Democratic Party Failing - December 12th, Hour 1

The Democratic Party is warning that the war in Israel is "growing unpopular" and yet the world is seeing pure tragedy coming from the Israel-Hamas war.  If we want to get away from foreign conflicts, you have to allow people to fight to win... if we're not going to do that, we will never win.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco, Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I guess he went on the podcast of Moby, and and you know, may they they're going they're trying to kill me because this will create a pain far greater than my father can handle.
Excuse me, your father can't handle the fact that uh you were up to nefarious activities that are being alleged and that he's being alleged to have been involved in.
You're saying that he's not up to the job because uh I'm not saying presidents are invincible, but if he can't handle this, kind of like he can't handle giving a speech, kind of like he can't handle, you know, even getting off a stage without some type of you know uh misdirection and confusion and being confounded.
Listen to what he's saying here.
They are trying to, in the in their most uh illegitimate way, but rational way, they're trying to destroy a presidency.
And so it's not about me.
And their most base way, what they're trying to do is they're trying to kill me, knowing that it will be a pain greater than my father could be able to handle.
And so therefore destroying a presidency in that way.
And so I realized that it's not about me.
Uh a pain greater than my father can handle.
Is that what this is?
Now, this I frankly, I'm shocked that his lawyers let him do that interview or that podcast, uh, on the one hand.
But those aren't the questions here.
This is not, you know, tomorrow Republicans are going to vote on whether or not they have an official impeachment inquiry.
Now, why is this even needed?
It's only needed because the nobody has been cooperating with these committees.
It has been a heavy, heavy lift.
Some some conservatives have gotten frustrated, rightly so.
You know, they had to wait forever to get the suspicious activity reports.
They they have to wait for people to show up for depositions.
Uh, they have to wait all the the delay topics, it's uh tactics, etc.
You know, only now, finally did we hear earlier today that what some 6700 or so um uh emails that Joe Biden should have should not have been using.
Finally, they're gonna get access to it from the National Archives and Record Administration.
Um He wasn't supposed to be using alias accounts, but he was using them.
We learned last week in the House Ways and Means Committee that Joe Biden used these aliases to send and receive over 327 emails from Hunter, Joe Biden, and business partners like Eric Sherwin, who was in charge of the money, who now himself has been subpoenaed in this case.
So, you know, Joe's claim that he didn't know or that he never discussed any foreign business deals with his son, his brother, or anybody else for that matter, is just a crock of you know what, and and up to this point the media has been completely non-critical.
They don't cover this story.
You know if it was Donald Trump, they would cover this story.
It is corrupt, it is biased, it is abusively biased.
And that's why the trust in the media in this country is at an all-time low.
It should be at an all-time low.
But if Joe Biden, you know, you know, more than my father can handle, so can he handle Ukraine?
You know, I I I read today that you know Joe Biden is now concerned about the future of Israel and and whether or not this this entire war effort could be successful and what it's going to do to the Democratic Party.
I was pretty shocking.
We'll get any privately warning donors that Israel's war against Hamas is losing support around the world.
Well, I think every American needs to see some of the tape that I've seen.
And some of the atrocities that were chronicled by Hamas terrorists.
Yeah, the murders, the rapes, the beheadings, it's all there.
It's on videotape.
I don't know if anybody could ever run it.
I don't know if I mean, how do you run a tape like that without permission from the families or pixeling out you know people's faces?
It wouldn't be fair to them in my view.
But, you know, Joe Biden telling donors earlier today that Israel is losing support.
Well, he has President Zelensky in Washington, and if you want to talk about a war effort that has lost support in large part because of Joe Biden's, you know, abdicating his role on the world stage.
Joe Biden before he donated one cent to Ukraine, and it's it's now close to 80 billion dollars, and now they're looking for another 60 billion.
It looks like Congress is not going to go along with his plan and Chuck Schumer's plan, which is not to have individual votes on funding for Israel, funding for Taiwan, funding for Ukraine, and funding for our border.
They want to put it in one big package with the bulk of monies really going to Ukraine.
The problem has become very apparent very early.
Number one is that Joe Biden was not willing to allow Zelensky or the Ukrainian people fight a war to win the war against Vladimir Putin.
That was evident when he vetoed the the MiG, the 28 MIGs that that we know Poland had offered Ukraine to defend themselves.
Joe said no.
At another point, he said no to you know certain munitions and cluster bombs, etc.
said no there.
I'm like, okay, well, if you're gonna put handcuffs on people, why are we involved at all?
You know, if you want to get away from foreign conflicts, there's only one solution and one solution only.
And it's that simple.
