This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, let's get it simple, man.
That only means one thing on this radio program, and that means all things self-proclaimed Simple Man, Bill O'Reilly, is with us, All ThingsO'Reilly, at billo'reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, sir, how are you?
Good.
I'm just looking at the March radio ratings, and the Hanley program did very well.
So congratulations, but you're used to that now, right?
I didn't look at them yet.
You know, they come out every day.
So it's like, you know, it's a never-ending, revolving.
Well, if you look at it, March, they're probably all in, but I haven't looked at it yet.
But I am very grateful to this audience.
And you and I talk about this.
We're two guys from Long Island.
You were richer than I was that grew up, and the odds of us having an undeserved life that we both have had were not very high.
We both had great parents that worked hard, sacrificed for us.
We stand on their shoulders.
My parents grew up very poor, and my grandparents came from Ireland, all four of them.
And I know I stand on their shoulders.
And my job is to make sure this country is in better shape than it is now for our kids and grandkids.
Yeah, I think there's an asterisk next to that, though, that hard work pays off.
And, you know, both you and I work very hard.
People know that.
Trying to get a different perspective on what's happening in the world so that folks are prepared for the future.
I mean, that's pretty much, I didn't know when I left Fox News that my independent news agency would be this successful.
I think it's the most successful news agency in the world now, BillO'Reilly.com.
Got 60 people working for me, if you can believe it.
By the way, I feel sorry for 59 of them.
Yeah, yeah.
Bill, I watched you in action.
You are not an easy boss to work for.
No, but the payoff is you get well compensated.
And if you get through it, then you can work anywhere.
I mean, you know how many people I trained, and they're all in executive positions now across the media spectrum.
You know something?
What we do, I believe, is important because the media really is a mob.
I call them the media mob because they have a mob mindset, a mob mentality, and they follow each other.
You know, they got this blue check mark, quote, journalist cult, which is anything but journalism.
And they all talk to each other in a bubble, and they think that they're right.
They think that they're a journalist.
And they're not, Bill, they're not.
No, I mean, they're corporate kills, most of them.
They do what they're told to do.
But your bubble point extends into the corporate world now, too.
That's what happened with Anheuser-Busch.
I mean, how in God's name did you think, and I'm talking to the company CEO now, a former Marine, that bringing in someone from the internet who's, let's say, controversial, let's just use that word, and having that person pitch beer to working class men is going to work.
How did you think that was going to work?
You see?
But they live in a bubble where they're all told, oh, yes, yes, that's virtue.
Yes, you're so noble.
Yes, yes, let's do that.
And so, like Disney in Florida, Disney should have had nothing to do with what is taught in public schools in that state.
To inject yourself into a debate like that is insane.
All right, I want to play three cuts for you because this is our government.
All right.
I'm going to play them in order.
I'm going to first play the ATF director that doesn't know what an assault weapon is when asked to define it.
Then I'm going to play the Education Secretary refusing to define what a woman is.
These are not, first of all, I never thought I'd watch this in Congress, just like when we had a few months ago a question asked, can biological men bear children?
And this is where our society is.
The third thing I'm going to play is Josh Hawley taking on Mayorkis and Majorkis blaming the problems at our border on Donald Trump.
And I want you to respond to all three one by one, but I'll play them in succession here.
Could you, in 15 seconds, would you define an assault weapon for me?
So please go FPF 15 seconds.
I'll just interrupt you.
So I'll go shorter than that because I honestly, I do think that's a, if Congress wishes to take that up, I think Congress would have to do the work.
But we would be there to provide technical assistance.
I, unlike you, I'm not a firearms expert to the same extent as you may be, but we have people at ATF who can talk about velocity of firearms, what damage different kinds of firearms cause.
So that whatever determination you chose to make would be an informed one.
Or can you please define for me, what is a woman?
Our focus at the department is to provide equal access to students, including students who are LGBTQ access, free from discrimination.
Is that so?
