So we all watched this weekend.
I mean, a tragedy unfolding where you have one of what will be at the end of probably this year, seven plus million illegal immigrants coming into the country because Joe Biden fails to enforce the laws of our land.
But his open borders policy turning deadly for an innocent Texas family over the weekend when an illegal immigrant who had been deported five separate times shot and killed five of his neighbors.
including an eight-year-old little boy.
That happened this weekend.
This manhunt now had to continue through Sunday afternoon, more than 24 hours after the shots, you know, five shots against the neighbors, execution style in their Cleveland, Texas home.
This guy was deported previously five separate times, according to an ICE source telling Fox News Digital.
He has re-entered the U.S. illegally multiple times.
What does that tell you?
That it's not hard to cross that border, but we already know that because we've been down there and we've been reporting this now for what is going on years.
And this person, this individual that is accused, has a criminal history.
You know, they uncovered at least one DUI charge from 2009 to a man with the same name, same age.
Deputies had been called to this guy's home at least once before about his, you know, shooting his gun in his yard, which is not necessarily illegal if the person is firing on their own property.
And of course, size of property, I'm sure, probably matters.
But it's not getting any better and it just keeps happening.
And everybody gets numb to the fact.
We've never had such lawlessness from the top like we've had with Joe Biden.
And if you look over the weekend, how many times has Alejandro Mayorkis, your Department of Homeland Security Secretary, gone to Congress and told Congress that the border is secure?
Well, that's not true.
It's never been true.
And getting combative with members of the varying committees.
He was on Meet the Press over the weekend and he was dodging questions on this Texas shooter.

There's been a horrific execution-style shooting down in Texas.
Authorities are now asserted there's a manhunt right now for somebody who's armed and dangerous.
I know you've been monitoring this.
DHS is monitoring this.
What can you tell us about the alleged suspect, Francisco Oropeza?
Chuck, it's a horrific crime, and I can assure you and the American people that law enforcement will deliver accountability.
The case is an active one under investigation, so I really can't comment further.
There's some question about his citizenship.
He supposedly had a, I guess they referred to it as a consulate card from Mexico, meaning he was here legally, but perhaps he had overstayed.
So, Chuck, I won't comment on it because it is an active case.
The tragedy that occurred is, you described it correctly, just absolutely horrific.
Our hearts go to the victims, the victims' families, those children, and we'll deliver accountability.
Do we know what federal authorities are involved in this right now, besides FBI and the local authorities?
Is DHS?
Are you and is your team involved?
Border Patrol at all?
So we are monitoring the situation very carefully, but the FBI is the lead federal investigative agency and, of course, working with the locals there.
All right.
Then he said, and this is the last time he was before Congress.
He said, on top of saying that the border is secure, he said that the border is not open.
Okay, by the end of this year, we will have, under Joe Biden, a record number of illegal immigrants entering this country.
And he's not only aiding and abetting in the lawbreaking, which he swore an oath to our Constitution to uphold that Constitution.
Every law is based on that Constitution.
So he's outright flat out lying to members of Congress under oath by saying that our border is secure.
And then he says, well, let me be clear, our border is not open.
Okay.
If you have eyes to see, you can see it's wide open.
Listen.
High encounters will place a strain on our entire system, including our dedicated and heroic workforce and our communities.
The smugglers' propaganda is false.
Let me be clear.
Our border is not open and will not be open after May 11th.
All right.
In that case, he's talking about Title 42.
It's been open, and they've also given preferential treatment to those people entering our country illegally.
And by preferential treatment, I mean there was no, in the middle of COVID, there was no vaccine mandate.
There wasn't even a mandated COVID test.
Remember the overcrowded cages with kids in it.
Imagine if that had happened under Donald Trump, what the reaction of the mob and the media would be.
So predictable, but now you have five dead people and a manhunt going on.
No explanation at all.
No acceptance of no blame whatsoever.
Anyway, three people that know the border as well as anybody, Sarah Carter has been down there so many times for this show and our television show, investigative reporter that she is.
She is with us.
Tom Holman is with us, former acting ICE director and heritage visiting fellow.
Mark Morgan is the former acting CBP commissioner, also a heritage visiting fellow.
Welcome all of you to the show.
Sarah, let's start with your reporting because you've been down there.
We haven't even talked about fentanyl deaths.
We haven't even talked about human trafficking that you have reported on extensively.
We've not even talked about what has happened to 85,000 missing children that have entered this country.
They have no idea where these kids are.
For them to act like this border is secure or as Mayorka said on Meet the Press this weekend, dodging questions about this and saying that the border is not open.
When in fact, you've been down there, you know it is.
Absolutely, Sean.
Don't believe your lying eyes is what they're trying to say to the American people.
