| You might not have been able to follow the Durham hearings. | |
| There's a couple of big headlines, and I think it dovetails very well into what we learned about the sweetheart slap on the wrist, no equal justice deal that they gave Hunter yesterday. | |
| And it was John Durham testifying that the FBI was, our FBI was too willing to take and believe what was a completely uncorroborated dossier, which became the basis of not one before FISA application warrants. | |
| You know that at the top of a FISA warrant, it says verified. | |
| Not one fact he said was verified at all. | |
| He also said there was absolutely no legitimate basis whatsoever to ever open up Operation Crossfire Hurricane, and that they all knew it at the time. | |
| And this comes on the heels of this sweetheart deal with Hunter Biden. | |
| You know, got no jail time, the low-hanging fruit, as I call it. | |
| And here's the most damning detail that we learned last night, and I'm going to give you the ball and let you run. | |
| And that was Hunter Biden's attorney actually said, I cannot recall ever being asked about Hunter Biden's laptop. | |
| Now, Bill, we know there's incriminating evidence of crimes on the laptop. | |
| I mean, we can start with the drug use and the prostitutes and the evidence of him holding a gun naked on the laptop. | |
| Let's start there. | |
| And I'll tell you, half the country, Bill O'Reilly, and this is now a big problem for the country. | |
| They do not believe we have, and I'm one of them. | |
| I do not believe, and they don't do not believe we have equal justice under the law in America today. | |
| We don't have equal application of our laws. | |
| And we now have witnessed the Department of Justice weaponized, the FBI weaponized, and they have now put cinder blocks on the scales of the last two presidential elections. | |
| And I'll give you the specifics if you want. | |
| And I would even argue they're putting cinder blocks on the scales of this pending election. | |
| Now, Bill O'Reilly, if that's the case, if this continues, I contend that we don't have a constitutional republic anymore, that that would be a banana republic. | |
| What say you, sir? | |
| Well, number one, Wesley Snipes should be pretty PO'd right now, huh? | |
| I agree. | |
| He got three years for doing what Hunter Biden did. | |
| By the way, it's not just Wesley Snipes. | |
| Let me give you a couple of other names, which I'm sure you're aware of. | |
| I actually have the attorney on tonight for one of these guys that was put away for a period of time. | |
| His name is Kodak Black. | |
| He got, you know, he gave the wrong Social Security number on a federal gun purchase that he had, and he got 46 months in prison. | |
| Wesley Snipes got three years in prison for three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns. | |
| Hunter Biden didn't file for two years, and that was $3 million, Bill. | |
| He could easily face prison time, but look, there are two things here that people should know. | |
| They're both simple, because I'm a simple man. | |
| That's how I analyze the world. | |
| Number one, the FBI wanted to get Donald Trump. | |
| That's it. | |
| They wanted to get him. | |
| And they violated the law, and there were no consequences. | |
| Because, Bill, if you lied to a FISA court, I would imagine you're going to jail. | |
| Well, there were consequences in the sense that Comey and McCabe and Strzok, the three real big corrupt guys, they all were booted, and everybody knows how they misused their power and lied. | |
| But why were they not held legally accountable? | |
| Because who's going to do that? | |
| Eric Garland? | |
| Well, I mean, the answer is Durham should have had this done, complete, finished before the 2020 election, in my view. | |
| Yeah, but then he would have lost out of about $2 million in income. | |
| Well, okay, so it's about income for him? | |
| Well, I'm not, I don't know him, but you're right that this didn't take that long, and Hunter Biden took five years when it should have taken five months. | |

| The criminal justice system has collapsed, and the civil justice system is about to collapse. | |

| And all you've got to do is walk the streets of Chicago, San Francisco, L.A., or New York. | |
| That's criminal justice there. | |
| There's no justice. | |
| I did a very interesting analysis of why knife crimes are up in New York. | |
| Do you know why they're up in New York subways? | |
| Knife crimes? | |
| Because if you're caught with a knife and in order to be caught, you have to flash the knife. | |
| Cops can't catch you down. | |
| Nothing happens to you. | |
| Correct. | |