What's the definition of a woman?
You haven't given me that.
You haven't answered my question.
I think that's almost secondary to the important role that I have as Secretary of Education.
My question is.
It's not secondary.
My question is very simple.
What is the definition?
What does HHS say the definition of a woman is?
I lead the Department of Education, and my job is to make sure that all students have access to public education, which includes co-curricular activities.
And I think you highlighted pretty well the importance of Title IX and giving students equal access, whether it's scholarship and facilities.
Thanks, so you're not going to face my question.
The policy of the prior administration to separate children from their parents was one of the most heinous policies in our recent memory, most certainly.
Very proud of the work of the Family Reunification Task Force, which I'm honored to lead.
What we do is we enforce the law.
But let me just say this.
It is stunning to me, stunning, to hear you say that the prior administration reunited children with their parents.
So this is their fault.
So you're not going to take any responsibility for the indentured servitude and exploitation of children that is happening on your watch.
A moment ago, you were crowing about the fact that you treated children so well, and yet we find tens of thousands of children who are forced to work as slaves because of your policies, and you turn around and blame a prior administration.
Mr. Secretary, this is par for the course for you.
You do it every time you appear before this committee.
You do it every time you appear before Congress.
I, for one, am sick and tired of it, and thousands of children are in physical danger, danger, because of what you are doing.
You should have resigned long ago.
And if you cannot change course, you should be removed from office.
So the head of the ATF can't define an assault weapon.
The head of or the education secretary can't define what a woman is.
And that exchange with Josh Hawley with the head of the Department of Homeland Security.
Bill, that all happened in one day, yesterday.
And Hawley just echoed what cruised it a couple of weeks ago with Majorkis.
And it's ridiculous.
But if you understand the philosophy of the Biden administration, which, of course, employs these people, and that's why they don't answer the question, because they don't want to say anything wrong or non-politically correct, and they get in trouble, and that's why they do what they do.
But the overall philosophy of the Biden administration is what people should understand, because you're going to have to vote for president again in about a year and a half.
So the philosophy is we are going to blame everything on Trump.
Everything.
So Afghanistan, not our fault.
It was Trump's policy.
That's why we had to run out and leave billions of dollars worth of military equipment there.
The border, 6.6 million since Biden's been in office, migrants coming into the United States, but not our fault.
Trump did it somehow.
And by the way, Trump's policy of family was almost exactly the same as Barack Obama's.
There was very little difference because the border authorities had to establish that children were actually part of a family and they didn't want the children to be intimidated by whatever adult was in the room.
That's why they separated them.
Plus, you can't have children living in quarters with 300 or 400 migrants they don't know.
That was his policy, and that's a sane policy.
Okay, so Maorkis, he's the worst of the batch because he doesn't care to solve the problem, and he'll lie about it.
He'll flat out lie about it every time he's in there.
So that's the worst, but it all comes from the top.
And the top is the White House.
And the White House, if you really want to boil it down, has not solved one single vexing problem in more than two years.
Do you know of any problem that the White House has solved or turned around?
Bill, I can't name a single thing that I can point to that they've been successful at, not one.
So voters, whoever, and the Republican Party's a mess.
But if they can get it together at some level and put out a cogent platform with a candidate that is going to be straightforward with the American people, Republicans should win overwhelmingly.
But, you know, we live in a nation.
But Bill, I've told you this.
They've got to change.
Republicans and conservatives got to approach elections differently.
They've got to understand they've got to embrace early voting, voting by mail.
They've got to embrace legal ballot harvesting like the Democrats are.
You can't start out the night on election night down 500,000 votes and expect to win.
Look, all of that technical business, that's out of my realm.
I don't even bother with...
That's why I'm here, Bill.
I'm here to help you.
You're here to provide that.
My strength is history, bringing history into everyday life today.
Did you ever think in our lifetime that you would have in the halls of Congress questions as like, can biological men bear children?
