What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Simple man, all things simple man, self-proclaimed Bill O'Reilly, all things O'Reilly, at his website, billo'reilly.com.
It has been ages, Mr. O'Reilly, since I spoke to you.
It's great to have you on the program.
It probably will be our last show before Christmas.
I want to wish you and your family, even your children that you call urchins, a Merry Christmas and a very, very happy new year.
Well, that's very nice of you, Hannity.
I'll accept those wishes.
Thank you.
All right.
So we just had James Comer on for the hour.
We went through this whole rigamer roll.
Hunter, you know, doesn't want to sit down for the deposition.
Now we have both James Comer and Jim Jordan.
They have said that Hunter has defied lawful subpoenas.
They will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.
And we will not have a, there will not be special treatment because his last name is Biden.
Now, I just happened to find, because I have a Cracker Jack team led by maybe your biggest fan, Linda, and we found Joe Biden on tape answering the question whether or not people who are subpoenaed and don't appear, whether they should be arrested.
You might want to hear this, Mr. O'Reilly.
This should be on the no spin zone, by the way.
Listen to people who defy congressional subpoenas on the January 6th committee.
I hope that the committee goes after them and holds them accountable.
Do they be prosecuted by?
I do, yes.
I think they should be prosecuted.
So is he saying that about his son Hunter now?
No, because he doesn't know what he's saying.
No, no, no.
He was very clear there that if you defy a congressional subpoena, that you should be arrested.
Yes, but he's not putting it in the context of my son's doing the same thing.
Stat's incapable.
He can't do that.
He's not mentally up.
But here's this is a fascinating story because remember Steve Bannon went to prison for four months.
Well, he didn't go to prison.
I think he's on appeal, but he got sentenced to four months and a $6,500 fine.
Right.
But wasn't he detained in some way?
Bannon, was it house arrest or whatever?
He was detained and he had to pay $6,500.
And he may very well have to send the rest of his sentence in some kind of facility.
Now, that puts Merrick Garland in a very difficult position because you can't just do that to Bannon and go through the whole procedure and not do it to Hunter Biden, can you?
But they also did it to Peter Navarro.
It's not just Bannon.
Well, he's awaiting.
Navarro's awaiting.
And we don't know what's going to happen to him, but Bannon was sentenced to four months in prison.
So now Garland's sitting there, I can guarantee you right at this moment in Washington, D.C., going, I got to bring this guy in.
He's got to come in because I can't justify it, and you can't.
Nobody can.
How can you justify it?
By doing this to Bannon, spending all taxpayer money prosecuting him.
And it's exactly the same thing that Hunter Biden did.
Exactly the same thing.
So I expect that will happen.
Mr. O'Reilly, you're a very smart man.
What I am going to play for you is what I've been playing for this audience and what we have put together is a shifting narrative.
The narrative began when Joe Biden was running for president, that he never once spoke to his son or his brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
Then you will hear that evolve into, I've never talked to my son about his business.
That evolves into President Biden has never been in business with his son and never invited into, et cetera, et cetera.
And then today, it evolved into Hunter saying that my father is not financially involved in his businesses.
And he mentions Burisma, et cetera.
This is the evolution of or changing stories or the evolution of a lie because with each new piece of evidence that came out of either the Ways and Means Committee or the Oversight Committee or the Judiciary Committee, they changed the language.
Words matter, Mr. O'Reilly.
You know that because you have the word of the day every day.
But listen.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealing?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses.
Period.
One of your son's former business associates is claiming that you were on speakerphone a lot with them talking business.
Is that what?
Never talk business in them.
I knew you'd have a lousy question.
Why is that a lousy question?
Because it's not true.
Periods of the White House and the president still stand behind his comment that he's never been involved and has never even spoken to his son about his.
So I've been asked this question a million times.
The answer is not going to change.
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
Can you categorically say that the president of the United States was not involved in those business dealings and did not profit from any of them?
From our side of the equation, I can tell you that Hunter did not share his business with his dad.
I can tell you that he did not share money from his businesses with his dad.
Why you interacted with so many of your son and brother's foreign business associates?
I'm not going to comment.
I did not.
And it's just a bunch of lies.
