| This is an iHeart podcast. | |
| All right. | |
| Thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us. | |
| Toll-free, write down our number. | |
| It's 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program. | |
| You know, with all the rumors are circulating all over the place that maybe even late today, maybe sometime next week, that indictment, what would that be? | |
| Number four, three? | |
| No, number three on Donald Trump as it relates to the special counsel and the January 6th investigation is coming. | |
| And we expect Fulton County, Georgia, right after that. | |
| Let me tell you the person in America that should be most afraid right now of a real criminal investigation. | |
| His name is Joe Biden. | |
| He is your president. | |
| Never mind the cognitive mess and everything else that went on today. | |
| And, you know, now he's wearing sneakers. | |
| Now he's taking the easier stairs up to Air Force One, you know, mumbling and bumbling and stumbling in a speech before union guys in Philly. | |
| I mean, it's an unmitigated disaster. | |
| That's not what I'm talking about. | |
| We are now, I believe, looking at something far bigger than Watergate, probably the biggest corruption scandal maybe in the history of the country, certainly in my lifetime. | |
| And it is the evidence is now cascading down to the point where I don't even believe that Biden's own Department of Justice that has been protecting him and his own FBI leadership that has been protecting him and IRS leadership that has been protecting him. | |
| Just think of all the revelations we've had this week. | |
| You know, now, you know, we'll get into the IRS whistleblowers from this week and all that they had to say. | |
| You know, now we have the 1023 form. | |
| This is what Christopher Wray, the FBI director, didn't want to hand over to James Comer's committee. | |
| They didn't want to hand over suspicious activity reports. | |
| They didn't want to hand over any evidence. | |
| They've been uncooperative. | |
| Christopher Writes and basically ducks, dodges, weaves, obfuscates, and says next to nothing of any relevance and hides. | |
| Oh, this is an ongoing investigation. | |
| We now know the special deal that Hunter had. | |
| But let me be very, very clear here, because, and this we need to say up front, is that this is not about Joe Biden. | |
| This story is not, I'm sorry, this story is not about Hunter Biden. | |
| I stand corrected. | |
| A Joe Biden moment. | |
| It's not about Joe Biden. | |
| It's not about his brother Jim Biden. | |
| This is about your president, the big guy himself, a corrupt career politician who is now very, very credibly accused of massive public corruption, influence peddling, bribery, coercion even, on a massive scale, and having the top officials in his Department of Justice and the FBI, not rank and file. | |
| By the way, I praise rank and file FBI special agents, the 90% plus that put their lives on the line for us every day. | |
| But anyway, covering for him in a massive way and covering for the entire Biden family in a massive way, just like Comey and his band of high-ranking FBI officials covered for Hillary Clinton. | |
| This is a danger to this republic. | |
| This is what Levin called the post-constitutional America. | |
| That's how severe it is. | |
| We'll get back to the IRS whistleblowers in a minute. | |
| What do we learn from the FBI's 1023 form that they didn't want to hand over, and then they wouldn't hand it over? | |
| Then they had the threatened contempt charges from Congress towards Director Ray, and then he gives a redacted version. | |
| Then he hands over, allows members to see it in a skiff in private, but doesn't want the public to know. | |
| And now we all know, thanks to Senator Charles Grassley from the great state of Iowa. | |
| And that is, you know, if you look at the excerpts from this confidential informant file. | |
| Now, what do we know about this confidential informant? | |
| Highly credible guy. | |
| How do we know he's highly credible? | |
| Because the FBI in the past has paid this guy hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars for information. | |
| They don't pay for information they don't believe is credible. | |
| So this informant file on the Bidens describing the conversations between the informant and officials from the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma. | |
| And, you know, I hate to say I told you so sort of thing, but I kind of was way ahead of the curve on this. | |
| Remember during the impeachment on Ukraine and Donald Trump saying, man, we need to get to the bottom of these corruption issues involving Ukraine and U.S. tax dollars and all the Bidens involved. | |
