If you want to be a part of the program.
Well, greatest moment yesterday had to be Chris Christie about to get out of the race.
Now remember, earlier in the day, New Hampshire governor Sununu, who he holds a lot of weight in New Hampshire.
And uh he was pressuring Chris Christie to get out of the race.
And and this there had been some people that support Christie asking, well, why why am I not putting Christie on?
I'm not putting Christie on because I didn't I never felt he was a serious candidate.
He was there for one reason and one reason only.
And that was to talk about Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
And he never really was running for president.
He would dispute it, and he's acting like he's the only one with the courage to say what the things that he's saying, etc.
etc.
etc.
He was in there to to be a never Trumper.
And I don't I don't consider that, you know, somebody that's serious about wanting to get the job and run and be the president of the United States.
And I just felt like every interview that he did, whether it be on ABC, MBC, CBS, fake news, CNN, MSDNC, was just one big never-ending Trump bashing fest.
I would imagine after all is said and done, don't be surprised if you know Chris Christie ends up with a contract being quote a Republican on one of these networks when he's anything but a Republican.
He just isn't or a conservative.
You know, this guy left office as governor in New Jersey with a 14% approval rating.
He was never a series contender.
Oh, I got in double digits in one poll in New Hampshire, so I was really showing signs of you know getting there.
No.
So he he's you can tell if you really listened a little closely to what he's saying here.
He's number one, you can hear how full of himself he is, and number two, how wrong everybody else is and you know the the level of arrogance that he has, and and and then he reveals his true feelings, mostly about Nikki Haley, a little bit about Ron DeSantis.
And that I mean it's it's just unbelievable to me.
And it just kind of validates what my gut was telling me from the beginning, which is this guy's not a serious candidate.
This guy has an agenda, and it's anything but becoming and and being elected the the president of the United States.
Listen.
They don't want to hear it.
We know we're right, but they don't want to hear it.
And and there's, you know, we couldn't have been any clearer.
Right.
We couldn't have been any more any more direct or worked any harder.
So I mean spent.
Well, when you get playing the China and places like that.
Yeah, that's what you get.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, look, she spent 68 million so far, just on TV.
Spent 68 million so far.
59 million by DeSantis.
And we spent 12.
Yeah.
I mean, who's punching above their weight and who's getting a return on their investment, you know?
And she's gonna get smoked.
And you and I both know it.
She's not up to this.
She hasn't even been still 20 points behind Trump in New Hampshire, right?
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
And he's gonna still gonna carry out right.
Yes.
Oh, he's I tell you, I talked to DeSantis called me.
Petrified that I was.
He's probably getting out of it after Iowa.
All right.
So I mean, that was he he did not know his mic was hot.
There is a rule if you have a microphone on, always assume it's hot.
Although I've been known to occasionally make a mistake, uh, but not that often, thank goodness.
So he's caught on a hot mic, and what is he saying here?
Ow, we were the ones saying the truth that nobody else wanted to hear.
We were right the whole time.
We couldn't be more clear.
He's like boastful about how clear he was in his his Trump bashing.
You know, we couldn't have worked any any harder.
You know, well, Nikki spent sixty-eight million in TV ads, Ron spent 59.
We only spent 12 and playing whatever his comment was.
And I'm listening to that, and I'm saying, well, because you couldn't raise as much money as they raised.
That's why they spent it.
Because they had it.
And, you know, and Nikki's gonna get smoked and she's not up to this, and Trump is gonna win Iowa, New Hampshire, et cetera, et cetera.
Well, if you're angry about it, well, I I I guess you kind of failed, Chris, in your mission.
Because your mission was to go out there and be the guy meaning the American people.
That's there's there's a level of arrogance behind all of this that is breathtaking to me.
Now, if you look at the polls and you know, the final wave of polls, Iowa State University, Civics poll coming out.
I mean, over half, 55% of caucus goers are selecting Donald Trump as their top pick.
Now, things in Iowa can get a little funky based on it being a caucus system and you know, ranked voting and all that sort of thing.
Governor DeSantis and Nikki Haley are tied for second place with what 14%.
