Am I right about that, sir?
Yes, we have a message of the day.
She did a podcast on Monday.
The guy named Jay Shetty, H S H.
No, we covered it.
I got cuts of it.
Yeah, I'm well aware.
So, simple man, simple question.
Why would she bother?
She doesn't have a book.
She doesn't have anything to sell.
She has nothing going on.
And she's not going to do O'Reilly.
She's not going to do Hannity.
Why is she doing Jay Shetty?
And there's always a reason, if you know the Obamas, and you do.
I mean, both you and I covered them extensively.
They just don't do stuff.
They just don't wake up and go, oh, I think I'm going to do Jay Shetty's podcast.
Everything is vetted.
Everything is well thought out.
So that sent a signal to me that Michelle wants her party to know that she is, quote unquote, involved.
Okay, so she's very nervous, the crux of her comments, she's very nervous about 2024.
Also, a report last week that Barack Obama was in the White House, very animated.
That's what the report said.
Worried about Donald Trump in 2024.
Let me advance the story for Hannity listeners from coast to coast on two fronts.
Number one, Barack Obama is worried about the border.
That's why he showed up, because that's a killer for the Democrats.
And as you know, under the Obama administration, more foreign nationals were deported in the eight years than any other administration in history.
He showed up there to say, you better get your act together on that border.
So that's number one.
Number two.
Now, that has not been reported.
Do you have an inside source or is this your best guess?
No, I'm not guessing.
You know what I do for a living.
You look at my track record on predictions and things like that.
It's 90%.
I'm asking a specific question is this is this based on sourcing people you know that that but I don't use anonymous sources so I don't report it that way I won't use anonymous sources because that's corrupt.
But I have very, very good sources who I speak to on a regular basis about politics in America.
And they're anonymous, but keep going.
But it's also, look, I have anonymous sources that I cite.
When I have two people corroborating the same story, I'll do it all the time.
All of us who want to bring good, valid information to our audience have that.
But I don't want to go on the record as reported as fact.
But I will tell you with certainty it happened.
Okay, number two, and this may be more important.
Lloyd Austin, Secretary of Defense, serious operation for cancer.
The commander-in-chief of the country does not know about it.
He didn't know it was cancer until yesterday.
He didn't know anything about it until January 4th, and this began a month earlier for 30 days.
He didn't know anything about it.
So that tells you two things.
Number one, that the Pentagon does not respect the Commander-in-Chief.
Because surely Austin's detail knew where your Commander-in-Chief, Hannity, O'Reilly Commander-in-Chief, we immediately suspend Lloyd Austin.
We put him on medical leave so we don't embarrass him.
Because that can't happen.
He didn't have the secretary.
I think it's a fireable offense, but keep going.
But let's be humane.
The guy's got cancer.
No, no, no, that part I feel sorry for.
By the way, I don't even think he needed to disclose his personal health information.
We needed to know the truth about the severity of it.
But that should have been disclosed immediately.
So, you know, God forbid we had an international incident, Bill.
Absolutely.
But we're going to be compassionate because we're compassionate people, as everybody knows.
We're putting them on a medical furlough, but we're sending a message to saying, this can't happen again.
No one, everybody's got to report honestly to us.
And the third thing is Biden will not do that unless he's embarrassed into doing it, which he might be.
Why won't he do it?
Because he doesn't care.
He doesn't care.
He doesn't see the big picture.
He doesn't understand the erosion of his authority.
Doesn't understand that, as you pointed out, something might have happened overseas, that you need Lloyd Austin.
He doesn't understand any of that.
It's exactly the same thing at the border.
Everyone that I run into, all civilians that I see, the first question is, why doesn't he do anything about the border?
But he could.
Because he doesn't care.
And people go to me, oh, that's a partisan comment.
You hate Biden.
No.
That's news analysis based upon his.
I think it's more sinister than that, Bill.
I think this is all done by design.
Not for him.
He's not designing anything.
He can barely get out of bed.
But it started when he first took office.
They purposely, they took the secure borders they inherited and they broke down systematically that which was working most.
As a matter of fact, the most effective border policy in the modern era was the Trump policy, Bill.
Policy.
And the progressives who control everything Biden does wanted the open border, so that's what happened.
But does Joe Biden himself care about 10 million nationals coming into this country?
No.
Because he's incapable at this point of caring.

