Well, looks like America, it looks like Biden's chickens may be coming home to roost.
Because now, remember I told you a while back that there were dozens of whistleblowers waiting in the wings that we'd start hearing from.
Whistleblowers within the FBI and the DOJ.
Well, it looks like the GOP is about to call six witnesses that took, by the way, in real time notes, uh, based on a conversation with the prosecutor David Weiss about how his hands were specifically tied by the Attorney General Merrick Garland and how the not only we had the two whistleblowers last week,
uh, we're gonna have five others making the case that Weiss, who Merrick Garland said was given completed authority to make all decisions in Hunter Biden's case all on his own.
That was a lie before Congress.
That would be called perjury.
And David Weiss was never asked, you know, never asked for special counsel.
Uh he has more power than a special counsel, Merrick Garland actually testified.
Anyway, so this, you know, I told you these whistleblowers.
Now, Democrats and the media mob used to love whistleblowers.
They don't love whistleblowers anymore.
Anyway, so this guy Shapley from last week says that there are five other whistleblowers from the IRS that heard Delaware U.S. attorney Weiss say that he was specifically prevented from bringing charges against Hunter Biden, which directly contradicts Attorney General Merrick Garland's sworn testimony to Congress.
Now, what does this mean?
It means the federal prosecutor that was tasked with investigating Hunter Biden, told at least six people, many of whom took notes in real time, uh, that in fact last year that he lacked the authority to charge the first son outside of Delaware, which he tried to do and was denied special counsel status, which he tried to achieve.
And Garland lied.
No, he has more power than a special counsel.
That was a lie also.
And now the House Judiciary Committee is going to talk to all six of them.
U.S. attorney, David Weiss made that shocking disclosure at an October 7th meeting with top IRS and FBI officials directly contradicting the sworn testimony from the Attorney General Merrick Garland, the IRS supervisory agent, the one that testified last week, Gary Shapley told the House Ways and Means Committee last month.
I've told you this was coming.
I didn't want to give it all away.
I've known this is coming for a while.
He surprised us by telling us on the charges.
I'm not the deciding official on whether charges are filed.
Shapley recounts specifically in his May 26th testimony, which the committee released uh late last week.
He then shocked us further with the earth-shattering news that the Biden appointed D.C. U.S. attorney, Matthew Graves, would not allow him to charge uh in his district, according to Shapley, who said that Graves' refusal to prosecute, sanitize the most substantive criminal conduct and concealed material facts of Hunter Biden's case.
Now this goes to the heart and to the soul of everything that we've been telling you about here.
So in other words, you got a case here where it's either David Weiss lying or Merrick Garland lying, and and based on Weiss and what he's been telling people in real time as it was unfolding, is it looks like the attorney general lied as also evidenced by the fact that he had tried to pursue these other venues for charges against Hunter and he was stopped.
Either way, the Department of Justice, Joe Biden's Department of Justice, let Hunter Biden escape real justice for several years of tax crimes, not the 27 2017-2018, quote, misdemeanors.
Wesley Snipes, the actor got three misdemeanors, the same charge.
He got three years in prison, but that's a different story.
Black got what 46 months uh in prison for lying on his gun application for him.
It was no deferral program for him.
Uh but Shapley, you know, uh, you know, is literally according to him that Weiss sought to indict Hunter on these felony charges in 2014, tax evasion, uh, and on this windfall from Ukraine,
and by the way, that information is even on Hunter Biden's laptop, where he he actually discussed that he hadn't paid taxes on over 400,000 that he had made, uh, but then told the team that he couldn't because the U.S. attorney, Matthew Graves, a Joe Biden appointee who had jurisdiction because that was Hunter's legal residence in those years would not go along.
So what was the end result?
And we've told you about this before.
The statute of limitations ended up expiring.
The Biden Justice Department sanitized the most substantive criminal conduct, all in an effort to protect Joe and Hunter Biden.
And these uh these six witnesses now will be heard from.
And Weiss was apparently apparently got stonewalled on filing California charges.
Well, that contradicts the sworn testimony of Merrick Garland that says he had more power than a special counsel, which he had requested special counsel status.
And Garland on repeatedly, you know, repeatedly prompting before Congress testifies Weiss didn't need any outside OK's to charge Hunter.
He had full control.
He was given complete authority, according to the AG under oath.
Well, that means that the AG would have committed perjury if that's not true, uh, as he hemmed uh and hawed, you know, and in terms of the guy that wanted a prosecute and charge Hunter Biden for very real tax crimes.
Uh, and by the way, it should be a Ferrer violation, it should be a felony gun violation, it should be all of these things.
So, uh, okay, maybe you don't trust Shapley.
