This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Right down our toll-free number.
Man, we've got a lot of breaking news this Friday.
800-941 Sean.
We'd love to have you be a part of the program.
And it is it has been coming in fast.
It has been coming in furious, and it's not even stopping.
Major escalation, but I will tell you this this should will make those of you that understand this case, and by the end of today's show, I can't even do it in this this opening hour.
You will have a great understanding of everything involving what is officially the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations.
You will have a full understanding of it.
That I can promise you.
But we had the attorney general about 1220 or so this afternoon announce that the Delaware U.S. attorney, David Weiss, uh was being upgraded to a special counsel to investigate the Biden family finances, but very specifically he said Hunter, he did not bring up Joe.
Um that's part of the news today.
Also, now remember it was it was David Weiss.
I need to point out some some things here.
It was David Weiss that gave that special sweetheart slap on the wrist, no jail time, uh gun diversion program, uh no future possibility of any prosecutions uh deal to Hunter against what the IRS said that ever happens to anybody else.
They were given special treatment and they were impeded from doing their investigation.
I'll get into all of this.
And then there's the IRS whistleblower saying that that Weiss said, well, we well, he didn't have the ability to go after some of the allegations and and tax issues in California and other jurisdictions.
Uh and meanwhile, Garland under oath and Weiss, I believe, under oath, uh, but both had said uh that uh in fact he did have them.
And and why did Weiss go against his own office's recommendation for felony charges against Hunter, which never happens.
You know, and and why wasn't, you know, why why why was uh Hunter Biden, why was the Biden, why were they tipped off by the FBI about a pending raid?
Why was Hunter never interrogated?
Why did Garland frame this as only Hunter?
Now what it really is.
This is a Joe Biden, President Joe Biden bribery and and money laundering scandal allegation.
And there are numerous allegations.
You know, now as a net result of this, it will be more difficult, and it's only the result of the good work of the House Oversight Committee and James Comer, that's his committee, and the House Judiciary Committee, that's Jim Jordan's committee, that we're even at this point.
Now it's going to get more difficult to get answers from Weiss about his conflicting words and and allegations made by the IRS whistleblowers, even though what it was only two short weeks ago the DOJ signed off and said that Weiss could testify in September.
Well, if he does come to testify, it's going to be a waste of everybody's time.
Well, special counsel, as you know, this is an ongoing investigation.
I can't comment.
Well, it is special counsel and an ongoing investigation, I can't comment.
That's all you're going to get out of him now.
And and Joe Biden and this bribery of money laundering allegation investigation, you know, gets gets slowed down.
Uh, and that's uh part of the other news that we're we're gonna get into here in a second.
Uh first is the Justice Department.
That is the David Weiss brokered deal with Hunter Biden's attorneys.
Thank goodness for this Delaware judge that that caught buried in the gun diversion uh provision of this plea agreement that they hoped that the judge would just rubber stamp that wasn't.
The judge didn't get the document till the morning that that Hunter thought he was gonna walk out a free man and read that uh is it true you can't investigate?
There is no further investigations into Hunter Biden because this deal says that you can't prosecute any further discovery that you might found of laws broken.
Oh, uh yeah, no, no, no, that was not meant to be in there.
And then Hunter's attorney's like, well, then we don't want this deal.
And so the net result of all of this is the federal prosecutors, as of today, have now said, because they had 30 days to get back to this Delaware judge, that uh that they this case is now headed for trial.
These plea negotiations are over.
That's more news today.
Uh also in today is that James Comer has said that the House and his committee, that's the House uh government uh oversight and accountability committee, uh, that they are now going to soon eventually subpoena President Joe Biden and his entire family to testify about their overseas business dealings.
Well, it's about time that they're gonna have to answer some questions here.
I'll say that.
So anyway, the Hunter Biden case is now expected to go to trial.
James Comer is vowing to subpoena both Joe and Hunter Biden.
This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in in front of the committee.
We're going to subpoena the family.
