Bill O’Reilly, author of Killing the Legends: The Lethal Danger of Celebrity, has a new book out in September, Killing the Witches, The Horror of Salem, out on September 26, 2023 From O'Reilly: President Biden is off to Arizona to tell everyone that it's hot there and climate change is real. No problem with that. Arizona is indeed a hot property, and the heat is on worldwide as well. However, I don't believe Mr. Biden has any idea how to mitigate global warming. Neither does his top climate change guy John Kerry. What the left really wants is to increase government power over the individual by telling each of us what we can and can't do in our lives.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
That only means one thing on this radio program, all things simple man, Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly at billo'reilly.com.
I have a this is not the topic we're going to talk about.
I have a simple solution to all the HR requirements that companies are burdened with this way.
You want to know my simple man solution to that?
Do I have a choice?
No, not really.
Okay, yeah, I want to know.
Okay, simple man answer.
It's called the golden rule.
Now, I know you can't mention God in a corporate environment or a school, etc.
However, if you love, this should be the HR page, not pamphlet, not books.
Love God with all your heart, mind, body, and soul, and your neighbor as yourself, and treat others the way you would like to be treated.
That should cover pretty much everything that an HR department would need to deal with.
Am I right, Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, or am I wrong?
Well, you put a lot of people out of work, though.
I mean, the more complicated it gets, the more people get in those offices and make big salaries and, you know, control.
Look, human nature.
See, you're complicating my simple solution.
Wouldn't that cover all of the varying categories that HR deals with?
Yes, in theory, it covers every single one.
But human nature is such that very few of us live up to that obligation.
You see, you're complicating this, though.
I mean, it is simple, but now you make it complicated.
No, I'm not.
Yes, you are.
I'm living in the real world out here.
Go ahead.
All right.
So you'll be happy to know that I saw your comments that in the case of Donald Trump that you believe the one person whose testimony could most hurt him is Mike Pence's.
I want to ask you about that, but I want to get into the new information that broke today, and that's the House Oversight Committee Chairman and James Comer have now released what are the third records memorandum detailing the committee's investigation into Joe Biden's, well, syndic family syndicate and what I call the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation and how Hunter received millions of dollars in payments.
And then Joe Biden, then vice president, ends up dining and meeting and calling all these oligarchs that paid the millions and millions of dollars while Hunter was a crack addict by his own admission.
But first, why do you think Mike Pence can hurt Donald Trump the most?
Okay, so Mike Pence was put in an impossible position.
People have to remember that Pence and Trump got along until the end.
Great team, actually.
I would say phenomenal.
Yeah, and they dine together frequently.
And Trump actually listened to Pence on occasion, which, you know, I mean, that's...
He won't listen to you or me, O'Reilly, that's for sure.
No, I mean, that shows you that Pence was offering advice that was a perspicatio.
It's word of the day.
But then, at the end, Donald Trump wanted the vice president, as everybody knows, to go in and not certify the electoral votes.
Pence said, look, I can't do that because there's no federal litigation in place that would allow me to delay the vote.
And as soon as I do that, the Supreme Court's going to come in the next day, which they would have, and said, no, that's against the Constitution.
They have to be certified.
People don't understand this.
You have to, in order to deviate from the Constitution, you have to have an actual case in front of a federal court.
At that point in history, the Trump administration did not have any case in front of a court.
So Pence was correct.
Now, that alienated all the MAGA people.
That's why I don't even know why Pence is running for president because he has no shot to win.
He's got no constituency.
I will say this about Mike Pence.
As a human being, one of the nicest people you'll ever meet.
But more important than nice, he's honest.
He's an honest guy.
He's an evangelical Christian.
No, he saw this as a ceremonial role, which many constitutional scholars argued made the same arguments.
And he had his legal counsel, and Trump was getting other legal counsel, and it became what it became.
I mean, it's sad because they had four great years together.
But Trump did the right thing in a historical context.
So my remarks were that the only thing that could really put Donald Trump in jeopardy in front of a jury, unless the jury is six, it's possible in Washington, certainly, is if Pence marches in and says, hey, the president knew that he lost the election, but did this anyway.
I can't imagine Pence doing that.
The one line that is quoted is, you're too honest, implying that.
But that could be anything.
Exactly.
I agree with you.
I don't think that's the smoking gun.
That could be anything at all.
You can't convict on that.
What Smith would need, the special counsel, would be the Pence to come in and say, look, he told me, the president told me, yeah, I lost, but I want you to do this anyway.
And here's somebody who heard it and parade somebody else in.
The odds of that happening are about 25 to 1 against.
And that was my analysis.
