Well, we're coming to your city.
This is a tale as old as time.
Politician takes action that makes money for his family, and then he tries to conceal it.
This is infuriating because TikTok is one of the most dangerous social media assets that we could have.
And what you've got, I honestly, every time I hear you, I feel a little bit dumber for what you say.
And now we're energy independent.
We're not energy exporters.
We are not.
Sean, this is going to be so much fun when this gets added back tomorrow.
Freedom is back in style.
Centeneal.

If you want to be a part of the program, I cannot believe that what we've watched and witnessed all day unfolding in New York City is actually happening here.
You got a judge in New York that is saying that Donald Trump and the Trump organization, you know, again, this is a case brought by a state attorney general that ran on a platform to get Donald Trump to go after him, one person, one organization, the Trump organization, one family, the Trump family.
And anyway, this judge unilaterally rules against Trump without any evidence being presented on the other side, except for court filings, which is appalling in and of itself.
They won on the appellate division in this case.
It was 90% over.
And anyway, and, you know, the most bizarre thing is that the judge somehow comes up with a valuation of Mar-a-Lago down in Florida.
I happen to know the area very well.
I happen to have a great keen interest in real estate.
And for the judge to put a valuation of Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, every single home on that street, the cheapest home that I think you could find is, you know, most of these are estates.
Any estate like that is $150 million plus.
It is north of that.
Rush Limbaugh home sold for over $150 million not that long ago.
And he bought it for like $3.5 million.
I mean, it's crazy.
Anyway, so the judge couldn't be more wrong.
I mean, what's amazing is we had a moment earlier today where down in Palm Beach, the assessor actually, you know, set notice that any assessment on a property does not reflect its market value.
I mean, that's how wrong this valuation of the judges here.
In other words, the judge is way more guilty of what they're accusing Trump.
And Donald Trump, what were they talking about here?
They're talking about Donald Trump giving valuations to get more favorable loan terms and insurance policies.
And yet there is within the letter of agreement with these institutions, it is a disclaimer that says, don't use our valuations, use yours.
And by the way, nobody should be giving out loans based on what the owner of a property thinks it happens to be worth.
I mean, there could be sentimental value that is not in real keeping with the market.
They have a fiduciary responsibility to do their own evaluations before they lend money or provide any insurance policy.
It's crazy.
It's just not the way it works.
Anyway, Donald Trump in New York today, let me play him talking about what a fraud trial this is, a continuation of the biggest witch hunt, calling it a scam and a sham, talking about a coordinated effort, he believes, by the DOJ to damage him, how he called it election interference.
And he explains the full disclaimer clause in his financial agreements.
And lastly, how if he wasn't leading in the polls, he wouldn't be involved in any of these cases.
Let me play these for you.
This is a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt of all time.
We have a rogue judge who rules that properties are worth a tiny fraction, 1-100, a tiny fraction of what they actually are.
We have a racist attorney general who's a horror show who ran on the basis that she was going to get Trump before she even knew anything about me.
She used this to run for governor.
She failed in her attempt to run for governor.
She had virtually no polling.
She came back and she said, well, now I'll go back to get Trump again.
And this is what we have.
It's a scam.
It's a sham.
The crime is against me because we have a corrupt district attorney, but we have a corrupt attorney general.
And it all comes down from the DOJ.
They're totally coordinated.
This is Washington because I'm leading.
I'm the leading candidate.
I'm leading Biden by 10 points.
And I'm leading the Republicans by 50 and 60 points.
That's pretty much, they say, over.
I never accept that, but they say it's over.
This has to do with election interference, plain and simple.
They're trying to damage me so that I don't do as well as I'm doing in the election.
Our country's gone to hell.
We have a country that's in decline, serious decline.
We have a man running our country who has no clue, doesn't know what he's doing, and you know it better than anybody because you have to cover him.
What they've done with open borders, what they've done with interest rates and taxes, it's a disgrace.
So what we have here is an attempt to hurt me in an election.
It's an attempt to hurt me in an election.
This never happened before where President of the United States leaves office and gets indicted.
We have a clause in the contract which tells essentially buyer beware.
The contract is very, very, if you take a look and you speak to the banks, and you will, I hope you speak to the banks because the banks got paid in full.
I hope you speak to the banks.
But we have a clause in the contract.
