Again, refuse to hand over the unclassified record to the custody of the House Oversight Committee.
And we will now initiate contempt of Congress hearings.
It wasn't all push-ups and cramming for Prague, though, to set the Guinness Book of Records, world records, most simultaneous push-ups.
There had to be an enormous amount of push-ups.
Anyone on the Republican side, you might consider if it's not Trump.
It has to be Joe Biden.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a country song.

So kind of came as a shock to most people in the golf world, and that is the PGA partnering with Live Golf.
I mean, there's been nothing but outright hostility all across the board between these two organizations.
And, you know, the golfers that were offered a fortune, more money than many of them might even make in their entire career to make the switch over to Live Golf said, you know what?
I got a family to take care of.
I'm taking the money.
A lot of angst and anger towards them at the time.
And, you know, it's just interesting how things evolve here.
I personally have never trusted the Saudis ever.
And I think they have been politically nothing but duplicitous.
They're not a reliable ally to us.
They haven't been a reliable ally to Israel.
You know, when Donald Trump was president, sure, the Saudis aligned with the U.S. and Israel and the Arab Emirates and Egypt and Jordan.
And they had a coalition I never thought I'd see in my lifetime.
Okay, now Biden is in.
Biden is checked out.
First action is to cut back OPEC production of oil because America has unilaterally disarmed and is not producing domestically what it should produce.
And we've reduced the market share of oil availability on the world stage.
I mean, it's insane.
And these are the dumb policies of Joe Biden, and that's impacted all of us.
At no point in the Trump presidency did anyone, did we ever average $3 a gallon for gasoline?
And we now see gas prices climbing back up again.
So anyway, so just to fast forward, a lot of golfers said no to the money that Live Golf was offering, and they stayed with the PGA.
Then the PGA turns around and partners with Live Golf.
And meanwhile, all the people that went to Live Golf, like Dustin Johnson and Phil Mickelson and all these other big names, you know, they had their big payday, but now they're part of a merged PGA slash Live Golf group.
Here's the PGA commissioner, Jay Monaghan, promoting the merger and saying golf is better for what we've done today, and then saying that he dismisses the procession that the Saudis control golf.
And then you'll hear from Rory McElroy, who has a very different take.
Listen.
You think they're going to respond positively?
I mean, you're describing a scenario under which PIF at some point could have the majority of the economics, correct me if I'm wrong, of dissenting.
Essentially, the Saudis sort of people will say, oh, they control golf around the world.
I'm just curious as to what you think the response is going to be.
Well, listen, a lot of people have been reading about the tension.
And we've talked a lot.
And I said previously that we were going down our path.
They were going down theirs.
And today, that tension goes away.
The litigation is dropped.
We're announcing to the world that on behalf of this game, we're coming together.
And it's less about how people respond today.
And it's all about how people respond in 10 years.
And when they see the impact that we're having on this game together, there will be a lot of smiles on people's faces, and there'll be a lot more people playing this game all over the world.
And if you're a young player that wants to get to the highest level of the game today, you'll be more inspired than you've ever been.
But it's not lived.
I think that's the thing.
I still hit Liv.
Like, I hit Liv.
Like, I hope it goes away, and I would fully expect that it does.
And I think that's where the distinction here is.
This is the PJ Tour, the DP World Tour, and the PIF.
Very different from Liv.
All I've tried to do is protect what the PJ tour is and what the PJ tour stands for.
And I think it will continue to do that.
So, look, going forward, I hope that there may be a team element, and you're going to see maybe me, maybe whoever else play in some sort of team golf, but I don't think it'll look anything like LIV has looked.
And I think that's a good thing.
All right.
Joining us now is the man that knows all things golf and everything else.
Our friend and colleague Jim Gray is with us.
By the way, don't forget, if you've never read his book, you got to get a copy of it, Talking to Goats, the Moments You Remember and the Stories That You've Never Heard.
I mean, you know, he has spoken to the best and brightest in every big sport imaginable, also including Tiger Woods and Tom Brady and Mike Tyson.
