Time Text
This is an iHeart Podcast.
Trump's assault in democracy isn't just part of his past.
It's what he's promising for the future.
He's being straightforward.
He's not hiding the ball.
Trump's not concerned about your future, I promise you.
It does not matter who you are, where you come from, or who your father is or your last name.
Yes, I'm looking at you, Hunter Biden, as I'm speaking to you.
We have no choice except to refer charges and find Hunter Biden in contempt.
His choice.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we have coming to your city.
Come and play our guitars and say you a country soul.
Sean Hennedy.
The new Sean Hennity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup and information overload hour.
Our toll-free number is 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, in just a minute, we'll introduce you to Congresswoman Mary Miller.
She sent out a tweet that got our attention or got Linda and James' attention, and that is that Secretary Austin forced our troops to get an experimental COVID shot and discharge them for not producing their VAX paperwork, but he disappeared for days without telling anyone, citing, quote, medical privacy.
Well, that is not leadership by example.
That is dereliction, and he should resign, which, by the way, I and many others agree with.
Head should roll over this.
That was a total compromise of our national security.
And here's the other problem.
A lot has been going on.
We have 200 attacks on American troops in Iraq and Syria, and there's been nothing in terms of any real response from the Biden administration.
You know, similarly, we've had other attacks that are now going on with the Houdi rebels.
And, you know, at what point is the Biden administration going to engage?
Because remember, it was Joe Biden in his refusal to designate the Houdi rebels.
By the way, they are funded by Iran, as per usual.
Iran, by the way, seized an oil tanker that had been previously seized by the U.S. and that claims it belongs to America while the vessel was sailing off the coast of Omam.
And the tanker Suez Rejoon had been seized by the U.S. last year and renamed St. Nicholas before being boarded by the Iranian-backed terrorists earlier today.
Now, NATO, other countries, America all threatened that there would be a fierce response if the Houdis continued their activities the way they've been doing it.
This oil tanker, literally, once at the center of a crisis between Iran and the U.S., was boarded in the Gulf of Oman by unauthorized men in military uniforms Thursday morning.
And Joe Biden, his response is to do next to nothing.
There's a great piece in the Wall Street Journal, lessons from the strike that killed Soleimani, and that is the Iranians, they'll be deterred if the U.S. has the will to use force when necessary.
But of course, that's not happening.
And remember, it was Joe Biden that removed the terrorist label from the Houdi rebels that have been fighting a proxy war on behalf of Iran against Saudi Arabia.
And now they're the same group terrorizing ships at sea and also firing rockets into Israel themselves.
And again, Joe Biden has done nothing.
Anyway, 800-941-Shawn is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Joining us now is Congresswoman Mary Miller.
Congresswoman, how are you?
Glad you could be with us today.
Well, good afternoon.
Thanks for having me on.
I so appreciate you, Hannity.
I always say that whoever controls the information controls the people, and we are grateful that you are getting information out and being a truth teller on what's actually going on.
Why is there a reluctance and resistance of Joe Biden to fight back anywhere?
I mean, how many more of our troops have to be attacked in Iraq and Syria before Joe responds militarily against the people that are attacking our troops?
You know, how many more incidents have to take place in international waterways by Iran-backed rebels and terrorists before Joe sees the need to step in and do something?
How much more pressure will Joe Biden put on Israel not to win the war, but to wind down the war before it's won because they're being pressured by the base of his party?
I mean, how long does this all continue?
Well, Joe Biden is not our commander-in-chief.
He's the crisis creator in chief.
And from day one, he has exposed himself to the world as a weak leader.
And he's destabilized the entire world.
Iran does not fear or respect Joe Biden.
And, I mean, Joe Biden doesn't even know where his defense secretary is.
Well, it's a little scary.
I mean, look, I mean, he didn't know for eight days that the guy even had cancer.
I'm a big believer in medical privacy.
However, he didn't grant that very privacy to the rank and file troops that put their lives on the line for us every day.
