The House has now opened an investigation into allegations that the FBI spied on Congress during its Russia Gate hoax.
House Judiciary Committee yesterday opened a formal investigation into why the FBI snooped on two Republican House and Intel Committee staffers during the height of the Russia collusion probe, suggesting the seizure of their private email and records may have been in retaliation for the panel's efforts to expose the Bureau of Misconduct.
Remember, we were exposed, Linda, what was it that they released on us?
I forget.
I don't even remember.
I've had so much released publicly from personal text messages time and time and time and time again, so much for privacy.
I forget exactly what it was.
Remember, it was me, Solomon, Sarah Carter, Greg Jarrett.
All your text messages with Manafort, Solomon, Sarah, when Judicial Watch went and did the FOIA, it came out that they had been watching all of you.
Isn't that nice of them?
Isn't that very pleasant?
Did they have a legal search warrant to do so?
I'm sure they had a very nice Rosenstein-approved FISA warrant that Comey took a nice look at.
I'm sure.
And did they have a right to release my personal private text messages with Paul Manafort?
Did they have the right to do that?
I think the lucky part of that is the answer is no, but it's exactly the same as your monologue.
So I think you're good.
Now, there was a funny moment in all of this, is that it was big news on fake news, CNN, and MSDNC.
They just love this whole story.
And their conclusion was, oh, my gosh, it sounds like one of his monologues.
He's exactly the same in real life than he is on TV, which made me ponder the question, what, you're phonies?
You have different views in private?
Because I am what I am, and I say what I say, and I say what I believe.
But I mean, it was outrageous.
And then the people doing the investigation, I was trashing them to Manafort just like I was trashing them publicly.
You know, from the Pitbull Weissman to Mueller and all of them.
Man, they don't really like me.
Anyway, so again, John Solomon, justthenews.com, breaking the story.
The letter from committee chair Jim Jordan to Chris Ray was prompted by reporting in Just the News and the New York Post revealing that Kash Patel, the chief investigator, then the House Intelligence Committee under Devin Nunes' team and his tenure had his email seized from Google back in late 2017.
That is outrageous.
Whatever happened to the right to privacy?
Don't we hear about the right to privacy and unreasonable search and seizure?
Where did I read about that unreasonable search and seizure thing?
I know I read it somewhere.
Oh, that's right.
It's a constitutionally protected right.
But, you know, God forbid we actually follow the law.
House Republicans now are looking to scale back these activities of the FBI.
And now the left is trying to defund the FBI.
They're not defunding them.
They're going to fund the FBI.
They don't think they should be building a brand new FBI building twice the size of our Pentagon.
And that's money that the American taxpayers can't afford and nor do they need it.
And number two, I think defunding the salary of Christopher Wray would be quite appropriate at this time.
And defunding efforts that the FBI should not be involved in has to stop as well.
In other words, we ought not be sending FBI agents to meet with big tech companies.
And now we have a legal ruling out of Missouri that backs this up, followed by a legislation proposed by Senator Rand Paul, freedom of speech legislation.
They ought not be meeting with big tech companies in the hope of influencing them in terms of what they can print and not print like they did in the election in 2020, because that's got to stop too.
Linda, what have I been saying all week?
Joe Biden is one fall, big fall away from a tsunami of Democrats saying that he needs to get out of the race.
I have been saying that repeatedly.
And it turns out Biden almost had it yesterday because once again, he stumbled walking up the steps to board Air Force One.
Again, he stumbled.
Now, it wasn't a full fall.
I am saying he's one major fall away, and it will become so loud.
And it won't be, well, it'll be some Republicans.
It'll be some conservatives, but it's going to be the Democrats that take down Biden if he's not able to run.
Democrats don't want him to run.
That's why all of a sudden we're getting leaking out of the Biden White House from this staffer and that staffer about what a vicious, vile temper he has.
And by the way, vile tempers often go hand in hand with significant cognitive decline.
Very short-tempered, some of these old folks.
You know, you ever hear the term cranky old man, cranky old woman?
Have you heard that?
Well, that's what that usually refers to in some way.
How is your role as vice president in charge of the laws in Ukraine in your son's job in Ukraine?
How is that not a conflict of interest?
It's not a conflict of interest.
There's been no indication of any conflict of interest from Ukraine or anywhere else.
I'm not going to respond to that.
Let's focus on the problem.
Focus on this man.
What he's doing that no president has ever done.
