That's why today I am directing our House committee to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.
I'm not voting.
I'm not voting to fund the government because Republicans and Democrats have spent too much.
Like, I think holding hostage an impeachment inquiry is wrong.
He may have a gay plan.
He just hasn't shared it with me.
But I tell you what, I don't know about you, but I'm going to go to bed.
Trademark is back in style.
Welcome to the Revolution.
Yeah, we have come in to your center.
Come and play our guitars and sing you a contra song.
Sean Hannity, the new Sean Hannity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
At our two Sean Hannity show, toll-free, our number is 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, thank you for being with us.
All right, breaking news.
Hunter Biden now has three felony charges.
And by the way, this to me is the low-hanging fruit.
I need to put emphasis on that.
Oh, Hunter Biden, Hunter Biden indicted on three gun charges.
Compared to everything else that we now know about the Biden family syndicate, let me tell you something.
This is minor in comparison.
Anyway, count one, that Hunter tried in October of 2018 to buy a Colt Cobra revolver in Delaware, provided a written statement on Form 4473 certifying he was not an unlawful user of and addicted to any stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance when in fact he knew that statement was false and fictitious.
Count two, October 12th, 2018, while trying to buy this very same revolver in Delaware, Hunter knowingly made a false statement and representation to the gun store he was shopping at at a licensed federal dealer in that the defendant Robert Hunter Biden certified on form 4473 certifying that he was not again an unlawful user of or addicted to any stimulant narcotic Drug or any other controlled substance when, in fact, he knew that statement was fictitious.
On or about October 12th, charge number three, through on or about October 23rd, 2018, in Delaware, Hunter, knowing that he was an unlawful user of and addicted to any stimulant, narcotic, narcotic drug or any controlled substance, did knowingly possess that Colt Cobra firearm, said firearm had been shipped and transported in interstate commerce.
Anyway, here to weigh in on all of this, John Solomon, justthenews.com, editor-in-chief.
He has other news, by the way, that we'll get into with him.
And also, Greg Jarrett is with us, Fox News legal analyst.
Both of you, thank you both for being with us.
Good to be here.
All right, Greg, we'll start with you on the legal side of this.
Pretty straightforward.
I argue that this is the low-hanging fruit when it comes to the Biden family syndicate.
And I'll also argue this.
The only reason these charges were brought was because the judge in Delaware that dared to read the plea agreement that was struck with prosecutors and Hunter's attorneys actually discovered the immunity clause buried deep within the plea deal provision regarding guns.
And then the judge very astutely asked the prosecutor, have you ever seen a deal like this before?
And correct me if I'm wrong, Greg.
And then the prosecutor answered, no, judge, I've never seen a deal like this before.
And then that deal blew up.
But the original, our understanding now is that the original intention of David Weiss, the same guy that let the statute of limitations run out on numerous IRS charges, the same people, the same guy that's not paying attention to Farah laws, it seems, that same guy had no plans to charge Hunter with anything.
And then after the IRS whistleblowers came out, then all of a sudden they came up with that sweetheart plea agreement.
That's the one that was blown up by the Delaware judge.
Here we are today.
What are your thoughts?
All right, you're 100% right in your summary of what happened.
Give no credit to David Weiss, the U.S. attorney now special counsel.
He was forced to do this.
He was acting as Hunter Biden's defense attorney.
He was giving him complete diversion, which Hunter Biden was not even eligible for with no prison time.
And he secretly hid complete immunity for all other crimes in the diversionary document, thinking he could conceal it from the judge who spotted it immediately.
So, you know, David Weiss shouldn't be on this case.
He should never have been the U.S. attorney to investigate for five long years.
He should not have been elevated to special counsel because he already worked for the government.
Guidelines, he's not eligible to be special counsel.
But this is what Merrick Garland, the Attorney General, wanted to do.
He needs to protect Joe Biden.
To do that, he has to protect his son, Hunter Biden, because the evidence shows the father complicit in his son's influence peddling schemes.
Let's get your initial reaction.
And then, of course, John, you've got a lot of breaking news as it relates to the Biden family syndicate, a lot of which, you know, we've just learned in the last 24 hours.
Yeah, listen, this is not unexpected.
We expected this to happen.
It's three felonies.
It means Hunter Biden's probably going to be on trial next year while his father is running for reelection.
The father who insisted for five years his son did nothing wrong.
But you guys have it right.
This is a scaled-down case considering all of the evidence that is in front of the American people.
Hunter Biden was dodging taxes since 2014 by his own emails.
He was going to plead to it until the plea deal fell through.
