All right, hour to Sean Hannity Show, toll-free, 800-941-Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program in beautiful Myrtle Beach, where it's pouring rain, cats and dogs, at least it was earlier, for our town hall with Tim Scott tonight.
Obviously, we'll also be covering the major news of the day, and that is the little baby slap on the wrist sweetheart deal that Joe Biden's Department of Justice handed down a zero experience Hunter.
This is everything that we have been telling you: there is no equal justice, no equal application of our laws in America any longer.
If you have eyes to see, it is so transparent.
It is so obvious.
Anyway, here to go through the legal hypocrisy in all of this.
Greg Jarrett is with us, Fox News legal analyst, author of two number one best-selling books.
Sir, how are you?
I'm sure you're as outraged as I am today.
Oh, absolutely, because I think today's the day that equal justice under law officially died.
You know, that's the lofty ideal that's chiseled on the pediment of the Supreme Court, but it was blown to shreds with this indefensible plea deal for Hunter Biden that allows him to skate on serious criminal charges that would have landed anybody else in America behind bars.
You know, the preferential treatment for the president's son, I think, makes a mockery of the law.
And we knew this was coming, Sean.
I mean, for the last year, you and I have discussed on air on your programs that there was going to be a sweetheart plea deal.
And, you know, the government's investigation stretched for more than five long years by itself.
That was utterly absurd because the evidence against Hunter was clear and convincing.
He evaded taxes on millions of dollars that he pocketed from overseas sources.
And he obviously lied on a gun form and broke the law when he purchased a firearm.
As I say, if you or I did either one of those things or any American, we'd already be behind bars.
If you look at this and you look at, for example, this is the low-hanging fruit on top of everything else.
You know, I'd like an answer to the 2017 1023 form that made serious allegations by a source that the FBI deemed is credible.
They deemed them credible because they paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for past intelligence to this particular source, giving very, very specific examples of the Biden family performing certain acts in exchange for massive millions amounts of dollars.
Why aren't they looking into those issues?
Why weren't there any charges brought on those issues?
You know, how is it there's no FARA violation looking into the Biden family business dealings?
You know, we have all of Peter Schweitzer, who will join us in a minute, all of Peter Schweitzer's reporting about all of the different countries that the Bidens did business with and Joe Biden's deep involvement with a lot of it, you know, because he actually went through and was able to look at Hunter Biden's schedule from his laptop and pair that with Joe Biden's schedule as vice president, and these meetings match up exactly.
And then there's Hunter's references to the meetings with Pops, and it happened time and time again, and the amount of money we're talking about is in the millions.
And then just stay, keep it simple, stupid.
Let's just stay with the Ukrainian issue.
And Joe Biden, what do we know about Joe Biden in Ukraine?
That he demanded that a prosecutor be fired.
He leveraged $1 billion taxpayer dollars to get the guy fired so his son can continue to get paid massive amounts of money for work that he had absolutely positively no experience in at all whatsoever.
And what did the FBI do with the 1023 form, Greg?
Well, the answer is probably within that 1023 form.
It's an unclassified FBI document that allegedly depicts a criminal scheme involving Joe and Hunter Biden and a top executive at Burisma, which is, of course, the Ukrainian energy company paying millions of dollars to Hunter Biden to sit on its board and do nothing.
A trusted, confidential human source, the FBI, reported that the elder Biden accepted $5 million in exchange for policy decisions benefiting the company, another $5 million allegedly for Hunter.
So this would appear to be, Sean, the same pay-to-play scheme that's reflected in Joe Biden's famous on-camera brag when he threatened to withhold a billion in U.S. taxpayer aid to Ukraine unless the prosecutor investigating Burisma was fired and shurn off within hours of that extortion threat.
Victor Shokin was canned.
So, you know, look, it's pretty clear to me that the U.S. Attorney in Delaware and the Department of Justice and the FBI and the IRS are running a protection racket, as you've described it, for the Bidens.
The only remaining refuge for any semblance of justice now rests with the House Oversight Committee.
