So, Winken, Tony Blinken over in China, you know, and there's Joe Biden.
He claimed the Chinese spy balloon was more embarrassing for China than intentional.
Do you really believe that, Joe?
Because if you do, you are really dumb.
You know, let me be clear.
This was intentional.
This was a test.
And you failed with flying colors as they suspected you probably would.
Anyway, so Blinken even met with President Xi in this high-stakes bid to ease these rising tensions.
I call it a new axis of evil, and that is China and Russia and Iran.
And now you see that China's extending its sphere of influence in Africa, in Latin America, in Cuba, in the Middle East, negotiating deals between the Saudis and the Iranians, and now the Saudis and the Syrians.
And it's clear that they see that a president is checked out and that America has abdicated its role as the world's leader.
There's efforts not only involved economically in terms of currency manipulation and intellectual property theft, but now we also see that they want the dollar replaced as the world's currency.
So Blinken lands in Beijing, marking the first Secretary of State visit since 2018.
I'd much rather have Mike Pompeo there, to be frank, but it is real, and there were no consequences at all whatsoever for the communist Chinese sending their spy balloon over Alaskan airspace, down the west coast of Canada, into Idaho, across to Montana, over all silo missile sites, you know, then down to Kansas, Missouri, up to Kentucky, and of course right out at the Carolinas.
And oh, we'll take it out now after they were getting real intelligence back in real time.
By the way, we have State Department cable suggesting that COVID, the COVID outbreak could have been contained if China did not pursue their cover-up strategy.
But we already knew that when they put their own travel ban in place.
Anyway, so Blinken is over there, and he says a lot of things.
After meeting with China, he says the U.S. does not support Taiwan independence.
Is that his way of going full French President Macron and winking and nodding that the U.S. won't lift a finger to help Taiwan?
And then he talks about how China's broad economic success is in our interest.
Well, their economic success is at our expense because we're too stupid to have learned our lesson.
And then he further goes on to say there was no breakthrough in terms of resuming any direct military to military communication with China.
Remember, they just flat out rejected Defense Secretary Austin's efforts to meet with his Chinese counterpart.
Anyway, let me play that for you.
On Taiwan, I reiterated the long-standing U.S. one-China policy.
That policy has not changed.
It's guided by the Taiwan Relations Act, the three joint communiques, the six assurances.
We do not support Taiwan independence.
We remain opposed to any unilateral changes to the SAS quote by either side.
We continue to expect the peaceful resolution of cross-strait differences.
We remain committed to meeting our responsibilities under the Taiwan Relations Act, including making sure that Taiwan has the ability to defend itself.
I also noted to our hosts that China's broad economic success is also in our interest.
We have done a remarkable job rebounding from COVID and having a growing economy, very low unemployment, tremendous investments in our future.
But we also benefit tremendously when there is growth and progress in other countries, especially one of the world's largest economies when it comes to China.
So it simply would not be in our interest to seek to.
And as I mentioned, and as you heard Secretary Yellen to Congress just a few days ago, in fact, it would be disastrous.
You just said China did not agree to open that militarily to military line of talks.
Did Xi Jinping just say no?
It's a work in progress.
This is something that we need to do in the interests of both of our countries.
That is not only to establish and reestablish and strengthen lines of communication across our government, which we have done starting with this trip, and I believe visits to follow by a number of my colleagues and then Chinese officials coming to the United States.
Usually important if we're going to responsibly manage the relationship, if we're going to communicate clearly and try to avoid the competition that we have during anti-conflict.
But an aspect of that that really is important is military to military.
We don't have an agreement on that yet.
It's something we're going to keep working.
I made very clear to our Chinese counterparts the importance that we attach to that, something that is also profoundly in their interest.
Because again, we both agree that we want to, at the very least, make sure that we don't inadvertently have a conflict because of miscommunication, because of misunderstanding.
Anyway, joining us now, Gordon Chang, author of The Coming Collapse of China and the Great U.S.-China Tech War.
Do you agree with me that China has now pretty much declared a Cold War with the U.S.?
And do you agree with me that China's alliance with Russia and Iran represents a real clear present danger to the world and a new axis of evil?
Yes on both, Sean.
There is a new axis of evil.
It is Russia.
It's Iran, North Korea, Pakistan, Algeria, and the country that backs all of them, which is China.
And as Xi Jinping was leaving Moscow on March 22nd, he was bidding farewell to Vladimir Putin after their 40th in-person chat, Xi Jinping said, quote, change is coming that hasn't happened in 100 years, and you and I, remember he's talking to Putin, and you and I are driving this change together.