No president.
It's a long way until November.
We got more questions.
You got more questions.
But I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump and you ain't black.
That's a great asset.
More inflation.
What a stupid son.
Please clarify, specifically, have you taken a cognitive test?
No, I haven't taken a test.
Why the hell would I take a test?
That's like saying you, before you got in this program, you take a test where you're taking cocaine or not.
What do you think, huh?
Are you a Joey?
It was really because that company wanted access to you.
Well, that's not true.
You're saying things you do not know what you're talking about.
No one said that.
Who said that?
Who said that?
I don't want to hear any more of these lies about reckless spending.
We're changing people's lives.
Wow.
The only way he could get through a speech, if you notice, is when he yells.
It's the only way he can get through it.
It's sort of like, you know, just gets him up enough, the energy.
I want the list of people that see him on weekends when he's at his house.
I want to know if there's many doctors that come to visit I'd like to know the same thing at Camp David, but of course, Secret Service is not keeping records of that.
They're not keeping visitor logs.
Why not?
This is the saddest part of this week, though, is that, and I revere the Secret Service just like I've revered the FBI.
I don't have the same reverence I once had for the FBI.
Now I don't have it for the Secret Service either, although 90 plus percent of all FBI people and Secret Service people that I've met a lot of over the years are wonderful people, dedicated people, risking their lives to protect others type of people,
committed to the truth, not wanting to ever be political or be a part of which many of them now see themselves because they tell me they can't stand what's happening under Christopher Wray.
They couldn't stand what was happening under Jim Comey either.
Now, the saddest thing this week is the White House cocaine mystery shows nothing, but they gave Biden special treatment.
You mean after 10 days, you announce on day 11 our investigation's over and we're never going to know the culprit that brought cocaine into the White House?
You just done with that investigation?
After three years of looking into a collusion hoax that never happened, I mean, that was perpetrated by the opponent of Donald Trump in 2016 through her dirty Russian bought and paid for dossier with nothing but lies in it.
The Durham Report corroborates.
They couldn't corroborate a single thing in that dossier.
And now Operation Crossfire Hurricane never, ever should have been open.
Never.
It's certainly the dossier, even after the FBI offered over a million dollars to Christopher Steele, that did not stop James Comey's FBI.
And James Comey signed three of the four FISA applications, including the first one, after he knew from his own agents that they couldn't even get corroboration from the author, Christopher Steele, when they offered him over a million dollars.
And now we're also finding out that, well, we've got two other instances of drugs found in the Biden White House.
Are you kidding me?
And the Secret Service confirmed that.
Why did we not learn about that sooner?
They say they're the most transparent administration in history.
You know, there's nothing to see here.
Oh, really?
If it was anthrax, would you end the investigation after 10 days?
Or if it was laced with fentanyl, would you end it after 10 days?
Because if you did, we're now talking about substances that can kill a president.
That's how dangerous that is.
That can't happen.
Anyway, this is where we now find ourselves.
And by the way, your vice president is not doing well either.
Foxnews.com piece, Mark Thiessen, Kamala Harris's popularity at historic glows because she talks to people like children.
And we stop now for a moment from your vice president.
Words of wisdom from Kamala Harris.
And I again want to thank the Secretary for your work.
This issue of transportation is fundamentally about just making sure that people have the ability to get where they need to go.
It's that basic.
And I think the first part of this issue that should be articulated is AI is kind of a fancy thing.
First of all, it's two letters.
It means artificial intelligence.
But ultimately, what it is, is it's about machine learning.
It's about machine learning.
Transportation is about people getting to where they need to go.
It's a fancy word that has two letters, artificial and intelligence.
Intelligence maybe being the key word because describing it that way is how you might describe it to a kid in kindergarten or a kid in first grade, maybe second grade, because it's the public school system, nothing more.
Anyway, that's your vice president.
Watch how loud it starts to get.
Watch how loud it starts to get to get rid of these two by Democrats, not by Republicans.
Charlemagne the God and his crew over at the Breakfast Club.
I had no idea they're in the same radio building as we are in New York City.
I had no idea.
Anyway, bash the White House investigation into cocaine.
And anyway, he said this earlier today, reacting to them dumping the investigation after 10 days.
And, you know, because they had no forensic evidence or video, they had video of everyone going into the West Wing, not able to identify.
They didn't put enough time in.
And Charlemagne rightly said, yeah, right.
