Time Text
This is an iHeart Podcast.
Hour two, Sean Hannity Show, 800941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, uh the walls are closing in, as I've been saying on the Biden family.
Uh we now have over 170 suspicious activity reports, and we now also have James Comer saying it's not three Biden family members making money with these foreign business deals of Hunter, but now last week it was nine.
Now we're up to a uh twelve or thirteen, and it just keeps getting bigger by the day.
And now the question is the ones that I want to answer the most.
I want to know how much money that the Biden family did with in business with China are number one geopolitical foe.
Russia, our number two geopolitical foe.
Uh Ukraine, now we we know for certain that Joe knew darn well about Barisma and the investigation into his son, and that's why he leveraged a billion taxpayer dollars.
Uh uh and and that's why they got the prosecutor, son of a bee, they fired the guy.
And anyway, so Chairman Comer is now doing his job.
They not only are finding the and get finally getting their suspicious activity reports, but they're also finding all of these shell companies that they never knew existed that show no business activity, but seem to be uh areas where the Biden family syndicate was sending their money to.
And the question is, how deep does this go and how corrupt is all of this?
Uh on top of that, we have this IRS whistleblower.
We now have Hunter Biden's attorneys very aggressively going after the whistleblower.
I thought we like whistleblowers.
I didn't think we attack whistleblowers.
I thought whistleblowers had protections.
I guess that's only in the case of whistleblowers against Donald Trump, even if they're not real whistleblowers, but just hearsay whistleblowers.
Uh so that's going to get very, very interesting very, very fast, because that goes right to the Department of Justice and and Merrick Garland and what he knew and when he knew it on the question of all the money from all the countries that they did business with, and we do need a full accounting of all of that.
What did Joe Biden know and when did he know it in spite of his claims before the election that he never had a single conversation with his son about his foreign business dealings?
Well, we have photograph graphic evidence that contradicts that.
Uh we have meetings, times, and places where it was Hunter, Joe Biden, and foreign business partners all meeting together.
So we know that was a big lie that was told.
Uh then on the outside of all of this, then we have the issue of Hunter Biden's real laptop, and there are two big issues associated with that.
The FBI had it in December of twenty nineteen.
That raises the question why, and we brought this up with Eric Schmidt on this program yesterday when he was AG in Missouri.
You know, why why did the head of site integrity at Twitter at the time, Yo Roth, uh, testify and and swear on an affidavit that in fact the FBI meeting with big tech in the in the months leading up to the 2020 election weekly meetings, you know, what why did they suggest the FBI suggests that well some of this uh misinformation may be about Joe and Hunter Biden.
Anyway, Greg Jarrett has been all over these issues, knows him better than anybody that I know, and he joins us now, sir.
And by the way, his new book is coming out.
Uh pretty soon you get it on Amazon.com, Hannity.com, Trial of the Century.
Uh Mr. Jarrett, how are you, sir?
Hey, I'm well, Sean.
Uh, you know, credit is due to the House Oversight Committee.
We think about it, they've only had four months to do this, and they're unraveling the mountains of damning evidence uh involving uh the Biden crime family, the Biden syndicate, uh, which my friend in law professor Jonathan Turley he he says the Bidens are the are the G the GOAT in what could be the largest influence peddling effort in history.
It appears that they have bagged more than a hundred million dollars in these elaborate international schemes, thirty-one million from the Chinese, probably more than that.
Forty million from Russia, eleven million from what about the one point five billion dollar deal with the Bank of China?
Do we know how much they may have profited from that?
We don't, and that's why the work of the oversight committee is so vital.
Uh the more these investigators are digging into the financial records, the more they're shocked and appalled by what they're they're finding.
It's no longer a hundred and fifty suspicious activity reports, 170 of them.
Uh wire transfers, banking transactions that show now up to a dozen Biden family members receiving truckloads of overseas money from America's adversaries.
Uh the committee is now actually resorted to uh creating an elaborate flow chart to try to track the sources of the money to Biden recipients that were disguised through this complex web of shell companies and LLCs, limited liability corporations.