Or asking an education secretary to define what a woman is?
No, but if you look at how powerful the progressive movement has become in this country, and by the way, that's not numbers of people.
The progressive movement has become powerful for two reasons.
An amazing amount of money.
And, you know, you always throw in George Soros' name, but he's not alone.
Ford Foundation, what's his name?
Spielberg and Katzenberg, the Hollywood.
They are pumping hundreds of millions of dollars into this progressive movement.
And then the media is sympathetic or on board with it, one or the other.
So when you have those two, you have a combination of money and media power pushing a movement.
You don't need the people.
All right, quick break more with Simple Man, Bill O'Reilly, allthingsO'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com as we continue.
Man for America.
Sean Hannity telling the truth.
And mainstream media likes to hide.
Sean Hannity.
All right, we continue with All Things Simple Man.
Bill O'Reilly is with us.
AllthingsO'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com.
Now, you're not the big gun guy that I am.
And I know you shot for sport purposes and so on and so forth.
But you're also not the head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.
So you have the head of the ATF can't answer a question about what is an assault rifle.
By the way, there's not one real major definition.
He doesn't want to answer it because if he answers it and he makes a mistake, he gets into trouble.
Well, I could tell you that I own firearms, AR-15s, for example, that are different than what you would buy in, say, the state of Florida, the free state of Florida.
And every mandated change, for example, there are a number of things that would define a firearm, you know, a folding or telescoping stock, a pistol grip, a bayonet mount, things like that.
Every change, because I follow the law to the T, and I hired a firearms expert to do it for me, is mostly a cosmetic change, Bill.
It has nothing to do with the ability of me to use that firearm.
Listen, I put out a program on billoreilly.com that would diminish the gun violence problem in this country.
I did.
Arms security, metal detectors in every school.
No.
That's the Hannity plan.
And that's not a bad plan.
But the O'Reilly plan is more, is a bigger plan.
Number one, you federalize all gun crimes.
Take it out of the locals.
So Bragg and all the crazy DAs don't have any authority.
You stick up a 7-Eleven with a gun, they catch you, you're into federal court with mandatories upon conviction.
That really cuts into the criminal gun problem, which is most of it.
Mr. O'Reilly, it's always a pleasure to have you.
We appreciate you being with us.
Waiting for your new book, Killing Hannity, is coming out in about a month.
You can go to billorilly.com for all the details.
Is that right?
Well, you're part of killing the witches, and I don't want to say anything.
Okay.
I'm part of the killing witches, which will be his next one.
By the way, when you go to the Salem witch hunts, it's a fascinating story.
I can't wait to read it.
Thank you.
You'll get an early copy.
And I appreciate being on.
Congrats on the March radio ratings.
All right, my friend.
God bless you as always.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Speaking of firearms, I love this company.
I love Henry Repeating Arms.
And they have a deal going on right now.
I promise you, you will love their classic Lever Action 22.
It's their H001.
They have sold over a million of this classic lever action rifle.
And it's just a great, great, amazing rifle that I think is the best in its class.
It's only $300 to $400.
It's a rifle made in America.
Everything with Henry is made in America or not made at all.
They have a lifetime guarantee.
They've sold more than a million because it's so great and versatile.
And, you know, you can use it for small game hunting, pest control, or just, you know, what I use it for is I go to the range.
I have a great time using it.
And it doesn't blow my eardrums out.
So it's one of the firearms I can actually shoot.
25 to the top of the hour.
We're going to hit your phone calls straight ahead.
Look, I want to talk about my friends first at Lone Star Transfer.
Many of you are stuck in these timeshares.
And guess what?
The yearly dues have nearly doubled again this maintenance season.
And what most people are discovering that have timeshares, they are shocked to learn that their timeshare is not available because they're now making them available to the public.
You want out, you can get out, and our friends at LonestarTransfer.com will help you.
They've done this now for over a decade.
A wonderful family, great family business.