We're going, we're putting a case together to win in court, and obviously, with all the opposition and obstruction that we're getting from Biden attorneys, uh, now we know this is going to end up in court.
And when we subpoenaed the Bidens, we're going to put together a case, and I think we've done that very well.
If I subpoenaed Joe and Hunter Biden the first day I became chairman, it would have been tied up in court, and the judge would have eventually thrown it out, he said.
We've had to go every step of the way and prove the media narrative was wrong, and the vice president and the current president lied.
We have caught Joe Biden in so many lies.
I can't even count the number of lies, Comer said.
Now, the White House special, the White House remains mum on all of this as of now.
Biden is in Washington, D.C. for a Friday, which is a rare event in and of itself, but he did just get back from what, a 10, 11 day of uh vacation.
Uh they did not have a briefing scheduled uh on the daily guidance.
Biden had nothing on his schedule today.
The president had his out of town pool call at noon and his daily briefing at 10 a.m. and at 6.05 p.m.
Biden said to depart for his beach home once again.
Well, somebody please get the man a shirt.
It is not a particularly pretty sight to see Joe Biden there.
Uh but all of this is now coming to a head.
Everything we've been reporting is real.
This is not.
Let me let's go back.
And I'm I'm gonna do this with graphics and sound tonight on TV in a way that is gonna just lay this wide open.
And I will remind you, as it relates to to Weiss, this is very, very important here.
And I think you really have to understand that they now have attempted to slow down.
They have they have picked somebody involved in the case, and that is David Weiss.
Now, David Weiss, remember the AG in this case, Merrick Garland is being questioned and going to be questioned about whether or not he lied when he said that David Weiss had all of the tools and all of the permission necessary to go into other avenues and other venues to pursue the investigation into Hunter Biden.
That's that's that's what they said.
And Weiss said the same thing.
However, the IRS whistleblowers, two of them, Joseph Ziegler, Gary Shapley, contradicted all of this.
Ziegler saying felony and misdemeanor charges were recommended, and it didn't happen.
Weiss's own office had recommended it.
You know, why did Weiss let the statute of limitations run out?
Why why did we not why did Garland pick the one guy that could pin him out as having lied about the authority that Weiss was telling the IRS whistleblowers uh that he didn't have?
Why did Weiss lie about it?
You know, there's there's so much to this story.
IRS whistleblowers eager statements that Hunter made in his book contradicted what he was deducting on his 2018 return, saying that the decision to bring felony counts against Hunter was completely agreed to by both The prosecution and by investigators.
and despite that the plea deal occurred which is now off thankfully ziegler pointed out there were instances where the hunter investigation was completely being slow walked and roadblocks were being put in place by this doj And by U.S. attorneys that report to the DOJ.
He said we need a special counsel, but I know he wasn't referring to David Weiss.
Gary Shapley, another Y IRS whistleblower, cited the examples of how the Hunter investigation was handled differently than any other case.
And he's one of their top, top investigators.
He also said Merrick Garland falsely led Congress to believe all decisions on Hunter's case were handled by David Weiss.
Weiss, he said, contradicted that, and they took notes in real time, contemporaneous notes.
Shapley said and explained how David Weiss and Martin Estrada allowed the statute of limitations to run out or decline to press charges against Hunter.
They even had an agreement, is my understanding that the defense would agree to extend them out.
You know, they he Shapley went on to say Weiss's story to the American public is evolved.
Well, you know, did Weiss lie?
Did Marriott Garland also lie?
Or are the IRS whistleblowers lying?
Who do you think is telling the truth?
So, you know, all of this is now heating up and the walls are caving in on the Biden family syndicate.
You know, and think of the evolution of the live.
We've gone into great detail over this.
Biden, you know, saying his candidate Joe Biden and Molt and up to a few weeks ago as president Joe Biden.
That never once did he talk to his son Hunter or brother or anybody for that matter about these foreign business deals.