And around three-quarters of the participants said their minds were made up regarding their their first choice candidate.
And, you know, you just you just look at it, and it is what it is.
Those are what where the polls are.
That's where the people have landed, and all of the indictments and all of the mugshots in the world were not able to separate Donald Trump from the Republican base.
Now, New Hampshire is a more difficult state.
I would imagine things will be closer in New Hampshire.
Uh but even the two most recent polls there had Trump over Nikki Haley by seven in one and by twenty in another.
I mean, those those are those are big numbers.
But I mean 55% Trump in Iowa is a big number.
That's huge.
And I don't know how you could, you know, how do you overcome that?
54% in the Suffolk poll that just came out also today, Suffolk University poll, likely GOP caucus goes, 54% for Trump, 20% for Haley, and and 13% for DeSantis.
Um, you know, uh I have nothing against the other candidates.
I'm just giving you the reality and and what it is, you know, they've got to overcome if if they want to win here.
By the way, we have another Oregon Democrat now joining the push to remove Trump from the ballot using the 14th Amendment.
Attorneys representing Oregon voters are suing to keep Donald Trump off the ballot.
I thought they were, you know, I thought the big issue for Democrats was you know protecting democracy.
No, it's not.
They they they want to do everything legally that they can possibly get done that they you know, because they fear Donald Trump to that extent.
As a matter of fact, 56% of registered voters now in another new poll in a uh uh UGO Economist poll, uh believe that Donald Trump will be the next president.
You know, so he's if you look at the poll out of Michigan that came out, I was I was shocked by this poll.
Detroit News surveying likely Michigan voters and the margin of error plus or minus four points.
Trump is leading Joe Biden by eight full points, 4739.
And he has been numerous polls that have come out that show Trump winning in every swing state.
Now, a lot can happen between now and November.
I wouldn't I wouldn't really put that much stock in these polls at this time.
But the my is that what it's gonna be?
Is it minus 20 with Monday?
No, it just it doesn't even say wind chill, it just says minus 20.
I'm assuming with the wind chill kinds of craziness.
You know, when I moved, I didn't bring down my winter coats.
Oh, you're gonna be cold.
No.
So I got a phone and I said, can somebody, you know, I don't have an Amazon account because I don't have a computer.
So I'd have somebody else buy me a winter coat.
Hopefully I hope it's here.
I say, can you buy it?
Can you you know, can you also include, you know, like toe warmers and hand warmers and maybe a pair of gloves.
Those things look like you get all that.
Although I hate wearing those hats even when I used to ski, I used to hate wearing a hat.
And when I ski didn't you love hats.
I love them.
I don't like them.
And well I'm wearing a baseball cap.
I wear a baseball cap every day, but that doesn't do anything to keep your head warm.
Not with twenty I can't believe I'm gonna leave eighty degree weather and I'm gonna head into minus twenty.
Is it gonna be a shock?
Yeah it's beautiful.
Oh wow uh Trump says Biden brought chaos to the U.S. and he vows to bring success.
Look you had dueling um shows last night and and I was asked by the news department if I'd be willing to give up my hour for the night and I said sure.
Because uh there was a debate and I kind of flipped back and forth.
I was watching the debate with Governor DeSantis and Nikki Haley and and then watching Donald Trump in a town hall.
This may surprise people I know a lot of people like Trump rallies um and I've done so many town halls with Trump that I like him in the in the town hall format much better than I do with the rallies at this point.
And you might ask why you are you curious why I like that better?
because you get to see parts of his personality that i've always known existed that you don't really get to see during the rallies uh you get to see that he's funny you get to see that he's smart and that he could talk about any topic for endless amounts of time uh you get to see that you know he's funny and generous and was very nice to the people that were asking questions at the town hall you just see a different side of him and i don't think enough people i
I think people have this mental image that's been created by Democrats and the and the media that he's just evil.
He's no he's not evil we have a lot of Hunter news to get to today you know following up on his stunt yesterday but the net result doesn't mean a thing because two House committees voted to advance Hunter Biden's contempt proceedings.
Now the big question is what will Merrick Garland's Department of Justice do they apply the standards that they applied to Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro to Hunter Biden I don't know.
