Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, well, illegal immigration just, you know, just continues to get way out of control.
Pretty fascinating to watch.
You know, after the police and the video getting the living hellbeat out of them in Times Square in New York City.
And then, of course, no bail laws in New York City allow the people, the illegal immigrants in this case, to just walk out of jail free.
And as one guy's walking out with two middle fingers stuck in the air, I guess he really learned his lesson while in prison.
But of course, Joe Biden, he keeps saying, I've done all I can do after three years of lying about the border secure, the border is closed.
All of this has been nothing but one big Joe Biden administration lie.
Up to 10 million illegal, unvetted immigrants that he has facilitated and allowed into this country and aided and abetted into this country.
Yes, that would be his responsibility.
And if there are terror cells among those 10 million that one day commit an act of some type of magnitude, an atrocity can kill Americans, well, that'll be his fault.
He will have that blood on his hands.
But for him to say he needs Congress, he doesn't need Congress.
All he needs to do is everything that he rescinded in the first hundred days, the Trump policies on building the wall, stay in Mexico, Title 42.
If he would have left everything in place, then we would not have had any of these problems.
But he pledged that he wouldn't deport anybody in his first 100 days, and it goes on from there because that's been their policy for three years, as they now try to blame Congress for his very specific actions.
Should someone who is here without documents, and that is his only offense, should that person be deported?
That person should not be the focus of deportation.
We should fundamentally change the way we deal with this.
What exact changes would you bring to ICE as an agency?
I would hold ICE agents accountable if in fact they stepped over my executive order.
You only arrest for the purpose of dealing with a felony that's committed, and I don't count drunk driving as a felony.
I will send to the desk immediately a bill that requires access to citizenship for 11 million undocumented folks, number one.
Number two, in the first hundred days of my administration, no one, no one will be deported at all.
From that point on, the only deportations that will take place are commissions of felonies in the United States of America.
So to be clear, only felons get deported and everyone else is the same.
Yes, nobody, and some of you are going to get mad at me with this, but nobody is going to be deported in my first hundred days until we get through the point that we find out the only rationale for deportation will be whether or not whether or not you've committed a felony while in the country.
And I don't consider drunk driving a felony.
Well, it should be.
By the way, the House did pass a bill to deport illegal immigrants for drunk driving.
All of a sudden now, the governor of New York, Kathy Hochul, now saying and suggesting that, you know, well, maybe we should deport this group of people that were beating up the police officers.
Actually, I thought you were Sanctuary City, State, New York.
That's not going to work.
Anyway, a little too little, too late, and then full denial of the crisis that they caused and denied even existed for three years.
Anyway, Sarah Carter, Fox News contributor, Mark Morgan, former FBI, former acting CBP commissioner here to discuss this invasion.
I mean, Sarah, it's fairly predictable that if you're going to allow illegal immigrants into the country and you're not going to vet them, and then you've got to disperse them all around the country and force these states and cities to provide food and water and housing and medical care and education, that without the vetting, that you get gangs of people now, pickpockets all over Times Square and people beating cops with absolutely no fear at all whatsoever.
Right.
And why should they fear?
They have a federal government that is completely, and by the way, many Democrats who are backing them.
So we have criminals coming into the country, Sean.
We have terrorists that have made their way, infiltrated their way through these transit routes into the United States with the assistance of some of the most nefarious organizations on planet Earth, these drug trafficking, pseudo slash human trafficking organizations.
They've been allowed in here because the Biden administration has opened that gateway for them.
And I don't know, Sean, I was in such a state of shock watching that video as these illegal aliens, these migrants, well, now they're allowed into the country because obviously we're paying for them.
We are literally, our taxpayer dollars are paying for them.
And they are kicking and beating and putting the lives of these two NYPD officers in danger.
And then they're just, they're let go, you know?
And I couldn't even fathom what is going through the minds of the NYPD.
It's like, why even go to work?
They're not even allowed to do their job and their lives are being put in danger.
And this is, by the way, we've been, you know, we were just in Shelby Park in Eagle Pass, Sean.
We've been there for the show, I mean, for years now, traveling back and forth to the border.
I've been going for more than 20 years.
Imagine what our law enforcement officials are feeling when they are the target.
They are the target of these criminal organizations that we're allowing into our country because, by the way, there are criminal organizations.
And when we are the target and our children are the targets of these criminal organizations that apparently are more protected by our government than we are.
It's really unbelievable, Mark Morgan.
You've seen it yourself.
I can only imagine, you know, you were a former acting director of the CBP, and you saw the deadline of last Friday, and you were watching, you know, a potential, you know, showdown between federal agents and Texas National Guard.
I've got to give real props to the CBP because they were outspoken very quickly saying they're not cutting down any razor wire and they are in full agreement with what Texas is doing.
And there was not going to be a confrontation with the Texas National Guard.
Now, Joe Biden had his deadline.
It's come and it's gone.
And now he's going on vacation for a long weekend today.
Yeah, Sean, and here's why you're not seeing that showdown on the front lines, because Border Troll agents and Texas DPS Troopers and National Guard, they know the strategy that works.
And it's the strategy that the federal government should be doing.
It's the strategy that we did under President Trump when I was acting commissioner to CBP.
And it's the strategy that's being implemented under Governor Abbott.
And that's a multi-layer strategy of infrastructure, technology, and personnel.
That Constantino wire that's there, plus this show of force and technology.
It sends a clear message to those that are thinking about illegally entering, not here.
It's not going to work here.
And that strategy works everywhere where that multi-layer strategy is placed down.
But, Sean, if I can, I want to hit something on you said with respect to vetting.
Because, look, we've had one point, I'm sorry, we've had 8.9 million total nationwide encounters.
And to your point, here's a big lie.
Even those that we apprehend, it is almost impossible for us to actually properly vet them that most people would understand what vetting is.
But when this Secretary of America says they're being properly vetted, he's lying to the American people.
They do a quick what-and-warrance check here in the United States.
But what we don't get is we do not get information with respect to their criminal history from their home country.
That's why even those that we apprehend and we release, we could potentially be releasing criminals, murderers, rapists, pedophiles, and aggravated felons into our border every single day.
I mean, this is what's absolutely happening.
And now we don't know the people that are here.
We don't know where they are.
We don't have any means of tracking them down.
Law enforcement now, I mean, their hands are tied in a lot of states.
They're not even allowed to ask somebody's status.
I mean, if you pull somebody over and they don't speak English and I mean any English at all, is it wrong to assume that maybe they're new to America?
That doesn't seem like such a far-fetched idea to me.
Wouldn't that normally be considered a red flag by law enforcement that would trigger them to say, may I see your license and registration, some sort of identification?
But now we know cops aren't even allowed in a lot of these states and cities to even ask that question.
Mark Morgan first.
Yeah, Sean, that's that quite in fact.
New York, where Sarah just did a great job explaining what happened there, New York, NYPD, they're prohibited from asking any of those questions.
And they're prohibited from even working with ICE.
So here we have somebody that their first act of this country is to illegally enter the country, then they remain illegally, and then they go after cops.
And yet NYPD, the very entity that they assaulted, can't do anything about them because they're here illegally.
And real quick, and Sean, you talk about this all the time.
1.8 million known gotaways in the last 36 months.
And also, Border Toll has apprehended 90,000 criminals in the past 36 months.
Murderers, rapists, pedophiles, aggravated felons, and gang members.
Think about how many of those criminals are among the 1.8 million known gotaways.
Yeah, that's why we say what's happening is both jeopardizes our safety and national security.
I can't say it any better.