Then the story evolved three weeks ago into, well, uh, as we've been saying all along, which they weren't, it's a very different statement.
Joe Biden was never in business with Hunter or his brother or these foreign business partners.
That then evolved into an admission because of the evidence that they discovered, photographic evidence, uh times, dates, places, uh, of dinners with oligarchs from Russia and all over the world, uh, phone calls, Devin Archer's testimony.
Yeah, all of a sudden now they had to change their story.
And that it Joe met with Hunter's business partners or may have talked to them on the phone or at dinner with them, but they never discussed business.
Now the latest media mob Democratic Party, they're all one spin is the well, okay.
Well, Joe did have some kind of role in Hunter's business, but look, this what James Carmel released this week shows directly.
The memo shows that Joe was not paid directly.
All that money went to Hunter and Biden family members, which raises a whole bunch of other questions.
Hunter, an addict at the time, what was he doing in exchange for tens of millions of dollars from foreign countries?
What were the grandchildren doing?
What were the nine members of the Biden family that Comer's committee identified as having received payments?
What did they all do to get this money?
And why were they sending all this money through these these varying shell corporations?
They're not real LLCs designed for a real business.
You know, why would these foreign adversaries in many cases are top geopolitical foes, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Romania, Mexico, dozen plus countries.
Why were they giving them tens of millions of dollars?
What was the brand that Devin Archer was talking about?
What did any one of these Biden family members do?
Now, if that then brings into into clear view, Joe Biden on tape, bragging that he that he leveraged a billion dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired.
Turns out the prosecutor was investigating the oil and gas giant in Ukraine, Barisma, that was paying his son and his his family enterprise a fortune.
So he gets the fire son of a bee, the guy's fired in six hours.
He leverages a billion dollars.
Ukraine gets the loan guarantee, and Hunter continues to get enriched by Barisma.
And what about the WhatsApp message?
You know, I'm sitting here with my father, another oil energy company in China this time.
And within a week, five million dollars is wired over.
You gotta be kidding me.
What did they do?
What expertise?
Good morning, America.
Any experience in energy, oil, gas, coal?
No.
Any experience, Ukraine?
No.
What do you have experience in?
I was on the Amtrak board, the UN Hunger program, and I'm a lawyer.
Well, you know, do you think you were do you think that maybe your dad had something to do with this?
Probably.
Probably, yeah.
Well.
800, 941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.

It stinks to high heaven.

25 to the top of the hour.
Busy breaking news Friday.
Eric Carlin appointing David Weiss, who's clearly conflicted to be a special counsel investigating this Hunter Biden case, the guy that uh came up with a sweetheart deal, the guy whose office recommended felony charges against Hunter, and he went against his own office recommendations.
The guy that uh was there when the statute of limitations they allowed that to run out.
Uh the whistleblowers say that Garland and Weiss are lying when they say that Weiss had the authority to pursue other uh venues in in terms of his investigation into Hunter.
Uh when they say that Weiss said just the opposite to them.
Uh you have questions about why why by the Bidens were tipped off about a raid on Hunter.
You know, why wasn't Hunter interrogated?
You know, why did these FBI whistleblowers, I'm sorry, IRS whistleblowers go into great deep detail and specificity about special treatment was given to the Biden family, and they are just being ignored by the media mob and how everything was slow walked and all the roadblocks put in place for them to do their job by the DOJ and by U.S. attorneys.
Um, all of that is out there.
Now all of it is beginning to come together.
Uh and what has to happen next is I would imagine a select committee, because you know, I would think that part of their thinking here is well, we're not gonna be able to share this information with Congress and the House Oversight and the House Judiciary Committees.
Why?
Because they're doing too good a job.
So I would imagine that Speaker McCarthy will move this now into the realm of a select committee because that's exactly what the January 6th committee was.
And even though there was a investigation into January 6th on a criminal point going on, they had access to everything they wanted.
So that should be the rule here.
