No problems at all.
And they're in the country illegally on top of everything else, not respecting our laws, our border, our sovereignty.
And yet nobody seems phased by any of this because this is happening every week, every day, day in and day out, week in and week out.
Nobody seems to address it.
Why is that?
Well, Sean, it doesn't fit the narrative, does it?
I mean, we're supposed to believe that the problem in America is racism.
The problem in America is the police.
When in fact, the problem in America is the breakdown of the family because these kids who are perpetrating these crimes, and I've talked to police officers who've arrested some of these kids, many of these crimes go unsolved, but they say these kids often, it's collateral damage.
It happens because they have not been brought up with the kind of values that you and I are talking about.
Respect for human life, respect for your fellow human being, respect for others' property.
I mean, they're brought up in this sort of dog-eat-dog gang culture mindset.
And remember, that's a small percentage of these communities, but they're terrorizing everybody else.
You're right.
They get out on cashless bail and they go out and do it to somebody else.
And we're all supposed to believe this is some kind of social justice.
Oh, I don't see it as social justice.
I see it as anarchy.
But, you know, with all the talk about insurrection, insurrection, in the summer of 2020, we had 574 riots in this country.
We had dozens of dead Americans, thousands of injured cops.
They were being pelted with bricks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails.
We had billions of property damage.
And there was no congressional investigation.
There was no summer of 2020 violence committee.
And with all the evidence that we had, video evidence, nobody was held accountable.
Why would you expect any different result if you're going to let people engage in that type of behavior and say it's mostly peaceful, which was the mantra of the Democrats and the media?
And one of the reasons why we really wanted to speak up on this, Sean, is people, I happen to be an American of African ancestry.
I'm black.
People hide behind race.
And basically, I've actually been told explicitly, don't talk about that because it distracts from the message of being victimized by racism.
Say, but it's not racism that's killing these people.
It's not racism that's killing these kids.
It is lack of attention to what they actually need as human beings.
They need law enforcement.
They need strong families to help raise the kids who are terrorizing these communities.
And you can't blame that on racism.
You've got to come down to taking personal responsibility.
And we're trying to get people to think differently about who they elect because, as you know, they elect these leaders who continue to espouse this crazy rhetoric and ideology of somehow we're all victims and there's nothing we can do.
And they just keep, they make things worse and worse and worse.
And at some point, there's got to be some relief.
You know, I completely agree with you.
I mean, we know how to instill law and order.
You know, New York is a great case in point.
Mayor Giuliani, at the time, he came into office and he concentrated his police force in the areas, not based on race, based on where's the most crime taking place.
And then he implemented a policy, you know, where he would basically just shake down people that look suspicious.
And he got in a lot of trouble for that.
However, the murder rate went from like 2,500 all the way down to like 300 in a single, you know, a year because of these policies.
Stop and Frisk was very successful.
Sean, I grew up in the ghetto.
I grew up in foster care until I was 10 years old.
My father took custody of me at the age of 10, got me out of a gang, got me out of trouble, and changed the trajectory of my life.
The cops didn't have any problems with me after that because I had a dad to tell me what I should and should not be doing and to enforce it in my life.
And so you're right.
We've got to have strong police enforcement.
We've got to talk about rebuilding families so that kids aren't growing up with this dog-eat-dog mentality and the whole world is my enemy.
So we're just dedicated, Sean, to trying to help these kids who have not yet died to live and help these kids who are doing this stuff to see that there's a better life for them in the greatest country on earth.
Well, there definitely is, and all the potential in the world, but it's our job to keep them safe.
But we have this pattern that we seem to have gotten into, and that is, you know, if you look at minority communities, and Democrats have a hold on the minority bloc.
It's a big part of the Democratic coalition.
Now, we're beginning to see in polling that a lot of African Americans, Hispanic Americans, young people, women, are now, at least on paper.
You know, we're 272 days away from Election Day.
But every two and four years, you know, people would come.
Democrats would knock on their door, ask for their vote.
They would get their vote.
And I asked people, well, how is your school system doing compared to other school systems?
How is law and order?
You know, is your community safe and secure?
Because I think these have been the most neglected areas.
And yet the people in these communities keep electing these same Democratic politicians with these same failed policies and their lives don't improve.
Sean, we are working hard to try to change that because it's frankly suicidal at this point.
And you're right.
They're not even asking.
They're telling them how to vote now.
And of course, as Joe Biden famously said, you know, if you don't vote for me, you ain't black.
