All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I know all eyes are focused on Miami, and there's been big crowds out there all day.
And this, the arraignment of Donald Trump, he has now pled not guilty to all 37 charges in the Mar-a-Lago documents case, 31 basically charge stacking is what it's called.
They're all pretty much the same charge.
We've gone over that in great specificity and detail.
And, you know, from this point on, you know, it's going to be the president will leave, go home.
We'll see what happens.
There's been big crowds there all day, and everything from we can see has been peaceful.
I've not seen one report that it's not, which is good.
And hopefully it stays that way.
Here's what is the more interesting issue to me.
And I know Linda's thinking it's probably the transgender activist that went topless at Biden's White House at the LGBT celebration that they had in Bride Week.
On my list of priorities, people getting the economy back in order, our borders secure, back to energy independence, to stop making Venezuela, OPEC, and Saudi Arabia rich.
All the saber rattling and open hostilities and, frankly, outright Cold War by China and its allies against the U.S.
It's not at the top of my priority list.
If Joe Biden wants to have Trans Day and people walking around the South Lawn of the White House naked, that's not my priority today, Linda.
I know you're thinking that's the direction I'm headed.
I am not.
I am very surprised.
I'm not going to lie.
You're very surprised.
That's not my top story today.
I don't know if I would say top top, but at least top five, because I'm beyond outraged.
Okay, well, and I think a lot of people are going to be.
My issues involving the trans stuff is, okay, if you're an adult, do what you want.
This is how Biden wants to run his White House.
Fine.
Keep it away from children.
Age appropriateness, parental involvement in values in their children's lives certainly should be the predominant view that children learn.
And we should not have teachers, educators, or others that feel that they have a right to circumvent the important values that parents want to instill in their minor children.
I'll leave it there.
Here's the bigger story, though.
And this has to do with Chuck Grassley and Chuck Grassley yesterday.
Let me play him, and then I'll give you the very specific information about this because this is getting very interesting about the Biden family.
Now, I'll add this too, as you're watching the arraignment of Trump today, and he's pled not guilty today, that the scuttlebutt is, is that we expect charges against Turner Biden.
Once again, it seems like the walls are closing in, but this is the small hanging fruit.
Don't be distracted by the tax charges, the gun, the lying on the gun application charge, because that's not where James Comer is headed.
Not even close.
That's not where Senator Grassley is headed.
Not even close.
Here's Charles Grassley from yesterday.
Can you believe redacting an unclassified document?
So now, let me assist for the purposes of more transparency on this subject.
The 1023 produced to the House committee's redacted reference that the foreign national who allegedly bribed Joe and Hunter Biden allegedly has audio recordings of his conversation with them.
17 such recordings.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.
According to the 1023, the Foreign National possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden.
These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the Foreign National in case that he got into a tight spot.
Okay, let me give you the background.
Let me give you the detail.
Let me fill in the blanks here.
What we heard from Chuck Grassley yesterday.
Now, we had been spending a lot of time about this very credible described by Grassley and James Comer in a letter to Director Wray, very credible source, one that we now know the FBI found to be credible because the FBI paid this guy over the years for other Intel over $200,000.
That's a lot of money for the FBI to be paying a source of information, and obviously they must have believed this guy.
So there's credibility there.
Now, what Grassley was saying yesterday is that the Burisma executive who allegedly paid Joe Biden.
Now, just to step back a little bit, the allegation is, is that specific actions taken by then Vice President Biden in exchange for money that went to him and to Hunter Biden.
They give a number, and James Comer gave it on my TV show, $5 million to each.
Now, do I know that this is true?
I do not, but I'm following this closely.
And now that we learned from Chuck Grasley yesterday that Hunter Biden, that the executive from Burisma has 17 audio recordings of his conversations, 15 with Hunter and two with then Vice President Joe Biden,
but he never talked to his foreign business partners, Hunter's foreign business partners, that he kept as, quote, an insurance policy, citing that this was even in the FBI 1023 that the Bureau briefed congressional lawmakers on.