And that is that you've got to allow people to fight to win the war.
And for Joe to be, you know, lecturing Israel as they have been doing from day one on how to fight their war against the terrorist Hamas.
That Israel didn't want this war.
Israel didn't they're not responsible for this war breaking out.
Hamases and they're going to win the war whether they have Joe Biden's permission or not.
So anyway, Ukrainian President Zelensky is there.
The second thing that has happened is, you know, once Joe Biden got involved and started pouring tens and tens and tens of billions of dollars into Ukraine, all Europe decided they're not going to pay their fair share as usual.
That should have been insisted upon early on.
They should be paying the bulk of money.
It shouldn't be the United States.
It's not our continent.
Yes, by the way, and and Ukraine is not part of NATO.
However, I do think it's in our NATO allies best interest if Ukraine was able to win that war.
I'm not even sure at this point it's even winnable because they've allowed this to go on so long and it's basically now become a proxy war and Joe's ego is involved in this between Russia and the United States, because without the United States's money, this thing would have been long gone.
It would have been finished because Europe fails to step up as per usual and the United States does not hold any of them to account.
I know that President Zelensky will make the best pitch he can today, but I don't see that Republicans are going to be prepared.
you know persuaded here, especially after spending the bulk of money in Europe not putting up their fair share.
Anyway, Republican senators apparently told Zelensky earlier today they'd continue to object to billions of dollars in new military aid for his country until a bipartisan agreement is reached on border security.
And Joe Biden and Chuck Schumer, they're not willing to do that.
So if Zelensky's mad at anybody, let him be mad at Schumer and Biden and the radical Democrats that have made this country vulnerable.
It's now a clear and present danger to this country what's going on here with open borders.
You know, over 600 illegal immigrants that we know of at our southern border that have been encountered by border patrol agents uh from Iran.
Yeah, that Iran, the number one state sponsor of terror, Iran.
What are they doing here?
What are they doing at the southern border?
How did they get there?
Who financed that trip?
What about the 500 and some odd Syrians that that we've run into at the southern border?
And by the way, with all these countries, how many gataways?
How many people did we not encounter because they just walked straight in and God knows where they might be?
What about the thousands of Egyptians?
You know, Egypt, the home of the Muslim Brotherhood?
What about Afghanistan, over 6,000?
You know, the home of Al Qaeda or the remnants of Al Qaeda?
What are they doing at our southern border?
Why would Joe Biden?
Well, how did we have 12,000 over 12,000 Russians show up at our border?
How do we sh how do we end up with 26,000, you know, Chinese nationals at our southern border?
Again, those are only the ones that we know about.
And by the way, if you're interested in what's happening in with with Israel, Hamas's leader said, not just in the West Bank or Gaza, but in every city worldwide, we are shaping the future, training suicide bombers to target Jews.
Now, of all the eight million plus illegal immigrants that are unvetted that Joe allowed into the country, that by the way, every American is paying for.
Congressional studies says as much as four hundred and fifty-one billion dollars a year at a time when we have thirty-four trillion dollars in debt and it keeps rising every day.
You know, uh uh you're paying for housing, food, shelter, education, health care.
You're paying for all of it.
But don't worry, Palestinian protesters shut down Disneyland in California on Saturday, disrupted the Thanksgiving Day parade, the Christmas tree lighting at Rockefeller Center.
They trapped Democrats inside the DNC headquarters.
They've surrounded, harassed, and attacked countless numbers of Jewish college students at campuses around the country.
None of this legal, but somehow, somewhere along the line, the Democrats who control most of these cities and and places, they never enforce the law, like the 574 riots in the summer of 2020.
Authorities out in California at Disneyland had to, you know, lock down the immediate area after a suspicious package was found there.
A bomb squad had to arrive to investigate the quote pro-Palestinian protest.
How many more times do we have to hear from the river to the sea?
How many more times are we gonna hear on college campuses support, you know, for October the seventh and the resistance?
Well, what is the resistance?
The resistance was the murder of innocent kids that went to a concert, you know, at night.
Well, what what's the resistance?
Shooting mothers and fathers in their homes and murdering them and chronicling them and calling home is tapes of these Hamas killers calling home bragging to their parents that they're martyrs, that they're killing innocent uh innocent people that happen to be Jewish bragging about it on tape.
All that tape exists.
You know, what do we do we need any more evidence in terms of the sheer the magnitude of evil and murder and rape and kidnapping and beheading and death and destruction?
Unbelievable.
But Joe Biden is more concerned that you know, donors uh that that Israel's war against Hamas is losing support.
It really doesn't matter at the end of the day.