You've got six specific witnesses, six of them.
And anyway, as for Weiss, news accounts call him a Trump appointee, but let me set that record straight.
Uh, but he'd become the acting U.S. attorney under President Barack Obama, and Trump merely went with the guy already in the job, and he was a Delaware insider, often, by the way, takes the approval of senators from a particular state to sign off on such a thing.
It's not exactly a slam dunk for any president to make such an appointment.
But anyway, now this plea deal has not been finalized.
And the judge in this case, there needs to be somebody withstanding that steps up in this case and demands that the judge not sign off on this sweetheart deal, the slap on the wrist that that Hunter got that nobody else in the country would ever get.
You know, you know, understand when I talk about our government being corrupt, I don't say that with glee.
I don't say that it doesn't just roll off the tongue.
They've earned it with Hillary Clinton, and no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute, and no rating of her Chappaqua home and top secret classified information on our servers, and and never mind the 33,000 subpoena deleted emails and the devices destroyed and the SIM cards removed.
Uh nothing happens there either.
You know, there was no raid like Mar-a-Lago at Joe Biden's Corvette Garage House or Joe Biden's U Penn Biden Center at University of Pennsylvania, or Joe Biden's Delaware office at the University of Delaware, or his beach home uh in Delaware.
None of those things ever happen to him either.
And we have a special counsel that, you know, you never hear from.
You get leaks of these tapes that we played last night on Hannity involving Donald Trump, which by the way, don't prove a thing as far as I'm concerned.
You know, but if you're a conservative, you know, we've got a very different system of law, don't we?
God forbid you're a tiger mom like Linda out there complaining if there's age inappropriate material being taught your kids in school, uh, you know, that you, you know, you could be investigated as a as a domestic terrorist, or God forbid your pro-life, or a MAGA Republican, MAGA Republican.
That's their favorite term.
But you now have one whistleblower after another testifying about the Department of Justice and this attorney general and their protection and obstruction and interference with what were multiple crimes.
And the sad part is the statute of limitations now have have passed on all of this.
Although I think an argument, legal argument could be made to say, excuse me, that this was corrupt from the beginning and an inside job.
But you know, we're gonna find out because these people took notes in real time that back up what they heard from from this guy Weiss.
Uh but just to let you know and remind you exactly what it was that Merrick Garland said, he said, Well, David Weiss had full authority to make any and all decisions in the Hunter Biden case.
This is what you're about to hear is a lie.
Does uh Delaware U.S. attorney lack independent charging authority over certain criminal allegations against the president's son outside of the district of Delaware.
Um he would have to bring if it's in another district, he would have to bring the case in another district.
But as I said, uh I promise to ensure that he's able to carry out uh uh his investigation and that he be able to run it, and if he uh uh needs to bring in another jurisdiction, he will have full authority to do that.
You said previously you've stayed out of the Hunter Biden investigation.
It's been on David Weiss to figure that out.
Can you once and for all shed a little light in there?
There seems to be a little confusion on what's going on here.
I'd be happy to.
As I said at the outset, uh, Mr. Weiss, who was appointed by President Trump as the U.S. Attorney in Delaware and assigned this matter during the previous administration, would be permitted to continue his investigation and to make a decision to prosecute any way in which he wanted to, and in any district in which he wanted to.
Mr. Weiss has since sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee confirming that he had that authority.
I don't know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution, given that he has this authority.
He was never told no.
I say he was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own.
On his own.
Go ahead, play the next one.
One of the allegations that the IRS supervisors apparently made involved the fact that Mr. Weiss reportedly wanted to have powers you've conferred on special counsels.
Was that request ever made?
And if so, why did you reject it?
It was not.
The only person with authority to make somebody a special counsel or refuse to make somebody a special counsel is the attorney general.
Mr. Weiss never made that request to me.
Do you think in just to follow on that?
Do you think that uh a special counsel can you explain the rationale for not appointing special counsel in this case?
Weiss had in fact more authority than a special counsel would have as complete yes, he had and has complete authority, as I said, to bring a case anywhere he wants in his discretion.
Uh unbelievable.
I mean, do you do you not see what is happening here?
Do you not understand the significance of all of this?
Because it's all real.
So Kevin McCarthy says he'll start impeachment of uh Merrick Garland on July by July 6th over these Iowa IRS whistleblower testimonies, if it interfered with the criminal investigation in Hunter Biden, all evidence now suggesting that happened.
All of it.
New email contradicting uh uh Garland and six witnesses saying, yep, that's what David Weiss told us.
You know, he couldn't charge outside of Delaware.
That's not what he said.
And how do they let you know, how is it possible?