I mean, this guy's friends with everybody except me.
How are you, sir?
Why did you exclude yourself?
Because I know what a friend is.
And, you know, I know I don't, I'm not a GOAT.
I wasn't in your book about GOATs.
So thanks a lot.
I'm not even claiming to be a GOAT.
I'm just claiming to be a humble servant here.
What do I know?
How are you doing, buddy?
I'm doing great, Sean.
How are you today?
I'm good.
Now, you got to admit, I mean, maybe you knew more than I did.
I had no idea that these negotiations were taking place.
Did you?
Yes, I knew that there were, you know, rumblings and talks that were going on.
Didn't know that there would be a deal like this or the nature of the deal.
And we still don't know the details, Sean, of all of this to be worked out.
But yes, I had known for some time that, you know, about a month that besides we're talking and getting together.
But, you know, obviously.
I mean, think about this.
If you're Tiger Woods today and, you know, they offered him, what, close to a billion dollars and he didn't take it.
And then the PGA, he stays loyal to the PGA.
Then the PGA turns around and does the deal with live golf.
How are you feeling of your Tiger Woods today, who you've known since, what, he, seven years old?
Yeah, well, Rory McElroy spoke yesterday, and he kind of said, you know, he feels like, you know, he was obviously put out there.
And the term that he used, you know, was, you know, not collateral damage.
I forget the exact term that he said.
But he felt, you know, obviously that he was loyal to something and, you know, didn't get that in return.
So he's, you know, wasn't he wasn't necessarily blindsided either, but he wasn't, you know, all of this loyalty hasn't been rewarded.
Now, they say going forward that these guys will be taken care of and that the guys who stayed are going to, you know, at the end of the day, Jay Monaghan said that they're going to make more money for having stayed than for going.
So how this structure exactly is going to work.
Jim, I don't believe that for a minute.
I don't believe that for five seconds, which is why Rory also said, I still hate LIVE.
He said, I hope it goes away, but I still hate it.
Right.
Well, he also said at the end of the day that money talks and everybody knows that.
And he says, you know, he feels, you know, down the road, 10 years from now, and Jack Nicholas said the same thing, that it's going to be good for golf.
And perhaps it will be because golf was hemorrhaging money.
It couldn't continue the way that it was going.
The PGA tour is dependent upon its partners and its sponsors.
And when you're going up against Saudi Arabia, that fund has got endless supply of money, and you're not going to be able to keep up.
So you can't keep pushing it onto the sponsors and onto the fans and onto the networks.
It just isn't there.
So what golf gets in return, golf gets in return, they've doubled their valuation.
What the Saudis get in return now is a seat at the table.
They were already well, well into all.
But you just said, wait a minute, but money talks.
So they have the money, and you're going to tell me that they're going to give up the control because I don't buy that.
Well, they're not giving up the control.
The board for the PGA will be three to one, okay?
And so the PGA is going to retain control, at least by everything that we have been told so far.
And the Saudis are going to have the ability to invest in anything going forward, first look.
And so they actually have the money that will control what it is that the PGA Tour decides to do going forward.
But they do not control the PGA tour or the game.
That will remain in control of the PGA.
Now, you can say you don't believe it, but we can only say what it is that we're being told.
We can't say what we don't see.
We can't say what we don't know.
We don't have crystal balls here.
The big picture is, is the Saudis now, look, there's a whole other thing about this too, Sean.
Saudi Arabia and the PIF funds, they're invested in a plethora of American corporations and European corporations, Procter ⁇ Gamble, Coca-Cola, Ford, Starbucks, Pfizer.
You can go on and on and on and on and on.
And so are we really supposed to be mad at Bryson DeShambo because he's taking money from the Saudis?
Nobody seems to be mad at Larry Schultz at Starbucks.
Nobody seems to be mad at JP Morgan and its chairman or any of the employees there.
So, I mean, come on.
Listen, I'm not going to sit here and cast dispersions, but I will say this.
The opinions of 9-11 families kind of matter to me.
The opinion of Jamal Khashoggi's family kind of matters to me.
