Time Text
This is an iHeart podcast.
All right, Leonard Skinner, Simple Man.
And all things Simple Man means only one thing on this radio program, and that's all things Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, sir, I hope your summer's going well.
How are you?
I'm all right.
You must be tired, Annie.
I'm a little tired, but I try to try to fake it, Bill.
I mean, no days you're tired.
You fake it too.
Well, you got all that Botox going on, so that helps you out.
Okay, stop right there.
I've never had a Manny Petty.
I've never had Botox.
I've never dyed my hair.
Do you want me to start going after you?
Because I can if you want to go down this road.
Huh?
I've never done any of those things.
But I watched some of the town hall last night with Trump, and then you got to get in on a plane.
You got to get back to New York.
And all that takes a lot of energy.
You know what?
I'm blessed to do what I do.
I don't complain about that at all.
And I think this is probably one of the, I know it's cliché almost, you know, the most important election in our lifetime.
I really believe that this coming presidential election really is a tipping point for the country.
I do have questions.
Now, I don't know if you saw just the opening statements of these two IRS whistleblowers.
And then we have this whole issue of the FBI and this FBI supervisory agent recently retired reiterating all the testimony of both these IRS whistleblowers, both Gary Shapley and Joe Ziegler, who was revealed today.
I thought it was a devastating takedown of how this Justice Department is going out of their way, bending over backwards to favor Joe and Hunter Biden.
And on the other side of it, we see what they're doing to President Trump.
Now, that to me is a dual justice system.
That means that we really are not witnessing equal justice or equal application of our laws, which would render our Constitution bill irrelevant.
And you might as well shred it if this continues.
Well, you want my simple man analysis of the Hunter Biden thing first, then we can get to Trump.
Yeah, did you see the testimony of these guys?
It was so powerful.
I saw it.
I saw every word of it.
I've got Ted Cruz on the Notes Bend News tonight on my television broadcast.
We are on it.
Here's what happened.
You ready?
Okay.
And paper, everybody listening to Hanny radio program.
Three attorney generals, not just Merrick Garland, three, Eric Holder, Bill Barr, and Garland, all put the fix in on the Hunter Biden overseas money investigation.
All three.
The IRS has traced $20 million so far, and it could be higher.
Well, Comer says it could be as high as 40.
And we had, I believe it was Andy Biggs says he thinks the business dealings, foreign business dealings of the Biden syndicate could be up to $100 million.
Okay, but let's just go with what we know to be facts.
So the IRS whistleblowers both testified 20 million at least went into the Biden family.
Hunter Biden is charged with misdemeanors, and none of it was put on his tax returns.
That's all you need to know.
And then you have a fare violation.
You know, they went after Manafort.
They went after this one other whistleblower on a fairer violation, but that would be low-hanging fruit.
You know, the question here is, and this is what Jim Jordan's Judiciary Committee is trying to get to the bottom of, and I believe they are getting to the bottom of.
And that is whether or not the FBI, whether or not the Department of Justice are politicized and weaponized.
Now, that's a scary America to me.
That's not the America that we know, Bill, or want.
And by the way, if it was unequal justice under the law for a Democrat, I would feel the same way.
This is not political for me.
This is simple justice.
You know, we believe in the presumption of innocence, innocent until proven guilty.
And I believe our laws should be applied equally and we should have equal justice.
Okay, we don't have that today.
That is a great danger to this democratic republic, is it not?
Yes, it is.
But my job is to investigate this in a fact-based way and then to reach analytical conclusions.
So there's no doubt, none, zero, that the three attorneys general slow walked the Hunter Biden investigation to fix was in.
No doubt.
No doubt that the Biden family accrued $20 million or more in cash from overseas operations.
No doubt.
The bank records show it.
No doubt that Hunter Biden's not going to jail and will only be charged with misdemeanors.
Now, let's advance the story.
However, the judge has to sign off on that.
There is a possibility that won't happen.
Now, just to add a little more texture and context, remember Joe Ran and said, I never spoke to my son Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
We have photographic evidence.
We have dates and times of meetings and his involvement.
We have WhatsApp messages now that say, I'm sitting here with my father.
Within a week, $5 million Chinese energy company wired to the Biden family syndicate.