And people that were against getting the vaccine based on their own personal choice and in consultation with their personal doctors, we know what happened to many of them.
They were thrown out of the armed services.
We lost a lot of good people as a result of those stupid policies.
Yeah, and this is just hypocrisy to the ultimate.
And also, Secretary Austin definitely knew when he took the position that he doesn't have privacy like a regular citizen does here.
I mean, we need to know where he is.
Biden needs to know where he is.
I mean, this is ridiculous.
He should resign immediately.
Well, I think he should.
Let me ask you, what's going on with Congress?
I mean, you guys have a very small majority right now, and there seems to be a lot of angst over this budget deal.
And why aren't Republicans united on two 9010 issues as far as I'm concerned?
And one would be securing the borders, and the other would be fiscal responsibility.
I would think the new speaker, Mike Johnson, would be able to unite everybody.
But in fact, that's not happening in your caucus.
Why?
Well, we must unite on the border fight, and I believe we are.
We need to fight for HR2.
We passed that.
It's good border policy.
I went with the speaker down to the border last week, and this is non-negotiable.
This is the number one issue.
We've got to secure the border.
And obviously, Biden and his administration are colluding with the cartels and Mexico.
Everything was cleaned up when we were there.
I actually stayed an extra day to observe what would happen after we left, and they got right to it, setting back up for the next onslaught of illegals that were going to come in and get the red carpet rolled out for them, basically.
I mean, I represent a district in Illinois.
We're a sanctuary state, and we're already bankrupt.
This is a disaster.
They're expecting the people in Illinois to pick up the tabs with their housing, their medical, their education, and all the other social ills that come with bringing this many people over the border.
This is a non-negotiable.
We're going to fight for this.
So, how's this going to play out, in your view?
I don't know, but I know I can't vote for any funding until the border is secured.
And there's many people on board with me on this.
Yeah, I agree.
Anyway, we appreciate you being on the program.
Keep up the good fight.
We do need strong conservatives.
There's not many of you from Illinois, I can tell you that.
But we do appreciate your time.
Thanks for being with us.
Thank you, Sean.
You take care.
All right, 800-941-Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, let's go to James, California next on the Sean Hannity show.
James, I bet you're very, very happy about the new gun law that went into effect in January on January 1, the new law that guarantees health care for illegal immigrants in your sanctuary state.
I bet you're really thrilled with all of that and the talk now of a wealth tax in the state of California.
I bet you're really happy about that too.
Oh, ecstatic.
Makes me wonder why I moved here from North Carolina to begin with.
Well, answer your own question.
Why did you?
Following work, I was at the time I was doing government work for the military, a 10-year veteran, two different branches, and ended up out here working for Spay War.
And due to budget cuts from a certain individual, which is the main reason why I called, I lost by Government Gunn because he cut all the budgets to the military.
So why are you out there now?
How long has it been since you needed to be out there?
I've been out here way too long.
Unfortunately, the way things go out here with tax for their tax upon the tax that they tax, I can't seem to even make a dime enough to where I can actually afford a truck or whatever and move out.
Oh, man.
Well, I'm sure North Carolina's cost of living is dramatically lower.
And I think you'd be better back where you were, but that's my own humble opinion.
And if nothing's really holding you there, I sense the shores of North Carolina or the mountains of North Carolina.
They're calling you.
I think they'd be glad to have you back.
I'd love to go home.
I really would.
One thing I think might help brighten your day after a riot is my 10-year-old son listens to you while he rides with me in the car.
He does an asset channel and whatnot.
And whenever you debate somebody, hey, where's your proof?
Where's your evidence?
My son's right there, arguing with you.
Yeah, you've got no proof.
Where's your evidence?
So there's a 10-year-old up and coming with the same process or idealism that you have, sir, and his, well, me, his dad.
I was the kid his age listening to the radio into the late night.
So I definitely, it could be a bright radio, TV, podcast future for him.
And we wish him the best, my friend.
God bless you.
Thanks for being with us.
