I think people are concerned about Joe Biden.
Uh they really are.
I mean, Democrats are, you know, they they they talk behind their hand.
Nobody wants to get on TV and say it because we all like to be able to go to you know the barbecues and house parties, but uh people are concerned.
The reality is that today, sixty percent of our people living paycheck to paycheck health care system is a total disaster.
We have to make sure we win this because the thought of Kamlay Harris being president should send a chill up every American spine.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we are coming.
Don't play our gentiles and saying you will conscious.
John Hannity.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
Hey everybody, welcome to the Sean Hannity show.
This is Jay Seculow and Jordan Seculos here as well.
Uh, we are subbing in for our good friend Sean Hannity, and we've got a jam-packed program, of course.
We are the heads of the American Center for Law and Justice.
You know our work, of course, and the privilege that we had in representing the 45th president of the United States through a number of legal issues, which have now multiplied, but this president is the Jordan, you said it the other day, his toughest guy I know.
Exactly right.
I mean, for criminal indictments and still campaigning running f across the country on behalf of Americans, not someone that has to do it, but someone who wants to do it for our country.
Mr. President, it is a privilege and an honor to have you on Sean's broadcast, and especially for me as uh someone that served as your lawyer uh as for so many years and can I still consider myself emeritus um in in this situation.
I have never seen Jordan said this, Mr. President is the truth.
So much coming at you know, I thought during the four years you were in when we had to handle the Russia hoax and the Mueller nonsense and and the Ukraine and all of the nonsense that we dealt with.
And then you are now running again for president.
You're leading the Republican nomination by light years at this point.
And now we see the entire wheel of justice in a two-tiered justice system focusing like a laser beam.
I'm gonna dissect all about what that means in a moment.
But the tenacity that you've had to stand for with this and still press forward is frankly, Mr. President, again, amazing.
Well, they're only coming after because number one, I'm running, and number two, I'm leading by a lot, including Biden.
We just had a poll come out, we're leading him by ten points in one poll.
Which who wouldn't leave him?
I think a child would be leading him so bad.
He's the worst president we've ever had.
He's the most corrupt president.
And you know, when you mentioned the four indictments, they're uh they're Biden indictments.
They're not indictments, they're Biden indictments.
That's my opponent, my political opponent sets us at that stuff.
That's not like a third party indicting something, somebody for doing something wrong.
These are Biden indictments.
It's never been anything like it.
It's a third world banana republic.
Uh that's what we've been reduced to with between the open borders and the crooked elections.
So uh, you know, I always say to people, don't these aren't indictments, these are Biden indictments.
They set it up.
Uh and beyond that, you have the district attorney who's totally controlled in New York, who's totally controlled by the DOJ, which is the Biden's group.
And you have in uh Florida, you have a you have a district attorney who is totally controlled again by Biden's group.
These are all Biden So it's like many uh indictments and you know, the word at the Wharton School of Finance, I never studied it, but I got a lot of them quickly.
But these are done by the political opponent.
These aren't legitimate in Bible.
First of all, we are operating like a third world country.
And I I could take it to two levels on that.
Number one, they've criminalized the practice of law because a lot of people that have been indicted here were lawyers representing clients, including you, that presented legal positions.
And for that, they find themselves, you know, criminally charged.
We don't do that in the United States, or we used to not do that.
And then, of course, so they've criminalized the practice of law, and then they've weaponized the Department of Justice.
And let me give a, for instance, Mr. President, something you can relate to, something I can relate to.
So we find out that Jack Smith, the so-called special counsel, comes and has his number two, Jay Bratt, go over to the Biden White House counsel's office to meet and confer about these indictments on you.
Now, could you imagine what the media would have been saying if we were doing that when I was representing you and and the other lawyers that we had representing you and were meeting with the Department of Justice in in that kind of context?
It would have never happened.
We wouldn't have done it, but they did it without apology.
They did it, and they did much worse than that.
They also offer judgeships to lawyers representing clients.
Can you imagine that?