They can't prosecute, but they can expose.
That's important.
Well, it's at least the beginning.
We bring in Peter Schweitzer, author of the bestseller Secret Empires that got all of this started.
You actually took the time, and when Hunter Biden's laptop came out, you compared it with Joe Biden's schedule as vice president, and you were able to piece together evidence and proof that Joe, in spite of his proclamations as a candidate, that he never once talked to his son about his foreign business dealings, not only did he talk to him about it, but he protected his son as it relates to the Ukrainian monies by leveraging our money.
But you talk about very specific deals in emails to a guy, for example, named Michael Arkolatos, who had been discussing a business deal in Greece involving eco-friendly trains from China and about a dinner that took place.
And lo and behold, oh, Joe and Hunter and their Russian, Ukrainian, and Kazakh benefactors, you know, all met away from the White House in April of 2015.
Then, of course, the Russian oligarch meeting.
And then, of course, Carlos Slim and some Mexico business deals they were doing.
Is that all correct, Peter?
Yeah, Sean, that's right.
I mean, let's remember in 2019, when Hunter Biden was pressed about this, he told ABC News, yeah, I probably got the Ukrainian deal because of my last name.
Well, he got this plea deal because of his last name.
You know, just to pick up on what Greg said, look at the simple cases of the Foreign Agents Registration Act, FARA.
Go to the U.S. Department of Justice website, look at the people, the myriad of people they have charged with federal violations.
The law is very clear.
If you represent a foreign government or a foreign business before the U.S. government, meaning you set up meetings, you arrange meetings, you are required by federal law to register with the Department of Justice.
And there are lots of people who have been prosecuted and gone to jail for doing that.
Hunter Biden did that.
You see that in the emails.
You see that in the admissions by Chinese officials.
Hunter Biden was setting up meetings with those people, with barisma executives, with his father.
That's a clear violation of FARA.
And yet there's no mention of it here.
So, you know, I have to admit, Sean, I've been on your show.
I've talked with you.
I've talked with Greg.
I was kind of cautiously optimistic that we were going to get justice in this case.
Very clearly, I was naive, and I'm just crestfallen.
This is a criminal justice system where a clear-cut case of violating the law, feral violations, tax evasion.
The lesson we can learn from this, Sean, is if you're going to avoid paying millions of dollars in taxes, just make sure your last name is Biden and make sure you're on drugs, because essentially they're saying that's what makes this case different than so many other cases of people who evaded taxes and ended up going to jail because of it.
Okay, but there should be nothing in it.
We should not interpret in any way, should we, that this is the end of this.
They wanted to create the perception: oh, we're going after Donald Trump, but we're going after him with a vengeance.
So, you know, we're showing that we're fair, and we're going to give probation to Hunter Biden on all of these violations.
Ignore the real serious nature of the allegations, which is influence peddling.
Is that what they pulled here?
Because I think the American people are going to see through this.
And I've got to imagine that when we get another attorney general in there, besides somebody with the name Americ Garland, that we might have some opportunity to get real justice.
Well, look, one thing that has clearly happened, Sean, and that's because of the work that we've all been doing to bring the truth forward.
Harvard Harris polled just a few days ago, 57% of the American people, including a majority of independents, believe that Joe Biden was involved in criminal schemes involving his family to get rich.
The same percentage of people believe that he probably took a bribe, this $5 million bribe.
That is a sea change of where you and I were, where Greg was back in 2018, 2019 when we first started discussing these issues.
So the American public is there, and I think the American public is going to be angry about something like this.
And the question is, what now happens on Capitol Hill?
Are we going to have congressional leaders continue to do the work that they're doing, which is bringing this stuff forward?
We're in a new phase.
You're starting to get the Hunter Biden business partners are being subpoenaed and brought up.
They've had to pull teeth to get the suspicious activity reports.
They had to pull teeth to get the FD 1023 form that they knew about.
They had to pull teeth every step of the way to actually track down the LLCs that end up being non-entity fake businesses, shell corporations that apparently paid out, according to James Comer, nine Biden family members, including grandkids.
