I Leonard Skinner, simple man.
All things simple man on this radio program means only one simple man, Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly at billo'reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, sir, how are you?
You know, I have cramps in my hands from signing killing the witches for Christmas gifts.
Oh, hang on.
You signed about, what, 75,000 of your last books?
Actually, I went over 80,000.
80,000.
And it's a killer, right?
I'm not complaining.
I'm very grateful that people, you know, wanted an autographed copy.
But Bill, you kind of sound like you're doing this.
listen closely.
You sound like you're whining, Bill, about...
Yeah, okay.
All right, I got two topics for you today.
I want to start off with the election and the issue of abortion as it relates to the election and how wrong the media is on all of this.
Now, we've been following politics our entire career.
Virginia now has been a pretty deep blue state for a long, long time.
Glenn Young, God bless him, ran one of the best campaigns for governor that I think I've seen in the modern era.
And he was able to take a blue state.
Virginia is no longer purple.
Let me explain to people.
As the bureaucracy has grown by hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands in Washington, D.C., and in that bureaucracy, 95% of the people that work there are Democrats.
They have basically taken over all of Northern Virginia and dramatically changed the demographic of that state.
And it's very hard for any Republican to win, which made Yunkins win so surprising.
I actually applaud Governor Yunkin for trying to get the House of Delegates and the Senate read as well.
He put his neck on the line.
He went out and campaigned.
It didn't work out the way he wanted.
Mathematically, the odds were always against him.
It was always a heavy lift.
But if you listen to the media, this has been a horrible day for Glenn Young.
I don't think so at all.
I think he showed great courage, being willing to take on a very blue state and try and improve it by putting people with better policies in place.
Am I wrong?
Yeah, a little bit.
You're wrong today, Hannity, because in politics you have to win.
And the reason Youngkin won the governorship, and I like Youngkin, by the way.
I like him too.
Is about he won because of the parental thing that his opponent Terry McAuliffe basically told the people of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hey, back off.
The schools are going to run how your kids are educated.
You don't have anything to do with it.
That was the end.
And Youngin stuck up for the parents.
Now, this issue of abortion is not being handled correctly by the Republican Party.
And here's the reason why.
And it's based on history.
All right.
As America declines in religious belief and organized religion, the issue of abortion becomes a secular issue only.
So the Founding Fathers would never, ever have approved of abortion ever in a million years.
Would that have been enshrined in the Constitution?
And now in Ohio, a Republican state, it is enshrined in that state constitution.
And the reason is that the moral argument that all life begins at conception is rejected by most Americans who believe what they want to believe.
And what they want to believe is that it's not a human being on conception.
Now, there's no scientific backup for that.
There's nothing.
That's what they want to believe.
And the women in particular see government restricting abortion as an assault on their so-called reproductive rights.
They've won that.
If I'm advising a Republican, and you don't hear Trump talk about abortion much, he's smart enough to stay out of that.
But he's not, it's not just when he talks about it, he talks about it intelligently.
He talks about he understands that where the country is.
This has nothing to do with your views on abortion or my views on abortion.
Politically.
I'm talking right.
Politically, the country supports legalized abortion.
I would say that most people, you know, common sense Americans, most people, the consensus is 15 weeks.
That was the Dobbs decision.
There are people that why did Mastriano get killed in 2022 in Pennsylvania?
He didn't make exceptions for rape, incest, or the mother's life, Bill.
You can't win.
Give me.
An important point.
Trump avoids the abortion issue because he knows that he's not going to win that issue.
But what he did do was appoint Supreme Court justices that did the right thing and kicked abortion back to the states, which is what you're seeing now in Ohio and Virginia and other places.
But the way that the Republican Party should go about the issue is say we are for adoption.
Take a positive approach to this.
You're not going to change anybody's mind about when life begins.
Forget it.
Not happening.
The people who were pro-life believe it's on conception.
The others don't.
But if you got behind, the government should help in adoption.
Who's going to attack that?
So that's where they should be because the ultimate goal of the pro-life movement is to save lives.
But one thing you're not addressing in your analysis, and maybe I just need to give you more time, is the politics surrounding abortion.
For example, I've said this for years on this program.
You know it's true.
I know it's true.
Every election season, the Democratic Party demagogues.
They like to label Republicans as racist and sexist and misogynistic and homophobic and xenophobic.
Now add to that the sheer amount of money that Democrats have used to demagogue the issue of abortion and lie about what Republicans believe about abortion because most Republicans are probably at the 15-week number, which I think is where the country is.
Forget about my views.
And Republicans have not done a good job of countering that lie.