If you'll say something bad about Donald Trump, they offered a judgeship to a very respected lawyer, highly respected, and he was incensed when he heard it.
Uh if his client would uh go and say negative things, anything negative about Donald Trump.
How about that one?
And that's Jay Bratt that did that.
It's a disgrace what's going on.
Our country is is going to hell.
We're like a failing nation.
We are truly a failing nation.
And we're going to get it straightened out, Jay.
That's why I do this.
But if I weren't running, or if I was in last place or third place, or any place, frankly, other than where I am, we're beating Biden by a lot, and we have to, because otherwise our country doesn't have a chance.
Well, Mr. President, for me, this is Jordan, you know, I've got young kids, and that's why this election cycle is so important to me, because these last four years, I can't take another four more years like that, or if this becomes the political norm.
And I know that we need someone who will go back to Washington and take the fight to Washington.
You've paid the price already.
You're paying the price even outside of office for taking the fight to Washington.
But I know for my kids' sake and my family's sake, we have to have someone with your experience, with your background that is going to get back in there and continue to drain that swamp.
We know they're going to come back and fight like with alligators and crocodiles or whatever else you find in a swamp.
But I know if we got another round at it, we could get it done.
Well, just think of it.
I mean, uh, you were there and you guys fought, and Jordan is brilliant and uh happens to be your son, and you're right, and he's also a lot taller than you, which is a very interesting situation.
I look at Jordan.
How tall are you, Jordan, by the way?
About six three.
Yeah, because it's slightly jeans, Mr. President.
Let me just put it that way.
No, no, I'm very impressed.
Okay, but he's got he's got that good brain, and uh, you guys did a great job.
You know, uh we have no choice but to turn it around.
When you you your father was very much involved, and you were less so, but uh helped, Jordan, uh having to do with the perfect phone call.
I call it the perfect phone call.
Well, now with time, it's even more perfect because I was right a hundred percent.
I said, any information and corruption, please call the attorney general of the United States.
It turned out to be that they were totally corrupt, and it had to do with Hunter Biden, it had to do with a whole mess that now is blown up all over Washington, and even the fake news media, which doesn't want to report it, they're even starting to report it because it's so bad.
But you were involved in that, Jay, and who would have thought it would have turned out to be this bad?
You know what?
I I I it's horrifying in the sense of where we are as a country, that political opponents, and that's what this is such a this is obviously political show trials.
That's what these are.
And I I go back to the s it I go back to the beginning days, Mr. President, when and we were in the Oval Office and in the very beginning, and we were talking about the FISA court, and they were changing letters that they were submitting uh lawyers were changing words of emails in order to get FISA warrants, and it just compounded and compounded.
And then we found out uh recently that the head of co counterintelligence that was actually on Mueller's team, one of the ones on Mueller's team, has ended up pleading guilty to being in collusion, if we want to use their words, with the Russian oligarch while he was investigating you.
This is what's so absurd about where it's come.
And now they put it on hyperdrive because they're willing to take out, or try to, it's not going to work.
To take out the leading Republican candidate and then also penalize the lawyers so that lawyers become afraid to represent their clients.
That's very dangerous for America.
But think of that for your audience, the head of the FBI, one of the top people who was in charge of the investigation of President Trump.
Turned out that he was involved with Russia.
Okay.
He was in charge of the Russian investigation.
And he turned out that he was involved with Russia.
And now he was just uh I'm actually surprised they did anything about it.
But they are going after him.
That's almost too corrupt even for them to believe.
But you know what?
There's nothing too corrupt because these are the most corrupt people in the history of our country.
So when people say does it bother you, I say, listen, these are Biden administration indictments.
And now I say to you, if if they're allowed to do this, if I should win the election, am I allowed to say, oh geez, somebody's going to be running against me?
Let me damage him permanently.
Let's indict him for something, because you can indict people for anything.
Let's indict him for something.
Let me indict my political opponent to knock the hell out of him so that he won't be able to run.