| We need to get to the bottom of it. | |
| He was asking the right question, and they impeached him over it. | |
| The guy that now not only needs to be impeached, needs to be criminally investigated, is your president. | |
| And by the way, mark my words, there's going to come a tipping point because the evidence now is so overwhelming and incontrovertible. | |
| I mean, that Democrats will start turning on him because many of them don't want him to be the candidate anyway. | |
| So that's coming. | |
| But you have, for example, in late 2015, this is from the FBI confidential informant file. | |
| In late 2015, early 2016, the informant met with this guy, Vadam Pazarski, chief financial officer of Burisma, who bragged about having Hunter Biden on the board. | |
| They hired Hunter Biden to protect us, quote, through his dad, through his dad from all kinds of problems, unquote. | |
| In 2016, the informant met Zolachevsky, who's the head of Burisma, shortly after Joe Biden made that public statement about Ukraine prosecutor Victor Shokin, the guy that he demanded to be fired within six hours when he first made the statement that he was corrupt and should be removed from office. | |
| And then the head of Burisma ends up saying, was asked about Shokin's investigation, and he replies something to the effect from the, again, from the confidential informant from the FBI. | |
| Zolachevsky replied, something to the effect: don't worry, Hunter will take care of all those issues through his dad. | |
| The informant did not ask any further questions about what that specifically meant. | |
| The informant suggested that Zolachevsky hire some attorney for $50,000 to litigate the case, and he said, well, quote, it costs $5 million to pay one Biden, $5 million to pay another Biden. | |
| The informant asked Zolachevsky why he didn't hire some normal U.S. oil and gas advisors. | |
| And, quote, Zolachevsky made some comment that although Hunter Biden was stupid and that his dog was smarter than Hunter Biden, Zolochewski needed to keep Hunter Biden on the board so everything will be okay, unquote. | |
| The Bidens also pressured Zolachevsky in this exchange. | |
| Zolachewski, quote, stated he didn't want to pay the Bidens and he was pushed to pay them. | |
| He said that he has many text messages and recordings that show he was coerced into making such payments. | |
| Pretty powerful stuff. | |
| Don't you think that this is called something? | |
| If you're Christopher Ray, it's called evidence of wrongdoing, bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors, influence peddling. | |
| Just go through the list. | |
| They wouldn't even charge in this sweetheart deal the fact that Farrer laws weren't followed by Hunter and Associates. | |
| I can't wait for Devin Archer next week. | |
| Then asked whether Hunter or Joe Biden told Zolachewski he should retain Hunter for Burisma's board. | |
| He replied, well, they both did. | |
| So Hunter and Joe Biden told the head of Burisma that they should retain Hunter on the board. | |
| And this is after they fire the prose. | |
| So Joe benefits by leveraging $1 billion of our tax dollars to fire a prosecutor investigating Burisma, paying his son, who goes on Good Morning America and admits flat out no experience in oil, gas, coal, energy, or Ukraine. | |
| And why is he paid millions of dollars? | |
| Then the report goes on, asked if he had any proof that he'd been pressured to pay the Bidens. | |
| Zolichewski said he had a total of 17 recordings involving the Bidens. | |
| Two of the recordings included Joe Biden. | |
| Wait a minute. | |
| Glinda, correct me if I'm wrong. | |
| Didn't Joe Biden repeatedly say he never once spoke to Hunter about his foreign business dealings? | |
| Am I right about that? | |
| You are 100% accurate on that. | |
| Just checking. | |
| Sometimes my memory fades into Joe Biden land. | |
| Biden amendments. | |
| Yeah, exactly. | |
| And the remaining 15 recordings included Hunter Biden. | |
| The informant reiterated that per Zolachevsky, these recordings are evidence that Zolachewski was somehow coerced into paying the Bidens to ensure that Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating both Burisma and Hunter Biden, was fired. | |
| Son of a bitch, they fired the guy. | |
| Remember, Joe said that, bragged about that. | |
| Zolachewski, asked about the payments, responded, quote, he did not send any funds directly to the big guy, which the informant understood was a reference to Joe Biden. | |
| Everybody knew he was the big guy, apparently. | |
| Zolachewski responded, it would take them, meaning investigators, 10 years to find the records of illicit payments to Joe Biden. | |