All right.
So, you know, look, I don't think, tell me this.
Let me ask this question.
It's a better question.
Do you think Donald Trump can get a fair hearing in New York City, where only 12% of the population voted for him?
In Washington, D.C., where a little over 5% of the population voted for him.
That's part of the jury pool.
In the same Fulton County, they had a whopping 24 or 26 percent, I forget the exact number, percent of people in Fulton County, Georgia voting for him.
I don't believe that he has a fair jury pool in any one of those jurisdictions.
And especially in the case of this Obama-appointed judge in D.C., I don't think he can get a fair trial.
This works to Trump's favor, all of this, because his lawyers are going to go and ask for a change of venue and a change of judge.
They won't get it.
They're not going to get it.
That's my prediction.
I hope I'm wrong, but I think it's the right play, but I don't believe that'll happen.
But then it goes up the ladder.
But the up the ladder part would come after or post-conviction.
No, I don't think so.
They'll petition the Supreme Court directly.
And the Supreme Court's watching this case, I don't think the six traditional justices like the fact that they're going after Trump like this anyway because it's election interference.
So what Trump's lawyers do once they're turned down.
See, I think John Roberts despises Donald Trump.
Whatever it may be, they take it to the Supreme Court.
And the Supreme Court will have to hear it.
All right?
So that works to Trump's advantage because Trump might get a break there.
In New York, Bragg still has not told the court why this is a federal offense.
Remember that.
He still is not.
And Trump's lawyers, as soon as that trial date is set, can go for a dismissal because there's no federal charge, none.
And so all of this chaos, which is what is prosecutorial chaos, none of these cases are strong.
The strongest one is the Mar-a-Lago documents case, because Trump should have returned those documents as soon as asked.
Well, so should have Hillary.
She shouldn't have had them on her servers, and nor should she have deleted 33,000 subpoenaed emails.
What about?
That's a what about, and what about...
Okay, but what aboutism means equal justice and equal application, Bill? It's... Do this it.
You can't introduce it.
Okay, so it's legally, it's moot.
Morally, you're absolutely right.
But legally, you can't say, well, Hillary did this and it wasn't long.
They're not going to introduce that.
Now, I concur with your analysis.
However, what about ism really means those of us that want equal justice and equal application of our laws?
Look, nobody raided Chappaqua or her office, and nobody rated the four locations where Joe Biden had top secret classified information.
Let me give you a more vivid what about ism, okay?
And that's the Hunter Biden-Joe Biden case.
This is outrageous.
Now, remember what they're charging Donald Trump for.
All of them are low-level beats.
All of them.
Now we're talking about $30 million going into a single American family, the Biden.
Now, under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which was enacted in 1977, President Biden can be charged with a myriad of RICO offenses.
That's racketeering.
A myriad of them.
The FBI is not even investigating one of them.
Not one.
And when you look and see the resources the federal government has used against Trump as compared to the resources against Biden, talk about equal justice.
That's way, way.
This is the worst justice scandal in American history at the federal level.

All right, we continue now with all things simple man, all things Bill O'Reilly, all things O'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.
All right, let me ask this, and I'll bring in the news of the day.
And the news of the day is the House Oversight Committee released more of these bank records, and they trace more than $20 million in funds from the Russians, the Chinese, the Ukrainian, the Kazakhs, Kazakhstan, and Romanians to Biden-tied entities.
Now, remember Devin Archer's testimony.
They were selling the Biden brand.
Remember the 1023 form?
Specifically, a reliable, credible, well-paid FBI informant meeting with the head of Burisma in that conversation, saying that he didn't want to pay the Bidens $5 million for one, $5 million for another.
Hunter is dumb and stupid, and his dog is smarter.
But all of that money, then the 1023 form revealed what?
That Joe Biden took specific government actions as vice president, firing that prosecutor, leveraging a billion.
So his son continued to be enriched by Ukraine, even though he admitted on Good Morning America he had no experience.
Now, they go into great specifics here and the money that they have now discovered.
Now, this is also a vice president running as president as a candidate that repeatedly said he never spoke to Hunter about his foreign business deals or his brother or anybody for that matter and repeated that lie many times as president.
Well, now we know about specific dinners, Cafe Milano, and what this is pointing out is they're showing a timeframe here where they made all of these money, all these payments were made, $3.5 million from Russian oligarch Elena Batarina, the money for the poor from the Kazakhstan oligarch, $6.5 million tied to Burisma.
Joe, of course, got that prosecutor off their back.
His son continued to get rich.
$8 million tied to CEFC.
That's the WhatsApp message.
I'm sitting here with my father.