The difference is I have a very big platform and I'm able to get the word out and explain just like we're explaining it now.
But can you imagine if if in a couple of years I see somebody who's gaining a little strength, and I say, let's indict him to put him back where he belongs, because that's exactly what they're doing.
And it's never happened in this country before.
It's happened in other countries, but they're banana republics.
You know, Mr. President, you're the only person I've met and dealt with that I can imagine could even go through the four indictments and yet continue on the campaign trail the way you have, talking about America, not just focusing on the indictments, and again, being able to car compartmentalize all of that, uh, because I think there it was a kill shot, and they missed.
They thought maybe we can get this guy to drop out.
But you were willing to continue to drain the swamp at all costs.
You were willing to go back through the campaign process again at all cost to get back to the White House to do what's best for the country.
Someone who doesn't have to get this job, doesn't need this job, but wants this job to help the American people who right now are struggling, and again, I point back to my kids, are looking at a future that's pretty bleak.
It is pretty bleak when you look at what's going on, when you look at energy costs, and you look at that horrible withdrawal the way they withdrew, because I was withdrawing too, but we were doing with dignity and strength from Afghanistan.
When you look at Russia going into Ukraine, there was no reason.
So we're up to 225 billion dollars, and Europe is at 20 billion dollars.
And think of that.
We're at we're at 225, Europe's at 20.
Here we go again.
That was like NATO when they were we were paying the cost almost the full cost of NATO.
It's so crazy.
We have people that they truly don't know what they're doing.
They're destroying our country.
But I'm doing this because and you've seen it happen, and I did it.
Actually, I did it twice.
I did it pre-COVID.
We had the greatest country economically and in every other way ever, just prior to COVID.
And then I had to do it again.
I did it a second time.
But what we're gonna do is make America great again, and we can do it, and we will do it, and we'll do it fast, very fast.
You know, Mr. President, I had you know, I had the privilege, you're and I head up the American Center for Law and Justice, and we had a pastor that was in jail during the Obama administration, uh, Andrew Brunson, and I got to witness firsthand your very tough negotiation with a very tough guy, and that was President Erdon of Turkey.
And I want to remind people of the fact that we had these Americans that were hostages, and that you got them released, and we held these governments accountable.
I've never seen anything like it, the way in which you negotiated quickly for a resolution.
You didn't put money on the table, you just got them out.
By the way, some from North Korea, as you know.
One unfortunately was very badly, badly hurt when he came out.
He was badly, barely alive, as you know, it's a very sad case.
But I got the four hostages out from North Korea.
Uh, but we got fifty-eight total.
Pastor Brunson, a wonderful guy.
They said he was uh espionage, he was a spy.
Right.
And all over there, he was helping people over there.
He was a quality guy, great guy.
I hope you if you speak to him, give him my regards, but I was honored.
But I was told that you couldn't do it, that you had to go through a court system.
I called President Erdogan and uh we got him out.
I said president, you gotta let's remember that call.
That was some phone call.
That was a great phone call.
That should go down on the annals of presidential history.
Uh you said you were going to make him the most famous pastor since Billy Graham.
I'll never forget that line.
And boy, oh, three days later he's on a flight back to the United States.
Mr. President, again, thank you for being on with us.
Uh you know that on the legal issues, we're looking at every single one of them.
That's a two-tiered legal system.
This idea that they're trying to bring a trial the day before Super Tuesday just shows you how political it is, and we're thinking of every constitutional motion to bring.
But thank you for taking time for being with us.
Thank you both very much.
I appreciate it.
Thank you.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Folks, again, uh that was President Trump, and we will be right back with a lot more information.
This was, by the way, we just this just happened just a few minutes before we went on air.
So we were glad we were talking about.
So uh folks, we're taking a break.
We're coming back.
We got our friend John Solomon coming up.
Remember, Jordan and I head up the American Center for Law and Justice.
You get information there at ACLJ.org.
We're going to go take a break when we come back more with John Solomon.