| And by the way, nothing happens if you have a gun either, Bill. | |
| That's a fact also. | |
| A gun in New York City, you can get time. | |
| You can, but they don't. | |
| I mean, that's what no, they're letting these guys out with no bail. | |
| But I want you to stay focused on particularly the abuse of power, the dual justice system. | |
| It depends on who's holding power. | |
| So if you understand how Washington, D.C. works, the Democrats hold power in the White House and the Senate. | |
| So they can basically do what they want now. | |
| If in 24, the power goes over to the Republicans, you're going to see a lot of new investigations on the things we're talking about right now. | |
| But Democrats hold power, you will not. | |
| And that is what has happened. | |
| So the days of Elliot Ness coming in to try to get Al Capone, and they tried to get him and they did. | |

| But Elliot Ness was an honest man. | |
| And Merrick Garland, I mean, does anybody think that he is a prosecutor who is a justice is blind? | |
| He does what he's told. | |
| He does what he's told to do. | |
| And then told to lay off Hunter. | |
| But I think that, you know, I don't know whether you know this or not, but the Democratic Party, the real very high-level guys and gals, they're worried about this thing. | |
| They're worried about Joe Biden's accusations against him, allegations against him, that he took money. | |
| They're worried. | |
| And Britt Hume said on Fox News last week, maybe two weeks ago, that in his experience, Joe Biden lives far over what his salary would dictate, which means he has more property and more assets, more everything than what he can afford on his government salary and his wife's teacher's salary. | |

| Now, that's circumstantial. | |
| Maybe they inherited something that we don't know about. | |

| I want to pull you a little deeper into what I'm looking for from you in terms of commentary and insight. | |
| And, you know, for the lawyer to say they never asked about the laptop. | |
| Now, what do we know that's on the laptop? | |
| What have we learned that's on the laptop? | |
| Well, we know that there is a lot of involvement with Joe Biden, that Joe Biden lied to the country repeatedly when he said he never once talked to Hunter about his foreign business dealings. | |
| We know that James Comer is now saying it's between $20 and $30 million family-wide that they know of now that this family made. | |
| You know, why did Joe Biden fire a prosecutor in Ukraine and leverage a billion taxpayer dollars and his son gets paid even though he admitted he had no experience at all whatsoever? | |
| We now know that they had all these LLCs around the country, nine Biden families made, and business was done in Russia, Ukraine, China, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Libya, Greece, Romania, Zimbabwe, Taiwan, Colombia, Qatar, the UAE, the Saudis, Ivory Coast, Oman, and the West Indies, Bill. | |
| I want to know how much money this family made in business deals and how much they profited, and what did these countries expect for the monies that they were paying this family? | |
| You're never going to know that with the Attorney General being Merrick Garland, ever. | |
| So James Comer will never get to the bottom of this. | |
| Jim Jordan can't get to the bottom of this? | |
| Wait a minute. | |
| Listen to me closely. | |
| You are not going to know it because the FBI, which is the investigative arm of the Justice Department, does not want to find it out. | |
| So they don't want to find it out, but Comer and Jim Jordan do. | |
| So we, the people, will know, won't we? | |
| And isn't it imperative we know? | |
| Yeah, it is imperative we know if we want an honest country, which we don't have now. | |
| But here's what Comer and Jordan have to do. | |
| They've got to stop convicting Biden on television. | |
| They have to stop that. | |
| And they have to go on in a more sober manner and lay out using charts, using visuals, whatever it may be, in very simple ways, what they know to be true. | |
| That's what they have to do, so that even the dimmest person understands this whole con and that the Biden family are grifters. | |
| I'm not convicting anybody here, but you rightly stated that the family, it looks like they derived $20 million for nothing. | |
| They did nothing. | |
| And they were paid $20 million by a number of foreign entities. | |
| But Bill, now we've got to go a little deeper. | |
| What did Joe know? | |
| When did he know it? | |
| Now, we know he lied about talking to his son about his business dealings because we have photographic evidence. | |
| We have dates and times. | |
| We outlined all the dates and times on this program yesterday of Joe meeting with his foreign business partners while he's vice president. | |
| Then we've got this 1023 form. | |
| We know the FBI thinks that the witness in that case, the person that signed it, is credible because the FBI was paying this individual hundreds of thousands of dollars for previous intelligence. | |
| And yet they try to hide it from the committee and they're doing backflips to protect the Biden family. | |
| Now, Bill, that's called bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors, impeachable. | |
| That's really impeachable, not a fake impeachment. | |
| You're not going to get the Senate to convict on that unless the Senate turns Republican. | |
| None of the questions that you have raised in our conversation today will be answered by the Justice Department. | |
| None of them. | |
| But I want the American people to know before the election, Bill, and I know you do. | |
| And the only avenue open to the American people is to listen to the Oversight and Judiciary Committee's evidence. | |
| And the only way they're going to do that, Hannity, with the corrupt media not even reporting it, is if Comer and Jordan do what I just suggested. | |
| I don't think it's a bad idea. | |