We now have corroborated that Joe and Hunter were together the day that he was doing his best imitation of the Godfather.
I'm sitting here with my father.
We'd like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
You tell the director that I'd like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight.
And Z. Uh, if I get a call or a text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang or the chairman, I'll be certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person that he knows, and my ability to forever hold the grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father, the godfather.
Sounds Like a syndicate.
I think I've been right about the syndicate the whole time.
Anyway, uh this is now getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Hunter Biden's attorney blaming his addiction for that WhatsApp message.
Oh, there's no way that Hunter was there.
Well, the White House insists Joe wasn't there.
The only problem is apparently they were together that day.
Huh.
Mildly inconvenient for the Biden.
And Biden's still lying when asked if he lied about being involved with Hunter's business deals in spite of all the evidence.
Oh, and by the way, Hunter was that member of an elite L.A. sex club, but got kicked out for being a scumbag.
The Sean Hannity Show, a thermo nuclear MMA assault on fake news.
And it is on right now.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.

All right, so Linda, it looks like when I do get back from Boards of July vacation, my yearly vacation, um, that on the twelfth of July, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan has subpoenaed director Ray for information from him and his agency concerning various investigations as Republicans call for the FBI to investigate Biden and the Biden, you know, syndicate.
And he's also scheduled Jim Jordan to grill Biden Gay co-conspirator Merrick Garland in this and attorney, but he's not scheduled to appear before September 20th.
They may we may have impeachment proceedings by then.
Garland has been a target.
Speaker McCarthy suggesting that impeachment proceedings could open in July.
And at issue is their handling of this pre plea bargain agreement and this protection racket that appears that six witnesses are going to corroborate and that Garland lied directly under oath to Congress and committed perjury, because you have six eyewitnesses torpedoing the attorney general's claim that the Hunter Biden probe was independent.
It was not, according to these IRS whistleblowers, and they have apparently a trove of evidence that back up their Biden gay claims.
And um anyway, you know, we have agent Shapley who was one of the two IRS whistleblowers last week, the six all together, uh, talking about that, you know, they spent X number of hours under oath assuring congressional investigators they have the goods to back up they were saying and and notes that were taken in real time.
You know, they spent uh years now building this case against Hunter on tax law violations.
They had interviewed 60 witnesses, issued subpoenas, followed the trail of his income, businesses, expenses, and particularly those that tried to write off his uh that he tried to write off on his taxes.
You know, he once denied putting a hole in any wall at Chateau Marmont, a swanky California hotel where he's alleged to have been banned for drug-fueled antics.
By the way, how do you get kicked out of a sex club?
I didn't even know sex clubs existed in this day and age.
Did they exist, Linda?
I mean, heard of strip clubs.
I don't know why you think I would have that answer.
But you're you're the full of information.
I just assumed you'd know.
I'm the jeopardy of medical.
How do you get kicked out of a sex club?
And apparently he was he was acting like a jackass when he went in there and started grabbing people.
Apparently they had a rule you can't touch somebody without permission in the sex club.
Oh, give me a break.
And he's grabbing people.
Maybe they should look into the child trafficking at the border that they're helping.
Well, what about creepy Joe?
I mean, there is Don't get me started on Creepy Joe in the smell.
I can't even run the videos, and I'll tell you why, because parents get upset because it's their their daughters that were young and they see it and they cringe and they can't take it.
And I don't blame him.
I look at the parents now.
I'm like, why would you ever take your child to the White House egg rolling?
Because White House anything.
Because he's swearing them in and they think it's a big deal.
They'd like their children to actually, you know, see that happening.
I'm talking about the people that they invite just to invite that come.
They're like, you know, various employees or friends and family, and they open the White House lawn, and you got these like when they had what was the day that they had one?
Yeah, the lawn.
Who do you call it?
Okay, the White House lawn.
Whatever.
So the place with the green stuff where they roll things like Easter eggs.
And they bring the kids, yada yada.
But then they had, you know, Joey with what was it, Work Day, bring your kid to work day, and he didn't know.
Mr. President, I think you have to go now.
And he's like, you know, lost and confused.
No what day of the week it is.
Kamala Harris said a brand new record, the least popular vice president in the history of MBC News polling.
That's saying a lot.
Forty-nine percent of respondents have a negative opinion.
How could you possibly have a positive one?
A net negative rating of minus 17, the lowest net negative rating for a vice president in the history of the poll.
I mean, she deserves it, but I mean, it's just unreal.
Senate Republican moves to stop Buddha judge from using private jets.
Good.
I'm sick and tired of that too.
I'm just so sick and tired of all of the hypocrisy.
It's everywhere.