We continue with our friend Mark Morgan talking about Biden's disaster at the border, nearly 10 million now illegal immigrants unvetted into the country and how bad it's getting.
Just looking at this tape infuriates me.
Cops being beaten on the, you know, in Times Square in New York by a group of illegal immigrants, and they don't even have a baton to fight back.
You know, with all the times, I mean, combine the times that you've been reported for Hannity and years gone by.
I've been down to the border 12, 15 times.
I gave a count, Sarah, and seen all of this unfold in our own eye right before my eyes.
I got to tell you something.
I mean, I never thought it could get this bad.
And at times, it was bad.
I mean, we set a record 370,000 some odd illegal immigrants in the month of December of 2023 alone.
How do you look at those numbers and even begin to comprehend it?
I mean, that basically is a wide open border for anybody.
And then you look at the countries they're coming from.
We know hundreds from Iran, number one state sponsor of terror, hundreds from Syria, their satellite, thousands from Egypt with the Muslim Brotherhood that's home to the Muslim Brotherhood, thousands from Afghanistan, home to Al-Qaeda, 12,000 plus from Russia, 26,000 from China.
I mean, why are those people making that trek all the way down to our southern border?
What, just because they want a better life for themselves and their families, which is usually the argument that the left makes why we should let people in illegally instead of doing it legally?
I really believe that it is weaponized migration.
And I've been talking to people, Sean, in the intelligence community, people overseas in Western intelligence, in Central America.
We can see that a lot of this migration, these massive groups of illegal aliens that are heading towards our border, are also being utilized by people like Maduro in Venezuela, the cult regime in Iran.
And just like Mark Morgan said, and you brought it up, Sean, yourself, I mean, the horrifying fact, because it is incomprehensible, because these numbers are so huge.
They're so huge.
And we know that we're losing the people in this fabric of America.
And right now, even with Christopher Wray pointing out the problems here, we know that the FBI is probably not up to task, not really up to task on this after that recent report showing that, you know, the FBI has become more woke than it's become prepared.
And so that's another problem altogether.
But think about the fact, Sean, that we can't even vet these people properly.
And that's what Mark was saying.
We can't say, okay, we need to run a background check on this guy that just walked in because let's say he's from Syria.
How are we going to get cooperation from the Syrian government?
Do you think Bashrul Assad's government is going to give us any kind of cooperation at all?
And why wouldn't our adversaries like Iran, like China, like, you know, North Korea and Syria and Iraq?
And why wouldn't ISIS or Al-Qaeda or any of these other organizations, terrorist organizations, why wouldn't they use our failed border to bring in what they need?
And not just people, Sean.
Not just people.
Remember, our U.S. intelligence apparatus has long looked at this border, as well as the northern border, but the southern border, for a potential entry point for a weapon of mass destruction, for contraband that could lead to the death of thousands of Americans.
Well said.

