This is an iHeart podcast.
All right, thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, we've got a lot of obvious breaking news today.
We're going to be covering all of it.
We'll cover it all tonight.
We're in Myrtle Beach.
We're in South Carolina for Senator Tim Scott's Town Hall.
That will not stop us from doing full, complete wall-to-wall coverage of all this involving Hunter Biden in case you missed it.
The U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware did what I told you he was going to do.
Have I not been saying this, Linda, again and again and again?
Don't expect this to be a real indictment.
This is going to be smoke and mirrors.
This is going to be low-hanging fruit.
And they're going to hope and pray that this sticks in the minds of the American people that somehow we're really fair.
We are.
We're fair people.
You know, see, we even went after Hunter.
No, this is not fair because they ignored the majority of the things that they should have been investigating, that they haven't been investigating.
And that at least James Comer has pledged today that he will continue down the road.
And it's exactly what I told you it was going to be.
I told you this would be tax charges.
He has two misdemeanor tax offenses and a felony firearm offense.
The two violations, failure to pay income tax, one violation, unlawful possession of a firearm by a person that is prohibited, like a crack addict.
That's, you know, you're not allowed to lie on a gun application form.
God saved the queen.
Joe Biden didn't mention that in his Connecticut speech the other day.
God saved the queen man when he was talking about gun violence.
So Hunter received taxable income in excess of $1.5 million annually in the calendar years 2017 and 2018.
And despite owing in excess of $100,000 in federal income taxes each year, he did not pay the income tax due for either year.
That's $3 million in income.
And from on or about October 12, 2018, through October 23rd, 2018, Hunter lied on a gun application and purchased a firearm despite knowing he was an unlawful user of such and addicted to a controlled substance.
Hmm.
Now, in that case, he's going to get what's called pre-trial diversion, a voluntary program.
Gee, this had to be really hard for Hunter to decide.
Let's see.
I'm going to take this to trial and risk going to jail, or I'm going to be part of a voluntary pre-trial diversion program that will allow supervision administered by pretrial services or a probation officer.
And the offender for the pretrial diversion enters into a contract with the U.S. Attorney's Office, pledging to meet certain conditions, refrain from certain criminal activity for a specified period of time.
And by the way, if convicted, he would have faced a maximum of 12 months in prison on each tax charge and a maximum of 10 years in prison.
But he's not going to get any time in jail at all whatsoever.
So pick the adjective that you like because all of it would be applicable.
You want to talk about a sweetheart deal?
This is a sweetheart deal.
You want to talk about the dual justice system?
This is a dual justice system.
Actually, I think President Trump really had the best line.
He truth socialed out that the corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter a mere traffic ticket.
And this is how broken our system is.
And he's right.
The only response from Joe Biden, who said over and over and over again that his son is innocent and his son did no wrong, just like he lied and said that he never once spoke to Hunter about his foreign business dealings when we know damn well based on photographic evidence, meeting times and places, and all sorts of other evidence that he was up to his eyeballs in these activities, and that is yet to be resolved.
Their only reaction is the president and the first lady love their son and support him as he continues to rebuild his life.
We will have no further comment.
That's the end of that.
And then Biden's attorney saying in a statement, Hunter will take responsibility.
He's not taking responsibility, not paying taxes on $3 million.
If your last name is Trump, you're not getting away with it.
And that speaks volumes.
That's what we mean when we don't have equal justice or equal application of our laws in America.
And if you don't have that, you don't have a Constitution, you don't have a rule of law, and it's called a dual justice system.
This is not taking responsibility.
This is a sweetheart deal to create a false perception after everything they've done to Donald Trump.
See, we even went after Hunter Biden.
No, you gave Hunter Biden a little tap on the wrist.
It's not even a slap on the wrist.
And I was warning everybody to pay attention because the Bidens hired one of the few good attorneys in Washington, D.C., and his name is Abby Lowell.
Abby Lowell, I take seriously.