But those companies appear to, as Comer said, they have no other function than to operate as a personal family treasure chest for the Bidens, tens of millions of dollars.
So money would come from the Chinese, go into an LLC, get shuttled to a shell corporation to another, and then distributed.
Now what is that spell?
It spells money laundering, which is certainly one of the things that the U.S. attorney reportedly has been investigating until he was stopped by two other U.S. attorneys appointed by Joe Biden, according to the whistleblower.
So we keep hearing reports from even the mainstream media that there are four possible charges uh that could be very imminent for Hunter Biden, and one would be a felony gun charge relying on a gun application, uh, one would be a felony tax charge.
Uh uh to me that seems like the low-hanging fruit.
You know, there are a lot more questions I want to ask, but what's your take on those charges?
Well, as I said in your program last night, that'd be the deal of sweetheart deal of the century for Hunter Biden.
A couple of misdemeanors and two felonies, you can plead him down and you know uh get no time served.
Um look, you you're talking in truth about hundreds of potential crimes because every wire transfer from the Chinese, every transaction that derives from influence peddling, which is corruption and fraud and bribery, violation of the foreign corrupt acts.
Those are all separate crimes.
And you know, you you've got 170 suspicious activities reports, right?
So that's that represents banking transactions, wire transfers from overseas sources sending money to Hunter Biden and you know, his cronies who are operating these shell companies and LLCs.
So I mean, that alone, assuming you can prove each and every one, would be 170 different felonies.
So uh, you know, two misdemeanors and you know, maybe uh no j jail time on two felonies?
Well, I mean any any idiot would take that deal, and even Hunter Biden.
Yeah, I agree, but I think there are more important questions that need to be answered.
You know, and I think America needs an answer, for example, on this IRS whistleblower.
Is Merrick Garland number one that he lie to Congress under oath?
Uh is he running interference for the Biden family?
Did Tony Blinken conspire to lie at the highest level to the American people in the lead up to the presidential elec election uh by running the point and getting fifty-one former Intel officials that knew nothing about Hunter's uh laptop uh to say that it looks like Russian disinformation?
Was he promised anything in return for that mission?
In other words, the position of Secretary of State.
Uh but you know, at what level did you know, is there any laws or any possible laws that could be broken there?
I know lying under oath would be uh a crime.
What about Tony Blinken?
Well, that's why it's important that Tony B. Blinken be called as a witness to answer uh for himself and to Respond to the statements under oath by uh Mike Morrell, former acting CIA director, is the guy who in the end organized uh this uh letter that made the false claim that the he organized it, but didn't he say to Congress that he made Tony Blinken the point man on that?
That it was triggered by by Tony Blinken in a phone call that Blinken made uh as you know, the laptop was being reported, we've got to counter uh you know this.
Do you have any ideas?
And that was uh that germinated the movement to get fifty other people to sign off on a lie.
And you know, it wasn't uh reasoned intelligence, it was a devious political operation and one of the dirtiest tricks in American politics, uh, because it affected the election.
Uh polling data shows that had people known the truth about the laptop story, they would have cast their ballots differently and not for Joe Biden.
Uh so you know, this is the the second time the Democrats and their allies in government have used their positions of power to poison an election in two thousand and sixteen, the Russia hoax.
In twenty twenty, uh the Intel officials cover up of the family's uh Biden family self-enrichment schemes with foreign actors.
Uh that would have made a difference in twenty twenty.
I think we also then take it uh to me the charges that they're talking about, or the indictments or pending indictments, alleged impending indictments against Hunter Biden seem like low-hanging fruit.
It seems to me that the real questions here are, you know, about the Biden family, how much money did they do with in business with China, uh, with Russia, with Ukraine, and according to James Comer, you know, dozens of other countries potentially.
Uh it seems to me that the walls are closing in, and it they might just go for the low-hanging fruit in the hopes that this might put an end to the investigations into these matters, but I don't I don't see Jim Comer stopping.
I don't see Jim Jordan stopping, do you?
Comer's not gonna stop because there are other people beyond Hunter Biden who were involved apparently with these schemes.