Want to remind you, Planned Parenthood is raking in millions and millions of dollars of your tax dollars and and as an organization a fortune every year, but they get your tax dollars.
Preborn.com slash sean, they don't get anything.
They use the science of ultrasound.
I've always said abortion is an issue of the heart, and that people have to be, you know, convinced what is growing inside them.
Women that are expecting is a gift and and um you know, magical and and a mystery of life.
I mean, it's just and one of the most beautiful things in life.
Anyway, this is what pre-born does.
They operate on a slim budget.
They're rescuing over 200 babies' lives a day using the science of 4D ultrasound.
I just purchased two ultrasound machines for two of their facilities.
I need to do more.
Uh, they give these ultrasounds to expecting moms for free.
And when moms hear a heartbeat and see facial features and can count fingers and toes, uh, if they were thinking about abortion, uh, the odds are they come out of there thinking just the opposite.
That this there's something beautiful happening within my body, and and I'm gonna give birth to this.
Anyway, Linda, it's uh really they've done so well, and they do it only because of the generosity of people that believe in the sanctity of life.
You know, and that's one of the things that we try to point out to people, you know, these ultrasounds, they show you that this is not just something.
This is a life created by God, and it's your precious baby.
And once you said ultrasound, you can't turn away.
You have to know that you have to give life.
Yeah.
Wonder if that was a requirement.
What would happen?
Anyway, there's only one way they stay in business, and this great ministry of theirs continues, and that's through your generosity.
Uh, you can donate donate two ways.
It's tax deductible.
Uh, all the money goes directly to saving a child and the services they offer expecting moms.
You'll never regret it.
Dial pound two fifty, say the keyword baby, pound two fifty keyword baby, or on their website, preborn.com slash sean.
That's preborn.com slash Sean S E A N. But it all comes down to, you know, all of this money that they took in from all of and many of these countries' hostile regimes to us, China.
Joe Biden got caught lying when he said, Oh, my son never got paid from China.
Yeah, they did.
Yeah, he did.
You know, he has his uh general counsel spokesperson, Ian Sam's, you know, lying all week about what Kevin McCarthy and James Comer say on my television show.
We got all of that wrong.
You know, remember Biden, so I never once he said it as candidate as president.
Whenever one spoke to my son Hunter or my brother or anyone for that matter about the foreign business dealings.
Then three weeks ago, after Devin Archer's testimony, uh, yeah, no, as we've been saying all along, Joe was never in business with his son, his brother, or these foreign business partners.
Only problem is there's too much evidence to the contrary.
Devin Arch's testimony was devastating to them, although the media tried to brush it off as a non starter.
Sorry, wrong.
We discovered what, 20 plus times that he remembers and recalls of phone calls, joke, uh being called with Hunter and all these foreign business dealers talk about the hunt the Biden brand brand was not Hunter.
The brand was Joe.
And when Barisma said, I need DC help, we need DC help.
They weren't asking Hunter for help.
They were asking Hunter for help to get in touch with their dad to get this prosecutor off their ass because the prosecutor, as Devin Archer pointed out, this company likely would be bankrupt without the Biden uh brand and the Biden help.
And that's what happened.
But then you have the evolution of the lie.
Never spoke to them, never was in business with him.
Well, we did meet with them, but we never discussed business.
And now they're trying to say, well, see, James Comer's release and memo this week doesn't show any direct payment to Joe.
You know, the foreign money went to Hunter and and other family members, and it's not about Joe, and it's time to move on to the important issues like persecuting Donald Trump some more.
You know, by the way, any of you I'm sure everybody has had issues, you know, where you're conflicted.
You know, you have all these foreign adversaries offering to send tens of millions of dollars to you and your families through shell corporations that you set up uh for skills that you don't have and experience that you don't have and professions that you've never been a part of while you're addicted to drugs at the same time.
I'm sure all of you have gotten tens of millions of dollars that way.
What was the brand?
The brand was Joe.
What did what did Hunter do for the money?
Was he in any condition to do any work at the time?