800-941, Sean, if you want to join us.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
Let's say hi to the, well, we have a state representative, Bernard Willis, from the state of Ohio.
Now, by the way, Governor DeWine, I believe the House just overturned his veto on this big trans bill that has been controversial in Ohio.
Anyway, Representative, welcome to the program.
Thanks for checking in with us.
I appreciate it, Sean.
Really happy to be with you.
And longtime listener, used to be a watcher.
And I'm on WHIL here, locally listening all the time.
I was on the way home from the state house yesterday having overturned the, or at least voted against, in the Ohio House to overturn the governor's veto of what we all feel like is very good legislation.
Well, let's talk about it because this became, you know, this has become a pretty hot issue in Ohio.
Do you think the Senate's going to follow suit or is it going to be close?
What do you think is going to happen?
The Senate sent us back a really good sub-bill that combined efforts that had been being worked on for years and years.
Our Representative Jenna Powell had been working on safe women's sports for years.
Headed everyone up to including right at the end, having Riley Gaines come up to meet everyone and explain the kind of national effort going forward to keep trans women or what we would say biological men out of women's sports.
And then on the other side of that, the SAFE Act, which was Representative Gary Click's bill to basically save our adolescents from experimentation, if you can kind of put that together as a SAFE Act, to kind of get this gender affirming care, or what we would truly call sex change things and gender affirming care that is getting bodily mutilation and chemical castration on our kids out of the medical practice for all these minors.
And when those were put together, the Senate sent it back to us.
Everyone was in pretty well lockstep, and we had supermajorities that passed them out of the Senate and the House.
And the governor just was misinformed.
Let me ask you about this because you had this abortion referendum, and it did surprise some people, but it didn't surprise me.
And I've made the case that 2022, one of the big reasons the big wave, Republican wave didn't happen, had to do with the issue of abortion and Roe v.
Wade being overturned and abortion being sent back to the states.
And, you know, what I've been telling people is putting my own personal feelings aside, and that is that I'm, you know, I believe in the sanctity of life, it's that I don't think that is where politically, he word politically where the country is.
And I think Ohio affirmed that my gut instinct on that is correct.
Do you agree with me?
I do.
I think that, you know, I'm a first-term state representative, so I've had a year up there to kind of watch what the landscape looks like.
And, you know, there was some overreach in those areas.
And I think the voters came back and told us that we needed to refashion what the controls were on something.
It's such a highly provocative, and there's such a strong feeling on both sides of it.
So I agree with you to some extent.
All right, State Representative Bernard Willis, Ohio.
Thanks for listening.
Thanks for checking in.
Say hi to my buddy Bill Cunningham in Cincinnati.
Sean Hannity, you're a great American.
God bless you.
God bless America.
I want a full report.
Everybody loves Willie.
He goes, do I really sound like that?
And I said, yep, that's what you sound like.
Anyway, my friend, thank you.
Bob in Louisiana next.
Bob, happy new year.
How are you, sir?
I'm doing fine.
How are you, Sean?
I'm good.
What's going on?
Oh, I was just going to mention I was listening to you last week while I was working, and you were talking about the, they were talking about the liberals that were moving into the state of Florida.
And I just wanted to give my opinion on that.
I know a very few liberals.
I live down here in Louisiana.
Most of us are conservative.
But the few liberals I've run into, unfortunately, also some family members, you cannot convince them that they're wrong in their views.
You can throw facts at them.
You can cite any kind of statistics you want to.
And it appears that they just blow it off instantly.
They will not listen to reason.
And my point was I'm scared if we get more liberals moving into our conservative states, that they'll just turn around and vote liberal because they don't think that Joe Biden's policies have caused inflation.
They don't think it's caused massive influx of illegals into our country.
They all just throw it right back to Donald Trump.
This Trump system was broken and it's Trump's fault.
And that's mainly what I just wanted to say that from my limited experience, these people don't listen to raisins.
You can't throw facts at them.
They don't like facts.