Next week, we should hear from Devin Archer.
They're now trying to subpoena his records, which for whatever reason, I believe it's the Department of Justice has not wanted to return, and I think they need to.
So just some texture here, Bill.
Now, that's a lot of money.
And then I'll add one other thing.
You have Hunter admitting he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, Ukraine, and he had no experience in China.
And he's making millions and millions.
Why would they pay him millions, Bill?
Everybody knows it's influence peddling.
Okay, so let me try to lay down a couple of other things for you and your audience.
So now that we've established that all this money went to the Biden family and that the Justice Department allowed it to happen, didn't do anything to impede it.
And then when it was discovered, told their investigative agents, whether it be FBI or IRS, pretty much stand down.
So you go now to another zone.
You go to a zone of did President Biden accept cash from his son and brother, who controlled all these bank accounts.
Or we don't know yet.
We have some implications from his own son on his laptop.
All right, we have that hearsay.
Well, hang on a second.
I have to give half my income to Pops complaining about paying for Pops' home repairs, 10% for the big guy.
We're told by Tony Bobolinski, the big guy's Joe Biden.
Okay, but you can't charge on that.
What you can charge on is if someone else comes forward, like the Watergate situation, John Dean, and says, yeah, President Biden as vice president accepted X, Y, and Z, and here's how I know it.
That's the next shoe to drop.
I think it will drop.
I agree with you.
I think it will too.
And by the way, it could be as early as next week if Devin Archer testifies.
Maybe.
But what happens if it drops?
So Joe Biden would have to drop out of the presidential race.
So I wrote him a message of the day on BillO'Reilly.com, and I know you read it every day, that this is a race.
I read it because you made me pay for it.
You wouldn't even give me a free account.
Anyway, look.
By the way, I'm the only one on the planet Earth that could throw Bill O'Reilly off.
I consider that a gift, a special gift God gave me.
There you go.
Each party's trying to destroy the other party's standard-bearer.
Who is going to win that?
That's where we are.
Democrats trying to destroy Trump on everything.
And if you look at this letter that Smith sent to the president, former president on Sunday night, there's all kinds of stuff here that is just so wishy-washy.
You could charge him with anything on January 6th.
I mean, it's ridiculous what he's alleging.
And in D.C., he knows the grand jury will go along with it.
If it was in Alabama, they wouldn't.
So, but the importance is that all of this stuff is starting to come out now.
And the American people are starting to say, yeah, Joe Biden's corrupt.
I believe he is.
I believe he is a corrupt man.
And you know who else believes it?
Britt Hume.
Britt Hume, stalwart forever.
He said on Fox News about three weeks ago, we in Washington, we being journalists, always had a suspicion that Joe Biden's lifestyle was not supported by his incoming money.
That's what Hume said.
Again, simple man.
How does he get all of this real estate?
How does he live this large on a senator, vice president, now president salary when his wife doesn't make any money?
How does that happen?
So Americans are starting to get it now.
And that's the fascinating thing in the next 90 days, how all of this is going to play out.
But it's really depressing because this country is corrupt.
It's very depressing.
And I think two other things will play out in the interim.
I think it's very clear that there will be an indictment by the special counsel as it relates to January 6th.
That's what that target letter on Sunday night was all about.
And I would bet pretty much everything I have that there will be indictments in Georgia as well over the phone call, which I've read the transcript numerous times, and I do not believe any laws were broken.
If you read it in detail and in context, that was Donald Trump saying repeatedly that I believe I won this state by hundreds of thousands of votes, but they only take the one line out of context.
It's a long transcript.
And at no time did anybody on that phone call, including many lawyers, ever stop him and say, excuse me, I think you're crossing a line here.
Look, the American people, the fair-minded American people, not the zealots, are not going to buy this stuff against Trump, even if they don't like Trump.
So Trump's numbers, poll numbers will go up if there's another indictment or two.
Let me take it a step further.
What if they are trying to use the exclusionary clause in the 14th Amendment and try to get a conviction on insurrection-related issues regarding January 6th?
It's not going to work.
And Trump could very well be elected president, re-elected, okay, and then he can pardon himself if that happens.
Okay.
