Hour two Sean Hannity Show.
Toll free.
It's 800 941.
Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
Really, in his heart of hearts, he's a professor and a historian.
Uh probably has more curiosity about everything regarding life than any other person I've ever met.
The only person I know that whenever he visits any city, he's either at a zoo or a museum for hours on end.
I can't even probably count how many times he's been to the Natural History Museum in New York City or uh the varying zoos around the country because he's just fascinated with lifelong learning and it's a passion of his.
But he was also the former speaker of the house.
Uh we welcome back New Gingrich uh to the uh program.
And by the way, author of the bestseller March to the majority.
If you haven't gotten your copy, uh, this is important.
This is a roadmap for victory in 2024, uh, Amazon.com, Hannity.com, bookstores around the country.
Mr. Speaker, always a pleasure to have you back.
Thank you for staying so long on Hannity last night.
We really appreciate it.
Thank you.
That may have been the wildest Hannity show I've ever participated in.
Yeah, why is that?
Well, because towards the end, I'm there, you you'd ask me a question, I start to answer, you break in and go, Oh, there's a new thing from Reuters.
And then I start to answer again, you go, Well, hold on, there's another new thing from Reuters.
It was the funniest two or three minutes, I think on television.
We we'd done maybe an hour and fifty minutes worth of coverage, knowing, you know, we knew that the grand jury had handed down indictments.
We know the judge signed off on them.
We know that the clerk had them.
We know that the clerk promised to release them.
He said, you know, worst case scenario, three and a half hours.
Now we're about two hours in, and and it was about an hour and fifty minutes.
And as you were speaking, it was coming out, and I did feel bad interrupting you because I did it like three times.
I thought it was hysterical.
No, it was the right thing to do news wise, but I'm sitting there, you know, like chopped liver, uh, watching you kind of go, oh well, new, what do you think?
And I get out half a sentence, you go, What?
I gotta break in again.
And then you go, no, well, seriously, what do you think?
Yeah, I know.
But you know what?
And and I actually think that we actually we were beyond Reuters, I think we were the first to get it out there, and now we're that we're worried about being first, worried about being right.
But it helps.
But listen, I I I have to ask you one question that Calissa and I were talking about, and I don't know the answer.
Did they did they actually release by mistake the indictments before the grand jury voted?
They had earlier in the day yesterday, and the DA Fanny Willis can't explain how the Trump indictment was posted online.
Now, ironically, what's what's kind of fascinating about this, this is before the grand jury even voted.
Now, there is this phrase, you can indict a ham sandwich.
So I guess they were that confident.
Oh.
No, it strikes me that they've broken uh Georgia law.
How?
Well, I think that it is a felony in Georgia to release grand jury material.
Well, they released it, they posted it, they put it up.
And it tells you how funny it is that she's releasing the this is one of those classic cases where we we know you're guilty, but we'll get around to a trial later.
Certainly looks like it, doesn't it?
Yeah.
Well, I I have concluded, by the way, I'm about to write a small book, inspired in part by the intensity of the reaction to our remember our first dialogue, which was a little bit more coherent.
I talked about that they're willing to destroy the law in order to destroy Donald Trump.
And that opposes the gravest constitutional crisis since the 1850s.
The reaction to you and me talking uh on your show last night was so intense that I decided this morning I'm gonna take all four indictments, put them together into a small book based probably to be called uh they will destroy the law to destroy Donald Trump.
And I'm gonna walk through the everything, all four indictments are totally phony.
Jack Smith himself has a terrible record of being repudiated by the Supreme Court.
Uh the New York and Atlanta indictments are just absurdities.
By the way, Bob McDonnell, who was convicted by this special prosecutor, uh at it was Chase Seculo who represented him in the U.S. Supreme Court.
They he had a 9-0 overturn of that conviction of Bob McDonald.
He's on TV tonight.
So Smith, so Smith, oh, he's on your show.
Yes.
He he is very good.
