We'll keep you informed and entertained without ruining your day.
Join us every Tuesday and Thursday, normally, on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
All right, thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Tollfreed, let me give you a number.
It's 800-941-Sean.
If you'd like to be a part of the program, Democrats now, four indictments, arraignments, now a mugshot, not enough.
So they are now looking to argue the 14th Amendment to our Constitution is the way to get rid of Donald Trump and make him ineligible to run.
Only he's not even been, never mind, convicted.
He's not even being charged with what they are accusing him of here that would render him, in this case, not qualified to be president.
We're talking about the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution, Section 3.
It's not complicated.
You don't have to be a brain surgeon to understand it.
And, you know, sedition and insurrection.
Just because they use those words doesn't mean that it is legitimate on their part.
And it would be, and Jay Seculo will join us from the legal point of view.
You know, just because Adam Schiff says that it fits Donald Trump to a T doesn't mean a darn thing.
It doesn't mean one thing.
He's been convicted of nothing.
Unbelievable.
But this is how lawless they have now gotten in what is now a complete obsession to remove Donald Trump, to prevent him from winning.
I mean, if you follow the media, it's really a fascinating time because they are just, they're flabbergasted.
George Stephanopoulos, media Democrats, they're just waking up to the fact that many recent polls on the 2024 general election show that Donald Trump is either tied with or defeating Joe Biden and Stephanopoulos confessing yesterday on his, or the day before on this week, that he was in a state of shock over Saturday's Wall Street Journal poll showing that Trump's leading Biden by one point.
It's kind of shocking in a way that despite all of the baggage that Donald Trump carries, he's tied with Joe Biden right now.
But what about the damage?
What about the baggage that Joe's carrying on?
Like never showing up for work.
He's been out of work.
He's been on vacation 384 days up until this point as president.
You know, his comments about East Palestine were just remarkable over the weekend.
Well, I've not had the occasion to go to East Palestine.
Well, it's been 200, a whopping, 215 days since the East Palestine derailment.
And you thought it was bad that it took so long to get to Maui and how heartless it was on that.
We'll get to more of that in a second here.
But anyway, Wall Street Journal shows the presidential race, you know, a tie and one with Trump leading.
Anyway, in about every report, the journal points out that if the race includes Cornell West or a third-party candidate in that race, Trump would defeat Biden.
You know, who knows at this point?
I think it's too early.
You know, what impact will these trials even take place next year?
Because I don't think they should.
At that point, it becomes, and this is a good argument that Trump's been making.
You know, and if you look at the issues involving, you know, the New York case, or, you know, that goes back six years, or the D.C. case, which goes back two and a half, no, two years and like eight, nine months now.
And you go back to the Mar-a-Lago case.
That was at the end of the Trump administration.
Or the double standard with Hillary top secret classified documents on our servers, deleted information, subpoenaed emails on, you know, other servers, bleach bit, the whole bit.
Nothing happens.
No raids.
Joe Biden, four separate locations, top secret classified documents.
So now they're going to put all these trials, so they would like, in the middle of an election year, originally wanting to start the D.C. case on January 2nd, leading into the Iowa caucuses.
And then both Georgia and now D.C. want to start their trials on March the 4th of 2024.
Okay, the next day would be called Super Tuesday.
That would be a pretty important date on your political calendar in case you're interested.
So it's getting pretty interesting.
New York Times warning that Biden's support with minority voters is plunging.
We'll get into more of these details as the program unfolds today, but there's a lot to get to.
I will say this: how is it possible that this man has been on vacation and is still as checked out as he is 384 days?
That is over a year of two and a half years in office that he's on vacation as president.
But he doesn't, he had not had the occasion to go to East Palestine, Ohio, yet promising to do so back in March.
I've not had the occasion to go to East Palestine.
There's a lot going on here, and I just have not been able to break.
I was thinking that I'd go to East Palestine this week, but I was reminded that I've got to go literally around the world.
I'm going from Washington to India to Vietnam, et cetera, et cetera.
So whatever happened to the train derailment, thousands of residents forced to evacuate their homes.