| The fact that he testified that the FBI, you know, similarly had no basis at all to start or open Operation Crossfire Hurricane. | |

| The FBI had Hunter's laptop in December of 2019. | |
| John Solomon reported they verified its authenticity in the spring of 2020, and yet the FBI still sent in the months leading up to the 2020 election FBI agents to meet with big tech on a weekly basis. | |
| And among the testimony in the case of Missouri with Eric Schmidt, now senator, then attorney general of Missouri, Yo Roth, who was the former Twitter integrity site head, said that they were warning them that they might be victims of misinformation and it may be about Joe and Hunter Biden, thus resulting in big tech, you know, unanimously censoring what was a huge story about a true laptop in the weeks leading into a presidential election. | |
| Now, that's not putting Cinderblocks on the scales of a presidential election, Bill. | |
| I don't know what is. | |
| Let me ask you a question. | |

| So you do radio and television every day, reaching more Americans than any other commentator in the country. | |

| Is there one person in either audience TV or radio that doesn't know the FBI and the Justice Department under Garland do not want to know anything about Hunter and Joe Biden? | |
| Every American knows that. | |
| Do you think the left knows it and they just lie about it? | |
| They, of course, they know about it. | |
| The only people who don't know about it are people who don't consume any media at all, which is why when you see the polling on Biden, it's so low. | |
| The only people that support him are fanatical leftists, people who did ideology is everything. | |
| The real crisis here is that so many Americans who know, and this includes liberals and people in the Democratic Party, don't care. | |
| Let me ask this then. | |
| What does this mean for our country in light of, for example, how if your last name is Trump, they could have a three-year-long phony investigation launched by very powerful people in the Department of Justice and the FBI, and then we could have a follow-up, you know, the FBI putting the cinder blocks on the scales of the next presidential election. | |
| And how do people not look at that as a threat to our republic? | |
| It is a threat, but many Americans, I put the number at 30 to 40 percent, don't like America the way it is. | |
| That's why that's the woke movement. | |
| That's the progressive movement. | |
| We're an evil country. | |
| We exploit minorities. | |
| We persecute trans people. | |
| We're horrible. | |
| They want a new system, a socialistic economic system, and a banishment of anybody who disagrees with them. | |
| And I mean that word literally. | |
| You are banished. | |
| And I could give you examples, and you know I could. | |
| In every major industry, you go up against woke, you're out on your butt. | |
| And this movement doesn't care about justice or unfairness to Trump or anything like that. | |
| It's a fanatical movement to change the essence of America, to wipe out traditional beliefs. | |
| And it has gone a lot of power because Biden and the corporate media enable it. | |
| Bill, the corporate media and Democrats lied to the country for three long years about Russia collusion that never ever happened. | |
| Look, look at the, go back to the July 2016 presser by James Comey. | |
| Top secret classified information all over Hillary's computers and servers. | |
| Okay. | |
| No reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. | |
| Then that's only the 30,000 emails that they had recovered. | |
| The other 33,000 were deleted with bleach pit. | |
| You probably had never heard of bleach pit. | |
| I certainly hadn't prior to that. | |
| And then we know devices are destroyed with hammers. | |
| That's called obstruction, Bill, but nothing happens to her. | |
| Then they take her dossier, dirty dossier. | |
| She paid for it, along with DNC money. | |
| And it's a Russian dossier. | |
| Christopher Steele puts it together. | |
| They can't corroborate a single thing. | |
| James Comey signed personally three of the four FISA applications. | |
| It says verified at the top of that document. | |
| And Durham now says not one fact in that dossier was verifiable that was not true. | |
| And it became the basis of three years of lies. | |
| Now, did the media ever go back and correct their lies? | |