What's so interesting is the sea change among uh Democrats who have long defended Biden over this.
They have morphed from claiming that it's all made up, it never happened, there was never any influence peddling to now admitting that there was, and that they say well, it's it's wrong, but it's not criminal.
That's not true at all.
Uh tax evasion is a crime, so is tax fraud, money laundering, uh violation of the foreign corrupt practices act to use your public office for self-enrichment for you or your family members from foreign entities.
Uh, you know, Sam Bankman Freed was just charged under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act for doing something quite similar.
Uh there's also the failure to register as foreign agents, which is a felony.
Were any of these Bidens registered as foreign agents?
Apparently not.
And, you know, all the while Joe has feigned ignorance and still insists to this day.
He never spoke with his son about these overseas business deals, which even Hunter says is not true.
He gave an interview with the New Yorker who said, Yeah, I talked to Dad about it.
So, you know, this is one of the many things that I think will come to haunt Joe Biden on on this day when he announced his candidacy for reelection.
Quick break, right back more with Greg Jarrett on the other side.
He has his new book coming out, by the way, the trial of the century, Amazon.com, Hannity.com, bookstores everywhere.
Uh, then we'll get to your calls, 800-941 Sean, and then President Donald J. Trump will join us as we continue.
The radio show, the mainstream media loves state.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
We continue now with Fox News legal analyst Greg Jarrett, by the way, is new book out soon, Trial of the Century.
It's on Amazon.com, Hannity.com.
Does America have a President that is corrupt and compromised.
In other words, uh I I don't I can't think of any other president that would have allowed a uh uh a Chinese spy balloon the size of a school bus to fly over the skies of Alaska down the west coast of Canada into Idaho over Montana and our missile silos down to Missouri and Kansas and Kentucky and off the coast of the Carolinas and not have some repercussions.
There have been none.
I don't know of a president uh that would allow uh Putin and Russia to take down one of our drones and not have serious, significant and very real consequences.
Nothing's ha nothing has happened.
The House investigation is so important because Americans deserve to know whether our national security has been jeopardized by this president.
Chairman Cummer of the Oversight Committee is convinced this is why Joe Biden has been soft on China.
Uh his reaction to COVID, the TikTok, uh, the spy balloon, China's theft of intellectual property, manipulation of our currency.
Has this president made those decisions to the detriment of the U.S. citizens he's supposed to serve and for the benefit of the Chinese Communist Party.
Um, you know, we need some answers on that.
And it's not just China, but other countries as well, where our national interests may have been compromised by this president's greed.
It seems like we'll do the job of the media mob again.
Uh, Greg Jarrett, the band is back together, and we will get to the bottom of all this with the help of Comer and and of course Jim Jordan and John Solomon and Sarah Carter and yourself.
Uh we're back together, we're working hard, we'll get every detail necessary, and I think the evidence is now becoming overwhelming, incontrovertible, and the walls are closing in on the entire Biden syndicate.
Uh, but anyway, we appreciate you being with us.
Greg Jarrett, thank you.
My pleasure.
Twenty-five now to the top of the hour, eight hundred nine four one Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, we'll get to your calls this half hour.
Also, Joe Manchin was on my TV show last night.
I'm gonna play some of that interview.
Uh very interesting words that he has for Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden.
Um, look, you remember Ronald Reagan famously said, I'm from the government, I'm here to help.
No, they're not.
I mean, government is really hurting every American family.
This record high inflation, the Biden economy, Biden energy policies, they're killing all of us, and everybody's looking for ways to save money, and I have a way to save money, a lot of it, and not sacrifice service at all.
That means making the switch to my cell phone company, and that's pure talk.
They are on a mission.
They're saving the average family annually, close to a thousand bucks a year, and many families even much more.
Uh, and you know what?
You're gonna get the exact same 5G network as the big carriers, ATT, Verizon T-Mobile.
You're gonna get the exact same cell towers, so you have the same number of coverage bars on your phone, and it's a veteran-owned company.
It has it has the best U.S. customer service team around.
They'll make the switch simple and easy and fast.
