Toll-free, it's 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, uh we played a lot of this in the last hour, and that is okay, the prosecutor that was fired uh within six hours because Joe Biden demanded it.
A guy by the name of Victor Shokin uh does an interview with our friend Brian Kilmead.
Uh what does he say?
I was fired because of the insistence of Joe Biden because I was investigating Barisma.
And by the way, by investigating Barisma, that also means Hunter being paid massive amounts of money with no experience.
Listen.
Why were you fired from your position by President Proshenko?
Yeah, Makroson.
I have said repeatedly in my previous interviews that Poroshenko fired me.
At the insistence of the then Vice President Biden.
Because I was investigating Barisma.
So did President Prushenko tell you that?
That he wanted you to stay on the job, but there was pressure from President Vice President Biden.
Uh you understood me correctly.
This is how it was.
Uh there were no complaints whatsoever, no problems with how I was performing at uh my job.
But because pressure was repeatedly put on President Paroshenko.
Uh that is uh what ended up in uh him firing me.
And of course, he expressed his belief why he was fired.
Uh in large part, he he said it straight up that he believes Joe and Hunter Biden took bribes.
What else would you call it?
You know, again, go back and remember the the moment, the circumstances, the timeline.
We know we now know in October of 2015, official U.S. policy under the Obama administration was to give Ukraine the billion and loan guarantees because they had made sufficient progress on the issue of corruption.
That was October 2020, same year, December 4th, 2020.
Hunter Biden with Barisma executives in Dubai.
They are desperately begging Hunter for quote DC help.
They called Joe, because Hunter doesn't offer DC help.
He was an addict at the time, and he had no experience based on his own words on Good Morning America, no experience in energy, oil, or gas.
And on December 5th, they called Joe.
They need DC help.
Five days later, December 9th, 2015, same year.
Uh Joe Biden goes to Ukraine, has the billion dollars, and brags about how he he got the got the prosecutor fired in six hours by leveraging your tax dollars.
Here's what uh Victor Shokin said about that.
Do you believe that Joe Biden or Hunter Biden got bribes?
I do not want to deal in unproven facts.
But my firm personal conviction is that yes, this was the case.
They were being bribed.
The fact that uh Joe Biden gave away one billion dollars in uh U.S. uh money in exchange for my dismissal, my firing.
Isn't that alone a case of corruption?
Isn't that alone a case of corruption?
He also went on in the interview to say I was since I was fired.
Nobody can cite any example of any corruption.
Nobody's been able to bring it up.
Uh Zolov Chesky, by the way, yeah, uh, was found uh to uh be responsible for the same.
Uh I was a threat to Barisma because I would have uncovered the corruption of Hunter and Devin uh Archer that they were engaged in.
No doubt in my mind, Barisma engaged in illegal activities, and the Barisma case merited special Attention because Joe and Hunter Biden.
Well, it got special attention.
There's no doubt about it.
Uh anyway, joining us now, he is the president of America First Legal, former senior advisor to President Trump, our old friend Steve Miller is back with us.
Sir, how are you?
I'm doing well.
Thank you, Sean.
I don't even think Congress needs an impeachment inquiry.
I think this is about as slam dunk as it gets.
So Joe goes there, leverages a billion against U.S. policy, gets the guy fired in six hours.
Hunter continues to get paid.
The family continues to get enriched.
Sounds like a pretty clear-cut case to me, but the media so far ignoring it.
Well, I was thinking exactly that as you were doing your introduction, Sean, which is that there is more than sufficient basis and evidence to formally begin impeachment.
As you said, not an impeachment inquiry, but impeachment.
James Comer has conclusively documented the many crimes that occurred in funneling money into the Biden family through Shell corporations in violation of federal tax law.
And at the same time, through multiple sources and testimony that has been taken, we have seen how Joe Biden has provided access, favorable treatment, and official government favors that benefit the very same people who are funneling money into the Biden coffers, which is the statutory definition of bribery, which is an impeachable offense.