Yeah, no, I mean, you're absolutely right.
By the way, one of the points I think to make is the power of that 1023 document.
Remember, it was drawn up in 2020.
It makes reference, apparently, to the myriad of LLCs that the Bidens were operating.
And there's even a reference, apparently, in the document where they say that's going to make it really hard to unpack.
It was not public knowledge in 2020 that the Bidens had that many LLCs.
That speaks to the fact that this is an individual, this barisma executive, that knew exactly what the Bidens were doing.
Look, the bottom line on Capitol Hill is they need to fight, they need to focus, and they need to be focused on what the core issue is here.
It's ultimately not Hunter Biden.
Joe Biden, and it is the compromise nature of this presidency.
And I still believe the facts are now getting out.
The American people see what's going on.
This is a major problem for Joe Biden.
And again, the criminal justice system has let us down.
But this story is not done.
And I still remain optimistic that the truth is going to be exposed.
All right, quick break.
More with Peter Schweitzer and Greg Jarrett on the other side.
Then your calls.
800-941-Sean as we continue from Myrtle Beach.
We're in South Carolina.
We'll have all of this tonight.
And Tim Scott will be joining us for a town hall, 9-Eastern, Satan DVR, Hannity on Fox.
All right, we continue with Greg Jarrett and Peter Schweitzer in light of the news, the slap on the wrist that zero experience Hunter got today.
You look at the Grassley report, Greg Jarrett.
They talk about countries.
This is Russia, Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Libya, Greece, Romania, Zimbabwe, Taiwan, Colombia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, the Ivory Coast, Oman, the West Indies.
You know, look, just look at all of this.
You know, go back to the Ukraine issue.
It was only two days after a Burisma board member met with Joe Biden that Hunter Biden got on the board of Burisma, at the time making $83,000 a month in payments.
Hunter sat on that board from May of 2014 through April of 2019, in large part continuing to get paid because his father leveraged our money, or the fact that he opened a joint bank account with a CEFC executive by the name of Mr. Dong to fund a $100,000 shopping spree or the $1.5 billion loan with the investment with the Bank of China 10 days after the trip in December of 2013.
There's no end to the amount of money we're talking about here.
We'll give you the last word.
Well, it's no coincidence, and you just named all of the countries that the money sources going to the Bidens came from the very nations over which then Vice President Joe Biden exerted control in foreign policy decisions.
What was being bought?
More to the point, what were the Bidens selling?
Peter is absolutely right.
In Washington, where influence, peddling, and graft are endemic.
The Bidens have taken it to dizzying heights.
And, you know, I think today's sweetheart plea deal calls into question the integrity of the U.S. Attorney David Weiss, who negotiated this slap on the wrist instead of felony charges.
And of course, in his public statement, he insists, oh, the investigation is still ongoing.
Do not buy it for one moment.
Weiss has no intention of doing anything other than shutting down the files.
His announcement of an ongoing probe is a charade.
It's designed to prevent him from answering uncomfortable questions from the congressional committees that are digging deep into Biden family corruption.
All right.
I appreciate you both.
Peter Schweitzer, thank you.
Greg Jarrett, thank you.
800-941-Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program?
Well, full coverage of this tonight at our town hall with Senator Tim Scott.
We're in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
We hope you'll set your DVR and join us for all of this.
We have a lot going on tonight.
9 Eastern, set your DVR on Fox.
I want to remind you, speaking of the IRS, the same rules I promise you that apply to Hunter Biden will not apply to you.
And if you think it will, good luck with that philosophy.
It's not a matter of if they come after you.
It's when they come after you.
And, you know, now the IRS is getting very aggressive, except if your last name's Biden, and they're sending letters to people.
We may speak to your neighbor, your employer, or others if needed.
They're sending that in letters to people.
Quote, the IRS may communicate with other agencies about your case, such as the Justice Department.
Or, for example, quote, if you owe over $50,000, the IRS may restrict or revoke your passport.