Uh right now you you can get blazing fast 5G data, unlimited talk, unlimited text, and that's 30 bucks a month, no contract to sign, and a hundred percent money back guarantee.
Anyway, right now pull out your cell phone, dial pound two fifty, say the keyword save now, pound two fifty, keyword save now from our friends at pure talk, a smart thing to do.
So remember way back when and and Joe Manchin went against the inflation reduction act and then negotiated with Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden, and they made promises to uh Joe Manchin, very specific promises involving a couple of energy projects in the state of West Virginia that were pivotal to his state and the people of the of West Virginia,
um, because these new Green Deal policies, the climate alarmist religious cult, they are are literally destroying any and all domestic energy production.
Anyway, so they made a deal.
When you make a deal, you're supposed to keep your word.
Well, anyway, I talked to Joe Manchin about Biden And Schumer breaking their word to the American people.
I want to play that for you.
He also, we discussed if the Biden administration doesn't honor their their commitments on energy, he's going to vote to repeal his own bill.
And he also said that he's urging Biden to negotiate the debt ceiling with Kevin McCarthy.
it's day 83 and joe biden refuses to sit down with kevin mccarthy who put forward a very very reasonable plan to get spending under control going back to 2022 levels and only allowing for one percent uh rate of growth moving forward that's That's it.
That's called common sense.
That means we begin the process of stop robbing from our kids and our grandkids.
And uh anyway, he said that if the administration doesn't honor his commitments, he's gonna you know do all of these things.
He said the Democratic Party is not going to take control of him.
It sounded to me like he was so angry, he's either thinking of following Christian uh cinema and becoming an independent or maybe even a Republican.
I don't know, but you decide.
This energy issue is the lifeblood of the world's economy.
You made a deal with Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden.
Did they break their word to you?
Well, basically they broke the word to the American public.
Uh and and what had happened is I had an opportunity to write a piece of legislation.
The total put cost of the bill was six hundred and eighty-four billion dollars, six hundred and eighty-seven billion dollars over ten years.
That's how much money would be uh basically appropriated for this bill was raised.
Uh and three hundred and eighty-four billion dollars went directly to energy.
I had a chance to write the energy portion would give us energy security.
Uh the Ukraine war breaks out, Sean.
Uh Putin weaponizes energy.
We can't help our allies.
We see what's happening.
We're not even energy independent ourselves.
You cannot remain and be the superpower of the world unless you have energy independence and energy security.
We have the gas, we have the oil, we have the coal.
We can do it better and cleaner than anywhere in the world.
And so this piece of legislation was balanced.
Ten years that we're going to have the uh enough uh fossil to run our country and to help our allies around the world, and we also be investing in the new technology for the future.
Now, they have they've disregarded that completely, what was uh agreed upon, and they know exactly what we agreed upon.
This was energy security, and you have not heard the word energy security out of their mouth since it was passed.
It's all about environment.
Well, we're producing more than we have in the past.
Twenty nineteen for a short period of time, we are producing about thirteen million barrels of oil a day.
We need to be in that thirteen to fifteen million uh a day bracket in order for us to be truly independent.
We're producing about thirty-five trillion cubic feet of gas a year.
We need to do thirty-five to forty.
We're basically shipping thirteen billion cubic feet a day of L and G overseas to help our allies.
That needs to be between twenty and thirty.
We can get there, but they have to basically commit themselves.
Let me make it very clear.
If this administration does not honor what it said it would do, and basically continue to liberalize that, where three hundred and eighty-four billion dollars is what we're supposed to invest over ten years, and they blow that out of the water, and it's it's six or seven or eight hundred.
I will do everything I can in my power to prevent that from happening, and if they don't change, then I would vote to repeal my own bill.
Um I think it's a good plan.
You seem to think it's a good plan.
Why isn't the president willing to talk to the Speaker of the House?
Well, I can't tell you why, but I can tell you one thing.
I've done everything I can to say that this is a responsibility, this is his job, this is a responsibility of the leader of the free world and definitely of the United States uh president.
Uh he has to negotiate.
This is what we're all about.
We're the greatest deliberate body in the world, and that means you have to sit down and work, negotiate, come out with differences.