Hey, welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
This is Jay Seculow and Jordan Secular.
We are in for our friend Sean Hannity, and we just had on the heir, the president, former president of the United States, Donald Trump, who Jordan and I had the privilege of representing for four years, and uh we consider ourselves emeritus.
We mentioned to the president while we were on, because there's so many legal issues that are coming with these uh Biden indictments, as he calls them.
Uh so many significant constitutional issues like election interference having a hearing, a trial start the day before Super Tuesday.
That might be deemed election interference.
Uh you've got significant constitutional issues.
Jordan and I head up an organization called the American Center for Law and Justice, and we handle cases of constitutional magnitude here in the United States and around the world.
We are in the middle, actually, the last day of our life and liberty drive, and it actually ends at midnight tonight.
Uh and we created the drive because we looked at what people that listen to our broadcast.
We're on at noon uh across the country, and you can take it's a secular broadcast wherever you listen to your podcasts or uh, of course, YouTube, Facebook, all of the and radio stations around the country.
But we started this Life in Liberty Drive because of the support for our vital work, but I wanted to give you a sense of what that work uh entails.
We just announced today that we filed a major lawsuit on behalf of Charlie Kirk and Tet Turning Point USA about the censorship the Biden administration was engaged in, Jordan, regarding their activities.
Yeah, that's right.
I mean, what we have to understand here when you're looking at the Biden administration, when when you're looking at all of these different aspects of whether it is uh trying to look at your social media accounts, whether it is going after churches, all of these issues.
The Biden administration's been front and center in trying to take away your First Amendment rights.
Okay, sixteen lawsuits we have right now against the Biden administration.
We announced the newest one today.
We're representing some of those whistleblowers.
You're gonna hear from some of the other lawyers that we're working with on that.
We are the group that uncovered the terrorist cover-up at the southern border.
You can support the work of the ACLJ through our ACLJ Life and Liberty Drive today by going to ACLJ.org, and right there you just link in right to it, and any amount you donate, it's tax deductible, and then the ACLJ will get a matching gift from somebody else.
So it really makes a big difference.
I encourage you, if you want to stand for liberty and freedom, go to ACLJ.org and you get information, but you can also support the great work of the American Center for Law and Justice.
Back with more on the Sean Hannity show in just a moment.

Hey, it's Jay Secolo and Jordan Seculo in for Sean Hannity.
By the way, if you like that bumper music that you hear on the broadcast, that is the uh Jay Secular Band, who, by the way, tonight I should say this, right, Jordan?
That's it.
Tonight we have a concert.

It's at uh eight o'clock Eastern time.
Right.
You can go to ACLJ.org Facebook, your Facebook page, the Jay Secular Facebook page right away, eight o'clock Eastern time.
But uh check it out.
Function.
Brand new concert.
Yeah.
Yeah, a lot of new lot of new tunes.
We have a lot of fun, and we do this because we're celebrating uh the end of the month and our our life and liberty drive, which we'll talk about a little bit later.
Our friend, a good friend, John Solomon, uh, is on with us, and John is uh both a friend and someone we have a tremendous respect for.
I've also have uh full disclosure represented John in the past and would would be happy to do that again if ever necessary.
Hopefully it never will be.
But John, um I I want to start with what I think is the greatest shift that we've seen uh in recent history, and that was the Hunter Biden plea bargain agreement worked out, the judge raising real questions, the plea bargain falling apart, and then the appointment of Weiss as the special counsel.
We have never seen anything like this.
No, no, you are right.
It's unprecedented in judicial history, and it really is triggered by a singular event when those brave IRS whistleblowers, whose story I broke uh about three, four months ago, back in May, when they came forward and they provided such compelling evidence to uh Congress, it uh it really put everybody on alert, including the judge, that something wasn't right.
This wasn't the sort of deal that would normally get done in a tax case like this, especially when you have a guy who is a by his own admission, a uh regular uh tax gopher.
He hadn't been paying taxes for years.
Uh, and all of a sudden you find out, well, they couldn't ask questions about his father.
