Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup and information overload.
Our numbers 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, since Joe Biden now has been president and he's been, as we've been saying over and over and over again, his open borders policies, his refusal to keep his oath and uphold his oath to the Constitution and enforce the laws of the land has now resulted in anywhere by the end of this year, three years as president, between eight and 10 million illegal immigrants coming into this country.
Now, what's amazing is that would be the population roughly of New York City or even bigger, you know, thanks to Joe Biden.
And by the way, we now have new numbers in, higher from yesterday.
659 people from Iran.
That's only a recent phenomenon.
538 from Syria, a recent phenomenon.
And thousands of other, quote, special interest aliens from the Middle East.
Why are they coming here?
How are they getting here?
Who's paying for them to get here?
And in the case of most of these people, nobody's getting vetted.
We have no idea what associations they may have, what their intentions are.
But I keep arguing that, you know, we are very likely, if not 100% likely, that we're letting in terror cells into this country.
This is madness.
And once here, they will plot, they will plan, they will scheme their next 9-11 or worse attack on our country.
And all Joe Biden has done has been aiding and abetting in the lawbreaking.
Texas has been doing everything in their power to protect their borders.
And every single time that they do, the Biden administration gets a hold on their ability to defend their borders because Joe wants to facilitate this.
He has facilitated this.
If any of you did what Joe Biden's been doing, I promise you, flying people all over the country and not doing background checks, not vetting people, not doing health checks during a pandemic, not seeing whether or not people will be able to afford to stay here on their own without being a financial burden of the American people.
It's insane.
Now, we did get a ruling yesterday by the Texas court, and that is the Attorney General Paxton sued the Biden administration over their cutting of razor wire.
And in fact, Texas brings this law, brought this lawsuit about this unlawful practice undermining their border security efforts.
And by the way, the court finally ruled the right way.
We have some really good news about that.
We told you about it yesterday.
And the judge issued the emergency temporary restraining order against the Biden administration prohibiting them from disassembling, degrading, or tampering with these wire barriers that Texas has been putting up.
The idea that Joe Biden has facilitated this entire process is mind-numbing.
Now, the entire time since Joe Biden has been president, he has been lying to the country saying the borders are safe, they are secure, and they are closed.
So has Kamala Harris.
She has echoed the same talking points.
So has Circle Back Jen Saki been lying to us.
And now Corrine Jean-Pierre and the Secretary of Homeland Security, Alejandro Mayorkas, they've all been lying to us, and we have the tape to prove it.
The United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border.
The border is in fact secure.
A record 221,000 migrants crossed into the U.S. last month.
Our border is secure.
We believe certainly that the border is secure.
1,300 migrants a day.
We have taken unprecedented action over the past year and a half to secure our border and rebuild a safer and orderly process system.
This year is on pace to be the deadliest year for migrants crossing into this region of Texas in recent memory.
The border is secure.
The border is secure, and the border is not open.
No, the border is not secure.
No, the border's not closed.
And no, when they say it's not open, they're lying.
Anyway, Robert Henneke is with us.
He was the co-counsel along with the Texas AG, Ken Paxton, with the state of Texas that filed this lawsuit against the Biden administration.
And we got good news because they won.
Robert Henneke, welcome back to the program.
Sean, thank you for having me.
Okay, let's talk about the win here, and let's talk about the arguments.
And tell me if I'm wrong that a president has a sworn oath and duty to uphold the laws of the land and our Constitution, and Joe Biden has not kept that pledge.
Here's what happened yesterday that's significant, as you mentioned.
The federal judge in South Texas worked over the weekend to issue this emergency temporary restraining order telling the Biden administration and Secretary Mayorkas to stop destroying the Texas border barricades that Texas had deployed to try to stop the illegal immigration into our country.
Last week, we sued with the Texas Attorney General's office because of the policy of Border Patrol that had been coming and cutting the razor wire.
But what required our emergency temporary restraining order motion was that after our lawsuit was filed, the Border Patrol doubled down and started deploying tractors to actively then pull out the razor wire to lift it up.
In one instance, over 300 illegal immigrants were allowed to come underneath the razor wire as it was pulled up from the ground.
So the Biden administration is doing everything it can to actually undermine Texas's ability to secure the border.
That's why we went to court and filed the motion and the judge took an emergency action, worked over the weekend to come in and order the Biden administration to stand down.
Okay, so this is a big win.
And what does it mean now for Texas?
Texas now has the ability to defend their own borders.
