It is 800-941-SHAWN. | |
If you want to be a part of the program, you know, I'm I I don't even know where to begin.
I watched the mob, the media, and and they think last night was the was the big harbinger of things to come a year from now.
Now, there are things that I will reiterate today that Republicans need to hear loudly and very clearly as we are now a year away from what I think is the most important presidential election in our lifetime.
And themes that you have heard from me for a long time.
When Sweet Baby James handed me an article this morning, and it said, even Hannity thinks that the abortion issue is, you know, we've got to be realistic.
I'm like, how long have I been saying that?
I've been saying it forever.
How long have I been saying that Republicans in every state they need they and conservatives need to get over whatever reluctance, whatever resistance they may have towards voting early, voting by mail?
How often have I talked about the need for integrity measures in every state, voter ID, um, signature verification, chain of custody controls, updated voter rolls, partisan observers, as many states have as as their law, being able to watch the voting all day and when the polls close, the vote counting all night up close.
I've been saying this, I've been screaming this, frankly, since 2020.
It's not new for me. | |
And and yet it would be a surprise.
Now, after Roe v. | |
Wade was overturned, I think that had a very big part to play in why 2022, the red wave that was expected didn't happen.
You know, I I I keep pointing to one example because I think it's it says it all.
And that was in Linda's state of Pennsylvania and in Pennsylvania.
Nice guy. | |
But Doug Mastriano didn't have a shot.
Made no exceptions for rape incest of the mother's life.
That is an untenable position.
Now understand, as I'm talking about abortion here, you know, it doesn't matter what my position is on this.
Everyone knows I'm I'm pro-life.
I believe in the sanctity of life.
I put my money where I mouth my mouth is.
I support the mission of pre-born.
I've been buying 4D ultrasound machines because through science, the science of 4D ultrasound, many what many expecting moms that have been thinking about abortion once they're introduced to the majesty and and the beauty of what is growing inside them,
they usually choose life and and they offer counseling services and and all sorts of services to help any expecting mom, and and then when they give birth, they they stick with them as well, and they help them with anything and everything pretty much that they need.
But I'm just I'm just watching.
You would think that this was the biggest election night either.
We we didn't even go wall-to-wall coverage last night.
It was that insignificant.
Now, let me start in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
On Monday, I had Governor Glenn Youncan on my TV show.
And on and he's been very, very good about and strong on the issue that Republicans need to vote early and vote by mail and stop the reluctance and resistance.
The state that pulls it off the best with Republicans that I know of is Florida.
I mean, in Florida, Republicans, conservatives down there, they have no problem voting by mail.
They have no problem voting early.
And they've had no integrity issues.
If anything, the integrity issues under Governor DeSantis have gone way up.
And now what I like about what Governor Yuncan did he's he's trying to institutionalize this, and then people may wrongly say, well, based on the results, a lot of good that did.
They're looking at it the wrong way.
I told Glenn Youngkin on Monday, I said, I'll be honest, Governor.
I had given up on the state, on the Commonwealth of Virginia, ever going red again.
And for many years we looked at it as a purple state, and but it really is a blue state.
There has been a mass influx.
I don't know the exact numbers I can get them.
I'd say well over a million people.
As the bureaucracy in Washington, D.C. grows, people need a place to live.
Well, DC bureaucrats, 95% of which vote for Democrats.
They have been flooding all of Northern Virginia.
And that's where they're living.
Okay, so what what does that mean?
That took what was once a pretty reliably red state, then turned it purple, and I would argue it was blue.
I had given up on it. | |
And Glenn Youncan came out of nowhere, ran a phenomenal campaign at the right time.
You know, a lot of it remember go back to the Loudoun County school issues and the things that were going on there, and he pulled off a massive victory two years ago.
And all credit goes to him because I didn't think it would be in play again.
I was shocked by the margin that same year that the Republican gubernatorial candidate was able to pull off in New Jersey.
Had anybody known that that was a possibility, Republicans might have been able to pick off New Jersey in that gubernatorial race had we paid more attention to it.
So to listen to people, you know, criticize Governor Glenn Youncan, I'm I'm I'm just so opposite of them.
Number one, Glenn Yuncan is Glenn Yuncan.
You know, just because somebody endorses you does not guarantee victory.
It could help in some cases.
It might may just be the enough to put it over the top.
But I I I've always thought that endorsements are overrated.
Over the years, people have wanted my endorsement.
Usually it doesn't help.
I I don't see any benefit.