So, I mean, this stuff has just got, it's monstrous.
It's got to stop because it is destroying these communities rather than helping them.
The Democrats, frankly, have single-handedly destroyed the black family, destroyed public safety, destroyed education.
And at some point, you know, enough is enough.
All right, quick break.
We'll have more with Bishop E.W. Jackson and more about his organization, founder and president of STAND, America's Forgotten Children's Project.
More on the other side than your calls coming up.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
I will continue now with Bishop E.W. Jackson.
By the way, he is the founder and president of STAND and America's Forgotten Children Project.
What do you think it's going to take?
When will these poll numbers become reality?
When will people in minority communities realize they've been lied to and that these promises have never been fulfilled and they're not even fulfilling their basic promise and function as government officials?
Well, Sean, frankly, it's going to take you and me and Donald Trump and people all over this country of every background and every race to really reach out and tell people the truth because frankly, they don't get it in the mainstream media.
And so all they get is indoctrination there.
And I see breakthroughs.
They're not massive, but I do see breakthroughs that people realizing.
I mean, even Ice Cube and some of these rappers are starting to say, you know, the Democrats aren't doing anything for the black community.
Why do we keep voting for them?
And they're not, you know, I mean, not my cup of tea, but they're awakening.
So I'm hoping that we just keep at it, Sean, and eventually we reach critical mass.
Well, hopefully it'll happen this year.
Bishop, we really appreciate your good work.
Bishop E.W. Jackson, if people want to help your organization, how do they do it?
Go to America'sForgottenChildren.org.
America's Forgotten Children.org.org or dot com.
We'll get you there.
All right.
I appreciate it.
Bishop, God bless you and your work.
And thank you for being with us.
800-941-Sean, our number.

This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour, 800-941-Sean, our number.
If you want to be a part of the program, we're waiting to see if the House of Representatives has this vote in terms of impeaching Mayorkis today.
We expect it within this half hour.
If that happens, we obviously will bring it to you live.
No living American has seen a cabinet secretary impeached, but that could very well change today.
There is some technical difficulties.
House Geo Piers clearly rightly accused him of failing to enforce the laws of our country and lying to Congress, which he has lied for three years, but so has Biden.
So has Kamala.
So has Mayorkas himself.
So has Karine Jean-Pierre.
The whole group of them have lied to us anyway.
But he's not enforcing the laws of the land.
Now, here's where the Republicans can lose three votes.
One, Ken Buck, is a no on this, and he has said he's a no.
Majority leader Scalese is out for cancer treatment, so the vote is definitely on the edge.
And earlier today, we heard from Tom McClintock, and McClintock sounded like he was going to vote against the impeachment.
Not sure why Tom McClintock took that position.
He was being praised by Democrats.
Anyway, so we're watching this unfold hopefully sooner than later.
Hopefully within this half hour, if it does happen, we'll bring it to you live.
Look, we all know the atrocities committed by Hamas, the terror attacks on Israel last October the 7th.
You know, vicious war was the result of this as Israel now tries to defend its very existence.
The toll on the Israeli people has been staggering.
It is massive.
It doesn't get a lot of play in the media, but hundreds of thousands of Israelis now forced from their homes.
Their entire communities are torn apart.
Lives devastating on the ground since day one.
They're in the middle of this every day, and they're distributing critical essentials like food and medicine and emergency supplies for hundreds of thousands of suffering Israelis.
The need is really great, and that's why we are glad to partner with the IFCJ today.
Their website is one word, supportifcj.org.
That's one word.
Supportifcj.org.
Every donation urgently needed to help the people of Israel.
A lot of them, elderly people in just dire need.
Hopefully, you can, whatever you can do is helpful.
Support IFCJ.org is the website.
All right.
Now, let me play for you, Mayorkas.
You know, some have accused the DHS of not enforcing our nation's laws.
It couldn't be further from the truth.
You know, he said this.
Where did he say this?
At Eagles Pass?
I think he said it Monday.
And just listen to what he says here because basically what he's telling us is everything we've witnessed the last three years, all the times they have told us that the border is safe and secure, is, I got to tell you something, it's just been one big fat lie.
And they've gotten away with it, and it's a dereliction of duty.
Now, you look at what impeachment is for, high crimes, bribery, high crimes, and misdemeanors.
Well, is it a crime if you don't support the law of the land?
Because that's exactly what we've been living through.
We have been living with a lawless administration that basically just flaunts it.
And, you know, the border never closes.