Not to mention the betrayal of America's national security, which is clearly a high crime.
So you have multiple articles of impeachment that you could proceed with now.
And the testimony that you can get, and we just heard the clip that you played, Sean, of the Ukrainian prosecutor, it should be the final nail on the top.
And by the way, Hunter it appears has gotten a $15,800 a month malleable home that he's renting, uh, I guess with his wife and his son, and uh, because he just went to flew to Arkansas on a private jet,
uh, complaining about poverty and and not having the money to pay for his daughter that he failed to recognize and still fails to recognize, who's four years old, who did nothing wrong herself, and and got those payments reduced by 75% uh as a result to protect him the Secret Service has to pay sixteen thousand dollars a month.
Rent's not cheap out there, yet with those beautiful ocean views.
Um now we know also that Burismas Devin Archer met with then Secretary of State John Kerry only weeks before Shokan was uh fired.
I'd say I'd like to hear from him in the committee.
Um, and you know, but they don't want to nobody in the media seems to be willing to really pick up on it.
Why do you think that is?
Or is it just obvious?
Well, the answer I think is quite clear, which is that the media is doing everything they can to ensure that Joe Biden in their minds will get a chance to be president again.
That's what this is all about.
Protect Joe Biden, protect the administration, keep him in office, try and get him back in the White House so that we cannot fix things in 2025.
You know, one other fact that, of course, is worth revisiting, Sean, it's President, then Vice President Biden's use of a pseudonym to get foreign policy information to his son.
If that's not a demonstration of consciousness of guilt, if Biden and his team felt that the information about foreign policy, about these matters that Hunter is being paid for, if they felt that some of that information, funneling that information to Hunter was lawful and legitimate, they would never have used a pseudonym.
They use a pseudonym because he knew Joe Biden knew what he was doing was criminal, that it was impeachable.
By the way, the National the Archives Administration admitted that there's over 56 5,0600 uh emails under these pseudonyms.
That's a lot of emails we got to examine, isn't it?
Oh, and I'm sure they're all about the weather, Sean.
I'm sure they're all about um how the family vacation's going and uh who's going to be hosting Thanksgiving dinner.
Um the reality is is that this isn't just a question of is there enough evidence to impeach?
We've long since passed that threshold.
The question now is is the Department of Justice Going to begin pursuing criminal charges.
And is there going to be any prosecutors at the Department of Justice who have an ounce of independence and integrity to begin the criminal investigation into the bribery, money laundering, and tax fraud schemes that directly implicate Joe Biden.
Let me ask you about now Alan Dershwitch and Jonathan Turley agree that none of these trials of Donald Trump are likely to happen before the 2024 election.
I'm not as confident as they are that that's true.
I do believe that it would that what's happening is a form of election interference.
After all, why did they wait two and a half years if these issues were so devastating and so prominent and so urgent what took them so long?
Um but uh I would say that it would be unfair to any presidential candidate to have a trial during an election year.
You know, for example, uh, I know in the case of DC, they want that trial to start on January 2nd.
Well, that's the beginning of the Republican primary season.
And and the be and then the one in Georgia, they want to start on March 4th.
They want to start another one on May in May.
And I'm thinking, at what point here?
You know, do you say that to have a trial, but which, by the way, in unfriendly venues to any conservative or any Republican, New York, DC, or Fulton County, Georgia.
Um, I think Donald Trump's best legal strategy is to assume you've got a witness on appeal.
Because I'm not sure you can get a fair jury in any of those those venues.
Well, let me say that I share, Sean, your your concern uh about the possibility of doing what justice would command, uh being able to ensure no trials during an election year.
Because the judicial system in many of these locations is so aggressively stacked against anybody who's not of the political left.
And so if you look, for example, at the judge in the DC case, right?
Somebody who is already in her previous opinions, uh been so harshly, powerfully critical, uh, in a highly partisan way, of President Trump.
