This is an iHeart Podcast.
This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, Leonard Skinner's Simple Man.
That can only mean one thing on this radio show.
All things self-proclaimed Simple Man.
Uh that means all things Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly of Bill O'Reilly.com.
Uh Bill, by the way, just uh announced his latest book.
He's decided to delay the release of Killing Hannity, and his new book will be coming out, Killing the Witches, the Horror of Salem, Massachusetts.
Uh available for pre-sale on Hannity.com, Amazon.com, Books A Million.com.
Uh, you had a good fourth.
We have the uh hearings today.
I really want to get your thoughts on Director Ray.
Let me play this one exchange.
Uh it's Jim Jordan, the Judiciary Committee chairman, citing examples of what I believe to be true, that we don't have equal justice or equal application of our laws in this country, and we have a two-tiered justice system, and then I want to get your simple man reaction.
The survey last fall, four out of five Americans said they believe there's a two-tiered system of justice in America today.
They said that because there is.
They said that because of what they've witnessed.
Think about what Americans have seen.
National School Board Association, left-wing political group, writes the White House and asked them to treat parents as at school board meetings as terrorists.
And the Garland Justice Department does just that.
They put together a memo, set up a dedicated line of threat communication, a snitch line on parents.
As a result, parents get investigated by our FBI, get a threat tag associated with their name, 25 of them.
Because whistleblowers came and told us were investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Americans have seen the FBI's Richmond field office put together a memorandum saying pro-life Catholics are extremist.
They've seen 20 FBI agents, SWAT team members, show up at the home of Mark Halk and arrest him in front of his wife and seven children.
Even though he had indicated he'd be happy to turn himself in.
What was he arrested for?
Him and his 12-year-old son were praying outside an abortion facility.
Some guy starts screaming in his son's face, and he did what what frankly any dad would do, defended his child.
What's interesting is the National School Board Association apologized for the letter, but the attorney general refuses to rescind his directive.
All right, it's going to be a little long lead up, and then I'm going to literally hand you the ball and let you run as long as you want, okay?
So I'm taking a little time for a setup here.
We now know that the FBI in October 2016 sent FBI agents across the pond to London or Great Britain to meet with Christopher Steele.
They offered Christopher Steele a million dollars if he could corroborate any part of the Hillary Clinton bought and paid for dirty Russian dossier.
Christopher Steele could not collect.
At the end of October that year, it became the bulk of information in what became four FISA applications.
Andrew McCabe even admitted without the dossier, they never would have been approved.
Nobody was held accountable.
That's the FBI.
Then the FBI in 2020.
They had Hunter Biden's laptop in December of 2019.
They authenticated it in the spring of 2020.
Yet in the lead up to the 2020 election, they were meeting with big tech companies, and we saw the decision uh on the Fourth of July out of Missouri, which was very revealing, where the head of site integrity at Twitter, a guy by the name of Yo Roth, said that the FBI was warning them that there might be misinformation campaigns against Joe and Hunter Biden, and you need to be on the lookout for that.
Now, you tell me, Bill O'Reilly, whether or not you believe this FBI is corrupt or not.
I believe the FBI is corrupt, but I think the hearing today was foolish.
And the reason it was foolish is because the Congress people on the Republican side do not know how to ask questions.
So the Democratic side has no interest in finding out anything negative about the FBI, right?
Nothing.
The Democrats use their time to bash Trump.
It was absurd.
It was a cartoon.
But the Republicans are in business, I guess, to tell the nation that the FBI is compromised politically and that this goes against the Constitution, which it absolutely does.
The problem is that these congresspeople want to make a speech.
They don't want to get down and interrogate Ray the way that you would or I would.
And let me give you four examples.
So Ray took over, appointed by Trump in two thousand seventeen.
Anything before that, he's not going to be responsive to you because I wasn't here.
So you got to start June 7th, 2017.
But you've got enough ammo to nail them right to the wall.
First question, if O'Reilly is interviewing uh Christopher Ray.
Did the FBI have any role in assisting the IRS in the Biden family investigation?
Yes or no.
He can't dodge that.
He's got to say no, we had no role.
And remember he's under oath, or yes, we did.
He actually can dodge it by saying uh we don't comment on on ongoing investigations and would claim that it's an ongoing investigation.
But shred him.
You can say I'm not asking specifics, I'm saying did the FBI have any role?
Yes or no.
You can certainly answer that question, he could.
If he says no, then you basically have him in a perjury thing.
Because as you just pointed out, the FBI had the Hunter Biden laptop and verified it, and the IRS had to know that.
So he'd have to say yes.
And then you say, How did you assist the IRS?