| Oh. | |
| So they hid the payments, the $10 million. | |
| The informant thought that the story of the Burisma officials was credible. | |
| Quote, given the pervasive necessity to bribe government officials in Ukraine and Russia, the informant did not perceive that either Pozarsky or Zolachewski's statements to be unusual, self-serving, or pretextual. | |
| So the plot thickens. | |
| So in other words, the Burisma head is saying that he had to pay and was coerced into paying $5 million each to Joe and Hunter Biden. | |
| Let me take you back in time. | |
| This is Joe Biden bragging, bragging that he leveraged a billion dollars to fire this prosecutor, investigating Burisma and his son, Hunter, being paid money and continue to get paid money after he was fired in six hours. | |
| I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't. | |
| So they said they were walking out to press confidence. | |
| No, I said, I'm not going to, we're not going to give you the billion dollars. | |
| They said, you have no authority. | |
| You're not the president. | |
| The president said, I said, call him. | |
| I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars. | |
| I said, you're not getting a billion. | |
| I'm going to be leaving here. | |
| I think it was, what, six hours? | |
| I looked at him. | |
| I said, I'm leaving in six hours. | |
| If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money. | |
| Oh, son of a got fired. | |
| And they put in place someone who was solid. | |
| Oh. | |
| Now, Hunter, the guy gets fired in six hours. | |
| Ukraine gets our $1 billion of tax dollars and loan guarantees that they desperately needed. | |
| Otherwise, why would they fire the guy? | |
| And Hunter continues to get paid massive amounts of money. | |
| How much experience does Hunter have? | |
| Let's go to his great interview on Good Morning America. | |
| There's been a lot of misinformation about me, not about my dad. | |
| Nobody buys that, but it buys this idea that I was unqualified to be on the board. | |
| What were your qualifications to be on the board of Arisma? | |
| Well, I was vice chairman of the board of Amtrak for five years. | |
| I was the chairman of the board of the UN World Food Program. | |
| I was a lawyer for Boys Schiller Flexner, one of the most prestigious law firms in the world. | |
| You didn't have any extensive knowledge about natural gas or Ukraine itself, though. | |
| No. | |
| But I think that I had as much knowledge as anybody else that was on the board, if not more. | |
| In the list that you gave me of the reasons why you're on that board, you did not list the fact that you were the son of the Vice President of the United States. | |
| Of course. | |
| What role do you think that played? | |
| I think that it is impossible for me to be on any of the boards that I just mentioned without saying that I'm the son of the Vice President of the United States. | |
| If your last name wasn't Biden, do you think you would have been asked to be on the board of Arisma? | |
| I don't know. | |
| I don't know. | |
| Probably not. | |
| I don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life if my last name wasn't Biden. | |
| Joe Biden, you have the right to remain silent. | |
| Anything you say can and will be used in a court of law. | |
| You have the right to an attorney. | |
| If you cannot afford one, that's a joke. | |
| One will be provided for you. | |
| Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm. | |

| Something that's very important here. | |
| This story is no longer about Hunter Biden, as far as I'm concerned. | |
| Just not. | |
| I mean, yeah, I mean, the sweetheart deal needs to be nixed in the bud by the judge, and Republicans need to present all of this information, new information to the judge. | |
| It's not about Joe Biden, not about Jim Biden. | |
| It's about Joe Biden. | |
| First of all, how does he explain the big lie that I never once talked to my son about my foreign business dealings? | |
| Yeah, he, you know, will play that too. | |
| And, you know, it's not a complicated issue. | |
| We now know that the FBI of Joe Biden and even before, under Comey, now under Ray, both FBIs, under their direction, their leadership, did not want, in the case of Ray, the Oversight Committee to see this 1023 form and these documents about the conversations between this barisma head executive and this confidential, | |
| credible human source, credible defined by the by the FBI itself that paid the guy hundreds of thousands of dollars. | |
| This all began in 2015. | |
| Now, keep in mind, this confidential source was paid all this money. | |