If Kevin McCarthy is able to pass his legislation and send it to the Senate, there's a lot of good things in there that I know we can work with, and there's a lot of things I don't agree with.
But you have to be able to start negotiations.
Well, Joe Biden is not being willing to be with well, he can't play Russian roulette with the with the debt, the debt ceiling.
That is going to be disastrous for our economy and all of our people.
Do you ever think, you know what?
Forget it.
I don't need to be a part of this group of people, because you're a very powerful Senator.
They need your vote, and without it, they're in trouble.
I have about thirty seconds.
Well, they don't always get my vote, and you know that.
If I can't go home and explain, I don't vote for it.
And I have the I I think about that every day.
Why am I a Democrat when everybody's going in different directions?
But parties should not make who you are as a person.
You should be a person's committed to this country and your state first before the parties take control of you, and they're not going to take control of me.
I mean, that's pretty harsh criticism.
And by the way, don't think it's an accident that he said yes to coming onto my show to say this.
He didn't go on fake news CNN.
He didn't go on MSDNC.
He didn't go on the major networks.
No, he came on my show because that sends an even louder message that if you guys are gonna screw me, uh, I'm not gonna take it.
And I don't blame him one bit, because the people in his state of West Virginia, like the people in the rest of the country are all suffering needlessly.
Uh all right, let's go to uh Bobby is in South Carolina.
Where in South Carolina are you, Bobby?
Hi, Hannity.
Um, it's great to talk to a true patriot like yourself.
Thank you.
Where where are you in South Carolina?
I am in Bluffton, South Carolina, close to Hilton Head.
No, it well, what's going on?
How are you today?
Uh I'm I'm disturbed.
Um I I did want to say that Katie is awesome, by the way.
Um I'm disturbed about this.
Why why are you flirting with my call screener?
I'm not trying to.
She's just so nice.
Linda, what are the odds he was flirting with Katie?
I'm hearing it in his voice.
Katie is engaged.
Katie Katie is actually married.
Um, and uh Katie is the like the nicest person ever.
Like I thought Warren was really nice, and then I met Katie.
And it's ridiculous.
I didn't know if I was allowed to say the that it Katie, are we allowed to say that?
Sure, why not?
Okay.
I didn't I didn't know I was allowed to break that news.
I made that mistake in the past, and it didn't go over well.
You make a lot of mistakes when it comes to those sorts of announcements, don't you?
Yeah, not good.
Not good at all.
I know.
Uh I don't have a great track record.
Anyway, sorry, Bobby, what's on your mind?
Um I am um I'm I'm a small business owner.
I own an ice cream truck, and I'm very concerned about this digital No way.
So slow down.
You own an ice cream truck?
Yes, sir, I do.
What kind of ice cream?
Uh it's a little bit of different distributors.
I have Nestle, good humor, riches, bluebell.
You have like good humor, toasted almond ice cream?
No, I live in the South, so you can't get that down here.
Oh man, do you have soft serve as well?
I broke my soft serve machine.
I did have saucer, but I broke it.
What do you mean you broke it?
Are you gonna get it fixed?
Yeah, I'm gonna get it fixed.
It's just gonna take a little bit of time.
It uh it's all over on me one time.
I didn't have it secured properly.
Well, let me ask you a question.
Oh, you didn't have a well how is it broken?
I mean, are you having a supply chain problem?
Is it too expensive?
What is it?
Uh parts problem.
You're having a parts problem for a soft serve ice cream machine?
You gotta be kidding me.
So basically supply chain, yes, sir.
Well, if there's anything we could do to help, let us know.
That's uh I my favorite moments as a kid, I'd be go I'd hear the ice cream and good humor would usually come by my house, and it would be, you know, the bells are ringing, I'd be please, Daddy, please, daddy, please.
And the only the only shot I had, and the reason that he said yes so often is my father loved toasted almonds, and now I love them as well.
They are delicious, I agree.
But um butter pecan is a bigger thing down south.
Love butter fecan.
Yeah, it's good stuff.
Is it pecan or pecan?
