What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco, Benghazi, on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload.
Our toll-free, our number is 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, one of the things that we will be looking for, we expect this vote to take place tomorrow as it relates to making it official.
And by official, I'm talking about the Republican House impeachment investigation into Joe Biden.
There are many, many reasons that Republicans need to do this, not the least of which is the fact that the White House and others have been so uncooperative.
And as a result, if they make this official at that point, then they will have a much stronger, they will have much stronger standing in terms of getting the information they need to continue and finish their investigation.
And I've been saying this for the longest time.
This is not about Hunter Biden.
This is an investigation into Joe Biden.
I've confirmed that with Congressman Jason Smith, the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Congressman James Comer of the House Oversight Committee, Congressman Jim Jordan of the House Judiciary Committee.
And, you know, all of that has been going on.
It's been, you know, a cat and mouse game.
You know, they want SARS reports, suspicious activities reports, but that takes forever.
Then they want bank records.
That takes forever.
If this becomes official tomorrow, then it will expedite the process for them to finish their work.
And where that leads to, I can't say, but I think the evidence is growing daily that Joe Biden not only lied to the American people, but that he himself was active and involved in these foreign business deals.
And, you know, frankly, that should concern every American considering the tens of millions of dollars that we're talking about for no services that we can determine have ever been rendered in fields where Hunter, as the head of the company, is being paid, you know, millions and millions of dollars, but yet admits he has no experience in energy, oil, gas, or coal.
Then Hunter went on a, I guess, podcast, Movies podcast, and says, oh, the right wing's trying to destroy me.
Here we go.
Another vast right-wing conspiracy line.
Listen.
They are trying to, in their most illegitimate way, but rational way, they're trying to destroy a presidency.
And so it's not about me.
In their most base way, what they're trying to do is they're trying to kill me, knowing that it will be a pain greater than my father could be able to handle.
And so therefore, destroying a presidency in that way.
And so I realize that, that it's not about me.
Joining us now is Congressman Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin and Representative Andy Ogles is with Tennessee, who, by the way, I think both will be voting for these articles of impeachment.
Guys, let me ask you this first question before we get into the details.
And Tom, I'll start with you.
Do you agree, as I do, that what's interesting to watch tomorrow, and I assume you're probably going to lose Ken Buck, but I would imagine every other Republican is going to want to move forward and make this an official impeachment inquiry.
That's my guess.
The question is, will Democrats join with Republicans in this effort?
They love impeachment so much.
I would think it would be easy for them to join.
But the question is, if they will join, is that an indication that Democrats now do not have faith in Joe Biden's ability to be at the top of the ticket in November of next year?
Do you foresee any Democrats joining Republicans?
And do you think that this impeachment inquiry is going to pass?
So, Sean, Congressman Tiffany here, I would be surprised if any Democrat votes for this because it's probably political suicide for them.
The people on the hard left will go after them.
We've seen this in the past.
You cannot break from the company line.
So I'll be very surprised by that.
But they should, based on all the information that we've laid out and you've laid it out very well, they should be doing that.
And Sean, in the run-up to this interview, you're hitting the nail on the head.
This is not about Hunter Biden because they keep trying to play this as Hunter Biden is using his father.
It is the other way around, Sean, as you know.
Joe Biden used his son.
Well, that's why I've been saying this is the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations.
Congressman Ogles asked you, what's your thoughts?
Yeah, I would agree.
I would be shocked if any Democrats join with validating the impeachment process.
And to your point, I think Ken Buck may be the lone Republican that doesn't vote for it.
But I think what's going to become clear in the coming weeks is that Joe Biden set up a criminal enterprise and he leveraged his son.
He leveraged his family to that end.
And you're talking about tens of millions of dollars that were laundered through shill corporations that his family was tied to, that he in turn benefited from.
And Sean, if you or I or Tom did just a fraction, just a fraction of what the Biden family has done, what Joe Biden has done, we'd all be in jail together.