Those words just ring in our ears.
But anyway, let me play here, Mayorkas, saying that they have enforced our nation's laws.
Then how did 10 million illegal immigrants get in this country?
Listen.
Some have accused DHS of not enforcing our nation's laws.
This could not be further from the truth.
Having begun my public service career as a federal prosecutor for 12 years, ultimately serving as a United States attorney, there is nothing I take more seriously than our responsibility to uphold the law.
And the men and women of DHS are working around the clock to do so.
Okay, they're working around the clock to do so.
As all of this goes on, now, what the Democrats are trying to do here is they are trying to flip this issue.
They are trying to say that if Republicans in the Senate and Republicans in the House, if they don't support this border bill that we have laid out for you in the last two days and how bad it is and how many loopholes are involved in this and how it would basically codify into law every illegal thing that Joe Biden has been doing, I don't know what else there is to convince you.
They're trying to make this a Republican issue.
They're trying to say everything they've said for all this time that the border is safe, the border is secure, the border is closed has been nothing but a lie because now they're saying, well, I desperately need help to do it.
I've done everything I can possibly do.
Anyway, here's all these people telling us that the border is secure and the border is closed.
It never has been and it's not now.
The United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border.
The border is in fact secure.
A record 221,000 migrants crossed into the U.S. last month.
Our border is secure.
We believe certainly that the border is secure.
1,300 migrants a day.
We have taken unprecedented action over the past year and a half to secure our border and rebuild a safer and orderly process system.
This year is on pace to be the deadliest year for migrants crossing into this region of Texas in recent memory.
The border is secure.
The border is secure and the border is not open.
Crossings are still at an all-time high with Border Patrol reporting more than 1.8 million apprehensions from October 2021 through July.
The border remains closed.
It is not open.
We are turning away the majority of adults.
The border is secure.
The border is closed.
So we are offering solutions.
That's what the Biden-Harris administration has been doing since day one.
This is worse now than it was before.
A record number of migrants this year, and the total could surpass 2 million by the end of September.
We're certainly doing a lot more to secure the border.
We have a secure border.
And we have a process in place to manage migrants at the border.
A record surge of migrants in New York City.
Over 2 million illegal immigrants crossing the southern border.
An all-time record.
The border is secure.
You agree that the border is secure.
The border is not secure.
And in the first hundred days, Joe Biden gets in office, and what did he do?
He basically took a sledgehammer and all of the Trump policies that were working, he removed them.
He took away the Trump administration's interior enforcement rule.
You know, add to the terminating asylum cooperative agreements with Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, moving forward with the ending the Remain in Mexico policy, stop building the wall.
All of this he put in place.
All of it he did with a stroke of a pen.
All of this now is designed to blame Republicans for the problem they created.
Anyway, Keith is in Kansas.
Keith, you're on the Sean Hannity show.
Glad you called, sir.
How you doing, Mr. Hannity?
I'm good, sir.
What's on your mind?
You know, I got a sneaking suspicion.
You know, I'm just a blue-collar welder from Kansas, and I'm not the smartest guy in the world, but it seems like they made this bill to push a narrative so that Donald Trump would lose points because the election's coming up.
It is all smoke, mirrors, and lies.
For three years, what we just played for you, that is what they've been telling the country.
The border's closed, the border's secure, the border's secure, the border's secure.
And meanwhile, our eyes were showing us that it's anything but secure.
And it's impacting every aspect of American life.
It's costing, you know, every state now is a border state.
Every city now is a border city.
Every town the same thing.
You know, we're all impacted by opioids and fentanyl and human trafficking.
And all of this could be stopped if we'd go back to the policies that worked.
It's interesting, once Greg Abbott put up the razor wire, oh, all of a sudden razor wire is up and 99.99% of illegal crossings end in Eagle Pass.
It works.
Barriers work, but they want to take them away.
Yeah, this is all to blame Republicans.
And, you know, I guess there's some vulnerable, you know, gullible Americans that might just not remember.
If you're watching fake news, CNN or MSDNC or ABC or NBC or CBS, you're not hearing the details of what's going on down at the border.
You know, you're just hearing the mantra and the lie.
And that's what we've been getting.
Another Keith, Tennessee this time.
Keith, you're up next.
You're on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
Hey, Sean, how are you?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
Oh, you know, yesterday I was listening to the news and they were talking about how in the city of San Francisco, you know, kids are not, not like 96% of kids are not testing a grade level.
And I correlate that, you know, back to the increase in immigration across the country.