Joe Biden, by the way, he can't be tried with anything as sitting president.
He can't be charged.
No, but he can be destroyed.
Well, I think the evidence is so overwhelming that is now building every single day that it's incontrovertible what's going on here.
And I do believe.
I mean, you know me.
I don't agree with you down the line.
You mostly do.
You just don't want to admit it publicly.
Just admit it.
You can admit it's okay.
You'll be all right.
Whatever you want me to admit, I'll admit, Highly.
It's like water torture with you.
I'm your favorite interview of the week.
You got to admit that part.
But I, as an American citizen, are 100%, and I mean that 100%, certain that the Biden family is corrupt.
So am I.
We share that belief, and the evidence is now mounting and it's becoming overwhelming.

All right, we continue now with all things simple man Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'ReillyBillORIL.com.
Then we'll get to your calls, 800-941-Sean.
Now the question is, we have an Attorney General.
We have a Department of Justice that has been politicized.
And going to get impeached, that'll happen.
I believe that's coming.
In the fall.
I don't think there's any other choice to you.
I know for a fact that they are working on articles of impeachment against Merrick Garland right now.
But he's not going to get convicted, Bill.
Doesn't matter.
It takes him out of the fray, and it does to him what they did to Trump.
And here's an irony.
The barisma money is $7 million.
Trump got impeached on a phone call to Zelensky discussing the barisma money.
You telling me a president of the United States doesn't have the right to ask questions about a sitting vice president's son receiving $7 million for nothing?
Because that's what that impeachment was all about.
You're 100% right.
And I don't think there was anything inappropriate in that phone call to get to the bottom of that.
I think that, and by the way, how odd is it?
And we have Joe Biden on tape bragging about it, that he would, you know, leverage a billion of our tax dollars, give the Ukrainians six hours to fire a prosecutor, brag that, son of a bee, they did it, and then his son continues to get paid for a position that he admits himself he had no experience for.
Well, look, the picture is starting to emerge, and that is the important thing.
And I tell everybody, don't get lost in the weeds here.
The Democrats have no defense.
Raskin's defense today was, oh, prosecutorial discretion.
Hey, bud, $20 million, no felony charge.
That's not prosecutorial discretion.
That's corruption.
Got it?
All things simple, man.

So, Nancy Pelosi, we obviously know now there are older people that cognitively, I've met people close to 100 that are sharp as a tack in my life.
I mean, mentally, they got it going on like they were 40.
And there's just no difference.
You know, for example, I've seen, I was with President Trump yesterday.
There's no cognitive decline issues with him.
He could talk for 15 hours if I let him and gave him the time.
Well, more.
I mean, he'd talk all day.
And he's well-versed in the issues of the day.
And he doesn't have no cards.
I mean, how embarrassing was it with the Israeli president Hersog, who was with Joe Biden yesterday?
I mean, it was awful.
Well, first off, Nancy Pelosi mocks concerns over Biden's age.
Oh, he's a kid to me.
Well, she's not exactly cognitively the great example that she thinks she is.
She's a mess too.
Just go back to her press conferences.
Age is a relative thing.
It is.
And I think this president, our country is very well served by his leadership.
Again, his experience, his knowledge, and it counts for a lot.
I was in LA for some Democratic stuff recently, and I met with Norman Lear, who's 100, going on 101.
He was telling me some new shows he was involved in.
I was meeting with Frank Gehry, a 90s-something architect, showing me new buildings he's building throughout the world.
And they were like, 80s, he's a kid.
It is.
It's relative.
He's younger than I am.
So it's a good to me as well.
The president.
So I don't marry.
I don't think that it's an excuse.
I think it's not a reason to be.
It's an excuse.
And I think that we just have to get on with this election for the children, for the people.
For the children, for the people.
Oh, okay.
They're everybody's children.
No, they're not.
They're your children.
Anyway, and this was Joe Biden with the Israeli president yesterday, Herzog.
Now officially has become one of the worst allies of our closest ally, Israel.
You know, just like we experienced during the Obama-Biden years.
It's just unbelievable.
You know, no criticism of his own party and their virulent anti-Semitism.
Squad members, you know, didn't even show up for President Herzog's speech the other day and boycotting that.