These train cars spill toxic chemicals.
Emergency response teams decide to release and burn the material to prevent the tank cars from exploding.
I'm not saying they made the right or wrong decision here.
I'm just saying it wasn't an easy one, but it doesn't negate the fact that everybody's lost their home and their home values are being devastated.
JD Vance was on with me last week.
He said they're frustrated.
They're frustrated with the pace of the cleanup, he said.
And of course, we're dealing with the economic devastation, declining home values, small businesses shutting down for the next five years.
There's a lot, you know, of worry and frustration.
Yeah, we have abandoned them.
But he's okay.
But he's complaining that he can't go on vacation, just like he goes to Maui after saying, well, I don't want to get in the way.
Joe, there was nothing to get in the way of the devastation was that bad.
I have any comment.
He's on vacation.
He doesn't have a comment.
He shows up weeks later and people are taken to the streets saying, go home.
We don't even want you here at this point.
Never mind, on top of all the lies that Joe tells, even now, the Washington Post and the New York Times reluctantly having to fact-check this guy in this idiotic comment that he made, you know, talking about his 2004 kitchen fire, you know, while speaking to Maui wildfire survivors.
It was a kitchen fire.
It was extinguished, according to reports, within 20 minutes.
It was contained to the kitchen of his home.
It's not an uncommon story.
It's not a major life-threatening to your cat, Corvette, and wife moment the way he describes it.
And he's told the story, the lie again and again.
So they got this fact-checker who needs to be fact-checked regularly himself because he's wrong all the time, Glenn Kessler.
He didn't even have the courage, by the way, to give the usual Pinocchios that he gives, you know, everybody else.
But think about this.
He lied to a vulnerable audience, talking about himself.
And then, you know, it turns out that the story is not even true.
Remember, he told the tall tale about his buddy, his pal on Amtrak, the conductor who claimed to have congratulated him on having traveled more than 2 million miles on the railroad, you know, exceeding the 1.2 miles traveled on Air Force planes as vice president as of 2016.
Yeah, that conductor retired in 1993, died two years before Biden even reached the milestone in the air.
And other tales, you know, that he goes out there and tell.
You know, he saw him and his father saw two men kissing each other in public when he was a teenager, that he was arrested for trying to see Nelson Mandela in South Africa, how as VP, he arranged for his uncle to be presented a purple heart that he was owed and never received, except the uncle had died in 1999 long before he was ever vice president.
What was the tale he told, you know, last week?
He's telling other stories, just one thing after another.
This guy just lies through his teeth, but don't expect, you know, for example, over the New York Times, the now retired executive executive once called the term lie should only be used judiciously because it has such a powerful meaning.
And yet, except the Times never hesitated to call Donald Trump a liar and still they're still doing it to this day.
It's unreal.
It's just, it's not a joke.
He was raised in a Puerto Rican community.
No, he wasn't.
Unreal.
But whatever.
That's the media mob.
That's their biggest campaign contributor of all this.
It's insanity.
Absolute insanity.
Anyway, I got Carrine Jean-Pierre asked about this.
Let's play it.
Just one more.
The president said over the long weekend that he hasn't had the occasion to go to East Palestine.
I just haven't been able to break.
The derailment was on February 3rd.
President Biden has not had a break since February 3rd.
The president will go to East Palestine.
He promised that he would, and he will.
You saw him.
So he was not on a break when he was in Lake Tahoe?
I will say this again.
The president is going to go to East Palestine, as he has said that he is committed to do.
You saw him just this Saturday visit a rural area, right, that was devastated.
Some parts were devastated by Hurricane Adalia, and he was there with the First Lady.
They were able to hear directly from the American people, and he was able to talk about what is it that they need?
What else do they need from the federal government?
So the president is going to go to East Palestine.
I don't have a time or date to announce at this time, but he will go.
Oh, we don't have a time or date.
Seven months after.
215 days of vacation.
But I've not had an occasion, had the occasion to go.
It's just full of crap.