Generally speaking.
Again, he has to answer.
Then you move along to the I I gotta I gotta step in a little.
And you're my friend, and I I just know what he does.
And I watched him today and I saw him do this dance.
And the dance is, and this is what what the prosecutor Weiss has been saying, uh, we can't comment on ongoing investigations, and they claim that those are ongoing investigations, for example, with the IRS.
I'm using a montage on the No Spin News, my TV broadcast tonight, where he does exactly what you're saying.
And you embarrass him in front of the country by asking specific questions that people can identify with because they're so simple.
I'm a simple man.
Then you get on to social media.
Did you know, Director Ray, that your agents were meeting with social media companies like Twitter?
Did you know?
Yes or no.
That's it.
No speech.
Did you know?
If he says yes, and he would have had to have known, then you say, why?
Why?
Can you explain to us why they were meeting?
Let him walk into the trap.
Third, okay, have you disciplined any FBI agents since you have been director in the Biden investigation, in the social media investigation, in the Catholic Church investigation.
Have you disciplined anyone?
Yes or no.
You see what I'm doing here?
Um you're right in the sense that he wouldn't answer, but that puts him into a position where he every shred of credibility he has is gone.
The Democrats can't support that.
They'll try.
But the polling now says that most Americans don't trust the FBI.
Period.
This would make it worse.
But it he deserves.
He deserves to be put in a place where he can't wiggle out.
And you can say right to him, no, you can answer that question.
You are refusing to answer it.
Uh we don't care about FBI policy.
That can change every hour on the hour.
We're talking about the Constitution of the United States.
We are not getting specific into any criminal case.
We're asking you general questions about the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and you are refusing to answer.
That's how you do it, Hannity.
That's how you nail the man.
So I'm listening.
I do believe in some people's minds that him saying I can't comment on an ongoing investigation.
It sounds credible to some people, to some people, not to me.
You and I know it's a game.
We've been at this too long.
Okay.
Then you have to shred it with the facts.
Understood.
But now, but here's here's whatever I want to ask you.
I want you to go to the next level.
And that is knowing all of these facts, knowing that he's going to duck dodge, weave, and obfuscate and run the clock out, which is what they always do.
Um the only thing that the only weapon that the Republicans have, and it's interesting that on the in the case of renewing the Pfizer uh court, uh, that law comes up at the end of this year, and Republicans are not inclined to re-up the Pfizer law.
And by the way, some of the hard left are against re-upping that authorization.
So I think that's going to come to an end.
But their biggest weapon, Bill, is money.
And the money that can be allocated for certain FBI activities.
And that is where I believe they could have the most impact and and institute real reform in the FBI.
But he himself needs to go.
Garland needs to go, but that's not going to happen, is it?
Um I think there's a 50-50 chance that with more information coming out about the Biden family finances.
Okay, that Garland might be impeached.
All right, quick break more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, old things O'Reilly, Bill O'Reilly.com as we continue.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started normally a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sas, you're our kind of people.

All right, we continue with Simple Man, Bill O'Reilly, all things O'Reilly at his website, BillO'Reilly.com.
While you were gone, I broke a major story.
And I don't know whether you're aware of it.
Was it you that broke the story about the cocaine in the White House?
No, that wasn't me.
Well that were you there during that time period?
I was not in the White House during that time period.
Just checking.
You know how straight I am.
By the way, Bill O'Reilly and Donald Trump, two people that don't drink, the two people that need to drink the most.
But go ahead.
Okay.
So the story I broke was Matthew Graves.
Do you know who he is?
I do.
He's the U.S. attorney in Washington, D.C., refused to cooperate with David Weiss, the U.S. attorney in Delaware on the Hunter Biden investigation.
And the same thing happened in California.
Yes.
And the man's name in California is Estrata, Martin Estrada.
Now, Garland could have ordered them to cooperate.
He did not.
But here's a story I broke, Hannity, and write this down.
You need to run with this big time.
The wife of Matthew Graves is Fatima Graves, a left-wing activist in Washington, D.C. She has visited the White House twenty-eight times since Biden's been in office.
She has no reason to visit the White House.
We believe that she is a conduit from the Justice Department to the Biden administration inside the White House.
They're in carrying messages back and forth about the Hunter Biden investigation.
We believe this because her husband works in the same building as Merrick Arlin.
They're in the same cafeteria.
I don't know if they're on the same floor, but it's close.
That is a huge story.
Now, Jordan and you got you have access to these guys.
And I had um the Senator from uh Wisconsin on earlier this week.
Ron Johnson.
And he said, and he called me.
He called me after I broke the story.