Look at the case of Barisma, and I don't want to be a broken record.
Unfortunately, I have to be.
That to me is the most obvious case because we have a timeline as it relates to Joe Biden leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor fired, a prosecutor in Ukraine who's investigating Burisma Holdings, the oil and gas giant in that country that also had Hunter on the board.
And what's interesting in the timeline, it became official Obama administration policy in October of 2015 that they had made enough progress as it relates to corruption in Ukraine that after an interagency analysis, they decided that it was okay to go ahead with the $1 billion in loan guarantees.
Joe Biden as vice president was in charge of that.
He's five days away from going.
Now we're in December of 2019.
Same issue.
And Joe Biden gets on a phone call.
Now, remember, this is the guy that said over and over again as a candidate and as a president, never once did he speak with his son Hunter or his brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business deals.
But yet five days before he goes to Ukraine, he's on the phone with two burisma executives that at the time were saying they desperately needed D.C. help and on the phone with his son Hunter.
They were in Dubai.
He was in Washington just before his trip.
And after that call, five days later, he goes to Ukraine.
It was during that trip where he bragged at the Council on Foreign Relations later that he leveraged a billion dollars to get the prosecutor in Ukraine fired, which went against Obama administration stated policy.
His son Hunter continued to get paid millions of dollars, millions of which he admitted on Good Morning America that he had no qualifications for.
That, to me, seems to fit the bribery statute to the T. What do you think, Tom Tiffany?
You know, Sean, I think, you know, we all know about Joe Biden's braggadocio.
You know, he's always bragging about things.
He's always been a big talker.
I think his bragging about getting the prosecutor, Shulkin, fired in exchange for Ukraine getting a billion dollars is going to be a big part of his undoing because that's going to be, to me, that's the primary evidence before us that we can never repeat enough.
You talk about repetition, Sean.
We do need to continue to repeat it because the American people are finally really dialing into this, those that don't follow this stuff real closely.
And I think the burisma thing was really is a big part of the smoking gun that's here, that $5 million that flowed back into the Biden family's coffers.
But then you have $5 million that flowed into the coffers from CEFC.
Now, that goes to the WhatsApp message that Congressman Comer's committee was able to get a hold of.
And it was from Hunter Biden to one of the oil giant executives out of China.
CEFC is the company.
And that's when he says, I'm sitting here next to my father, and we're wondering why you didn't follow through on your commitment.
And then seems to make a veiled threat between every person he knows and my ability to hold a grudge.
You will regret not following through on your promise and that we're sitting here together waiting for your phone call.
Lo and behold, just a few days later, $5 million shows up in one of those show corporation accounts.
But again, he has no experience in energy, oil, gas, or China.
How did that happen, Andy Ogles?
Because I'd love that deal if I could get it.
Right.
You know, it's not necessarily a crime for a company to pay the village idiot, but it is a crime when you have a quid pro quo, when you have this pay-to-play scheme.
And, you know, like Tom said, you know, the audacity, the braggadocio of the Biden family to talk about it so readily, to put it in text messages or what that message is so that it's traceable over time is, I think, going to be their downfall.
And look, you know, there's a clear correlation.
You have to give credit to Jason Smith, to Jim Jordan, and James Comer for being so methodical and dotting the I's, crossing the T's, linking all this evidence together.
Because, you know, taking on the impeachment process is a very serious, it should be a very serious process in the House of Representatives.
And so you should be able to lay before the American people facts, not just rhetoric.
And that's what they're doing.
That's what we're doing.
And that's what we're going to vote on, is to formalize that process.
And I think all the Republicans say Kimbuck will vote for it.
So explain something to me, Tom Tiffany, if you can.
If you're not guilty of anything, why would you lie?
Why did Joe Biden lie?
Even last week, he repeated the lie, that he never spoke to his son, brother, or anybody for that matter about the foreign business deals.
Yet we have photographic evidence that contradicts what he's saying.
We know that he met with foreign business partners of Hunters at the Cafe Milano.