And he's getting away with a much larger set of crimes.
Now, David Weiss says, I'm still looking at illegal foreign lobbying.
We'll see if that's true.
There's been silence on what they're going to do with the tax charges.
Hunter Biden was ready to plead the tax charges.
Now they're not even in this indictment.
It tells you that something is going on behind the scenes at the Justice Department.
But, you know, it's a development.
It's bad news for the Biden family.
It debunks another one of their stories that Hunter Biden never did anything wrong.
But at the end of the day, there's still a significant protection racket that has kept Hunter Biden from facing the consequences and charges that any other American would have faced by this time.
So there's been a lot of interesting reaction and response.
We now have a war room that has been set up, and I guess the White House Counsel's office, because the White House Counsel's spokesperson, Ian Sams, you know, we know the Biden administration put out a call to their allies in the media mob demanding that they now push back and defend the Biden family against the investigations.
A lot of these investigations as a result of your reporting, John Solomon.
We know Hunter Biden was meeting with associates at the vice president's own mansion when he was at the Naval Observatory.
We know that the then VP signed off on talking points for Hunter Biden's business partner.
That has recently been revealed.
We know the FBI agent involved in Hunter's probe does not believe the politics were involved.
And we do know that IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said that prosecutorial decisions were influenced by politics.
And Gary Shapley was very clear in laying out in contemporaneous notes that David Weiss said he didn't have the authority to go into jurisdictions like California and D.C., which contradicts his testimony before Congress.
And I believe Merrick Garland's as well.
And the prosecutor said he was not the deciding person.
I'm like, well, was he or wasn't he?
And anyway, I'm expecting a lot more information as well.
Where are you in this investigation?
Well, listen, I think there are two things going on.
We're beginning to understand how Joe Biden facilitated the millions of dollars his son got from foreign interest.
He facilitated.
He's meeting with people.
The story I have this morning that you allowed me to break on your show last night.
Joe Biden hosts a meeting at the National Naval Observatory, the vice presidential mansion, where a Kazakhstan banker and Devin Archer and Hunter are talking about the business interest trying to influence the next U.N. Secretary General.
And right after that, they're working with that man to put a Burisma-Kazakhstan deal together.
They're mixing business and government.
Time and time again, Joe Biden used his office to facilitate his son's.
Well, how many of Hunter's business partners got into the Obama White House?
How many did get into the Naval Observatory?
How many, why was Joe meeting consistently with all of Hunter's foreign business associates?
And again, he said they never once discussed these businesses with his son, brother, or anybody.
And we're supposed to believe that Devin Archer, when he talked about 20 phone calls, were all about the weather.
We're supposed to believe the meetings with oligarchs at the Cafe Milano, what, they talked about the weather and football, where we're not supposed to believe at all that Burisma executives five days before Joe leveraged that billion in Ukraine to get a prosecutor fired in six hours.
We're supposed to believe that five days earlier when Hunter was in Dubai with barisma executives that desperately needed D.C. help, that the issues that they were facing, which had to do with the investigation of the prosecutor, that Joe would fire five days later, had nothing to do with that.
Is that what we're supposed to believe?
That's what the White House wants you to believe, but the facts say otherwise.
Lots of facts.
Their own government documents.
Elise Stephonic, just a little while ago, pointed out that Jones Blinken was praising the Ukraine prosecutor's office shortly before they fired Shunkin, just like we established with the documents in the State Department, the Treasury Department.
Almost every story that the Biden White House and the Biden campaign and Joe Biden and Hunter Biden have given us since 2020.
Well, this is important here because it became, you reported this first, that it became official Obama administration policy in October of 2015 that Ukraine had made sufficient enough advancement on the issue of corruption that warranted a billion in loan guarantees.
Joe's job was to deliver it.
He ended up leveraging it to get the guy fired.
And the net result of that is that the family was enriched and Hunter continued to get paid for a job in which he had no experience.
How is that anything other than a quid pro quo?
It is a quid pro quo.
Listen, whether it involves Hunter Biden or not, there is barely a quid pro quo.
You don't get your billion dollars unless you do what I say.
And it's not the business of the United States to tell a country what attorney general they have.
Can you imagine Russia telling us, get rid of our attorney general?
We'd be up in arms.
But that's what Joe Biden did.
And he went against U.S. policy.
That's the key thing.
And it went against European wishes, too.
We were told the Europeans were on board.
I made public a document this week.
Europe decided weeks after Joe Biden made the secret threat that Shokin had met all of the standards that Europe wanted him to meet.
The story we were given during impeachment, during the campaign, during the beginning of the Biden presidency, is a false story.