Every day.
And three out of five days, he's got nothing on his schedule.
Today, nothing.
He had lunch with Kamala.
That was it.
No meetings, no official proclamations, nothing.
The man is isolated like Woodrow Wilson was for the last 18 months of his administration.
His wife ran the White House, Edith Wilson.
Woodrow had a stroke.
Woodrow couldn't get out of bed.
It's the same thing going on now.
They can prop Biden up, but he can't even get on or off the stage.
So let's wake up, America.
Well, the problem is he's kind of locked in.
For whatever reason, there's nobody in his inner circle that seems to care enough about him as a person.
You know, at some point, Bill, I'm just going to say what many people believe and see, and it may be deemed controversial.
To me, it's almost now borderline elder abuse here because everybody knows what's going on.
If their entire team is on pins and needles every time he opens his mouth and Jill Biden is at the ready to escort him off the stage like she did this weekend, you know, during his Republicans and MAGA Republicans and threat to democracy and insurrection and Nazi comparisons and escort him off the stage.
He doesn't know whether to exit stage left or stage right after he reads a speech that I'm sure he didn't write himself or even probably read ahead of time himself, which is why he digresses so often and gets himself into even more trouble.
This is going to sound cruel, but again, it's true.
Joe Biden is a vehicle.
He's not a human being to these people, and he's not a human being to either side.
The people who don't like him, if he disappeared tomorrow, they'd be happy.
The people who support him know that he cannot make decisions of any kind at all.
So he's a vehicle.
His wife uses Joe Biden to have power.
Joe Biden loves the power.
She loves it.
And then the progressive movement knows that Biden will do everything they tell him to do through his counsels in the White House, through his staff in the White House, who, by the way, remain as anonymous as any staff I've ever seen.
Nobody knows who these people are.
The chief of staff, his White House counsel, nobody knows their names.
So they figure if they can elect them, they'll be the real ones in power.
Joe will take his power naps.
They don't want any publicity.
It's not like the Trump administration where everybody knew who was advising Trump, who was in the White House, because they were getting fired every three months.
So everybody knew who they were.
Okay?
Now, nobody knows who any of these people are.
Once Clain, Ron Clain, and you barely knew him, left, nobody knew who took his place.
Nobody knows.
He really didn't leave.
He moved to the campaign, but keep going.
Okay.
I almost feel sorry for Biden in this regard.
I don't think there's anybody who cares about him.
Certainly Hunter Biden doesn't care because Hunter Biden's fiasco today on Capitol Hill embarrasses his father.
It embarrasses the man.
Here's this arrogant guy showing up going, blank you, Congress.
I'm not answering your subpoena.
I'm not going to sit for a deposition.
Blank you.
This is what the son of the president of the United States is doing.
You want to bet that the Fix is in and Merrick Garland, who would ultimately have the decision to move forward to treat Hunter the way they treated Bannon and Navarro, that they're not going to do it?
No, Garland's going to delay unless he has to do it.
But Teddy Roosevelt would have thrown his boys in Oyster Bay if they had done anything like that to him.
And that's what I'm trying to say.
People have lost all perspective about how bad this administration is, not just on policy.
But no one is in charge of this country.
No one is in charge.
That is frightening.
You're making a mistake in assuming nobody's in charge.
I disagree.
I think there is a group of people, radical leftists.
I call them the climate alarmist religious cultists.
They're the ones that have the most influence on the policies of Biden.
They're the ones that want the open borders.
No bucks.
They're the ones that are forcing and pressuring Israel not to defend themselves.
They're the ones that are unwilling to confront China and confront Russia or take any strong stand.
And their economic policies are predictably a failure.
It's socialism.
And they're talking about, well, the great stock market year we had last year, but that only took, that basically negated the losses from the previous year.
So nothing is going well for them.
And they gave us $2 trillion more in debt.
But there are people with an agenda that are in charge, Bill, and they know what they're doing.
They are advancing that radical agenda, and Joe's just rubber stamping it.
As a historian, there's no buck stops here.
There's no Harry Truman.
There's no decision maker at the top.
That's what I'm saying to you.
Okay, there might be a consensus of progressives trying to design insane things like an open border, but we need a president of the United States who can make decisions.
We do not have one.