The problem is, and Comer said that this is what he feared, is when he was about to hold Director Wray in contempt of Congress, and then Director Ray was scrambling to get that, prevent that from happening.
Well, he offered a redacted version.
This part was not in the redacted version that was seen by Congress, but Grassley revealed it on the Senate floor yesterday, what was to be the redacted reference in the 1023 form alleging that a criminal bribery scheme between then Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national that influenced, that had involved influence over U.S. policy decisions.
This is a big deal.
This was dated, you know, if you go to the exclusively reported on the contents, but the FBI's interview with this highly credible confidential source detailing the multiple meetings and conversations that they had with a top burisma executive over the course of several years starting in 2015.
And anyway, this part of it was redacted.
That's a big part that Director Ray did not want Congress to have.
Of course, Congress has oversight over the FBI.
And by the way, this is where this is all heading.
This now, it fits in perfectly.
The investigation by James Comer's Committee Oversight Committee into the Biden family syndicate and runs in tandem with Jim Jordan's investigation in the House Judiciary Committee into whether or not the FBI is politicized and the DOJ is weaponized.
But Grassley said that this redacted reference that a barisma executive possesses 15 audio recordings and phone calls between himself and Hunter Biden and has two audio recordings of phone calls between himself and then Vice President Joe Biden.
And then Grassley on the Senate floor slamming the FBI for not complying with the House Oversight Committee subpoena, saying Congress still lacks a full, complete picture with respect to what that document really says.
Well, this adds a lot of context that nobody had until yesterday.
And that's why he points out, and we should all know that it's important the document be made public.
Now, there's certain times and places that maybe this isn't the time to make it public, but it's certainly the right of the committee and committee members to have access to it.
If they want to say that, okay, it's a 1023 form.
This is a witness.
This is a high-level source that's paid money and that we've trusted in the past.
That's fine.
I can live with that part as long as Congress knows what they're doing and is not being kept in the dark.
And Grassley's demanding what, if anything, the Justice Department and FBI has done to investigate these extremely serious charges.
Imagine for five seconds that this was about Donald Trump and the Trump family.
Now, the FBI brought the document to Capitol Hill after James Comer subpoenaed it last month.
The FBI briefed Comer and Jamie Raskin, who just dismissed it but didn't turn over the document.
Comer then threatened the FBI with contempt anyway.
The FBI then made a further accommodation, later brought the form to a secure setting on Capitol Hill for all the oversight committee members to view, but the document is still not in the committee's possession.
It so happens Comer already knew what was in the committee.
He told me in an interview I had with him.
So a source familiar with all of this says that the FBI did not redact the section referencing the audio recordings when showing the document solely to Comer and Raskin, but they did so for the full committee briefing.
So they didn't show it to the rest of Congress.
And then sources now telling FoxNews.com that the confidential source told the FBI that Burisma, that executive, was speaking with the confidential source to get advice on the best way to go forward.
Well, I want to know what's on the 17 audio tapes.
Let me tell you right now, if this is what it potentially could be, it's over.
Joe Hunter Biden, it's over.
That would be bribery, high crimes, and misdemeanors.
You know, in other words, last week, Republican members of the House and the Oversight Committee reviewed the file.
A lot of this was redacted to them.
In the document, the confidential human informant is specifying that he understood that the big guy also was Joe Biden, according to Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, and that the big guy that is quoted in the document, supporting Lauren Boebert, she'll join us later, told Benny Johnson about the informant's file.
And the term big guy first appeared in an email in Hunter Biden's laptop.
That's the one that Tony Bobolinski later confirmed that that meant Joe Biden.
We also have Comer's subpoena of Hunter Biden's business partner, Devin Archer, now forthcoming.
I've been hearing rumors that he might be on the verge of flipping considering the potential amount of years that ultimately might get into him.
Professor Alan Dershowitz says there's enough evidence for the House to begin an impeachment investigation now into Biden.
And he was asked very specifically if there was enough evidence regarding this.
And he said there is enough to investigate.
There's a big gulf big enough to investigate.