I don't know.
I say it both ways.
I mean, it all depends on who you're talking to, I guess.
Anyway, so what's your point?
So my question is um I actually have a couple questions.
Um with the C B D seed and you know, the digital currency.
Um how can I at a local level boy's my opinion, my opposition to it.
And I've already called all my state senators that I could think of.
I haven't heard anything back from them.
But uh I'm also wondering, is this legal?
I don't I mean, it doesn't sound like it's legal from the you know the government standpoint.
I I don't know if they're trying to do this nationally, which I would anticipate they would.
The reason you should be concerned, because it gives a government uh an open window into every aspect of your life, and they will see everything you buy, everything you spend everywhere you go.
And frankly, I just believe in privacy and freedom and liberty, and it's none of their damn business, and it would lend itself to abusive practices, I believe, especially with all that we've learned about you know high-ranking members in the DOJ and the FBI and intelligence community.
I don't trust that they would use the information properly.
Uh I for example, I would imagine that if a Democrat was president and you had people running these agencies that hate me, uh, I have no doubt they'd be all over everything I did every day that I did it.
It's very disturbing in many ways.
So I mean, like you can get an equity score, which means I'm already lower than an you know, somebody of color, and if I purchase too much of this or too much of that, they can shut it down and like you can't buy no more gas this week.
I mean, it's just it's way government overreach and well, I don't know if it'll come to that.
Uh uh I I have not heard that analysis before, but I do know it would give them a window into everybody's, you know, economic uh activity, and that gives uh a pretty clear uh indication of how you're living your life, and I think that's way too intrusive, and I think every American should fight back against it.
The best way to fight back is to elect people that don't believe in this idiocy.
Uh and I totally agree.
I mean, I have neighbors that are fishermen and they're talking about selling their boats.
I'm thinking about selling my business.
Um just because I mean I don't need them knowing everything that I do.
But um I didn't have for you.
I'm gonna let you go because I got a lot of other people waiting to qu uh talk to us.
If we can help you out with that part or something, if we can make a phone call, we'll do whatever you need to get back on the road and get that soft serve uh up and running again.
Okay, well, thank you very much, sir, and thank you for your patriotism and God bless.
Thank you, my friend.

We'll continue.
And now a word from the 46th president of the United States.
We've been doing everything we can do to keep Biden from being the nominee, and guess what?
We tried it in Iraq, it's not working, so now we're gonna try.
I mean, in Iran, excuse me.
We tried in Ukraine.
Sean Hannity is on right now.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
800 941 Sean is our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Uh Ryan, also in South Carolina.
We'll stay in South Carolina.
Ryan, how are you?
What part of South Carolina are you in?
Hey, Sean.
Uh I am from Columbia, South Carolina.
Know it well, the home of USC.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, go game cox.
Yes, sir.
What's going on?
Um quick question.
Um by the way, I met I met your I met the coach of USC, Shane Beamer.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
What's on your mind?
Um the right now, is this the best time to be pursuing any kind of uh criminal charges against Hunter with him having his uh daddy in the White House right there ready to pardon him for if if he were to get you know any conviction or any present time.
Um I think the answer is yes, and if he decides to pardon Hunter, um, then I would imagine there'd be political fallout from that.
He probably, if I had to guess, if something did happen to Hunter, uh, it'd be down the road a little bit, they'd be fighting on appeal, etc., etc.
And if it's his second term, he's not gonna care one lick about whether or not he pardons Hunter.
Yeah.
So then they escape from any Listen, the path the power of the pardon is absolute.
You just gotta remember that.
The only down the only thing you gotta also remember, and Steve Bannon is has run into this problem.
He got a pardon from President Trump, is that then they try to charge you on a state level for the same exact thing.
And so it's it's it's not the perfect system, but for a lot of people, if it's a federal charge you're dealing with and only a federal charge, yeah, that pardon is absolute, and the the power of the pardon is absolute, and that's the power of the presidency.
All right.
I appreciate the call.
And speaking of the presidency, uh Donald Trump at the top of the hour, he'll check in with us today.
Export Selection