They've helped thousands and thousands of people legally and permanently get out of their never-ending timeshare fees.
They have an A-plus rating from the Better Business Bureau, hundreds and hundreds of five-star testimonials.
And you know what?
The only people that I trust and their customers, their clients know, they can be trusted.
Lone Star Transfer will guarantee the release of all liability to your timeshare.
They do it in writing.

Lonestartransfer.com.
All right.
Just to follow up a little bit with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly.
Let me go back to Josh Hawley, tell him Mayorkas he should be removed from office.
Then I want to play Ron Johnson telling Mayorkas that 3.6 million people have been encountered, processed, and dispersed at the border.
We're now up to over 6 million people that Joe Biden has basically aided and abetted illegally, letting them into the country.
I mean, we've never had numbers like this.
And then the idiot Mayorkis, not only did he blame Trump, but then he said that the border is secure, which drives me up a wall.
Listen.
The policy of the prior administration to separate children from their parents was one of the most heinous policies in our recent memory.
Most certainly.
I'm very proud of the work of the Family Reunification Task Force, which I'm honored to lead.
What we do is we enforce the law.
But let me just say this.
You're not.
It is stunning to me, stunning, to hear you say that the prior administration reunited children with their parents.
Oh, I see.
When this is their fault, when it is theirs.
So you're not going to take any responsibility for the indentured servitude and exploitation of children that is happening on your watch.
A moment ago, you were crowing about the fact that you treated children so well.
And yet we find tens of thousands of children who are forced to work as slaves because of your policies.
And you turn around and blame a prior administration.
Mr. Secretary, this is par for the course for you.
You do it every time you appear before this committee.
You do it every time you appear before Congress.
I, for one, am sick and tired of it.
And thousands of children are in physical danger.
Danger, because of what you are doing.
You should have resigned long ago.
And if you cannot change course, you should be removed from office.
And I guess rather than ask you for the numbers, which I've never gotten straight answers on, let me just run by you the numbers that we've got off of many times right off your website.
Total nationwide encounters during the Biden administration just shy of 6 million.
Is that about right?
My understanding of apprehensions is that is almost 6 million, yes.
So again, you're calling them encounters now, which I think is a strange turn of a phrase.
Total expulsions on, well, I know, because you're not apprehending him.
You're just encountering and then you're dispersing and processing and dispersing him.
Total expulsions under Title 42, about 2.4 million.
So that means 6 million minus 2.4, about 3.6 million people have been encountered, very efficiently processed and dispersed.
But you are failing miserably.
Four to 5 million people, 1.4 million unknown gotaways.
We have no idea who those people are, what kind of security they risk.
You're not giving me any stats whatsoever in terms of the number of people that are human trafficked, how many young girls are sex trafficked.
You don't have a clue.
You wouldn't even answer how many dead bodies, which is very well documented, at the border.
Do you not care?
Do you not have just an ounce of human compassion for what your open border policy, the type of human depredations it is causing?
You just sit there looking with a blank look on your face and you're saying it's a priority.
If it's a priority, how did we let four to five million people in this country in a little more than two years?
Four to five million people, the population of 20 to almost 30 states.
And you're saying this is a priority?
Mr. Secretary, you ought to resign.
It is my testimony that the border is secure and we are working every day, day and night, to increase its security.
The challenges that we are experiencing at the border cannot be overstated.
That man has no business being the head of the Department of Homeland Security.
Republicans, now it's getting louder.
I think they're going to impeach him.
And I think he must be impeached.
He is not qualified for the job.
Now, we know that they have caught a number of people on the terror watch list.
How many people on the terror watch list have made it through?
Because that would mean there are terror cells in this country waiting for the day, the order to come to kill innocent Americans.
And I pray to God, and I mean this with all my heart, mind, body, and soul, that I'm wrong.
But I don't think I am.
And that's on top of Americans, you, the American taxpayer, having to pay for food, clothing, housing, health care, education for all of these illegal immigrants.