The investigation has concluded with no forensic evidence or video.
They're not able to identify the responsible person.
They said that this cocaine was in an area that they did not have any video surveillance.
It was kind of like in a cubicle.
And the White House said that over five, they collected a list of over 500 people.
And they said on that list, again, since you can't match any physical evidence up, since there was no one on camera, that it is what it is, the mystery remains unsolved.
Do you mean to tell me that there's a room in the White House with no video cameras?
Ain't no damn way.
Knock it off.
Man, first of all, I'm born and raised in Washington, D.C. If they letting people get away with cocaine, let my people out of jail.
What is up with that?
That's crazy.
You know how many people have been arrested in the District of Columbia for cocaine and they didn't found it in the White House and they can't figure out who it is it belonged to?
That's crazy, man.
He's right.
Remember, we've debated crack cocaine versus powder cocaine and disparate sentencing along racial lines.
That's been a big issue for decades.
And by the way, the people that made rightly pointed out that it's the same thing.
I don't care if it's on a rock or it's powder.
It's still cocaine.
Sentences should be the same.
California now proposing that judges be allowed to offer lenient sentences to people of certain races.
This is insanity.
You commit a crime, everyone gets treated equally.
But the Biden White House gets a free pass with cocaine.
Unreal.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

800-941 Sean on number, you want to be a part of the program.
So, in keeping with the narrative I've laid out this week, it's not an accident that they're talking about Joe's temper.
It's not an accident that talking about, well, why are the Bidens so cold, heartless, and callous as to not recognize their own granddaughter?
Anyway, the Democratic donor class, this was in Breitbart, and CNN is reporting that Democratic donors are now trying to figure out how to replace Biden as their party's candidate.
I told you this was not an accident.
These things did not come out of a vacuum where Democrats are attacking Joe Biden and Kamala Harris the way they are.
This is all part of what is the establishment Democratic radical socialist new green dealers.
They want him gone and they want Kamala gone.
Now, some of you said, well, Hannity, why do you give time to Gavin Newsom?
Because I want you to know and understand who the likely replacement is going to be.
You need to know what you might be dealing with.
Now, Linda, have I explained that clearly?
Is that understandable?
I think it's very clear.
I mean, unless you're a Biden, then it can be confusing and you should say it's lower.
And again, there you go.
But, you know, they're saying, oh, should Biden change his mind?
Okay.
The floating names, Kamala Harris, Pete Budajudge, Elizabeth Warren, Gretchen Whitmer.
No.
The leading candidate would be Gavin, who, very personable, central casting, but with the most far-left policies and not the best track record.
He's going to be their guy.
By the way, contrary to Secret Service claims, a new report says fingerprints weren't found on the House cocaine bag.
Officials at the White House who brought cocaine into the White House have confirmed that finding via a fingerprint analysis, according to a report which contradicts all of this, a security source told Soldier of Fortune magazine, we know who handled it.
We've known since last week.
Now, this is what my sources have told me.
I was told it was a Biden family member.
That's what I was told.
I have no way to fact-check that, but that's what a source.
I was not able to get a second source, which would give me the ability to report on it.
But anyway, they're saying two sources disclosed the name of the person who was believed to have handled the cocaine, but the magazine's withholding the name pending official confirmation.
So I want to know if this is true or not true.
Christopher Ray needs to get his ass back at the Capitol Hill and answer these questions.
Never heard of an investigation into cocaine being in the White House.
Oh, we'll stop after 10 days, especially knowing it could have been anthrax or fentanyl-laced cocaine.
Anyway, so that conflicted with the statement put out by the Secret Service on Thursday claiming the FBI did not develop latent fingerprints and that insufficient DNA was present.
Now, do I know that to be true?
No, but I'm only reporting what they're reporting, and we're going to continue to follow the story and look at every lead.
So I make a distinction between when I give you a fact and give you what's being reported by other people.
Anyway, the House has voted now to block taxpayer funding for military abortions and transgender surgeries.
Why would the taxpayers have to pay for this?
Why?
You know, if Planned Parenthood, they get all this money, big part of their business is abortion, and yet they won't buy ultrasound machines for our partners at Preborn.com.
I bought two personally for them because they use the science of ultrasound to save lives.
It's a great ministry.
They're doing great work.
On the foreign policy front, I get so angry when I read stuff like this.
You know, John Kerry, I mean, I just can't actually even believe that this is him.