And so, yes, I have very real concerns about that, and it is the most profound form of election interference.
And as you say, Sean, there's nothing that required them to wait two and a half years other than the desire to interfere in the election.
Everything that we know today, we knew three years ago.
It was all done uh in the full light of day.
Everything was announced, these are the election challenges, uh, these are the cases that we're bringing, these are the petitions that are being brought to Congress.
Everything was announced in real time by all the individuals and all of these matters.
So nothing new was unearthed, nothing new was discovered, nothing new was found.
A political decision was made to prosecute political activity from the other side in the middle of an election year, no different than what happened in a dictatorship.
So what happens from here?
I mean, because you have this cloud hanging over President Trump.
He's he's winning by a significant margin in in every poll that comes out.
Uh, even a poll that they said, well, he lost a little ground after the debate, he's still up forty.
Um that's a that that's a pretty insurmountable number, in my view.
Your thoughts.
Yes.
Well, and by the way, that same poll also showed uh that it that the there was increased crowding uh for second place.
In other words, that the that he's still up, you know, 40 plus points, and there's actually more people now who are tied for second place, which actually helps Donald Trump, uh, objectively speaking.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

All right, we continue.
Stephen Miller, our guest, President America First, Lego, former senior advisor to President Trump.
Does Donald Trump have a problem, do you think going forward?
not with his base, but with independents.
Because this election is going to...
He's going to have to win Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, at least...
Maybe be in a fight in Michigan and Arizona, Nevada, maybe even New Hampshire.
Who knows?
But I mean, it's always hard for any Republican to win the presidency because you've got to thread the needle, and you and again, assuming that conventional electoral politics remains the same.
I mean, it's it's hard from the get-go.
How does President Trump deal with people that are not as aware, informed, you know, as addicted to news as say we are?
Well, I think that's that's the main point, Sean.
I think you've actually hit on what the uh Democrats legal weaponization is all about, which is to try to poison the well with independence in the general election.
In other words, if you look at the general election polling today, you've covered it on your programs and uh many others have talked about this as well.
President Trump in the last several national polls that have been taken, the white B voters continues to lead President Biden and would continue to um to lead in many of the key swing states.
So the thought process is from the left is that if we can have President Trump on trial during the election, if we can even get an all Democrat jury in front of a Democrat judge and get a conviction from a partisan jury before an election.
We can poison the well with independence and keep the white house.
That is manifestly obviously transparently their goal in my mind.
Do you think the Democrats are going to try and push Biden out?
I think it really comes down to what Republicans do with the Barisma and the Biden family crime spree.
If Republicans take a soft touch with it, if they don't pursue impeachment, if they don't take all the evidence that James.
Well, maybe maybe they're doing themselves a favor, because I think cognitively this guy is getting worse by the day.
You could play 4D chess with it.
But justice commands what justice commands.
Um there's a chance that they could that they could force him out through the dis the continuing disclosures.
Uh if they get Hunter Biden under oath, they get a few more people under oath, but it's really gonna come down to how this whole investigation unfolds, in my view, Sean.
All right, Stephen Miller, he is the president of American First Legal, former senior advisor to President Trump.
We appreciate it always, Stephen.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Toll free on numbers 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, uh we'll get to your calls on the other side.

We'll get to your calls in mere seconds here.
Reminder that, you know, occasionally something comes along that changes a game dramastic dramatically, drastically for the better.
You know, like a jet engine, a cell phone, game changers, right?
Well, recently our friends at Rhino Metals, they are America's leading safe manufacturer.
They launched an amazing new safe design that falls into that cut category.
It's called SafeX, and it means you can get the anti-Pry protection and security of safes costing thousands for a fraction of the cost for only, for example, seven hundred and forty-nine bucks, you can get Rhino's most popular full-sized fire-rated SafeX, gun safe, curbside delivery to your home, which by the way is very, very important.
Um, and in Rhino's Pride test, this if as this safe has way outperformed other brands costing up to five times as much.