I mean, you know, he was out there this weekend saying he wasn't on vacation this weekend, even though there's pictures of him on the beach in Delaware from this weekend.
I can't go home.
I can't go home, he's telling people.
This guy is so checked out.
I'm not on vacation.
I have no home to go to for the time being.
Telling reporters after leaving St. Edmund's Roman Catholic Church.
Anyway, he said this unprompted, revealing that his weekend trip was not a vacation.
The president who has two homes in Delaware lives at the White House, but spends most of his weekends in the first state.
And he spent most of the summer on vacation.
So just, you know, give us, you know, give us all a break here.
It's a hard way.
The reason I'm here today is for one day.
I know I'm on vacation.
I'm not.
I have no home to go to.
Secret Service has torn my house up in a good way to make it secure.
So I have no place to go when I come to Delaware except here right now.
I'm only here for one day.
I ain't homeless.
No, I'm not homeless.
I just have one home, my beautiful home.
But I'm down here for the day because I can't go home.
Is image after image of him sitting on a beach in Delaware?
The image I like the most is he's having a hard time.
He's struggling, dragging his single-seat beach chair.
It's not like one of the big beach chairs you actually lay out on.
It's just one you put your backside in and just plop down.
And by the way, will somebody give this man a long-sleeve shirt?
Because it's not a pretty sight to see.
It is not.
We now have learned more about the Biden family syndicate we're going to get into here today.
Top Biden DOJ lawyer apparently huddled with Hunter Biden's legal team after pumping the attorney for IRS whistleblowers.
That was just prior to the testimony of Gary Shapley.
We'll give you those details.
The Biden White House is claiming executive privilege in a bid to keep Joe's pseudonym emails to Hunter Biden under wraps.
That would be called the cover-up in any other place.
But, you know, all the other damning emails that the media mob refuses to cover.
We'll hit it all.
Anyway, by the way, not a lot of good news on the immigration front.
To start off with, border securities now have flagged 75,000 of Biden's illegal immigrants as potential national security threats.
I've been warning about this.
When something happens, don't be shocked.
How did this happen?
We're telling you how it happens because that means that people that don't have our best interest are being aided abetted into the country with no background checks, all with the, you know, 80, all with the support of your president.
One of Biden's illegal immigrants who was freed after July arrest committed a new assault against the cop and about six other crimes in between.
But don't worry, Karine Jean-Pierre is saying that Joe Biden has done more to secure the border than anybody else.
We've got the tape later to prove it.
800-941-Sean, our number.
Anyway, it's great to be back.
Hope you all had a nice long weekend.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.
Catch new episodes of Normally every Tuesday and Thursday.
On the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen.

25 till the top of the hour.
I meet more people.
They're scared to death.
People I meet, run into on a regular basis.
By the way, imagine a society with a digital dollar, no cash.
What does that mean for garage sales?
There won't be any.
No money for it.
No tooth fairies.
No piggy banks.
You got extra stuff in your house.
You want to sell for cash?
Forget it.
You can't do it because a digital dollar would mean that your life would be dependent on internet electricity and people that you don't know.
And more importantly, it means every penny that you have could all be tracked by your government.
Buy-buy privacy.
Now, that's why so many Americans now have decided to opt out of the government's plans.
And they're talking to our friends at Goldco.
And ever since I've been able to save, I have put a portion of my savings into physical gold and silver.
And I still do today.
As a matter of fact, I recently made a purchase from Goldco.
Now, so should you buy gold and silver?
I've always done it.
I believe in it.
It's been solid in my mind in terms of real money in case of real difficult times.
Anyway, they are a top-rated company, great reputation.
I've done all my research on them.
I've had nothing but a great experience with them.
Anyway, call GoCo today.
It's 855-815-GOLD.
It's 855-815-GOLD.
They'll send you a free wealth protection kit, and you have a chance for listening to this show to win up to $10,000 in free silver.
Do it now.
Give them a call.
Goldco, get your free wealth protection kit, 855-815-GOLD, 855-815-G-O-L-D.
All right, so I just told you about, you know, so you have the whistleblower Shapley and the other guy.