I would assume that they're going to go out and appeal this.
I would assume that more lawsuits are coming because I mean, have you figured out what their reason, wherefore, why rationale is for wanting these open border policies?
Because it makes no sense to anybody that looks at this from a national security standpoint.
It doesn't, Sean.
I agree.
And to set the stage, as you framed earlier, the Biden administration has actively refused to secure the border.
We've had over 2.4 million people enter illegally in the southern border just this year.
You've had over 400 million lethal doses of fentanyl that have been seized during this administration.
So Texas responded by attempting to fill the gap.
We have our Operation Lone Star.
We're spilling billions of dollars of Texas taxpayer funds on our border security operations.
And Texas has begun to erect barriers to keep out the cartels and the illegal immigrants and the drugs and the violence, building the wall, deploying the buoys in the river, and now laying razor wire along the southern border.
So the Biden administration has responded by actively trying to make it worse.
They've withdrawn Border Patrol agents from the border.
They've sued to remove the buoys that were effective in keeping people from swimming across the river.
And now they're using wire cutters and tractors to destroy the razor wire that's been put along the bank.
And the reason, that's why we're suing.
And we're suing is because what Texas and Governor Abbott are doing is working.
And that's why Texas is being attacked by the Biden administration for our efforts to protect this country and to have a secure border.
It's pretty unbelievable.
But you know what?
I think you guys have done everything possible.
Maybe one of the greatest political jiu-jitsu moves of all times is saying, okay, these are your policies.
They're not ours.
You're forcing us to allow these people in.
But now that they're here, we're going to send them to your sanctuary states and your sanctuary cities.
And it's amazing how all of a sudden those sanctuary states and cities, they don't want any part of this open borders anymore, starting with New York State, New York City.
That's right.
They've cried, no more, no more, we're full.
When those states and those cities have dealt with just a tiniest of the fraction of the volume of illegal immigrants that have come in through Texas.
And, you know, the Biden administration, President Biden, you mentioned this, has a legal obligation, not just under the Constitution, to take care to make sure that our laws are carried out, but we've sued in this lawsuit because federal law mandates that the Homeland Security and Border Patrol have the power and duty to control and guard the boundaries and borders of the United States against illegal entry of aliens.
So it's not just dereliction of duty.
It's actively violating the law by this administration.
And it's doing so in a way that's now causing alarm all the way across the country as you have Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., even Martha's Vineyard starting to feel the effect of the millions and millions of individuals that have been brought illegally into this country by Joe Biden's open border policies.
All right, quick break more with Robert Henneke, co-counsel along with the Texas AG, Ken Paxton, getting this restraining order yesterday that Texas can continue to build their barriers to protect their southern border and where this goes next on the other side.
Also, your calls coming up 800-941-Shawn is on number final half hour of the program today as we continue.

All right, our final moments with Robert Kennedy, co-counsel with the Texas AG Ken Paxton.
And of course, they filed the lawsuit against the Biden administration regarding their destruction of Texas border barriers.
And they got very good news and won yesterday.
And now the question is, where does this go in the future?
I've been pointing out this dramatic increase in terms of illegal immigrants from Iran.
We've identified 659 in total, 538 from Syria, thousands of other, quote, special interest aliens from the Middle East without any real vetting.
Then we have thousands of people coming from China and Russia.
America is now allowing the Chinese nationals in this country to buy up thousands and thousands of acres of farmland and ranchland.
They are allowing the communist Chinese nationals to also buy land near military installations.
Do you think if I ever got into China, which I don't think they'd ever let me in, that I'd be allowed to purchase ranchland, farmland, and land near their military installations?
Any other country in the world, Sean, you'd be immediately apprehended.
And yet in our country, the Biden administration has allowed not just individuals from 267 different countries around the world enter this country illegally, but as you no doubt know, over 200 people that are on the international terrorist watch list have been apprehended entering this country illegally.
And many of those were released so fast by Border Patrol that they didn't get the background checks back until after they released these terrorists into the United States.
Those are just the dumb terrorists, those.
Those are the ones that got caught.
We have no idea how many of the 10 million individuals that have entered this country illegally under the Biden administration are wanted criminals, are terrorists, are dangerous individuals, because it's just been a complete floodgate and it is creating a national security threat that I pray every day.
You know, the worst fears won't come true, but we are certainly exposed because of the individuals that we know are being apprehended exposing these open border policies and coming into this United States when we know they have the intent to harm Americans.