It's like a buyer beware clause.
It says when you take a look at the financial statement, don't believe anything you read.
This is upfront.
Don't believe anything you read.
Some people call it a worthless clause because it makes the statement and anything you read in the statement worthless.
It says go out and do your own research.
Go out and do your own due diligence.
You have to study the statement carefully.
Do not believe anything.
In fact, it's so strong that people read it and they don't even accept it.
They don't even want it.
They don't even use it.
It's called a disclaimer clause.
It's very common.
If you put it in, if you don't have time to do statements or even if you do have time, people like to have it.
This is what's called a full disclaimer.
We disclaim the financial statements.
But even with a full disclaimer, which immediately takes you out of any fraud situation and any litigation.
And by the way, when the attorney general found out about the disclaimer clause, he said, that's okay.
Let's go forward anyway.
It's good publicity.
These are corrupt people we're dealing with.
We have a great company.
I built a great company.
It's got tremendous value.
It's got some of the greatest real estate assets in the world.
And now I have to go before a rogue judge as a continuation of Russia, Russia, Russia, as a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time.
And I don't think the people of this country are going to stand for it.
All right, joining us now.
He is the chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice.
He also fills in on this radio program.
I don't listen when I'm off, but I hear does a phenomenal job.
Jay Seculo is with us, sir.
How are you?
I'm good, Sean.
How are you?
Okay.
So for the assessor down in Palm Beach to get that outraged, you know this area also.
The price of real estate, I've never seen anything like it in my life.
Right.
You know, all these homes on the ocean, and by the way, Mar-a-Lago's on the inner coastal and on the ocean.
You get both sides.
And, you know, this property, a minimum, it's got to be in the $400 million to half a billion dollar range.
How did the judge, you know, valuate that at $18?
I'll buy that house now at that price.
He bases his valuation decision, not on evidence, not on experts that will testify that are appraisers that value real estate for a living, but on a tax assessment, which are never the fair market value of the actual asset, as the tax assessor in Palm Beach County now said, so the judge is aware of that.
You couldn't buy the parking lot at Mar-a-Lago for $18 million.
It's absurd.
But, you know, this is part of a pattern in practice of what's going on now.
They're going after this guy.
So first they're going after his liberty by trying to convict him of a crime so that he loses his liberty.
Because you go to jail, you lose your liberty.
Now they're affecting his livelihood.
So let's try to, how do we derail this guy's presidential aspirations?
Try to get him in jail.
If we can't do that, let's try to destroy his company.
And now they're trying to do both.
Jay, if they're successful in this case, they will take over control of every Donald Trump property in New York State.
If they get their way, and again, this is going to be the same judge ruling in this case, a judge that takes a minimum of a $400 million property and just, you know, says it's only worth $18 million.
Okay.
There's no such property available for under $150 million, and his is on both sides of sandwiched between the ocean and the intercoastal.
The judge is doing exactly what he's claiming that Donald Trump did.
But he's doing it for a reason.
This is all politically motivated.
You're talking about election interference.
Look at what you got going on right now.
Four criminal trials.
We've got these 14th Amendment challenges where they're trying to get the president decertified or off the ballot under the 14th Amendment, Section 3's disqualification clause, last used in 1918, and which is used there, by the way, they lost.
The Supreme Court unanimously said the person had to be seated and allowed to serve.
I'm handling those for the various state Republican parties.
We just had a win on Friday in Oklahoma.
That case was filed.
We filed a motion to intervene on Friday, and the plaintiff withdrew the case about two hours later.
So this is what's going on.
They're trying to get him off the ballot, affect him, lose his liberty by trying these criminal cases, all at the same time, all leading up to Super Tuesday in March of next year, which is just months away now.
And then now they're going after his livelihood and the livelihood of his family and the company he's built literally for five decades.
All right, quick break.
We'll come right back.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
All right, we continue with Jay Seculo.
He's the chief counsel for the American Center for Law and Justice.
One of the big issues the House Judiciary is coming to grips with is whether or not the DOJ has been politicized and weaponized here.
I think this would be, you know, exhibit A. In this particular case, if they win, Jay, think about what this means here.
This would mean that he's been effectively, from a business perspective, he can no longer own a business in New York.
The business would be handed over to some stranger to be running.
Called a receiver.
A receiver.