We know one of them was Elena Batarina, the Russian oligarch, former first lady of Moscow.
He gave $3.5 million to Hunter Biden Enterprises of the Biden family syndicate.
And according to Devin Archer, also invested over $100 million in a real estate venture.
That's a lot of money.
Devin Archer, their partner, has confirmed that Joe Biden himself was on at least 20 calls that he remembered with Hunter and their foreign business partners.
And I know Congressman Dan Goldman says, oh, they must have been talking about the weather.
I tend to doubt that.
But yet all of it was based on a lie that he's told the American people and is still telling the American people.
And I've got to imagine that this evidence now is overwhelming and incontrovertible.
Then the whole issue of how much money they got paid, tens of millions of dollars, and yet we can find no services rendered for that money.
But on top of the dozens of shell corporations James Comer has identified, he's also identified 10 Biden family members, including grandchildren, that are being paid monies out of these accounts.
I'd like to know what the grandchildren did to earn that money, wouldn't you, Congressman Tiffany?
Yeah, so this is the purpose of the impeachment inquiry because for many Americans, Sean, at this point, they're just like, this is he said, she said.
You know, they're not tuned in fully and they don't know all the details.
It's why the impeachment inquiry is so important because now we can enforce subpoenas.
We can show the truth to the American people under the force of law.
They have to provide the information.
And that's why the official impeachment inquiry is so important.
And that's when we really get to the facts.
And by the way, after the first of the year, I'm going to my constituents with town halls and I'm just going to lay out the facts, Sean.
I'm not going to lead them in one way or another.
I'm just going to give them the facts and they'll be able to decide.
I think they're going to come to the same conclusion that most of the rest of us are here in Washington, D.C.
And Andy, when you look at the big picture, we're talking about money from our top geopolitical foes, China, Russia, Romania, Kazakhstan, Ukraine.
And the amount of money, the sheer amount of money is unbelievable.
Now, there are things that are called LLCs, limited liability corporations, and usually there's business activity.
According to James Comer, all of these, quote, shell corporations, they're not real businesses, were set up just to funnel money here, there, and everywhere, which did result in all those suspicious activity reports.
But I mean, this is an awful lot of money for somebody that is an admitted drug addict at the time, an alcoholic at the time with no background or experience.
That's a lot of money.
Why do you think they wanted to pay Hunter Biden all that money?
Well, sure.
And what's at stake here is that, you know, I think as people, the American people come more in tune to the facts that, like you said, you have someone who wasn't qualified to do the job.
He arguably was battling addiction at the time, is that we have a two-tier justice system in this country.
You see elected officials being targeted because they're conservative.
And so if the Biden family gets away with this scot-free, I think it hurts the Republic.
It hurts the political process.
And when we go into 24, we've got to win the House.
We've got to win the Senate.
We've got to win the White House.
We've got a correct course, always liking the U.S. economy and really our political system to the Titanic.
It's a big ship.
It turns slowly.
And we're on a collision course.
And if we don't change the way this country is being run, if we don't fix our judicial system, if we don't stop spending, if we don't get our economy back on track, there's a collision ahead.
It's avoidable, but we've got to do our jobs and we have to educate the American people.
And so I would encourage Ken Buck to vote for the impeachment proceeding because it's an inquiry.
It's not a final judgment, but it starts the process.
And it's important because I have the same questions you have.
How does an addict who's not qualified for a job make $5, $10, $15, $20 million in a couple of year period of time?
I think most Americans would like to know that.
And so here we go.
We're going to vote tomorrow, and I think it'll be successful.
Oh, and then you can add to that, Congressman Tiffany, that Hunter implicates his own father.
Half my income goes to Pops.
The 327 emails that Jason Smith's committee, you know, from Joe Biden under a pseudonym email account, which he's not supposed to use, going to the money person in the company, a guy by the name of Eric Sherwin.
Or Hunter Biden implicating, you know, implicating his father by asking Sherwin, well, what account should we pay for Pops home repairs in this one?