What did the grandkids who got paid some of this money?
What did they do for this money?
You know, we're supposed to believe that Hunter was a highly functioning addict at the time and capable of doing business deals with these geopolitical adversaries and the and the top heads of companies all around the world in a field that he never had any experience in.
Oh, okay, that's believable, right?
You know, it's uh the 1023 form, the head of Barisma.
Yeah, he didn't think Hunter was very smart.
He thought his dog was smarter.
You know, it's uh you look at these generous farm business partners.
You know, we've talked at length about about many of these issues.
The Russian oligarch, Elena Batarena is her name, the $3.5 million she sent to the shell company, confirmed by Devin Archer, on top of $120 million invested into a real estate venture of the Bidens.
And by the way, pictured with uh Vladimir Putin, married to the former late mayor of Moscow with deep ties to Vladimir Putin.
She sends the first three and a half million dollars to uh Hunter and his company, and then she's dining with Joe Biden at the Cafe Milano.
But Joe had no conversations about business.
Oh, okay.
Then you have a prominent member of the Chinese Communist Party, Yi Jiang Ming.
And the committee has identified over $8 million that benefited the Biden family and associates from this Chinese source.
And Yi Jian Ming was arrested in 2018 by Chinese authorities.
Ironically, for bribery.
Then you have the Kazakhstan business partners.
And you got, you know, Kennis Rakashev, I think I'm pronouncing that right, on the, and then the prime minister, uh, Kareem Masimov, and then the, and there's Joe and Hunter Biden in a picture with them, by the way, and another meeting at Cafe Milano.
Oh, how nice of them.
That was apparently at Cafe Milano.
Two months later, the businessmen that Joe met wired the exact amount of money for an expensive new Porsche.
Isn't that nice of them to do that?
Masimov, by the way, sentenced to 18 years in prison for treason and abuse of power.
These were very nice people that we're in business with.
You look at the Romanian partner of Hunter Biden, Gabriel Popovica, uh, who the committee identified three million benefiting the Biden family and associates from the Romanian source.
Individual in that case convicted of bribery and abuse of power in Romania.
Well, I'm sure it's just a mere accident, you know, coincidence that all these partners have these unsavory backgrounds.
Then of course, the one we got the most evidence on.
Joe Biden on tape bragging about leveraging a billion tax dollars to fire a prosecutor in Ukraine.
Doesn't that sound absurd on the face of it?
Why would a why would a vice president leverage a billion taxpayer dollars to fire a Ukrainian prosecutor?
Anyway, they have a photograph emerged of VP Joe Biden and on his way to Ukraine with a Hunter-linked associate in 2015.
And remember the phone call, December 4th of 2015, and that's when uh when they made the call, Barisma was in that, you know, we need help from Washington mode, and Barisma executives with Hunter calling Joe.
Wasn't long after that that Joe started trashing that prosecutor, which led to the withholding of a billion dollars.
Unbelievable.
And Hunter making millions of dollars from Barisma.
Vatim Pazarsky, the chief financial officer of Barisma, allegedly telling this FBI informant that he put Hunter on the board to protect us through his father.
Thought that Hunter was dumb as uh as and stupid.
Thought his dog was smarter.
Zolachevsky, the head of Barisma.
Well, he actually was him that said that he thought his dog was smarter.
Forced to pay, you know, he didn't want to pay it, but he said he was forced to pay, telling the FBI informant five million to one Biden and five million to the other Biden, Joe and Hunter for protection.
And by the way, it would take at least ten years to trace how we Gave them the money.
The Federalists put out there, by the way, and I think this is very notable.
Fox News.com also had a piece on it.
That $8.7 million gap does exist between Joe and Jill's $9.5 million net income in 2017.
And that the $809,709 of disclosed income from that year from a book tour and related speech.
They don't know what happened to the other $8.7 billion million dollars where it came from because they put that in an S-corp and have refused to publicly disclose that S Corp.
But don't worry.
