Uh Mr. O'Reilly, sir.
How are you today?
You know, I'm busy just like you, not quite as busy as you.
Yeah.
You had your busy years here.
You're just slightly older.
I was thinking about this over the weekend and forget my voice today a little bit.
And what I was thinking about is I'm a simple guy too.
I'm a pretty basic, simple guy.
I work all week.
I kinda am fully, you know, engulfed in what I do every day.
Um I eat simply, I work out simply.
You know, I'm I'm like you, I'm a simple man.
Would you agree with that?
Um, I think you might be even more simple.
In fact, if I had a nickname for you, it'd be Simon.
Oh, really?
Like Simon Peter, I'll take it.
No, like simple Simon met the Pyman.
Okay, are you done?
We are we done with the nursery rhymes, Mr. O'Reilly.
Because, you know, it cracks me up when I say simple man Bill O'Reilly, because that's self-proclaimed.
And I stand by my statement, and I say this affectionately, you're the most one of the most complicated human beings on the face of the earth.
See, I don't see it that way.
I'm Of course you don't.
I say what I think, I back it up as best I can.
Um, you know, I'm not a I don't try to complicate issues or even uh any transactions that I do.
I just want it to be understood.
And so when you your philosophy is you want people to understand what you're saying and doing, it's the simpler the better.
It's these BS people who have to like cloak everything in 15 different ways.
Let's take the House vote today.
Okay, so Bill, we have a speaker, can you believe it?
Yeah, Republican Party's got a speaker.
Nobody knows who he is.
All right, Johnson of Louisiana.
Well, okay.
Um that's fine.
And it's better for the country to have a speaker of the house.
Look, I could tell you anything you want, but did I know a lot about him beforehand?
No, I did not.
The folks don't know.
I mean, I had to look 'em up.
And and look, I don't care one way or the other who he is.
I really don't.
I want the House to try to solve some problems.
And if Johnson can move that along, then I support Johnson.
I thought that McCarthy was uh, you know, there was no reason to remove him.
That I saw, and I'm not a Republican.
I'm just saying, look, I by the way, you and I share that in common as well.
I'm not a I'm not a registered Republican, and one of the reasons why is because what we've watched unfold the last few weeks, they they can't get their act together.
These parties will will kill you emotionally if you get involved with them.
And the best thing to do is float above and then vote on your conscience when um you have the opportunity.
But as far as being a simple man is concerned, then you can uh transfer this over to Israel and Gaza.
So we're both Catholics.
Henry and I are both Catholics.
We uh we didn't have any choice.
I mean, me in Ireland, everybody's Catholic in the Republic.
So going way, way back to the Druids, my family and Hannity's family were Roman Catholics.
Now I have kept that because I think it's a worthy theology.
I love the Mass Bill.
I love the Eucharist.
Um I believe that is a representation of the Last Supper, uh, but I now consider myself a non-denominational Christian and and I go to church and I do Bible studies.
I do do all that.
And but I will tell you the church, you know, the level of corruption, starting at the parish level with priests and bishops and cardinals all the way to Rome, they all knew about the corruption, they all covered it up, and to me that is I won't say unforgivable because God tells us to forgive everybody, but it's pretty unforgivable for me to be a part of that church.
But it's different than the theology.
The men who run the church are different than the theology, and that's worth thinking about.
So that's why I adhere to it.
But uh the point I wanted to make was Pope Francis, who I think is a good man, and I mean I've studied him and I've been in his presence.
I think that he genuinely wants to help other human beings as best he can.
He is so naive when it comes to Israel and Hamas and all of these things.
So I'd love to get him in a room.
He doesn't speak English very well, but he understands if you speak slowly.
I speak a little bit of Spanish.
I I just want to look him in the eye and say, Listen, there comes a point where a moral leader like you, Pope Francis, respected by billions of people all over the world, this isn't an American thing, it's a worldwide thing, have got to come out and say there's such a thing as righteous retribution, that you have a right, in fact a moral duty, to protect yourself and your family.
You never hear that.
And that's the essence of the debate about Israel Hamas.
Because it's not a political debate.
This is about a country that was formulated legally by the United Nations in nineteen forty-eight, and everybody knows if you read killing the SS why that had to happen.
All right.
A country defending it.
By the way, that's the nineteen forty-eight UN partition plan, and the next day they were invaded.
Uh, then you could talk about the 67 war, the seventy-three war.
But the more important part, you can go back to biblical times and before BC.
And that was historically always their homeland.
Always.
Yes.