If you're going to win a race and you're in a race to win a seat, whatever gubernatorial race, congressional seat, Senate seat, you've got to win because you want it more than the other guy, and you've got to win based on what you're running on and the message you're you're putting out to people, but you also need election integrity measures in place like the ones that I just mentioned.
And Republicans, you know, you cannot start out election day down hundreds of thousands of votes and think you're going to win.
I think that has been a terrible mistake.
You know, why how is it that Katie Hobbs and John Fetterman and Joe Biden?
How do these Democrats end up winning when all they've done is hang out in their basement the whole campaign?
Well, they win because of these other efforts that the Democratic Party is engaged in.
Like legal ballot harvesting that the Republicans are not involved in.
They need to be involved in.
And, you know, they don't have a problem in the Democratic Party with voting by mail or voting early.
You know, and remember what ballot harvesting is, is somebody picking up somebody else's ballot and returning it for them.
Now, I'm sure that nobody would ever alter a ballot, right?
That would never happen.
It's impossible. | |
I can't imagine anybody being that, you know, horrible a person.
That they would steal somebody's vote.
But I bet you it probably does happen, doesn't it?
I wouldn't wouldn't surprise me.
That's what I don't like it.
But it's not the system that I like.
If I had my voting system, I would make it simple.
My voting system would be paper ballots, uh, with the exceptions of the military, the elderly, the infirmed.
Uh it would be same day voting.
You don't have voting 90 days out of the election.
You don't even have debates and you're there, you know, a million votes take place.
Dr. Raz, John Fetterman, they didn't even uh there were like 750,000 votes cast before they ever debated.
It's just unfair to the voters because anything can happen last minute.
That big last minute October surprise.
I mean, and if the FBI didn't censor big tech in the lead up to the 2020 election and you didn't have early voting, America would have known that Hunter's laptop was very real, and I think that would have had a huge impact on that race.
Especially if we got into the details of what's in it.
But anyway, I digress a little bit here.
Is Virginia is a blue state.
It is a blue state because that's where all the DC bureaucrats have decided to live.
The fact that Yunkin won in the first place is a miracle.
And those that are out there slamming him, uh it is misplaced anger.
Governor Yuncan did not have to involve himself in in trying, attempting to get the House of Delegates and the Senate to be Republican.
But he went out there, he helped entice people to run.
He kept his word, he campaigned with them, he put it all on the line.
It's not his name on the ballot, it's their name on the ballot.
And then the Democrats also got involved.
They didn't expect, they didn't see Glenn Youncan winning two years ago.
They didn't see it happening.
So now they paid more attention this time.
And so you just gotta realize for what it is.
Now, if you want to look at some of these other states, you know, what didn't happen is Virginia's population is about 8.6 million.
You know, you can look at another place that happens to be Long Island, New York, where I currently live.
Not much longer, but where I currently live.
And anyway, you know, we were all hoping that Glenn Young's popularity would help him turn the entire legislature red, but not only did he not win the Senate, they didn't win the House of Delegates.
But I don't blame I I give Glenn Younc credit for trying.
Glenn Yuncan was not on the ballot, didn't have to put himself out there, but he did.
Now, Long Island is about the same population as Virginia, eight million, so we're not talking about, you know, some and uh some outlier.
And if anything, New York State, which Long Island is a part of, is even on paper more blue than Virginia ever was, and Long Island, all right, let's say it's purple.
Suffolk County went for Trump in 2020, Nassau County went for Biden, and until January of 2022, Nassau County uh executives for Nassau and Suffolk County were both Democrats.
In January of 2022, uh Republican Bruce Blakeman was sworn in as Nassau County's executive after defeating a Democrat.
And last night in Suffolk County, Republican Ed Romaine defeated the Democrat David Cologne for the county executive race there after Democrats had held that seat for 12 long years, and he did it with a 5742 landslide.
And let me tell you one of the big issues on Long Island is all these illegal immigrants that have been shipped up to New York, the sanctuary state that were welcomed by Governor Hokel and welcomed by Mayor Adams, and that you know they have been in the middle of the night pushing them out to Long Island and pushing them upstate New York, and everyone's fed up with it.
Now, if you want to look at Kentucky, I think everybody's not really analyzing that race.
In that Kentucky, you have an incumbent Democrat, Andy Bashir.
He won re-election. | |
He defeated the Republican state attorney general.
And okay, a win is a win is a win.
But Bashir, you know, literally his entire campaign, he never talked about Joe Biden.
He never talked about Democratic Party of today.
He talked about energy independence.
He sounded like a Republican.
So that doesn't surprise me.