Well, that goes to the heart of my I would say I think I'm 100% correct, but I pray that I'm wrong.
That it is a certainty that people that have bad intentions for our country, people that would commit acts of terror, have entered this country illegally because of Joe's open borders and that they are here and they will plot, plan, and scheme and pick the time when they commit acts of atrocities against Americans and terrorist attacks on our soil.
I pray I'm wrong.
Do you think I'm wrong?
I don't, I don't, you're not wrong.
And besides the terrorism act.
You're with me.
I'm 100% certain I'm not wrong.
I want to be wrong so bad.
I'd love to be called out as being wrong.
No, you're not.
You're completely right, Sean.
There's no argument with what you're saying, and it's a stain on our country, a threat there, and then also with what we're facilitating in terms of human trafficking, human slavery, sex trafficking, drug smuggling.
All of this is flooding across our border because of the seeming partnership that Homeland Security and Majorcas and Joe Biden have to allow all of this to occur through our international boundaries and into our American soil.
It's really, it's such a scary time.
Do you expect them to appeal this?
I do.
The judge's order yesterday was just an immediate emergency freeze.
We have a hearing next week where we are going down to Del Rio, Texas to litigate this to get the injunction made permanent.
And I expect that the federal government, when we win that again, will appeal up further.
And they're going to have to justify in court why they are actively seeking to destroy the Texas barriers, the Texas property that is being put there to keep our citizens safe.
I think they should be facing a trial, how they're getting away with aiding and abetting lawbreaking myself, but I take it to a different level.
Listen, because of the constraints of time, I have to run, but Robert Henneke, co-counsel along with Texas AG Ken Paxton, great job.
We're going to watch this closely as it moves through the courts.
Thank you.
John, thanks for having me.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, I've got another great reason why you need to make the switch.
If you are currently a customer of AT ⁇ T, Verizon, T-Mobile, the big carriers, cell phone carriers, well, PureTalk is a veteran-owned company.
They also offer you this service.
You will use the same exact cell towers, the same 5G network as the big carriers.
And the best part is the average family for the exact same service pays about $1,000 a year less than they would for the same service.
And here's a better reason.
Right now, they want to eliminate, knowing how great our military is, their goal is to alleviate $10 million in veterans' debt by Veterans Day.
Now, with only two weeks to go, they are 74% of the way there.
And what they're doing is allowing you to save a fortune, get the same exact service, and they're taking a portion of new sign-up money, and they're applying it to veterans' debt.
Now, you're going to save money for the same service.
Why would you not take this opportunity to also help veterans in the meantime?
You sacrifice nothing, you save a fortune.
And by the way, Pure Talk right now is offering for just 20 bucks a month, unlimited talk, unlimited text, even more data than they were offering, what, three weeks ago, and mobile hotspot.
And all you have to do to make the switch is dial pound 250, say the keyword save now.
They make the switch simple, fast, and easy, and you can show support for our veterans in the process.
pound 250 keyword save now from our friends at pure talk today i-25 to the top of the hour Your call's coming up straight ahead.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So, Christopher Ray earlier today in a hearing before, and I got to tell you, he said something that just literally should frighten everybody.
And it's kind of part of a theme that has been running through the show today, and that is, you know, why is it anywhere between, by the end of this year, anywhere between 8 and 10 million illegal immigrants have been allowed into this country because your president, Joe Biden, refuses to enforce the laws of the land, and which he has a sworn oath to do, and uphold our Constitution.
He doesn't get to pick and choose which laws he wants to enforce and which ones he does not.
As of now, typically, he's not been held accountable for it.
That should be the role of the FBI.
I know they're very busy investigating tiger moms like Linda that show up at school board meetings and want to talk about age-appropriate material for their children.
I know they're busy going after pro-life individuals.
I know they're busy, you know, of course, with their dual justice system, and that's going after all things and anything Donald Trump-related.
But you would think that maybe they would pay attention to the fact that we now know that out of the 8 to 10 million illegal immigrants Joe has facilitated, aided, and abetted into this country, that 659 we've identified from Iran, 538 identified from Syria, thousands of other special interest aliens from the Middle East, and now thousands from China, Russia combined.
And you have to ask, why are they here?
How did they get there?
How did they afford to get there?
What their intentions are, because we don't do any real vetting of anybody.
And as the congressional report of a couple of weeks ago pointed out, 99% of the people that make it to that border cross in successfully.
Well, now you have Christopher Wray saying, yeah, the threat of terrorism has now hit a whole new level after this Hamas attack.