I've known Prime Minister Netanyahu for close to thirty years.
Prime Minister not Netanyahu is not gonna give a rip when his country's survival is hanging in the balance.
He's not gonna care what Joe Biden thinks.
He's not gonna care what any nation thinks.
He's going to protect his country as he should.
And his number one partner in doing this ought to be the United States, but it's not.
And even the amount of money Joe, in spite of the 80, what, billion dollars given to Ukraine, now he wants to give another, you know, 61 billion.
But he doesn't want to fund border security.
And meanwhile, you know, we have people from countries that hate our guts pouring into the country.
And you really think that my statement that I'm 100% certain that terrorist sells because of Joe Biden's open borders, illegal immigrants are one day going to attack our country and that they're plotting and planning and scheming for that day.
Do you think that's really that far off?
I don't think I'm that far off.
I think I'm 100% certain.
Now, I always add, I pray that I'm wrong.
I really do.
But I don't think I am.
And I think most of you deep in your heart know that there's no way people, you know, why are people from China showing up at that border?
Well, now Joe is on tape saying, Oh, yeah, yeah, come here.
But that doesn't mean that we should be letting them in.
How is it we have a system of immigration that doesn't vet people to see if they have radical opinions, backgrounds, associations?
Why don't we vet people during a pandemic?
Check their health.
Why don't we vet people and ensure that they're not going to be a financial burden on the American people?
These are not complicated issues.
By the way, Biden also accused of snubbing families of U.S. hostages taken by Hamas at the White House Hanukkah event.
Several family members of these hostages missing in Gaza had asked the White House to attend the reception.
They didn't receive invitations.
Well, that was so nice and thoughtful of Joe Biden and company.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.

We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.

Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.
I'm Leon Mafok from Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries.

Yes, that's right.

All right, as we roll along, 800 941 Sean.
Well, more bad news poll-wise for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, all-time low, 538 analysis, and his approval rating now at 37% of voters who approve of his leadership.
Who are these seven 37%?
Who are these people?
Because I'd like I'd like them to call me and explain what Joe Biden has done successfully.
Now, I know that there's a controversial issue as it relates to this case out of Texas and this abortion issue that took place.
And we'll get into this later in the program.
There is apparently no chance that this child can survive based on the condition it has.
I'll give you more details later.
And anyway, the mother had to make a very difficult decision.
And this is where I think Republicans are going to lose a big portion of the electorate because I don't there's got to be on their side some level of understanding and compassion, just like in the case in in Pennsylvania, Doug Maastriano making no exceptions for rape incest to the mother's life.
Politically, that is a losing position.
And saying this forever.
If you're asking me where the consensus of the country is, it's probably first trimester, probably 15 weeks, the Dobbs decision.
And uh electorally, Republicans need to understand they take that hard a line, they will they're not gonna get elected.
I'll get into this more later.
Look, first thing I say, and Linda, you you've been following this case as well.
And um, I believe in the sanctity of life, pro-life, and I understand politically that a lot of people have different points of view.
One of the reasons I'm so committed to pre-born at dot com slash on, and I I donate these 4D ultrasound machines, is because I've always said abortion is a heart issue.
People are kind of stuck politically where they are, and you can have debate after debate after debate, and the odds of you changing somebody's mind are probably next to zero.
It just happens to be one of those issues.
And anyway, so what is amazing about pre-born and what I like about it, and this isn't a commercial, is that they use science, ultrasound, and they give free 4D ultrasounds to expecting moms.
And what they discover is is that when women, some of whom may be thinking about an Abortion are introduced to the miracle of birth inside them that it changes their hearts and they hear heartbeats and they see facial features.
I mean, ultrasound compared to when my kids are born, compared to today, it's it's night and day.
The technology is advanced.
You could see facial features, you can count fingers at and toes at, you know, at a at a much earlier time than ever before.
It's it's kind of cool, and a lot of people choose life.
That's why I support it.
So you have this case of a Texas woman whose fetus has a fatal diagnosis.
It's a very sad story.
It really is.
And she was awaiting a decision from the Texas Supreme Court about whether she would be allowed to get an abortion, and said Monday that she decided to leave Texas to get the procedure.
Because as a result of overturning Roe v.
Wade, which was on the book since 1973.
Um, it is now a state-by-state decision.
Anyway, so the mother, I don't want to call attention to her name.
Um, I'm sure she probably would like some privacy.
Anyway, she's a mother of two, around 20 weeks pregnant, found out just after Thanksgiving that her developing fetus, and I'm probably mispronouncing this, had what's something called trisomy 18.
It turns out that is a fatal diagnosis.