We cannot afford it.
We cannot risk allowing people that are unvetted into this country.
It is a full, clear, present danger to our national security, our safety, and security.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Dustin in Utah.
By the way, Utah named, I think, 14 years in a row, the best economic environment in the country.
Dustin, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
I'm good, sir.
How are you?
I'm good.
What's going on?
Hey, so, you know, everybody's investigating Trump for everything under the sun, everything that he does.
My question is, is how come the Obamas are not under investigation?
If most of this stuff happened with Biden under the Obama administration, wouldn't there be a tie there?
Because we have a dual system of justice.
I'm giving you the short answer.
We have a DOJ that is weaponized and the FBI, sadly, and we're hearing from more whistleblowers regularly, the DOJ, the FBI, has been politicized.
That's the short answer.
I can go into more detail, but I've said all of this before.
Yes, sir, you have.
It's just, it's one of those frustrating things.
You sit, you watch, you know, it's just aggravating.
I just don't understand why we've come to this in this country and what has happened to us.
Yeah, it's sad to watch the Constitution of the United States being shredded every day.
Yeah, that's sad.
I agree.
There's only one path out of this, and that's winning elections.
That is my answer.
And I'm telling Republicans, you better shift your mindset here.
You better embrace voting early, voting by mail, and you better embrace, especially in swing states, legal ballot harvesting like the Democrats have and do it better than them.
That's my advice, or we're going to be stuck with, you know, daily destruction of the country and watching China become the world's sole superpower.
That will happen next.
And I pray to God I'm wrong on that too.
Anyway, thank you, Dustin.
Appreciate the call.
All right.
Banks are failing.
Banks are being bailed out, billionaires and millionaires on top of it.
And now Biden is telling you everything is okay.
Just like he told us, inflation is transitory and the border is secure.
None of that's true.
I don't trust a thing about what Biden is saying.
Look, these are tough economic times.
And ever since I was able, got to the point in my life, because many years in my adult life, early adult life, I was living paycheck to paycheck.
And when I got to the point where I could invest, I learned very early, did my research, my homework, talked to people, and I learned about how necessary it is to have a diversified portfolio.
Part of it has always been in gold and silver.
And I'm glad I've done this.
And you know what?
I love my partners at Goldco.
I've done my research.
This is a great company.
They have the best reputation in the precious metals market.
And I'm telling you, just as a hedge to save your money, I've always found it reassuring for me to have gold and silver.
All right, let's head back to our phones: 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to join us.
Jay in beautiful South Carolina.
Where are you in South Carolina, Jay?
I'm in Waltonboro, South Carolina, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good, my friend.
Glad you called.
South Carolina is on my list of the top five states that I like.
What's on your mind?
Well, I appreciate you taking my call.
And I wanted to tell you, you're my best friend that I've never met.
I listen to you every day.
I'll give you about four hours a day if I can.
Man, that is like the greatest compliment.
The two things that could that really mean something to me when people will tell me, come up to me, maybe they're at the Hannity TV show, free tickets, Hannity.com, you know, and say that they're praying for me.
That means something to me.
You saying what you just said, it means a lot to me.
You know, I actually have the words, and Linda knows this is a fact, and weigh in, and I'm not going to take time away from you, that I have in my will, no crying at my funeral.
I don't want anyone crying and wailing.
And no, I want it to be a celebration of an undeserved life.
How many times have you?
I mean, that's in your will.
I was one of the witnesses.
You were.
I 100% know that that's accurate.
And by the way, I bet you're going to break the rule.
And if you break the rule, I'm going to come down from heaven.
I have very expensive mascara.
I promise you, I'm not crying.
I bet you won't be.
You won't be crying.
Get a roll of shot.
Well, anyway, what's on your, what did you want to say?
I didn't mean to digress the way I always do, but what's on your mind?