He and I have been talking about this and sending emails back and forth, and he sent me a lot of his material.
And that'll be a piece of the book because the fact is that Jack Smith broke the rules so decisively, and of course, ruined McDonald's career.
McDonald was in the way, I think, to being a serious potential presidential candidate.
And Smith just totally destroyed him.
Uh and no, even though he was overturned and McDonald was exonerated, it's the sort of thing you never quite recover from.
And uh, you know, but that's a classic example.
Why would a Justice Department pick a a wild dog who had been repudiated unanimously by the Supreme Court and then put him in charge of the most important investigation of modern times?
And the reason is they knew Jack Smith would break any rule to try to get Trump.
Well, it's uh it's now you've got four indictments, whether there'll be subsequent indictments from from here, uh I I guess is anybody's guess.
I I don't really know.
You know, you you inspired me a little bit last night, and I I went back and I looked at and all the varying scandals with Hillary Clinton, and and I have at length detailed on this program.
I mean, she had top secret classified information on her server, uh, and but no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute uh James Comey infamously said in July of 2016.
She had 33,000 emails that were subpoenaed that she deleted.
She paid for the dirty Russian dossier that the FBI couldn't even give a million dollars to Christopher Steele.
He couldn't corroborate a single thing.
Uh I think Americans now have a lot of questions to ask whether or not this this we have equal justice in application of our laws.
Look, this this election is going to come down to a simple question.
Do you want to reinforce an obviously totally corrupt, dishonest system that is a real threat to our liberty and is destroying our constitution and the rule of law?
Or do you want to side with taking it apart, going after the people who've been breaking the law, including Hillary Clinton, frankly, including Barack Obama.
I mean, it's the triumphant, it's not any one of them.
It's Obama corrupting the Justice Department, and Andy McCarthy does a very good job in his book, Ball of Collusion, written in 2019, and and draw drawing a line direct from Obama to the corrupt Justice Department to Hillary.
And I think the House Republicans right now should be uh subpoenaing all of the records of the Clinton Foundation, and I think we'd be shocked to realize they are far more corrupt than Biden.
They involve far more money than Biden, and there's no question that, as you know, because you've talked about it, that in the Uranium One case, she made 37 million dollars as Secretary of State deciding in favor of a Russian company getting 20% of America's uranium.
Uh I mean these things this actually got bigger than that, if you remember, and this was very, very crucial.
There's a lot more detail to that, and you call you caused me to go back and and pull out my files on this is uranium one company, uh, you know, it was the Obama-era sale of this company.
Clinton signed off on it, a Russian state-owned corporation, uh, Rossatom, as of a hundred and forty-five million dollar scandal involving Hillary and the Clinton Foundation, 2013, Rossatom, uh backed by the Russian state, acquires a Canadian uranium mining company called Uranium One, which has assets in the U.S. Uh uranium, of course, a key material for making nuclear weapons.
We don't have enough of it for our own nuclear arsenal.
We have to import uranium, and as a result of this deal, Russia ended up being able to own 20% of the U.S. Iranium production capacity, uh, and yet they're one of our top geopolitical foes, and yes, the Clinton Foundation got quite enriched and the Clintons got enriched.
Right.
And my point is this isn't over unless we give up.
And so I I would hope the House Republicans would subpoena all of the financial records of the Clinton Foundation.
I think that's a great idea.
And you know what?
At this point, I don't even know where to begin here.
This country has never indicted a former president.
It has never indicted the chief rival, the leading rival, by a large margin at this moment, of a current president running for re-election.
And it seems that with four separate indictments, that the goal here is to take Donald Trump out of this game, out of the hands of the American people.
You said that last night.
Look, if if you have a large lion sitting on your front porch, you don't have to go through an elaborate process to figure out that that's a lion.
All right.
And to realize that that's dangerous.
We have an extraordinarily corrupt system of justice today.
And if you just start from that premise, what would a corrupt system of justice be like?