They couldn't raid uh uh storage that he had.
They couldn't go interview other witnesses, they were told not to ask about Joe Biden.
Uh, and oh, they allow the statute of limitations.
The government never lets the statute of limitations go on an open case when they're looking for leverage on the most serious offenses that Hunter Biden had done.
They let the statute expire on the fact that he hadn't paid money on all that brisma Ukraine money, the biggest scandal in the the Biden family.
That that extraordinary set of rolling revelations really changed the course of it.
You see it in the the correspondence that Abby Lowell's made public uh in some of these news interviews.
Those whistleblowers stopped a bad deal, and they have now rebooted the case in a very different direction.
You know, it's interesting.
You mentioned the Ukraine brisma situation, and of course, Jordan, that was uh uh the first impeachment that you and I uh did uh for President Trump, who was just on the broadcast, really focused on that whole Ukraine situation and everything that John had written about and everything we alleged on the floor of the United States Senate three years later, every bit of it is true.
Yeah, which made that phone call, I mean, that much more legitimate now that we are engaged, there's a w full-on war going on between Ukraine and Russia, and the idea here, uh a war being backed by Joe Biden, and it puts into question are we there for the right reasons?
I mean, I think again, pushing back against Putin is always a good thing to do.
But are we are we there for the right reasons, or Are we there for the Biden uh business reasons?
And and we didn't know that at the time.
Uh fast forwarding a few years ahead that Ukraine would be at the center of the world uh because of this military conflict.
It was totally legitimate to ask the new president of Ukraine as a new president of the United States, have former officials, like the vice president of the United States been putting pressure on your country in a way that's inappropriate.
So, John, looking at the you did all that initial work on breaking the whole barisma story, and now let's go fast forward three years.
Where do you see it right now?
Well, listen, I think there is a very big uh question that is outstanding, which is is the information that the FBI got in 2020 that we were all kept from when it was a secret for three years until Chuck Grassey could get it and put it out with him and James Comer.
Is there a $10 million payment that can be traced that looks something like the bribe that the FBI informant told the agents on multiple occasions about?
I can tell you that members of Congress recently were alerted to a $10 million transaction that occurs on or around February of 2014.
Why is that important?
Devin Archer told us that was the first time he had conversations with BRISMA about joining the board with Hunter Biden.
So February 2014, two months before we all knew that Hunter and uh Biden and Devin Archer were getting involved with RISMA.
He's over there meeting with BRISMA officials, and oh, there's a 10 million dollar transfer that comes out of BRISMA to an account in the United States.
That is a significant lead.
That doesn't mean it's proof.
But those are the sort of things that need to be resolved.
We need to find out is that bribe true or not true?
It can be resolved.
Bank records will tell us Ukrainian officials from BRISPA could be brought here and interviewed.
Uh there's a lot of work ahead of us today.
And I you know, I I had an interview with President Trump earlier today, like you did, and he said something very profound, which is if there's going to be an impeachment inquiry, it should be done fairly.
He encouraged the kind of Republican, don't do it the way Democrats did.
Do it fairly.
And then he said we should answer the one question that all Americans have.
Did Joe Biden get money from his son's exploits overseas?
And uh I think that's a very rational path for what Republicans have to do.
They got to answer those big questions.
We can't leave them hanging anymore.
We got to get the truth.
I think the 10 million, if there is a bribery payment, and that could be uh found as the FBI informant told the FBI in 2020, that would be a very serious and big moment in the Biden presidency.
I want to ask you politically, John, uh, this question.
Okay, so we've got the you know we've got these four indictments.
Uh the president calls them the Biden indictments.
Um and even though they're some by state prosecutors all coming out of the same corpus of of activity, which was the election.
Uh it's I mean, to me as a lawyer, it looks like election interference.
I am disgusted with the criminalization of the practice of law.
We're supposed to be zealous advocates as lawyers for our clients, and now you're afraid to file an election law dispute thinking you can end up getting indicted.