Do you think maybe Joe not enforcing the laws of the land has opened up a doorway for people that have ill intentions against this country?
Maybe it's time to let local police deal with tiger moms and dads at school board meetings.
And maybe it's time for local police to deal with issues, you know, peaceful protesters at pro-life facilities.
Maybe you've done enough damage just going after protecting Joe Biden at every cost and just going after only those things that are Donald Trump related.
And maybe it would be time to focus in on a real, clear, present danger to our country.
Listen to Christopher Wray's answer.
But as I said a few moments ago, on top of the homegrown violent extremists and domestic violent extremist threat, we also cannot and do not discount the possibility that Hamas or another foreign terrorist organization may exploit the current conflict to conduct attacks here on our own soil.
We have kept our sites on Hamas and have multiple ongoing investigations into individuals affiliated with that foreign terrorist organization.
Now, maybe they could have spent a little less time having FBI members meeting weekly with big tech, warning them that they're likely to be used as maybe victims of a disinformation campaign.
And it may be about Joe or Hunter Biden when, in fact, they knew the Hunter Biden laptop was authentic almost from day one.
I mean, it's pretty unbelievable.
And then when Facebook and Twitter asked the FBI when the New York Post story broke about the Hunter Biden laptop from hell, if it was true, they wouldn't even confirm that.
Pretty unbelievable.
And this is what I've been warning everybody about.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Look, I just keep saying, and I keep meaning it, is that I hope that I am wrong.
I really do.
I hope I'm wrong on a lot of things.
By the way, if it was Donald Trump that had 82,000 pages of pseudonym emails, I mean, even Hillary only had 33,000 on our private server.
Do you think if it was Donald Trump, there might be a bigger reaction today?
Because there's nothing but deafening silence from the media.
You know, Joe and Joe Biden hosting their Hallowe Reed trick-or-treating despite rainy conditions and Joe barely spending any time in the office.
It's pretty unbelievable in terms of the time we're here.
We have real estate experts now pointing out that Biden inflated his property values.
Oh, I thought that's what they were going after Donald Trump about.
What about all these loans that keep showing up and the repayment, Joe's brother Jim, repaying $200,000?
Where did Joe get the $200,000?
Where's the paperwork confirming when he gave the $200,000?
That should be easy to, you know, find and produce and put that story to bed.
But nobody ever asked the question.
The World Bank is warning that this war in the Middle East will send oil prices through the roof.
We have Halloween candy, by the way.
If you're interested, today's Halloween.
Linda, by the way, how many years have I been saying that, and I used to do it seriously, but the media is so humorless, I don't even try anymore because there'll be a hundred articles written tomorrow that Sean Hannity says that Halloween's a liberal holiday because we're teaching kids to knock on people's door and beg for something for free.
How many years?
Yeah, we've been forever.
We've joked around.
You've always joked about that.
Okay.
Now, the key word in what you just said is joke.
Have I ever once meant it?
No.
Okay.
How many years have gone by and they write about Hannity says we're teaching kids to be socialists because they're having fun on Halloween?
What a mean person.
Yeah, I mean, you know, these are the same snowflakes that need cocoa and crayons every hour because they're feeling like they got hurt about something.
By the way, one sad thing.
Now, you know that I love McDonald's.
You know I love junk food, but I don't eat it because I'm trying to be as healthy as I can.
Do you know that Big Mac, you know, meals are as high as 18 bucks?
Can you believe the Big Mac?
I think that is so ridiculous.
I mean, another happy meal as long as he lives because you're so mean about it.
I wouldn't give it to him if it was $1 or $100.
Let's start there because the only thing you get from McDonald's food, unfortunately, for my little guy is a very unhappy belly.
Oh, there's a very unhappy bathroom.
The greatest moment of my life was interviewing your son, and when he finally tried McDonald fries, and you'd be saying, no, he likes his air-fried French fries.
My french fries much better.
And I'm like, because he's never tried McDonald's.
And I said, which do you like better, McDonald's french fries or your mama's french fries?
And what did he say again?
Listen, I think it was under a lot of duress sitting with a celebrity who was.
Oh, yeah, I'm sure he looks at Uncle Sean as a celebrity.
Okay.
Now, you got big headphones on and a microphone.
You're going to look in the office.
It has your name up there, you know?
You sound like a liberal that's stuck in the question.
What did he say when I asked the question, do you like McDonald's french fries better or mom's air-fried french fries better?
Yes, yes, I know.