You didn't interact with foreign business associates?
I did not.
There's lies.
Let me state as clearly as I can.
My father was not financially involved in my business, not as a practicing lawyer, not as a board member of Burisma, not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman, not in my investments at home nor abroad, and certainly not as an artist.
Now, both Bidens lied on the issue of getting money from China.
We'll get back to that in a minute.
What do you make, Mr. O'Reilly's simple man analysis of the ever-changing narrative since more and more evidence has been coming forward?
Well, this is lawyer talk that the Bidens are doing now.
And the lawyers know.
I think every American who wants to know, remember, a lot of people believe what they want to believe.
So they don't want to believe that Joe Biden did anything wrong.
You're not going to convince them no matter how many sound bites you got.
They just won't do it.
But the lawyer is there in business to get the Bidens off.
So they know they can't go in to the original statement that I never spoke about business with my son.
And nobody believes that.
I mean, you don't fly to China on Air Force 2, which is a, what, 15, 16-hour flight, and you don't have any conversation about what Hunter Biden's going to do in China as vice president?
None.
Come on.
You know, look, there comes a point where fair-minded Americans who seek information know what happened.
And everybody knows that Jim and Hunter Biden used the vice president's office to get money from foreign concerns.
That's what happened.
Now we have to find out if Joe Biden himself profited directly from that and how much he helped his brother and son grift, because it was a grift.
And what I mean by that is there was no service granted in return for the money.
None.
The bribery statute does not require that he benefited.
However, Hunter Biden himself implicates his own father in his laptop.
Go ahead.
Let's advance it.
We've got to advance the story on the Hannity Radio program.
Biden can't continue as president if there's a linkage into him getting financial benefit from his son or brother.
He's done.
He's through.
It's like Nixon Watergate tapes.
That's it.
Then let me ask you, Bill, when his own son says on his own laptop, complains he has to give half his income to Pops, when he complains and there are multiple emails about what account should we use to pay off Pops home repairs.
I've been doing this for 11 years.
When Tony Bobolinski is in meetings with Joe and Hunter, everybody knows that 10% goes to the big guy, meaning Joe Biden.
When all of that evidence, and then Joe himself, through pseudonym emails, is writing the financial guy, you know, 350 times or so.
Is that not enough there?
20 show corporations, 10 Biden family members paid?
That's an awful lot of money, tens of millions of dollars, no services apparently rendered, none that they've mentioned.
Then, of course, you have the actions that he took as vice president.
He went against Obama administration policy five days after a phone conversation with Burisma executives and Hunter when they were in Dubai, when they said they desperately needed D.C. help, and he leveraged a billion dollars to get the prosecutor fired in Ukraine, who was investigating Burisma that was paying his son Hunter millions, and Hunter admits he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, or Ukraine, and was addicted to drugs at the time.
Now, did he take official actions, as the 1023 form suggests?
And did his family benefit?
Because that would fit the bribery statute.
Is it enough?
It might be if America aren't lets you do the closing statement.
Is that a trick answer?
I'm sure that's going to happen, Bill.
From the Attorney General saying, look, I want you to do the closing statement.
I heard you on the radio with O'Reilly.
And so you come on in.
It might be enough.
But there are two things outstanding.
Number one, the defense now is for all the money that was floating around that when it wound up in Joe and Jill Biden's pocket, it was payoffs for loans that the Bidens had extended to their brother and their son.
That's the defense.
Well, as Comer pointed out, where's the original loan?
Well, there would be, for example, Bill O'Reilly, if I loaned you money, there would be bankruptcy.
Show your bank account.
Exactly.
And show the date.
And by the way, as a matter of law, I'm sorry, go ahead.
Yeah, if the Bidens can't show they lent the money, then guilty.
Then they're guilty.
That's pretty simple.
You've got to show in a statement, whether it's your bank account or your brokerage, that you transferred money for a loan to Jim and Joe, to Hunter and Jim.
Okay?
Well, so far, you would think if the White House did loan the money, that we'd all have that bank statement, correct?
They would have produced it.
They would have been able to produce it.
And by the way, Bill, if you loan money, I believe it's over $15,000 a year.
Declare it.
You've got to declare it.