You know, like Joe said, don't confuse me with facts.
And that's really all I got to say, Mr. Sean.
I just wanted to mention that.
Well, you know, look, I got to tell you something.
I say this again and again.
If you're leaving a state because they have burdensome regulation, high taxes, high crime, horrible schools, and you move into a state to get away from that, don't bring your liberal policies with you and elect the people that would implement those same policies that you're running away from.
That'd be pretty dumb.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.
25 to the top of the arrow.
Thank you for being with us.
Here's our toll-free number.
It's 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Listen, I don't know if you've been paying attention to the cost of automotive parts and car repairing.
It is through the roof.
I mean, I know people that have gotten whacked needing a new transmission or big parts of their car, and I mean, they're paying thousands and thousands of dollars.
I don't have to worry about that with my car because my car is protected by CarShield.
Now, prices on everything are still rising.
We saw those numbers come out earlier today.
I've locked in my price.
It'll never go up if, God forbid, I need an expensive repair done.
CarShield helps me handle every single thing.
It keeps you safe and secure when you're out on the road with yourself and your family.
And they offer protection plans for around $100 a month.
And it covers more parts than ever before, even small items like an alternator.
Even that's a couple of hundred bucks.
And big ticket items, what if you need a new transmission?
Now, whether your car has 5,000 or 150,000 miles on it, CarShield has a protection plan for you.
And this year, you can choose coverage through CarShield and make it a resolution that you don't want to get stuck paying $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 for a big repair.
Anyway, go to their website.
It's carshield.com slash Hannity, or you can call toll-free.
It's 800-587-5060.
Mentioning my name saves you 20% on your plan.
CarShield.com slash Hannity or call 800-587-5060.
And you'll save 20% by mentioning my name from CarShield.
By the way, so this little stunt of Hunter didn't particularly go over well.
And anyway, so then he doesn't want to, he doesn't want to comply with a congressional subpoena.
They tried, oh, well, we want to do our, we want to do testimony, but we want to do it in private.
I'm sorry, in public.
Well, they can't ask certain questions in public.
And the way this system works is, and James Comer said, yeah, if you want a public hearing, you got it.
But first, you're going to come in like everybody else and do a deposition because that's the way the process works.
Now, when people like Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro didn't show up for their subpoena, well, they had to go to court and charges were brought against them.
Well, is it going to be different?
Is there going to be a two-tiered system of justice?
One for Steve Bannon, one for Peter Navarro, one for Hunter Biden?
Because it looks that way.
By the way, the little stunt kind of backfired, too, when they went out in the gaggle of the media.
Somebody was asking Hunter this very important question.
Would you please, I'll answer your question if you keep quiet and let me make a statement.
What kind of crack do you normally smoke, Mr. Biden?
Ouch.
Anyway, let's get to our busy phones.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Mark in New Joise.
What's up, Mark?
How are you?
Glad you called.
Getting ready for your big snowstorm?
I don't know about that.
I'm in the southern end of the state.
What's going on?
Hey, so, you know, with you moving down to Florida, you got me wondering.
Besides the people in these blue states never being able to get a Republican governor, which that was out of the question really before.
Now with all these people moving out of these blue states, moving to Florida, Tennessee, and so on, what's the odds that they're going to change the electoral votes and give these conservative states more electoral votes?
And how about Congress representatives?
Well, it's interesting you said that because there was an analysis if this trend continues that there are going to be fewer congressional seats in these blue states.
They're already starting to lose them.
And I think they're going to lose them.
I mean, it's a slow process based on population movement and trends.
And states, conservative states, the top five states are Texas, Florida, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.
Those are the top five destination states for people that are leaving high-tax states like yours and highly regulated states like yours and states that don't put a priority on law and order and safety and security and have horrible school systems.
And people are voting with their feet.
Now, you add to that, another reason I think it's going to be accelerated is there's always been a certain percentage of the retiring population that wants to move to a warmer climate.
By the way, Linda, I think the biggest joke I've got is people say, well, Hannity's going down to Florida.