Okay, so at that point, I guess they lose all control of that business.
And then, okay, so the receiver gets to sell the property, maybe at a valuation that is ridiculously below value?
Yeah.
I mean, there are limits to what the receiver, they have to be, you know, arms length, fair market value, that kind of thing.
But it takes the president out of control of his own company.
No, this is a devastating, this is a kill shot.
And what I mean by a kill shot is you take a legal action here, lawfare.
They've weaponized the legal system to something that's take this guy out.
How do you take him out?
Get him convicted of a felony and then have his businesses put in the hands of a receiver.
That would do it.
Okay.
Now, in this particular case, it seems like it's a faded complete because we know where the judge already stands on this.
Look, the judge, look, we do know where he stands.
And the judge is, I think it's been ridiculous.
And I thought him smiling for the cameras today in the courtroom was outrageous.
It was unreal.
I mean, I've been watching it on a loop.
It's been on the front page of Foxnews.com all day.
What about an AG that runs on a platform to go after one man, Donald Trump, one family, the Trump family, one organization, the Trump organization?
I mean, is that justice in America?
Is that what it's become?
Well, this is the problem.
And here's what I'm concerned about.
I mean, so the reality is that you have to come to grips with the fact of what's going on here.
And when you look at what's going on here, the reality of that is, is they're doing everything humanly possible to have this guy not be the nominee of the Republican Party.
So it's whether it's a weaponized Department of Justice, whether it's rogue prosecutors in New York or Fulton County with a theory of law that is absurd, as RICO thing, to try the law, criminalize the practice of law, which is what they've done.
I mean, think about that if you're the lawyers for a minute.
I represent a number of lawyers in this, and can you just imagine what they're going through?
You're a lawyer representing your client, and the next thing you know, you're in the middle of the RICO case.
But they're doing this with a vengeance.
And then at the same time, I hate to say this, the Republicans are having internet scene warfare.
And that's not helping either.
So I think on the Donald Trump scenario, there's going to be a three-month trial there.
I am sure that Chris Keis and Todd Blanche are going to put forward expert witnesses that are going to put the fair market value of these real estates.
By the way, nobody lost a nickel.
All the loans were paid.
No bank brought a lawsuit.
No allegations of fraud.
The disclaimer in the financial statement.
And you know darn well, and anybody that's listening to this broadcast and owns our own home knows this.
When you go for a bank loan on your house, they don't give you the appraiser of your choice.
They picked the appraiser.
So they appraised all these properties.
So this is nonsense.
But it's a three-month trial.
You know, I'm still holding out hope, and it's difficult with this judge that we could still carry the day.
And I think, Jay, I don't see it.
This judge already has made up his mind, but on day one.
Fiels has been very skeptical of this, Sean, in New York.
So you got to try this thing with everything you got.
No, I agree with you.
It's certainly unprecedented.
I mean, this does not look like justice in America to me.
This looks worse than a witch hunt.
This is a grave injustice going on.
And you know what?
I don't care if you're a Republican, a Democrat, liberal, or conservative.
If this can happen to one person, one family, one organization, you better watch your back because it might happen to you next.
100%.
I mean, we've seen the criminalization of the political process.
We've seen the criminalization of the practice of law.
We're now seeing that they take your livelihood away when they're trying to keep you off a ballot.
This is unprecedented in the U.S. We're in a very dangerous time for this Constitutional Republic.
Totally agree.
All right, Jay Seculo, keep us updated, please.
American Center for Law and Justice, Chief Counsel.

All right, so I've been talking at length.
There's no doubt that I've never in my life seen a case like this ever.
Apparently, the assessor down in Palm Beach, Florida, is so outraged about the fact that this judge made a valuation in Mar-a-Lago.
I happen to know real estate really well, and I happen to know Palm Beach real estate very, very well.
I mean, for most people, you can't wrap your arms around this, but it is 100% a fact.
And you can go look at the records yourself, look them up.
If you have a waterfront property in Palm Beach, in Florida, USA, I am telling you, there's a street, there's two streets.
One's the North Ocean.
Rush used to live on that street.
I think Howard Stern lives on that street.
You know, many famous people live down there.
And, you know, Rush, I think, paid $4 million for his house, some of it, three and a half.
It just, it sold for over nearly $160 million recently.