Every liberal on every cable network except Fox and the Washington Post and the New York Times and ABC NBC CBS.
Oh, there's nothing to see here.
See, you know, look, there's absolutely nothing to see at all.
There's nothing wrong with any of this.
Why are you people doing this?
Unbelievable.
Hunter no experience.
Why did these people pay Hunter that money?
Why did the grandchildren get paid?
Why did they use shell corporations?
I have the Foreign Corruption Practices Act.
Yeah, enacted for the purpose of making it unlawful for classes of people and entities to make payments to foreign governments or receive them and assist in obtaining or retaining business.
You're not allowed to do that.
Farrer laws should, you know, shunned by Hunter Biden.
Well, why didn't he get the Paul Manafort treatment on Farer Laws?
Bribery statute, that's pretty clear too.
We've gone over that in detail.
You know, it's no coincident Merrick Garland's appointment of David Weiss, and I'm just giving you this to you straight, comes only days before the Biden crime family.
You know, the money guy by the name of Eric Sherwin was scheduled to give closed door testimony to house investigators.
Now he is the all-important missing link in this.
He's the guy whose emails document tens of thousands of dollars flowing from Hunter Biden's bank account to Joe.
And as uh Sherwin well knows, these emails are just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the cash transferred to Pops.
Hunter bitches about giving half his income to Pops.
And he bitches about paying for Pops' home repairs, and he bitches about 10 and talks about 10% for the big guy.
Now what?
The Justice Department are going to try and block this testimony?
Let's see how that goes over in the courts.
Miranda Devine, over two years ago, detailed the critical emails between Sherwin and Hunter.
While Joe was uh president, she writes, routinely paid at least some of his father's household expenses, including his ATT bill, around 190 bucks a month.
We know from an email June 5th, 2010, subject line JRB bills to Hunter from Hunter to Eric, his business partner at Rosemont Seneca, the money man, that he was expected to put hefty bills to contractors for maintenance and upkeep on his father's palatial lakefront property.
How he's able to afford all these lakefront beachfront properties on a senator's salary, I don't know.
The bills that June, $2,600 to a contractor, stolen uh retaining wall, $1,475 to a painter, $1,239 to a builder.
He gives, you know, chapter and verse to Sherwood.
FYI, these are the few of the outstanding bills that need to be paid, and I'm not sure which ones are a priority and which should get paid out of my account and what should be put on hold or paid out of the Wilmington Trust Social Security check account.
Then he explains there's about $200,000 extra in my account beyond what is used for monthly expenses.
It's unknown, it's unknown why this guy Sherwin used quotation marks around my, but he did.
Appears the account is used at least in part to pay for Joe's expenses.
That would mean Joe's benefiting from the actions.
What was the 1023 form allegation that he took actions in his professional capacity as vice president that resulted in the enrichment of his own son Hunter?
Because after he fired the prosecutor, leveraging your money, Hunter continued to get paid for a job he had no experience in.
Another email, JRB future memo.
Chad, your dad just called me about this mortgage.
It dawned on me.
Uh it might be good time for some positive news about his future earnings potential.
Oh, how nice.
Want to remind you about the Knox entry system.
Uh, very important as a parent, you gotta ask your school safety director, principal if they have a Knox Entry Access system that allows law enforcement into lock doors during emergencies that require immediate entry.
The Knox Advanced Electronic E-Key technology can be used by local, state, federal law enforcement personnel.
The ELOC system can be shared by multiple jurisdictions.
It accelerates access into these buildings when every second matters.
The Knox Entry system can be installed and managed by a single school and entire district.
And by the way, since 1975, firefighters they've been trusting Knox products as their product of choice.
And now the Knox Entry system for school is providing law enforcement with the same resources.
Go to their website and ask your kid, your grandkids' school, hey, do you have Knox Entry?
Their website, schoolentry, one word dot com.
That's schoolentry.com.
Do it today.
It's a guess that won't go on any other radio shows.
And he does it every single day.