He's a real attorney, and he's the one that negotiated this sweetheart deal.
And I don't blame him.
That's his job as an attorney.
He's the one that got off John Edwards.
He's the one that got off Menendez.
This guy knows his business.
So I warned you that something like this was very likely.
I told you that this was going to be a sweetheart deal.
Now, all the people in the world can point out what we've just stated.
It's a two-tier just a two-tiered system of justice and a slap on the wrist and a stunt, as Marjorie Taylor Green called it.
This is a joke.
This is not a real charge.
This is not a real investigation.
I love what Tom Cotton said.
The DOJ suddenly rediscovered prosecutorial discretion when it benefits Joe Biden's preposterously corrupt son.
He's right.
Jim Banks saying Hunter Biden's tax misdemeanors are far less concerning to me than the serious allegations of corruption and bribery facing President Biden.
Now, this is the big part of the equation.
They've had four years, and this is what they come up with: a slap on the wrist.
They had, let's see, when did they raid Mar-a-Lago in August of last year?
And now they already have 37 charges against Donald J. Trump.
Wow, that was awfully speedy.
Now, they've had that FD 1023 form that is given by a credible, the FBI deems this individual credible because the FBI deemed him credible by paying him hundreds of thousands of dollars that makes very specific allegations about Joe Biden taking specific actions on behalf of a foreign entity.
We happen to now know that that would be Ukraine.
And that they did, you know, what has the FBI done for the last four years having this allegation on their plate?
With, of course, the Burisma executive having claimed to have 17 tapes.
That was in the 1023 form.
What have they done in that case?
Pretty much next to nothing because all they've been doing is been stonewalling James Comer and Jim Jordan's committees.
Look at it this way.
You think there's equal justice under the law?
You explained to me how James Comey in July of 2016 lays out all of the top-secret classified information that Hillary Clinton has on her personal servers, but no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
And that's only the 30,000 emails that we know that she had, and that it discounts the 33,000 emails that were subpoenaed that she erased with Bleach Bit and the devices that might have had copies with them that were destroyed with hammers by staff members and the SIM cards removed from those Blackberries and those iPhones.
Oh, I'm sure that's equal justice.
When did they raid Hillary's Chappaqua home?
When did they raid, like they buried at Mar-a-Lago, Joe Biden's Corvette garage where they found top secret classified information?
When did they raid the Penn Biden Center at UPenn?
When did they raid the University of Delaware?
When did they raid the Biden Beach House?
It's awfully nice that somebody that makes a senator's salary his whole adult life can afford a beach house in Delaware.
Beach houses usually cost millions of dollars from what I hear.
But then again, Hunter does implicate his own father and says half his income is going to pops.
This is not equal justice under the law.
This is a sad day for this country in every way.
And the left is not going to see it that way.
Let me give you a few examples because you want to talk about a double standard that exists in this country.
Okay, well, there was a CFO.
Oh, that's right.
There's one man that was targeted in political campaigns that they were going to go after.
His name was Donald J. Trump.
And Donald J. Trump, let's see, you had the AG in New York, you had the district attorney in Manhattan, all campaigning.
They're going to go after one man, one organization, the Trump organization, and they did.
And then you have a CFO of the Trump organization.
This guy's name is Alan Weiselberg, longtime executive for Donald Trump.
He served as the star prosecution witness in a criminal trial of the former president's real estate company.
He was sentenced to Rikers Island for five months behind bars for helping to engineer.
Oh, that's right.
He got perks as part of his job.
He got a scholarship or a grandchild, I believe.
And he got a company car, and he got, let's see, occasional use of an apartment.
And he goes to Rikers Island.
Well, I mean, why didn't he get the same sweetheart deal that Hunter got?
He was also paid about $2 million, you know, he also paid about $2 million in taxes, penalties, and interest as part of his punishment.
I didn't see any, you know, payments that Hunter's going to owe.
But anyway, he goes to Rikers Island.
19 inmates died there last year, a facility known for violence, drugs, and corruption.