What the Chinese leader was saying was that he was the boss of the world and the U.S. was no longer a factor in global affairs.
And really, this has been China's propaganda line now for about a year and a half, two years, that China has replaced the U.S. Biden is going along with this, as you pointed out.
And there are a number of other examples that we could talk about.
But the point is right now is that we do not have a president who is defending us.
And his comments on Saturday, which you started with, about the balloon was not intentional, that the China was embarrassed by it, that those are Communist Party talking points.
We do not need a CCP apologist who's sitting in the Oval Office because that is an abrogation of his highest constitutional duty, which is to protect the United States from China, not to propagate China's notions to the American people.
Well, this goes to the heart of why the investigation into the Biden family business, or syndicate, as I call it, is so relevant, because I want to know how much the Biden family, while Joe was vice president, did in business deals with Hunter Biden, who at the time was a crack addict.
I want to know how much money, you know, how big were these deals?
We've heard about the $1.5 billion deal with the Bank of China.
We heard about a $100,000 shopping spree for the Biden family, courtesy of a Chinese foreign national.
We heard about a $5 million forgivable no-interest loan from the communist Chinese.
And we're trying to get to the bottom of it.
I know that James Comer and his committee in House Oversight is trying to get to the bottom of it.
But if all that money, in fact, was being passed between the Bidens and the communist Chinese, I got to imagine that they have a pretty thick dossier on all things Biden family.
Am I wrong?
I think you're absolutely right.
You know, when Hunter Biden's legal team in the middle of March said that, yes, the Bidens received millions of dollars from a Chinese state company, CEFC, that was an admission of corruption because corruption is the only explanation, Sean, why a Chinese company would pay that amount of money to the Biden family in these circumstances.
And, you know, if I were President Biden and I was trying to convince the American people that I hadn't taken money from China, well, I would start defending the U.S. instead of propagating these Communist Party talking points about the balloon and about a number of other things.
So really what we have is a president who, I think, is engaging in activity that can only be explained by the receipt of large sums from Beijing.
So now, I know that Libya, it was reported a while back that they had a complete dossier on Hunter.
They knew he was using drugs.
They knew he had a proclivity with prostitutes.
They knew all of his troubles.
Now, I've got to imagine that the communist Chinese have their dossier.
I can only imagine what's in there about Hunter and Joe Biden.
But it's even worse than that.
Why would the United States of America be allowing Chinese nationals to buy up our farmland thousands and thousands of acres and our ranch land thousands and thousands of acres?
Why are we allowing them to buy land near military installations?
Why were there no consequences for the Chinese spy balloon now knowing that, in fact, they were getting real intelligence sent back in real time?
Yes.
You know, and you talk about farmland, you know, and we focus in on, for instance, the Grand Forks Air Force Base or Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas.
But what's really disturbing is that in Oklahoma, Chinese parties are basing human trafficking operations on agricultural land.
And they're patrolling their land with machine gun toting guards.
And in Oklahoma, the Chinese parties, they build fences around their property, which is no big deal because everybody in Oklahoma builds a fence.
But everybody in Oklahoma builds a fence to keep people out.
The Chinese are building fences on their property to keep people in.
And we need to have thorough investigation of what's going on.
And we need to start confiscating this property, which the federal government has every right to do for property that is being used in the commission of crimes.
And we know that Chinese have been committing crimes on property in Oklahoma, and I'm sure in other states as well.
Well, I mean, would I be allowed to go over to China and buy their ranch land and their farmland and land near their military installations?
I tend to doubt it.
You could not buy a square inch of land in China.
No American, matter of fact.
Why are we so stupid to allow our number one geopolitical foe to do it to us?
You can't get an answer out of that from me because I'm as perplexed as you are.
I mean, this is absolutely wrong.
It's just not only the issue of reciprocity, but it's also an issue of national security, as you pointed out.
And it's a matter of Chinese using our land to commit crimes against Americans and others.
So there is no reason to allow Chinese nationals to own land in our country.
And by the way, every Chinese national is under a legal compulsion to spy and a compulsion to commit acts of sabotage.
So this is just wrong on every count.
Quick break more with Gordon Chang on the other side.
Toll-free.
Our number is 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Hi, we continue with Gordon Chang discussing the tensions between the U.S. and China.
I'm calling it a new Cold War.
And, of course, a new axis of evil emerging between China, Russia, Iran.
Now, I noticed on your Twitter account that you put out the seating arrangements when Tony Blinken was with his Chinese counterpart.
Because at the same time, I know that Bill Gates was over in China.
And there's even a picture of President Xi with Bill Gates.