It'll be interesting.
We also learned yesterday that Hunter Biden's Manhattan art dealer said that he never worked with the White House on any ethics pact.
Remember, they told us, oh, no, we have an ethics agreement that Hunter won't know who the buyers are and they will remain anonymous.
In fact, the art dealer himself said Hunter knew about 70 percent.
He testified that Hunter knew who bought about 70 percent of the art and including this.
What do you call this?
What do you call that guy?
The sugar somebody?
The sugar brother?
The sugar daddy?
No, sugar brother.
This guy Morris that lent.
Kevin Morris.
He was in court with him.
Kevin Morris.
Sorry.
Yeah, he was in court.
He was in.
No, well, he wasn't in court.
He was before Congress yesterday.
He showed up with Abby Lowell, Hunter Biden's attorney.
And anyway, so Hunter is now apparently also going to plead not guilty to tax fraud charges.
This was in the Associated Press.
He's going to head back to court today for an arraignment in Los Angeles on federal tax charges after the collapse of that, you know, sweetheart plea deal.
They could have spared him the spectacle of a criminal trial during the 2024 campaign.
campaign I you know are we gonna have all of these trials going on?
Because Joe Biden is up to his eyeballs in a lot of this too and that's that's the one thing that Democrats don't seem to understand here that this Biden impeachment inquiry is real.
What did Joe know?
When did he know it?
Why did he lie?
Why did he lie so often I mean you know those so they show up you know you gotta love by the way what some people were saying yesterday I think it was Nancy Mace who's who said he's the epitome of white privilege and my first question is who bribed Hunter Biden to be here today.
Marjorie Taylor Green starts speaking and he ran out of the room as quickly as he could and then he's being asked for a whole a whole bunch of questions and saying well why did you take phone calls with your foreign business partners.
Why did his dad lie when his when his father said he never once spoke to his son, brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings?
Anyway, the Biden uh administration's ethic office, we now know through a Freedom of Information Act request, they have no records at all relating to the appointment of Hunter Biden on this art patron.
And now the art dealer says, Yeah, he knew who the buyers were, at least 70% of them.
And then what when asked, for example, why did you put your dad, the the vice president on speaker phone twenty times with your foreign business partners?
You know, he said, Well, don't you ever talk to your father?
You know, you put him on speakerphones multiple times.
Fox Business's Hillary Vaughn asked the question.
Mr. Biden, why did you put your dad on speaker phone with your business partners if he had no involvement in your business?
Do you have a dad?
Did he call you?
Yes.
Yes.
Okay.
But why didn't you need to talk to him during business meetings if he had nothing to do with your business?
You're very dangerous.
You're dangerous?
What's wrong with that question?
That's a legitimate question.
Another reporter apparently we played this yesterday.
What kind of crack do you normally smoke?
Ouch.
Please, I'll answer your question if you be quiet and let me make a statement.
Okay.
Crack do you normally smoke, Mr. Biden?
Uh it the problem isn't this is not a Hunter Biden issue.
Everyone thinks this is about Hunter.
No, this is about Joe Biden.
The fact that Hunter defied a congressional subpoena means he should be treated the same way people like Bannon and Navarro were treated.
It's that simple.
You gotta understand why why would Hunter show up when he's the vote is taking place to hold him in contempt of Congress.
They're only showing up because he and his lawyers are confident that Joe Biden's Department of Justice is not going to prosecute them.
Otherwise, there's no way they would have showed up.
Now, he doesn't want they make a big sting.
Oh, we want to we want this to be public.
It will be public after you go through the normal process, like everybody else, of doing a closed door deposition.
And the White House would not comment or say whether they knew that Hunter was going to crash the hearing and insist, well, he's a private citizen who makes his own decisions.
James Colmer is saying that Marjorie Taylor Green must have spooked Hunter because he ran out of the room as soon as she began to speak.
So but there's a reason for everything here.
This this was done as a show.
And let me tell you one other thing.
Every time we're talking about Hunter, it takes everybody's attention off of what is the real issue.
And that it was that is what was Joe's um involvement and why did Joe lie, and how much did Joe personally benefit from all these deals?