Well, and you also have to, as a matter of law, if I'm not mistaken, charge interest to make it officially a loan.
I just did that for my nephew.
I just did that for my nephew.
Why didn't you just give him the money, Bill?
You're rich.
Well, whatever it may be, I'm a good guy.
That's true.
And I said, look, the kid is just, you know, he needs to buy a home, and we're going to help him.
But you have to obey the IRS laws on the loan.
100%.
I tell everybody, follow every dotted I and cross T, or they will get you.
So circumstantially, right now, all right, on December 13th, 12 days before Christmas, Joe Biden is guilty.
Circumstantially, he's guilty.
But in a court of law, the jury can go any way.
So my posture is I'm already convinced that Joe Biden is corrupt, as are you.
We are both convinced the president of the United States is a corrupt man and has been for quite some time.
That is not enough.
So what we need to do is advance the story.
The impeachment inquiry should pass.
The subpoenas have to be enforced.
Hunter Biden has to be charged by Merrick Garland.
All this stuff has to happen very quickly.
And I think it will.
I really think that this is the beginning of the end for Joe Biden.
Mr. O'Reilly, I agree with you.
Completely.
What does Bill O'Reilly do on Christmas?
You know, I don't brood on Christmas.
It's one of the few days of the year I'm not brooding because Irish guys brood.
That's what we do for our hobbies.
Oh, my gosh.
I'm not a brooder, but go ahead.
Yeah, you brood.
I've seen you brood, Hennedy.
Believe me.
Oh, my gosh.
I live in a house that's 110 years old.
It's a great Christmas house.
I bet the heat works great in that house.
It's actually comfortable.
All the urchins are coming, the two urchins are coming along with all of the rest of the family and we'll have a nice traditional Christmas because I believe in...
I need to interview your children and find out what they think about you calling them urchins.
Hannity, as long as I'm picking up their tabs, they don't know what I call them.
All right, Bill O'Reilly, all things simple, man.
AllthingsBillO'Reilly.com.
We really appreciate you being with us, Bill.
And everybody go to billoilly.com for the best Christmas gifts ever.
We'll save you a ton of money.
And Merry Christmas to the Hannity clan.
Thanks for having me.
Thank you.
All right, we appreciate it, Bill.
Thank you.
All right, 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, call now.
And maybe if you disagree, I really want to hear from you.
800-941-Sean.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith political warfare and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a Rosetta Stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
I'm Leon Mayfook from Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries.

Yes, that's right.

All right, we're awaiting this vote on the official impeachment inquiry.
It's expected to pass.
I think the only Republican that I've heard so far that would vote no is Ken Buck in out of Colorado.
But, you know, with Washington, you just never know.
In the meantime, let us get to our busy phones.
All right, Ron is in San Diego, Cogo Radio.
What's going on, Ron?
How are you?
Thanks for checking in.
I'm good, Sean.
Thanks for taking my call.
You are a great American, sir, and it's a privilege to talk to you.
Privilege is mine.
Thank you.
I respectfully disagree with you and Bill O'Reilly.
I don't think anything is going to happen to Hunter Biden or Joe Biden.
They're going to figure out a way to sweep with some of the carpet.
And it's like you said before, it goes from, well, I never talked to my son about this to I never, you know, I never, it's just, it's just a, you know, he's got the, he's got the DOJ in his pocket.
And I just don't think that anything will come out of this, to be honest with you.
What are your thoughts?
Well, you raise a good point.
History would favor your theory because nothing ever happened to Hillary.
You know, we had this, you know, Durham investigation, Horowitz investigation.
Nothing happened to the people involved.
And I can go back and forth and back and forth.
And the weaponization of our justice system is real.
And we have a dual justice system.
You know, for example, look at the issue involving Hunter Biden today.
And now we have Jim Jordan and we have James Comer.
By the way, both will be on Hannity tonight.
And he defied a lawful subpoena.
And the usual standard investigation, if you are subpoenaed to testify, you first testify behind closed doors under oath.
And in that environment, it's not five minutes a Republican, five minutes a Democrat, where you can barely get a thought out.
No, it's an hour for a Republican, an hour for a Democrat.