And, you know, you're pointing out that these days China maintains that the U.S. is finished as a world power.
They seem to be convincing our allies because, you know, you see now the Saudis have allowed the Chinese to broker these deals with Syria and Iran.
You see that the UAE now is aligning with Russia.
Egypt is aligning with Russia.
That wasn't happening under President Trump.
But my guess is that Saudis and the UAE have determined that China is going to be the winner in this Cold War conflict and that the U.S. has abdicated its leadership role.
And I have no doubt that the Communist Chinese are pressuring OPEC and the Saudis to raise the cost of a barrel of oil to hurt the U.S. economy, I believe, while probably getting discounted rates themselves.
But talk about the order of seating and why that's so revealing.
Well, for China, all of these matters are important.
And as I mentioned, China's narrative these days is the United States is finished.
And the way that they did this, Bill Gates sat down with Xi Jinping on Friday.
They were both sitting in chairs around a small round table.
It was very cozy, very friendly.
It communicated equality, actually.
When Blinken sat down with Xi Jinping just a few hours ago, Xi Jinping was at the head of a very long table that was in a rectangle.
And Blinken was seated halfway down one side of that, which is an indication that he was in a subservient position.
Now, of course, the Secretary of State is not the same as the president of a country.
But in these circumstances, normally you'd have the Secretary of State and the head of state in similar positions.
We do that when these guys come here, but obviously they don't want to reciprocate.
And so that was just trying to show the world that China could get away with humiliating Anthony Blinken.
Oh, it really is that basic.
And that's how things work there.
Why are they resisting the meeting that was requested by Defense Secretary Austin?
How do you interpret that with his counterpart in China?
I think that they were just trying to continue to intimidate us, to try to give us an incentive to beg for communication.
You know, China, we're Americans.
We think communication is really, really important.
And yes, that sounds right, but we've been approaching this for three decades now this way.
And we've created a situation which is disastrous, which, as Henry Kissinger said a day ago, war with China is probable.
And this for one time, Kissinger is absolutely right.
Now, when the Chinese want to talk to us, they talk to us.
When they don't want to talk to us, they shut us off.
So we should not be begging for communication links because those links don't mean anything anyway.
Well, why did they respect Donald Trump more, real quick?
Because Trump showed strength, and also Trump was unpredictable.
And so they did not want to take him on.
They knew that Trump might actually do what he said, and therefore they gave him a wide berth.
Yeah.
Very interesting.

All right, let's go to our busy phones.
Don in Iowa.
Don, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Happy Monday.
There's no such thing as a happy Monday, but happy Monday anyway.
Hi, Sean.
Happy Monday to you.
Happy Father's Day, by the way.
Thank you, my friend.
I'm blessed.
I have two great kids.
Yes, I'm sure you do.
Thanks for taking my call.
I appreciate it.
I appreciate Linda and Katie, by the way.
They are fantastic.
Best production crew ever.
Why do all you callers feel the need to suck up to Linda and Katie?
Why is that?
Well, because, you know, first of all, Linda could hurt us if we don't.
All right.
I got to say to Shay because he's got you pegged.
Okay.
What about Katie?
I love the guys flirting with Katie, and Katie's, you know, happily married.
Nobody flirts with me.
They're just afraid of me.
It's wonderful.
I would flirt with you all day long if I wasn't so old.
I'm a lot older than you.
Okay, she's got a special guy, whatever.
He's a touchy-feely guy when he shows up at my TV show.
Touchy-feely guys.
They're the best kind of guys.
Gosh.
Absolutely.
Made you very uncomfortable, didn't I?
Didn't make me uncomfortable.
I made him uncomfortable.
He was sitting on his hands by the end of that show.
He was for sure.
Very true.
Anyway, go ahead, sir.
What's on your mind?
Well, Sean, I called particularly for Linda because I wanted to talk about the toplessness went on in the White House last week and why the Democrats were not offended by it.
Well, of course, anybody with any kind of understanding of the importance of decorum in the White House was offended by it.
But the Democrats were not offended by it because in 2020, they voted to have a boob in the White House.
This was just a bonus.
Well, I mean, it's that's one way.
Nice play.
Yeah, that's nice play on words.
Yeah.
Does any of this surprise you?
Any of it?
It doesn't surprise me.
And what people need to understand is this is now permeating every aspect of society.
It's permeated our schools, which to me is the worst offense.
You know, forget about corporate America.
I mean, every corporation now, you know, is full of these.
I'm even discovering our companies.
I'm like, what?
Because nobody reads any of these materials that I know of.
And I'm like, you've got to be kidding me.
But it's permeating every aspect of our society.