Twenty-five to the top of the hour, eight hundred nine four one Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
All right, holidays have come, they've gone, and you probably spent more money than you wanted to, but let not your heart be troubled.
I have a way to save a lot of money and not sacrifice service at all, thanks to our friends at Pure Talk.
Now, this is this is a company that shares your values and a veteran-owned company.
And the best part is when you compare the services with our friends of Pure Talk to the big carriers, ATT, Verizon T Mobile.
Well, they use the same cell towers, the same exact ones, the same 5G network.
The exact same.
And right now, Pure Talk has unlimited plans starting at only 20 bucks a month.
Now, the average family saves close to a thousand dollars a year for the exact same service.
Now, why would you not save that money?
That's money in your pocket, especially in tough economic times.
You simply dial pound two fifty, say the keyword save now.
You'll save an additional fifty percent off your first month.
If you do it now, they have a U.S. customer service team, they make it simple, they make it fast, they make it easy to make the switch.
Pound two fifty keywords saved now from our friends at Pure Talk.
You know, it is interesting to watch prosecutors like you have the DA in Fulton County, Fanny Willis, and she's now under huge fire, uh immersed in this controversy.
Uh but you know, people like Fannie Willis, you know, dedicated to getting one man, Donald Trump, dedicated to uh attacking one family, the Trump family, dedicated to one going after one organization, the Trump organization.
That that's what Letitia James ran on.
We'll have more with our legal panel at the top of the hour, but it's getting interesting because we're now learning that the Get Trump Georgia prosecutor Fanny Witt Willis, you know, she wasn't busy huddling with the Biden White House.
Uh she had her team conspiring with the January 6th committee, which is a little different than what we're now learning about Letitia James, the AG of New York.
But anyway, the top prosecutor leading the election interference case in Georgia against Donald Trump.
Uh, you know, apparently she's she's paying this guy that turns out to be her boyfriend, you know, over six hundred and fifty thousand dollars in legal fees from the Trump case alone since twenty twenty-two, and they're using a lot of this money together, they're traveling to you know great destinations like Florida.
I love all these Democrats traveling to the free state of Florida, Napa Valley, the Caribbean.
Uh, he's making as a subcontractor involved in the Trump case.
You know, he's he's he's making more money than she's making as the Fulton County DA.
Anyway, and it's uh so that is an interesting thing.
But now we're also learning that lawyers and agents employed by the Fulton County District Attorney were meeting with staffers of the January 6th committee.
Looks like they were coordinating as she was preparing for a special grand jury investigation at the meeting meeting, which was previously unreported, January 6th committee staff allowed the district attorneys and and their surrogates and their paid contractors to review a limited section of their findings.
Uh, they couldn't take it with them, but they they were getting information, seems like questions need to be asked about whether there was any type of coordination.
Then in the case of the New York attorney general, look, she can't, she's just fulfilling a campaign promise.
She was very clear that she's gonna stop Donald Trump.
She's gonna end, you know, the Trump family's business.
And and by the way, they got a judge that is perfectly happy to stay with the valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, which by the way, ironically, is the very thing that they're accusing Donald Trump's company of, overflated, over inflated, under inflated valuations.
Because Mar-a-Lago is worth closer to a billion dollars than $18 million.
You can't even get a lot on the ocean in Palm Beach, Florida, a two-acre lot, you know, that's for sale for $200 million is a corner lot I saw that has a road between the ocean and the and uh the lot, a busy road, and that's for sale for $150 million.
And like, you gotta be kidding me.
Anyway, during comments at the end of the court proceedings during his civil fraud trial, Donald Trump referenced the report that the New York Attorney General Letitia James may have colluded with the Biden White House as this investigation progressed.
Uh now this happened earlier this afternoon.
I think we're able to locate this report.
Uh I actually have copies uh that were sent to us exclusively that show that Letitia James and had visited Joe Biden's White House several times uh between April 22nd, uh April of 2022 and August of 2023, according to White House visitor logs in September of 2022, Letitia James announced a civil fraud lawsuit against former President Trump and the Trump organization.