There's no reason, all right, to attack Israel at this point, other than to commit atrocities, which ISIS did, which the Nazis did, with Iran does, with Hamas and all of that.
So the but the Pope, what I'm trying to get across here is simplicity.
There's no two sides to the story.
No group has the right to murder babies.
But you don't hear that, do you?
Just from people like you and me, Bill.
And so stop with the thou shalt not kill, yes, we all believe that.
Any decent human believes that.
But there is a right to self-defense.
And that if people would only understand that you cannot have a ceasefire that leaves Hamas intact, because Hamas will do it again.
Is and that's when I say I'm a simple man, Hannity.
I just get it right down to the basics.
It's it's it's simple, but yet I would argue, and even though you tried to call me a uh simple Simon, it's simple, but it's deep and profound.
And now we're having a serious discussion, and that is that you know, if Israel now is on the verge of a two front war, and that's Hezbollah in the north, and that is Hamas and Gaza in the south, and then they got rockets that have been fired in from Syria uh and Yemen, uh, and L and the Iranians are funding all of this, and they're involved in the military planning.
That's the head of the snake.
And they're now saber rattling themselves that they may involve themselves.
Now the danger of that bill is obvious, and that would be uh that would be the entire region uh engulfed in a major war and conflict.
We already have war in Europe, and now we're gonna have war in the Middle East, and we have a president that does not know this is Bill O'Reilly Day on the Sean Hannity show, he doesn't know it's Wednesday.
That's true.
He's given a speech today, you know, with the Australian Day, and we need Australia.
Australia's a good country, and if we're going to stop the expansionism of China, Japan and Australia are the two allies we have to have close to us.
But again, if you want to break down, Uh a United States has no other choice but to back Israel.
So I'm gonna walk in, and as you know, I went to Harvard.
I got a graduate degree from there.
I'd walk into any classroom in Cambridge and tell those pinhead students who know nothing.
We don't have any choice.
All right.
This is disorder in the world caused by terrorism.
But there's a way to handle it, Hannity.
and i wrote about that killing the killers a couple years ago you know i don't expensive discussion about that book united states did this the right way and trump was in the forefront of dismantling isis
That strategy of avoiding civilian casualties when you can, and we did, all right, and then going in in a surgical way to destroy the leadership and anybody else participating, any of these jihadists, worked.
It can be done.
You know, Bill, for how many weeks now has Israel been warning the civilian population that if you stay there you will die?
Yeah.
How many more weeks do they need to to do this?
Now it raises one other question here.
Why are all the surrounding countries, the Saudis, wh why Egypt, Jordan, why are they totally completely closed-minded on the issue of even taking in any refugees, and that would include women and children.
Does it have to do with the fact, and I've been playing these cartoons on Hannity, the TV show, of how they are indoctrinated as young children to hate and to kill Jews?
And are they afraid that obviously you can't read people's hearts, minds, and souls, are they afraid that they've been radicalized and they can't risk bringing radicalized people into their country, although Joe Biden lets anybody into this country, but go ahead.
Okay, the simple man's solution is the governments of Egypt and Jordan and Saudi Arabia don't want more radicalism in their country.
That's number one.
They have trouble with the radicals now, all three of those countries, and all three of them are fairly friendly to the United States.
Hamas does not want any Palestinians out of there.
Iran does not want any Palestinian civilians removed voluntarily.
They don't want it.
Because then they lose the only power they have that Israel is going to kill civilians.
So that Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan know that the radical jihadists don't want protection for the Palestinian people.
And if they use them as shields, and they've used their hospitals as areas to fire their rockets into Israel.
I was in one town, Bill, 10,000 rockets were fired into this one border city in ten years.
That's one city.
I've been underground a hundred feet in in this this network of tunnels that they have built, very sophisticated, Bill, uh, did a lot of reporting from the area for a long time in the middle of a flare-up.
And and so you see that any infrastructure money that is given to the Palestinians, humanitarian aid, they may call it, uh, aid to build hospitals and schools has been squandered and spent on terror tunnels, and yet Joe Biden wants a hundred million dollars to go to the the Palestinian humanitarian fund, and you and I both know that they probably won't get a penny in humanitarian aid that will go straight to Hamas.
Sure.
As long as Hamas controls Gaza, any money going in there goes into the pockets of Hamas.
Now you're talking about Mr. Record Deficit of all time, right, President Biden?
Mr. I'll spend so much money that after I'm dead, with all due respect, I mean he's gotta die.
All right.
The country will collapse because we can't.
Well, we're all gonna die, Bill.
Do you want me to speak at your funeral?
Um I'm teasing.