| Why'd they pay him? | |
| Because they believed him. | |
| The information was valuable. | |
| And we now know that the Ukrainian oil and gas giant paid Hunter a huge amount of money to sit on a board, not because of his expertise, because they hired Hunter to protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems. | |
| Unquote. | |

| I want to reiterate, I can't say it enough. | |
| This is not about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Jim Biden. | |
| This is now about Joe, the president, the guy that said repeatedly on the campaign trail, I never once talked to my son or my brother or anybody else for that matter about their foreign business dealings. | |
| Listen. | |
| Hey, Britain, how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings? | |
| I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. | |
| I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period. | |
| And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration. | |
| There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government. | |
| Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals? | |
| Yes, I stand by that statement. | |
| I can't emphasize enough. | |
| Now we know why the FBI did not want the House Oversight Committee to have this 1023 form that documents these conversations between this Burisma executive and this well-respected, highly credible FBI confidential human source, or what they call CHS. | |
| They paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars in the past. | |
| So clearly, the FBI deemed him credible. | |
| And as you go through and what's documented in this form is everything that they said it was. | |
| It's actually more. | |
| Usually people overpromise and under-deliver. | |
| No, they underpromised and over-delivered here. | |
| This is devastating to Joe Biden. | |
| We are now looking at what is likely the most corrupt president in the history of this country, certainly in the modern era by far. | |
| What about Donald Trump, Hennedy? | |
| No. | |
| Now we're talking about bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors, and yeah, criminal charges. | |
| You can't bring them against the sitting president, but Joe Biden, the country now needs to know. | |
| The reason I'm a little more confident that they're not going to be able to bury this as they buried so much other nefarious activities and covered for Hillary and covered for the Bidens and the double standard with Donald Trump and the dual justice system. | |
| And we don't have equal justice under the law or equal application of our laws. | |
| A lot of Democrats don't want him on the ticket in 2024. | |
| This is now game-changing. | |
| You know, this oil and gas giant Burisma paying this massive amount of money to a guy with no experience sitting on his board, but they hired Hunter, quote, to protect us through his dad from all kinds of problems. | |
| Wow. | |
| That's pretty powerful. | |
| What was the original description of that 1023 form that Joe took actions as vice president of the United States for the purpose of himself benefiting himself and his family financially? | |
| That's what they said. | |
| That's what the original allegation was. | |
| Now think about this. | |
| According to the human source, the 1023 form, Burisma CEOs, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all those issues through his dad. | |
| Remember Hunter's dad, Joe Biden, vice president, he was the guy in charge of U.S. policy in Ukraine. | |
| The biggest problem Burisma was facing stemmed from a prosecutor investigating the company and Joe's son, Hunter, for corruption. | |
| And then in 2016, Biden leveraged $1 billion of our tax dollars to force Ukraine to fire Victor Shokin, the prosecutor, investigating Burisma and Hunter. | |
| And you have six hours to do it, and then bragged about it. | |
| And then Hunter goes on, Good Morning America, the dumbest and worst interview I've ever seen of anybody, any 50-year-old man in my life. | |
| Admits he had no experience. | |
| I once worked on the board of Amtrak, and that's experience in a way. | |
| You know, I was on a UN board that dealt with world hunger, and I'm a lawyer. | |
| A lot of lawyers in the world would love this deal. | |
| And so that's what the then vice president did. | |
| And then the 1023 form reveals that the head of Burisma is quoted as saying cost $5 million to pay one Biden, $5 million to pay another Biden. | |
| He didn't want to pay the Bidens, quote. | |
| He was pushed to pay them. | |
| Those are the claims. | |
| They weren't paying Hunter for his intellect and experience. | |
| Remember, I just told you the quote, they thought Hunter was stupid. | |