Listen, if you owe the IRS personally or your business may be hindon on, say, payroll taxes, do not deal with them on your own unless you can afford Hunter's attorneys.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
We're in Myrtle Beach for in South Carolina.
Toll Freeo numbers 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We have a town hall with Tim Scott tonight.
We'll obviously have all of this news on the Hunter-Di-Biden plea deal, the slap on the wrist, the sweetheart deal that doesn't deal with any of the major issues of, let's just call it economic malfeasance from the Biden family syndicate.
First, I want to remind you, Henry Repeating Arms, great, great company.

All right, 800-941-Sean, our number.
We'll get to your calls in a second.
One thing, Kevin McCarthy said, this plea deal now means that the DOJ can no longer withhold Hunter evidence from Congress.
Well, they've been stonewalling the entire time.
Now, remember, the DOJ is part of the executive branch.
That is Joe Biden's Department of Justice.
Under the Department of Justice is the FBI.
That is Joe Biden's FBI.
Remember, everyone made a big deal when, you know, early in his presidency, Donald Trump said to James Comey, now, you're going to be my guy, right?
Well, he goes, this is terrible.
He was doing what he did as a private citizen in a business deal.
All right, you're the guy.
I'm going to hire you.
And they made such a big deal about it.
Anyway, McCarthy telling reporters, my first reaction continues to show the two-tiered system of justice in America.
If you are the president's leading political opponent, the DOJ will put you in jail, try to give you prison time.
If you're the president's son, you get a sweetheart deal.
Now, this does nothing for our investigation.
He's talking about James Comer's investigation in the House Oversight Committee, also Jim Jordan's investigation in the House Judiciary Committee.
And he said it should actually enhance our investigation because now the DOJ should not be able to withhold any information saying that there's a pending investigation.
He's 100% right.
They should be able to provide Chairman Comer with any information that he requires.
And Comer also pledged that his committee would continue the investigations into the Bidens in his own statement from earlier today.
And he said these charges against Hunter Biden and his sweetheart deal plea deal have no impact on the Oversight Committee's investigation.
We will not rest until the full extent of President Biden's involvement in the family schemes are revealed.
And that's what it really comes down to.
You know, already I'm getting anecdotal information, people sending me stuff about what's going on at MSDNC.
Oh, nobody gets charged for a gun violation like this.
If you're addicted to, you know, crack cocaine, nobody would get.
No, this is normal.
No, it's not.
I promise you, if the last name were Trump, there'd be a very different response.
Fake news, CNN.
They're out there claiming the plea deal disproves Republican complaints about a two-tiered justice system.
Excuse me?
Talk about fake news.
You know, reacting to news of this CNN anchored Dana Bash warning.
Republicans who feel the need to or the desire to defend Donald Trump are making the same arguments that they're making against Hunter Biden, which is allegations that the DOJ, that there are two tiers of justice.
One is for Democrats, the other is for Republicans.
We can't say this enough.
There's no evidence to prove it at all.
Okay, there's evidence all over the place.
How come Hillary Clinton, no prosecutor would prosecute, top secret classified material on her hard drive?
How come her home in Chappaqua wasn't raided?
How come the location of the servers wasn't raided?
How come she got away with subpoenaed emails being deleted with bleach pit and devices destroyed with hammers?
That's equal justice.
That's equal application of our laws.
You can't claim at all that there's a two-tier justice system.
There's a two-tier justice system.
No evidence to prove it.
And we need to also point out the U.S. Attorney in Delaware is a Trump appointee, intentionally kept by Joe Biden to try to take away the appearance of any political influence of the Biden White House.
Yeah, okay, looked over by Joe Biden's own Attorney General, Merrick Garland.
Means nothing to me.
Anyway, Chad in Texas, your reaction to all this today, Chad, what's going on?
Hey, Sean, it's good to talk to you in the show.
Always glad to get through the busy phone lines.
You know, it's another slap on the wrist of a Democratic elite with the last name Biden, even though he has no political experience, but it is the shoe that fits.
It's a Biden, it's a Democrat.