This is Joe Biden.
Let's remember who the hell, who we are.
Says this at the National Prayer Breakfast and then tells the parents of plane officer Kennedy Sanders that, oh, his son Bo died in Iraq.
We've been over this again and again.
He's been fact-checked again and again.
His son did not die in Iraq.
It did not happen.
He died from cancer.
It's tragic, but stop saying that he died in Iraq.
He did not.
Anyway, here's Joe.
That's sincerely my prayer to all of you.
We have really tough, tough differences.
We really go at one another.
Remember, let's remember who the hell we are.
We're the United States of America.
It's all about dignity and respect.
So let's practice it.

But in Joe Biden's case, he is a chronic pathological liar.
I just don't know if he would know the truth if it hit him in the backside.
And the fact that a good portion of this country, including the news media, has no concern about this.
For me, it really integrity, morality is such a huge, huge thing.
And the inability to tell the truth is beyond concerning.
As I said, it's extremely distressing for me.
And again, you know, to your callers, anyone listening, not your callers, excuse me, people listening, this gentleman has a problem, and he is a pathological chronic liar.
Period.
End of story.
Well, I mean, you know, he never one time, ever once ever talked to his son Hunter or his brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
He's told us for three years the border is closed and the border's secure.
He keeps saying this lie about his son Bo, and I'm sorry he lost his son.
I'm sure that's tragic that his son died in Iraq.
That didn't happen either.
But that's only the tip of the iceberg.
I think he believes his own lies.
The Amtrak lie.
I mean, there's so many of them.
I mean, it's kind of hard to keep track of.
The problem is the mob and the media that was so obsessed with trying to say Trump lies.
He's a lie.
He didn't tell the truth.
They never once call out Joe Biden.
Pretty interesting, isn't it?
But fairly predictable, Jill, unfortunately.
I totally agree with that.
And I'm very much a believer.
You hold the same standard across the board.
And it really used the word, I think, a little while ago, outrageous.
It angers me.

This is why 270, what, seven days from now, it's going to matter what happens at the polls.
It's a big deal.
We're going to make a difference this time.

Everybody, pay attention.
Get over your reluctance, your resistance to vote early and vote by mail.
And you must, you know, for those of you, whatever swing state you are in, you know, find a way, mobilize, and match the legal ballot harvesting efforts based on the law of your state with what the Democrats are doing.
At least match their efforts, but you'd like to surpass them if possible.

You know, I'm just so done with that state, and it breaks my heart.
My family's there.
My son is there.
I wish they'd all moved, but, you know, it was easier for me to get out of there.
And I'm in Polk County, so my sheriff doesn't tolerate what just happened in New York City.
That would never go down here.
And I'm so.
No, that's not going to happen in any county in Florida.
Let's be very blunt about it.
I am glad that my kids, you know, are down here.
That means a lot to me.
I don't know.
I mean, just invite your family to spend more and more time.