I was listening to the show yesterday, and a gentleman called in and he said, well, I owe you an apology because you tend to repeat yourself and all that.
I kind of got off the radio show and all that.
And I was thinking about when Linda had a brilliant idea.
I think it was Linda anyway.
She said, you know what?
Every day during the COVID deal, you were going, okay, I don't play a doctor on the radio.
I don't play a doctor on television.
But my advice to you, and I think I'm verbatim on this, is when you start getting symptoms, go to the doctor right away.
Don't wait and ask your doctor about monoclonal antibodies.
And then I believe it was Linda that ran a poll on the calls that were on the line and asked what they said every day.
What was Sean's opinion and what was his advice?
And half the people couldn't tell you what it was, or probably less than that.
It's pretty revealing, isn't it?
But I was like, well, this is why Sean has to repeat himself because you people aren't listening.
Well, I will give you a heads up.
In 2024, I'm going to go on my vacation.
God willing, I'll still be kicking and on this show.
And I'll go on vacation at the end of 2023.
And I will come back with a mantra that I want to instill in every voter's mind before the 2024 election.
I want it to be that every listener can list why they shouldn't vote for the Democratic candidate and why they should vote for the Republican candidate.
Now, if I don't say it every day, most people by November won't be able to rattle off that list because my hope is, is that people learn it so well that when they talk to their friends and they talk to their neighbors and they talk to people they come into contact with, that they're going to be able to do it as effectively as I think I do it because they will be well-informed and well-versed in terms of what is at stake.
So I can promise you that'll happen.
Now, have I been criticized?
For being repetitive at times.
Yes, is there a method to my madness?
Absolutely well, I just kind of wanted to have your back on that to to point out that you know, even though you do repeat yourself, people still don't get it.
So I only repeat myself on the important things.
If you pay to like, for example, you know people.
There was a lot of pressure brought to bear on this program and on me personally to one tell my status on Covid.
Um, I probably would have shared it, except everyone was demanding I share it.
And once they started demanding I share it, I basically was taking my middle finger and shoving it right in their face and saying i'm not going to tell you, it's none of your business.
I believe in medical privacy.
Secondly, I was pressured to tell you, my audience, what you should do to your body, in other words, whether you should get a vaccine or not.
I am not qualified to do that.
I don't know about your.
You know present medical condition.
I don't know about your, your medical history.
I'm not qualified.
I said to go to your doctor, weigh the pros and cons and that that is a decision between you and your doctor, not you and your talk show host, and i'm i'm very grateful that my good sense uh won the day you.
and I didn't cave to the pressure because there was a lot of pressure being put on me to tell people, take the shot, take the shot.
I never said that ever.
Never told people what to do.
Nope, and that makes you a wise man.
You know, but now we did have medical experts on.
Some thought you should take it, some thought some people should take it, others said don't touch it.
And then I got yelled at for putting those people on, even though they had contrary views or opinions.
We also put doctors on that, you know, talked about if you get it, you know, how do you not die from it?
And, you know, what therapeutics are safe to use that are showing some promise, even though we didn't have monoclonal antibodies in the beginning.
By the way, we should still have monoclonal antibodies, in my view.
There are still people that are getting COVID.
There's a new, it's another variant, has another name, but it's basically from the Omicron family.
And I, you know, thank God we don't live in that time anymore.
By the way, you know how I can tell if I have a liberal in my audience on TV?
You'll like this, Jay.
Ask me, Hannity, how do you know if there's a liberal in your audience?
Go ahead.
They're wearing a mask.
They're either wearing a mask or they don't smile.
They just sit there like, you know.
And I have literally, prior to shows, pointed them out, and then they try and intervene in the show, which, by the way, we have a thousand contingency plans to stop them.
Anyway, Jay, God bless you, my friend, and God bless your community.
I'm going to follow that Murdoch case even further as it's now in a new stage.
But we appreciate you being out there, buddy.
All right.
God bless you, Sean.
Thank you for taking my call.