And to just brush this aside, which is what everybody's doing here, whether they all want to admit it or not, they're just kind of overlooking that little inconvenient truth about who the Saudis really are.
You know, and they're doing it for the money.
I mean, look, I've been fortunate in my life.
I've made more money than I thought I'd ever make.
And with that said, would I act differently if I was desperate and I had no money?
I might.
I'd like to think I wouldn't.
I'd like to think I'm principled.
However, it's not like any one of these top golfers is starving right now either.
You're absolutely right.
But why are they held to a different accountability than all of these other corporations and all of these other Americans who are doing this?
Make a good point on that.
I mean, I think you make a great point on it.
Quick break more with Jim Gray on the other side.
Then we'll get to your calls.
All right, we continue with Jim Gray, the discussion about the PGA merger with Live Golf.
Unfortunately, the United States, look, didn't we have to align with the former USSR to defeat the Nazis in World War II?
Right.
Well, let me just ask you this question, Sean.
You do this on a daily basis, and I'm in sports.
Let me ask you this question.
I'm quite certain that all of the chairmen and all of these people in business care deeply about the 9-11 families, correct?
Particularly all of the American corporations.
But they still go ahead and do this and do business.
You know, it gets very complicated, this web that has been woven, when we start saying that athletes should not go and participate, as Jimmy Carter said, in the Moscow Olympics, and we boycott.
And now athletes shouldn't go to Beijing because of what goes on with human rights there.
But corporations and people get mad at, you know, the NBA because they do business with China.
Well, there's 300 million fans who are watching a game.
300 million fans is the equivalent of our population here.
So it gets really complicated when you start mixing all of this and saying, don't go here, go here, don't go here, do this, don't do this.
And these folks are in business.
These folks are not setting policy.
All right, so Starbucks, if they can, they'd set up as many Starbucks shops in Saudi Arabia as possible.
Okay.
JP Morgan or any of these other companies that do business, or Procter Gamble, I'm sure they want to sell their products there.
But they're not actually viewed as role models the way athletes are.
Wait a minute.
And maybe it's not fair to put athletes on a pedestal and expect the best behavior from them.
I don't know.
We often don't see it anyway.
But they're taking, but all of these corporations, it's not so much doing business in Riyadh.
It's about them investing.
We're giving the Saudis all of our money every time we go to the pump, right?
And so now they're reinvesting, and this money is coming back to the United States.
The PBA Tour is American, right?
PGA Tour operates in the United States, doesn't operate outside of the United States.
So this money is now coming back.
Does it buy them some influence?
Absolutely.
But it's also giving us back some of the money that we have spent on to drive our cars.
So you know what, Jim?
This is where I get really pissed off because we have more energy resources than the entire Middle East combined.
We don't need one drop of Saudi Arabian oil.
We don't need one drop of OPEC oil.
You know, we have enough energy, natural gas, oil, and coal that we can be energy independent and energy dominant and richer than them.
And we're too stupid to elect leaders that would bring us to that promised land of prosperity that would pay off our debt and balance our budgets.
I'll give you the last word.
You're talking about politics.
I'm talking about the reality.
I'm talking about good politics would mean we don't need their damn money.
I understand where you're coming from.
But what I'm saying is that all of these sports, just like all of these corporations, it's morally repugnant what has gone on with Khashoggi, what has gone on, you know, with all of the things that the Saudi Arabians, you know, women and not driving and so on and so forth.
But perhaps, perhaps, and maybe it's idealistic, and maybe it's Pollyanna.
Perhaps somewhere down the road, okay, golf can be golf a great connector, okay?
Golf is a great connector.
So perhaps, perhaps some of these social issues could change over the course of time through some of the things that are being done in this instance.
Well, maybe, maybe you're right.
I don't know.
I don't have the confidence.
I think the Saudis are out for the Saudis.
Period.
End of sentence.
And guess what?
They won.
The PGA caved.
And the golfers that were loyal got screwed.
That's my opinion.
Anyway, we love having you.