And I said both the Senate and he can't do it because he's blocked by Blumenthal, because he's uh he's a ranking member in the Senate investigations committee.
And um Johnson can't order the hearings because Blumenthal will block.
But in the House, Jordan Comer and everybody else could subpoena Fatah McGraves.
What were you doing in the White House twenty-eight times?
This is a huge story.
And nobody will touch it in the uh corrupt corporate media, but I I can add to it, and that is dur in the Obama White House, all the foreign business partners of Hunter, uh it was like a revolving door of them getting inside Obama's White House, and in many instances meeting with Joe.
But we're we're in a hearing now, and we both, you and me, two Irish guys, want to know if then Vice President Joe Biden took money through his son and brother from foreign entities.
That's what we want to know.
And Bill, I think we already know the answer, don't we?
We gotta prove it.
Here's well, here's some implications on Hunter's own laptop.
Uh well, for number one, we have the new WhatsApp messages.
You know, my father sitting here next to me, and five million dollars from this Chinese energy company got funneled to them with in less than a week.
Uh then you've got uh I have to give half my income to Pops, then you've got I'm sick and tired of paying for Pop's home repairs, and then you got ten percent for the big guy, uh, and all you need in Devin Archer's about to talk, uh, probably wanting to lighten his sentence um is corroboration from people that were in business with him, which I think is coming.
You know, I got it to give you a lot of credit.
You you you brought your A game today, and you obviously paid very close attention to it, and I look forward to uh your no spin zone analysis tonight, and uh we really appreciate you being with us.
Sure, and I hope you run with this Fata McGraves.
I will.
I absolutely will.
And you could send it over to Linda right now when and we'll make a big deal about it.
All right.
Thanks for having me on.
Glad you're back.
All right, Mr. O'Reilly, simple man Bill O'Reilly, all things or Riley, Bill O'Reilly.com, eight hundred-nine four one Sean, our number you want to be part of the program.
All right, before I get to your calls, uh let me go back to the hearings today, the House Judiciary Committee hearings, and this is uh Darrell Issa uh grilling Christopher Ray, just asking a pretty simple question, following uh O'Reilly's model.
How many FBI agents were at the Capitol on January 6th?
Listen.
How many individuals uh were either FBI uh employees or people that the FBI had made contact with were in the January 6th uh entry of the Capitol and surrounding area?
So I I really need to be careful here talking about uh where we have or have not used confidential human sources.
Was there one or more was there one or more individuals that would fit that description on January 6th that were in or around the Capitol?
I I believe there is a uh a filing in one of the January 6th cases that can provide a little more information about this, and I'm happy to see if we can follow back up the I just want an answer.
Was there one or more?
I mean, you would know if there was at least one individual who worked for the FBI who who entered the Capitol on that day.
Uh, I can't again I just can't speak to that here, but I'm happy to get the court filing that's a very good thing.
Look, it's been two years.
And you're now you're now come before us.
The gentleman asks these questions, makes all kinds of insinuations, and you you nod your head yes, and then I ask you simply, was there one or more?
And you won't answer that.
Amazing, isn't it?
I mean, this is what I was saying all right.
The duck to dodge, the weave, the obfuscation is is their their preferred method.
It's like a dog and pony show.
He's not going to answer.
He's not going to be forthcoming.
He's not going to tell the truth.
He's been obstructing every investigation, uh, unwilling to cooperate with the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee and the House Judiciary Committees.
He does not belong being the FBI director.
Now Republicans at the end of the day have only one option.
And that option is going to be to reconfigure the FBI's role.
I'm not talking about defunding the FBI, but specifically identifying and earmarking what it is that their role is and only funding those aspects.
You know, going to school board meetings and going after, you know, moms that are angry at CRT or gender identity education classes for, you know, second graders ought not be looked into as domestic terrorists.
The FBI ought not be meeting with big tech companies when they know the laptop of Hunter Biden is real whatsoever.
Warning these big tech companies that it's likely disinformation.
So when the real truth comes out, uh they have already pre-bunked that to big tech companies and they end up censoring it before a presidential election.
And when they offer a million dollars to the author to the author of the dirty Russian disinformation Hillary Boughton paid for dossier, and they offer a million dollars to the author of that dossier, if he can corroborate any part of it and he can't, uh, then the FBI director should not be signing his name to a Pfizer Warrant application, and that too happened.
Those things cannot be funded.
And if they're not going to do uh investigations equally and bl and have blind justice, then those people that are using these very powerful positions with our money need to go.
And and they must be fired.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Bill in Los Angeles on the Sean Hannity Show.
What's up, Bill?
How are you, sir?