Now, remember, they've had to fight every step of the way in the House Oversight Committee.
They've had to fight for the suspicious activity reports.
They've had to fight to find where the money's buried, all these LLCs that they're finding, and they're finding more every day.
But a foreign national, you know, having tapes of a then-vice president and his nutty son with no experience, it certainly does, you know, when I kept bringing up and nobody wanted to hear it.
Linda, you remember, how many times did I bring up?
Joe Biden leveraged $1 billion taxpayer dollars.
He goes to Ukraine, says you got six hours.
You fire this prosecutor.
The guy's name's Victor Shokin, if you're interested.
That prosecutor, it turns out, was fired.
Son of a B, they fired him because Joe wouldn't give the billion dollars to the Ukrainians.
So they fire the prosecutor.
Then we find out the prosecutor was investigating Burisma Holdings.
It was investigating Hunter Biden.
If that's not the quid and the pro and the quo, then I don't know what is because Biden was allegedly paid and Hunter was allegedly paid according to these reports.
We can't confirm it, but we definitely need to get to the bottom of this.
And then we need to ask why the FBI sat on their hands and on their ass and didn't do anything about this.
Because they seem to move at warp speed when it comes to anything involving anybody with the last name Trump.
They don't have any problem at all going after them.
As you see, what's been unfolding all day in Miami, Florida.
Unbelievable.
Unreal.
Former Attorney General Matt Whitaker blasting the FBI this morning for trying to cover up that bombshell news that Biden allegedly caught on tape.
Could you imagine if this was a Trump?
15 phone calls with this Burisma executive and Hunter, and we're only finding out about it now.
And two with Joe Biden, then the vice president.
It's beyond explosive.
So many issues surrounding all of this.
But remember, you know, the FBI has had this information forever.
And they've done nothing.
They've had it since, what, I think, 2017.
And these recordings of the president of the United States talking to a foreign national about money and actions, it's extraordinary.
If these contents in this 1023 form turn out to be true, that would be, as Whitaker said, a cataclysmic event because you just don't have these types of recordings usually available.
And it's going to prove essentially that Biden knew and what his scheme was to abuse his power as president and enrich himself and enrich his entire family.
You know, and rightly, Republicans are furious because they've had to fight tooth and nail to get anything, any cooperation from Christopher Ray's FBI.
Same guy that made the decision to go after Donald Trump.
And this is what should frustrate everybody.
Everybody in the left does not understand why it is relevant to bring up Hillary Clinton and her case and to bring up the issue of Joe Biden and his case because it's not equal justice under the law.
Well, Hannity, Hillary didn't have the intention.
Oh, she wasn't intending to destroy evidence when she acid-washed her servers and hard drive with bleach pit.
She wasn't intending to obstruct when she destroyed phones and BlackBerries with hammers.
Oh, okay, I'll buy that argument any day of the week.
It just shows how intellectually dishonest the left is today in America.
I hear the mainstream press talking about this stuff.
Sean Hannity is on the radio to the top of the hour, 800-941, Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
You know, great story.
We have partnered with Pre-Born.
They use the science of ultrasound to show expecting moms what is growing within them.
And with 4D, you know, imaging that they now have available, you can see facial features and fingers and toes and hear the heartbeat.
And it is changing hearts.
It is changing minds.
They had this young woman who was pregnant.
She kept it a secret from her parents.
So she made an appointment for an abortion clinic.
A couple of days before that appointment, she heard a pre-born ad on the radio and heard that a baby's heartbeat is detectable just days after conception.
Anyway, she arrives at the abortion clinic.
She couldn't get the message of pre-born out of her mind.
She decided to call her mom, tell her mom that she's pregnant, saying that she had an abortion, had an appointment for an abortion right now, but she says she couldn't do it.
Please come get me.
Her mom came to get her, and they helped rescue this young woman from abortion and this baby lived.
Pre-born also offers counseling and they offer baby formula and diapers and whatever help moms need even after birth, but they only do it through your generosity.
Unlike Planned Parenthood, they don't get a penny from the federal government.