There's not a single one of these estate properties that we're talking about that sells below $150 million.
Now, the property at Mar-a-Lago is even that much more special in that you have not only the intercoastal side of the water, but you also have the ocean side of this.
And by the way, it is zoned residential with a special carve-out for a club, which makes it even more valuable.
And there's no realtor that I have spoken to, and I've talked to a number of them down there today, that says that this property is below $400 million.
That's the bare basement price.
And many of them say closer to, you know, north of $600 million to $1 billion, this property.
I'll give you a quick update.
You know, billionaire William Lauder is listing two parcels of oceanfront land in Palm Beach, Florida for a combined $200 million.
Billionaire William Lauder listing two parcels, oceanfront land, Palm Beach, Florida.
Combined two.
That's for dirt.
So the judge out of nowhere pulls this out, and it's insane.
Anyway, now remember this too.
You want to talk about weaponization and justice, how the Justice Department has been politicized.
You have all of these attorney generals and prosecutors from Bragg to Fannie Willis down in Georgia, Letitia James.
Let me play Letitia James, who's bringing this particular case, the AGA in New York.
She ran on a platform, the platform to get one man, Donald Trump, to go after one family of the Trump family, and to also go after one organization, the Trump organization.
This is her campaign promises.
I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president when our fundamental rights are at stake.
I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses.
That man in the White House who can't go a day without threatening our fundamental rights.
Yes, we need to focus on Donald Trump and his abuses.
We need to follow his money.
We need to find out where he's laundered money.
We need to find out whether or not he's engaged in conspiracy.
It's important that everyone understand that the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end.
I'm attorney general.
The assessor in Palm Beach County so outraged over how wrong the assessment of the judge is in this case in terms of the valuation of Mar-a-Lago literally sent up to New York.
Any assessment does not remotely have any correlation to the value of this property or any other property.
Laura Trump is with us now.
And, you know, Laura, I feel awful for you, for Eric, for Don Jr., for the president.
Because this is so far off base, I can only imagine how you all feel.
Well, I'm glad you played those clips of Letitia James.
Sounds like a real impartial prosecutor, doesn't it, Sean?
I mean, this kind of stuff is getting so blatant and so obvious to people.
They're not even trying to hide it anymore.
That is really kind of the scary place we've entered here in the United States.
When you have someone who, as you said, made a campaign promise not to protect the people of the state of New York, not to look out for the citizens there, which, by the way, take a look at New York.
Take a look at the way that the city of New York itself is crumbling to the ground.
I mean, talk about somebody who's falling down on her job, Letitia James.
There are a lot of actual criminals who are really hurting people out there.
Yet here she is focused, as you said, on taking down one man, Donald Trump, one family, our family and one organization, the Trump organization.
And when you look at this entire situation, there is no party that is saying we have a problem.
There is no injured party.
There is no one who had any issue with anything that happened here.
This is Letitia James and a corrupt judge digging things up, piecing things together to do what is so obvious now, I think, too, which is to try to stop Donald Trump from becoming the 47th president of the United States.
And the sad thing is, what is being missed by a lot of people here is, yes, while these charges are outrageous, you just said the tax assessor down here in Palm Beach County came out and said $18 million is a joke.
I mean, if it's $18 million, sign a bunch of people up for that, because that is the greatest deal in the history of real estate you'll ever receive.
You missed one thing when you were talking about Mar-a-Lago.
It is a historic property.
Marjorie Merriweather Post, as well, owned that property.
Well, you know, historically prior to Donald Trump owning it.
So there's history there.
So it is incredibly valuable, probably the most valuable, you know, real estate property when you talk about residential in the United States, you could argue.
So $18 million is a joke.
But what these people are trying to do, you have Joe Biden's Department of Justice, who is obviously trying to weaponize that system to take down his top political opponent, while simultaneously you have these Democrat judges and prosecutors who are trying to dissolve his business.
It's not just Donald Trump and it's not just our family.
There are thousands of Trump employees who hang in the balance now because these people are so bloodthirsty to take down Donald Trump.
They don't care whether what they're doing is right or wrong.
They don't care about the thousands of people who work at this company who love working for this company, who they are on the verge of injuring as well.
All they care about is ensuring the survival of the Democrat Party.
But I'll tell you one thing, Sean.
I think people have had it up to here with this nonsense.