I mean, what they're trying to do is they're basically trying to just completely cancel the Trump organization in New York and all their properties and put it under some type of receivership, conservatorship.
So I guess that they'd have to sell them to get out from underneath this and make sure that the Trump organization can never do business in New York again, and they wanted initially a $250 million uh fine.
Now that's up, I think, to $360 million that they're looking for.
But anyway, um, she ran on a campaign to get Donald Trump, the Trump organization, the Trump family.
Well, she's basically just fulfilling a campaign promise.
But the first White House visit seems to have taken place on April 7th, 2022.
We'll have Trump's attorney on Hannity tonight.
We'll ask about this.
And that's, you know, in September of 2022 is when She announced a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump, accusing the Trump organization of financial fraud to enrich the former president.
Remember, there's not even an aggrieved party here.
There's not, in other words, so every single loan that the Trump organization took out had a disclaimer.
The disclaimer said, don't use our numbers.
You've got to do your own valuations and you've got to do your own due diligence.
Which, if you're lending that type of money to anybody, you have a fiduciary responsibility to do your own valuations anyway.
The idea that anyone would listen to a borrower and what they think their properties are worth is insane.
That's not how business is done.
And the same with insurance rates.
There's not one lender, there's not one insurance company that wasn't paid on time, and that's complaining in any way about the business that they were doing with the Trump organization.
There's no aggrieved party here.
The only aggrieved party is to those that want to cancel Trump in New York.
It's pretty unbelievable.
You know, there was an interesting piece, but now we have the first congressional Democrat calling for Lloyd Austin's resignation.
This is a House Democrat, Chris Deluzio.
Do you know him from Pennsylvania, Linda?
Became the first congressional Democrat to call for his resignation publicly, that he's lost trust in Lloyd Austin's leadership of the Department of Defense due to the lack of transparency over this medical treatment.
Have you heard of this guy?
I have not, but I tend to not listen to anything Democrats say.
If we can't trust the Biden administration, the New York Post editorializes to reveal that the secretary of defense is in the ICU and has cancer.
Of all the times as the Mideast is burning, Ukraine war rages on war in Europe.
China is threatening everybody.
How can you trust the Biden White House on more important questions?
For example, if they're not giving out the accurate health information about the Secretary of Defense, uh, how much trust could we put in the health information that they release about the 81-year-old president that is weak and frail and in obvious and transparent and significant cognitive decline?
Because the American people might need to know that.
Even James Clyburn, who frankly saved Biden's presidential run in 2020 in South Carolina, you know, said that, well, maybe maybe Austin should have said something sooner, you think?
Yeah, I think that would be a pretty good idea.
There was an interesting piece in the American Thinker about how key cabinet members and key advisors are all Obama administration holdover, starting with Jake Sullivan's, you know, then Anthony Blinken, uh, then Alejandro Mayorcus and a bunch of us, Samantha Powers and went to the Treasury Janet Yellen, you know, the chairman of economic advisors.
I mean, all these names, Merrick Garland even, Tom Vilsock, all were in served in the Obama years.
So it makes you wonder whether Obama's pulling all the Biden strings.
People ask me all the time, who do you think's making the decisions?
It's not Joe.
Nobody believes that.
On the immigration front, we have news.
The White House now is blaming New York City governor New York City Democrats for booting students to make room for Biden's illegals.
Talk about a lot of Hutzpah.
The Biden White House is now blaming New York City Democrats for booting a school full of city students from their classrooms to make room for all the illegal immigrants that Joe Biden sent up to New York City.
And Corinne Jean-Pierre yesterday said that decision to transfer nearly 2,000 illegal immigrants from a Brooklyn tent shelter to a nearby high school, forcing students to return to remote learning is quote, something that New York City needs to answer to.
Well, 85% of the illegal immigrants in New York City were sent by Joe Biden.
They weren't sent by Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis.
So they're willing to harm kids to help Joe Biden's illegal immigrants.
Because you can't tell me that online learning for these kids is better than in-person learning.
It's unbelievable.
You know, now you want to know why the impeachment of Mayorcus is moving forward.
You have more Democrats now speaking out.
They have had it.
They're fed up.
And they're tired.