| Even his dog was smarter, I mean, than Hunter Biden. | |
| But they needed to keep Hunter on the board so everything, quote, will be okay. | |
| You know, you see the same thing in the situation with China and the WhatsApp message. | |
| They weren't selling to Ukraine, Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Romania, Mexico, a dozen other countries. | |
| They weren't selling expertise. | |
| They were selling access and in this case, actions of a vice president so that his family would financially benefit. | |
| You know, the WhatsApp message. | |
| I'm sitting here with my father and would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. | |
| This is with a Chinese energy company head. | |
| He goes on, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, that's Joe Biden, and every person that he knows and my ability to hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. | |
| I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father. | |
| Shockingly, the Bidens got $5 million within a week of that message exchange with the guy from the company. | |
| That's China. | |
| Now keep in mind the material found on Hunter's laptop. | |
| How many times did Hunter himself implicate his own father? | |
| 10% put aside for the big guy. | |
| You know, complaining bitterly about having to give half his salary to pops, complaining bitterly about having to pay for his home repairs, his father's home repairs. | |
| Then you got the pictures of Biden meeting with Hunter Biden's foreign business partners, but Joe never talked to Hunter about his foreign business dealings. | |
| Oh, he was up to his eyeballs in it. | |
| And Ukraine is the tip of the spear. | |
| That's why I kept repeating this. | |
| Linda, was I not a broken record on this issue of the real quid pro quo with Joe? | |
| I don't know. | |
| If you had to guess, how many times do you think on this program and TV I might have told that story? | |
| I don't know, a few thousand. | |
| Probably. | |
| Probably. | |
| Because when I know I'm right, I'm making a point. | |
| And nobody else wanted to touch it. | |
| Everyone else in the media. | |
| By the way, you do notice that the media now mostly leaves me alone because I always turn out being right and they end up being wrong. | |
| And I'll just, I'll kick their ass and just play their tapes of them being wrong all the time. | |
| Anyway, in a text, Hunter complains about having to fork over all this money for his pops, blah, blah, blah. | |
| All these meetings, photographic evidence, dates, times of the meetings, pictures. | |
| You know, Joe played a very important role in his son's foreign business dealings. | |
| And upper management within our FBI under Comey and now Director Ray, and now Joe Biden's DOJ protecting the Biden syndicate. | |
| And Biden swearing over and over again, I never, you know, discuss foreign business dealings with my son, my brother, with anybody. | |
| You know, this is, that was obvious then. | |
| That's what frustrated me at the time. | |
| It was obvious when Joe bragged what he did. | |
| It was obvious that his son benefited financially with no experience. | |
| Hunter making millions and millions and millions of dollars, not registered as a foreign agent, required by far laws, wasn't paying taxes on it. | |
| Then we find out from the IRS whistleblowers that they purposely, from the top down, stopped any investigation into Joe from the top down. | |
| They delayed and delayed. | |
| So the statute of limitations passed for many of the years that Hunter never paid taxes. | |
| If I don't pay five cents, I'm sure they'll come after me. | |
| That's why I have two accounting firms and one law firm to my taxes. | |
| Linda, you know that's true. | |
| Confirm that for the audience. | |
| It's very sad, but yeah, it is very true. | |
| I'm sure there'll be no IRS whistleblowers for you ever. | |
| Nope. | |
| And at the same time, no foreign agents registry. | |
| Didn't they put Paul Manafort in jail for that? | |
| And by the way, deducting money that he spent on hookers and sex club memberships. | |
| Do they have legal sex club memberships? | |
| Did you know about that, Linda? | |
| I don't know. | |
| I did not know that that was legal. | |
| I know in some countries prostitution is legal, so I'm sure that that exists. | |
| You know, it's a very seedy, dark, you know, underground kind of world here in the United States. | |
| But I don't, like in places like Amsterdam, you know, places like that, I know things like that are illegal. | |
| I don't know where else it's legal. | |
| Yeah, how pathetic. | |
| I think for the right price, anything is legal. | |