Don't take my word for it.
Watch Rhino's side by side break in testing videos when you go to their website, RhinoSafe dot com.
That's rhino spelt like the animal, R H I N O S A F E Safe dot com.
Uh other safe models and vault doors also on sale.
Uh by the way, now if you find your local dealer up to as much as a thousand dollars off.
And look, I've had a number of safes in my life, and I can tell you without a doubt, Rhino safes, they're the best.
They are better in every way.
Uh in everything I have seen, and you know what?
As a somebody that collects firearms, uh, I like their gun safes in particular.
Rhino's safe online, find a dealer near you, R H I N O S A F E dot com.
Uh, you guys might remember this moment.
It was when Barack Obama was running for president in 08, and uh guy by the name of Joe the Plumber confronted him because remember he wasn't exactly willing to come on this show or any conservative outlet, or was the liberal media willing to call him out on issues involving,
you know, his radical background and associations and uh, you know, the the Dorns, uh Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn, and you know, now we know later, years later, Louis Farrakhan, Reverend, you know, k the US KKKK of K. Uh Bur you know, G D America, Reverend Wright.
Anyway, he did get called out by an American citizen by the name of Joe the Plumber.
I'm getting ready to buy a company that makes $250,000, $270,000, $80,000 a year.
Your new tax plan is gonna tax me more, isn't it?
Your taxes are gonna stay the same.
Say two fifty up from two fifty to three hundred or so.
Well, here's my question.
I I just want to answer your question.
The uh so the uh so for that additional amount, you go from thirty-six to thirty-nine percent, which is what it was under Bill Plumber.
My attitude is that if if the economy's good for folks from the bottom up, it's gonna be good for everybody.
If you've got a plumbing business, uh you're gonna be better off if you've got a whole bunch of customers who can afford to hire you.
And right now everybody's so pinched that business is bad for everybody.
And and I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody.
But honestly, why should they be penalized for being successful?
I mean, that's what you're telling me.
Uh that's what it sounds like you're saying.
Uh that's wrong.
I mean, because you're successful, you have to pay more than everybody else.
I mean, we all live in this country.
I mean, that was, you know, it's a basic right.
And Obama wants to take that basic right and uh penalize me for it, is what it comes down to.
I mean, that's a very socialist uh view, and it's just uh that's incredibly wrong.
I mean, if it if it's you know, two hundred and fifty thousand dollars now.
What if he decides, well, you know, 150,000 dollars, you're pretty rich too.
Let's go ahead and lower it again.
You know, it's a slippery slope.
Um, when's it gonna stop?
Spread the wealth around.
That magical moment never came from the media.
Took a guy by the name Joe the Plumber.
Anyway, sadly, he died, 49 years old, pancreatic cancer.
That's what my own father died of.
I mean, uh pancreatic cancer.
They just have not made the progress on that cancer as they have so many others.
Um anyway, I loved how everyone picked up, oh, I'm uh I'm Joe the doctor, I'm Joe the teacher, I'm Joe the bus driver, I'm Joe the this, I'm Joe the that.
It really just went so viral.
Uh all right, let's get to our busy phones.
Kathy in the great state of Tennessee.
Hey, Kathy, how are you?
Hello, Sean.
What's going on?
Well, Sean, I I wanted to talk to you about these terrible nuclear attacks on our justice system and that you report on constantly on the radio show and the TV shows.
And it it's even on the attacks on the whole system of government.
And so out here we're getting very upset about it.
It almost gives us a feeling of hopelessness that there's no way we can fix it.
Uh that we can't win.
Um nothing positive is happening.
So I'm hoping that at some point, you know, people aren't gonna tune out and and just you know, just not want to listen anymore and not do anything about it.
Let's listen, honestly, it's if you don't like the way things are, the only the only way to fix things is to change them.
And if everyone takes the attitude, oh, forget it, it's too hard, it's too difficult, this country wouldn't have been founded if our founders, our framers had that attitude, would it?