You know, one person described it as going to a Byzantine black hole.
Hunter, on the other hand, will be spending whatever probation time he gets probably out at his Malibu mansion.
And two sources familiar with Hunter's deal, they went on to say that it includes a provision in which the U.S. attorney agreed to recommend probation.
He's not going to spend a day in jail.
This is a sweetheart deal.
This is not what they should have been looking into.
You know, we've got serious, credible allegations with potential tapes to back up that then Vice President Joe Biden was involved in all of these business endeavors.
You know, the U.S. attorney saying the Biden investigation is still ongoing.
Well, that's not what Biden's attorney is saying.
House Republicans, they want to know where Joe Biden got $9 million of unexplained income, apparently listed on his 2017 tax return.
I'd like to know where that money came from, too.
The Federalists noticed that Joe and Jill's joint tax return for 2017 showed nearly $9 million in unexplained income attributed to their return to Celtic Capri Corp and some other corporation.
Biden's Secret Service name is Celtic, and anyway, his wife's name, but whatever, it still doesn't explain where the $9 million come from.
Now, I think Kevin McCarthy makes a good point in saying that this should actually enhance James Comer's investigation because the DOJ should not be able to withhold any information now saying that there's a pending investigation.
You know, their investigation is supposedly done, and don't expect to get any truth from any fake news, CNN, or MSDNC.
They're just basically doing backflips and explaining away how this is actually a normal process if you lie on a gun application.
You know, explain why Mr. Weiselberg got treated differently.
Explain to me why Roger Stone got three years, four months for lying under oath to lawmakers, investigating the phony Russia collusion hoax, and he wasn't even allowed to bring up whether or not that was a legitimate issue in his defense.
Or Paul Manafort, seven and a half years in prison, tax fraud, bank fraud, FARA violations.
Well, what about all of Hunter's business dealings?
Are they not FARA violations in and of themselves?
Or what about all the meetings?
We'll talk to Greg Jarrett and Peter Schweitzer later in the program and the meetings that Joe Biden had with top business sources of zero experience Hunter or Charles Grassley talking about Hunter and Joe doing business in Russia,
Ukraine, and China, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Libya, Greece, Romania, Zimbabwe, Taiwan, Colombia, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the Ivory Coast, Oman, and the West Indies.
It's a guy that was a crack addict at the time with a proclivity towards a lot of prostitutes, too.
No FARA violation, no jail time for him.
This is a sad day for this country.
I am telling you right now, this is why Republicans better get their act together.
They have the power of the purse, and if they want to restore the FBI to its former greatness, which has long been gone as they now influence one presidential election after another, they better use the power of that purse now to restructure and rebuild that organization from the ground up.
Because it is corrupt through and through, and the double standard reeks to high heaven.
A mere traffic ticket.
That pretty much sums it up.
You know something?
If we allow this to continue in our country, you don't have a country.
This is a banana republic.
You know, Biden's lawyers out there claiming, oh, that's it.
It's all over.
No, it's not all over.
No, it's not.
And James Comer rightly is saying, no, it's not all over.
Jonathan Turley had a good take on this.
He said, this plea deal has all the markings of an avoidance of any jail time.
But more importantly, he said it was an invasion of the serious allegations facing Hunter and the entire Biden family.
So it is historic in the sense the president's son is going to plead guilty to criminal acts.
It's going to be controversial for critics.
I think for many, this is going to look like you ticketed the getaway driver after a bank robbery.
Many people view the influence peddling allegations as a very serious form of corruption and potential crime.
And he's going to plead guilty to a relatively minor tax and gun charges.
That's not going to satisfy anybody.
That's not what the investigation has been about that everybody's been asking for.
And as Comer said, these charges against Hunter and his sweetheart deal will have no impact on the Oversight Committee's investigation.
We're not going to rest until the full extent of President Biden's involvement in the family schemes are revealed.
Sleepy Joe just signed more executive actions in one week than most presidents did in their entire term.