They can't afford it, and it's getting worse every day.
Biden uh is now warning the his administration warning of an avalanche of deportations might be scuttled if the Supreme Court rules against them in a key case.
No, what's gonna have to happen at some point here is people are going to have to be sent back.
And then it's going to be, oh, but the children, look at cold harder Republicans are going to send the children back.
Well, we don't have the ability to care for 10 million illegal immigrants that Joe Biden invited into our country.
We just don't have the means of doing it.
VAs is being ripped for helping pay for illegal immigrant treatment as over 400,000 veterans and their families are waiting for care.
Maine is now paying for rent for illegal immigrants up in Maine.
I didn't know they had made it that far north.
Outraged parents are just flabbergasted over the fact that illegal immigrants have taken over their kids' schools, and yet they're always looking to blame.
They blaming what?
Global or climate change, Donald Trump, Greg Abbott, Ted Cruz.
They'll blame anybody and everybody.
Bad news on the economic front, Bidenomics once again, inflation rose more than expected in December.
And the labor department said today that the consumer price index, broad measure of the price of everyday goods, including gas, groceries, rent, went up again in December.
Prices climbed 3.4% from the same time last year, coming in above expectations.
I don't know why these expectations always are out there because they're never right on any level.
As it relates to the election, Oregon Democrats, I told they're joining to push Trump off the ballot.
They're joining that stampede.
I think that's going to end in the U.S. Supreme Court.
If it doesn't end in the Supreme Court, we are in trouble.
Trump I like Trump much better.
Do you like Trump better in the town halls?
Or I thought the town hall that he did last night, he does much better in the town halls than his rallies.
I know he likes to do the rallies because they're massive and he gets huge crowds.
But I just like the fact that he's more relaxed.
You get to see another side of his personality, and I don't think Donald Trump has to worry so much about his base.
I mean, that you know, for all the people that have challenged him, and there are some good people that have run.
And they they can't make a dent.
They can't make there's no inroads because of the relationship that Trump has with that base.
And for anyone to win the nomination, they they would have to be be able to break that hold that Donald Trump has on the on the Republican Party base.
If anything, it seems to be getting stronger.
And as I always say, it defies conventional political gravity.
You would think if a guy gets arrested and has all these legal problems that their poll numbers go down.
No, his poll numbers go up.
By the way, the average cost for a four-year education at Harvard, now estimated to be 317,800 among some of the courses you can learn, quote, queering education, black radicalism, sexual fetishes.
By the way, Harvard received six hundred and twenty-five million dollars from American taxpayers.
They have a $50 billion endowment.
Why is one red cent of federal dollars going to any student at Harvard University?
It's a s it's insane.
They teach a lot of Marxism.
The philosophy of Marxism is covered in various courses at Harvard.
I read this today, quote, reclaiming the queer past, their words, not mine, delving into quote, queer characters in Beijing during the Cultural Revolution.
Another class, capitalism crime punishment in American history, encouraging students to integrate the relationship between and mutual evolution of white supremacy and capitalism.
Okay, bring back Marxism.
Transgenderism is another closely studied topic at Harvard.
They have multiple courses dedicated to studies such as quote transgenres featuring many other many Others discussing uh intersectionality of transgenderism.
Harvard's education department, you know, has a you know perspective for K through twelve teachers elaborating how one can bring, quote, queerness and transgenderism into schools.
I'm using their words, not mine.
The description for the queering education said that there's a hidden curriculum of heteronormativity or the subtle practices in schools that privilege heterosexual gendered identities and ways of being.
Linda, would you like to me to continue?
I'd like you to stop.
I'm sick of this crap.
Welcome to class.
Some of the topics gay men that like beards.
Platforms for threesomes, SM enthusiasts.
I thought you actually got a good education at Harvard.
What did I know?
You never did.
I don't know.
I never went there.
O'Reilly went there.
We'll have to ask him next week.
Anyway, 800-941-Shawn, our number, you want to be a part of the program.
We'll look at the Fannie Willis and Letitia James issues that have arisen.
Was there any coordination?
Also, the legal issues surrounding Joe Biden not enforcing the laws at our border.