You know, the way you just casually nonchalantly say, Well, he's gonna die.
Well, we're all gonna die.
I mean But but Biden is kind of, you know, pushing uh with George Swords.
He looks like he could keel over at any moment.
I'll say it for you.
How's that?
So what does he care if we spend if we have a two trillion dollar deficit like we had in 2023 fiscal year?
Can you imagine that?
No, I really can't.
It's so dangerous.
Look at what it's doing to the economy, Bill.
Again, we go back to simple men.
We'll all we're trying to do, and this goes back to um solving problems, is make Americans' lives better.
And by extension now, we have to defend Israel and Ukraine.
You let Putin win in Ukraine, you're gonna have you're gonna spend a thousand times more than you spend them now.
Yeah.
Uh well, the good news is if you want more Bill O'Reilly, it's available 24-7.
Just go to BillO'Reilly.com.
Uh, all things simple man, all things Bill O'Reilly, and uh, you'll find everything you'd ever want in O'Reilly Land there.
Is that true?
Anything O'Reilly is there, including what, door mats and t-shirts and hats.
What else you got there?
Uh, you know, I know you're gonna be trick-or-treating, dressed up like me.
No, no, no, by the way, Halloween is a liberal holiday, Bill.
We're teaching kids to beg for stuff for free.
I'm not, I'm not a supporter of the Hall.
By the way, I say this every year, tongue in cheek, and these dopey liberal idiots write it up.
Henry calls Halloween a liberal holiday and a socialist holiday.
I'm like, and you're too stupid and so humorless, you don't get the tongue-in-cheek part of it.
But go go ahead.
I'm going trick-or-treating is you.
I'm gonna wear this little martial art.
Me, and you'll have a giant head, because my head's so big.
Oh man.
Killing the witches, the best Halloween book ever.
By the way, you and Levin are just burning up the New York Times bestseller list.
Congratulations, and I know you guys are friends, and uh I'm happy for both of you.
Thank you.
And and you've helped us both uh sell books, and we appreciate it right back.
Because I'm not writing another one, Bill.
You can keep it, Mark can keep it.
That job, it is too hard, too difficult, too arduous, too painful for me.
I don't like it.
Anyway, but uh anyway, all things O'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.
Thank you, sir.
Appreciate you being with us, Bill.
Always fun.

All right, let me uh before we get to the calls here.
Let me play for you.
Because I think it's really important that people understand what it is that we're dealing with.
You know, when I talk about the Hamas caucus, and you have somebody like a congresswoman or the comments of AOC, which I found just beyond repulsive.
Um, but Congressman uh Congresswoman Talib has been the worst.
And when I hear this, uh and I see all these crowds in our country that are pro-Hamas, completely ignorant of who has the power here and and what's happening, it really angers me.
Because there's no need for any real thought here.
There's no moral ambiguity at all.
We know that the hospital was not bombed by Israel.
We have all the evidence.
Intelligence services from all over the world have confirmed, no, that did not happen or come from Israel.
Israel has had to compromise even their own intelligence gathering methods to prove to the world that was falsely accusing them that no, they were not the ones responsible.
Um but just listen to this pro-Hamas protester actually celebrating the terrorist attacks of October the 7th uh on Israel and this montage.
Listen to this.
Early morning on Saturday, October 7th, our resistance storms, illegal settlement, and paradighted across colonial borders.
From the river to the scene.
From the river to the scene, from the river to the scene.
Glory to the murders!
It was exhilarating, it was energizing.
And if they weren't exhilarated by this challenge to the monopoly of violence, by this shifting of the virus of power that they would not be human.
They got tanks, we got hate fighters.
Glory to the resistance fighters.
Free, free Palestine!
From the river to the sea!
A stolen land.
A peace.
A stolen land.
There is only one solution.
There is only one solution.
It's before the revolution.
It's before the revolution.
Okay, so I mean, and it gets worse.
And and Nancy Pelosi, well, uh, the Israelis deserve justice, not revenge.
Now you tell me any but any of you that might be moms and dads out there, and you had a little baby, and their baby was killed by the Hamas terrorists, and your baby was decapitated.
Do you think it is a natural human reaction emotion to want revenge?
Do you do you think that's normal?
Because Nancy Pelosi says, Israel, Israelis Deserve justice, but not revenge.
Really?
I'd like revenge on the people if they did that to my child.
Listen.
Look, what Hamas did was barbaric in Israel.
It was barbaric.
It was outside the circle of civilized human behavior.
And if it happened to your family, you would want justice.
I'm not talking about revenge.