Or I've been paying for this for over 11 years.
I'll give you the last word.
So 20, 20 phone calls that Joe Biden said he never made to his son, 20 shell companies that were created.
Why do you create fake companies?
20 over $20 million flowing through them.
A lot of 20s there and a lot of claims that loans.
If you lend somebody money, usually there's a record of it.
So far, I've not seen the record.
All right, we appreciate it.
Tom Tiffany, Wisconsin, Andy Ogles, Tennessee.
Thank you both.
Appreciate it.
All right, when we come back, your call straight ahead.

Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.

You can't always believe what the other side claims.
That's why there's the Sean Hannity Show.
I'm 25 to the top of the hour.
Your calls are straight ahead, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Look, let's have a serious talk about your personal safety and security.
You've heard me talk at length how much I love the non-lethal option that is Burner in case, God forbid, somebody wants to bring harm to you and your family.
It's legal in all 50 states.
No permits, no background checks needed.
I own these myself.
I have purchased them as gifts for others.
I'm a customer, and I'm a customer because I just believe in the product.
I love it.
There is a staggering rise in crime and attacks on innocent Americans.
And while we want to protect ourselves, most gun owners, you know, you don't ever want to have to go that route, the lethal route, and pull that trigger like me.
But, you know, now there's a non-lethal alternative that you can use in a lot of situations, and it will get the job done and allow you to escape a bad situation.
And anyway, that's what Burner, that's what my friends at Burner are all about.
B-Y-R-R-N-A, by the way, dot com slash Hannity is the website.
You can see the videos for yourself.
Look, I just believe in options.
That's why alongside of my firearms, and I've had a license to carry my entire adult life, I have several burner launches.
And look, I just believe in training, knowing how to properly and safely handle and discharge a firearm, be it the burner, non-lethal projectiles, or a gun.
They're not toys here.
You have to be smart.
You have to put safety first.
And let me tell you about Burner's launcher platform.
They have their now new 12-gauge ammo, which you use in your own shotgun, which is an incredible addition to Burner's product portfolio.
You can use these 12-gauge shotguns, you know, in most pump-action shotguns from over 100 feet away.
And that can, it will literally disable a perpetrator and give you time to run away and get help.
No gunpowder.
It means the discharge is 16 times quieter than a standard shotgun round.
One, no, the burner 12 gauge, less lethal shotgun round cannot be shipped to a handful of states.
This is the one thing you have to look into, but they look into it themselves.
They won't ship it to a state where it's not able to be shipped to.
Anyway, go to their website.
It's burner.com slash Hannity to get 10% off.
Have options.
Prepare for a worst case scenario.
And of course, put your safety first.
B-Y-R-N-A.com/slash Hannity.
You know, there's not been, and I've said this before, there has not been in at least the last number of months a single public appearance by Joe Biden where something doesn't happen.
Either it's mumbling, bumbling, stumbling, you know, incomprehensible, millions, billions, trillions of dollars.
He can't get anything right, or not knowing where he is on stage, or not knowing where to go next.
Where do I go?
What do I do?
Where am I supposed to be?
I mean, it's so embarrassing.
And then, of course, Joe telling his lies that are completely debunked, you know, about firefighters and his kitchen on fire and his Corvette and his cat and his wife nearly died.
The fire was a tiny fire that was extinguished in minutes, but he tells the lie over and over again.
And he misnames the president's helicopter.
Then he claims Ronald Reagan sent it for him in the 1980s after he had aneurysms.
Listen.
On my watch, it said Infrastructure Week.
America's having infrastructure decades.
Decades.
Over a billion, $300 million, trillion, $300 million.
Trump just talks the talk.
We walk the walk.
Before I begin, I have to make an admission and full disclosure.
I would not be here were it not for my local fire company where we can go there.
They saved my life.
I had a cranial aneurysm.
It was in the middle of a snowstorm.
Not a joke.