So much for democracy.
Looks like Joe is the new dictator.
And it is on right now.
25 to the top of the hour, 800-941 Sean, our number.
I want to remind you about my friends at Lone Star Transfer.
Look, if you own a timeshare and it's been difficult to book it in the past, now it's almost impossible, as most clients are now shocked to learn that their timeshare is now available to the public.
That really limits your booking options.
And many owners have now reached out.
They're upset.
Their yearly dues have once again nearly doubled during this maintenance fee season.
Now, for well over a decade, this family-owned company, they have had the pleasure.
They have helped tens of thousands of owners legally permanently get out of their never-ending timeshare fees.
An A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, hundreds and hundreds of five-star testimonials.
Their clients know that LonestarTransfer.com is the only company that they can trust, the only one I trust, the only one I recommend.
Lone Star Transfer guarantees the release of all liability to your timeshare in writing and in a specific timeframe.
So do yourself a favor, call my friends for a free no-obligation consultation.
They'll take your call now, 833-594-0075.
It's absolutely free, 833-594-0075 on the web, lonestartransfer.com.
You know, I just think of this, and the angrier I get and the more upset I am about the state of our country and the idea that we have half the country that is defending this today.
I have friends of mine writing, you can't believe how the networks are covering this.
You can't believe the double standard.
Donald Trump, something happens to him, forget it.
No problem.
Can I ask you a question?
If top secret documents, classified information, top secret information, if we had equal justice under the law, can you then explain to me why it is Chaffaqua never got raided?
Why didn't their home get raided?
Why didn't the location of Hillary's servers that she never should have had, why weren't they raided?
Why weren't they confiscated?
How is it James Comey lays out all of the top secret classified information that they found on her servers, and it was more than what they found from Donald Trump?
And that he ends and concludes with no reasonable prosecutor would ever prosecute.
Does that sound like equal justice and equal application of our laws?
Does that sound like a constitutional republic or a banana republic?
Sounds like a dual justice system, doesn't it?
If you apply the laws equally.
You know, if Donald J. Trump erased 33,000 subpoenaed emails, do you think he'd get away with that?
If he had aides breaking up devices with hammers and SIM cards, how long do you think it would be before they charged him?
This has been a four-year investigation into Hunter that ends with a slap on the wrist and no deep dive into what the real issues involving the Biden family syndicate have to deal with.
None at all.
And you get away with it.
And people are perfectly fine with it.
No, this is the way things are usually done.
This is what usually happens.
Uh-huh.
Sure.
Imagine Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, Baron Trump, Annie Trump, lying on a gun application.
What do you think would happen to them?
And then you got this whole issue of barisma.
Now, that to me gives you every bit of information why the investigation into all of these foreign countries that the Grassley memo put out is so critical and so important because they're dealing with so many countries.
I want to know how much money the entire Biden family did in business with Russia, with Ukraine, with China, with Kazakhstan, with Mexico, with Libya, with Greece, with Romania, with Zimbabwe, with Taiwan, Colombia, Qatar.
I want to know how much they did in business with the Saudis, the UAE, the Ivory Coast, Oman, the West Indies.
Because all of this, all these countries that allege that Hunter, allegedly, Hunter did businesses, that was in the Grassley report.
Charles Grassley identified this.
Nobody paid attention to it, just like nobody paid attention to the Durham report.
John Durham would be testifying on Capitol Hill tomorrow, telling everybody that Operation Crossfire Hurricane was opened under false pretenses, that there was never any evidence at all whatsoever to corroborate even one detail in Hillary Clinton's bought and paid for dirty dossier,
then used by James Comey and his FBI to justify not one but four Faisal applications so that they can ruin Carter Page's life and have a backdoor into all things Donald Trump.
You know, I'd like an explanation on Ukraine.
How is it that just two days after a Beresma board member met with Joe Biden, that all of a sudden Hunter gets a job on the board of bereavement and gets $83,000 a month in reports according and payments that he's getting?