And you really get to hone in and dig down deep and get questions answered.
And to his credit, James Comer said, no, then we can have the public hearing if you want to have a public hearing.
Hunter Biden went out there today and he tried to make the case, I'm here, I'm ready to testify at a public hearing.
What are Republicans afraid of?
They're not afraid of anything.
They're willing to give him his public hearing.
But just like every Trump, they had to go behind closed doors first.
And the sad thing is, is that the media lies on behalf of the Biden team.
They act as though they want to hide this behind closed doors, but that's exactly what the Adam Schiffs and Jamie Raskins of the world did and everybody else.
That is the standard procedure.
So now, as Comer and Jordan said, he defied what is a lawful subpoena.
They will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings.
They will not provide special treatment because his last name is Biden.
Now, this whole sordid story, in large part, is about the issue of special treatment for the Bidens.
You know, the idea that this guy Weiss investigated this for four years and couldn't find, he didn't want to charge Hunter with anything.
And then only because of the whistleblowers coming out did they come up with the sweetheart deal.
And then only because of a brave judge in Delaware did that sweetheart deal fall apart right before their eyes.
They made it to the finish line.
They didn't cross it.
And only because, you know, people like Rudy Giuliani's attorney, Bob Costello, you know, got a copy of Hunter's laptop.
Are we even in the position to know everything we know anyway?
Those three factors, I will tell you, provide what is, to me, overwhelming, incontrovertible evidence.
Joe Biden's lies are now being exposed.
The American people see it.
When you look at the Shell corporations, the number of family members paid, lack of any services that they've been able to show anybody that they provided.
They had an opportunity to answer all of that under oath today, and they put on a show.
The media fell for the show.
But I would say this, this is why, look, the main reason Democrats asked for this impeachment vote today.
They asked for it by saying they're not going to cooperate.
So once it becomes an official impeachment inquiry, well, that will empower Jason Smith on the House Ways and Means Committee, Comer on the Oversight Committee, and Jordan on Judiciary to be able to get more evidence that is necessary for them to complete their investigation.
It has been a heavy lift the whole time, getting suspicious activity reports, getting witnesses to come in and testify and put evidence together and get financial records.
It's been hard, but everything I see so far, the evidence is overwhelming and it is incontrovertible.
And I believe that Joe Biden is in far deeper trouble than anybody in the media or anybody in the Democratic Party knows tonight based on real strong, solid evidence and a whole lot of lies that they told.
Does that answer your question?
Yes, sir.
I hope you're right, Sean.
I really do.
All right, my friend.
Let not your heart be troubled, Ron.
Hang in there.
Tori is in Wisconsin.
Hey, Tori, how are you?
I'm good.
How are you?
I'm good.
Thank you for calling.
Yeah, you said you wouldn't get a liberal to call in.
Well, I'm a liberal.
I'm calling in.
Hi, liberal calling in.
Corey, the liberal from Wisconsin.
I am.
All right, so what's on your mind today?
What do you think of all this?
Pardon me?
What do you think of all this?
Did Joe Biden, will you be honest enough to admit that when he said over and over again that not one time did he ever talk to his son, brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings?
Will you acknowledge that was a lie?
Absolutely.
Okay, will you acknowledge that, in fact, Joe Biden took official action when he fired the prosecutor in Ukraine, who was investigating his son and the company that was paying him millions, even though his son had no experience in energy, oil, gas, or Ukraine?
Would you acknowledge that by firing that prosecutor, he took official action that financially benefited his family?
I think that has to play out in the courts.
Okay.
Why else would a vice president, give me any idea that you may have, why would a vice president go against administration policy, leverage a billion dollars, give a timeline of six hours to fire some prosecutor in Ukraine, or he's not going to give them the money.
Why would a vice president ever involve himself in something like that if it didn't impact his own family?
I think it's extremely suspect, and I think it deserves to be played out in the courts.
You do know that if he took official action, as that 1023 form suggests, and that he took official action that benefited his family financially, you do know that he would be guilty of bribery based on the statutory language in federal law.
You do know that, right?
I do.
You're saying there's a good chance that Joe Biden was bribed.
I am saying that it needs to play out in the courts, just as anything else.