It's going to be a slap on the wrist.
And, you know, Donald Trump was right.
And he said they're going to have these charges to make it look somewhat, quote unquote, fair.
And he was very correct on that.
But no matter what the charge is going to be, obviously there's going to be no jail time.
Did I read that correctly?
I'm sorry.
Say the last part?
There's going to be apparently, I have more to this, but apparently there's going to be no jail time for this.
No jail time, none.
Okay.
And I can imagine to see, well, I never seen any of the Trump kids be convicted felons or former crack addicts with an illegally possession of a firearm.
And then what happened to that firearm in the end?
It was in a trash can.
They got across from an elementary school.
So, it is all of these things that can happen for a Biden, or if it were a Clinton.
I'm going to leave the Obama out of it because they were young girls and out of the limelight.
So, they're off the cook here, right?
So, it is no surprise here that Hunter Biden, all those things in the past, that his last name was Biden, and he could have done anything.
I mean, he could have been the manager for the New York Yankees and do a better job than Aaron Boone is doing right now, right?
Just because of the last name Biden, he gets a pass, whether it's Biden, if it's Clinton, if it is or any other big-time Democrat last name, it is a pass.
And that is one thing the absolute idiotic left, I almost didn't say it insane, but they haven't gone that far off the rails to a certain degree.
But it's the idiotic left, the party and the people that vote that way that do not see it for what it is.
So, today, absolutely no surprise.
Slap on the wrist.
Well, it's still a shock to the system.
I mean, just the audacious nature of this, the audacity of these people.
You know, they don't care.
And they feel emboldened.
They feel empowered.
Why shouldn't they?
Hillary got away with it.
Why shouldn't they?
Joe Biden got away with his top secret classified documents.
Hunter's gotten away with it.
Joe's gotten away with lying about never talking to his son.
Joe Biden and the whole Biden family, they still have all of this money they took in from all of these countries.
Joe Biden got away with bragging about leveraging a billion taxpayer dollars.
Joe Biden got away with allowing his son to continue to get paid for work that he didn't qualify for, that he had no experience in.
And it wasn't just Burisma.
It was all of these countries that I've gone through and mentioned throughout the program today.
Anyway, Chad, appreciate it.
We go to Pennsylvania.
Jeff is next.
What's up, Jeff?
How are you?
I'm doing well, Sean.
How are you?
It's great to talk to you.
You feel as frustrated as I do, but I'm frustrated at Republicans, that they seemingly have all this evidence and they can't do anything with it.
And I know the DOJ is weaponized and obstructing justice, but when McCarthy, his first words back in November were, clear your calendars for January.
The impeachment is coming, and I've seen nothing about impeachment.
Why hasn't that happened two or three times?
I don't think he ever promised to impeach Biden.
I don't recall that promise ever.
I mean, yeah, I remember that it was coming, and several people have said that.
I know Marjorie Kelly Greene is talking about it now, but he hadn't said it.
Why wouldn't he say it?
Why wouldn't he?
Well, I know there's been talk about impeaching Mayorkas and impeaching Mary Garland.
However, I mean, do I think that if we get to the bottom of Joe Biden and Hunter's business dealings and whether or not he performed acts as vice president in exchange for monies?
Yeah, that would be an impeachable offense.
Bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors.
That's straight out of impeachment 101.
So what is preventing some of these people from getting indicted?
The Democrats seem to know how to do that.
George Santos.
They just have nothing but audacity and a flagrant double standard, and they don't care.
So is there no checks and balances for a crooked DOJ?
If they just continue doing what they are doing now, the DOJ and the FBI.
No, there's going to be checks and balances.
And I think this is where now the power of the purse comes into play.
And I think Republicans in the House have to use that power and insist that the FBI reorganize itself, build itself back up, top to bottom, bottom to top.
And they have got to remove all of the cancer that is on the seventh floor of the FBI.
And they've got to go case by case, agent by agent, department by department, and they've got to do a thorough investigation and refocus this, you know, what was once the world's premier law enforcement agency back on their original mission.