How did that happen?
You know, the same guy that goes on GMA and admits he had no experience with Ukraine at all, none whatsoever.
No experience at all, whatsoever in oil or gas or coal.
This is an oil and gas giant.
Why do they want him?
What did they expect in return?
Joe Biden never once talked to Hunter about his foreign business dealings, but you're not getting a billion dollars until you fire this prosecutor.
Now, why would a vice president of the United States withhold $1 billion taxpayer dollars, give an ultimatum to Ukraine that he's going to take the money back unless they fire a prosecutor in six hours, and then brag later, son of a bee, they fired the guy.
Wow.
And then Hunter continues to get paid this massive amount of money every month for work in which he has no experience at all whatsoever.
After joining Burisma, Hunter requested meetings with Tony Blinken, according to State Department details.
What did he know?
He was part of the group organizing that group of 51 former Intel officials in 2020 to lie about the authenticity of Hunter Biden's very real laptop.
Or what about China and Hunter opening a joint bank account with a CEFC executive, Gongwen Dong, to fund a $100,000 global shopping spree with Jim and Sarah Biden?
How nice.
What about the $5 million, no interest, forgivable loan?
Did anyone ever get to the bottom of that?
How much money did they do in business with Russia, Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan, all these countries?
I want to know how much money they did in business.
I want to know how just 10 days after Hunter joined his father on Air Force 2 and went to Asia, including stopping in China, that Hunter Biden's firm, Rosemont Seneca, secured a billion-dollar investment in the state-owned Bank of China, later expanded to $1.5 billion.
And as a managing partner, Rosemont Seneca, Hunter Biden would undoubtedly have knowledge of the deal, which was a first of its kind.
We've been unable to find any experience that Hunter ever had in private equity or anything in between with all of this.
Charles Grassley said that the Burisma executive, and this goes to the heart of the 1023 allegation, they've had this thing for four years.
Now, how is it they could move so expeditiously, the Biden Justice Department, and go after Donald Trump?
His mar-a-lago was raided in August.
We have 37 charges against Donald Trump.
Okay.
Well, why didn't they raid Joe Biden's garage with his beautiful, precious Corvette that he loved to show off that had top secret and classified information?
Why didn't that get raided if we have equal justice under the law and we don't have a dual justice system?
Why wasn't the Penn Biden Center at UPenn raided?
Why wasn't the University of Delaware raided?
Why wasn't the Biden Beach House raided?
How come?
Why is that?
Why are there no charges against Joe Biden?
You know, how is it that all these meetings took place with Joe Biden in the lead up to all these deals with Hunter Biden?
For example, Peter Schweitzer, he'll join us at the top of the hour.
He obtained Hunter Biden's schedule from Hunter Biden's laptop from hell, and then he compared it to Joe's schedule when he was vice president.
And a lot of the meetings matched up exactly.
Well, that kind of indicates that Joe met with some of Hunter's business associates.
For example, on March 26, 2015, Hunter wrote an email to this guy, Michael Kolotios, I'm not saying that right, with whom he had been discussing a business deal in Greece.
This is the Cafe Milano meeting I'm talking about, involving eco-friendly trains from China.
Okay, the reason the dinner is ostensibly to discuss food security.
It's really to discuss food security, but it's not.
Dad is going to be there, but just keep that between us for now.
Well, I thought Dad never, Pops never knew about Hunter's foreign business dealings.
Why did Hunter complain bitterly about half his income going to Pops?
Turns out in the case of this Cafe Milano, that dinner took place April 16, 2015.
Joe Biden's the vice president, which was an opportunity to gather Joe with Hunter's Ukrainian, Ukrainian, Russian, Kazakh benefactors away from the White House.
How convenient.
But he never talked about Hunter's foreign business dealings.
The guest list was prepared by Hunter weeks before the dinner.
That also included a Russian billionaire.
You know, that's the one that wired the Russian oligarch, the former first lady of Moscow, $3.5 million.