Anyway, you can donate because all this money, this good work only continues if people in the pro-life community support it.
Just dial pound 250, say the keyword baby, pound 250, keyword baby.
And I'm not saying this to brag.
I'm just saying I believe in it.
I just purchased two ultrasound machines for clinics that desperately needed them.
But whatever you can afford, each ultrasound costs 28 bucks.
Or just go to their website.
It's preborn.com/slash Sean.
That's Sean S-E-A-N.
So everybody seems to want to ignore the main focus of the argument and how conservatives feel and why they feel the way they feel today.
And we now, this will be the third election, presidential election, where the Department of Justice is putting cinderblocks on the scale of an election.
And we went through 2016 and we went through 2020 and the 51 Intel officials that just do nothing about Hunter's laptop.
Oh, it has all the earmarkings of Russian disinformation or foreign disinformation, or the FBI pre-bunking that very laptop that they had had in their possession since December 2019.
Or in 2016, the FISA application using the information in Hillary Clinton's bought and paid for Russian dossier that even its own author could not corroborate, even after being offered a million dollars that the main source said was only bar talk.
Now we have, okay, in the lead up to the 2024 election, okay, let's arrest and charge Donald J. Trump with all of these things.
Now, why is it relevant for Hillary?
Well, let's go back.
Let's listen to James Comey.
This is July of 2016.
This is critical.
Now, notice during this statement, at one point, he will say they couldn't find the intention.
He thinks that is his out, but it doesn't address, and he doesn't address the other 33,000 emails.
They had 30,000 emails that they had.
They were missing 33,000 emails that we now know and they knew were acid-washed off the hard drive using something we had never heard of before called bleach pit.
And then, of course, destroying devices that might have had copies of these emails with hammers and removing the SIM cards.
So let's go back to 2016.
Why is this relevant if we want to, if this country wants to live up as a constitutional republic to the concept and the idea that we have equal justice and equal application of our laws?
Listen.
From the group of 30,000 emails returned to the State Department in 2014, 110 emails in 52 email chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received.
Eight of those chains contained information that was top secret.
36 of those chains contained secret information at the time, and eight contained confidential information at the time.
Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information.
Although there is evidence of potential violations of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.
Never mind the fact that this isn't even James Comey's job to make that decision.
His job in law enforcement is to pass the evidence on to prosecutors.
They make that decision.
It's called prosecutorial discretion.
It's not called FBI director discretion for a reason.
What is the fallout of all this going to be?
It's hard to say.
I mean, with every single new attack against Donald Trump, he seems to get stronger.
What the left in this country and the media in this country is not understanding about conservatives is they see a double standard and the stench is driving them nuts.
That's what they are missing here.
They don't want to have an open mind.
Well, you know, they couldn't prove the intent that Hillary, well, did she intend to destroy the 33,000 emails with BleachPit or that was an accident?
We accidentally used Bleach Pit to clean our hard drives and our servers.
Oh, sorry.
We accidentally took a hammer to those devices.
Sorry, it wasn't our intention to destroy them.
Makes no sense.
You know, it's interesting that Jill Biden in her first solo interview of the 2024 campaign said it's a little shocking, the sizable number of Republicans still thinking of voting for Trump, even after his federal indictment.
Maybe somebody could inform the First Lady that you are innocent in this country until you are proven guilty.
One of Biden's Trump prosecutors, according to justthheenews.com, this is John Solomon's website, because we already know that the Biden special counsel has a pretty horrific record of prosecutorial overreach, that his biggest conviction to date was overturned.
This is the case in Virginia with the Virginia governor at the time.
That was overturned 9-0.
It looks like, anyway, a member of this legal team charging the president, a Justice Department prosecutor, helped secure last week's indictment of the president, was publicly reprimanded by a judge in 2009 for, quote, gross negligence in connection with secretly taping a defense lawyer and an investigator, according to an agency source confirming to Just the News.
The prosecutor Karen Gilbert is now serving as the deputy special counsel to Jack Smith that issued the 37 count indictment.
And by the way, Trump will be leaving court.