Their original mission was not to put cinderblocks on the scales of presidential elections.
You know, their mission was not to only go after people they don't like and give breaks to all the people that they do like or the people that they agree with politically and go after the people they disagree with politically.
So that's up to them.
Taylor, San Diego, Cogo Radio, next, Sean Hannity Show.
How are you, Taylor?
Sean, thanks for having me on.
How are you today, buddy?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
Very good, very good.
So I was listening on this show, and I definitely agree with you when you said that Joe Biden was definitely unfit to hold office, man.
Like, truthfully, like, I'll be frank, man, like, buddy can't even get off of a bike.
Like, if you have trouble boarding a non-motor vehicle, like, it's time to give it up.
You know what I mean?
So, my question to you was: you know, since there's a minimum age to run for president, do you think that there should be a maximum age?
And if so, what do you think that maximum age should be?
I don't even think it really has to do with age.
I mean, you can look at Bernie Sanders or Donald Trump, and they're as sharp as they've ever been.
And I've, you know, just watched them speak, listen to them.
Bernie Sanders hasn't lost a beat.
You know, Joe Biden is a cognitive mess, and it's based.
Look, some people can have, you know, cognitive decline in their 50s and 60s for crying out loud.
You know, that can happen to people.
And it's a sad thing to watch and see.
It can be very debilitating and very painful to watch if it's a loved one.
I don't think that's a factor of age.
I mean, Joe Biden being blown over by the wind while he's climbing up the stairs of Air Force One is not exactly subject to an age thing.
I mean, I'm at this older age in my life now, if you will, and I'm not that old, that I'm the strongest I've ever been in my life.
Anyway, appreciate it.
Big time AJ Houston, Texas.
I know he's reeling today.
Big time.
I don't know what to say.
We're losing our country big time.
Big time, Sean Hannity.
Hey, first of all, I want to wish you a happy Father's Day and hope you had a great one, Big Daddy.
I had a great one, my friend.
How about you?
Oh, man, just had steak.
I guess all I wanted.
I didn't want no ties.
I didn't want no shoes.
I didn't want no house coat.
Just steak.
I got a shirt.
It's still in the box, but go ahead.
Hey, come on.
Now to the idiot.
Sean.
Yeah.
It's time for the Republicans to stop talking.
I'm tired of them coming on TV telling us the same thing over and over again.
Hunter Biden, he pleading out.
Okay, everybody know what this is all about, Sean.
I mean, come on.
They ain't got nothing on Trump, but they're investigating Trump.
We got everything on Biden and Hunter Biden, and they're not touching them with a 10-foot pole.
Now, Biden going around doing his trans stuff, doing all this crap.
And the parents, I told big time pags, the parents that's going along with all this crap and all these politicians, they need to go to jail for child abuse.
What they want to do to our children.
And that, I mean, it's unbelievable.
And then they want to use the so-called Juneteenth thing.
Sean, I never was a slave.
Those slaves are dead.
They the ones should get the reparations if there were any to give.
These people, they got the world in the palm of their hand.
And I said, these people, I mean all people.
I ain't talking about no certain color of people, Sean.
All people.
They got the world in the palm of our hands, what our ancestors left us.
And some of them don't even want to use it.
Look at the flats in schools.
Look at the out-of-control borders.
Look at the out-of-control police.
Look at the kids running around jumping on police, amalancing, all.
We don't have law and order.
We got to put the foot to these kids.
I'm sorry.
I ain't got time for this.
Our pride is being broken.
Forget the pride they're talking about.
Our pride is being broken.
I'm rambling, Sean.
I'm rambling because I'm mad.
I want these Republicans to stop playing around and get some cohonies and go after these Democrats.
A lot of them should be in jail right now, Sean.
Right now, they have, we now have to revisit exactly how we now look at financing law enforcement and the Department of Justice.
And that's where the Republicans can be most effective and finish the investigation started in the House Judiciary Committee and the House Oversight Committee.
Anyway, big time.
We love you, man.
800-941-Sean, our number.