$5 million shows up in a bank account after.
Now, Bill O'Reilly, you're an objective guy.
You pride yourself as a newsman.
Do you not see here that this is a real influence peddling, depending on what word, shakedown, bribery, scandal allegation, as I see it?
When you introduce the new banking records tonight from Comer to your audience on television.
And Comer will be on with me, yes?
Okay, good.
Along with that, please define for the audience the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Okay, Bill O'Reilly requests the foreign, fairer laws and what they say.
Got it.
Now, I can also cite, and I will cite, how about this?
You know, the bribery statute says a public official taking an official act for the enrichment of either themselves or their families.
No, that comes under this act.
But here's the question that Americans need to know because a lot of Americans don't care about this at all.
The FBI, the Justice Department, is responsible for investigating allegations of bribery.
They're responsible for that.
There is no current investigation underway, Hanity, despite all of the data that you just recited that everyone knows is true.
All of the House judiciary and oversight records, there is not an investigation underway.
This, I'm going to tell you again, is the worst justice scandal in American history.
There isn't anything that tops it.
That's the story.
It is perhaps the biggest corruption story of an American president in the history of the country, Bill.
And I say that to you, a historian, certainly in modern times, and the enrichment aspect of all of this.
And lying at a pretty spectacular level.
Now, the media is ignoring this.
I'll tell you what, I don't want to rush through this.
You have an extra five, 10 minutes on the other side.
Sure.
All right, Bill O'Reilly is going to stay with us because the media aspect of this is fascinating because once this story, right now it's not in the mainstream media.
At best, they'll only acknowledge a Hunter Biden aspect to this, but not a Joe Biden aspect to this.
They're covering as they did during the campaign for Joe Biden.
And once this gets into the political consciousness and the political bloodstream of this campaign, I think Joe Biden might be cooked as the Democratic candidate.
And I'll ask Bill O'Reilly's thoughts on that on the other side.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.
Catch new episodes of Normally every Tuesday and Thursday.
On the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you listen.

All right, more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly.
All thingsO'Reilly at billo'reilly.com.
All right, so here's my real final question.
And I have John Solomon at the top of the hour.
He had a little more detail on the coma release of the third banking memo as it relates to the Biden family syndicate.
Now, I have Joe Biden on tape.
You've heard me play it on radio and you've seen me on TV as a candidate and as a president repeatedly lying to the American people that he never spoke to Hunter or Joe, I'm sorry, or Jim, his brother, or anybody for that matter about their foreign business deals.
All right.
This blows this out of the water.
Devin Archer blew that lie out of the water.
Now they're describing in detail the $20 million from oligarchs, you know, from pretty much all over the world, Russia, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania.
And, you know, upwards above 20 million in this particular filing by Comer, this release.
And so here's my question, Bill O'Reilly.
The media, at this point, at best has maybe mentioned Hunter Biden, has some issues, but they haven't brought the president into this.
Devin Archer's testimony was pretty devastating when he talked about what they were selling is the brand.
Hunter Biden admits that he was a crack addict during the time these monies were coming in.
Hunter Biden didn't have any background or experience in oil, energy, coal, or any dealings with these countries.
So were they paying for the Biden brand of Hunter, who was a crack addict who frequented prostitutes, or were they paying for the brand and access to Joe Biden, like when Burisma executives are saying, can you please, please, please begging and pleading for help from Washington, D.C. to get this prosecutor off their back?
Okay, Joe leverages a billion, makes that happen.
Here's my question: The media is ignoring it.
I don't think they can ignore this forever.
Certainly, this story, I believe, is now the, I think the walls are closing in on the Bidens.
I know it's a long setup.
I'm going to give you all the time you need.
And now the Biden family, Joe, is exposed as a liar and that he was intimately involved in these deals.
He was what they were selling.
And there's nothing that the family or these businesses did for these countries other than give these countries, many enemy countries, access to the vice president of this country.
Now, will that make it into the political bloodstream by November of 2024?
And what will the reaction of the average American be to that?
Okay, so I wrote a message of the day, which is free for everybody to read on billoreilly.com, and I said that President Biden should pay attention to Richard Nixon.
This week is the 49th anniversary of Nixon's resignation.
It took about two and a half years for Nixon to get out of office because he denied everything just as Joe Biden did.
The press was hostile to Nixon, unlike Biden today.
So Biden is an advantage, as you pointed out.
But because of the internet and because of the decentralization of the network and cable news, Americans do know now the sketches of the story.
So when Devin Archer testified, NBC Comcast did not cover it on the nightly news.
I know Lester Holt very well.