And I just wanted to get your opinion.
You think those two are related?
I think it obviously can be related.
I mean, the schools now are, you know, look, let me backtrack.
Prior to this, you know, 10 million, estimated 10 million unvetted Joe Biden illegal immigrants that he's allowed into this country.
Well, it's having an impact on everybody.
I mean, look at the state of New York.
You know, they were so welcoming in the beginning, and now they have no idea what to do.
They're releasing even criminals that they arrest, illegal immigrants, beating up cops so they can flip the bird at us and then shoot on off to California without any penalty at all whatsoever with impunity.
And, you know, you just look at it, every aspect of our lives.
New York now is giving away $53 million in debit cards.
They just got another $180-some-odd million dollars for hotels that they'll run for illegal immigrants on top of the hundreds and hundreds of millions they've already spent.
And then you ask, okay, what impact does it have on education?
Well, all these kids are ending up in schools and they have to learn English as a second language.
Well, schools are not hiring that many more teachers for this specific area that they've got to address.
And so schools like in New York City's public school systems that have been failing for years, you know, how could anything get better if your resources are spread that thin?
Because that's where it's headed.
And that means that teachers are going to be taken away and they're going to have to be teaching these kids.
You know, because what are you going to do?
You're going to not accept the kids in school?
I'm sure that'll result in a lawsuit with lawyers paid for by the American taxpayer.
It's unreal.
And then the Biden administration wants to sue to take down the razor wire and sue every effort at real enforcement by the states trying to do the feds jobs that they have been negligent in doing.
Not only have they been negligent, they've aided and abetted in the entire process.
And it's just a shame.
Anyway, Keith, I hope that answers your question.
Tommy in Ohio, next, Sean Hannity Show.
What's going on?
What's up, Tommy?
How are you?
Donnie, yeah, in Cincinnati.
I lived in Los Angeles for 20 years.
I left because of the deplorable situation of illegals.
Now, in three years, 10 million people across the border who, you know, it used to be just Mexicans and people from Central America.
Now they're coming from all over the world.
When is enough enough?
When can America finally just say, what the heck?
How are we going to stop this?
It has to stop.
It has to stop, but we know how to stop it.
All the things that Joe Biden did when he came into office for sending all the policies he inherited that were working.
He could easily go back to those policies.
Then he'd have to, you know, admit that he was wrong, but I don't think he's going to do that.
By the way, I'm looking at the screen here.
What we have, has the vote started yet?
Their scheduled vote is right now.
It has not happened as of yet, boss.
We're watching.
All right.
Thank you.
So the answer to your question is pretty obvious, right?
It's a hot mess, for sure.
It sure is.
I mean, God save us.
Trump, please come back.
Well, you have the power to do that in 272 days, you and every other American.
Anyway, appreciate the call, my friend, Bob in Washington.
Bob, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
How are you, Sean?
Good, what's going on?
One of the worst governors in the history of time.
You know, we need to stop this.
My daughter's 24 years old, and it's her future.
I worry about that and all these other kids.
I mean, I have some liberal friends that say, hey, we need these people here to work.
Not 10 million of them.
You know, they're destroying the country.
It's all the globalists.
It's the World Economic Forum and all these rich elites that want to shut our country down and rule us.
Well, you're breaking up on me a little bit, but I can tell you this.
This is absolutely by design.
This is their policy.
Next on the Sean Hannity Show.
What's up, Dan?
How are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
Thanks for taking the call.
I hear all the Democrats and liberals saying that the border is secure.
If the border is secure, why do they want to pass this bill?
And maybe our Republican congressmen should ask them the same question.
Well, it's sort of like these liberals in the media that never criticized Joe Biden's open borders, and now they're saying our national security is at risk because Republicans, they won't support Joe Biden's bill.
Well, it totally negates the fact that Joe Biden's policies created all of this.
It goes against the lie and the narrative that they told us for the last three years that the border is secure or they didn't pay attention to it on purpose, and they've been doing nothing but basically covering for Biden the entire time.
It's unreal.
All right, still awaiting this vote on whether they will impeach Majorca in the House.
It's a tough day to do it, especially with Tom McClintock and Ken Buck saying that they're going to be no's.
We'll keep our eyes on it.
We should have an answer by 9 Eastern tonight on Fox.
Anyway, Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Tim Scott, Jim Jordan tonight, Curtis Lewa, Greg Jarrett, Alan Dershowitz, and Cocaine Hippos.