I don't think it's an either-or.
I think if Biden or Trump or anybody else broke the law, the courts need to take care of it.
Don't you find it odd that Hunter Biden, who went on Good Morning America and was asked if he had any experience in Ukraine or oil or gas or energy, that he said he had none.
Don't you find it odd he got paid millions from Ukraine, from an energy company, and millions from China, from an energy company?
Do you find that odd?
Oh, one other thing.
And he was an admitted drug addict at the time.
But, Sean, don't you think?
No, no, no.
I asked you a question.
Do you think that sounds highly unusual to you and very suspicious?
I think it sounds very suspicious.
It sounds very illegal.
And it also sounds like something that is done on a regular basis with politics.
Forget about other people.
I'm talking about the Bidens now.
We spent enough time over the last five, six years talking about the Trumps.
So Joe Biden, Hunter Biden had no business being paid millions with no experience, did he?
Okay, but Sean, you've talked about Trump, but you were always standing up for him and finding excuses for him.
And I'm telling you, there's no excuse for anybody doing this.
So do you have any evidence that Donald Trump took a bribe?
I've never heard that allegation.
No, not that Donald Trump took a bribe.
What is the worst thing in your mind that Donald Trump did?
I think he started the insurrection.
He started the insurrection.
Are you talking about his speech on January 6th?
I am.
The one in which he said, now many of you will peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard, that speech?
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
Yes, that speech.
Yeah.
So that speech that he said peacefully, patriotically.
So you think that proves he was encouraging some type of insurrection?
Yes.
Okay, I think you'd have a hard time.
I mean, look, I think Donald Trump can't get a fair hearing in D.C.
I don't think he can get a fair one in New York or Fulton County.
Do you not see the danger of where we are?
Do you not see that, you know, with all of Hunter's issues, including the gun charge, why hasn't he been charged?
He didn't register under the rules of the under FARA laws, all the amounts of money, tens of millions of dollars from our top geopolitical foes, Russia, China, you know, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Romania.
You know, why would Joe Biden lie about ever meeting Hunter's business partners when he was at dinner with them and we have photographic evidence?
Why would he lie about being on phone calls with Hunter's business partners?
Why do you think he lied about all that?
The only reason anybody lies is to hide something.
I'm agreeing with you on that shot.
I'm not.
So you don't really think that highly of Joe Biden?
I can tell that.
I voted for Joe Biden and I'm very sorry that I did.
But I'm also a never-Trumper.
I'm not in.
Who would you like to be president?
You'd vote for me, right?
If I had to vote today, I don't know.
I don't know.
Okay, that's a fair answer.
I can accept that.
All right, Corey, you know what?
You sound like a nice lady.
I don't know what it is.
The tone of your voice, the cadence, the pitch, it's just perfect.
God bless you.
Have a great holiday, okay?
I listen to you every day on my ride home from work because I like to hear the other side.
Am I the other side to you?
You are the other side, but you are also, I believe, honest and moderate.
And I enjoy listening to you.
I'm very glad you're out there listening.
I don't get to pursue my dream doing this every day, but for people that agree and disagree with me, you're welcome to call anytime, okay?
Always want to hear the other side.
Paul in Florida, the free state of Florida.
Hey, Paul, how are you?
Hey, Sean.
What's going on, sir?
I think the situation for Hunter is being managed so he can be the next senator from Delaware so he can keep a Biden back in the Senate.
By the way, every Republican as of now has voted on the impeachment inquiry 216 yays.
That means it would move forward.
It looks like this is going to win in the House of Representatives.
212 against.
It looks like that motion will pass.
My God.
Yeah, it's certainly looking like it.
Anyway, I'll come back with the answer when we come back.
800-941 Sean is on number.
Hey, listen, don't forget about Pre-Born with your end-of-the-year giving.
Linda, did you notice that the Biden administration gave groups like Planned Parenthood and including Planned Parenthood over $2 billion?
Yeah, it's horrible.
Talk about like using your tax dollars against us.
That's awful.
Well, and then you have groups like Pre-Born.
They don't get a penny from the federal government.
They offer free 4D ultrasounds to any expecting mom.
They offer counseling services.