And the Democrats have demagogued it, and they've done so successfully.
Hannity, it's impossible for the Republicans to counter it because the media is 90%.
No, I'm talking about you can do it in speeches.
You can do it in ads.
You do it in your campaign.
The Democrats spend hundreds of millions of dollars this cycle and the last cycle on abortion ads.
It's a winner.
They know it's going to help them, and they know the media, the national media and the local media combined is going to carry their water on the abortion.
But Republicans got to fight back with their own ads saying they're lying about us.
All right, but I don't think that's going to, at this point, it's too emotional.
If you go the adoption route, you go to high ground.
Well, you're saying that, but then the next question in any debate, and there will be a debate for every congressman and every senator, is where do you stand in terms of what the state law should be?
Now, if you're asking me where I think the country is, I think the country is where Dobbs was.
You know, look, in the end, Roe v.
Wade was bad law.
In the end, I think it was right for the Supreme Court to overturn it.
But in the end, it has killed Republicans politically at the polls.
Yeah, and even Ohio will have a limit on when you can have an abortion, but New York, California, Illinois won't.
And I think that radical position is not accepted.
You're right there.
But believe me when I tell you that Republicans should stay far away from this issue next year.
If they ignore it, then you can expect the same result as this year and in 2024 where they demagogue it.
You have to counter a lie.
When people lie about a candidate, if they say you're racist, you need to fight back.
If they say that you want dirty air and water, you need to fight back.
If you say you are against abortion and you support legalized abortion up to 15 weeks, you've got to counter the demagoguing and the lying.
That should be the highlight.
I think the economy and social disorder, which includes the border, will overwhelm that issue in 24.
So I agree with you that if somebody lies about you, you should confront the lie.
And then you should say, look, I'm reasonable on this.
Like Nikki Haley gained a lot of traction by saying I'm reasonable about this issue.
But none of them have gone into the adoption arena, which I think would benefit them.
But next year, you're going to see a pivot to people being harmed by Bidenomics, which is a disaster in every way.
The open border and disorder in their own neighborhoods because the far left won't enforce the law.
I'll only add one thing.
You're right about everything you just said.
But the Republicans have got to take this issue head on.
Ignoring it is not working for them.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.

All right, we continue with Bill O'Reilly, all things simple man, in 800-941 Sean is a number.
Your call is coming up next half hour.
Let me ask you the next important topic, bring up the next important topic and the next question.
So these polls come out, and it shows that Donald Trump is frankly destroying Joe Biden in five out of six key swing states.
Now, I think that this movement to get Joe off the top of the ticket is very real.
I think they're working hard behind the scenes.
And what are your thoughts?
Will he survive that?
I said for a year that I don't think Biden's going to be on a ticket.
You may be right.
I think the odds have gone down every week, and I'll tell you why.
Because his cognitive decline, that is degenerative.
It's sad.
I've seen it.
I don't wish this on anybody, but you can see cognitively he's getting worse.
You can see that if you want to see it.
Okay?
Bill, you can't not see it at this point.
It comes back to that.
So that if you hate Trump and hate Republicans, then you don't care whether Joe Biden can get out of bed in the morning, which some days he can't.
You know, he has nothing on his schedule today.
What is it, Wednesday, Annity?
You and I are working our butts off.
He's not doing anything.
Because I give his schedule on the No Spin News every day, and there's nothing on his schedule.
Nothing on a Wednesday.
What would we do if we had a schedule for like a month?
I think we'd both lose our minds.
Look.
I know I'd lose mine, and I could see you driving around in your car talking to yourself, you know, saying, welcome to the factor.
But if you're really standing out for the folks, the talking point says you need to do A, B, and C.
I could see that.
Well, I have St. Michael the Archangel.
You know that?
You just see the guy with the wings on the back?
Bill, I'm afraid that might be the devil in disguise.
We've got to be careful here.
So just quickly on Biden.
So Biden is in history the second worst president in our country, all right, ever, next to James Buchanan, who allowed the Civil War to develop.
Okay.
So some people don't care about that, but most people do.
And when they have to pay so much more for essentials, they're going to vote against that person, unless the person running against them is worse.
And some people say that Trump is.
But Trump has a tremendous advantage now.
If he morphs into more of a statesman, I agree he has to fight back on this ridiculous, corrupt civil case in New York City.
That is one of the worst things as a historian I have ever seen, what's going on there.
And Trump is right to turn that courtroom into a circus to draw attention to how corrupt it is.
But on the national front, if he just becomes more of a statesman and compares, I did this last night again on the no spin news with billorilly.com.