And one of the squad members, I forget which one, making that anti-Semitic comment.
But that's, oh, I meant that not about the Jewish people, but about Bibi Netanyahu, the prime minister.
Anyway, here is Joe Biden's mumbling with the Israeli president.
And we brought Israelis and Palestinians together at a political level.
It is so.
Oh, wait a minute.
You're leaving one very important part out of this.
Well, it's not.
Which is the visualization we need to give to the audience.
Audience scope of him.
I'll let you give the visualization.
The visualization.
So, you know, we got Pinois Pelosi trying to talk about, you know, discretionary ages and how it's all just irrelevant.
And then you have Biden sitting with the president, and he's slumped in a chair, and he starts to nod off.
His eyes are closed.
His chin is to his chest.
It is so bad.
It's ridiculous.
And then you have the progressive caucus, you know, the Congresswoman Omars and AOC and other members of the squad.
They all skipped out on the speech by the Israeli president.
Unbelievable truth.
Disgusting.
It is disgusting.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Brock is in Iowa.
We had a great time in Cedar Rapids.
What nice people.
And I say this with all sincerity in my heart.
Some of the nicest people in Iowa.
What a warm welcome I received.
Frankly, I was blown away, Brock.
Thank you to your fellow Iowans for being so kind to me.
Thanks, Sean, for that.
I didn't get to see the whole song all yesterday, but we all hit hard on the DOJ and stuff like that.
That was not, by the way, my intended interview.
I mean, with breaking news, you got to go with the breaking news of the day.
I had actually thought, all right, he's been asked over and over again about January 6th.
He's been asked over and over again about 2020.
I want him to focus on where he sees the biggest problems in the country and what his solutions are.
Now, we did get that in as well.
And then, you know, we still have about 20 more minutes of tape that we're going to air.
I'm not sure if it's tonight or later in the week, but that was where my initial focus was headed.
But now with this dual justice system and now a pending third indictment arrest, and then there'll be a fourth one out of Georgia and maybe even a fifth one.
Who knows?
You know, they'll indict him for spitting on the sidewalk.
But I digress.
You go ahead.
I just, you know what I was going to say?
All right, we'll try and get Brock back in a minute here.
I really want to hear what he had to say.
All right.
Let's see.
Let's say hi to Doug is in Arizona.
Hey, Doug.
Hi.
How are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, John.
I absolutely love your show, and thank you so much for exposing all this corruption.
You're doing the country a great favor.
Well, I can only do it with your help.
I truly appreciate the honor of being here every day.
And together, hopefully, we can get this ship righted, if you will.
Absolutely.
And that's what I'm calling about as the means to try to get the laws enforced in government.
I am concerned that Trump, in his prior election in 2016, had promised the public as campaign promises that he would drain the swamp, that he would bring in his own team.
He would not go to the lobbyists in the good old boy network and select his staff and administration from the good old boy network and the government service pools.
But that's not what he did.
He turned around and he appointed Jeff Sessions, who happened to be a good old boy network, AG buddy of Department of Justice.
And we saw how that worked out for him, or I should say it didn't work out for him.
He ended up having to fire Jeff Sessions.
Then he appointed Bill Barr, who was supposed to be unbiased and impartial, but it turns out that he then sided with the Department of Justice and turned into an anti-Trumper.
So Trump has promised to bring in his own team to help clear the swamp, but the people that he appoints weren't doing it.
And so my concern is I would like to know in this upcoming election, who is he going to pick for an AG that can enforce the laws?
Thing laws like, as you just pointed out, the blackmail of the Ukrainian prosecutor, clear and direct violation of the Corrupt Foreign Practices Act.
That is an impeachable offense by Biden.
Not only that, but of course taking, as you mentioned earlier, one of your callers, at least $20 million in briberies of various type, which is, of course, a clear and direct violation of the Federal Register laws, Title V, Basic Obligations of Public Service, which says that you cannot enrich yourself by your government position.
And anybody can look that up in Section 2635.01, which even specifies in the paragraph 8 there, that even family members cannot enrich themselves or use the position of the federal employee parent for their enrichment.
The laws are there very clearly.
Misrepresentation of the facts to the FISA court and using knowingly false evidence, manufacturing false evidence for the whole Russian collusion debacle, many crimes of obstruction of justice.