Oh, hi, Mr. Hannity.
Uh, as a former uh corporate newspaper writer, I'm as baffled as you are about the lack of FBI interest in then Vice President Biden's brag video about forcing Ukraine to fire the prosecutor of Biden's alleged family cash cow barisma.
Well, and then think of the the difficulty of of Director Ray handing over the 1023 form that says that then Vice President Joe Biden took specific actions in exchange for money going to his family.
Because when he fired that prosecutor, leveraging our billion dollars and giving them six hours to fire the prosecutor, uh that meant at the end of the day, the investigation into his son, who admitted on Good Morning America, he had no experience to be paid that kind of money, or even be in that position or sit on that board, continued to get paid.
That sounds like a quid and a pro and a quo with Joe to me.
You're right.
Well, you know, even before that it reached that level, uh Biden's statement was the textbook model in the old days of classic conflict of interest, where even the appearance that your family was benefiting somehow from a financial arrangement based on your political position, that merited immediate investigation, not only by the media, but by the FBI.
And in fact, here in Los Angeles, the FBI office has been uh really busy prosecuting three former Democrat city councilmen who are on their way or already in prison for guess what?
Bribery and tax evasion.
So maybe the DC office needs to take some lessons from the FBI office here in LA, because they've been doing a bang up job, and it's only taken them three years to put three of these clowns in prison.
It is breathtakingly corrupt.
The media of which you said you were once a part of is abusively corrupt and biased.
Uh breathtaking in in the sense their lack of any curiosity, even in that story, but it's really not a lack of curiosity, because they know.
And what they are is the extension of all things Democratic Socialist Party.
They are the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party.
They they ran with a phony narrative for three years on Trump Russia collusion that we now know was false.
They had no desire to go after the fact that Pfizer court uh judges were lied to by the FBI director.
He signed three of them, James Comey did.
And three of the Pfizer applications says on the top of a Pfizer application, verified.
That information was unverifiable.
That information has been debunked.
None of it was true.
They knew it wasn't true, or else Christopher Steele would have gotten a million dollars from them.
And and yet, you know, nobody's held accountable.
The only one they seem to want to hold accountable for anything is Donald Trump.
And that is why our system of justice is now in a state of peril.
And it is a very dangerous, very, very difficult uh these are difficult waters to navigate through to get this once great law enforcement agency, the world's premier law enforcement agency, back to that original status.
I'm not even sure we're gonna be capable of doing it.
And if that's the case, you might as well take that little document called the Constitution, and you might as well shred it because it is meaningless.
They are rendering it meaningless.
And that's how dangerous this is.
I'll give you the last word.
Well, all I can tell you is that every real journalist that I've ever known has would have died to to write a story on public corruption because that's their calling.
And there's nothing I've I've done a couple of uh minor ones locally on corrupt people in the public school system, and it's a great feeling of public service to write stories like that.
So this this directive to hide the Biden corruption and the FBI corruption has to be coming from the corporate level because real uh frontline journalists know that that's their calling, and that's why they went into that profession.
I think that's well said.
Uh and they're trained at places like the Columbia School of Journalism, uh, where they don't have journal you know who got the Russia collusion story correct?
Me.
Me and and our small um ensemble cast that worked their asses off.
And my research team on radio and TV, you know, we did one deep dive.
We did a daily deep dive, and we were able to unpeel every layer of the onion, and we've been vindicated.
And those people that were wrong and lied to the American people for three years, they just moved on.
They never they never apologized.
They never corrected the r record.
They never said that they will improve their standards.
They even got phony Pulitzer Prizes over at some of them.
Anyway, appreciate it, Bill.
Thank you.
Uh Danny in Louisiana, next Sean Hannity Show.
Danny, how are you?
Glad you called.
Fine, thank you.
First, I want to say the word is homage.
Okay.
Okay, thank you.
Uh it's homage or homage uh with uh the less emphasis on the eights.
It is certainly not umage.
That is not hummage, hummage, hummage.
Yeah, it's not umage.
Linda, how do you say it again?
Just gonna go on the record and say that I never said umage.
That's some stuff you made up.
I don't even know.
I said, Okay, why are you lying to the audience?
I never said um I said would you like to pay an homage?
Okay, how did you say it?
Homage.
Okay, would you like to pay homage?
Not one of the Bin Laden.
Hummage.
Homage, homage.
Danny is right, you're wrong.
Anyway, Danny.
I'm not friends with you anymore.
All right.
So you guys are making it too rough on this cocaine gate thing.
Um we all know the Democrats love you.