You can access it.
Mortgage rates now are close, approaching 8%.
When he was in, they were 3%.
That's all he's got to do is statistics, statistics, statistics.
I agree.
If this becomes a referendum election on Joe Biden and his record, Bill, let me ask you an honest answer.
You're an honest guy, right?
I believe I am, Hannity.
You wouldn't have me on your show if it wasn't on.
That's true, actually.
Now, my question is this.
Can you name three things that Biden has done that you would say, you know what?
He did a good job on that.
I think he's doing okay on Ukraine and Israel at this point.
Okay, Ukraine, $76 billion.
We're paying more than all of Europe combined.
Do you think that was the right call?
I think he should put more pressure on the NATO countries to help out more.
Why did he prevent Poland from giving Zelensky the 28 megs?
Why did he say they can't use the cluster bombs and other munitions?
I think he put handcuffs on Zelensky, which means they were only fighting for a tie from the beginning.
Let's give you an answer to that.
He didn't do it because Putin has trouble within Russia now.
All right.
And if the Ukrainians started to bomb Russian cities and use the cluster bombs inside Russia, popular opinion would support Putin.
And the goal is to get Putin out.
Well, then he should have said only use them against Russian troops inside Ukraine instead of putting handcuffs on them.
Give me the big picture.
All things simple, man.
Bill O'Reilly.
All thingsO'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.
Obviously, we can talk forever.
We'll be watching, sir.
God bless you, and we'll talk to you next week.
Thanks for having me in.
Hi, 25 to the top of the hour.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I've been telling you all about Burner, the non-lethal self-defense products that they have out.
For example, their pistols, they look like a regular pistol, except the orange, the yellow, and the pink ones.
And you fire it like a regular pistol.
And in that case, in all 50 states, you don't need a permit.
You don't need a background check.
It fires formidable projectiles that incapacitate anybody that would want to bring harm to you or your family.
It's a non-lethal option.
I like having both a lethal and non-lethal option.
If possible, I'd like to save somebody's life and protect my family at the same time.
These videos will show you how powerful and formidable they are when you go to burner.com slash Hannity, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Hannity.
I've also told you about their brand new Mission 4 rifle, which I think is, that's my favorite of all their products.
They have now also on top of the Mission 4, they have 12-gauge ammo, which is such an incredible development.
You can use these 12-gauge shotgun shells in your own shotgun and most pump action shotguns from over 100 feet away.
And when they hit you, let me tell you, it works.
It hurts.
No gunpowder, which means discharge is 16 times quieter than a standard shotgun round.
When I tried it in my shotgun, I was stunned.
By the way, one note on the shotgun round, the 12-gauge, less lethal shotgun round from Berner, B-Y-R-N-A.
It can't be shipped to a handful of states.
So we make sure that everybody follows the law.
And depending on the state that you live in, we ask all of you to always follow the law.
You'll see all of it yourself.
They're new developments, the new products, non-lethal, but yet formidable self-defense options.
Go to burner.com slash Hannity.
Take a look at these videos.
If I can't convince you, and those videos can't convince you, nothing can, because it works.
BYRNA.com slash Hannity.
You using my name gets you 10% off.
B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Hannity.
Oh, I noticed Hillary Clinton on the view talking about Hitler and Donald Trump in the same sentence.
Let's hit it.
What, in your view, would happen if he were to be re-elected?
Oh, I can't even, I can't even think that because I think it would be the end of our country as we know it.
And I don't say that lightly.
You know, I think that he'd be even worse now because he was somewhat restrained, believe it or not, in the first term.
And so the wreckage is almost unimaginable.
You know, when I was Secretary of State, I used to talk about one and done.
And what I meant by that is that people would get legitimately elected, and then they would try to do away with elections and do away with opposition and do away with a free press.
And you could see it in countries where, well, Hitler was.
And so all of a sudden, somebody with those tendencies, though dictatorial, authoritarian tendencies, would be like, okay, we're going to shut this down.
We're going to throw these people in jail.
And they didn't usually telegraph that.
Trump is telling us what he intends to do.
And Joy Liz Behar still advancing the phony election fraud lie that Hillary Clinton won.
You know, by the way, you know, Mrs. Clinton did win the popular vote.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
I continue to believe that he won.
I don't care what they say.
Now we have this montage that I'm going to play next.
This is all the times all Democrats, you know, have said that Hillary Clinton was elected and Stacey Abrams was elected.
And let me play this montage to remind you because every time you hear a Democrat talk about Donald Trump and there's election denial and all sorts of things, it's amazing that they are guilty of the same thing, but nobody seemed to care at the time.