And I've checked in with a couple of medical doctors about this today.
So as a result, she wanted to terminate the pregnancy for a couple of reasons.
One to protect her health and her future fertility because she wants more kids, and that she and her husband sought a court order to block Texas abortion bans at that late date from applying in her case.
The state district judge granted the request on Thursday, but then the state Supreme Court temporarily paused the lower court's decision on Friday, and then on Monday evening, the Texas Supreme Court directed the lower court to vacate their order.
Uh quote, a woman who meets the medical necessity exception need not seek a court order to obtain an abortion, the court wrote in their decision.
The law leaves physicians, not judges, uh, both the discretion and the responsibility to exercise their reasonable medical judgment given the unique facts and circumstances of each patient.
Now, this is certainly an outlier.
This is not your your average case.
Um anyway, a staff attorney for the Center for Reproductive Rights representing the mother in this case said the Supreme Court ruling should enrage every Texan to their core.
But anyway, in the end, she she decided that she had to go elsewhere.
Um you don't hear about many cases like this.
It's definitely the exception.
I think where things get a little topsy attorney in this case, uh at the attorney general Ken Paxton and lawyers for the state argue that the attorneys hadn't sufficiently demonstrated that her situation qualified for an exception to the state's abortion laws and that she would suffer immediate and irreparable injury uh in a filing on Monday.
The attorneys on the other side, the the mother's side said another reason she chose to leave the state is the attorney general's ongoing threats to enforce Texas laws against her, et cetera, et cetera.
This is where I think Republicans politically have got to understand one thing, and now I'm speaking politically only.
Because I believe in the cultural life.
I just happen to believe that.
Um I have friends of mine that have very different views on abortion.
We could have passionate discussions about it, and and at the end of the day, I respect where they're coming from.
Um, where I have the biggest problem on the issue of abortion is especially people that take it to an extreme.
You know, you'll hear Democrats, they will often say that there's no room in a delivery room for anybody other than the patient and the doctor.
And when you try to pin down some of these Democratic candidates or or politicians, okay, do you support any laws prohibiting abortion in say the seventh month of pregnancy, the eighth month of pregnancy, ninth month of pregnancy,
not in a case where it is it is almost a certainty that it puts puts the mother's life at risk or the baby has no chance of survival, has as has some real serious condition inside the womb.
Very different circumstances.
This is where it gets more nuanced, but again, these are the rare cases, not the average cases.
And they never want to answer that question.
In other words, do you support any law that will prohibit abortion in late months?
Because when we get to the third trimester, at that point, the child would be viable outside of the womb.
So in other words, at that point, that child is viable.
I know somebody recently, you know, they were like three months out from their due date, had the child, the child's fine.
And they delivered the child viable outside the womb.
They had to have it early, they ran into complications, et cetera, et cetera.
Now, when you talk about this politically, and Linda, you we've had many discussions over the years about this.
When you talk about it politically, you know, you have to look at where do you think the country is?
And there's been polling on it, and there's some polling that shows, you know, positions one way or the other.
But I think generally speaking, my life experience has shown me that if you take a very hard line on abortion politically, I'm not talking about whether you're in the pro-life community or you believe in the sanctity of life, politically, it's a losing issue.
If you ask me what was one of the biggest reasons 2022, in spite of polling, did not materialize into the Republican quote wave election that so many expected.
I think abortion was a pretty big part of it.
And I've cited many times on this program the position of the gubernatorial candidate in Pennsylvania, Doug Mastriano, nice guy, interviewed him, has different views than me.
He doesn't make exceptions for rape, incest, or the mother's life.
Um, and to me, I may in my mind, I think the the more intellectually honest and pure argument is life is life, and if you believe in the cultural people that don't have a choice in the case of rape or incest or whatever that situation may be, which does happen.
And anyway, so the long story short is where do I think the country is politically?
I think the country politically is probably at the first trimester, where a woman, every woman is gonna know in the first trimester if they're pregnant, or Dobbs, which is 15 weeks.
That was the Dobbs decision that overturn Roe v.
Wade.
Politically, if you ask me where the country is, my best guess with all the polls that I have read and all the interviews that I have done, I would say the country is probably at first trimester to 15 weeks.
Linda, do you agree with that?
Yeah.
So I think when Republicans in a position like this, there's gotta be a little bit more understanding here.
And I think that politically, you know, they they could lose very big races, like they did in I, for example, thought that Pennsylvania could have been a winning state.
In the case now, Dr. Oz had a more moderate position on abortion, and you know, here you have uh Governor Shapiro, the who beat Mastriano, he won by the largest margin of any non-incumbent gubernatorial candidate in in Pennsylvania since the 1940s.