And that's how how bizarre this whole thing's come.
We've talked about the weaponization of government, but you mentioned the whistleblowers.
Now we're representing uh two FBI whistleblowers right now, but you were at the forefront of these whistleblower claims.
How significant is the information that is coming from these whistleblowers, and there's many more in the pipeline?
Uh and what where do you think that's going to end up kind of shining the spotlight?
Yeah, I I I think there are three things we're going to learn.
I I think first, there are more whistleblowers and their effort to blow the whistle on the Biden family goes back much earlier.
Next week, I'll make public some documents showing that the first whistleblowers approached the United States government from the banking community in and around November of 2016.
And they provided some very damning information.
Why was JP Morgan filing all of these uh suspicious activity reports?
They provided the Securities and Exchange Commission.
These whistleblowers did the reasons why there was so much suspicion going on in the banking community about Hunter Biden's transaction.
So what it means is that the knowledge inside the government goes uh of potential problems around Hunter Biden and his business deals goes all the way back to 2016, an earlier whistleblower, much earlier than the IRS agents that came forward in 2020.
The second thing I think will happen is that those IRS whistleblowers are in the process of conveying new information to the House Ways and Means Committee.
There are presentations and documents that were used to have these discussions with prosecutors, including a presentation that prosecutors built on why they thought Hunter Biden should be prosecuted.
Seeing that come public is going to remind people all the more that, hey, the prosecutors were for prosecuting Hunter Biden until they suddenly were against it.
And that's going to call into greater question what may have happened in that window between when they wanted to prosecute him and when they moved and pivoted to that uh that time frame.
I think the third uh element is there are people coming forward in the Justice Department now that are raising concerns about two special counsels.
What was going on in Weiss's um uh office, officials in his office working around him, according to the whistleblowers.
That's something the IRS whistleblowers couldn't see.
There are other whistleblowers that are making approaches now about that.
And then there's some new information that's been coming forward.
And that is we do know that Jay Bratt, uh, according to White House Records, and you've written about this, was meeting with White House Counsel's office of the Biden administration while they were prosecuting President Biden's primary opponent.
And people have to remember the story we broke about eight months ago.
It was Joe Biden who triggered the criminal investigation of Donald Trump on the classified records.
He sent an instruction to the National Archives to send a referral over to the FBI.
Joe Biden sicked the FBI on Donald Trump.
That can't be lost, and Jay Brad is meeting in that time frame around when that referral comes.
That is the third thing that whistleblowers are highlighting, that there may have been some funny business on the Donald Trump side of this investigation, even as there were funny business in the opposite direction going on with Hunter Biden.
Those are all serious things.
They all gotta be checked out, but they're that those are the type of whistleblowers that are beginning to emerge.
And what we're also seeing, John, too, is the information, for instance, this big reported day, like Hunter Biden's prosecutor, the the Weiss team now is U.S. attorney now special counsel, but he was supposed to be operating so independently of the Department of Justice, except for when they got questions from Congress on the investigation,
they went to the DOJ Office of Legislative Affairs and Office of Legal Counsel about how to respond, and the response from the DOJ was we have received uh the letters, we'll take the lead on this, we'll send you a draft, uh let us know if you need anything else.
I mean, literally, it was the Biden uh and Garland Department of Justice leading the Weiss's team's response to Congress.
That whole idea that he is independent is thrown out the door.
Yeah, you guys hit it on the head.
That's exactly it.
There was a mirage that somehow this prosecutor left over from the Trump heroes was independent, but he never was really independent.
How do we know that?
We know he was consulting the Justice Department tax division about the cases.
We know that uh the lawyers for Hunter Biden went around Weiss one time and had a conversation inside the main Justice Department, and now this new anecdote that came out this morning, there is something that uh has never felt right about the description that Mar uh uh Merrick Garland gave uh Senator Grouse uh that a lot of people now call into question.
I think there's gonna be a lot more developments on this front.
There are whistleblowers inside the Justice Department that are now providing information to a congressional committee about this.