And it's complete gaslighting of probably one of the biggest national security disasters our nation has faced in modern times.
I mean, this border is not only wide open and our adversaries like China and other nations, Russia, you name it, Afghanistan, terrorists are taking advantage of it.
But our Americans are dying as well as the children and women, by the way, and men that are being trafficked through this border.
And I can tell you that yesterday, I got a call from Lieutenant Colonel Chris Olivares with Texas Department of Public Safety.
The border is surging again, obviously on the news that Title 42 is going to be removed.
But we've seen this for years now.
But right now, in Brownsville alone, the numbers went from around 1,000 people trying to cross the border two weeks ago to over 15,000 people.
In less than one hour yesterday, 1,600 people started pouring across the border in Brownsville.
That's about four hours from where I live.
Remember that there is no place to house all of these people.
People are on the streets.
They're moving them in buses throughout the country.
You have people even in Democratic cities like Chicago and New York right now, mayors, saying, oh, well, we don't want to take any of these buses in here.
But where are they going to put all these people?
So while Alejandro Mayorkas, you know, the Homeland Security Secretary is lying to Congress and not being held accountable for his lives.
And while President Biden is lying to the American people and putting us all at risk, including all those poor children that you just mentioned, over 85,000, we don't even know where they're at or who they are with.
They continue to leave the border wide open.
And so we're sitting here wondering, okay, what are we supposed to do while our own government is gaslighting us, lying to us, and what is going to happen next?
And Tom Homan and Mark Morgan, both of you watch firsthand the policies that did secure the border, the Stay of Mexico policy, building the wall, all of which were successful.
We had record low numbers in terms of illegal immigrants entering the country.
Tom, what's the difference between then and now?
Well, I'll let Mark handle the border, but I want to talk about, as the ICE director, what happened in this tragedy of five dead people.
These five people did not have to die.
Under the Trump administration, this guy was deported five times, came back five times.
That's five felonies.
He was arrested for DUI numerous times.
Under the Trump administration, the fugitive re-entry was a major priority.
DUIs, a major priority.
ICE would have been looking for him, arrest them, and deport them.
Under the Biden administration, Mayorkas wrote an ICE priorities memo that says DUIs were not a priority.
Fugitive aliens were not a priority.
Re-entry aliens were not a priority.
So understand this.
ICE wasn't even looking for this guy because of what the Secretary's charge orders to the ICE were.
The Secretary said, being in the country league, was not enough ICE to make an arrest.
These five people died immediately because this administration will not let ICE do their job.
ICE wasn't even looking for him.
Now that we got five dead, innocent people, now all of a sudden he's a priority.
Too early, too late.
And as far as Secretary Mayorkas is concerned.
But it's also, Tom, it's not just these five people.
There have been many people that have been killed.
Well, absolutely.
And it's going to get worse, but Secretary Mayorkas, the national TV stand, he wasn't going to come out in his house.
The guy did have a contract card.
The guy had him attritial charge, which is Mexican ID.
He was here illegally.
Secretary Mayorkas was briefed 28 hours before that show.
He knew the guy was a re-entry.
He knew the guy was here illegally.
He knew the guy was arrested for DUI several times.
He knew the guy was an outstanding felon, but he refused to say it because he would have to take blame for his failed policies that prevented ICE from going to get this guy.
Let's get your take, Mark Morgan, and I'm sure you are in full agreement with both Sarah and Tom.
Yeah, Sean, absolutely.
And I couldn't agree more with Tom.
Everything's at full stop.
I'll even add a little bit.
What Tom said last.
He on the talk show just, he did not acknowledge the fact that this man was a repeated illegal alien, a convicted felon, with law enforcement.
Sean, as you said, had been there more than once.
We had an illegal alien who was a felon with firearms.
It's unconsciable.
And they didn't do anything because as Tom said, even if they would have called ICE and said, we have an illegal alien in our county, ICE would have said, nope, not a priority.
Let him stay in the community.
And so the secretary refused to acknowledge that this weekend because if he had, it would have not only verified his failed policies that Tom said, but I'm going to go a step farther and it would have clearly showed to all of us that the blood of these five innocent victims are on Secretary Marikas' hand.
And, Sean, to your point, you're right.
We could spend the next two hours of your show talking about all the American victims at the hands of illegal aliens.
There is actually an organization, AVIAC, American Victims of Crimes of Illegal Aliens.
We actually have an organization in this country because so many Americans have died or suffered or become victims at the hands of illegal aliens.
One more quick stat.
From 2011 to 2022, 261,000 criminal illegal aliens committed 433,000 crimes, including 800 homicides, 800 kidnappings, and 5,000 sexual assaults.
And Sean, that was in the state of Texas alone.