You know, John Kerry won't call President Chi a dictator.
Why not?
Where's the hesitation on that issue?
I'd like to know because you shouldn't have any hesitation.
Biden wants to lift Defense Department restrictions on China?
Why?
Because is anyone going to stop the sale of thousands and thousands of acres of our ranch land, our farmland, and land near our military installation of Chinese nationals?
Would any of us be able to go to China and buy land, farmland in China or buy ranch land in China, assuming they have it?
I'm pretty sure they do.
Would we be able to buy any land near their military installation?
I don't think so.
By the way, another report in the Washington Free Beacon, speaking of China, another sign that tens of millions of dollars that Joe Biden and the Biden family syndicate accepted from hostile foreign powers.
I mean, this is unbelievable to me.
You know, that I believe has left him completely compromised.
How do you explain no consequences for coronavirus?
How do you possibly there is no explanation at all for any of this?
There just isn't.
How do you explain no consequences at all whatsoever for COVID, the spy balloon confronting our Navy ships in international waters, confronting our fighter jets and international airways?
No consequences for the never-ending military threats on the continental United States with hypersonic missiles, never-ending threats to our ally Taiwan, no consequences for their never-ending intellectual property theft or their currency manipulation and their attempts to replace the U.S. dollar as the world currency.
By the way, the dollar is falling mightily as other currencies around the world are rising to new heights that they haven't seen in decades.
You know, no consequences for the axis of evil, the alliance with China, Russia, Iran, or how China's been peeling away our allies like the Saudis, negotiating deals with the Saudis and the Iranians.
Never thought I'd see that.
Or the Syrians and the Saudis?
You think it's an accident that the Saudis signed off with OPEC to decrease oil production by 1.3 million barrels?
You know, we're paying well over a buck a gallon than we were paying under Donald Trump, and that's on the low side.
And now prices are going to go higher by this reduced production and output.
I mean, all of this is happening.
China's military buildup has been unrelenting for over a decade.
Now, that's just what we know in public.
I can only imagine what is out there, you know, in the intelligence world about China and their efforts.
Now we learn from the Washington Free Beacon that the former chief investigator for the Department of Education said the agency noticed a startling spike in Chinese donations to the University of Pennsylvania after Joe Biden opened up the Penn Biden think tank.
Oh, that's a coincidence.
Extraordinary, said Paul Moore, served as the agency's chief investigator counsel during the Trump administration.
You know, UPenn raked in over $100 million from China-based contributors from 2017 to 2022, a substantial increase from the four years prior to 2017 when the school got $19 million.
Wow.
Pretty interesting to me.
Biden is now sending 3,000 U.S. troops to Europe to bolster Ukraine's war effort.
Excuse me, I thought we weren't going to send troops there.
I thought we weren't going to send cluster bombs there.
You know, if Europe is not going to fight the war for their own continent and they're not doing their fair share, why are we giving one U.S. penny to Ukraine?
If Joe Biden has put handcuffs on Zelensky, wouldn't even let Poland give Zelensky and Ukraine 28 MiG so they can fight an air battle against Vladimir Putin's air force.
Why are we spending a dime?
Unless and until Europe does their part, unless and until Joe Biden allows our European allies to fight to win the war, our contribution should be nothing.
It should be nothing at this point.
By the way, in Massachusetts, their sanctuary state policy there is now swamping Boston hospitals with illegal immigrants.
Daily caller, Boston Hospital became overwhelmed by a surge in illegal immigrants seeking shelter, leading it to change their policy, allowing them to stay overnight in the emergency room.
This is happening all over the country.
And every state now is being impacted by this unfunded mandate.
By the end of this year, we'll have somewhere between 7.5 million and 8 million illegal immigrants that Joe Biden has allowed into this country by not enforcing our laws, by picking and choosing which laws he wants to enforce.
And he's gotten away with it.
Not only has he not enforced the laws, he's aided and abetted in the law breaking.
By the way, New York judges just gave Democrats another crack at gerrymandering in the state's House districts to disenfranchise as many Republicans as possible.
What a shock.
Is anyone surprised by that?
Unbelievable.
A new poll, nearly three to one, Americans believe Hunter Biden got a sweetheart deal.
I want to know who the other 25% are.
You have one FBI whistleblower saying that a top bureau official told them not to answer questions about January 6th informants.