Okay, so before they send a letter to Congress, let me see if I can simplify this because it gets a little bit complicated.
And they send a letter to Congress, and then a week later, Shapley's lawyers reveal that they have contact with the Deputy Attorney General subordinate.
In other words, this is really important here.
At DOJ, not the Delaware Attorney General, David Weiss, anyway, that was supposedly in charge of the investigation.
So they reveal their contacts with this deputy attorney general.
His name is Weinsheimer after his role as a conduit for Hunter Biden's legal team.
Now, this is at the final stretch of the tax fraud investigation by Weiss's office, noted in a recent report.
Anyway, this guy is a subordinate of the Deputy Attorney General.
They spoke on the phone with the whistleblower, Gary Shapley's attorney, and his name is Mark Lytle.
And they said they wanted to understand the claims against other department officials, that which Shapley and his attorneys alluded to a week prior in their letter to Congress.
That's James Comer and the House Ways and Means Committee.
Anyway, in the conversation, the attorney for Gary Shapley is asking this subordinate of the Deputy Attorney General.
That would be Biden's DOJ.
That would be Biden's Attorney General, ultimately, and one of the subordinates.
But anyway, for written assurances, Shapley's attorney wants to be able to allow his client to relay the sensitive, legally protected information about the ongoing tax fraud investigation and make sure that they're not breaking any laws.
As a matter of fact, they are protected, supposedly, by whistleblower laws, and they never heard back.
But we know one day later that this subordinate of the deputy attorney general met with Hunter Biden's attorney and the U.S. Attorney, now special prosecutor Weiss, who was supposed to be in charge of the case.
This is now reported by Politico.
And the Deputy Attorney General's office then claimed that they were genuinely interested in addressing the whistleblower's allegations without disclosing they had actually met with Hunter Biden's attorneys.
In other words, they got a complete heads up on everything whistleblowers were about to say.
And when the whistleblower's attorney, which should have been kept confidential, when they were seeking the protection and the assurance from the DOJ that what they say is not going to put them in any type of legal jeopardy, that was not forthcoming.
Now it gets even worse.
And we'll talk to Jim Jordan and James Comer tonight.
The House Oversight Committee, James Comer, has now subpoenaed Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and several DHS and Secret Service officials for documents and testimony related to the Secret Service's alleged tip-off of the Biden transition team regarding a planned Hunter-Biden tax probe interview in 2020.
Now, remember, you also have the FBI tip-off.
You know, we had the recently retired, pretty high-ranking FBI official telling the committee that, in fact, that these things were going on.
In other words, all the allegations about preferential treatment and the involvement of these agencies, and now we know the DOJ, now we know the FBI, according to these whistleblowers, that they were active and involved in putting down this entire Hunter Biden investigation.
And Comer sent a total of six subpoenas, one directed to Mayorkas for documents and five for depositions, two to Secret Service officials, three to DHS officials.
The Department of Justice initiated the Biden family cover-up, and now the DHS, under the leadership of Secretary Mayorkis, is complicit in it.
Investigators were never able to interview Hunter Biden during this criminal investigation because Secret Service headquarters and the Biden transition team were tipped off about the planned interview.
That's just one of many examples of what is clear misconduct and how these agencies have been politicized and the Department of Justice has been weaponized.
Comer said his oversight committee, along with Judiciary and the Ways and Means Committee, they're all seeking interviews with key witnesses, just like they're seeking information about the pseudonym emails.
Well, why all the pseudonym emails by Joe Biden?
How come?
That would be something I think inquiring minds want to know because we know that Joe Biden's White House is claiming executive privilege to keep the National Archives and Record Administration from releasing.
Remember, we were talking about 5,400 emails in total that they believe that Joe Biden sent under a pseudonym.
And I don't think they have a handle on how many went to who and how many different family members.
But they're now pressing and claiming executive privilege to keep the National Archives Record Administration from releasing at least 200 of the emails that Joe's vice presidential office exchanged with Hunter Biden and his business partners.
Now, think about this.
Hunter Biden is an admitted addict at the time.