No, but it seems like it's insurmountable at this point with this voting fraud.
As we speak, I think they're corrupting that system.
And then they're going to go back into some lockdowns.
Already we're getting COVID restrictions thrown back at us.
And one of the scarier things I read this weekend is, you know, Biden is now asking Congress to fund fully the...
the development of a new COVID vaccine and may require the shot yet again and uh he said yeah you know he's talking about COVID cases.
Now, the variant is basically an offshoot of the Omicron variant, and it is not as lethal as Delta, not as lethal as the original Alpha COVID variant.
These variants change.
The real answer to me would be go back to making monoclonal antibodies.
They were the one things that I thought I felt were the best therapeutics.
And we already cited the study last week.
Mask didn't work.
the only thing that really showed some help was hand washing so um I I just think that this is an insane idea and then we're gonna be told like we were told the last time yeah if you get if you take the shot you're not gonna get the new variant and you're not be able to transmit it to others and uh and and it'll be fine.
And uh none of it none of what they said turned out to be true.
None of it.
And again we can maybe we can hold Kevin McCarthy's feet to the fire to defund some of these agencies that are now's the time to be telling them because we got a September 30th deadline when it comes to the budget in Washington.
Yeah well now you've got U.S. hospital systems have reinstated mask mandates school are and are doing the same thing uh businesses now are are following suit so here we go again the Florida Surgeon General slammed this this renewed mask mandate urging people to refuse to even participate.
Look I'm not gonna tell people what to do I I'm not gonna play doctor on the radio if you I've said this over and over again enormous amount of pressure was brought to bear on me to tell you my audience what to do I'm not qualified to tell you if if I thought I was and and there were too many questions I we didn't know.
All I know is in the aftermath of all of this is after they forced us and then tried to shame us oh this is a disease of the unvaccinator remember that lie and all the other crap they shoved down our throat the only thing that I saw that was effective were therapeutic protocols put in place by doctors that we brought on the air not Sean Hannity's views and at least giving people options.
And then I thought the most effective was monoclonal antibodies.
And to me, why they stopped that makes no sense.
Now, that would take a constant updating of the actual monoclonal antibody based on the particular strain.
But the principle to me made the most sense, because if you get it and you have a synthetic version that is a meat that immediately fights the virus that you have, the variant virus that you have.
Well, that gives you to me, it makes sense that it would give you a leg up.
but I'm not telling you to do that either.
If they decide to ever you know go back to it ask your doctor and then you got to decide I I wish I could tell people what to do.
I'm telling you what I'm doing I'm not listening to these people ever again that's what I'm doing.
Now I'm not telling anyone else to do that.
I'm urging people to follow your doctor's advice but if you could have a lot of people a lot of different people that are very good at explaining to the general public what can be done their professional opinions professionals that can get that message out more often I think we would feel maybe a little hope, you know, that we're getting somewhere.
Listen, I was I was I was accused of basically being a murderer by two New York Times idiots.
And I I hired a libel lawyer and I really I wanted to sue them.
I just if I did it takes too much time and money and I didn't have the bandwidth to do this show the way I want to do it every day and do my T V show the way I want to do it every night and and follow through with that.
But frankly it was beyond libel to me.
But anyway, hang in there, Kathy.
We appreciate you being with us 800 941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program our friend Curtis Lewa, I think he's now up to eighty arrests, uh things got very violent at a protest he was at he didn't get violent.
As a matter of fact he was helping the cops against those people that did uh we'll talk to him about his experience.

Alright back to our busy phones.
Patrick in New Jersey hey Patrick how are you glad you called I'm doing good Sean I appreciate being on here it's like my head wants to explode every time I listen to your show let me just be clear on this I I am a Democrat.
I am a proud Democrat okay and I do understand that in today's day and age for me to say such a thing sometimes could be comical because people would say well how could you say that with everything going on just like what you're talking about in regards to the virus and I want to be clear on this I am not vaccinated but I am not an anti-vaxxer.