I think you could probably add to the equation that, you know, you know, would you anyone consider Mitch McConnell anything other than really a rhino?
I mean, it's it's you know, they want to put the blame somewhere.
One place they really can't put it this time.
Even Nate Silver acknowledged actually came up with an interesting take on it, how election results show the GOP losses without Trump on the ballot, and he went through a history of that.
You know, when Trump himself Is not on the ballot.
I mean, you know, sometimes his candidates win, sometimes they don't.
Sometimes these candidates just suck.
I mean, if I would have known Mastriano was that extreme, I forget it.
Who would have voted? | |
You know, why was he even the candidate at that point?
Anyway, it's gotta be a lesson for Republicans.
They've got to run as conservatives.
They've got to run on an agenda that is low taxes, limited government, greater freedom, uh, border security, law in order, safety, security so every American can pursue happiness, energy, independence, and energy dominance.
Uh, they've got to believe in the first, the second amendment.
They gotta put legislators on the uh, I'm sorry, uh judges on the bench that believe in interpreting the constitution that believe in separation of powers, and they gotta simply believe in peace through strength.
The agenda is not complicated, it's not hard to communicate, but it's also up to the candidates themselves to do the heavy lifting here.
But I but I just think everybody's wrong.
And they're acting like it's the biggest deal in the world, and I'm telling you, it wasn't.
And does it reflect, does it give us any insight into what can happen in 2024?
Well, yeah. | |
Republicans can better get over their reluctance and resistance about voting early based on the system we have now, now not the one we wish we had.
Uh Republicans better get in the legal ballot harvesting movement.
Uh, Republicans need to pick pick good candidates.
And Republicans, I'm gonna say it.
If Democrats are demagoguing you as racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic, that you want dirty air and water, and that you want grandma and grandpa to die, and that you want to take away abortion rights when you do not, you have got to counter those lies.
Yes, abortion, you know, has for the last two election cycles, it is playing a part.
Democrats are spending like 50% of their ad money on abortion demagoguing and lying about Republicans.
Now, even though I'm pro-life, I would say I think the nation, the country, and this is my analysis, not my own personal view, probably is settled on the issue at about 15 weeks.
You know, Roe v. | |
Wade was bad law, it needed to go.
Now it's up to the states to decide.
But then it's also up to Republicans that they have got to make sure if they're being lied about, that they counter that lie.
And in most of these races where it was an issue, Republicans never fought back.
That's on them. | |
That's not on the voters.
Hey there. | |

What I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us, 800-941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Um I've been telling you about Pure Talk.
Now, Pure Talk offers the exact same service that the big carriers, ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile that they offer you.
Uh, they use the same cell towers, they use the same 5G network, and the average family for the exact same service is saving close to a thousand dollars a year for the same service.
It's amazing. | |
And by the way, it's a veteran-owned company, and they have now the last couple of weeks, they're in the very last week, and their goal of reaching $10 million so they can donate it to veterans to pay down the debt that they have.
Uh they're 90% of the way there.
And what they're using is the for every person that makes the switch to save money for the same service, won't cost you anything else.
They're donating a portion of that money from new customers just to pay down the debt of our service men and women.
So you're saving money for the exact same service, and you're helping veterans, and it's simple, fast, and easy to make the change to make the switch.
Just double pound 250, say the keyword save now.
Pound 250, say the keyword save now, and you start saving money for the same service, and you're helping our vets.
Guess what? | |
That's a winning proposition.
Um, so one last thing on this, you know, the the two issues that I am urging you now, one year out of this election year 2024, presidential election race is this.
One is Republicans have got to get out of a mindset.
I wish that my system of voting would become the law of the land.
You know, there are other countries that experimented with more complex voting methods, and they ended up going back to paper ballots.
And here's how it should work.
But it's not the system we have, and it's not going to be the system we have next year.
It's not going to be the system until Republicans win a lot more races, and then they could change the rules.
But the system I would prefer is paper ballots, say, you know, same day voting with make it a make election day a national holiday.
You don't have three months to vote.
You don't have two months to vote.
You don't have a month to vote.
You know, wait till election day to vote.
Everybody votes on election day.
If you want to extend the hours that polls are open, I'm fine with that.
You can open polls at midnight, 12 a.m. the night before.
You can close them at 12 a.m. the night after, or have 24 hour voting.
One day, election day. | |
Paper ballots, same day voting.
You have partisan observers watch the vote counting all day.
When the polls do close, they watch the vote counting.