He's pled not guilty to all 37 charges.
If you're following the minute-by-minute play-by-play of all of this, authorities gave it all clear for a suspicious device earlier in the day, thank goodness.
But they based their entire case on an alleged smoking gun document that they still can't find.
Alan Dershowitz made this piece in the Wall Street Journal.
Legal analysts seem to agree that the most powerful part of Jack Smith's case against Trump is a so-called smoking gun document that Trump claimed he had while being interviewed for a book about Mark Meadows.
And according to Alan Dershowitz, Biden's prosecution team still can't find the smoking gun document that supposedly proves the most damaging charges against Trump.
This is getting pretty interesting because, you know, as I just stated, I mean, we apparently have 17 audio tapes, 15 with Hunter Biden and two with Joe Biden from a barisma executive that wanted to keep those tapes as an insurance policy.
Well, it sounds like there must be something pretty incriminating on there if you're holding it for an insurance policy.
But anyway, the indictment quotes tape recorded conversations that form the basis for several of the charges under the Espionage Act.
The critical recording is the conversation between Trump, a writer and a publisher, and two Trump staffers discussing a claim that senior military official had persuaded Mr. Trump not to order an attack on country A, which most people believe to be Iran, and that the military official would be probably General Milley, would be my best guess.
And Trump points to some papers that he found and tells his guests they prove the military official supported an attack.
This totally wins my case, he says.
This is secret information.
Look, and then Mr. Trump says, see, as president, I could have declassified it.
Now I can't, you know, but this is still a secret.
That doesn't, that's, that's, that's too ambiguous to me to say that that's smoking gun evidence anyway.
But it is possible that Trump merely waved the papers in front of his guests, never gave them an opportunity to read it, which is apparently not in evidence because prosecutors don't have the document.
Well, that's a problem in the end.
I think a lot of this is going to be problematic.
I mean, it's easy.
Look, you can indict a ham sandwich.
A lot of people forget the fundamentals of indictment, and that is that a prosecutor will make a case before a grand jury.
The defense has absolutely, positively no input at all whatsoever.
They don't talk to the grand jury.
The witnesses are brought in.
The prosecutors try and lay out their case.
And then if an indictment ensues, it's based on what the prosecutor has given grand jurors, and they make up their mind to the best of their ability.
That's why a lot of people are ultimately found not guilty.
But don't worry, Joe Biden is restoring honor and decency to the White House as we had an LGBT pride party and a guest going topless.
Linda's very upset about this.
I have more important things to deal with right now.
Well, it was more than one guest.
Let's be honest.
It was several guests.
Well, one, yeah, okay.
But there was one transgender female that, you know, I can't say this in a way that I can make any sense.
You can't.
It's just people taking off their tops.
Yeah, okay.
There you go.
And for the entire world to see on the South Lawn of the White House.
Never thought about it.
They're taking selfies with POTUS.
That's what we're about.
Look, I never thought we'd watch a congressional hearing and hear congressmen and women asking, can you please define what a woman is?
I'm like, okay, this is getting a little complicated for me.
I can't keep up with all the lingo.
Interesting side note: 62% of Republican primary voters believe that Trump will defeat Joe Biden.
It looks like, you know, it's going to be interesting.
I want to get Newt Gingrich's take on this.
He actually wrote a really good commentary that was picked up by the Epic Times, you know, on the never-ending, desperate attempt to just stop Trump since he announced his candidacy.
And it's, you know, especially in light of the Durham report being released, which showed that Operation Crossfire Hurricane never should have been opened.
They never had any evidence at all whatsoever to open it.
The double standard, they point out in detail in this report how Hillary Clinton was, you know, treated far differently in her campaign versus the Trump campaign.
One quick example is when they thought that foreign countries would try to influence her campaign, she got a briefing.
With Donald Trump, they just tried to set him up, and there was no contact with Russia.
And that's the irony.
And what about the people that told the conspiracy theories and lies for three years?
Any of them going to be held accountable?
Nope.
That's not going to happen.
By the way, they expect the president's going to be leaving court any minute now, which doesn't surprise us.