I'm now a full-time Florida resident and a proud Florida resident at this point.
I've been threatening to do this for years.

People may not know this.
New York, my former state, has a you must retreat section in their gun laws that you've got to make an effort to retreat in your own home for crying out loud.
How nuts is that?
Well, New York has a lot of nutty laws, so that doesn't surprise me.

A word from the 46th president of the United States.

You said you were.
Now you got to be honest.
I'm going to be honest with you.
Sean Hannity is on right now.
All right, back to our busy phones.
Trish is in New York, my former state.
What's up, Trish?
I hope you're holding down the Ford okay without me.
We miss, yeah.
But we understand the move.
I'm calling kind of as a quasi-public service call.
My husband and I recently, we are permitted concealed carry in New York State.
We recently purchased an additional pistol that we wanted to add to our license.
When we went into our permit office, the woman explained to me that the rules of the game have changed in New York.
And so anybody in New York, in your listening audience, this is something that they're going to want to know.
COCO has changed recertification from five years to three years without public notification.
There's no grandfather clause.
So that means if you certified in November of 2021, you have been operating on the assumption of the old rule, which meant you had five years to recertify.
That is no longer true.
You now have to recertify in November of 24.
Well, I have had a New York City carry permit for almost 20 years, and that was every three years.
It had to be renewed.
And, you know, you had to prove a need to have that carry permit.
Thankfully, thank God I never ever got in a situation where I ever had to defend myself or people around me and my life was in jeopardy.
But it's happening every day.
Violence is just out of control all over that city.
And once you have a city permit, it also is effective in all 50, in every part of New York State.
But they don't have a lot of reciprocity laws either.
But go ahead.
I'll give you the final word.
Yeah, so the problem is, is you do not recertify within the now three-year timeframe.
You now illegally own pistols.
I had to hire somebody, a former policeman, just to handle all the legalities surrounding all of my weapons.
I hired somebody because I wanted, I have to, I know I have to be perfect because God forbid I get one little thing wrong, then they're going to throw the book at me.
So I literally hired somebody just for that purpose.
Now, at the time, there have been one or two moments because he has an inventory of my gun collection.
He said, by the way, as of this date, you can no longer have this weapon available in New York.
And I'd be like, what?
And so I live with that over my head the entire time.
And, you know, I've already taken my safety course down in Florida.
I don't want to talk too much about my personal safety issues, but I protect myself.
I protect my family.
It's that simple.
Well, if you're in New York and you hold a license, you need to check your end date.
It's no longer five years.
It's three years.
Most pistol safety instructors no longer teach because they've changed the rules.
You now are driven to a website, State Ron, that collapses all the time.
The other important thing to know is you now have to have semi-rifle added to your pistol if you got your pistol permit.
Even though you don't have to register your rifles, you have to have semi-rifle on your permit on your license in order to go in and purchase or be shown a semi-rifle, say, at a gun shop at a Cabela's at a you want to know what the saddest part of this is?
Criminals don't know a single thing about that which you are talking about.
And guess what?
By their very nature, they don't obey the laws either.
So we're talking about law-abiding Americans like you and me.
And, you know, but it's a good admonition for people in New York: pay attention.
These laws keep changing at the top of the new year.
The gun laws in California got more restrictive there as well on January 1st.
If you're in California, pay attention because if you make a mistake, they'll throw the book at you, unless your name is Biden Clinton or Obama.