Uh one little interesting side note, Sweden is now ditching their unreliable green energy for nuclear power.
Maybe we should learn a little something for them.
As Joe Biden forcing his Green New Deal and his wind farms and you know, that is enriching China and enriching Russia and enriching riching Saudi uh the Saudi Arabia and OPEG nations, the Swedish Parliament determined last week in order to ensure the country has stable energy a stable energy system that they're abandoning its goal of 100% renewable electricity production by 2040.
Yeah, goodbye.
Meaning they figured out what I've been telling you.
This technology does not exist and will not exist for decades.
Just a fact.
You know, if something happens to change that, I'll be the first to tell you, and I'll be the first to be happy about it.
Unreal.
Um, speaking of the economy, let me look at the economy today.
What do we know?
Biden's campaigning on his economic accomplishments.
Apparently, nobody has told him that his approval rating on the economy is a pathetic 33%, and he's telling audience he deserves to be a re-elected because he's done such a fantastic job on the economy, a 40-year high of inflation.
This echoed by Karine Jean-Pierre, claiming Americans feel better about their finances.
What world are these people living in?
You know, the Biden economics push, as the Daily Caller called it.
You know, 40 billion dollars.
We have a high-speed internet plan.
They're comparing that to FDR's Green New Deal and electricity in every home.
No, they're not feeling better.
The average American has over $54,000 worth of debt.
Now, let me tell you something about $54,000 worth of debt.
And, you know, for two-thirds of Americans that are struggling to make ends meet and and you know, ending up cashing in some of their pensions at a huge penalty or putting, you know, some bare necessities on their credit cards.
You know how hard it's going to be for most people to fork over $54,000 worth of debt, but don't worry, Joe wants to take their money and pay off student loans that people voluntarily sign their name to.
Leave school and go back to work.
That's what I did.
I couldn't afford it, and I refused to ask my parents for a penny because I knew they didn't have it and they couldn't afford it.
You know, my parents were s were upset and they're like, please let us pay.
I'm like, you don't have the money.
No, I'm not taking a penny.
I refused.
And uh I made the right decision.
Now we've got other issues.
Now, let me tell you one thing that actually is good about New York.
All right, pay Let Mark tell Mark Simone I said this.
There's one thing I found good about New York.
Mark Simone, I love him to death.
Any event I've ever been to in New York City, he's at.
He emcees every event in New York City.
If there's five events going on simultaneously, is that all five?
I don't know how he and Curtis Lee will pull all this off, but they do.
Anyway, so we are paying while the elites, Mark Morano, the great column of the New York Post today.
While we're you know we're paying as these elites play.
And it goes into great, great specificity in detail.
Now, there is a push in New York City that, you know, one of the best things about New York is their pizza.
I like thin crust, cold-fired pizza.
That's what I like.
I don't like thick crust pizza.
I'm too well, can't use the F-word, too chubby when I eat too much of it.
So I only when I occasionally get pizza, I get thin crust.
Very thin.
Paper thin is better.
And the best way to get is cold fire.
It's the best.
Wood-fired baking methods.
I mean, the best pizza in the world is in New York City.
And you can find it everywhere.
You can there's even a place still selling pizza for a buck with a coke, Linda.
One there's one place remaining.
Can you believe that?
In this day and age?
Ah, I don't know the street.
Is that two brothers?
No, I saw it the other night.
It's like they and the place is packed day and night.
It's got to be two brothers.
Two brothers is a buck.
I'm just telling you, it's awesome.
So now, because they they want to cut emissions, carbon emissions that are created according to the City Department of Environmental Protection, they drafted new rules to comply with a 2015 law that orders pizza places and other restaurants, you know, prevents them from using cold and wood-fired ovens to pay tens of thousands of dollars, tens of thousands to slice carbon emissions by up to 75 grand.
They can't stay in business, you idiots.
How much money can you make on pizza?
There's only so much you can charge for a slice of pizza.
Then he goes on to explain in 2021, John Kerry's private jet emissions emitted an estimated 116 metric tons of carbon in less than a year.
I don't care that John Kerry owned a private jet.
I think he sold his private jet, or that him and Budajudge, you know, we have a fleet of private jets and helicopters that we paid for that all these you know department heads use day in and day out.
You'd have to burn a stove for 310,160 days, eight hundred and forty nine years of burning that stove to equal what that phony hypocrite, John.
I voted for the 87 billion before I voted against it.
Kerry puts out in a year.
Are you kidding me?
It's like, you know, we've got a walk.
I justify it because the work that we're doing is is incredible.
You know, the save the pizza.
It's the one freaking good thing about New York for crying out loud.