Questions about who the president ultimately is going to be using for his attorney?
Did have local Florida attorneys there today.
It's going to be interesting to watch how the other Republican candidates respond.
Chris Christie, okay, shocker.
Chris Christie is running because he hates Donald Trump.
He couldn't even name the most egregious criminal count against Trump.
He left office with a 14% approval rating.
Loser, loser, loser, loser.
Okay, that's very mature, Chris.
I don't know.
I'm just not inclined to give him any time.
And people say, oh, Hannity, you're dodging Chris Christie.
I'm not dodging Chris Christie.
I could have Chris Christie on this show any day I wanted.
I could care less about hearing about a guy that's running for president on one platform just to smear the other guy.
That's all it is.
You know, Vivek Ramaswamy's running on ideas.
Nikki Haley has ideas.
Tim Scott has ideas.
The North Dakota governor saw Mama Cavuto for the first time.
Interesting guy.
We'll have him on.
Want to hear him out.
You know, some of the other people, who else?
Asa Hutchinson, what is he at?
0.1% of the polling at this particular point.
He's never going to be a real candidate in this race.
Linda, did you watch the Gavin Newsom interview last night?
I watched pieces.
Yeah.
You know how I feel about this.
You didn't like the idea that I did it, is what you don't want to say.
I do not support it.
No, not even a little bit.
I do not support it.
It's like I have radio keepers.
I think it was important to do.
We'll talk about it later.
I know.
I know.
And I'm happy that you did it.
I think you did a terrific job.
I feel that when his mouth is moving, he is lying.
There is no good to come from him or his wife.
And I feel the things that they do to children are beyond reprehensible.
Well, this is, look, Linda is a tiger mom.
You got to understand anything Linda's saying is through the prism of being one of the alleged domestic terrorists being investigated by the FBI because she shows up at all these school board meetings and she creates a ruckus everywhere she goes.
It's like, uh-oh, Hurricane Linda showing up.
Buckle up, everybody.
This is about to get interesting.
You mess with kids, you mess with me.
And I trust me, you're going to lose.
Oh, boy.
There you go.
We just be careful.
I'm very careful.
Just don't hurt kids and we'll be fine.
I just think just leave them alone and let their parents instill the values.
And if they decide as adults, they want to do something, that's their business.
It's not my business.
Exactly.
Tunnel to Towers Foundation, they deliver on their promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices America's greatest heroes have all made for us.
Talking about heroes like Marine Corps Corporal Seth Rasmussen.
Now, Seth was one of five Marines killed in a training accident when his aircraft crashed in California.
He was only 21 years old.
Seth is survived by his wife, by the way, and his high school sweetheart, Avery.
They have an infant son.
Tunnel to Towers reached out to Avery within days of Seth's death to tell her she would receive a mortgage-free home.
Avery did not have to worry about where she and her son were going to be living or how she was going to be able to pay for it because of the financial security and support provided by the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
Now, Tunnel to Towers has helped over 1,000 military first responder families navigate the worst times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
And they can only do it with your generosity.
Please join all of us here at Team Hannity.
Go to their website.
They're asking all of us to give $11 a month.
I know it's tough economically out there for many of you.
Maybe that's two stops at Starbucks that you don't go to every month.
Anyway, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org.
The letter T, the number two.
The letter T.org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
The guest that won't go on any other radio shows.
And he does it every single day.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, Donald Trump has now left the courtroom of Miami, and you can see a huge caravan.
Obviously, he's got Secret Service with him.
Big crowds lining the streets as he obviously will be making his way back to Mar-a-Lago, I'm assuming.
Maybe he's going to Dural.
I don't know.
Doral is in Miami, but I would assume probably back to Mar-a-Lago.
He pled guilty to all 37 counts.
We'll have an update.
We're going to get speak.
Yeah, please pled not guilty, sorry, to all 37 charges.
As expected, no mugshot, no handcuffs, in case you're interested in those details.
When we come back, we'll check in with former Speaker of the House New Kingrich.