I want just I'm saying justice.
So there has to be some other place we go instead of just saying let's have a ceasefire.
I mean, we had a ceasefire in May.
That was broken by Hamas on October 7th.
Then you have the Secretary General of the UN, you know, and by the way, Israel was right to demand his his removal yesterday.
Um just misrepresenting what has happened here.
This did not happen in a vacuum.
Now he says he's shocked by the misrepresentation of his comments about Hamas, the terror group.
I am shocked by the misrepresentations by some of my statements yesterday in the Security Council.
As if as if I walked acts of terror by Hamas.
This is false.
It was the opposite.
In the beginning of my intervention yesterday, I clearly stated, and I quote, I have condemned unequivocally the orifying and unprecedented seven October acts of terror by Hamas in Israel.
Nothing can justify the deliberate killing, injuring and kidnapping of civilians, or the launching of rockets against civilian targets.
End quote.
Indeed, I spoke of the grievances of the Palestinian people.
And in doing so, I also clearly stated, and I quote, but the grievances of the Palestinian people cannot justify the appalling attacks by Hamas.
End quote.
And then I went on with my intervention, referring all my positions on all aspects of the Middle East crisis.
This is why the UN, you know what, give it to China.
Let them fund it, let them have it.
Let them have the traffic problems and all the pollution associated with it.
Then, of course, your genius vice president Kamala Harris saying we've got to prioritize human values, calling for yet again a two-state solution with Israel and Palestine.
Here's the problem.
All these decades of the two-state solution, two-state solution ends up with tens of thousands of rockets being fired into Israel and and their security is completely compromised day in and day out.
There is no solution anymore.
That time has come and that time has passed.
Listen.
That we stand for the importance of understanding that we must prioritize humanitarian values, that the rules of war require that there be no intentional attack of civilians, that humanitarian aid be administered, that we do all that we can to ensure that there will not be an escalation in particular by Iran's proxies in that region of the world.
And that we hold on to the responsibility that I think we uniquely have to represent the values that are about stability in the interest of peace, and we have not abandoned, and we still are profoundly committed to a two-state solution.
It's amazing some people think she could be president.
By the way, did anyone notice as I did that Gavin Newsom uh went to Israel and then he went to China to meet with President Xi?
But he keeps telling me the two times I've interviewed him that he's not at all thinking about running for president and wouldn't consider running for president this cycle.
Is there anybody in this audience that believes that?
Because I don't believe a word of it.
Not saying he's a liar.
I'm just saying that uh his actions do not exactly match those of just somebody who wants to be governor, in my humble opinion.
But it's California, they do a lot of things very differently than I'd ever do them.
Uh all right, let's go to the free state of Florida.
Let's say hi to Brad.
Brad, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
Hey, I've been a dedicated listener for years, and I heard you bring up the varsity the other day.
Yeah.
The varsity, what do you have?
What do you have?
What do you have?
Yeah.
The handman order at the varsity.
Oh, what would I order?
Yes.
Okay.
Do you not love their chili hot dogs?
Do you love those?
Absolutely.
Do they not have the best onion rings in the world?
Absolutely.
Do they not have the best shakes in the world?
Yes.
Okay.
Enough said.
What else should I order?
What would you order?
Uh, A slow dog and a sweet tea.
Okay, sweet tea, very popular in the South.
I'm not the biggest sweet tea guy, but I can I can appreciate sweet tea.
And that's all you're gonna get.
You're not gonna get any fries or onion rings, anything like that.
Oh no, I'm a creature of habit.
I'll walk in, I'll order it.
See, do you remember him?
Yes.
I had one of the last interviews with him.
Sadly he passed away.
He had had some some heart issues.
Brilliant guy, brilliant writer.
I mean, he when he would write about the varsity when I first got there, I'm like, what the hell's the varsity?
I ended up having one of the last interviews before he passed away, and and I you know, if you really want to know what why I had to go to the varsity the first time, is because he talks so often about it.
But it's a great place, my friend.
Anyway, it's nice to talk about something that makes me happy.
Food makes me happy.
Especially when you're on a Hannity diet like I've been for the last six months suffering.
I'm beginning to get a little hangry about it all.
You ever hear the term hangry, Linda?
Now never.
Never.
Okay.
Anyway, Brad, appreciate it, my friend.
God bless you.
All right, quick break, right back.
We'll hit the phones.
Uh 800-941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
New Gingrich responds to the big news today.
The Republicans have chosen their new speaker.
Um, who I believe he knows a lot about, and that's Speaker Mike Johnson of Louisiana.