We'll see where that leads.
But I think you have your uh bullseye over a very important issue that could really boomerang on the the uh Garland Justice Department.
I think that's right.
Uh for people who want to get information, John, about just the news, where's the best place for them to go?
Best place just the news dot com, or you can follow me on any social media platform at J. Solomon Reports.
We we love all of our readers.
They're they're so great and they're great supporters.
Yeah, great.
John, thanks for being with us.
We appreciate you being on with Hannity and appreciate the great work that you're doing, especially on now with these whistleblowers.
Great, great information.
Thanks, John.
I want to play.
We had President Trump on in the uh earlier in the broadcast.
I want to play Bite 2.
The President Why uh interestingly, I would say wisely calls the indictments against him, the Biden indictments.
Take a listen.
These are Biden indictments.
There's never been anything like it.
It's a third world banana republic.
Uh that's what we've been reduced to with between the open borders and the crooked elections.
So uh, you know, I always say to people, don't these aren't indicatives.
These are Biden independence.
They set it up.
Uh and beyond that, you have the district attorney who's totally controlled in New York, who's totally controlled by the DOJ, which is the Biden's group, and you have in uh Florida, you have a you have a district attorney who is totally controlled again by Biden's group.
These are all Biden, so it's like many uh indictments and you know, the word at the Wharton School of Finance, I never studied it, but I got a lot of them quickly.
But these are done by the political opponent.
These aren't legitimate indictments.
He's exactly right.
The fact is, though, the the politicization of this, Jordan, is in a scale that we haven't seen.
And you were especially concerned when the judge set the trial for the day before Super Tuesday.
You worked on presidential campus.
I mean, it's like they were looking at the calendar and saying, what could be the most politically damaging date to Donald Trump for us to start this trial?
Because again, I'm an Obama appointee.
I don't like this guy.
And again, we're supposed to think that even if you were an Obama appointee that you should be equal justice under the law, you don't randomly pick the day before the biggest day in the presidential nominating process.
It either is the day that you get a candidate, and it's the uh or that the field narrows down to one or two candidates.
Super Tuesday.
And that's when she wanted to start the trial.
It's it's just they're not even trying to hide it anymore.
I think President Trump has said that.
John Solomon said it too.
It's like they're not even trying to hide how they're coordinating anymore.
The DOJ told Weiss's team in emails they knew would get FOIA.
We'll take the lead for you.
We'll do all your press.
It totally is unbelievable.
It has happened.
It's reality.
But we fight back.
And you know what you gotta do?
You gotta we're we're going to court on these.
I said earlier that at the ACLJ, any constitutional issue that comes up in these indictments or these proceedings, we're gonna file appropriate briefs.
We already have sixteen lawsuits.
The ACLJ is the organization Jordan and I head up, and we have sixteen lawsuits right now against the Biden administration.
We've got we're representing the whistleblowers.
We're we're the ones who broke the terror cover-up story.
So all of that's happening simultaneously.
You can support the work of the ACLJ.
We're in a life and liberty drive at ACLJ.org and any amount you donate is tax deductible, and we get a matching gift for it.
So I encourage you to go ahead and do that.
We've got a lot more ahead in the next hour of Hannity.
Hey, welcome back to the Sean Hannity Show.
By the way, that music, and I appreciate Linda McLaughlin here, uh, who who is uh musically talented herself, I might add, but uh we get to do the music because Linda likes it.
I'm obsessed with you guys.
You guys rock.
All right, so we've got a fan.
There you go.
But anyway.

It's gonna be great.
Not that we're already amped up a little bit, but we'll be amped up even more.
Uh coming up next, uh, Rick Rennell, who's our senior advisor on National Security and International Affairs, former uh director of national intelligence.
I should also mention that Jordan and I head up the American Center for Law and Justice, and we are in the last day of our law and justice drive.
First time we've ever done this.
And let me tell you what we're doing.
We're trying to beat back the Biden corruption in the deep state.