You know, what by 16 points.
Now, Dr. Oz was, you know, on the ticket, down ticket vote for him, and and he only lost by like three and a half or four points, whatever it happened to be.
Now, what does that mean?
That means that over you had double digit ticket switching in that state.
What is ticket switching mean?
In other words, you're gonna vote for a Democrat for governor and then vote for a Republican for the Senate.
Do I think abortion played a big role in that?
I do.
That's my opinion.
And I think there are other anecdotal examples that are anecdotal that I could use.
Why are you looking at me like this?
You seem very engaged in this.
Why?
Well, I mean, I think there's okay, so I'm gonna do my best to say this in a way that doesn't make you lose your mind.
Um this entire case is a perfect example of why abortion is a state-by-state issue.
You know, this woman has a situation which I do not envy, and I think is horrible, and I'll pray for her and any other woman that's in that situation where I'm not sure.
Anybody anybody with a heart, I mean, how do you not feel for this poor woman?
It just stinks, but the so what's awful about this is that her situation is the very exception to the rule.
She is the exception, right?
Her life is in danger.
She wants to have more kids.
Her child is very, very sick, and they're saying has no chance of survival.
They're saying none.
Right.
That's what they're saying.
So, you know, this comes into a faith issue of, you know, science only goes too far, and then you got to give it to God.
Now, I don't know what would happen if she gave birth to this child.
She's already having a lot of complications.
She's been taken in two to three times to the hospital already.
She's clearly not doing well.
Things are not going well, her life is in danger.
She wants to give more life to this world.
She doesn't want to take this child's life away.
Never was that her intention.
So, in my opinion, not that any of us have the right to play God, but if she has a choice to live and be a mother to the two children she already has and a future mother to the other children she has, I think that there's a conversation that she needs to have with her higher power, and that's her decision.
It's not like other people who use abortion as birth control.
However, that might have been the most articulate explanation you've ever given on this show.
Well, and you we thought it would be controversial.
It was not.
I think that there are a lot of people that agree with us.
Probably.
But I think the problem is Republicans, as usual, stink at messaging and have never been able to explain to people.
Listen, it's a state-by-state issue.
Texas isn't going to let you do it.
We get it.
It stinks.
You want to be in the comfort of your home, you know, surrounded by the people that you love.
You can't because Texas hasn't allowed it.
Okay, what's the next nearest state where you can have this?
Part of it is she wants to preserve her fertility, which apparently.
No, but my point is even I I agree with you 100%.
But my point is, even if that wasn't the case, even if she's like one of these other disgusting people who use it as birth control because they've made a choice to not take precaution and they don't want to do what they're doing, and they want to like, you know, just kind of wheel and deal with the big thing.
I I think people need to be responsible.
If you're going to engage in adult behavior, I think if you do it.
I'm sorry.
I think if you go out and you willfully do what you're doing and you're not taking control, and then you say, uh, I don't want this baby.
I'm gonna kill it.
I'm sorry, that's disgusting.
I don't think there's another way to describe it.
I think a better way to say it is my way.
If you're gonna do engage in adult behavior, be an adult and be responsible.
But go ahead.
There's a lot of idiot adults as well.
But anywho, my point is potato potato, they can go and do it.
That's the beauty of the state by state issue.
Instead of Republicans saying, while we feel for this woman, and we are not in agreement with the higher court of Texas, and we don't think that the right decision was made here.
We are grateful that the United States of America has other places where she can go.
She's not having a back alley abortion.
You know, we aren't going back into the days of those, you know, only because of the constraints of time.
Let me just add, because your point is very poignant here, and that is yes, there are look, the abortion tourism is a real thing.
You know, I you can't get there are states that will allow you to have an abortion even in the seventh, eighth and ninth month, which I think is wrong, because at that point the issue of viability uh comes into play where the child can survive outside of mother's womb on their own.
Um and I and I think that's very, very key.
However, I just think Republicans, they need to also, and this is missing.
Democrats, every time they say there's no room in a delivery room or a hospital room for a doctor and uh a mother and the government.
Okay, what they're really saying is they don't want any restrictions on abortion.
And at that point, they've taken the extreme position, which is hold on a second.
Somebody's, you know, has a child that would be viable outside the womb on their own.
And I don't know how you make that argument that that child has has rights at that point that ought to be protected, the most innocent among us uh by the government.
Anyway, 800, 941 Sean, prayers for this poor woman.
And I think Republicans need to think about that overall as an issue.
Just my two cents.
800, 941 Shauna's on number.