I couldn't figure out how President Reagan was nice enough to send Air Force Helicopter One, take me down, but it couldn't fly.
And so my fire department, my fire department came up, put me in the back, took me on heavy snow on the day I went down to Walter Reed because that's where I had to get for this operation.
I got there for a nine-hour operation that saved my life.
And not a joke.
My firefighters, the guys I grew up with, they saved my life.
I mean, he is so checked out.
I can't even believe.
You know, we'll find out.
I think the vote's going to be tomorrow on the issue of whether or not the impeachment inquiry moves forward.
Whether Democrats start to come out of the woodwork, and if they support that resolution, that might be the canary in the coal mine.
Although I would argue that Maureen Dowd, Van Jones, James Carville, David Axelrod, all highly critical of Joe Biden, that might have been, we might look back as the real canary in the coal mine.
I don't know.
Democrats wanting to get this guy off the ticket.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Let's say hi to, what is it?
Ethu is in Washington.
Ethu, how are you?
Glad you called.
Thanks for checking in.
Yeah.
Hi, Sean.
Hey, my main thing is if the Supreme Court rules that Trump can be charged under Article 2, Section 4, treason, bribery, high crimes, misdemeanor, even after the office, then doesn't that allow Obama to be charged as well for giving money to foreign adversaries for not protecting our borders,
which he was sworn to do to protect us from invasions of foreign people?
And so what is the statute of limitations under Article 2, Section 4?
And does the Supreme Court really want to tackle this?
I mean, I'm not sure.
And my other thing is really quick.
You know, I mean, is this maybe Jack Smith's move to protect, I call him Obiden because he's just like Obama, but he's Biden.
Is this a move from Jack Smith to protect Biden from being prosecuted for high crimes and misdemeanors, treason, bribery while he was in office?
See, I see this move more as an effort to make sure that his trial takes place in the election year.
And that's why you would normally go to the appellate court and then you'd have a chance to have it heard by the entire appellate court.
It's a longer process.
So he's trying to bypass all that, bring it straight to the Supreme Court.
I don't think the court should take it up.
It looks like they are.
To me, I think it's got to work its way through the court system like everything else.
And I just suspect that the real goal here is to prevent, is to ensure that Donald Trump's Washington trial takes place during the election year.
And to me, it just reeks of political aid and assist.
I hope the Supreme Court is not stupid enough to go along with this.
But you know what?
I can't predict which way it's going to go.
But I agree with you.
But honestly, I mean, think about the bigger picture.
Trump's poll numbers are huge.
Biden looks like he's going to lose in a landslide.
Georgia, Michigan, even CNN and all of the evil satanic communist left media are all predicting that, you know, Biden's not looking good.
Is this a way to say, well, when Trump is in office, then he can't charge the former president being Joseph Robinette Biden for crimes that he committed while in office?
No, I think it's more nefarious than that.
I think this is an attempt to basically ensure that the trial will take place next year because if it had to work its way through the courts like it normally would, it would be a long process and probably wouldn't happen in 2024.
And I would argue that that would be applicable to the Georgia case as well.
Now, I still stand by my belief that in a venue like Washington, D.C., where only 5% of people voted for Donald Trump, I think the odds of him getting a fair trial are fairly low.
The jury pool is slanted so heavily against him, or New York City, where only 12% voted for Donald Trump, same thing.
Or even Fulton County, Georgia, they're a little over 20% voted for Trump.
I just, I think the die is set.
And here's the problem, is these are years-old charges.
If there was such urgency, why didn't they bring them sooner?
Number one.
And number two, if the trial takes place and I'm correct, and I would predict probably likelihood of guilty verdicts are very real, then he would be a convicted felon, but where he would have a far greater opportunity at fairness before a court, which would be on appeal, that would take place after the election.
You know, look at the case of Bob McDonnell, former governor of Virginia, 11 counts convicted.
Took three years, but it was vacated, all convictions vacated by the U.S. Supreme Court in a unanimous decision.
And he had fairness on appeal.