Well, it would protect itself by destroying anybody who threatened it.
I mean, this is like one of those old-time movies where the mob runs the city and somebody has to come in from the outside, and of course, the person who came in from the outside was Donald Trump.
And now the mob is desperate.
And by the mob, I include the New York Times, the Washington Post, I include large parts of the FBI, large parts of the Justice Department.
I mean, this is a concerted effort to destroy one human being, because in their mind he is that big a threat to their ability to continue to loot the country.
All right, quick break more with former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich on the other side, toll-free on numbers 800, 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.

Newt Gingrich, former speaker of the house, by the way, his new book out March to the majority of bestseller, If you want to win in 2024, this is the roadmap, Hannity.com, Amazon.com, bookstores all around the country.
How do the how does the media justify Joe Biden and Hunter Biden?
And it's I I look at this and call the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering uh scandal allegations.
Joe Biden said repeatedly, he never discussed foreign business deals with his son, brother, or anybody for that matter.
He said it is president, he said it as a candidate.
That was a lie.
Joe Biden said he never met with his son's business partners.
Well, we know about meetings with oligarchs at the Cafe Milano and now identified over 20 phone calls with with Hunter and his foreign Business partner uh partners.
Uh he said the Biden family didn't get money from China.
Uh on the on the short side of it, we've identified just with the oil company, CEFC.
Again, Hunter has no experience.
He's a drug addict at the time, negotiated, you know, that's eight point one million dollars.
Uh he's done nothing wrong, Joe said about Hunter.
Uh he said the the Hunter laptop, Russian disinformation.
That was another Joe Biden lie, but Joe Biden's involvement in all of this and Devin Archer describing the brand being Biden, it wasn't Hunter Biden the brand, it was Joe Biden the brand.
And then, of course, you go through all of the monies that you know Hunt uh Hunter himself complaining bitterly about having to give half his income to Pops and and just angry at all of this, uh paying for his home repairs, um, ten percent for the big guy, uh paying for vacations and taxes and phone bills, and and lo and behold, Joe's benefit fitting greatly.
No wonder he fired the prosecutor in six hours.
One of the biggest benefits was to the Biden family enrichment program, because Hunter continued to get paid for a job he had no experience in, millions of dollars.
Well, let me go back to my lion on the front porch.
If you look out and the lion was eating a zebra, and you said to me, gee, how does the lion justify that?
I would say to you, he thinks he's a lion.
Well, Biden is corrupt, and by definition, if you're corrupt, you're dishonest.
So every time Biden is proven to be dishonest, we just know that he's he's Biden.
It's it's a tautology.
Joe Biden could be described as a corrupt liar.
When you say to me, why did he do that X?
My answer is because he's a corrupt liar.
I I don't think it's complicated.
It's just it's just that it's so hard for the American people to believe that we could have put somebody in the presidency who is clearly now the most corrupt and the most dangerous president we probably have ever had.
Uh I say that because the corruption is one thing.
Their destruction of the rule of law, their destruction of the Constitution, their willingness, not just to after Donald Trump, but notice there are 18 other people named last night who are gonna have to hire lawyers, spend money.
I mean, this is all a methodical effort by the Democrats to destroy the Republican Party's ability to have lawyers or to have delegates.
I mean, the the principles they're flying about about all about electors, if applied in 2000 to Al Gore's Florida electors, they would all have gone to jail.
But you and I both know that's crazy.
Let me ask you this.
Politically, how does this play out?
We have about 30 seconds.
Politically, the House Republicans need to cut off funding uh for everything which they believe is corrupt and dishonest and unconstitutional, except the fact that it'll be a fire storm, and politically next year, uh if the choice is between Donald Trump standing for the Constitution and Joe Biden standing for the destruction of the Constitution, I suspect Biden's gonna lose by an amazingly large margin.
Wow.
Do you think that if if he were God forbid in jail, does he win?