So what we need is for you to go into the White House with some cocaine, put it in the exact identical spot, and when I see you on the view the next day, then we know there's cameras there, and we know they should have caught the first person that did it.
So you really Danny, I take it back.
You're my favorite caller of the day.
So you really want me to spend the rest of my life in jail is what you're telling me.
No.
I'm just saying we you you have to take one for the team here.
I have to take one.
Well, how about this?
If I'm allowed ever back in the White House, uh, hopefully maybe in 2025.
Uh if I'm ever allowed back in that building, I'll I'll bring you with me.
You can be my special guest.
Uh you'll be my assistant for the day.
And uh if we can get you cleared based on what you're saying, I might not be able to clear you.
And then you can go through the difficult, arduous process.
I love when I get there.
You get there, you meet you get into the uh Guardgate area.
Hi, Mr. Hannity.
Uh, we'll need to see your ID.
We need to check you in.
You go through, you know, the metal detectors, then you get the wanding, and then you don't get to go any place you want in the White House.
You go where they tell you to go when they tell you to go.
Period, end of sentence.
But I'll bring you in, and you can bring you cocaine in there with you.
Good luck to you.
Uh, but I will say at that point, I don't know you, and I never knew you.
But I get your point.
You're making a point.
All right, quick break right back to our phones.
800-941 Sean on number as we continue.
Matt Gates, he was a rock star today in the Judiciary Committee hearings against Christopher Ray.
We'll play that and talk to him about his perception of today.
Uh, and your calls coming up 800-941 Sean as we continue.
Up next, our final roundup and information overload hour.
Up next, our final roundup and information overload hour.
All right, we continue with uh your calls, 800-941 Sean on number Matt Gates at the top of the hour.
Chris Rhode Island, what's up, Chris?
I lived there five years in Warren, Rhode Island.
How are you, sir?
Hey, Sean, thanks for taking my call.
Now, about the FBI, uh, along the lines of what you were just saying.
I think we need the FBI, and I don't want to get rid of it or anything like that.
But um Congress essentially created and funds the FBI.
And the FBI operates under a written set of rules called the FBI Charter.
It was created by Congress in 1980 and the FBI Charter Act, and all other laws that flow out of that charter.
And I think the FBI Charter needs to be looked at and the related laws to enhance things, two things primarily transparency and uh accountability.
Because as it stands now, the the appointed people in the FBI wield almost as much power and influence as our elected people in Congress.
Appointed government people should not have an equal footing as our elected people.
The FBI is not a fourth branch of government.
The fact that appointed people are allowed to deny or slow walk legitimate requests of Congress is just completely unacceptable.
And I the fact that they are putting cinder blocks on the scale of presidential elections is corruption at a level I never thought I'd see in our lifetime.
I revered the FBI growing up.
I had my my grandfather's brothers, two of his sons became FBI agents.
They'd come over and and they were deity in our family.
They were the top of the top.
You know, we worship them.
I mean, I was like, wow, they're they're the most successful in the family.
They made it.
They they were to be looked after.
And by the way, one is still alive and listens to the show and is called into the show.
And uh, you know, I as and I have many friends that have recently retired from the FBI.
Then they all say the same thing.
It is not the agency that they signed up for, and it has changed dramatically, and it has been politicized, and now it's being weaponized.
And that's what Americans need to take out of these hearings, and that's where Republicans now need to give very, very specific uh funding direction to the FBI.
Anyway, I appreciate it.
Thanks for the call, my friend.
800-941 Sean, our number you want to be a part of the program, top of the hour.
Matt Gates was a rock star today.
He'll join us.
Uh, all right, so here we go again with the economy.
Banks failing, banks being bailed out.
Now Biden is telling us everything's Great with the economy.
Bidenomics is great.
And I'm sure you know I don't trust a thing that Biden says, nor should you.
And that's why it's critical.
I've always made uh a part of my portfolio, as part of my diversification, gold a big part of it.
And that's why it's critical.
You call my friends a Gold Co today.
You can learn how you can protect your savings with gold and silver.
And we have partnered with Gold Co because after all the research we did and learned they're a great company, wonderful reputation in the precious uh precious metals market.
And right now they'll give you up to $10,000 in free silver while supplies last.
And all fans of my show this week, you can receive a free Ronald Reagan silver coin.
Now we've already had uh disastrous economic energy policies, war, inflation, a potential recession uh may set in, and now we can throw bank failures and and bailouts back into the mix.
Anyway, call our friends at Gold Co today, 855-815-Gold.
Do it before it's too late.
Tell them your friend Sean Hannity sent you.
You can get your free Ronald Reagan silver coin.
855-815-GOLD.
855-815-G-O-LD.