He had a moment of weakness and he said McDonald's.
No, he told the truth because McDonald fries are better.
First of all, he does not have them often enough to say that they're better.
He has air-fry fries almost every day, if not every other day.
I mean, the kid loves fries.
And no, but if you give him McDonald's fries, he'd rather have those.
I don't have McLaughlin fries, tough guy.
So mortgage rates now, 30-year fixed, 8% now is the average.
The Treasury is going to borrow $776 billion in the final quarter of this year.
We're now paying more money to pay off our debt than we are spending on national defense.
That's how bad Biden's economy is.
Oh, and the EV market, electric vehicle market is dying.
All these companies are losing a fortune and they don't want to make them anymore.
And they're cutting back and they just can't afford to lose this money anymore.
Anyway, 800-941-SHAWN is our number if you want to be.
Oh, I got to tell you, did you hear this thing about Kinzinger and what he said?
Oh, my God.
We never talked about that.
Yeah, what's the deal with that?
I forgot all about it.
So I guess Kinzinger was on fake news CNN with Anderson Cooper.
Just family place.
Okay, so he's there and he told a story about how I guess somebody in his family.
By the way, you're going to be surprised by my answer here.
And, well, I think it's interesting.
He got a certified letter from a family member that said that they have literally disowning him.
And the person in the letter said they said, I've lost the trust of great men like Sean Hannity.
That was the exact quote.
So I guess he writes about this.
I would say to this family member, thank you for your trust in me.
I don't think I'm a great person at all, but thank you.
My advice is don't let politics ever get in the way of your relationship with your family.
That's my advice.
And here's the rest of my advice.
What Kinzinger and others don't know, I understand they wanted to bludgeon Trump.
I know the January 6th hearings were about bludgeoning Trump.
But the problem is, is that they missed opportunities to ensure that something like that day could never happen again.
And that should have been their focus.
And if they really wanted to bludgeon Trump, they had plenty of time for that.
And then they also could have gotten to the intelligence that even Lester Holt on NBC News pointed out that was available to law enforcement days before January 6th and why that actionable intelligence was not adhered to.
They could have brought in the Capitol Police chief's son, who personally had requested guard troops in the days leading up to January 6th and the day of, and that he was denied repeatedly.
They could have asked Nancy Pelosi, gotten her text messages, gotten her phone records, etc.
She's in charge of security.
They could have asked her a series of questions about why no actions were taken.
They could have asked Muriel Bowser why in writing she refused the National Guard.
They could have examined and interviewed the four people in the Oval Office with Donald Trump that I have on tape, including Donald Trump himself, saying that days before January 6th, that they had approved guard troops to be called up, you know, and have them on the ready.
I have them all on tape.
I played it repeatedly.
They similarly, you know, could have looked at all of the other issues surrounding it and then implemented a plan to secure the perimeter of the Capitol so that something like that never, ever, ever happens again.
And then, and while they're at it, they could have examined the 574 riots in the summer of 2020 and they could have examined why did dozens of Americans die.
They could have asked why were thousands of cops injured, pelted with bricks, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails.
They could have been asking serious questions about Kamala Harris and her tweet for a bail fund after a Minneapolis police station burned to the ground.
They could have gotten to the bottom of the billions in property damage, but that didn't fit their narrative.
That would be my main criticism.
They had made their conclusion before they ever went in there.
They could have played in context Donald Trump's speech from that day, which also included the words, many of you will peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
That would have added perspective to their narrative, maybe not to make their hate Trump case, but it would have added some context.
But they didn't do that.
Now, I can understand a family member saying that they don't like the way that this was handled.
But here's my advice.
Tell me if I'm wrong.
Linda, I'll let you weigh in.
Okay.
Well, am I wrong to say don't lose a relationship over politics?
No, I don't think you're wrong at all.
Okay, that's recognized.
I just don't think it's possible, but I don't think you're wrong.
I think it's a nice idea, but I think the world is just too divisive.
I can't tell you how many family members don't talk to me because I work here and because I, you know, like Trump or I like conservatism or I'm pro-life or I'm 2A or whatever.
You know, people are very upset.
You know, the tolerant left is the most intolerant group in the world.
And that's what we're seeing now.
Well, he seemed to think this is funny.
You know, I think of course he thinks it's funny.
Of course he does.
He has to act like that.
I don't think it's funny.
No, it's sad.
But it's also sad that they never implemented a plan for the future.
800-941 Sean is our number.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