Well, all I can tell you that uh James Michael Curley, the four-time mayor of Boston, got elected and served in federal prison for a little while, and then didn't weaken him in Boston at all.
Uh I I don't think he'll be in jail, but I'll I'll predict this.
If they get him into a courtroom, there will be 15 million volunteers to be surrogate speakers for Trump around the country.
And you will see the largest army of volunteers ever in American history saying that they're gonna stand in for Trump while he is being persecuted by an evil corrupt machine.
Former Speaker of the House, New King Rich, new book, by the way, critical for the 2024 election march to the majority, uh Hannity.com, Amazon.com, bookstores around the country.
Thank you for your patience last night, Mr. Speaker, and thanks for being with us today.
Glad to do it.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Toll free on numbers 800-941 Shauna, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh let me play, I mean, it's irony of all ironies, as we have gone through the the numerous Hillary Clinton scandals.
Uh uh, you know, you just go her use of a private server, top secret, classified documents, uh 33,000 uh well, 30,000 emails that she had that she never should have had on her servers, uh, that even James Comey believed were hacked by the the communist Chinese uh and you know, found thirty-eight b individuals responsible for ninety-one violations, but no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
Uh then we have a you know, another four hundred and ninety-seven violations found.
And and yet she's on MSDNC last night, laughing it up, yugging it up with you know, propaganda liar, uh conspiracy theorist.
You know, uh I they lied for three years over at MSDNC.
Uh uh Rachel Manow yucking it up with her.
You know, democracy is damaged when people claim an election is stolen.
Really?
Because we have a montage of Hillary and a bunch of democrats denying election results.
Tell me how this is different.
The system of democracy at its heart is the idea that the people get to decide how we are governed.
And if we bel if we no longer believe that our will is effectuated through the system.
I believe he knows he's an illegitimate president.
We are number one, nailing down more direct connections between the Trump campaign and the Russian government.
At the time the Russian government was influencing our election.
You know, Russia was interfering in the election, um, and they weren't doing it on their own, and he was in on it.
These are no longer hypothetical questions.
This is where we are.
He knows.
He knows that there were a bunch of different reasons why the election turned out the way it did.
If bad actors tell us falsely that every election is stolen and that the only way an election is uh trustworthy is if they come out on top of it.
I I do think that he knows uh that uh he's an illegitimate president.
If the presidency is effectively a Russian op, right?
If the American presidency right now is the product of collusion between the Russian intelligence services and an American campaign, I mean, that is so profoundly big.
It wasn't on the level, it wasn't on the level in 2016.
It could be once again not on the level.
Um, then something it's it it's tells you something not just about that person or that moment.
It maybe wounds us as a democracy in a way that is hard to repair.
Hacking the US election, hacking the U.S. election, Russia hacked our elections, the Russians hacked our election.
Russia hacked our elections.
Russia hacked our election.
Russia hacking of our elections.
Hacking of our of our elections.
Russia hacked our elections.
Russia hacked our elections.
Stolen election.
Russia hacked our election.
Russia hacked our election.
Universal assessment that Russia hacked our election in 2016.
Hacked our elections.
Most young Americans consider Donald Trump an illegitimate president.
Illegitimate president.
He's an illegitimate president.
He's an illegitimate president in my mind.
That's it.
I absolutely agree.
Experts urge Clinton Kent to challenge election results.
We will see how illegitimate his victory actually was.
He's an illegitimate president.
What do you think about how we get better um after the wounds that have been inflicted on us through this process?
Well, I think uh you know, the truth matters.
I think the truth matters.
Then of course, the extension of all things Democratic Party, the mob, the media, media democrats saying, you know, the elections hacked, Trump an illegitimate president, etc.
etc.
Uh overturned the election.
You know, it's it's pretty ironic that, you know, this is now where we are.
Uh quick snap poll last night, just the news dot com.
Uh now that poll showed seventy percent of Americans now say they view Trump more favorably after these four indic uh indictments.