That as we continue.
At nine p.m., do you know where your president is?
I don't know.
Yep.
He's sound asleep in his bed.
With not a care in the world.
Must be nice, Joe.
The rest of us will keep working.
You're on the Sean Hannity show.
Let's get back to our busy phones.
Uh let's go to Dwayne in Alabama.
What's up, Dwayne?
How are you?
Dwayne.
How's it going, buddy?
It's good, man.
How are you doing?
Where in Alabama are you?
Uh around the Boaz area.
Oh, I know exactly where you are.
What's going on?
Sir.
Oh, uh, well, I see we finally got somewhat of an act together to actually put somebody in charge as far as Speaker of the House goes.
But I guess my question's gonna be um me, I was actually hoping for uh Jim Jordan uh personally.
You and me both.
You and me and a lot of other people, but you know, uh, you know, everyone claims all the talk radio has all this power and all this influence.
Well, apparently I don't have that much power and influence.
But anyway, I tried.
Ah, for real.
I wish we'd have done a poll and and had some way of the American people speaking, because I'm sure the American people they don't really care.
Once they're elected, they don't really pay that much attention to we the people until they're running for re-election.
That's just the reality.
And that by the way, this is why I am not a registered Republican, and I I never will be again.
Unless something drastically changes.
I'm not never gonna be again.
Now, I don't really have another party to vote for.
It's not like I'm gonna vote for the Democrats, but you know, I'm a conservative.
Anyway, what's on your mind?
Well, I I'm just you know, checking on this guy that they're actually uh electing, and what do you think about him?
And and is he I mean, is he more of the establishment Republican Rhino guy, or is he gonna kind of be the tweener?
Is he gonna actually do what needs to be done by I actually have been fairly impressed by his resume.
Um he serves on the Judiciary Committee with Jordan, the Armed Services Committee.
He served as vice chair of the House Republican Conference, uh unanimously re-elected last year.
Um, and he said that it's the duty of House Republicans to chart a new path.
He has a clear vision, and from everything that I could, you know, he's with the House Republican study group, not not as conservative as the Freedom Caucus, but there's some good people in there.
And anyway, I uh you know, everything that I'm hearing that he wants to do, if he sticks to what I say are the ninety ten issues, ninety percent of us agree that eighty twenty issues, even the seventy-thirty issues, controls the border, controls spending, uh, gets us back to energy independence, fighting for those things, passing those bills.
He'll be successful, and this will be long forgotten.
But that's gonna be up to him and the rest of the the conference to do that.
Now I'm gonna give them one admonition.
You tell me if you agree.
This can't happen anymore.
This guy's gonna be speaker for the next fourteen months and a week.
Okay?
If you don't like him after 14 months and a week, then get a new speaker.
But we can't have any one member and a motion to vacate with a small majority like this ever again.
It is too chaotic.
And we could have easily achieved everything that Matt Gates wanted if they would have passed Chip Roy and Byron Donald's a continuing resolution that would have funded the border, cut spending across the board 8%.
It would have bought them 30 days to get the appropriations bills that Matt said he wanted, and the reason why he felt the need to vacate McCarthy.
And I think we could have gotten all that done with all this drama, but you know what?
This is Washington.
And if you want to know why it's a sewer and a swamp, there you go.
But with that said, let's get back to work now.
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
I agree absolutely 100%.
Just as long as uh he does his job and does it right.
Yeah.
No issues with with that whatsoever, because uh we just we gotta get this stuff done.
Um, buddy.
Appreciate the call.
God bless you, and all my friends in Alabama.
Uh 800-941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh all right, you know what?
I'm gonna let Linda today tell you about her experience with burner.
That is the non-lethal uh launcher.
Looks like a gun, fires like a gun, but it fires projectiles that have two pepper sprays and tear gas in them.
Although I live in New York, that's the one thing New York cannot have.
Um, and I am always following the law.
I advise you all to always follow the law.
By the way, it's legal in all 50 states, and it is you don't need a license to get it, but it gives you a non-lethal option.
And there are times where a non-lethal option uh could are very viable, and then you don't have the problem of of dealing with the aftermath of a of an incident where you had to use deadly force uh or lethal force, and that's why I like to have the option as part of my comprehensive security strategies.
Yeah, I mean, I know you love the the rifle the mission four.
I mean, that thing is ridiculous.
You know, and that's the cool thing about them.
They've got pistol launchers, rifle launchers, pepper sprays, they got bulletproof, you know, backpack inserts.
I mean, everything you can possibly do to protect yourself, protect your life without taking somebody else's life.