Jim Gray, thank you so much, as always.
All the best to you, my friend.
Thank you, Sean.
The golfers who stayed did get screwed.
And the PGA tour, this has been handled and the communication of Jay Monahan has been atrocious.
And the whole thing.
But as you look down the road, you know, let's see where this is in three or four or five years.
All right, Jim Gray.
Appreciate it.
Goats, by the way, is book.
You got to get a copy.
It's great.
Bookstores everywhere.
All right, let's get to our phones here.
Let's see.
Matt is in Pennsylvania.
Matt, how are you?
Good, Sean.
How are you doing?
I thank you for taking my call.
First off, I'd like to say I appreciate everything you and Mark Levin do for all of us out here.
Thank me.
God bless us.
My call today.
I think you missed that I was doing Mark Levin.
Oh, yeah.
You two.
Get out my phone, you big dope.
Anyway, what's on your mind?
Go ahead.
Reason for my call.
I've been sitting here listening to you guys talk about all this stuff with Biden and corrupt DOJ and FBI and all that stuff like that.
What's going to happen?
You know, the Republicans are going ahead and doing their audit, you know, of all this stuff.
These papers are waiting for the FBI to produce.
If in fact this stuff is positive that he is corrupt or he did take a bride, what are the recourses for all this stuff?
I mean, like the DOJ.
Well, you're asking the remedy.
There are two.
One would be impeachment, but with a Democratic Senate, you're never going to get a conviction.
So I would say it's a futile attempt to do it.
Although there are Republicans saying, well, they did it to Trump twice, and it ought to be fair game.
I'm not necessarily in disagreement with it, but I am in disagreement with efforts and futility.
But if enough want to do it, they're going to do it.
And then the Senate will not convict.
That's number one.
But the real alternative is if laws are broken, and I think there's every indication that Joe Biden, well, we know he lied.
We know he lied when he said he never talked to his brother or his son or anybody about their foreign business dealings.
We know he was directly involved in all of them.
I'm also being told that there's new evidence that is going to be coming out that's going to be very blockbuster.
And this is their inner circle now beginning to turn on the Bidens because guess what?
They're the ones that are going to be ending up going to jail and they don't want to go to jail, so they're going to cut a deal.
So I think the real remedy would be that the Justice Department return to its original mission, which is equal justice and equal application of our laws, and that they hold them accountable.
Now, you know, as time goes on, the statute of limitations move forward, and, you know, this is how they seem to get away with everything.
They delay, they delay, the delay, delay, delay, and then, oops, the statute of limitations are gone.
You know, it's just not working.
That's all there is to it.
No, and I'm fed up with the way the government works.
I mean, the way I was brought up is that everybody, there's nobody above the law.
Everybody has to follow the laws that were created for everybody.
And it just It's amazing how the government and certain individuals in the government, not all, but certain individuals, how they can skirt the law.
You know, they can break the law and they can get away with it and they've gotten away with it.
Looked at Hillary Clinton, looked at Obama.
I mean, they sold our country down the river.
You know what I mean?
And we're in this disaster that we're in now.
And they've all managed to get away with it for all this time.
It's sad that this is where our country has gone.
And it truly upsets me that this is where we're at in society today with government.
You know, Ronald Reagan said it all the time.
I'm from the government and I'm here to help.
They're not here to help.
Government, Thomas Paine, the great pamphleteer, once said, government in its best state is but a necessary evil, in its worst state, an intolerable one.
And, you know, Americans have bought into the fallacy.
I think at the deepest level in our history, that socialism is the answer.
And they refuse to learn the lessons of history, which I outlined and warned about in my book leading up to the 2020 presidential election, Live Free or Die, America and the World on the Brink.
I wish I was wrong, but I wasn't.
You know, and I did a whole chapter, chapter four, on socialism and its history of failure.
And I don't care what name it's given, what form it takes on.
I don't care, you know, what words, slogans, bumper stickers are used to sell it.
It always ends the same way.
Unfulfilled promises, a loss of freedom, and more poverty than what you started out with.
So it never works.