I work with him local news at WCBS in New York.
He's an honest, good newsman.
That had to be ordered.
That had to be ordered.
Now, the networks will turn on Biden as soon as critical mass brings it into their precinct that they may get into trouble because they are not reporting the story objectively by ignoring it.
So the people, this is going to be a story in the court of public opinion.
And the Democratic Party knows that it could be destroyed by this, not just Joe Biden, the whole Democratic Party, because there isn't one Democrat, not one, that has shown any concern at all that the president of the United States might have entered into a bribery deal to enrich his family.
Do you know any Democrats that have expressed concern about that?
One?
No, you had the one idiot Democrat that said, oh, he just called to talk about the weather with Hunter's foreign business partners.
It's a lot of weather forecasting.
So fair-minded people don't have to be Republican or Democrat or conservative or liberal.
They know what happened now.
The dim people who don't pay attention, the bubble people I call them, who live with their cell phones and have created low-information voters, but yeah.
I think it's no information voters at this point.
They will start to catch on.
So it's a race now.
The race is who is going to go down first, Biden or Trump?
And I think it's going to be Biden.
I'm with you.
Bill O'Reilly.
You've been on your game today.
I got to give you A-plus today as a guest.
You're really good today.
Well, thank you.
And I want to just give a plug to my pillow.
They just started advertising on the no spin news on billorilly.com.
Oh, that's great news.
I mean, they've been with us a long time.
By the way, the products are phenomenal.
Have you ever geezer dream sheets?
I'll send them to you if you need them.
No, no, you don't have to.
Lindell sent them to me.
But it shows you the power of independent news agencies.
We are on the rise because we don't have any agenda here.
We just want the best for the American people.
We want them to know what the deuce is going on.
So thanks for having me on.
Well, wait, one more question.
I'm going to have a follow-up.
All those nearly three years, the media, and that would be the New York Times, Washington Post, and they even got Pulitzer for being wrong on the Russia collusion hoax, ABC, NBC, CBS, and of course, the two liberal cable channels.
They all got it wrong.
They peddled lies and conspiracy theories for almost three full years.
They've never retracted.
They've never changed their practices.
They've never acknowledged how wrong they were.
And I'm not patting myself on the back, Bill, but I did that story for the entire time.
I was unrelenting, and I had a great team around me.
We had a cast that we put together of investigative reporters, John Solomon, Sarah Carter, Greg Jarrett.
I can't even mention everybody that was involved.
We were vindicated on every report we gave, both in the Horowitz report and then the John Durham report that finally came out recently.
Everything to do with FISA and Hillary and lying to FISA courts and how the dossier, even though the FBI offered a million dollars to Christopher Steele, they couldn't prove a single item in that dossier.
He couldn't collect, but they still used it to lie to FISA court judges.
Nobody held accountable.
And everyone else in the media got it wrong, Bill.
You know, this dumb old little talk show host, friend of yours, got it right.
And I think they're going to be wrong again.
And if they can hide this for three years, I think they'll try.
But they can't.
I think you're wrong on something.
The network news has declined so dramatically in people trusting them.
Every poll, they don't trust them.
So they did pay a price in the court of public opinion for what they did in the Russian collusion and in the court of people actually watching.
Ratings are terrible for them.
So they're paying the price.
And I submit to you that by Election Day 2024, Biden's not even going to be on a ballot.
This will take him off the ballot if anything takes him off.
Either that or he has a horrible fall again, which is also a possibility.
But regardless, this issue is not going away whether he falls or not.
Anyway, Bill O'Reilly, allthingso'reilly,billoreilly.com.
By the way, this is your favorite time of the week being on this show, isn't it?
Admit it.
Do I have a lie detector here?
Is there any one of those?
No, no, there's no lie detector.
How about you just be honest?
No spin zone.
This is your favorite show to do.
Just admit it.
I mean, look, it's the most powerful show.
But it's not, are you saying it's not your favorite one to do?
But I do a lot.
I don't want to alienate it.
His favorite show to do is the Bill O'Reilly show.
Isn't that right, Bill?
And I forgot.
Well, by the way, I'm taking out of this equation, the Bill O'Reilly show, and there's no spin zone, whatever, and all that stuff, and standing up for the folks and talking points that talk to talking points.
By the way, why don't you just admit your talking points?
Talking points don't talk to themselves.
But I'm using a mechanism that I'm allowed to use.
And hey, look, this is my favorite time of the week.
Thank you.
I have to dig deep, man.
Wow.
Come and clean.
All right.
Thank you.
Well, anyway, we appreciate you being with us.
AllthingsO'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.