At what point do we now come to the conclusion that this is backfiring on them?
That they have overreached, that they have, you know, by criminalizing political differences, by weaponizing a justice department for their for their own means, uh, and for their own benefit.
You know, the idea if we're gonna, you know, let's go back to the uranium one scandal if we can.
I mean, Adam By involves the Obama era sale of uranian mining company, Uranium One to a Russian state owned course uh corporation, Rossatom.
You might remember us talking at length about this as a hundred and forty-five million dollar scandal involving Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation.
Now remember, we don't have we don't have enough uranium.
The foundational materials needed to make nuclear weapons.
We have to import uranium.
Why would we ever allow in 2013, you know, this this one company backed by the Russian state uh to acquire a Canadian uranium mining company now called Uranium One, which had assets in the U.S. and uranium the key uh material for making nuclear weapons?
Russia was able to own 20% of U.S. uranium production capacity because of this.
Should we talk about the dirty rotten steel dossier that you know the FBI couldn't even give Christopher Steele a million dollars for?
And that became the basis of four fire Pfizer warrants to spy on Trump.
Uh the Benghazi scandal, Obama administration claimed the attack inspired by a YouTube video.
Uh, but now we know that the State Department ignored that very real security threat, the stand down orders to a CIA op station about a mile away.
You know, Clinton Foundation, Whitewater scandal.
I mean, where do you stop?
Where does it end?
But don't worry.
They're gonna look at what's going on with the Bidens.
You know, Joe Biden's never-ending, nonstop lying.
Just never stops lying.
And he's he I've never once talked to Hunter or uh my brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings, which evolves into, as we've been saying all along, they've never been in business together.
Well, uh, as we've been saying, that uh, although he did meet with, although he claimed he didn't meet with the foreign business partners.
We we have photo imaging and and dates and times and calls and records, you know, dozens of contacts with Hunter, his foreign business partners, and and Joe Biden, then vice president.
Then, of course, you have actions taken specifically as vice president.
What vice president leverages a billion dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired?
Uh, gives them six hours to fire him, son of a bee, they do it.
What's the net result?
Well, Ukraine gets the billion in in loan guarantees, and Hunter continues to get paid.
He has no experience in energy, oil, gas, and at the time he's a crack addict.
Same thing.
You know, I'm sitting here with my father, the WhatsApp message threat.
His Vito Corleone moment.
And uh and I said to you this day, should anything but fall.
My wonderful son has done nothing wrong.
Hunter, who never got a penny from China.
Another lie.
And $5 million in the Biden family coffers.
What did Hunter at the time...
A drug addict do for the money when he had no experience dealing with energy companies in in Ukraine and China.
What did he do for the money?
What are the grandchildren that the House Oversight Committee has identified being paid?
Nine Biden family members paid.
It's just unbelievable.
Just unbelievable.
And you know, all of this, you want to talk about profit sharing?
Oh, okay.
Well, we now know that Hunter uh in conversations with the the money person at Rosemont Seneca was responsible for upkeep on his sprawling Delaware mansion, the cell phone uh bills of JRB, who else could it be?
But Joseph, you know, what's his nickname?
Middle name, Robinette Biden, vacations, even tax payments, uh, per a former Biden business associate.
Hunter's laptop long ago exposed, complaining that he had to give half his income to Pops.
Payments flowed through Hunter's web of shell companies, 8.1 million from Hunter's China deal.
Joe said he never got a penny.
Nobody got a penny from China.
Yeah, they got 8.1, and that's only the one deal that we're talking about with CEFC in 2017.
Six and a half million from Barisma, the Ukrainian energy giant, three and a half million from the Russian oligarch, former First Lady of Moscow, Yelena Baterina.
You know, and you know, plainly, you know, Hunter's paying for everything.
Had no experience.
What was the brand?
Devin Archer talked about.
The brand was Biden, Joe Biden, not Hunter.
Kevin, California, next, Sean Hannity Show.
Hi.