Washington Times, Kerry Pickett, FBI agent, telling the House Judiciary Committee and deputy director, suggesting that at least 25 FBI confidential human sources or informants involved in reporting to the Bureau from January 6th, 2021, and what happened should not be publicly acknowledged.
How is it that even Lester Holt was able to report that there was massive, actionable intelligence in the days leading up to January 6th, and that they did nothing to act on the intelligence that they had that all of this was being planned and plotted and a scheme was in place?
Why did they not protect our elected officials?
Why did they not protect our institution, the people's house?
Why did they not go deep on the January 6th, Liz Cheney, I hate Donald Trump committee?
Why didn't they go into measures that would protect the Capitol from ever being a victim of that again and put up barriers to prevent it from ever happening again?
Why don't they do these things?
You know, interesting minds would like to know.
You know, Jim Jordan investigating possible FBI retaliation against GOP staffers, which I mentioned, that's good.
Anyway, it is now the House Judiciary Subcommittee is hearing again today their effort to end illegal surveillance in the U.S.
I don't think we can renew FISA come the end of the year.
I think it's a noble and right goal to be able to spy on foreign adversaries, but you can't.
They have clearly abused it to go after American citizens.
When they went after Carter Page, Carter Page worked with the CIA.
He was a patriot that would meet with the CIA after every foreign trip he had and download everything he learned while he was there.
That story barely got put out.
As we head into this election cycle, more and more evidence that the Generation Z, younger voters now have a warning to Joe: get going addressing youth enthusiasm now, or it will be too late.
One of Biden's own pollsters issued these admonitions in briefings with the president's reelection campaign and his team, and in conversations with top White House aides.
Why do you think that's being leaked?
Because they want to now push him out.
Everything that you hear about Joe is not coming from Republicans.
It's coming from Democrats.
In New York, it was not Republicans that pushed Andrew Cuomo out of office.
That would be the Democrats that pushed him out of office.
So understand that this is part of a plan among the elite in the Democratic establishment to get rid of Joe Biden and replace him.
And I'm telling you that that's happening.
Anyway, this was an interesting piece that I read that President Trump is planning on doing more media-like barstool and places like that and UFC Unfiltered.
I think he should do it all.
I mean, he's good at it.
Why shouldn't he?
That would be my advice.
Does anyone ever listen to me, Linda?
No.
I listen to you, boss, along with 30 million other people every day.
I know, but you have to kind of listen to me.
I mean, there are days you don't want to listen to me.
Let's be honest.
I mean, I'm definitely, I can be belligerent, but most of the time I'm still listening, even when I don't agree.
It's an amazing thing.
On the woke front, we have the question at state houses, school districts, all around the country.
Do you ever think we'd be debating whether schools should have to tell parents that their kids are transgender?
Why is that even?
Of course, they should inform the parents if there's an issue of such psychological importance involving children.
That's not a hard call for anybody.
One judge tossed out a lawsuit to force California schools to disclose students' gender identity to parents.
I think parents have a right to know.
If a kid in school is advancing a promo that was different from that which they were born with, I would think that that's important, pertinent information for parents.
I know that school districts think they have the right to indoctrinate kids and contradict values of parents, that parents are potted plants, but not a good idea.
In Wisconsin, a school district can't prevent trans students from using restrooms of their choice, according to a judge in Wisconsin.
This is now all across the country.
There's a FoxNews.com story of a trans runner earning ninth place with third-place finish at the Women's Paral Athletics World Championship.
Transgender runner finished in third place.
I'm sorry, if they want to create a trans category for sports, that's fine, but don't ruin women's sports over this.
Caitlin Jenner said it best.
I want to know what those testosterone levels were at puberty, not at 20.
Anyway, transgender cyclists wins the women's race to prove a point and rip other trans athletes, quote, as selfish.
That was an interesting story that I saw today.
You know, now a man, she wins the women's cycling race and creates a third category for any gender identification.
They can implement, you know, Title IX if they want.
Maybelline is now under fire for using a bearded model in an ad.
Bud Light is now the 14th largest beer seller in America.
Forever, it was number one.
And Costco, by the way, added Bud Light to their star of death, meaning you're not going to get it at Costco.
Let me tell you something.
You want to be in Costco.
I think I sold more books in Costco, Walmart, Target than any other places.

All right, when we come back, Governor Christy Noam of South Dakota.
Wow, her plan to bring jobs to South Dakota is doing amazingly well, and she's taking on China.