And unfortunately, you can say all you want that courts aren't biased, but especially in the D.C. case, I mean, this Obama-appointed judge seems pretty radical to me.
Just my observation and her early rulings, I think, confirm as much.
Yeah, and, you know, and I'm going to quote, and I know you love him and you're good friends, and I don't know him, but I consider him a great friend because I listen to him all the time.
But as Mark Levin said, you know, yesterday, the right to speedy trial under the Fourth Amendment, you know, the Bill of Rights, the right to speedy trial is for the defendant, not for the prosecution.
Well, as usual, the great one is 100% right.
They are doing this for their advantage, and it reeks of political rot to me.
That's what I sense.
I concur.
Okay, you're the best, and love you bunches, and Merry Christmas, and happy holidays, and all that bunch.
All right.
We appreciate it, Ethu.
Thank you so much.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, let's say hi to Jeff is in Michigan.
Jeff, how are you?
Glad you called.
Sean, thanks for taking my call.
I feel great.
What's going on?
Hey, I had just a quick thought here.
With Biden's poll numbers slipping and Trump so far ahead of the competition, what are your thoughts on the recent polls with Nikki Haley beating Biden by a bigger margin than Trump?
And I know I don't believe the polls, but just kind of a curious thought.
No, listen, if I'm Nikki Haley, I'd be really happy about it.
She had one poll.
It seems to be an outlier, but she's doing very well.
Certainly her poll numbers have come up a bit.
I know she's been working very hard.
Look, I even hesitate to bring it up, but this issue of abortion, I keep warning people in the Republican Party, you better pay attention to it because the Democrats are going to demagogue the issue.
Abortion has gone back to the states.
And, you know, for example, the situation down in Texas, it's a really tough situation.
And you're speaking to somebody that's pro-life, believes in the sanctity of life, but I make exceptions for rape, incest, the mother's life.
In this particular case, a mother of two is around 20 weeks pregnant, found out after Thanksgiving her developing fetus has what's called Trisomi 18, which is a fatal diagnosis, fatal to the child and dangerous to the mother, and seeking to terminate that pregnancy to protect her health and future fertility, she and her husband sought a court order to block Texas abortion bans from applying in her case.
Now, I think in that particular case, those are extenuating circumstances.
I feel sorry for the couple, number one.
It's got to be heartbreaking for them.
The odds of this child living are next to none, according to everything that I read.
And this is where I think Republicans get lost.
And I use the example of what happened in 2022.
I think the overturning of Roe hurt Republicans' chances.
Doug Mastriano, no exceptions in Philly, I'm sorry, in Pennsylvania, you know, did not bode well for him or anybody else that was down ticket in Pennsylvania.
So look, I think the states have to make up their own minds on it.
And, you know, Texas has made their decision.
I think I just have more flexibility on that.
If you ask me where I think the country is politically putting my own opinions aside, I think their first trimester or 15-week stop decision and exceptions for rape, incest, mother's life.
That's where I think the country is politically.
I think on the issue of abortion, I think you still have a lot of single-issue voters on the issue.
And do I think that's helped her campaign?
I do.
I think she's done well in debates.
I mean, Ron DeSantis is still polling pretty well, but the person by far and away in the leads remains Donald Trump.
And, you know, look, we're only 30-some odd days away from the Iowa Caucuses, then New Hampshire.
It's going to all unfold very quickly.
New Hampshire, then Nevada, South Carolina, heading into Super Tuesday, which is when Jack Smith wants to start his trial in D.C., a trial that Donald Trump will have to be at forever, not being able to be out on the campaign trail.
At some point, we've got to ask, you know, if this was so important back in January of 2021, why did it take so long to bring this to court?
Why did you have to wait to the next election season?
Basically, a little less than four years later.
You know, to me, the timing is beyond dubious.
And the desire to ensure that this happens during an election year, I just don't think it's fair in the end, whether it was going to Joe Biden or Donald Trump.
Anyway, I hope that answers your question, my friend.