I think this kind of blatant abuse of power and anti-American ways that they're operating now is really starting to shake people awake.
And they better wake up and they better vote in 2024 like our country depends on it because we cannot continue down this path.
This stuff is so sick.
If they have their way, they will prevent your entire family from ever doing business in New York for at least five years, which means forever.
Not that you would ever want to do anymore.
They would literally take complete control of every Trump organization property in New York and be entrusted to a receiver who would be making business decisions on your behalf, maybe not in your best interest.
They want to then fine you a whopping $250 million and the judge is so off base.
So I've been talking to realtors down there today.
There's not one that said this property is under $600 million, really.
Yeah.
Not one.
And most of them said it would go for much higher.
But, you know, if you needed to sell it fast, that was the answer I got.
Absolutely.
And I think what they're hoping on the Democrat side is.
I know what they're hoping.
They're hoping that they can derail his presidential hopes.
Well, that's right.
And they're hoping that people don't understand what is really at stake here and what is really going on here.
They're hoping they can say the word fraud and put it next to Donald Trump's name and it's clickbait and people say, oh, he's a fraud.
We can't vote for him.
Oh, he's a fraud.
We can't.
But people have to understand what is going on here.
It is so much deeper than any of that.
And the truth is that if his name was anything other than Trump, this situation would not be in court right now.
No one would have ever taken a second look at anything because nobody would have had a problem with anything that was done because there's nothing that has been done erroneously.
It's shocking to see, Sean, and to really see the way, you know, the state of New York is, like I said, it's in such disarray and disrepair at this point.
You would think these people would try to salvage something, that they would try to actually do a job to really help the citizens of that state.
And instead, this is what they are doing.
This is where they're spending their energy, the taxpayer money, their time.
It is really, really insane to see.
And I'll tell you, if it hadn't been happening to my family so consistently, I would say the way we're talking about it is overblown.
But I have had a first-hand view of all of this for almost eight years now.
And I've never seen something get to such a point.
Obviously, in the history of this country, as you pointed out, introing this, we've never seen a president indicted, not just once, but four times.
And now they're going after his businesses, his family, any way they can.
They basically want to confiscate it, Laura.
Yeah.
I mean, they want to take complete control of the properties.
They literally want to prevent, to cancel the whole family from ever doing business in New York again.
And meanwhile, the judge in the case brings up a valuation, and you should have professional assessments made on all of these things.
And by the way, nobody's going to give a loan to anybody or give an insurance quote based on the person that wants the loan or the insurance's word or by their believed value valuation.
As a matter of fact, the contracts from the Trump organization stipulate that you are telling lenders not to do that, not to rely on your numbers.
They have a fiduciary responsibility to get the number right themselves.
That is on them.
That is not on you.
Exactly.
I mean, these people, after all, are running a business on their own, and they have their own due diligence, and they do that.
They do their own valuations on all of these properties in question.
And it's just incredible to see.
I think that the part that really fascinates me for all of it is that there was no one with a single complaint.
These banks made tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars off of these deals.
They were very happy with everything that happened.
There was no problem.
Nobody lost a penny.
Everyone got paid back everything.
Exactly.
And then to drag into it, as you kind of just noted, my husband, Eric, and my brother-in-law, Don, is really, I don't think people understand what that's about either.
They want as much collateral damage to him in the hopes that it'll persuade him to get out.
Absolutely.
Every single person involved in this has testified that my husband and my brother-in-law had absolutely nothing to do with any of this.
Yet the fact that this judge felt the need to throw them in there is just so insulting and it's so shocking.
But I think it really, Sean, it shows you where we are in this country today, that we have a party in the Democrat Party who is so desperate, whose candidate is so bad.
I mean, they got to get this guy special shoes because he can't even walk around.
He can't read off a teleprompter.
This is the length they have to go in order to take out his competition.
It's very clear Donald Trump is the Republican nominee.
By the way, we've officially named that operation, Please Keep Joe from Falling Again.
Yeah, and you know what?
I think I've been the first calling this out, that he doesn't know what day of the week it is.
And some people weren't happy in the beginning that I did it, but I've been proven right again and again.
You know, your husband, Eric Trump, will be on tonight.
He's been in the court with your father-in-law all day today.
I'm sorry you have to go.
This is not a country I recognize right now.
It just isn't.