| Did they ever admit their mistake? | |
| Did they ever pledge to change? | |
| No. | |
| Did the Democrats? | |
| No. | |
| They're clinging to their lies today. | |
| And if that can happen in America, Bill, and then it can happen in the next election, and now we're going to treat one family one way and the Clinton and Biden family a different way in our justice system. | |
| Well, you tell me, Bill O'Reilly, you tell me what kind of country that is. | |
| Well, it's a country in chaos and it's a country in decline. | |
| But there's hope. | |
| Where's the hope of the November 2024 election? | |
| Yes, because if Republicans are able to control the White House and at least one body of Congress, they'll be able to prosecute Comey. | |
| They'll be able to go after McCain. | |
| Statute of limitations, Bill, all over. | |
| Nice try. | |
| Not going to happen. | |
| I think there are certain crimes that those men allegedly committed that will not run out the statute. | |
| I'd have to study it, but I believe that they could be brought in. | |
| The evidence is certainly there. | |
| It was unverified. | |
| Here's the evidence that we know about, for example. | |
| We know the FBI in early October 2016. | |
| Now, remember, the FISA application was filed just at the end of October 2016. | |
| But in early October 2016, the FBI sent agents across the pond to visit with Christopher Steele and offered him over a million dollar bounty. | |
| That was in the Durham Report, too. | |
| And if he could only corroborate any part of the dossier, he couldn't collect the penny bill. | |
| And then the one guy that was the source, this guy Danchenko, before they signed the third FISA application, the second renewal, he said it was all bar talk. | |
| None of it was true. | |
| And they knew that in January of 2017, they still signed two more FISA applications after that bill. | |
| And then they put that guy on the FBI payroll. | |
| To try and convict anyone on radio or television, but I will tell you that if I'm attorney general, I can bring a conspiracy case against a number of government officials, former government officials, that will not be denied by the Statue of Limitations. | |
| And that should be a campaign promise by all the Republican candidates that if you elect me, I'm going after these people. | |
| And that would be a stunning thing, very specifically. | |
| And they should go down the list. | |
| Conspiracy is very, very different than lying to an FBI agent or anything like that. | |
| And you can prove, you and me have proven it on this radio program that a conspiracy did take place to get Trump. | |
| Get him. | |
| Any way you can get him. | |
| Well, Bill, let's be honest. | |
| It looks like they've got him in a really bad spot now. | |
| And that position is getting worse daily because I would imagine that there's going to be an indictment out of D.C. There's going to be one out of Fulton County, Georgia, and they may even decide to bring one out of New Jersey by the time all things are said and done. | |
| I don't know about that, because it's shaky. | |
| It depends on... | |
| It's shaky? | |
| I mean, you think Donald Trump has a shot with Alvin Bragg in New York City with a New York City jury? | |
| Because I think he has no shot. | |
| I disagree. | |
| I think that thing's going to get thrown out in federal court. | |
| Well, I think on appeal, but I think there'll be a guilty verdict before that. | |
| I mean, what they're charging him still has not been defined. | |
| It's a joke. | |
| I mean, I'm not saying that it's right. | |

| I mean, look, I understand why people are cynical about things, but there is. | |

| Oh, I just understand that people go, oh, there's Justice Barbie. | |

| Trump has an explanation for everything except one. | |
| He did not return the documents when asked by the archives. | |
| That's what they have him on. | |

| Joe Biden had documents in four separate locations. | |
| None of them were rated. | |
| The FBI acknowledged Hillary had top secret classified information. | |
| Is that equal application of our laws, Bill O'Reilly? | |
| It's not going to stand in court. | |
| The lawyers and the courts. | |
| They won't let the comparison come up. | |
| But the reality is our Justice Department treats two families and Democrats differently than they do another family and Republicans. | |
| That's where we are. | |