And yet today, you see major news organizations like the Associated Press say there's no evidence of any wrongdoing.
Kevin McCarthy had a fascinating exchange just a little while ago with an AP reporter calling out the Associated Press saying, of course there's evidence that the reporter had to get drowned during that interaction with the speaker.
But soon the American people are going to get to see all the evidence.
That's the benefit of this investigation.
People will get to see every fact, every document, and they'll get a narrative and they'll be able to decide who's been telling the truth.
All right.
So let me ask you, Greg Jarrett, based on what we know, where do you see this investigation ending?
Well, the impeachment inquiry will continue to develop more documentary and testimonial evidence through subpoenas.
People are going to be forced to testify.
They're going to be forced to cough up documents that are relevant.
And we're going to find that this was bribery under 18 U.S.C. 201.
Influence peddling is bribery.
Pay no attention to what the media says.
Oh, influence peddling is not a crime.
Sure, it is.
This statute.
And, you know, if you use or exploit your public office to confer a benefit, even the promise of a benefit, without conferring it, to another party who gives you money, you're making a profit off of your public office personally.
That's bribery.
That's a crime.
It's a felony.
And it's also a felony under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
And, you know, the other canard that the media continues to try to sell is, well, Joe didn't commit a crime because we haven't seen any money go into his bank account.
Irrelevant under the law.
Again, same statute I just cited.
If the money goes to, quote, another person or entity other than the office holder, it is bribery.
Where the money went to cell companies, a complex web of 20 of them that was then funneled to greedy Biden family members.
That smacks of money laundering, doesn't it?
And probably racketeering.
So I think all of this will continue to get developed as the House of Representatives moves through its impeachment inquiry.
All right, quick break.
More with John Solomon.
Greg Jarrett on the other side.
And then your calls, 800-941-Sean on number, top story, Hunter Biden indicted.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.

Are your phone calls coming up 800-941-Sean?
But in the meantime, we continue with Greg Jarrett and John Solomon.
They keep saying in the media mob and the talking points from the war room, there's no evidence, no evidence.
John Solomon, you know this case as well as anybody I know.
Would you say that there's no evidence?
And how do you answer that?
The answer is just go look at the documents that are sitting now in plain view.
There are bank records that show the exchange of money.
There are statements by Joe Biden that are clearly false.
Joe Biden changed U.S. policy in a way that benefited his son's company.
Whether he intended to do it or not, he did it, and that's what the company was looking for.
There's an FBI 1023 that's never been fully investigated.
Did money change hands?
We don't know.
But there is plenty of evidence to suggest that this is an influenced peddling scandal, that Joe Biden has been dishonest to the American people, and that a dual system of justice has been applied to his family.
Hunter Biden is getting treated.
Jonathan Turley and Greg do some of the best legal analysis showing how Hunter Biden has been treated unlike any other American.
Any other American in his circumstance would long ago have faced significant criminal charges and consequences, likely be in prison or paying fines by now.
Those are what a lot of people see as abuse of power.
And it's now going to be the Republicans' job in-house to educate every American around the media because the media is going to continue the protection record, educate them around the media and make the case for articles of impeachment.
That's, I think, what will happen.
Meanwhile, you've got to follow the money.
There's still that allegation about the 10 million.
We've got to follow that and see if any money ever changed hands in a way that seemed to benefit Joe Biden.
It's getting interesting, guys.
The walls are certainly closing in very tight on the Biden syndicate.
Or if you're in Fulton County, Georgia, we'll call it the Biden Enterprise language that you're used to hearing down there.
Anyway, thank you both.
Appreciate it.
John Solomon, Greg Jarrett, 800-941-Sean is our number.

All right, I know a lot of you being very patient here.
Let's get to our busy phones.
Barbara in Maryland.
Hey, Barbara, how are you?
Glad you called.
Oh, thanks so much for taking my call, Sean.
How are you?
I'm doing great.
I'm good.
I'm doing okay.
I have one of those days, including leaving the show and going straight to the dentist again, getting rid of the temporary and putting in the permanent.
Well, good for you for getting it done.
That's what we got to do.
Oh, yeah.
It was great last week sitting there watching my teeth drilled and you know, root canal and nerves ripped out of my face.
It was great.
It's like I got punched in the face.
But anyway, what's on your mind?
I'm ecstatic about Hunter being indicted.
It's about time he's indicted for something, even though I don't put much store in anything really happening to him.
It's just good to see him being indicted, especially watching what they're doing to President Trump, all these indictments against him, and he's an innocent man.