They watch the voting and the vote counting up close to make sure to keep everybody honest.
So you have integrity in the system so we can all have confidence in the results.
And then after they count the ballots, they declare a winner, everybody can go to sleep, and whoever got elected got elected, and I think that would be the best system.
But you need voter ID, you need signature verification.
If you do have mail and ballots like we have, you need chain of custody controls.
I think ideally, any new ballots that come in from the moment they arrive at any precinct, they need to be on a video camera that it that records.
I think they need to be put in a room with a video camera that voters can look at any time of day or night that they want, and they don't get pulled out until they're ready to be counted.
And by the way, I think if you do have mail in balloting, you ought to count the ballots regularly.
And that should all be on videotape.
I mean, why not use technology?
But voter IDs, signature verification, chain of custody controls, updated voter rolls, partisan observers observing the counting and observing the voting and observing the counting.
What's hard about that?
It's not hard. | |
But that's not the system we have.
So Republicans, yeah, you're gonna have to accept that it's not the ideal system.
But if you continue to resist what Democrats have embraced, which is voting early, voting by mail, then you're making a big mistake.
And I think, you know, to start out election day down hundreds of thousands of votes, uh, is just a dumb idea.
You know, whatever the legal ballot harvesting laws are in any particular state, Republicans need to duplicate and hopefully surpass what democratic operatives are doing.
I don't think that's hard at all.
And by the way, one issue on the the question of abortion, because Democrats always demagogue Republicans in elections.
And I've said this for years.
They're rate Republicans are racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic.
You can now add transphobic to it.
They want dirty air and water, they want grandma and grandpa for years to eat dog food and cat food only until well, actually most Republicans understand that's not where the country is.
I'm just giving you the reality.
I think the national consensus, you know, Bill Clinton of all people, I can't believe I'm quoting Bill Clinton.
He once famously said, legal and rare.
I think I would probably say, and this is based on all my years of experience, 30 plus years in radio, and now my 28th year at Fox.
I would say probably the consensus where the country is, not where Sean Hannity is.
Just analyzing things because Democrats have they're just beating the crap out of Republicans on the issue of abortion ever since Roe was overturned.
And what they're saying is false, inaccurate, and untrue.
And Republicans have not been effective in fighting back.
And if you are a Republican and you're running for office and you're being attacked and you're not responding to these attacks, and they remain unanswered, uh, I would argue the last two election cycles have proven that it is an effective technique that the Democrats are using.
You need to defend what your position is.
And I think the country's position is if I had to guess, overall, most Americans don't like the idea of abortion, even if they consider themselves pro-choice.
They are pro-choice, but I but they're not pro-choice up till the moment of birth.
Remember that infamous comment by then Governor Northam of Virginia, well, first we'll the baby will be born, we'll make the baby comfortable, then the doctor and the mom will talk about whether that baby lives or dies.
That would be called murder or infanticide.
I think most Americans, if you want to know where I think they are in late-term abortion, they're dead set against it.
If you're going to have an abortion, I think the consensus probably is where the Dobbs decision was, which is at about 15 weeks.
And I think Republicans also have not taken advantage of issues that Democrats hand them on this issue.
You know, I think most Americans feel that parents should be notified if their children, their underage children want to have an abortion.
You know, unless they can prove that somehow that it would put the child at some kind of risk.
You know, there are many Democrats that want no regulation at all whatsoever.
How many Democrats have we heard say, there's no room in the hospital for any government official?
Well, what does that mean?
You mean that you can have abortion up to the moment of birth?
No regulation at all? | |
Excuse me. | |
Um, most Americans are not there.
You know, most Americans are at some point when the baby that is inside of a mother's womb is viable outside the womb, at that point that life needs to be protected.
That's why it would be 15 weeks.
I don't think anybody I don't think science has brought us to the point where uh a woman that's pregnant 15 weeks under any circumstances would that child be viable outside of a mother's womb.
And I'm just telling you where I think it is.
But you want to talk about radicalism?
You want to talk about extremism, you know, abortion, late-term abortion of what, up to the moment of birth?
In the in the you know, the last month of pregnancy?
That child is perfectly capable of living outside the mother's womb.
That would be infanticide.
What parents don't get a notification?
I don't think most Americans are there either.
So Republicans have got to, you know, stop being silent on it, and they've got to fight back, and they can fight back with the truth.
By the way, Senate Republicans are now demanding that Biden finish Trump's border wall in exchange for more Ukrainian aid.
It's amazing that the Republicans now in the Senate have finally lifted a finger to even take a position.