The only thing I can think of at the moment is a couple of restaurants I like.
I don't want to say what they are, because then people will, you know, I'll have a flash mob show up.
You got a Penn State professor.
He's actually on Hannity tonight.
Get this.
Uh uh he's now suing Pennsylvania Penn State for race discrimination.
He was subjected to instruction that the English language is racist and the embodiment of white supremacy, along with additional tirades against white people in professional development training.
What the hell is wrong with these people?
What are they talking about?
There's a lot wrong with them.
Another college fires a biology professor for teaching sex was determined by chromosomes X and Y. Well, forgive me if that's what I learned in biology back in the day.
You know, I'm not I'm not a veteran biology professor who teaches scientific fact that sex is determined by chromosomes X and Y is fired after four students walked out of his reproductive class, accusing him of religious preaching.
I thought that was science.
Follow the science.
Did you hear about this uh this event that was Washington State Democrats were in attendance at a Seattle Pride Parade.
They've remained silent on whether to condone nude cyclist participation in the public parade.
And did you hear that Bud Light?
Bud Light can't learn their lesson.
They sponsored a Toronto Pride Parade, attended by naked men that were riding their bicycles, you know, um in front of children.
What is wrong with people?
We got yesterday.
We're coming for your children.
I mean, this is what is being said.
At what point do we say enough?
Enough.
Bud Light is the Epic Times at a Peace Day will probably lose 25% of this business.
And I'll tell you, you know, after this one, I can't.
I made the case that I'm not I would go back to drinking Bud Light because I didn't want to hurt the truck drivers, the guys that paid a fortune for their routes.
I didn't want to hurt the guys in the factory.
I didn't want to hurt the working men and women at Anheuser Bush.
I just felt it wasn't their fault.
And it's still, and this is not their fault.
But these companies doubled down on stupid, and it's not just internal company policy, they're just outwardly, you know, doing things that could, you know, that is alienating their audience.
I mean, I get it.
These companies have to follow state law.
I mean, it's you should see the crap that they have in New York City that you must do as a as a as a corporation.
It's insanity.
It's no different in California.
It's nuts.
But they have to do it.
Okay, but you don't have to force it down your customers' throat.
Just like you don't have to indoctrinate kids in school.
You got a captive audience of students, and these people think that they they they know better than parents.
Well, go raise your own kids any way you want.
I don't care what you teach your children.
I don't care.
If that's your that's your belief, that's your belief.
But don't contradict my values.
Parents are not potted plants.
They're actually mommies and daddies, and they'd like to instill the values that they believe.
And many of them actually believe in God in Jesus or whatever their faith happens to be.
And it's just, it's so wrong of these people to think that they have a right to contradict the values of parents.
It's so wrong.
On so many different levels.
Unreal.
By the way, Trump jumped ahead of Biden in the latest morning consult poll.
Where are these people supporting Biden?
Because you're supporting a corpse.
The guy is clueless.
We cannot, as a country or world, withstand any more any four years of this guy being president if he could survive his first term.
Not even sure.
He looks like crap to me.
I don't wish him ill health.
I'm just saying he's not up to the job.
You know, when a service member or first responder dies or is catastrophically injured in the line of duty, uh, okay, who's there to help the families left behind?
Who's helping our homeless vets in our nation?
Uh, never forget 9-11.
Well, that's the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
They have their in the line of duty programs comprised of its gold star, fallen first responders, smart home veteran homelessness programs, all of which dedicated to honoring our nation's heroes and their families.
The foundation's never forget programs engage people in 9-11 remembrances all across the country.
They got over 80 runs, walks, climbs a year, dozens of golf outings and barbecues, and the Tunnel to Towers 9-11 Institute.
They're educating our kids and helping our nation keep our vow to never forget what happened.
More than 95 cents out of every dollar you donate to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation goes to its programs.
Anyway, please join us here at Team Hannity.
Go to their website.
They're asking all of us to pitch in 11 bucks a month so they can continue this good work.
Their website is the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
All right.
A lot more coming up when we get back.
Greg Jarrett, Alan Dershowitz, Senator Tuberville, Carrie Lake, all coming up.
Thank you.
Sean Hannity.
All right, when we come back, did Merrick Garland commit perjury before Congress?
We're going to get the uh take of Greg Jarrett and Professor Alan Dershowitz.
That's coming up.
Later on, Senator Tuberville of Alabama.
Carrie Lake is out with a brand new book.
By the way, you can take a look at it at Carlake.com.
Uh and it is called uh Unafraid, just getting started.
We'll talk to her about uh her future plans.
Some say, well, she wants to be vice president.
I don't believe anything I read about anybody anymore.