Hacking the U.S. election.
Hacking the U.S. election.
Russia hacked our elections.
The Russians hacked our election.
Russia hacked our election.
Russia hacked our elections.
Russia hacking of our elections.
Hacking of our elections.
Russia hacked our elections.
Russia hacked our elections.
Stole an election.
Russia hacked our elections.
Russia hacked our election.
Universal assessment that Russia hacked our election in 2016.
Foreign governments hacked our elections.
Most young Americans consider Donald Trump an illegitimate president.
An illegitimate president.
He's an illegitimate president.
Why is he illegitimate?
He just won an election.
He's an illegitimate president in my mind.
I absolutely agree.
Experts urge Clinton Kent to challenge election results.
We will see how illegitimate his victory actually was.
He's an illegitimate president.
Russia hacked our elections.
Russians hacking our election.
Hacked our election.
Russia hacking our election.
Donald Stead as a legitimate president.
Trump is an illegitimate president who stole the election.
This wasn't on the level.
This election was not on the level.
I don't think he's a legitimate president.
He got his victory from cheating.
Yes, Trump cheated.
Trump cheated the 2016 election.
He's an illegitimate president.
No validity.
No credibility.
And because of that.
Anger at what some see as an illegitimate president.
Donald Trump has got to go.
It will not be a peaceful change of power.
A number of incidents turn violent.
Protesters hurled trash cans, flash bombs, and objects at police.
Several officers injured protesters knew rocks and smashed windows, leading to more confrontations, injuries, and arrests.
The chaotic scene just blocks outside the security area of the inauguration.
All right, to our busy telephones we go.
Let us go to John in Arizona.
John, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, doing good, Sean.
How about yourself?
I'm good, man.
What's going on?
Well, I got a couple points here, and then I have a question for you, and I think you'll like this question.
So I guess when I look at what happened last night, my thoughts are the Republican Party, they better get their stuff together, specifically the conservative caucus of the party.
Because if they don't and they don't start learning from their mistakes, I think 2024 not only will go to the Democrats in the presidency over any of the candidates, but also in the Senate and in Congress.
It's just what they're running on are not winning issues.
And the divide between the party and the Civil War in the party, so to speak, is not a winning issue.
Maybe I just need to reset the table because, you know, it was funny.
I woke up this morning and Sweet Baby James had sent an article written about me and Hannity now recognizes the issue of abortion.
And I'm like, okay, I've been saying this since 2022.
And I'm like, no, Hannity did not change his mind.
I recognize that where I stand on the issue of abortion is not where the country is.
And I'm recognizing that reality.
But I have been saying since the 2022 election, abortion played a very big part in the 2022 loss.
One of the reasons expectations were not met is abortion was a very big part of it.
And Democrats did a great job of demagoguing the issue of abortion.
You know, why did Doug Mastriano, running for governor in Pennsylvania, lose by the largest margin against any non-incumbent since the 1940s?
Well, he didn't even support exceptions for rape, incest, and the mother's life.
Politically, forget about your personal views.
I'm giving you objective analysis here.
Politically, that position is untenable.
You cannot win, especially in a swing state.
You might be able to win in some really conservative states, but if you ask me where the country is on the issue, I don't think most people like abortion, but most people want abortion to be legal.
And I think there are limits on how long it should be legal.
It seems to me, objectively, with everything I read and everything I see and everything I hear, that the consensus is 15 weeks.
That was the Dobbs decision.
So Roe v.
Wade being overturned, it was the right decision because it was always bad law.
But the states are now going to make those decisions, not the federal government.
And I think that's the way it should be.
And it is now up to Republicans not to sit back when they're getting hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars of abortion ads thrown on them that, oh, back alley abortions are coming back and all the nonsense and the demagoguery that goes on.
And they need to fight back and counter the lie.
And Republicans have not done that.
Now, two other things I've been saying, too.
And you could say, well, Hannity, it wasn't that effective in Virginia.
I look at Glenn Young's victory as a tribute to him as a personal candidate.
And endorsements only take you so far.
And, you know, he was not on the ballot.
He was trying to help other people on the ballot.
And in the case of Virginia, I'd given up, I'd long given up on Virginia as a possible red state.
Yunkin proved me wrong.
Now, he wasn't able, his popularity was not transferable to other candidates, but he gave it a hell of a try to get the House of Delegates and the Senate.
I give him a lot of credit for trying.
He didn't have to put his neck out there like that.
Politically speaking, it was a very risky move because I still see Virginia as a blue state.
I don't even see it as a purple state.