He's beginning his retirement.
I'm like, no, I just signed long-term deals with radio and TV.
I'm not going anywhere.
Nice try.
I'm more engaged than I've ever been.
Yeah, the problem is, is if you did retire, you'd be running around talking to yourself all day.
That would be super weird, actually.
It probably would be super weird, but it's probably true.
Look, I think this is going to continue, and I think eventually it'll start impacting.
Look, if more people move to North Carolina and Georgia and Arizona that are conservative, well, those are three states that Republicans desperately need in their column every four years.
And if they get more congressional seats, the analysis, I think it was on National Reviews where I saw it, was pretty spot on.
And by 2032, they think it's going to have a pretty big impact.
So in like 10 years or so, maybe we'll start seeing the impact on the nationwide.
We'll see it after the 2030 census.
Yes, I think we'll start seeing it then.
All right?
But that doesn't get us off the hook.
We've got to win this next election.
I'm focused like a laser beam on this presidential election.
That matters.
Anyway, Mark, God bless you, man.
Appreciate your call.
Glad you're out there.
800-941-Sean, our number, Idaho, Lisa, next, Sean Hannity show.
Happy New Year to you, Lisa.
What's going on?
Happy New Year.
Honored to talk to you, Sean.
The reason I'm calling is because I'm a registered Republican and I have been since 1980.
And I am utterly disgusted with the Republican Party.
Utterly disgusted.
Some of the women that represent us on Capitol Hill, I admire them, Lisa Stefanik, Nancy May, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
But the vast majority of the men in the Republican Party who do not stand up for the American conservative people just churns my stomach.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the evil that the left and the Democrats are doing to this country.
They're doing it to Donald Trump, his family, conservative.
They are spreading mass evil in our country.
Our country is just going down the tube.
And then they wonder why suicide rates are up while there's hopelessness.
And the Republicans do not rally together, call it out for what it is, and publicly do this to shame the other side into what they're doing.
And I think it needs to be done.
I'm just disgusted with them.
You've got to understand this very, very, there's a very powerful, unholy alliance with the Democratic Party, radical socialists, the climate alarmist religious cultists, and the media mob.
And they're not reporting the truth.
If you watch fake news, CNN, or MSDNC, or if you watch ABC, NBC, CBS News, or read the New York Times or Washington Post, you're not learning how bad things are at the border.
They're not informing their readers.
They're not informing their viewers.
And they are doing a disservice.
They've not been willing to really cover the whole Biden family syndicate and the numerous issues and questions that arise out of their foreign business dealings.
They tried to pawn off, well, Donald Trump owned the Trump Hotel in Washington and foreign visitors stayed there as some type of comparison to Joe Biden taking official actions as president, as vice president that directly benefited his son, who he admits has no experience in any field of endeavor dealing with energy and was addicted to drugs at the time.
There's no comparison.
That might violate the emoluments clause.
They've so overreached with Donald Trump.
This is something we probably will never see again in our lifetime or maybe ever again in history, is they have taken a guy like Donald Trump.
He's a street brawler and he is a fighter.
Everybody knows that people wish he'd fight less.
But when he's president and he's fighting against China and Russia and fighting to keep our border secure and fighting for energy independence and fighting for lower taxes, I'm glad that he's a fighter.
You know, just I think some people think the switch will just go off and that's not how it works.
But, you know, America is going to have a big choice coming up here.
That's all I can say.
And elections matter.
And I don't know if we can withstand four more years of unbridled stupidity in terms of economic policy, border policy, energy policy, foreign policy.
I don't know if we can, I don't know what shape the country would be in if, God forbid this guy got four more years if somebody that thinks like him gets four years.
Wouldn't be good.
Great.
I completely agree.
And that is why I think that the Republican House, they need, I don't care, they call press conferences.
I don't care if they do it on a weekly basis, but they need to make a bold, strong stand for conservatives in our country.
They need to go to bat for us.