This assassination, basically, of five innocent people in Texas by an illegal immigrant who had been deported five separate times.
We'll have more of their comments on the other side.
The media's reaction to this has been predictably atrocious, not at all wanting to talk about the illegal factor involved in this case.
They just want to focus on guns, as usual.
Very predictable, but sad.
All right, we continue now.
This tragedy at the border that took place, basically an assassination of an entire family, five people murdered in cold blood by an illegal immigrant who had been deported five separate times.
We continue with Sarah Carter, Tom Homan, and Mark Morgan.
So, Sarah, we're expecting another 2 million illegal immigrants this year.
And when you add, quote, gotaways to that list, that would bring us somewhere well over the 7 million mark, maybe 7.5 million total illegal immigrants coming into the country under Joe Biden.
Is that about right?
That's about right.
And I mean, I want people to think about that.
That's bigger than some states.
And not only are what Mark is saying is true and Tom, and I mean, focusing in on the victims.
And Sean, we're just looking at those five.
That became a national headline because a man walked in with an AR-15 and blew away his neighbors.
I want people to think about what happened when those people encountered him in their house.
Two of the women covered two of the children with their own bodies while he was shooting that gun, while he was shooting that semi-automatic into that home.
He has now disappeared into the fabric of our country or gone back across the border.
Nobody knows.
FBI is now investigating.
But every single day, somebody is losing their life.
Every single day, somebody is facing some kind of tragedy like this.
And those names are forgotten.
And what about all of our children?
And we have to really focus in on this.
We have lost, and these are minimal numbers, over 100,000, over 100,000 Americans, 60% of which were killed with fentanyl.
We have lost them forever.
And it continues year after year after year.
And now we're faced with the realization that over 1 million known gotaways are in our country.
We have caught over 90 known terrorists that we've encountered there.
But how many more?
How many more have disappeared into our country?
And who is going to take responsibility for this?
Sean, we bring up this question a lot.
Who is going to take responsibility when a sleeper cell targets a mall or a soft target?
It's almost inevitable now.
I mean, because we know we caught, what, 170 people on the terrorist watch list last year?
How many people have gotten away in the last two years that are on that list?
Because if they got through, that means there are terror cells in this country awaiting orders, plotting, planning, and scheming the next attack.

All right, the tragedy at the border of five innocent family members killed by an illegal immigrant, sadly, you know, basically assassinated.
And this is a guy that had been deported five separate times.
I noticed the media reaction.
Liberal Joe, for example, is blasting Greg Abbott and his tweet following this mass shooting.
Apparently this morning, Abbott decided to make the point of saying that the victims of the massacre were illegal immigrants.
But, you know, does it matter when you're talking about human lives?
I thought every life mattered.
One of the main reasons you need a legal immigration system is you need to do background checks, see if they have radical associations.
If they do, you can't let them into the country.

Tom, let me go to you and ask you your reaction to the fact that people don't want you to even mention or acknowledge that illegal immigrants are involved in this case.
No, it's the same old, same old.
The left refuses to talk about it.
And they keep saying how the Biden administration is so much more humane than the Trump administration.
Since Joe Biden's been president, there's been over 1,700 migrants have died on U.S. soil crossing the border.
1,700, historic record.
No one's talking about it.
106,000 Americans dying from fentanyl overdose that have come across the border.
No one's talking about it.
You got 5.5 million illegal entries.
No one's talking about it.
But really, I want to follow up with Sarah.
So what really gets me the most is that they have lost track of over 100,000 children.
Over 300,000 children cross this border with the help of cartels.
This administration doesn't do proper vetting because they're in such a hurry to release them because they don't want overcrowding because there's overcrowding.
Then they got to the crisis.
So they're sending these kids out to unvetted sponsors.
They've lost over 100,000.
They're made to 85.
It's over 100.
And Sean, I've investigated this for 35 years.
I can tell you right now, some of these children are in pornographic movies.
Some of these children are living with pedophiles.
Some of these children are in forced labor.
They've already found four different meat packing plants where kids as young as eight years old are cleaning up entrails during a midnight shift of cattle that were slaughtered for the beef.
The 85,000 are mining to well over 100,000 children.
Where's the left?
Where's the progressives that screamed about Donald Trump, screamed about Tom Holman, how inhumane we were because we did zero tolerance and we separated 2,500 families because we prosecuted the illegal errands?
How dare we prosecute somebody for violating our laws and crossing the border, which is a crime?
What they've done is so much worse, and no one's talking about it.
No one's raising hell at the border.
No one's filing lawsuits.
They're just refusing to talk about it.
President Trump's policies resulted in 83% decline in illegal migration, a 45-year lull.
So let me ask you this.