Hey, I'm great.
The Irish guy from California.
I do have a question.
But I was eating my corned beef hash this morning and thinking about your dad.
You said he ate it all the time.
Oh my goodness.
Corn beef hash out of a can and dinty more beef stew.
And I believe that corned beef was Libby's, and remember the little slogan Libby's Libby's Libby's on the label, label, label.
You will like it like it, like it on your deep.
On the table, table table.
I got it.
I'm with you.
I remember.
All right, Sean.
So uh uh Michigan, North Carolina, Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.
You tell us those are the states uh that we have to take for presidential, you know, to win the presidency as Republican.
But here we are in California and other states.
Our vote really doesn't mean anything.
So that my question is, what do you suggest we do for the millions of millions of people who live in states that are never going to flip over to help the swing states?
There's my answer.
And the swing states to me I identify as Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, uh, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, you know, and and it you gotta also pay attention to North Carolina too.
Don't take it for granted.
We do go move there.
You don't have to move there.
I mean, you can find good candidates, support them, send checks to them.
Um if you can, you know, look, we have come we have teleworking now is so advanced.
You know, you can make phone calls and and and help get out the vote, especially Republicans need to embrace early voting, voting by mail.
Uh you can help with legal ballot harvesting efforts.
You can check in with the head of you know the varying chairman per people in those states, make sure what they said is legal, you know, don't do anything wrong, and uh and just do everything you can do.
I wouldn't waste my time in California.
I just wouldn't.
Yeah.
Well, I I I was thinking, Sean about I mean, I would waste it on on congressional races, though you know, there are a lot of key seats that Republicans won that gave him a majority in California, New York.
Absolutely.
And you know, 18 co-conspirators, RICO charges President Trump.
That's just uh you agree with President Trump and you're gonna end up on a subpoena.
Well, by the way, I was looking for your name, it wasn't there.
But uh if you agree, you take a stance, that's what that whole RICO thing's about.
I mean, that's incredible.
Well, you are looking for my name.
Well, I mean, since they they have no other way to attack people that disagree with them, except, hey, if you disagree with us, you're gonna end up with a federal subpoena or a state subpoena.
That's what I'm saying.
What a joke.
That's the danger that they try to instill in Republicans that if you back back Trump or anything we don't like, we're gonna come after you.
Listen, I you know, it's it's amazing to me, you know, that that there are people that think that you're gonna you can indict people because they have a varying opinion.
I just played a montage that proved uh Democrats were saying and doing the same thing when Hillary lost.
Nobody really paid a lot of attention.
Move on.org, four million signatures, etc., etc.
Talking about electors, uh, nothing happened.
Uh this is a dual justice system.
The system is is rotting to the core, and it's gonna be up to you and others in this country, the American people, uh, that are just gonna have to say enough is enough, and we've got to get our country back on track.
That's the that's the only antidote I see.
The other one is how you're educating people, and I can tell you from experience, I'm a business guy, got 150 people work for me.
I have friends that are Democrats, they're listening, they're listening.
It's not as it's not as off the chart as you think, because it, you know, the enemy always overplays their hand, which is what you just brought up about uh, you know, they don't get that it's not working.
So the enemy does not have self-control.
The devil doesn't have self-control.
That's a fruit of the spirit.
I'm just saying that.
And so they will always overplay their hand.
It just takes time, and the general public is seeing it, I think.
And especially because people like you, especially you, like I said, I'm surprised you're not on.
That's a joke that you're not on some subpoena someplace, because how are they gonna get you?
But you have to walk.
You must be living such a perfect life.
It has to be.
You must be walking such a narrow line because you'd be the first one they'd be coming after.
You must have nothing.
You're probably like a an alter book.
Let me let me just say it this way.
The amount of money that I pay in legal fees, Jay Secul being my lead attorney, um, would is staggering.
It is an and uh yeah, I'm very careful in in in what I do and what I say.
I I have to be.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
Thank you.