And we know that Hunter is absolutely guilty of a lot of stuff.
But just remember, they were forced into this, kicking and screaming.
The fix was in for Hunter.
The fix was not to charge him with anything.
Then the fix was a sweetheart deal, no jail time.
And the only reason, there's two reasons why this happened.
The IRS whistleblowers, number one and number two, a brave judge in Delaware that called them out on a deal that nobody ever would get.
That's why we're here today.
But this is the low-hanging fruit, Barbara.
This is not the crux of the corruption in that family.
Well, I think it goes beyond just that family.
I would venture to say that because Joe Biden was so corrupt during Obama's presidency, that President Obama is the person that is really being hidden here because there's no way all of this stuff could have gone on and he had no idea.
I just don't believe it.
I don't believe it.
Well, a lot of things I don't believe.
I don't believe the media doesn't see this the way we see it.
They do.
Look, you think about the last week, Barbara.
How long have I been talking about Joe Biden's cognitive state?
How long have I been saying he's weak, frail, and a cognitive mess?
I've been talking about this since he ever ran once he started running for president, didn't I?
Absolutely.
And you're right, too.
And now, all of a sudden, now Joe Scarborough is going to acknowledge that everybody he talks to, you know, talks about what a mess he is.
And now all of a sudden, David Ignatius and David Brooks are going to say something.
And now all of a sudden, Maureen Dowd's on board.
Now all of a sudden James Carville and David Axarod and others, Van Jones are all going to say the same thing.
Now they're going to pay attention, a little bit of attention to this Burisma deal and the Biden family and tens of millions of dollars in payments with no experience.
Now all of a sudden they're interested.
Wow.
All of a sudden, because they're getting ready to dump him.
I don't know who they're going to put in his place.
But I think they know that he's not going to be able to withstand a whole lot of stuff.
He's not going to.
They're getting ready to put pressure on him to bail out.
Yes.
And the way they're going to do it is, Joe, this is not going to end well for you.
You better just get out.
We'll have you back.
That's how I think it's going to play out.
I think you're right.
And he's got so many strikes against him that he couldn't, he really can't fight them on it once his party turns on him completely.
That's it.
Well, I see it unfolding before our eyes.
Their biggest problem is they don't have plan B. If Kamala is plan B, she's in worse shape than he is.
I know.
Kamala Harris, I have never, and you know, even though I voted for the Trump ticket every time, you always have hope that when somebody gets in, she's there there, just like with Obama.
I'm like, oh, gosh, you know, I just have to put up with it.
But she is intolerable.
I mean, she's just intolerable.
She doesn't say anything out of her mouth that even makes sense.
Well, you know, I'd like to talk about communities.
And, you know, when we live in communities, we live in a community together.
We're going to be expanding access to transportation.
Seems like maybe it's a small issue.
It's a big issue.
Big issue.
You need to get to go.
Yo.
I need to be able to get where you need to go to do the work and get home.
So I'm here to ask you to do what you know how to do because when you do what you do on all of these issues, the American people win.
Talking about the significance of the passage of time.
Right?
The significance of the passage of time.
So when you think about it, there is great significance to the passage of time.
More parents are seeing the value of educators when they say enough.
It is time for us to do what we have been doing, and that time is every day.
Every day, it is time for us to agree.
You know, when we talk about our children, I know for this group, we all believe that when we talk about the children of the community, they are the children of the community.
I take this stuff seriously, as seriously as you are, because you have been forced to have to take it seriously.
Okay, I can't top that.
Thanks for that montage.
I tell you, that is everything.
I don't want to just keep laughing about this, but she really.
Oh, she's a rock star.
Oh, God, she'd be a great president.
You know, she's right at the top of my list.
Barbara, thank you.
God help our country.
Let's say hi to Jonathan in Kansas.
Jonathan, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean, first-time caller.
I am very, very proud of you for who you are and for what you stand up.
Just a little bit about me, I was raised as a Christian all my life inside a very, very tight, tight family.
And I knew exactly right from Ron as I grew and grew older.
And I am sick of the Democrats trying to hide everything the Biden family is doing.
And Democrats really, if the Democrats really, really care about America right now, they really need to stand up and say, no more.
This is wrong.
And they need to tell the truth.
Okay.
Do you actually think that's going to happen?
No.
No.
So why are we bothering talking about it?
They're never going to do that.
No, no.
No.
Did they think they could ever admit Donald Trump did a single thing right, that his policies are right?
No.
They're not capable of it.
And this is another sad thing, is that everybody snandered.
I mean, the Democrats really snandered Trump's family.