Crucial, critical information, and I'm sure some of it, in all likelihood, is venturing a good guess here, is based on the issue of Ukraine because Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca Partners investment firm traded more than 1,000 emails with Joe Biden's office during his time as vice president.
Go back to our timeline.
October 2015, it became official Biden administration policy that Ukraine, after an interagency investigation, had cleaned up their corruption well enough that they would receive a billion in loan guarantees.
Now, fast forward, December 4th, 2015, same year, Hunter Biden meeting with Burisma executives.
He's on the board at this point.
He's being paid money for a job of which he had no experience.
This is the time when Burisma executives were desperate to get DC help.
I doubt Hunter was the DC help they were requesting.
They're in Dubai.
They get on the phone, Burisma executives and Hunter and the big guy, and they talk to Joe.
That's five days before he's headed to Ukraine.
And there are reports out there that, of course, Joe's agenda, travel agenda, and maybe even versions of the speech he had planned to give the equivalent of Ukraine's parliament sent to Hunter Biden.
Was Hunter Biden have a top secret clearance?
Is that not at risk considering he has a financial interest in the country?
Good grief.
And anyway, so when he does go there on December 9th, he gives that speech before the Ukrainian parliament and then leverages the billion dollars and says you're not getting it unless you fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma holdings.
The D.C. help is now forthcoming.
And as a result of Joe Biden getting that son of a bee fired in six hours, Hunter continued to be enriched by sitting on the board, continuing to sit on the board for which he had no experience at all whatsoever.
So you got Rosemond Seneca Partners investment firm traded more than 1,000 emails with Joe Biden's office during his time as vice president.
I'd still like to know what the other 4,500 emails are about.
Hundreds remain hidden because they're claiming executive privilege asserted by the White House, documents now released by the National Archives showing.
The 861 emails that reference Rosemont Seneca were sent or received by the office of the vice president between January 2011 and December 2013, according to America First Legal, which obtained the messages from the National Archives and Record Administration and released them on Wednesday.
This doesn't even cover the years that are most in question.
The White House refused to release 200 emails referencing Hunter Biden's firm citing executive privilege.
Quote, release would disclose confidential advice between the vice president and his advisors or between such advisors.
Are they claiming, what, that Hunter was an advisor to his father?
That's what the National Archives Record Administration informed America First Legal.
This is Stephen Miller's group.
Hunter Biden and his business associates frequently use their direct line of communications with the office of vice president.
Why?
To leverage access to the Obama White House, according to this trove of emails.
Oh.
And then all the meetings that we know took place in the Obama White House.
Now, did Obama know?
The only reference I've seen to Obama is Joe bragging that he leveraged the billion in son of a bee.
They fired the guy and Hunter continued to get paid was, you don't believe me?
Call Obama.
Ask him.
Ask him if I have the authority.
Now, that could have been him just, you know, his bloated ego saying he could do whatever he wants because he's vice president.
Or did Obama know?
A lot of people want to know the answer to that question.
I've not seen any other evidence of Obama's involvement in this.
But anyway, the records provide more evidence that no daylight existed between Hunter's foreign business dealings and the office of the vice president during the Obama administration.
And they were using pseudonym emails, clearly, in my view, time will tell, to circumvent, you know, Records Act laws, the very thing that they're condemning Donald Trump over.
You just can't make this up.
You know, I just sit and I scratch my head and I, you know, unlike George Stephanopoulos, I can't believe that there's any Americans here that look at this guy and think that he's qualified for this job.
Biden Labor Department, by the way, we're now learning, is consistently overestimating jobs growth.
Let me put this another way.
The Labor Department is consistently overestimating job growth to make Joe look good better than he really is.
They said that the U.S., for example, added 517,000 jobs from December to January.
Yeah, then they have to reduce that by overestimate by 45,000.
So far, they've overestimated job growth by a whopping 325,000 positions.
You know, and by the way, nobody seems to be paying attention to this.
You know, how is it Washington's best and brightest can be so clueless?
Congress is going to come back in session.