And yet, you know, here we have New York blanketed with nothing but smoke from this forest fire in little Justin's backyard in Canada.
And, you know, people are saying, see, this is why we need to pass the Green New Deal.
You mean, now, what does the Green New Deal do to stop a forest fire in Canada?
I mean, we can't even stop our own forest fires because they reject the science of forestry.
You know, you can get advanced degrees in forestry.
Many people may not know that.
And advanced degrees.
And there's something called a controlled burn.
I could tell you more about controlled burns than you'd ever want to know because I just decided, you know, might be in my best interest to research it.
But, you know, I look at what's going on in Canada and I look at all the forest fires that take place in California.
And, you know, what you learn is, wow, a lot of this is preventable.
You know, a lot of this doesn't have to happen.
You know, it's just like everything doesn't have to be banned either, like dishwashers and gas stoves and gas furnaces and fossil fuels and gas-powered cars and washing machines and light bulbs and refrigerators, air conditioners and jewels, et cetera, et cetera.
None of these things have to be gotten rid of.
None of them.
But if you look at the science of forestry, there are certain things.
The United States forest definition is they have what a controlled burn is.
It is described by our own Forest Service as a prescribed burn.
They are controlled applications of fire by a team of fire experts under specified weather conditions to restore health to ecosystems that depend on fire.
The benefits are you reduce hazardous fuels, you protect human communities from extreme fires that get out of control.
You minimize the spread of pests, insects, and disease.
You remove unwanted species that threaten the species native to that ecosystem.
You provide forage for game.
You improve the habitat for threatened and endangered species.
You recycle nutrients back into the soil, and you promote the growth of trees, wildflowers, and other plants.
That would be the upside of having a controlled burn.
Lower the risk of more dangerous fires, increase water availability, increase plant diversity, help control invasive species, reduce tree competition, improve wildlife habitats.
But, you know, the science of forestry is ignored by those people that lectured us again and again to follow the science.
You know, follow the science only when it's convenient to their political agenda.
Anyway, my friend, appreciate the call.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
Thomas Cena, how are you, Florida?
Glad you called.
I'm fine.
Thank you.
And thank you for getting the truth out to the people.
I appreciate that.
Thank you.
Okay, and the reason I called is your funeral arrangements.
Number one, do not have an open casket.
It destroys the future thoughts about you and your family and friends.
It destroyed me for my dad.
Number two.
Yeah, by the way, I'm sorry about your dad.
Why did it just explain why it destroyed?
Because it doesn't look like the person that you know is your parent.
He did not look like my father.
I would not have recognized him.
And it's not because of the funeral director or anything like that.
It's just that, you know, he's lying there lifeless, you know, and, you know, they have to put makeup on them and things like that.
And that's definitely not my dad.
See, I actually think for my kids, that might be a little easier if I accept I'm going to have a closed casket.
I insist on it.
But they've seen me in makeup because I have to put that crap on for TV every night.
No, that's funny.
So it'll be just basically, we'll use the same color makeup I used every night.
all good we're good to go well if you really want this closed casket then you have to threaten linda that you'll come back to haunt her because I'm coming back to haunt her anyway, just for kicks and giggles.
I thought you were on my side.
That was very harsh.
It's bad enough.
I've spent 20 years of my life with them.
No, the problem is, is that I don't think Linda is going to say no to my kids or everybody else that's going to put pressure on her.
I told you I'm going to have a cry room.
A cry room.
It's not in my will, a cry room.
You don't get to make it up as you go along.
I'm speaking like an amendment, like an on-the-spot amendment.
Okay, there's no amendments.
That's why you're not going to be in charge of this.
I'm going to put somebody I can trust and depend on to be in charge.
We want to make sure the homage is appropriate to you at your funeral.
Or as some say, homage.
Actually, or as others say, homage.
Some say homage.
There's a homage, an homage, and an homage.
Yeah, okay.
Whatever fits your flavor.
But the thing is, I just want, look, you know, there's some morbid talk here, but I mean, honestly, I just want to be remembered as I was, not this person in a box.