Okay my doctor like you said I followed my doctor's protocols.
My family followed it and we chose not to take the vaccine which to this point because my antibodies were high enough.
With that being said I got ostracized for not being vaccinated by the liberal left and this is where my frustrations come in because as a proud Democrat growing up in a democratic family in Hudson County, New Jersey, and if you know Hudson County you can understand what I mean by that.
Okay so that being said, I look at the Republican Party and I see the Republican Party has this flexibility to be dissected into two fractions.
You have your Republicans which are traditional and then you have your MAGA right.
And they lay it out that way.
So friends of mine who are pro-Trumpers they consider themselves MAGAs and then those who are conservative consider themselves Republicans.
But then again in my world of being a Democrat I'm just labeled a liberal period end of story.
And I'm lumped in with all of what's going on in today's society which I have to tell you I really feel more of a moderate conservative Kennedy Democrat than anything else but I can't get away from that just like in a sense of the conversation three moderate Democrats in DC Yeah.
Yeah I mean I c I could I could name two that claim to be and at times show a little bit of of moderation from their party and that would be mansion and cinema that's my guy.
There you go that's all I got to hang my head on is Joe Mansion because really after that what do I got and not much that's my point.
And it has become the s socialist uh new green deal, climate alarm alarmist religious cult uh that believes in full and complete redistribution of wealth.
And and sit here.
I mean, why why doesn't your party want voter ID?
Why?
Why do why doesn't your party want secure borders and and legal immigration?
Why does it why doesn't your party want us to produce our own energy instead of taking our energy and and being, you know, slaves to OPEC and Saudi Arabia and Venezuela and Iran and countries that hate our guts when we have more natural resources than they do.
You know, why does your party you know, why do they want to defund the police?
Why are they so beholden to teachers' unions?
I mean, that's your party.
Well, they say, listen, let's be clear here.
Now you say this, my party.
This is not That is your party.
That is the they just that is the Democratic I'm sorry.
This Democratic Party has been hijacked by these D you're not then you're then you no longer are a Democrat.
Your party left you behind a long time ago.
Why don't you just be an independent, you know?
Political vagabond.
Like how a political vagabond.
I'm like I'm like a uh orphaned I I don't have any representation in New York, so I'm like an an orphan here.
I don't have any any senator I can call that would take my call.
So the union member, right?
As a to your argument about voter ID.
As a union member, I am I am behelding to hold my union card for proof that I belong to an affiliated union.
And I hold that card proudly.
For 30 years, I'm a union member, card-carrying member.
But then when you want to go to voter of a voter ID, that's considered suppression.
But how?
How am I impressing anybody if I want to make sure the legitimate vote is being cast?
Listen, I'm a union member.
I can't be on the when I got to New York, I couldn't be on the air in New York unless I was a union member.
I had to do it.
Correct.
So why is it okay to have identification for such, but for voting we can't?
I I I just don't understand it.
And when you bring this Hey, by the way, try to get into the White House or the Capitol without voter ID.
Try to get into a venue these days uh without any type of uh not voter ID, picture ID.
Try to get, you know, try and buy a jewel pod a beer without a picture ID.
You can't.
I cannot go to the international convention because I was not vaccinated, I did not have a vaccination card.
Meanwhile, over well, five hundred people went, three hundred got COVID.
Because supposedly everybody was vaccinated, but they still got back COVID, regardless.
But this is the world I'm trapped in.
Like I said, you know, making fun of it.
Listen, you're you're you're not like that.
Just you just let it just let go of it.
You're not one of them.
You're just not.
So you just have to accept it, embrace it, and stand on the principles that you hold near and dear to and vote for the people that most closely represent your values.
That's my advice, okay?
Anyway, glad you called.
Patrick, appreciate it, buddy.
Patrick, appreciate it.
You want smart political talk without the meltdowns?