You know, the former corrupt, former mayor of Moscow.
Three officials from Kazakhstan were also invited to the Cafe Milano dinner, including Mark Holtzman, then chairman of the Soviet Republic's largest bank.
The next day, Hunter received an email from another Russian, a senior executive of Burisma, to thank him for introducing him to his father.
But they never once talked about their foreign business dealings.
That's what we're to believe.
Then we got pictures of Joe and Hunter alongside Kazakhstan's then prime minister and junior oligarch.
Those photos also appear to be at the Cafe Milano.
I never heard of this place.
Maybe I need to go to the Cafe Milano.
Find out more about this.
You know, but of course, this doesn't happen.
This is the double standard.
So you got all these business deals with all these foreign entities and all these lies.
And yet, this is what they come up with.
This is it.
You got a firearm offense, and that's going to result in a pre-trial diversion program volunteer program that lets Hunter off the hook for lying on his gun application.
Is that the same Joe Biden in Connecticut last week that said, God save the queen, man, when talking about gun danger?
I usually shake everybody's hand, but I'm going to stand in front of each section.
No, I really mean it.
And then, and if you can see the camera, they can see you.
And it's the least consequential part of this whole meeting for you, I promise.
All right.
God save the queen, man.
God save the queen.
Did he think he was talking to the queen?
Did he think he was in London?
Does anybody know?
Not anybody on his own team know.
Burisma had Hunter Biden help open an account with a Malta bank.
Anyone forget that part of this?
That Hunter coordinated with executives at Burisma Holdings to open an account at a Maltese bank according to emails from Hunter's own laptop.
Hunter passed along income statements, passport information, utility bills in 2016 to a Burisma board member who used the information to open the account at SATA Bank.
Dear colleagues, hope all is well.
Taking into account that Burisma will now be opening an account in the Maltese bank, could you provide us your latest utility bills and a bank reference?
That was in an email that this guy wrote to Hunter and his fellow board member, Devin Archer.
That was April 24th, 2016.
We're working on this.
I was traveling with my dad and had my passport abroad last week, he said.
Subsequent emails from the guy over the following weeks asked for Hunter's certified passport copy in color, a certified declaration of source of wealth, including a profile, a certified declaration from a leading European U.S. law firm confirming his no-pending legal issues with authorities.
And in a separate email chain with Hunter, he identified the financial institution as SATA Bank.
And the information was then sent to the owner of the auction house in Malta, Pierre Pillow, which was later charged in 2020 with laundering millions of Euro, according to the Times of Malta newspaper.
Well, I would think that this might be of interest to the Attorney General and to all the people investigating the Bidens.
You know, I'm just, all of this stinks to high heaven.
And this is what you can take away from this: that the country you love that is based on the rule of law and based on a constitution, you might as well take it today and shred it and understand that today is the day that the music died.
And they were singing bye-bye American pie.
And the three men I admire most, the father, the son, and the Holy Ghost, they're catching the last train to the coast because that's the day unless we turn this around.
And the only way that's going to happen is if Republicans show strength, finish this investigation, and they've got to stop a weaponized DOJ and FBI, and hopefully maybe return this premier law enforcement agency, once great law enforcement agency, to its former greatness.
And that would include keeping them out of presidential elections and using, you know, phony, bought, and paid-for Russian dossiers where they can't confirm a single thing because it's all debunked.
It was all lies.
And holding those people that lied to FISA courts responsible and holding people working for the FBI responsible for lying about Hunter Biden's laptop and their weekly meetings with big tech companies to help Joe Biden in his presidential election aspirations.

Well, let's see how many of the Republicans have a backbone and are not going to take this.
That's always the guess.
Because there's always the few that just, yeah, it's too hard.
It's too tough.
Democrats, they circle the wagons.
Republicans create circular firing squads.
That much I can tell you.
When we come back, Peter Schweitzer and we'll get the legal aspect of all of this, the low-hanging fruit to disguise and create a false perception that they're fair.
They're not.