When 83%, 84% less people are coming, how many kids weren't dying?
How many migrants weren't dying?
How many U.S. citizens weren't dying from drug overdoses?
How many non-suspected terrorist ditmits in the country?
How many women and children weren't sex trafficking in this country?
President Trump's policies secured a border and saved lives.
Mark, let me ask you.
We have talked at length about every illegal immigrant usually has a bracelet with a different color representing how much they will owe the cartels when they get in the U.S. and start making money, or the cartels will pay a visit, if you will, to the families of those that successfully enter the country illegally.
Is there any chance in your mind that this could be related to that?
Oh, it absolutely is.
And everything that Tom said is just right, absolutely correct.
And this is what's happening.
What a lot of people don't understand because open border advocates in this administration, Shaw, are absolutely continuing false terrorism and just blatantly lying.
So many countless illegal aliens that put their lives in the hands of the cartels and go through the exploitation suffering even before they get to the border, as Tom explained.
Guess what?
Their exploitation doesn't stop when they're released or sneak across the U.S. border.
A lot of times the second phase of their exploitation begins.
A lot of them are being trafficked simultaneously that they're being smuggled.
They just don't know it.
This is how it works.
So someone says, hey, okay, they're working with the cartels.
It's going to cost them $8,000 to be smuggled in.
They don't have $8,000.
They say, I've got $2,000.
No problem.
Once you get in the United States, you can pay us back.
About a week later, they're in the United States.
There's a knock on the door.
Where's our other $6,000?
I don't have it.
No problem.
Here's how you're going to pay it off.
And the life of trafficking begins.
Whether it's a 10-year-old or 8-year-old working in a slaughterhouse or a young woman or girl that now has been forced into a life of sex trafficking, it goes on and on.
But, Sean, also to your point, right now, in the first 25 months of this administration, counting counting the fact that it's underreported by 20%, there have been over 1.7 million, 1.7 million total gotaways in this country.
We have literally, as Sarah said, there are 12 states whose population is less than 1.7.
We have literally added a 51st state of Godaways alone into this country.
And we know among them are murderers, rapists, pedophiles, aggravated felons, potential national security threats.
This is ridiculous.
We know that a 22-year-old woman that was savagely raped and beaten and strangled by illegal aliens, a law enforcement officer that was killed by a legal alien.
Sean, we could go on and on.
There are countless examples.
When is enough enough?
No, Secretary Myricus, you're a liar.
Our borders are not secure, and the cartels are the ones that actually have operational control of our southern border.
Sarah, let's give you the last word on this.
Look, the Biden administration, pure and simple, is aiding and abetting narcotics, traffickers, and human traffickers.
They are assisting in the pillaging of our own children, the death of our children, and the death of those being trafficked into the United States under modern-day slavery.
And unless they put a stop to it, they will be continuing to be a part of that process and should be looked at in that respect.
You know, if anybody should be impeached, all we need to do is take a look at President Biden and the policies that are in place right now.
And our lawmakers, both in Congress, both Republicans and Democrats, should be standing up for the American people.
The only job that President Biden has to do is protect the national security of the United States of America, and he's failing miserably at it.
So maybe our lawmakers need to take a look at that and do something to protect the American people, Sean.
Now, Tom Holman, I'm going to give you the last word.
Look, I'm just, I'm disgusted.
I spent 35 years enforcing immigration.
Well, I started my career as a border patrol agent, and those 20,000 men and women are American patriots.
They put the line on putting their lives in Launcheous Country every day.
So when the Secretary said this weekend to Chuck Todd, he talked about them patriots and these heroic people on the border.
How soon has he forgotten that he stood at the White House podium and slandered the men of the horse patrol, knowing they were innocent?
These men still aren't back to poll duty.
We've had over 17 border surgeons died of suicide.
Now, I'm not seeing the open borders caused suicide, but whatever internal struggles they were having, seeing the carnage they see every day, giving CPR to babies, pulling dead babies out of the river, talking to girls as young as eight years old who got raped multiple times, these men and women deserve better.
They've been abandoned by the commander-in-chief.
They've been abandoned by the secretary.
I agree with Mark Cincerrat.
Secretary of Mayorkis needs to be impeached.
If they can peach President Trump for making a damn phone call, they can impeach Majorkis for all the 106,000 Americans dead, the 1,700 minutes dead, the record number of most expected terrorists crossing the border.
This guy needs to go.
He needs to be impeached.
That's the right thing to do for this country.

I mean, how many, thinking of how many terrorists, just, I mean, they're only talking about the two that they caught, and that's been a couple years.
I mean, there's so many people coming across that they don't even know about.

And the media, they won't even, he was at this so-called deal he was at, they function at the White House.