| I don't think the law applies to people like Hunter Biden, like Joe Biden. | |
| Like, I don't think these are people that are going, well, we better check and see if it's legal first. | |
| I don't think that's a conversation that's happening in the Biden household. | |
| And what do we learn from the IRS whistleblowers? | |
| One, a Democrat, that the DOJ, FBI, upper echelon had no interest in pursuing any investigation, any charges. | |
| The feds gave the Biden family that heads up prior to the IRS interview with Hunter. | |
| That ultimately blocked the interview. | |
| They wouldn't let them interview Joe. | |
| Five-year investigation. | |
| The DOJ managed, what, two misdemeanor tax violations. | |
| David Weiss's own office had recommended felony charges. | |
| I mean, you know, I want to know whether or not David Weiss told contradicting stories. | |
| I want to get to the bottom of that, whether or not maybe Merrick Garland didn't exactly tell the truth under oath. | |
| We'll find out over time. | |
| This is about Joe Biden, your president. | |
| This is about the length and depth your federal government will go to protect their golden goose. | |
| The Bureau's former intelligence chief believes the memo warrants a criminal investigation. | |
| This is the FBI guy. | |
| He's right. | |
| The White House referring to all of these allegations as debunked. | |
| Well, how do you debunk the fact that he lied repeatedly in the campaign? | |
| You can't debunk that. | |
| The FBI withheld this document from the IRS investigators, we learned this week. | |
| The guy who represents Gary Shapley confirmed that his client, according to justthenews.com, did not have access to that document. | |
| Quote, they had no idea. | |
| This is the first time they learned about it when it was public news. | |
| No wonder why. | |
| This is exactly the sort of thing they would have been the ones to investigate and should have been able to investigate. | |
| Miranda Devine is right. | |
| They should have a special counsel appointed right now. | |
| Right now, they should do this. | |
| But let's, you know, when is this ever going to, when are we ever going to get to the bottom of it? | |
| New York Post was right. | |
| October 14th, they published the real Hunter Biden laptop story, but the FBI had already been pre-bunking what they knew would likely become public because they knew Rudy had a copy of it. | |
| Then, you know, five days later, 51 current former Intel officials write a letter. | |
| Oh, this is likely Russian disinformation. | |
| Anthony Blinken, your Secretary of State, then advisor on the campaign to Joe Biden, leading that effort. | |
| And Tony Bobolinski tells us about the big guy. | |
| And, you know, the night in the debate with Donald Trump, Joe Biden cited the campaign letter. | |
| 16 days later, Twitter finally relents and unlocks the Post's account. | |
| Gee, they already did their job. | |
| Biden's DOJ, Biden's FBI, running interference. | |

| FBI source provided all these allegations, all this documentation. | |
| I'd like to know if this oligarch, this former head of Burisma, still has those 17 tapes. | |
| If he does, I'd like the American people to hear them. | |
| And now Republicans are demanding answers on what was Joe Biden's role with Hunter in his foreign business dealings. | |
| And who's really to blame for all of this when you look at the IRS part of this aspect? | |
| Yeah, that would be the upper echelon of the FBI. | |
| You know, it's just sad that they stop these real professionals from doing their job. | |
| What do I always say? | |
| Pay your taxes. | |
| It's the dumbest decision people make to try and skimp on their taxes. | |
| They're going to get you. | |
| They're going to get you. | |
| It is just a matter of time. | |
| It's a matter, it's not if. | |
| I'm telling you, they're unrelenting. | |
| And when people, I'm like, what are you stupid? | |
| Pay the money. | |
| All right, so much ground we have left to cover. | |
| By the way, you love this headline. | |
| Electric vehicle owners have been warned not to charge their cars in extreme heat. | |
| Washington Times today. | |
| Avoid parking in the sun. | |
| Avoid rapid charging. | |
| Charge during cooler times of the day. | |
| California tells you when you can and can charge at times. | |
| Biden administration using massive government hiring to mass the private sector slowdown. | |
| That doesn't surprise me. | |
| Two new polls show that Biden claiming Bidenomics, Bidenomics, it's falling flat. | |
| Nobody's buying it. | |
| And anyway, leading in the economic indicators for the 15th straight month in a row. | |
| I'm sure that makes you all happy. |