So I think there's been a lot of misinterpretation.
But Republicans need to get over their reluctance and resistance to voting early.
They need to get in the legal ballot harvesting business, and they need an answer on abortion in every race, and they need to spend the same amount of money the Democrats are spending on the issue so Democrats can't get away with the big lie that Republicans want to abolish abortion.
It's not true.
Right.
So that's my advice.
But I've been saying it for a year, and all of a sudden the media last night, Sean Hannity even admits it.
I'm like, Sean Hannity has been saying it forever.
And by the way, they know I've been saying it forever.
So, and again, I'm putting aside my own personal views.
Now, that's why I support a group like Pre-Born.
And I've said abortion's a heart issue.
That's why I've donated 4D ultrasound machines because the science that they now have has a tremendous, tremendous impact on expecting moms.
And if they're considering abortion, if you go to preborn.com/slash Hannity, you know what?
They're doing great work.
They offer counseling.
They offer all sorts of assistance and a free 4D ultrasound.
And I think that this is going to be a heart issue.
The other thing Americans need to realize now, almost 60% of all abortions are done by a pill.
It's not the old-fashioned way.
Now, if you look at on-label usage of that abortion pill, it says up to 10 weeks.
I'm sure they push the limit.
I'm sure people go beyond it.
But that is the way the majority of abortions take place in the country.
It's not like the old days.
Anyway, appreciate it, John.
I hope it's a wake-up call, but I am not, I think a lot of the media has purposely distorted what happened yesterday.
And, you know, to me, it's just predictable.
However, Republicans, wake the hell up because if you want to win, you better start listening to the major things I'm saying.
Vote early, vote by mail, get over your reluctance and resistance.
Get in the ballot harvesting game, the legal ballot harvesting game.
And lastly, I am telling you, do not let Democrats demagogue and lie about you on any topic, including abortion.
Now, if you don't listen to me and you lose, you have nobody to blame but yourself.
And they do need to pick some better candidates.
Some of their candidates just suck.
All right, quick break right back to our phones: 800-941-Sean, our number.
If you want to be a part of the program as we continue, Hennedy uncovers the real truth about the politics of D.C. He's your watchdog on Big Brother every day.
Hannity is on right now.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
Let's say hi to Frank in Pennsylvania.
What's up, Frank?
How are you, my friend?
Okay, Sean, thanks for taking the call.
I went to vote yesterday.
Yeah.
I'm a naturalized citizen.
I've been out of the country several times, a couple of communist countries.
I see how those people live.
And when I come back to this country, I appreciate everything we have.
I have a friend.
You're going to love this one.
I think she's in her 50s.
She's never voted.
I got on her case and she got mad at me.
Why doesn't she want to vote?
I don't know.
I told her, hey, you vote the wrong, you vote the wrong person in.
It's your problem.
I'm not sure if it's true.
One of the school boards, they looked at the books of the books on the shelves.
And I said, the school she went to, something about a library.
Oh, they don't have a library at school.
What?
Listen, I mean, I don't think people realize, but the lack of participation will impact their lives.
But what are you going to do?
Drag them to the polls and force them to do something they're not going to do?
We have in this country.
Your food prices are sky high.
Your gas prices are, how to phrase it, out of hand.
I want to fix income right now.
I'm surviving the best I can.
Other thing is the voter, this voter stuff.
My opinion, when you go to get your driver's license somewhere on that driver's license, should be an imprint that, hey, I can vote.
We definitely need voter ID, signature verification, chain of custody controls.
You need updated voter rolls, and you need partisan observers watching the voting up close and the vote counting when the polls close.
I've said this now.
I've been saying it and saying it and saying it.
Maybe I'm not saying it enough.
I'll continue to say it until Republicans and conservatives wake up.
I don't know what the country is going to look like if we continue down this path.
And, you know, I wish I had magical powers where I can get people to do what I want them to do, but I don't have those powers.
I can just try and educate, inform, and entertain, and hope that people get it and get the word out.
The stakes could not be any higher.
We see everything falling apart around us right here in this country and around the world.
I don't like what I'm seeing.
I'm very concerned about the world and our country.
I've never been this concerned.
And I'm not a warrior type of person.
I don't like to worry.
I don't worry.
You know, the only people in my life that get me to worry are my kids.
And that's been since day one.
They're born.
I'd go in every night when they were little babies.
I'd be like checking if they're breathing 20 times a night like a neurotic helicopter dud.
Anyway, appreciate the call, my friend.
Everybody's got to do their part.
That's how it's going to work.
You know, all right, listen, Christmas coming now before you know it.