And there is a genuine fear in the marketplace that you better give in to the societal pressure on being woke or they're going to come after you.
I assume that's where the pressure comes from.
I don't know why.
To me, life is a lot more simple than that.
I don't want to be disrespectful to people, adults that are trans.
I'd never be disrespectful.
If you want to be me to call you whatever you want me to call, I have no problem doing that.
I want to be respectful to people.
But it really, to me, doesn't get any more complicated than the golden rule.
What is the golden rule?
Now, you can't mention God, interestingly, you can mention everything else, but you can't mention God.
But the golden rule simply is to me, love God with all your heart, mind, and soul, and your neighbor as yourself, and you simply treat others the way you want to be treated.
If you do that, and most of the problems that you have in the workplace, there's your HR guide for the year.
And if you don't, there'll be consequences, obviously, for your actions.
And there's, you know, I mean, when you're talking with interactions with human beings, things get complicated occasionally, but you know what I'm saying here.
Don, appreciate the call.
Back to our phones.
Steve, let's get back to our phones.
Steve in California.
Steve, you're on the Sean Hannity show.
Hi.
How are you doing?
I'm good, man.
How are you doing?
Really good.
Hey, I just want to really appreciate the debate with Gabrieline Newsome with Damian.
I wanted to bring up some things, some topics on California maybe you don't know about.
But first of all, I'd driven all over the country.
I used to be a truck driver.
We decided to come down here to go on vacation.
We drove down the Interstate Five, and I'll tell you what, it's a two-lane highway with 55-mile-an-hour trucks.
And every time I do the speed limit, I do not break the laws here anywhere.
By the way, I've been on the five.
It's another busy freeway in California.
Well, my main concern is, what do they do with all this vehicle registration?
They should make a three-lane highways on that five.
And why, every time I go to change lanes at the speed limit, I got a car on my bumper with the headlights flipping at me or the horn honking because I'm not doing over the speed limit.
Well, what lane do you tend to drive in?
Because usually slower people drive in the right lane.
Is that where you drive?
I drive in the right lane.
Unless I'm in a 55-mile-an-hour truck and I usually pass it.
They're doing 80 to 120 miles an hour on that five in Central California.
I'm kind of like you.
I used to be like, you know, Reverend Heavyfoot C.L. Bryant and speed a lot more.
I kind of got away from that.
As I got older, I realized that, you know, I don't ever want to be the cause of anyone getting injured or an accident.
I don't know.
I don't want to live with that on my conscience.
100%.
Well, one of my main concerns, me and my wife come down to San Diego.
We're going up to a traffic light to make a right-hand turn.
And I see a car behind me doing about 70 miles an hour.
There's a 40-mile an hour zone.
This woman is going ballistic because I'm not speeding up to a traffic light.
I'm down to about 30 miles an hour, and I went slower because the light's 100 feet ahead of me.
She just went ballistic, so I waved my hands up.
Where the heck am I going to go?
So I made a right-hand turn.
She made a right-hand turn.
She's following me down the road.
Oh, boy.
And finally, I said, I just pulled over and rolled the window, threw a hot cup of coffee right in my face.
She threw coffee at you?
Right in my face, burnt me, got it all over my car.
I got photographs of this.
I went down to the police station.
The police officer said, you get over it.
This basically happens all the time here.
And I says, well, my main concern is if you let this kind of behavior happen here, it's going to get worse.
It's already getting worse.
You know what irritates me even more than this?
Now, you're doing the right thing.
You're being a responsible driver.
And I understand why some people speed and some people don't.
I get it.
And however, I mean, this road rage thing is bad.
I mean, people just get so wound so tight and so aggravated and so pissed off when they're driving their car.
I'm like, what are you so pissed off about?
Yeah, you get there in one piece.
And like my wife says, I'll see you at the traffic light.
And we always get to the traffic that they're slammed on the brakes there.
And I don't understand this.
And the police absolutely do.
It seems like there's nothing getting done here.
There's no law enforcement.
I watch them go flying past police cars, and the police are just let them go.
I don't understand this behavior.
It's very.
Well, let me tell you the worst thing.
Now, the latest thing all over New York City and the Long Island Expressway is they've got these speed detectors and these speed cameras, and they're taking a picture of your license plate.
Then you're getting a letter in the mail, and you got a $150 fine because you're going, you know, 67 in a 55 zone.
And it's all this is, is a money tax play by New York State.
That's all it is.
This isn't about safety.
You know, at the end of the day, there's going to be X number of accidents on any given day of the week, but it's not about safety.
It's not about better consumption of gasoline.
It's all about money, government money.