Trump's family is based on morals and values like I am.
They do nothing wrong.
They know right from wrong.
And once the Biden family comes into play, everybody hops on.
You know, these Democrats, they just hop on and say, you know what?
We're going to vote this guy in no matter what his family is like.
What if Trump did it?
What would they do if Donald Trump, and it was the Trump family syndicate, trust me, this would be, this would have been handled a long time ago, number one, and they would have thrown the book at the entire Trump family.
Trust me.
Jonathan, appreciate the call.
Henry, Houston, Texas.
You're next on the Sean Hannity Show.
What's up, Henry?
How are you?
Very well.
And yourself?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
Well, I have been a loyal listener to you for 25 years.
Wow, thank you, sir.
It means a lot to me.
You bet.
And I got something I need to get off of my chest here.
And I don't know exactly how to describe my feelings other than I am a twice honorably discharged veteran and a former police officer.
And to have the current president and Obama and their administration refer to me as a domestic terrorist, I don't know if that hurts my feelings more or if it pisses me off more.
Well, what specifically, what actions were you involved in that would classify you as a domestic terrorist?
Did you go to a school board meeting and complain about, let's see, trans, what do you call it?
Trans, no, transgender story hour or no, no.
What do you call?
Drag queen.
See, I got to get my pronouns correct.
Drag queen story hour, or were you complaining about gender identity being taught in school or CRT taught in school?
What great offense did you commit here?
I think the only offense that I committed was the fact that I was once a soldier and a sailor and a police officer.
And because of that, I am considered a domestic terrorist.
According to who?
Biden and Obama.
I'm not really sure.
What are you referring to specifically?
Well, it's been said that we are potentially the most dangerous out there.
And because I am a Trump supporter and a veteran, that makes me a dangerous individual to our democracy.
To the degree that you're a politic, look, that they want to label you, I understand what you're saying.
And to the degree, you know, to one degree, if you're a mom or a dad or military and you're pro-America and you're pro-Donald Trump, God help you.
You know, you are it's almost like for the people that got so upset when Trump referred to what the mob in the media is as enemy of the people or whatever phrase that he used.
They got so upset over that.
But yet moms and dads go to school board meetings and moms and dads are investigated as domestic terrorists or you serve your country and oh, now you're suspect that you might have extreme views, that you support Donald Trump?
Well, if I was serving in the military or young people sometimes asked for my advice and people would ask me, well, what do you think about going into the military?
My answer is always, that's a very honorable choice.
You know, you're willing to sacrifice your life for your country and your fellow Americans.
I mean, that's amazing.
I don't know.
I would rather have a commander-in-chief that knew what day of the week it was, that believed in peace through strength, and that did not believe in long, protracted conflicts and wars, that knew how to, if they were going to exit out of Afghanistan, would come up with a plan that was adequate to get everybody out there safely.
You know, but I hear what you're saying, my friend.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
Chris in Delaware.
What's up, Chris?
Sean, thanks for taking my call.
Thank you.
Your show every night.
And when I'm home, people are saying, where are you going?
I'm going to turn on my boyfriend.
I've got to hear what he has to say.
I had a girlfriend I didn't know about.
I can't believe.
How long have we been boyfriend and girlfriend?
Well, I think for about four years now, ever since I got politics.
But you peel the eyes.
Trust me, you could do better.
Go ahead.
Well, I used to be an ex-banker.
I filled out SARS reports.
I think this gun charges are only the tip of the iceberg.
I believe everything you have said about the Biden syndicate.
I think Joe Biden sold his office.
Hunter Biden took 17 trips on Air Force 2 with him, making the connections.
And this judge in Delaware, I commend her for what she did, but I read she arrested a 19-year-old black gentleman who had the same charges, having a drug history and lying on the form.
So I think she had no choice.
She had to be complicit no matter who you are.
And I respect her for that.
So, you know.
Oh, by the way, this is a law that Joe Biden himself supported.
Exactly.
Exactly.
And, you know, they say he probably will pardon his son, which I think that's probably what will happen.
But, you know, even the art he was selling.
Sean, I've done, I've taken many classes on money laundering.
That was the number one way of money laundering through artwork.
So I brought.
I didn't know Paint by Numbers could sell for that amount of money.
I know.
Maybe I should do portraits of Hannity.
Portraits of a Conservative.
What do you think?
Send me one.
I'd put it right on my wall.
I'll just get Paint by Numbers.
Or, you know what?
I'll just freeform.
And I'll take my fingers and I'll dip them in paint, different colors, and I'll mix them together and see what comes out of it.
Right, exactly.