You know, one of the things about the death of my parents, I guess my father died nearly, it's going on 28 years now.
And my mom not long after her, but I just remember them laying in that casket.
That image gets burned into your memory.
I don't like that image in my memory.
I wish that image would go away forever.
I'd rather remember them as I knew them alive and well.
And I will hopefully see them again in the next life.
And my second point, you need to have a great Irish wake.
You have people talking about you, remembering the things you did together when you were younger.
They tell jokes.
They have a few libations and food.
Oh, I want more of the few.
I'm going to have a lot of Uber standing by to take people home.
Exactly.
Now, my last thing was, Linda's from Philly.
So am I.
Oh, really?
What's your favorite cheesesteak?
A regular cheesesteak with the roll, the steak.
Okay.
And you're not asking for Swiss cheese, are you?
No, it's no, no, no, no, definitely not.
Well, John Kerry did.
That's why I'm asking.
All right, we appreciate it.
Thank you.
800-941-Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
Patty in West Virginia.
Patty, how are you?
Glad you called.
Good afternoon.
And I thank you, Sean, so much for taking my call.
I just kind of wanted to tell you a little bit.
My husband passed away last summer after a terrible battle with pancreatic cancer.
Oh, no.
By the way, that's my father passed away.
I was terrible.
I'm so sorry.
It's a horror.
Thank you.
It's open for you, too.
It's a horrible disease.
But he and I watched your show every night on Fox, and I still do because we enjoyed watching it together.
We used to be Democrats.
We were Democrats like our parents until about two years before Chuck died.
And we were just so disappointed with the way they have turned out.
They're not what they were when I was 21 and became a Democrat.
But I'm scared to death for my kids and my grandkids because Biden is killing our country.
I pray for our country every day.
And I just hope that everything can work out.
We vote for President Trump.
We did, even when we were still Democrats, we voted for President Trump.
And actually, I saw him here in Wheeling, West Virginia, twice in person, which really was great.
In fact, my sister, Tony, and my son, Kirk, are big fans of his.
I pray for him, and I pray for our country.
Well, that's really sweet.
I'm sorry that you lost your husband.
And you know what?
I really do believe that there is a better place.
I would go back to, I said it earlier, my favorite biblical verse is, let not your heart be troubled.
In my father's house are many mansions.
And I go to prepare a place for you there, that where I am, you shall also be.
And that we will be reunited with those loved ones.
And that's my prayer for you today.
We'll continue.
All right, none of us can forget 9-11, 2001.
2,977 of our fellow Americans lost their lives that day.
9-11-related illnesses, by the way, continue to take lives.
Yet we have a whole entire generation that know little to nothing about our nation's darkest day.
Now, the Tunnel to Towers 9-11 Institute, they are righting that wrong by educating kids in kindergarten through 12th grade all about 9-11.
Their nonfiction, first-person accounts are told through videos and their Discovering Heroes book series.
These accounts are moving.
They're unparalleled.
And kids will not forget these very true stories.
And the Institute offers full curriculum units with scripted social studies lessons, activities, and backgrounds for teachers.
They have a speakers bureau for classrooms with access to first responders, survivors, loved ones.
They have their mobile exhibit.
That's a tractor trailer interactive museum with 9-11 artifacts and the Russell F. Siller Memorial Scholarships for the children of program recipients who are exemplary high school students preparing for college.
Look, to never forget, we've got to educate future generations.
So join us here at Team Hannity.
Let's honor our nation's best and our vow.
And just go to their website, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
All right, when we come, well, that's going to wrap things up.
I can't believe time's gone.
Anyway, we have a great Hannity tonight, Nine Eastern on Fox.
Indictment Watch.
Is it going to be process crimes?
We'll check in with attorneys Greg Jarrett, Alan Dershowitz, Kaylee McInaney.
Apparently, Director Ray is now giving in to Chairman James Comer.
He'll give us the behind the scenes story.
Mike Pence tonight, Tommy Laron, Jimmy Thala tonight, and Pete Hegseth.