They're going to have 11 days to deal with the issue of the budget.
And I know most conservatives don't want a continuing resolution.
They've made promises on spending.
It's going to be interesting to see if they can unite as one and stand with a plan that, for example, would defund certain departments that have been weaponized and politicized or certain people that have been weaponized and politicized.
Whether or not, you know, as Biden pushes for more billions for Ukraine, maybe we can put a little money at the border and make it more secure, especially in light of the news today that, you know, the border officials have flagged 75,000 of Biden's illegal immigrants as potential national security threats.
That does not include the gotaways.
But in just a single year, Biden has doubled the deficit in one year.
So what are Republicans going to do in the 11 days prior to the September 30th deadline?
Top economists in the Obama administration says the current jump in deficit is only surpassed by major crises like World War II, the 2008 financial meltdown, or the coronavirus pandemic.
You want to talk about the mob, the media, and their support.
Maybe it's crumbling because now even the Washington Post is calling out Biden for his unprecedented level of deficit spending.
And he's been out there saying, I've saved $1.7 trillion.
Yeah, well, you got $2 trillion in new debt.
Thanks.
Good job, Joe.
Because the country can't afford it.
We're robbing from our kids.
We're robbing from our grandkids.
These false claims about cutting the federal budget deficit.
No, you didn't because you're doubling the deficit from last year to this year.
Even some of the papers are now beginning to write about it.
The president's out there crowing about Bidenomics on Labor Day.
Sorry, but most Americans are feeling poor.
61% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck.
One of the worst statistics I saw, you know, usually if you go back to the worst days of Jimmy Carter and interest rates of 21, 22%, it's up to 27%, and there are many people putting bare necessities on credit cards to pay for them.
It's unfathomable to me.
And then they talk about how great the economy is.
I don't know what world they're living in, but not one that's connected to reality.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, so this push now, 14th Amendment to prevent Donald Trump from even being on the ballot.
How far will it go?
We'll check in with Constitutional Attorney Jay Seculo coming up later on.
By the way, Jill Biden, and I do hope she gets well.
She apparently got COVID for the second time in spite of two shots, multiple boosters.
I thought her husband said if you got the shot and the boosters, you weren't going to get COVID.
You weren't going to be able to transmit it.
Apparently, that was wrong information.
Excuse me.
Anyway, occasionally something comes along.
It changes the game drastically.
Well, that's what Rhino Metals is all about.
They are the leading safe manufacturer in the country.
They have now launched an amazing new safe design.
It falls into this great category.
It's called SafeX.
It means you get the anti-pride protection and security of safes that cost thousands of dollars more.
You get it for a fraction of that cost.
And for only $749, you can get Rhino's most popular, full-size, fire-rated, SafeX, gunsafe, curbside delivered to your home.
And in Rhino's Pride test, this safe has outperformed other brands, costing up to five times as much.
Don't take my word for it.
You can watch their side-by-side break-in testing videos.
Their website is rhinosafe.com, like the animal, r-h-in-o-s-a-f-e.com.
Anyway, other safe models, vault doors, are on sale now.
You can get up to $1,000 off.
Anyway, find the dealer near you.
I've had plenty of gun safes over the years.
This is by far the best I've ever had.
Rhinosafes.com, R-H-I-N-O-S-A-F-E.com.
More contacts than anybody.
More friends behind the curtain.
Sean Hannity is on.
Sean Hannity is on.
All right, as we continue 800-941 Sean, we'll get to your calls in the next hour.
Jay Seculo, Chief Counsel, American Center for Law and Justice, takes us through the 14th Amendment, the flawed arguments that it prevents the president from ever running again for the 2024 election.
And I mean, how many times do we not believe in the concept, the fundamental idea that people are innocent until proven guilty, even if you have every Democrat, everyone in the media mob saying insurrection, insurrection, sedition?
I mean, does it matter the truth?
They're not even charging him with this.
Unreal.
Anyway, also, masks, mandates, and COVID protocols on their way back.
We'll check in with our medical aid team and much more as we continue this Tuesday.