I'm actually shocked. | |
I have one question. | |
We'll get to this later with the we have a lieutenant colonel in the IDF forces is going to join us.
Has anyone heard Joe Biden?
I'm trying to think. | |
I've not heard. | |
But even if I did hear him, I'm not sure I'd understand them.
But I've not heard Biden demanding Hamas release American hostages.
I have not heard him go after the terrorist group Hamas.
And yet I'll play it later.
Wink and Tony Blinken yet again is out there trying to push the Israelis into a pause.
Let me tell you what a pause means.
A pause means you give the enemy time to build up their weaponry again, to restock.
It gives them time to build up their supplies that have been depleted.
It gives them time to prepare for the next round of conflict, which puts you at a decided disadvantage, especially now that the IDF is at a decided advantage because they just have such overwhelming military might.
The goal for the Israelis has got to be to win the war.
And winning, I would define as forever preventing or allowing Gaza or Lebanon to be used by Hamas and Gaza, Hezbollah in Lebanon as a launching area for the rockets, the hundreds of thousands of them that they have fired into Israel.
Victory would be defined by destroying the entire 300-mile network of terror tunnels that they built instead of building hospitals and schools and infrastructure.
Now we're finding out that they actually built some of these terror tunnels under hospitals.
We already knew they used, you know, innocent human beings as you know human shields.
But it's interesting to just watch all of this unfold here.
I will say this. | |
Democrats, I predict next year are only going to want to talk about abortion.
What are they not going to want to talk about?
Joe Biden's border policies?
Do you think they really want to talk about Bidenomics?
Do you think they want to talk about his energy policies?
Do you want you think they want to talk about the debt, the deficits?
You think they want to talk about his COVID strategies?
More people died his first year in office than the first year of COVID with Trump.
You know, great achievement, Joe.
And of course, you know, what are they going to run on?
Are they going to run on national security?
Are they going to run on security in our towns and our cities?
Are they going to run on DM D fund dismantle the police and no bailos?
Open borders. | |
You know, importing energy from countries that hate our guts.
Are they going to run on that?
Are they going to run on their ineffectiveness to push back the open hostility that China has shown our Air Force and our Navy?
Are they going to fight back against China and their spy balloon?
There was no consequences for that.
Are they going to fight back against Vladimir Putin shooting down our drones?
No. | |
What are they going to run on?
What has Joe done? | |
Why does Joe deserve a second term?
Is this country better off than it was four years ago?
I don't think so. | |
I don't think so at all. | |
But if you want some takeaways, you know, Republicans, they got to do a better job answering the lies that Democrats tell about them every election season.
That would be at the top of the list for sure.
Biden approval rating now at 36%, according to Reuters.
36%. | |
Wow. | |
That's about as low as you can get.
Hunter Biden prosecutors sought special charging status in 2022, but he didn't get it, Jim Jordan said.
Well, this is the same guy that was telling the same thing to the IRS whistleblowers that took notes in real time.
They corroborated all of it.
And I believe the Attorney General Merrick Garland said just the opposite, that he did have the authority.
I'm sure it was just an honest mistake.
If you're if you're a Democrat and you lie before Congress as an honest mistake, if you're a Republican, they want to hold you in contempt.
Biden's food inflation is now crushing household budgets.
CEO of Target explaining on CNBC that consumers have cut back significantly even on grocery items.
They can't afford bare necessities.
Credit card debt has hit a new record while delinquencies also rise.
Household debt is also rising with prices and interest rates and Joe Biden inflation.
The amount is 13,631 below the all-time high.
Americans are getting crushed.
The U.S. debt on interest over a trillion dollars a year in debt payments alone.
Wow. | |
Yeah, have a twice-arrested Honduran illegal immigrant accused of sex crimes.
Now apprehended a third time.
Open borders. | |
Biden administration released an illegal immigrant charged with human smuggling near Canada.
Why would you release that person?
Chicago mayor saying allies, you know, block ballot measures asking voters if they want to end their sanctuary city status.
You have terrorists, saboteurs surging to America from Iran, Syria, China, Russia, other Middle Eastern countries.
Anyone paying attention to any of this or just me?
I don't know. | |
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, we got a lot coming up today.
All things simple man, Bill O'Reilly.
We're going to take on the elections last night, the issue of abortion and much, much more.
Also, we'll check in, we'll head to the ground in Israel with the IDF Lieutenant Colonel on the ground there.
Uh, Jonathan Conricus will join us and give us an update on what the strategies are and why is Biden trying to force the Israelis into a pause.