Well, let me just say this to you, if you don't mind.
I hear what you're saying, and you make great points.
President Trump actually addressed this last night.
And what he said was, and we were talking about if he got a second term, and he said, you know, prior to me going to Washington, I'd only been to Washington 17 times.
He gave a specific number.
I'd only been there 17 times, and I never stayed over in Washington, not one time.
And I think not knowing Washington in that world and coming from the business world was a decided disadvantage for him.
And I think he trusted in some of these cases the wrong people.
You know, it's sort of like when the conversation that he had with James Comey, where Comey was so outraged about it, well, you're my guy, right?
We're going to work together.
You're going to be my FBI guy.
You know, Comey could have just said, just to be clear, I've got to be independent, Mr. President.
I know you come from the business world, but that's not what he did.
That would have been, you know, from his world of business, that's normal.
He's not used to the swamp, wasn't used to it, and there was a learning curve.
And he made very clear that he learned his lesson on that very issue.
I think it would be very different next time.
That's my opinion, if he's reelected.
Any response to that?
I hope so, Sean.
But my concern there is, remember, he used to be a registered Democrat.
And he used to socialize with the Clintons and provided donations to the Clintons.
And this is all information back before 2016.
But wait a minute.
You've got to remember one thing, too.
I was out there and I had spent, I did my own vetting of Donald Trump with long, long conversations on the phone with him when he was becoming a candidate before he decided to become a candidate and during his campaign.
And I said, I'm not supporting you unless you convince me you're a conservative.
And when I went out there and I said he will govern conservatively, you may not remember, I got the living crap kicked out of me by my fellow conservatives making the very argument you just made here.
And I knew I was putting my conservative credentials on the line, and I did a very, very thorough vetting.
Now, would you agree with me that he governed very conservatively?
Oh, absolutely.
I do agree with that.
But he didn't do the prosecutions.
He didn't do the investigations.
And granted, he was hampered because he got good old boy network people in there due to his narrative coming from the business world, not knowing how corrupt the government was, how deep the swamp was.
I agree with you totally on that, Sean.
I think, though, we have a right to know who he's going to pick for his team to be able to turn this country on.
I don't think he'd be opposed to doing that.
Remember, he's the only presidential candidate that I can recall that ever gave a full list of Supreme Court nominees that he would consider appointing to the court and stuck to that list.
I don't think he'd be against mentioning names.
That would be absolutely.
For example, he already said, you know, that Tim Scott would be a top person to be vice president.
You know, so he's already said some things.
I agree.
I agree with that.
But I think we need.
But you want more answers about.
Can I just say I agree with this caller on this main point?
I know you're rolling your eyes.
You glove when I say this, but the truth is, the one thing that every president has to do that Trump didn't do, he didn't clean house.
He went in, he took good people, he appointed great Supreme Court judges, but he needed to clean that White House out, and he didn't do it.
Absolutely.
I don't think he understood the depth of it till much later in his presidency.
And I say that from a position of my knowledge directly from very top sources.
I don't think he got it.
And frankly, I don't think anybody that's outside that world would ever get it.
And I'm going to even take it a step further.
As long as I've been doing this, I never believed things were this bad with the deep state.
I never believed it.
And as I unpeeled every layer of every onion on the Trump-Russia hoax and Pfizer abuse and everything else, I mean, I was flabbergasted at how bad it was.
And I thought I knew that the bureaucracy and Washington was already a sewer and a swamp.
You know, so I think it's, I think it's far worse than I ever imagined it would be.
And sadly, you know, we now have to talk about the top people in these, you know, in the FBI and the DOJ.
I revered the FBI.
And by the way, I revere most of the agents, most of the people, the 90-plus percent that do a great job and risk their lives for us.
I revere the Secret Service, the rank and file that do a great job for us.
But the leadership, you know, the rot, the corruption, the power, you know, the weaponization of such important positions should scare the hell out of everybody.
Anyway, I appreciate you calling my friend.
Thank you.
Very thoughtful, important discussion, I think, that we had to have.
All right, we all know if you're a believer in the Second Amendment, ammo is expensive.
It's in short supply.