And I'm sorry, but they are just seckless, sad to say.
Listen, there are too many Republicans that don't have a backbone.
There are just too many rhinos.
I hope some of them get primaried.
I hope you get strong conservatives.
You know, there's a reason all my life that I have registered as a conservative, not as a Republican, because I don't identify with the Republican Party, but they are the more conservative party, obviously, than the Democratic Party.
So it's not like there's a conservative party and we have another choice.
I don't know what the future holds.
There might come a time in America where, you know, third-party candidates really have a good shot at winning the presidency.
That time is not now.
That time has not happened yet.
But maybe at some point that will happen.
I don't know.
But anyway, I do appreciate the call.
I am glad you're out there.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, Matt in Louisiana.
Matt, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean.
Nice to talk.
What's going on?
Oh, not a whole lot, just down here in Louisiana.
Love your show.
Listen to it.
Love what you're doing for the country.
But I did have one very important question for you.
Yeah.
Since you moved to Florida, how is your martial arts training going?
Did you move your Since Witcher?
Are you having to get a new one?
Or what's going on with that?
Well, actually, where his mother lives, his mom's in her 90s.
It's not far where I am.
He happens to be near where I am.
We've been training in person all this week.
But no, I just set up a big television in my new dojo.
I haven't gotten all my equipment yet.
It's on order.
And anyway, and we just do it remotely.
And honestly, you don't miss a beat.
I mean, he's training me just as hard, except I have less black and blue every day.
Well, that would make sense.
That would definitely make sense.
We're glad to hear it.
Glad you made a move to Florida and no tax take.
Great place.
We're not too far over here from you in Louisiana.
Well, we love your senator.
We love Senator Kennedy.
He's great.
He's awesome.
He's probably the most entertaining guy in Washington at this point.
Anyway, my friend, love our friends in Louisiana.
God bless you, man.
Have a great new year.
Back to our phones.
Let's say hi to Jerry in the free state of Texas.
Jerry, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Oh, thank you, Sean.
Won't keep you.
I just want to just kind of let people know.
I hear every day about I'm so tired of the Republican Party.
I'm so tired of the Democratic Party.
I'm so tired of this, so tired of that.
What people need to understand is it doesn't just rest on the president.
We need to not stop at the president and get a new president.
We need to replace our Senate, our House.
We need to take it all the way down to the state senate and state house.
There's people there that have been there forever that have nothing better in mind than to further the betterment of their own political party.
Not the betterment of the state or not the betterment of the country and for sure not the betterment of the people.
And what they don't know in your day-to-day life, state representatives, state senators, state governors can have a greater direct impact on your life than maybe even what the federal government is doing.
And so, yeah, I think it's a smart admonition to remind people to pay attention to that.
Absolutely.
You're right on the money.
Anyway, appreciate the call, my friend.
800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.
Before we go, wow, I've known for a long time this is going to happen to these blue states with their massive budget deficits, you know, now that they're not getting all the COVID money that they became addicted to.
So California Democrats, and watch this.
It will happen in New York.
It will happen in New Jersey.
It will happen in Illinois.
They now want a wealth tax that will close their $68 billion budget gap.
Quote, the wealth tax would also apply to non-residents who have recently left the state.
That's what they're going to try to do.
How would that ever be constitutional?
But that's now what the next step is.
Anyway, you know, man, you can't even leave the state and they still feel they want to pick your pocket.
But anyway, we'll have full coverage tonight on all of this and the debate with DeSantis and Nikki Haley, the town hall with Trump last night.
We also have the very latest on the stunt of Hunter Biden.
We have the chairs of the three committees that matter, James Comer, Jim Jordan, Jason Smith.
We'll get Ron DeSantis' take on his debate with Nikki Haley.
Alina Haba, that is President Trump's attorney.
Greg Jarrett, Alan Dershowitz, Nine Eastern, Hannity Fox.
See you tonight.
Back here tomorrow.
Thank you for making this show possible.
And we'll see you tonight back tomorrow.