They want as much as they can get.
And I'll tell you, that is a tax that people cannot afford.
It really is.
And it's killing guys, especially like you used to be a trucker.
You know, if you're in the trucking business, let me tell you, that kills you.
That means you have to go 55 miles an hour, 57, whatever it is.
But, I mean, it's unreal.
Donna is in Florida, the free state of Florida.
Donna, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean.
What's going on?
I know why Donna's so happy.
Donna's happy because she lives in a free state and pays zero state income taxes.
It's hotter than the Jesus, but I wanted to interject.
Your previous caller, Don, said things that made me go, okay, I got this down.
Linda for Secretary of Education and Katie for press secretary.
Okay?
Okay, let me just set you straight here.
What?
There is no way Linda would survive 24 hours in that position.
It would be over within the first hour.
The first press conference, it would be done.
It would be over, finished, fired, nothing you can do.
Well, I'm just saying.
That's true, because she's giving the press secretary position to Katie, and Katie's very diplomatic and plays Switzerland on a daily basis.
I wouldn't put Katie in that position in a million years.
I don't think she has the temperament.
I agree with you.
You know, you have to be a little bit, you know.
No, I think I could be a great press secretary.
They'd love me in the future.
Oh, my God.
No, you couldn't.
You'd be terrible.
I would not be terrible.
You'd be terrible.
I could see you as chief of staff.
I could see you as White House chief of staff kind of running the show.
That'd be great.
Or you could be practice secretary and I could be chief of staff.
I think that would be a good tandem.
That would work too.
Let me tell you something.
You could not survive an hour.
Listen.
Why?
And I say this affectionate because I say this affectionately for people that I call you a tiger mom.
I mean, you are on the front lines of every school board meeting that takes place at your son's school.
Your son's only seven years old.
But here's a good thing.
She said, everybody's education.
It's good.
I don't have to do that much press secretary stuff.
All right, but I'm just saying that Tiger Mom, being the head of the Department of Education, is going to come in, and it's going to be a nuclear explosion, and every school district is going to go crazy because you're going to change every policy in place, and every single group will be calling for your firing within three hours.
Let me tell you how I would win.
Are you ready?
You're not going to win.
Of course I would win.
Let me tell you how.
Every single conversation that I would have with every head of the union and every teacher and everything would be public.
I would have everything on video.
Everything would be live streamed.
And I'd say, okay, you decide who's right and who's wrong.
Why don't you want me to do that?
Oh, he took a kick back.
I love the transparency.
However, you will not survive.
Remember, you're one of the tiger moms that the FBI wants to investigate as a domestic terrorist.
Listen, if you know what?
If I can't play their game, that's fine.
I'll change the game and they'll have to play by mine.
That's all.
Listen, I'm going to do anyway.
Listen, I'm just telling you right now, everybody on your school board right now, whether you want to hear this or not, they know exactly when Liam is scheduled to graduate, and they no longer have to deal with you.
I promise you, they know the date, and they mark off every day.
They put an X through the calendar.
I gave everybody an end of this school year gift.
I was very sweet.
Busted everybody.
You gave me a school.
No one will talk to anybody on the school board.
They just fired the guy on the school board.
They won't even tell us why they fired him.
Okay.
All right.
But giving the bus driver money, which is nice and standard.
I should be standard.
I'm a strong conservative.
I love that guy.
All right.
So you have some good people.
You take care of them.
And did you like Liam's teachers?
You know, I like some.
Not all.
If I had the time, I'd dig deeper.
Donna will give you the last word.
Okay, thank you.
I didn't mean to start a whole entire concept.
No, you started a big fight here.
Trust me, she wouldn't survive.
She thinks she would survive.
She believes her little transparency effort.
What's up?
I thought it was a great idea, but the reason I'm calling is I wanted to thank you, Sean.
Okay.
You're absolute inspiration of all your listeners for preborn.com.
Well, it's preborn.com slash Sean or Pound250 keyword baby.
Listen, I think the issue of abortion is a heart issue, but the best way to help out.
If you believe in the sanctity of life, the pro-life movement, and in my view, is to change people's hearts.
And Pre-Born offers the free ultrasounds, which is using the science of ultrasound to convince moms that what is happening within them is miraculous.
That's why I bought two machines for two of their locations.
I'll probably buy more in the future.
And I think it's a great group, and I think it is the way to go about this way.
You know what?
You put your money where your mouth is, and you can save lives.
Anyway, appreciate it, Donna.
God bless you.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
Full coverage of a president that is totally, completely, utterly incoherent.
And what it means, has the country taken a good enough look at Kamala Harris?