I mean, there's so many flights between, you know, that go to every area of Florida from New York.
I mean, just spend some time down here.
You'll fall in love with it.
I have my son and my granddaughter in Houston.
I lived there for 10 years, way back, and I've been back.
I cannot believe the difference, the change in the last two years.
It is frightening.
It is frightening to change.
It's a whole different place.
And what I don't understand is I thought we had Power of the Purse.
I thought all this talk was, oh, Power of the Purse, we're going to pull the SBI, I'm sorry, the IRS agent money.
We're going to put it towards the border.
What are these Republicans doing?
They're doing nothing.
They're doing nothing.
Here's the problem.
They're now down to a two-vote margin.
This is why we're paying such close attention to the New York congressional seat number three race.
That's George Santos' old seat.
Right.
And you've got a career politician by the name of Tom Swazi.
And this Maisie Pillip is doing very well.
And that is a winnable race.
By the way, that's my old district.
Yeah.
One question.
What do you think about this whole rumor or talk about Michelle Obama, them following, trial in the FEC papers and her throwing herself into the ring?
What do you think?
Because this.
Well, I've not seen any papers filed.
I've not heard that.
I've heard a lot of people speculate about it.
And do I think it's a possibility?
Yeah, I think Republicans better prepare for any possibility because I don't think Joe is healthy.
You know, the more and more we've been playing tapes of Joe and his comments about they're going to, you know, illegal immigrants and they get to stay and they're not going to be deported and please come.
And, you know, when you hear these comments from just four or five years ago and you compare Joe cognitively then versus now, I mean, the decline is dramatic.
It is so bad.
It's embarrassing.
It's embarrassing.
I cringe.
But what scares me is this is an Obama administration.
This is his third term.
There is no way he's running the show.
And if she gets in there, I'm telling you, we are going to lose everything, including the House and the Senate.
Because you've got to let your listeners know that what they got now is what they will get with another Obama in office.
They cannot allow this to happen.
Until we get to Election Day, I'm not sure I'm going to believe he's going to make it.
I really don't.
But there's going to be a lot of turmoil if they try to get rid of Joe or if he even was convinced to back away.
Kamala Harris is not going to go away, you know, with a smile on her face.
And I think that that's something that Gavin Newsom had figured out pretty early, which is why he's been so adamant that he would not, under any circumstances, take a nomination.
But we'll see.
Michelle Obama, I think the Obama name would be formidable.
I do.
But the policies, again, are not policies that I want this country to be following.
And on substance, it would not be good.
It would be a continuation of, I think, of pretty much what we're doing now.

So my question is: we know that President Biden is not healthy mentally.
Whether he's got just dementia or he's got Alzheimer's, he's not really engaged in what's going on anymore.
And so my big question is: who is running the United States?
Who has the codes to the major weapons?
And why wouldn't Kamala Harris be sworn in or the Secretary of State sworn in if they didn't think Kamala Harris was able to handle the situation?
And also, why would it not become public?
It's like they're beating around the bush and staying away from what I think everybody in America is questioning, but nobody's asking.
You know, one of the questions in my mind is: if he's this bad in public, and you've got to imagine that they're really timing Joe's appearances to his, what I would call his peak hours of cognitive, his peak cognitive hours.
Maybe we'll call it that.
And maybe there's a combination of medication.
I don't think we'll ever find out if that's true or not.
I don't know.
I just see what my, I open my eyes, I see what I see.
And everybody else sees it as well, including America's enemies.
So do I think there is a certain level of awareness?
Yeah.
Do I think that he is really capable of doing this job?
I don't.
And I've even gone as far as to say, I don't know if you've ever been to Walmart or Target, and there are retired people that will often meet you at the door.
They're greeters, they're called.
And they'll say, oh, anything special you're looking for?
Any department you'd like me to point you in the direction of?
And they're so nice and they're so polite and they're so kind.
I don't know if Joe would be up to that job because I don't think he'd remember where the departments are, especially in like a Super Walmart or one of those big Target stores.
He won't remember where the items are.
You actually have to know what you're talking about if you're a greeter.
Absolutely.
And I agree totally.
So because he has no ability to handle the presidency anymore.
Somebody else should be taking over that because that's a huge position.
Our world and our country is at stake, and we're leaving it up to whoever is controlling our country right now because I have a feeling it's not him.
I have a feeling that you're right.
And I think we're paying a very dear price for all of it.