Thank you, sir.
All right, quick break.
We'll come back.
We'll head to the phones.
800-9.1 Sean, our number as we continue.
We'll get to John Solomon, who has gone over with a fine-tooth comb this entire third bank memo released by Jim Comer.
Payments to the Bidens from Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Romania, Ukraine.
We'll get those details in and more of your calls coming up.
Also, the heir to Anheuser-Busch weighs in.
What would the founders of Anheuser-Busch be thinking about the current controversy over Bud Light?
That's coming up.
And your calls, James Comer on Hannity tonight, 9 Eastern, set your DVR on the Fox News channel.
We'll continue.
The final hour of the Sean Hannity Show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's Conservative Solutions.
Frank in New Jersey.
Frank, how are you?
Glad you called, my friend.
Hey.
Hey, good afternoon, Sean.
It's a pleasure to speak to you.
A couple things before I make my point.
Number one, I used to hate your guts, and now I love you.
I agree with you totally.
And two, I'm a brown belt in jiu-jitsu, and I do a lot of Muay Thai, and I would love to come to your gym and spar with you.
I like sparring every once in a while if I could.
It's a dojo.
It's at my house.
I have not mastered any one art.
And by the way, I admire people like yourself that have.
I do an eclectic blend of arts, and it's really broken down.
If I had to sum it up, it's situational self-defense and street fighting, including crab magaw, including Japanese jujitsu, Kempo, boxing.
I mean, it's situational street fighting.
It's how to win in 30 seconds and some very violent, violent art that I've learned that I never, ever want to use in my life.
That's how I train.
And it also includes fitness and weightlifting and core building and a ton of push-ups every day and sit-ups.
I do it all.
But I do admire people that are willing to go through.
I don't think people understand.
How many years did it take you to become, what are you, a brown belt, black belt?
Brown belt.
I've been training for 10 years now.
Yeah, you and I are about the same.
I'm about 11 years, 12 years in.
I don't know, somewhere in there.
And I do it four or five days a week, and I do it an hour and a half a day.
And it takes great discipline to do it.
I really admire the fact that you did it.
Why did you hate me?
And when you did hate me, why did you keep listening?
I used to be a big, very big liberal in my 20s.
Okay.
And I voted for Obama the first time.
The second time, I didn't vote for either Obama or Mitt Romney because I didn't really like Romney and I didn't like Obama.
But it wasn't until President Trump got into the election in 2015, 2016, when he came down the escalator.
And I started following what you were saying more.
And like somebody, a friend of mine was like, listen to Sean Hannity.
Listen to him.
Watch him on Fox.
Watch him.
So I'm like, I don't like that guy.
I don't like that guy.
But then I finally started watching him.
I'm like, that guy makes a lot of sense.
And now I listen to you, watch you, DVR you if I can, because I go to the gym at nighttime.
So I'll DVR you and watch you when I get home from the gym.
You know, I actually, I do grapple spar with younger people.
But, you know, everybody knows I got a TV show.
I can't go in with a busted face every day.
We just do it respectfully.
You know, we're not there to hurt each other.
We all know we have to go to work the next day.
But it does get pretty intense sometimes.
It does.
Yes, we do sparring on Tuesday nights, and that's a lot of fun.
It's a lot of fun unless you're getting your ass kicked.
That's not fun.
And I've had a couple of these young guys.
Man, I'm just like, all right, tap, I tap, I tap.
And no, you get into that situation where that's why what I do is so different.
It's, I just, it's harder to explain, but imagine any situation I might be in where I am confronted and I have no other choice but to defend myself.
That's what I do.
That's awesome.
Yeah.
And it's, you know, everything from earbox to headbutts, eye gouging, you know, kicks, you just name it.
You just, you're going for the knockout.
You're going for the win right away.
And it's got to be fast.
And we work in patterns of three.
And I think you'd understand that.
All right, my friend.
God bless you, Frank, and good luck.
I'm glad you came around to our side.
I'm glad you're doing so well in your art.
Call us back when you get your black belt.
We'll celebrate with you.
Okay, thank you.
All right, 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, John Solomon at the top of the next hour, this is an important interview because he's the one that really has been doing a deep dive into the release of James Comer's, what is now the third bank memo detailing payments from Russia and China and Kazakhstan, Romaine, Ukraine, Romania, Ukraine.
I mean, it's a lot.
And he'll give you a perspective and news that I think will make it very understandable.
Look, when a service member or first responder dies or is catastrophically injured in the line of duty, who's there to help the families that are left behind?
Who's helping our homeless vets and our nation to never forget 9-11-01?
Well, that's the whole mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
